Monique brought a positive & fun energy throughout the entire wedding planning process process. She attended all appointments (dress shopping, fittings, cake tastings, florals, equipment rentals, etc.) to provide support and guidance. Her planning checklist & portal helped keep track of everything in an organized fashion and was so helpful along the way. Monique was super helpful in managing my expectations about the process (timing, costs, priorities). She had some great vendor recommendations — especially when we were looking for more bang for our buck on florals and decor rentals. She suggested we use event texting for the weekend of and all my guest loved it— they knew where to go when and felt included in every second. She really did such a great job executing our vision. Our wedding was beyond perfect and I have Monique and her team to thank for that. I am so appreciative!Wise Events & Design's reply:

If you want 1st class service in a wedding planner, look no further than Monique Wisdom of Wise Events and Design! Monique was the 1st person we hired. My fiancé and I had a lot on our plate, so we opted for her full planning service (HIGHLY recommend this option if possible). We found her through a personal recommendation from a wedding she did in Louisiana, THEN come to find out, my best friends brother who was getting married 2 weeks before us, had just hired her as well! I knew we mush have had the best of the best! And I was right!
Monique was there every step of the way, from dress appointments/ suit appointments, cake tastings, venue searches... EVERYTHING! She didn't demand to go anywhere and was cool if there was space limits and she couldn't come. Her online portal was SOOOO helpful with keeping me on task from day 1 and was key in helping me to remembering what I needed to do, purchase, or inquire about. She has an extensive preferred vendor list, but if we wanted to look elsewhere, she looked into other options for me as well. She was prompt, timely and followed up with ALL vendors on our behalf! I was able to trust her with RSVP's, timelines, and pretty much everything. We just worked well together in general. She was also conscious of our budget. She let us know where we were being unrealistic, and where we were probably over budgeting. She really helped us execute our vision perfectly! Day of, she was the calm to my chaos. lol! We didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't find out about things that went wrong until after the wedding because she handled them on our behalf. She was intent on making sure we got EVERYTHING we asked for.
She has a great team of assistants that helped day of. They kept of 400-person wedding flowing smoothly. Last minute, I was looking for cold sparks and dancing on a cloud and she was able to find one of her past clients who offered the service, was able to help me negotiate some things and get the service for us near our budget!
She is worth every penny we paid and soooo much more! She was our first wedding investment and we definitely got top tier services!! I heard horror stories about brides and their planners, but Monique is AMAZING, even tempered, and truly a friend throughout the whole process!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

The best wedding planner I could've asked for! Monique was extremely easy to work with. Detailed, attentive, accessible, understanding, reliable, proactive, prompt. I could go on! She eased many of my fears and worries going into my wedding season and I'm so glad I had someone like her in my corner; advocating for me every step of the way. For every question we had, Monique had the answers for them ALL. She was also extremely personable and everyone that met her would tell me how much they loved my planner and boy did I love her too. She delivered each request my husband and I had for our wedding and I'm forever grateful to her and the Wise team. I know I couldn’t have done this without her. -

Wise Events & Design is the absolute best company to hire if you are looking for a wedding planner, in our opinion. We hired Monique and she was off to the races with setting an actionable plan. She was very communicative, she adapted to what we needed, was very helpful as far as searching for vendors, etc... We found out very soon that weddings don't always go as planned, but my wife didn't really notice it at all. Monique was scrambling to make sure the process seemed seamless and we appreciate that most. You only get one day to execute, so your team is very important to the success of the day. We are proud to say we chose the right wedding planner in Monique!

Monique Wisdom is an awesome event planner. Her company, Awiseevents, hired my company for entertainment purposes, and it was a delightful experience. The entire process was made easier and enjoyable because of her creativity, personality, communication skills, prudence, and zeal. She is very meticulous in her planning approach and she constantly looks for ways to further enhance her services. Thus, she is passionate about satisfying her clients and vendors. I strongly endorse and recommend Monique Wisdom (Awiseevents) to be your event planner! -

Beyond grateful!
Monique and her team are AMAZING! I was late getting a grasp on my wedding needs. In just 6 months Monique came right in and made my vague ideas into a beautiful dream come true. She was patient, knowledgeable, very responsive, honest, and caring. She made sure that my wedding day was a breeze from beginning to end. My family and friends even loved the team. They loved how they coordinated their outfits with the colors of the wedding. Everybody called me days later explaining how beautiful everything turned out and I have the team to thank for that. I honestly don’t know what I have done without them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner! -

Wise Events came right on time for us! We interviewed three coordinators and we truly choose the right one. The professional service, the kind gestures ,and her ablity to understand her clients sense of style . It definitely spoke volumes. This planning company was phenomenal, efficient, and above all professional and kind. It is tricky to do events during a pandemic with social distancing in place.
