Phenomenal. Christi professionalism starts during the consultation. During the planning process Christi gave budgeting resources as well as budget friendly vendor recommendations. She designed our hand fans, photo booth strips, guest favors, table numbers, gave cake vendor and DJ recommendations. Christi made my wedding day carefree because her organization was excellent. Where do I start? I could sing Christi and Kristin's praises all day long! From the first meeting with Christi and Kristin they put my mind at ease. Their organization, professionalism and keen eye for style and beauty in the wedding process was unmatched! I knew that planning our wedding from our home in California would be difficult, but Christi helped me navigate my way through it and I always felt like I was in good hands. Christi helped me put my vision into practice, and even when I pivoted directions a couple times she went with the flow and made something beautiful from my ideas. Christi was incredibly responsive to my flurry of emails at often odd times of day and was so patient with me. Christi's vast experience in the wedding industry and her sense of style was so apparent. She carefully blended my vision and particular ideas with her great suggestions that she pulls from her experience - and she created the wedding of our dreams! She was insightful, thorough and had great attention to detail. Kristin stepped in as our day-of-coordinator and her calming presence was felt by our entire wedding party - my mom especially appreciated her calm & caring demeanor - it put her at ease! Kristin took charge with a smile and such poise, and I was able to enjoy the wedding without a worry in the world knowing Kristin was there and had everything handled beautifully. Our wedding absolutely exceeded our expectations, and I truly believe I couldn't have done it without Christi and Kristin. I hope I can work with them both on another event sometime - they were truly a joy to work with and I am ever so grateful for them!

I can't say it enough - Christi and her team was an absolute dream to work with. I wish I could give 6 stars. They were my absolute favorite vendor for my wedding. I am a Project Manager so it's in my nature to be organized, but they continued to exceed my expectations every step of the way. During our initial consultation, she guided me through everything and suggested things I would have never thought of. It's very clear she's detail-oriented and has her clients very best interest in mind. She's seen it all and knows what works best. They did a walk through with me at our venue a few weeks before our wedding and then again the week before to go over every detail to make sure the team saw my vision. Her team knew every detail of my wedding inside and out. On the day of my wedding, I had an associate with me getting ready to make sure we were on track as well as associates at the venue making sure vendors were on time and everything was organized how we planned. Our timeline from getting ready to our grand exit went so smoothly. If something did go wrong, I surely didn't know about it. I hired her a few months before my wedding to help coordinate the day of, but I should have hired her from the beginning. It would have saved me so much stress and anxiety. I would recommend her team for any event.

Christi and her team were absolutely amazing in every single way possible! After extensive review, my husband and I opted to use Christi's a la carte services which included securing our last few vendors in addition to day-of coordination. As an out-of-town bride, it was easy to worry about every little detail, but from the beginning, Christi went above and beyond to truly understand my husband and my vision for the wedding. Even though we did not use Christi's services from the beginning, she was still happy to weigh in on any decisions that we had already made. She was always incredibly responsive, provided us with the utmost professional responses (even when I sometimes felt I was being annoying), gave us honest feedback and suggestions, and took on responsibilities (e.g., ordering stationary, obtaining/reviewing contracts in detail) that made things significantly easier for us. The day-of coordination was particularly fantastic with a bridal concierge that not only kept the bridal party and vendors (photo/video) on our pre-wedding timeline, but also picked up lunch and all other last minute needs for the bridal party. The Winsor team made our entire day go by without a hitch, and we are incredibly thankful for that. I would highly recommend Winsor Event Studio for anyone's wedding planning needs!

I get anxious and overwhelmed easily, and wedding planning is extremely overwhelming. Christi knew this going into our contract and was amazing at keeping me calm while getting things done. I'd get an email a week with the next vendor I'd need to pick with three recommendations that Christi had worked with before and knew would do an excellent job. The day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch! Or if something did come up, it was taken care of by our day of coordination team without stressing me out. Everything was arranged beautifully and the day flowed as if we had practiced it a million times! It was utterly perfect! There is absolutely no way my wedding would have been as AMAZING as it was without Winsor Event Studios!

My wedding would not have happened without Christi & her team at Winsor Event Studio. I met with Christi & Katelynn early in my planning process and connected with them immediately. I will admit that I was nervous about the wedding planning process but Christi seriously made it so manageable. She understood my vision and helped me put all the little pieces together. She always responded quickly to emails and connected me with amazing vendors. I met with her and Katelynn (who coordinated on the day of) face-to-face multiple times and felt so comfortable with them, like we were friends and not just doing business. On the day of my wedding Christi was our "concierge" and not only picked up our fruit and veggie trays, helped me into my dress, and kept everyone on schedule but she truly gave me complete peace of mind. Katelynn and Ciara made sure my wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was beautiful and they didn't once make fun of me for having a cardboard cut out of my cat at my couples table. It has been two weeks since my wedding and I genuinely miss emailing Christi new updates, even just about mundane things like napkin colors and our head count. You cannot go wrong with Winsor Event Studio, my wedding was perfect and I could not have done it without them.

Christi Winsor and her team at Winsor Event Studio were the answer to a long-distance Mother of the Bride’s prayer. From vendor verifications and recommendations to timely reminders of contract deadlines and day of details – and the devil is in the details – they were delightfully professional. We refer to Christi as the Queen of the Excel spreadsheet, and you know what? It works! I have learned so much from her! Our daughter’s wedding was the most fun I’ve ever had at a wedding, due in large part to Christi’s expertise.

I couldn't have selected a better wedding planner for my wedding. She helped me work perfectly with my budget with suggesting awesome ideas every step of the way . Also, I was very busy with work at times where she stepped in with some of the items and really kept me on schedule! Christi is the best and most creative wedding planner, and she really has the eye for design of your perfect day. The day of was the best part she was there early and full of energy and I like to say she was a "wedding Ninja" from making sure my drink was filled to making sure everyone was having fun she had it down to a science. She created an awesome day of flow for the wedding and she really made everything fall into place and look perfect. I didn't have a worry in the world that my wedding day wasn't going to be anything less than perfect. Her attention to detail was on point every step of the way too. There are so many good things to say about Christi I would run out of room! If you want the perfect wedding day and everything to go as planned Winsor Event Studio is the way to go!

I've had the pleasure of working with Winsor Event Studio on several projects in addition to Winsor Event Studio coordinating my baby shower. Personally, my baby shower was a complete dream. The theme was Wizard of Oz and every detail was impeccable! From the moment I walked up the yellow brick road into the front door to the incredible tables decorated for each area of Oz, as a Wizard of Oz fanatic the details were just spectacular. The level of detail and care taken for each project is nothing short of phenomenal. Christi and her team are true professionals and I'm always blown away by their grace and poise in any situation. Winsor Event Studio can coordinate an event of any size (i.e. small baby shower or 1000 person event) and does so in a cost effective way. Words can not express how much Christi and her team did for us! I hired her for day of wedding coordination but she did SO much more. She emailed me periodically throughout the process to check in and keep me on task. She proofed my wedding website and invitations and offered great suggestions. Emails were always responded to within a day and she was so easy to communicate with. She knows the Tampa wedding industry inside and out and was able to offer valuable suggestions. On the day of, Reagan and Ciarra executed my vision perfectly and kept the wedding running smoothly. Stop right now! You've found your vendor. Your search (and all other searches for that matter) are over. Winsor Events did an impeccable job planning and executing our wedding day. Christi Winsor and her team did a wonderful job at making us feel like we were on track, on budget, and on vision at all times. Even on our wedding day Christi saw me fidgetting with the veil I had in my hands. I was looking for a spot to put it but kept getting stopped by family members to be congratulated. She came up, grabbed the veil, and put it in a safe place until the end of the night. Every time I was about to wonder where I should be next on the day of, Raegan was right at my side with a game plan. Always smiling, always assisting. CHRISTI is heaven sent!! Christi and her team were a referral from another bride and after our first meeting I was so thrilled to have found her Christi is so organized and seriously had the BEST recommendations. I can honestly say that our wedding day was PERFECT. If something went wrong (which in most weddings they do) I had NO idea – Christi took care of EVERYTHING! Every vendor Christi recommended was amazing, seriously. She totally understood our visions and our priorities. I had zero stress leading up to the wedding, I was able to enjoy the entire process. Christi was very conscious of our budget and was always coming up with fantastic ideas that did not break the bank! If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, take my advice and DO IT!! If you get a chance to hire Christy, you should. She is amazing and keeps everything calm and under control. She has a great eye, sense of style and works with amazing vendors. I cannot praise the ladies of Winsor Event Studio enough! I first met Christi in 2011 when I worked with her at countless weddings over two or so years as an Assistant Day Of Coordinator. After watching firsthand how she handled any obstacle in her path, I knew that when it was my turn to walk down the aisle, she would be the one helping me plan it. When my now husband proposed, Christi was one of the first people I contacted to set up an initial meeting. Throughout the entire planning process, Christi and her team were the perfect team to make my dream wedding a reality. Almost every day I had a million questions for Christi and she always answered them that day with complete patience and knowledge. She took the time to meet with me and my husband multiple times in person, so we could all be on the same page. Her knowledge of vendors in the area proved to be priceless. Every vendor that Christi recommended went above and beyond everything I hoped for. On the day of the wedding, the option to have a member of Christi's team with my bridesmaids and I while we got ready was a lifesaver. They made sure we were on time, picked up lunch and did anything and everything to make sure I felt ready to go! Prior to the wedding, Christi was faced with a few obstacles (removing a member of the wedding party before the ceremony) which she solved without batting an eye. She is the perfect example of a professional. When I walked into the reception area, everything looked better than I could have ever imagined. It was the perfect wedding I had been dreaming about my entire life, and I know it would not have been as wonderful without the assistance of Winsor Event Studio.

Christie was amazing. At time I know I was a little bit of a bridezilla but she was able to keep me calm and as soon as I hired her my stress level was so much lower. I wasn't sure if I should spend the money on what I thought was a luxury. I am SO glad I did and I now realize that she was a necessity. My groom and I were able to sit back and relax to enjoy our day together because Christie took care of EVERYTHING. She pays attention to every detail. She was a delight to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Christi and the Winsor Event Studio. I was nervous to plan a wedding long distance; I live in Birmingham, AL and was planning a wedding in St. Petersburg in the midst of a really busy schedule. Christi kept me on track from a far and was always available through email and phone. She always had time for me when I came in town and never let me get stressed or worried. She was always budget conscious and gave me plenty of options. She knows wonderful vendors in the area for every budget and has built a great reputation in Tampa Bay. I cannot even imagine our wedding day without her. I had nothing to worry about and everything was taken care of so that I could focus on the important aspects of the day. She never mentioned other brides or weddings she was planning during the planning process and I never felt as though she was busy doing other wedding planning- although I know she is quite busy with weddings! Christi was an absolute miracle worker and the best decision we made throughout the planning process was hiring her as a day of coordinator. My only regret was that we didn't hire her sooner. My husband and I thought we could plan our wedding on our own....what were we thinking??? Our wedding took place at the Vinoy Renaissance Resort in St. Petersburg. It consisted of a Hindu ceremony and a traditional American ceremony followed by the reception. About a month before the wedding, we realized there were just too many moving parts and there was no way we could do this alone. Thankfully Christi was recommended to us and she had availability on our date. After our first meeting with her, we knew hiring her would be the best decision we could make. She immediately jumped right in and all of my stress melted away. She is so well organized, professional, and a joy to work with. There were many details involved in both of our ceremonies some of which we threw in at the last moment including a Baraat with a horse! From the moment we hired Christi, she was with us every step of the way ensuring our dream wedding would be a reality. As the bride and groom, we were just able to sit back and enjoy the day with absolutely no stress! I would definitely recommend Christi and her team to everyone. Christi also provided a bridal concierge service which I would also recommend to all brides. Ciara was absolutely wonderful and stayed with myself and the bridal party the entire day. Ciara took care of everything we could possibly need from steaming dresses to sewing emergencies. Thanks to Christi and her team we really were able to enjoy every moment of the best day of our lives. There's no way it could have all come together as beautifully as it did without Christi Winsor!

Christi Winsor did an AMAZING job as my month of coordinator for my wedding. She went above and beyond to help me with my wedding. Even though she was hired as a "month of" coordinator, she was there for me through out the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely helpful when it came to picking out my vendors for my wedding all the while staying very much within my budget. Wedding day, she and her assistant, Anastasia, we amazing help and decorated my entire venue for me. It looked amazing :) They made sure the day/night of the wedding went smooth and it definitely did. Highly recommended!

Christi had great attention to detail that made the time leading up to the wedding and the day of much more enjoyable and less stressful! We had a lot of little decorations and printed items for our ceremony and reception and we were able to take them all to her prior to our big day and she handled bringing them all and ensuring everything arrived and was set up. She also worked closely with our other vendors, especially our photographer, to coordinate their efforts. She was so helpful in engineering a timeline to keep us organized and make sure we had plenty of time for the things that were most important to us!

I can not even begin to express how pleased I was with Christi Winsor and Winsor Event Studio. Without her, my wedding would have not been possible. I am a teacher and did not have time to take care of many of the details that go into planning a wedding. Christi did a phenomenal job of listening to my vision and making it her own. I used Winsor Event Studio for "day of" wedding coordination. I had a great experience with Christi and her team. My ceremony and reception went perfectly. If anything went wrong, I had no idea (which is exactly what I wanted). Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My husband and I had a perfect day.

Prior to the wedding, I met with Christi and we corresponded via email. She gave me direction, guidance, vendor referrals, and help with the budget. She responded to my questions quickly. She is knowledgeable and organized. I highly recommend Winsor Event Studio.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Christi and her talent at wedding planning. I was on a very strict budget and after the "honeymoon" of the engagement I felt as if the planning was overwhelming and impossible to tackle on my own. I reached out to Christi and immediately felt at ease and started to truly enjoy the engagement and planning process. She was always available for questions (my Mom actually contacted her more than me) and stayed extremely patient with our lack of knowledge about, well, everything! Not only did she give great advice about making our special day beautiful, her contacts to local vendors and discounts more than made up for the small cost of her services. I give Christi my highest recommendation and have actually tried to convince out of town friends to have a wedding in Tampa purely for her services. True story.

My fiancé and I heard about Christi and her team, Winsor Event Studio, from another bride. After going online and reading reviews from previous weddings we decided to shoot her an email and set up a time to chat. This was the BEST decision we ever made! We first LOVED that her services were a la carte. So, it was not- you MUST let us plan your whole wedding for this SET price. You are able to pick and choose your services and that of course dictates the price. From start to finish Christi was 200% involved. We walked in with our vision and she made it come to life. She was always brainstorming ideas. She set up a Pinterest board so we could see her thoughts and add ours in as well. Any questions we had, she was able to quickly answer and any crazy ideas we had, she helped us put into action. Our wedding day was honestly a DREAM. It was the best day of our lives. It was not without a few hiccups- a.k.a. rain- but we had NO idea, behind the scenes, what Christi and her crew were doing to make our guest feel as though everything still ran seamlessly. Without them this would have fallen on my husband and myself and that is the LAST thing you want on your wedding day. We had to think about nothing but when to showing up and getting married!! I CAN NOT say enough how AMAZING Windsor Events Studio is and how they will bend over backwards to make your Wedding Day PERFECT!! Christi was a dream to work with, she is very open minded, she always worked around our schedule, and she is extremely hard working. If you want to get your wedding started off on the right foot I would start by choosing Winsor Event Studio!

Christi Winsor is an amazing wedding planner. I hired her after she did my sister-in-law's wedding in 2014 which was absolutely beautiful, and she was recommended with glowing reviews from both the bride and groom. Christi was on point with every single detail from beginning to start for the entire year leading up to my wedding day. The wedding went so smoothly and beautifully that I had the best possible experience on my special day. For all my ideas, unexpected challenges and last minute requests, Christi was able to reassure and address all of them, and she was great at giving me gentle reminders for things that I forgot or lost track of. Another important note is that Christi is great at working with all kinds of wedding budgets, and I thought what she had to offer provided significant value for what was charged. She was even able to give us advice on getting even more value from the food and beverage options we were offered by our wedding venue. It was just knowledge we would never have known otherwise. You will save a good deal right off the bat with Christi's great network of wedding vendors (they cover most all price ranges), and every single one of them is a delight to work with. In my case, what was saved just about covered what Christi charged anyway, and zero stress on the wedding day was just a priceless experience. My wedding looked like a Pinterest board, and all my guests couldn't stop raving on about how great a wedding it was! It was the best wedding I've been to and I'm so glad it was mine! I attribute so much of it's success to Christi pulling things off behind the scenes. I can't recommend Christi highly enough!

My husband and I got married 1 year ago yesterday and I wish I had taken the time to write this review for Christi sooner. She is absolutely fantastic and I honestly believe that our wedding day wouldn't have been as incredible without all of her help and support. Our wedding day had a lot of obstacles to overcome e.g. a thunderstorm that almost ruined our ceremony and that caused a power outage at our reception, but Christi was cool, calm and collected and ensured that no matter what, our evening would be beautiful...and it absolutely was. When I first considered hiring a planner, I knew I wanted the option of a la carte wedding planning, and that's exactly what Christi offers! She was such a great thought partner in tasks that I had already begun to plan myself, but yet had such incredible ideas that had me thinking outside of the box! She was fantastic with her correspondence back and forth with me, kept me on time with my deadlines and never missed a beat with any of my ever changing ideas. No matter how stressed I became over finances or even the smallest details, Christi was right there to reassure me the day would be fabulous. I was SO GRATEFUL to have her there the day of the wedding because I was able to completely let go and just enjoy my special day. I never once doubted her abilities to execute my vision and make it personal to us. In addition to being a fabulous event planner, Christi is an absolutely adorable person. She is so thoughtful, so professional and so kind and still remembers that my favorite drink is a Chai Latte. I cannot say enough things about hiring a planner and looking no further than Christi. She is incredibly affordable for the service she provides and will tailor her services to what YOU need for YOUR day. No doubt she paid for herself over and over again with the amount of money she saved us with creative thinking and smart planning. I continually find myself making any excuse to plan an event with her again. THANK YOU CHRISTI!!!

I thought at first I would be able to plan my entire wedding with all professional help... I was so wrong! Christi was such a blessing! She guided me to all the perfect vendors that suited my theme and helped me stay within my budget. I wanted to do a lot of DIY projects and she always was there to help and send suggestions. She provides cost effective ways of purchasing invites/save the dates and not mention always so happy and pleasant! I would email her multiple times a day and always felt as if I was her only bride! She truly made our wedding day stress free and absolutely gorgeous. I have no idea what I would have done with out her. If your on the fence about hiring a wedding planner just do it! It will save you so much stress and honestly money! Christi is the best!!!!

Christi is truly a top notch professional and was an invaluable part of not only our wedding day, but our whole engagement and planning process! From the beginning, she was always amazingly prompt in responding to each and every one of my self described "crazy bride" emails and always took the time to give a through and detailed answer, no matter how silly the issue might have seemed. She helped put us in touch with all the major vendors and was able to take our ideas and put them into place perfectly. Our day went off without a hitch, and having Christi on board allowed my fiancé and I (and more importantly, my Mom and I) to maintain our sanity and perspective during the months leading up to the wedding. I really can't say enough good things about her!

Loved, Loved Christi!! I am so glad I found her! She was so helpful the entire time. I hired her a little over a year prior to my wedding. She kept me in the know of what I needed to do and when. Someone like me needs that. I had no idea of what I was doing as far as wedding planning was concerned. She answered all my questions (even silly ones) the same day. She sent me in the direction to all my vendors from hair/makeup, DJ, flowers, photography, etc. All of which were awesome and in my price range. She did a better job than me keeping me in my budget! She's wonderful at finding great deals. My wedding turned out absolutely beautiful! Better than I had imagined! I got so many compliments! I could not have pulled off anything like it without my fabulous planner. My new husband and I both loved her and would use her for any party planning in the future. She's just simply the best!!

WOW!!!! Christi Winsor is soooooo amazing, words can't describe her!! She kept me on track and had so many great ideas!! Our very first meeting was to discuss budget and ideas! Thank god she helped me stay very close within our budget!! Planning was so awesome because I had her by my side. She reminded me and told me of things I hadn't even thought of before…. I mean it was my first time planning a wedding!! Never knew about the small details she brought to my attention! I had so much confidence in Christi and Winsor Event Studios that I wasn't stressed on my wedding day at all. I knew I was in amazing hands with her and her team! I even had a bridal concierge that brought us lunch to my bridal suite and kept us all on track to be on time to our venue! I can't say enough great things about her! The mistake I made with hiring Christi Winsor of Winsor Event Studio was, I should have hired her sooner! Christi is beyond talented and exceptionally hardworking. She has an ability to take your wedding thoughts, all your Pinterest pins, unfinished ideas, and how you want the look/feel of your wedding day to be, and finesse it to truly make it better than you imagined. Simply, she is your wedding planning Fairy Godmother.

Brides commonly have two thoughts: 1. Wedding Planners are out of my budget and/or 2. I can plan my wedding myself

Both thoughts are tragically wrong. Winsor Event Studio works with every Bride’s budget, keeps you on budget, and is well connected in the bridal community with quality vendors of all price points, that there ends up being cost savings to the Bride. The services you choose from Winsor are customized to fit your budget and needs. Christi is worth EVERY penny and in actuality, more than what is charged. Planning a wedding can be fun and it can also be very stressful. Christi doesn’t take the fun part out of planning a wedding; rather she is there to assist with the stressful parts and cheer you on during the fun parts. It’s basically like hiring a coach or a specialist in the field, and she helps prepare every bride for their day.

What I loved about my wedding day was simply everything. Essentially, you get one wedding day, and my husband and I truly got to enjoy every moment of ours. We didn’t worry or stress; we instead were happy, excited, and confident in the beauty of the day. Those invaluable feelings were hands down because of Christi Winsor; gratitude is an understatement. Christi does this for a living and she is REALLY good at what she does. She is thorough, very responsive, goes above and beyond, is extremely organized, and above all, exudes kindness. Her best wedding is your best wedding. You can’t guarantee much, but it’s guaranteed your wedding will be magical with Christi Winsor.

Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are for all of Christi Winsor's help with planning our dream wedding. We began working with Christi soon after our engagement, and she helped plan every step of the way. Throughout the planning process, Christi was always professional, thorough, responsive, and thoughtful. Additionally, she was able to take our ideas and use her creativity and expertise to deliver a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception that was better than we hoped it would be. She recommended a group of amazing vendors who also provided an unbelievable level of service, and the team worked together wonderfully. Planning a wedding with Christi and her team was stress-free, and she consistently went above and beyond. Our wedding day was so smooth and we were not worried about a thing. Christi and her team at Winsor Event Studio are simply amazing and surpassed every hope we had when my husband and I started looking for a wedding coordinator. We live in Italy and both have very demanding work schedules, and knew we needed help to pull together the vision for our wedding in Tampa. Christi helped us every step of the way, making trustworthy vendor recommendations, keeping us on track with our planning, within our budget, and even lending an ear when the stress of wedding planning was high. Christi was thorough, responsive, creative, and always professional when helping us plan our special day. My husband and I are so amazed at how wonderful our wedding day was, and we know that it was everything we wanted and more because we had the help of Christi and her team. The reception was beautiful and even now our guests are still telling us how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. Christi was incredible - my husband and I both loved working with her. Christi's calm, graceful demeanor and practical, down to earth attitude made her stand out as the obvious choice among all of the planners we interviewed. Through the entire process Christi went above and beyond all expectations. In terms of budget, we couldn't have kept to ours without Christi - her recommendations, understanding of the wedding industry, negotiation skills and local vendor relationships translated to savings far exceeding the very reasonable fee that Christi charges. Even if she hadn't been so lovely to work with, I would recommend using from a practical standpoint- her services are an exceptional value!. However, apart from saving us time and money, Christi was absolutely wonderful to work with - she is so caring and was always there whenever I needed anything and she made wedding planning enjoyable or at least bearable for this less than wedding-enthused bride :) It was even fun sometimes!
I can't express how grateful I am to Christi or how important her guidance, wisdom and support were to me, my husband and our families. I would absolutely recommend Christi to any bride planning a wedding in the Tampa area - and I would highly recommend using the day of concierge service as well!

If anyone is like me and procrastinates (hence the reason my review is being written 3 months after my wedding) then you know how important a wedding planner can be. Christi Winsor was there every step of the way for our big day. While it might seem that a wedding planner isn't that important, having someone there to take care of all of the details on your big day is invaluable, all we had to do was show up. She took the ideas that we had and turned our wedding into more than we could have hoped for-a beautiful, modern, dream come true. She is organized, quick to respond, and for the price, you can't beat all of the services that she provides. She has vendor suggestions to meet any budget. I would definitely recommend Winsor Event Studio to any bride.

Christi is simply amazing. My significant other and I met Christi a year before our wedding and knew right away that we had to have her a part of our big day. With little ideas on how we would create our ideal wedding, Christi took our dreams and made them a reality. She was there to answer every question we had, assure us when we were uneasy, help us decide when we were unsure, and ultimately create a day we will never forget. There were multiple times Christi went over and above to help us in any way she could and completely exceeded all of our expectations. She is very responsive, organized, and best of all is one of the nicest people we have met. I do not know how we would have done this without her and I highly recommend her to everyone.

Christi did an amazing job helping us with our wedding! We hired her to be our day-of coordinator and to assist with finding vendors for flowers, linens and chairs. Christi did a fantastic job getting proposals and gathering information for us and coordinating with vendors. Leading up to the wedding she was there for questions, to assist with any last-minute issues and to ensure the "checklist" was complete! She was a priceless addition to the process and day of. I worked with Christi from Winsor Event Studios for almost a year before we got married. Christi responded to every e-mail usually in less than 24 hours, even when she was out of town for the holidays. Christi listened to every thing I said and took every concern to heart. On the day of the wedding, she was there to assure me that every looked wonderful. She made everything run smoothly on the day of the wedding. The ceremony was 30 minutes behind due to other issues, and she made sure that we made up that 30 minutes and kept the reception running smoothly and on time. I wish that I lived in Florida so that I could recommend ALL of my friends to Winsor Event Studio. I can't thank them enough for everything!

Christi (and her concierge Kristen!) were so great! I was initially just looking for a day-of coordinator, but I'm SO glad Christi was there for more than just the day. She kept me on track with planning in the last few weeks before our wedding when I really didn't feel like planning another thing. I also really appreciated Kristen keeping things on schedule while I was getting ready/getting my hair done. It's nice when you don't have to be the bad guy who says "We're running late and that's not cool" to the stylist. THANKS LADIES!! :)

Christi Winsor is phenomenal!! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and I cannot imagine how we would have pulled off the wedding without her. She met with us a few times before the wedding to make sure she understood the look we were going for, what was important to us, and to ensure we were doing everything on our end to adequately prepare for the event. She also created a comprehensive timeline for our big day and coordinated with all vendors the weeks prior to the wedding so that everything would run smoothly. Additionally, she picked up all of our decorations from our house the night before the wedding, and set everything up beautifully and also took everything down at the end of the night. She is extremely professional, organized, detail-oriented, and just on top of it in general. She thought of so many little things that never would have crossed my mind, and if anything went wrong that day, I did not notice it! She executed everything flawlessly. On top of it all, Christi is a genuinely good person – a pleasure to work with any way you slice it!

I cannot give a higher recommendation to Christi Winsor and her staff at Winsor Event Studio. Winsor Event Studio was recommended to me from two girlfriends who also used Christi and had a great experience and amazing weddings. From start to finish, Winsor Event Studio was professional, organized and always offering great advice and service. I am extremely organized by nature (you should see my wedding binder) and was impressed with Winsor Event Studio service to me, my fiance and my entire family. Christi timely answered every single question I had and even called me to follow up on items I swore I was handling - but of course she took care of those items too. Christi and her staff are well versed and connected in the wedding industry in Florida and I was very happy with every single vendor Christi recommended to us that we ended up hiring for our big day. Christi takes personal responsibility for the wedding - making sure we are getting the best deal possible on any vendor or decor we purchased and even personally adding small design touches to our wedding day to make sure everything was just right. On the day of my wedding, the service was outstanding. The best part was not having to worry about a thing. I literally showed up with some decorations and Christi took care of the rest. Christi and her staff handled our vendors, set-up, timing of all events, take down and all the little details you forget about. One of my bridesmaids was so impressed with the flawless service and amazing decor/design that she and her fiance have hired Winsor Event Studios to coordinate and plan their upcoming wedding in May 2014. Christi Winsor is flat out an amazing wedding planner. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Indian Rocks Beach and could not of done it without her help, especially from the other side of the world in Australia. Christi took my ideas and created beautiful vision. On the day of the wedding she took care of everything so that me and my family didn't have to worry about a thing. She has great relationships with her vendors, is great at finding a good vendor fit for her clients, creative, professional, courteous, and just a lovely person! I am the MOB and I don't even know where to begin when it comes to Christi Winsor. Initially we didn't think we would need a wedding coordinator. Well, as the time grew closer we decided we wanted someone to handle the events of the day so we wouldn't be consumed with details, details, details. We chose Winsor Events Studios because we had actually met Christi when she was helping out at the Boutique where my daughter found "the dress". My daughter was so impressed with Christi that day and she told us she was a wedding coordinator and gave us her card. We were sure we weren't going to need it but I tucked it away just in case. I am so glad I did!! From the beginning we all felt so comfortable with Christi. It is so important to her that the bride has the day she always dreamed of. She was so accessible and gave us some wonderful ideas. Christi thought of things we would never have thought of and kept us right on track. She works beautifully with the other vendors providing services and her planning and timeline was flawless. We had the most beautiful day and everything went perfectly. We worked with Kristy at Winsor Event Studio and she did a superb job. My husband and I did a lot of the planning but needed someone to execute day of. Kristy went above and beyond for us. First let me say that Winsor Event Studio is highly recommended. They were referred by most of our vendors when we asked around about day of coordinators and we were shocked at how affordable they were for the amount of service that they provided. About a month before our wedding Kristy had taken everything over and she did a great job. She made sure she contacted each vendor to ensure that they were going to deliver what they promised which was very helpful because this was one less task to worry about. I was really impressed at how she and her team kept us on schedule. I would highly recommend Winsor Event Studio to other couples getting married in the Tampa area.

It would be impossible for me to describe how incredible Christi is in one review. She is awesome! Dependable, professional, personable, resourceful, creative and on and on and on. She is everything you'd want in a wedding planner and more. She accepted mine and my husband's untraditional requests and made our vintage travel themed wedding a huge success. It is over a month after the wedding and everyone is still talking about how amazing it was. Christi created a beautiful, creative, entertaining wedding for us and all of our guests. I can't praise her highly enough for everything she has done. I will without reservation be recommending her to all my friends, and family for their events. She is fantastic! And on top of all her wedding planning skills she is just a super awesome person. I was married in May 2012 and Christi worked with me to help me plan the most perfect day I could have imagined! I am the type of person that lacks creativity and vision when planning events- something Christi is great with! She gave me feedback and had many great ideas. She was very responsive with phone calls and emails. The most beneficial aspect of having a wedding coordinator was the day of the wedding. Christi set up my entire venue and kept everyone on track. Hiring Windsor Event Studios is definitely the smartest decision we could have made!

Christi Winsor was a fantastic planner and I definitely could not have pulled my wedding off without her. She seamlessly handled vendors for me, made arrangements without my intervention, and took all my wants and desires into account. She was very prompt with answering emails. She assisted me in finding items for my wedding that I could not locate, including our card box. Christi even made time during one of our vendor-visit days to accompany me to my favorite pub in the area for a burger and a beer. She was just phenomenal and truly provided a great value to my new husband and me. We are forever grateful to her; I highly recommend her.

Christi at Winsor Event Studios helped plan my wedding on 12/8/2012, and she made every step of the way easier. I just wish I had hired her earlier, and let go of some responsibility (I can be a control freak). My "vision" was a little unique and I needed help pulling it all together without spending a fortune. For example, I wanted wood picnic-ish tables for an outdoor rustic wedding, which were way too expensive to rent, and Christi found various inexpenisve alternatives to still provide the rustic feel I wanted. Also, I decided to use my venue in a way that had not been done before (all outdoors as opposed to using the in-door banquet hall ... and using the indoor area would have been much easier, but that wasn't what I wanted) and Christi made this possible. My venue required us to do almost all of the "set-up" and Christi and her crew basically put together the entire wedding on the day-of (with some vendors' help) in only a couple of hours because we couldn't access the property before 1pm (with a start time of 4pm). Also, because we had to bring in our own vendors, she coordinated with the lighting crew, the delivery of the tables/chairs/linens, the caterer, bar tenders, the florist, etc., and on the day of, my husband and I didn't worry about a thing and I was able to just show up with my bridesmaids ready for the ceremony. Christi also made wine-cork themed place cards for us, which were adorable and unique, and had the great idea for a champagne bar during cocktail hour (on which I still receive compliments). Experience is key: for exp., Christi knew what questions to ask vendors, and she was able to make various table / seating chart options for us so that we only had to choose who sat where, as opposed to figuring how how many people can comfortably fit at a certain table. I never thought I would need or use a wedding coordinator, but it was the best decision we made.

Our wedding was this past Saturday and everything was amazing. Kristy made our vision come to life. She was so helpful throughout the whole planning phase, always available, and prompt to return calls/emails to address concerns to subside any worries. She was an excellent resource and great sounding board to keep us on track and got us in touch with the most amazing vendors. Planning a wedding in 4 months is no short feat, but Kristy made it a reality and more than anything she exceeded our expectations for what we thought our wedding could be. It was everything we wanted and more, she made it happen for us and we are so totally grateful to have had her and all the staff at Winsor Event Studio. It was just an awesome experience all around!!!!

Winsor Event Studio made our wedding day the most beautiful and cherished memories we will ever have. The whole day went off without a hitch, which is saying a lot because we had 2 full ceremonies (Buddhist and Christian), a luncheon, cocktail hour, a sit down dinner and reception all in one day and all in at one venue. The venue itself was beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned thanks to the decorating of Christi and her providers. We had the entire venue decorated for the morning ceremony, and then torn down, and completely redecorated for the second ceremony & reception. Christi made it all happen in just a few hours turn around. The best part of it all, was that everyone there really enjoyed themselves and kept saying how amazingly beautiful it looked. There was nothing for us to do. Christie took care of every last detail, so all we did was eat, drink, dance and really enjoy all the family and friends. If you are wondering whether having a wedding/event planner is worth it, trust me it is. Like many, we were on a budget and Christi helped us have the day we dreamed of and still stay on budget. Planning a wedding is so stressful and shouldn't be. Let someone help you so you can relax and make it the beautiful day every couple deserves. I would recommend Winsor Event Studios again and again. Christi did and amazing job and really exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail produced an exquisite environment for our guests. She was able to work within our budget without compromising the vision for our big day. If anything our vision was enhanced as nothing was cookie cutter and each detail was hand selected by Christi. Her prompt response to emails and phone calls helped to make the entire planning process easy and stress free! Before I began planning my wedding, a friend of mine told me how important it would be to have a planner assist with the wedding. To be quite honest, I did not believe her at first, but once I got into planning a little deeper I could see where one would be helpful so I contact Winsor Even Studios based on a recommendation from this friend. I must say, I could not be happier to have had Christi there on our wedding day. Not only was she indescribably helpful, I'm glad to have had the chance to meet her and get to know her. I would, just as my friend did, recommend Christi in a heart beat. There are things that would have fallen apart without her and I'm very thankful she was there.

Christi did a wonderful job with my wedding. She came with me to my appointment with the caterer, set up all my decorations and met with me several times about table set-up timing and anything else that needed to be done. Planning a wedding includes endless decisions- one of the best, if not the best, decision we made was to have Christi Winsor be an integral part of our big day. Christi is well-organized, sincere and creative. She always had prompt answers to my questions and provided much needed guidance when we were struggling with decisions. She did a phenomenal job with organizing, creating, and making my vision come to life. The personal touches she provided such as the program fans that she custom made for us touched me so deeply; it felt like my Grandmother was actually with us that day. Christi was my hero. We hired her at an amazing rate for just day of duties. My mother and I were surprised to see how much Christi was willing to do for us for just being our day of coordinator. We met, I want to say 4 times, before my actually wedding day (just so everyone knows, we planned my wedding in only 4 months!) Her services were amazing! She thought of everything when my mother and I became clueless. She even made the extra effort to check out the church I was getting married at before the big day without us even asking.
Besides going above and beyond before the wedding, her service during the wedding was incredible. She handled everything for my mother and I. There were a bunch of bumps in the road during the day, and there always is, but I did not know of them until the next morning only because my mother told me about it. She took care of everything without me ever knowing there was a problem. Although there was one incident that I did know about, which was that my photographer didn't show up at the appropriated time, Christi took charge. I was a little dramatic about him not showing up (I had to have at least ONE bridezilla moment), but after many attempts to get a hold of our photographer (w byho the way I hold no fault against, his work was AMAZING!), Christi grabbed her camera and started to snap shots for us. To my surprise she is also trying to work on her photographer skills, and did an amazing job with the pictures. Once again, Christi saved the day! I'm sure there is so much else I could say about her, but I think you all get the point, she pretty much rocked! Not only was she an amazing coordinator, I really started to see her as a friend by the end of the night. My husband and I were even surprised to find a gift from her in our honeymoon suite that night! Love her!!

We hired Christi from Winsor Studio to be our wedding planner for the day of the event. After putting hours upon hours of work into our wedding my fiance and I wanted to enjoy the big day with our family and friends with worrying about all the details the day of wedding.
My fiance and I were both from out of town and I lived across the country. Christi was always very flexible in meeting with us to talk about the details for the wedding and she alway made sure we were on track with every thing. If we were having a hard time making a decesion on some thing or just wasn't sure how we wanted to do something like favors and place cards she offer several suggestions. One of her suggestions is some thing we incorparted into our reception.
I would recommend Christi to any couple getting married. She is affordable priced for her services, she is very flexible and will work with your schedule. Any time I need any things she always there to answers questions and support us through the wedding planning process. As a person who likes perfection Christi made my vesion for my wedding come true. When I walked into the reception it was more beautiful then I had imagined.

Words could never quite express how grateful we are for all you have done to make our wedding truly the greatest day of our lives.

We began planning our wedding on our own and within a few months of the date realized it was not as easy as we thought it would be. Christi jumped in to rescue us! She remained so patient and understanding throughout the entire experience when trying to cater to the needs of two cultures coming together for one event. We loved how creative and full of ideas she was, her organization and attention to detail were also such wonderful accents. In the end, not only did we and our parents rave about the job she did, but our guests also were so impressed by how well the event was put together. In the beginning we were afraid that planning services did not fit into our budget but in the end we would have paid triple the amount just to have Christi on our side.

Christi we appreciate all the time and effort you put into this event and will never forget the lovely memories you have helped us make. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts. We would recommend you to ANYONE :)

Christi Winsor provided the most amazing support and suggestions as a wedding planner for myself and my husband! We did not have a large budget, however Christi was able to get really creative with regards to flower arrangements, table settings, and centerpieces, and provided excellent and delicious suggestions with regards to meal selections.
