Hiring Kayleigh Avery from Wild Blooms Bridal was the best money we spent on our whole wedding. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, do it, and hire Kayleigh in particular. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, professional, has a great eye for design and is just generally a delight to work with. I cannot recommend her enough, you will not regret hiring her.
My husband (!) and I just got married this past weekend and man did Kayleigh do a fantastic job. Having gone through the process now I would say the most important thing to look for in a planner is organization, which Kayleigh has in spades. The planning process unfortunately coincided with a very stressful time for me career-wise (finishing grad school, job searching and then starting a new job). It took such a weight off my shoulders just being able to trust 100% that Kayleigh was on top of everything. Meeting with her was always a delight and she went above and beyond for us every step of the way.
Also she did an excellent job designing the wedding. That was really the last thing I wanted to think about and Kayleigh took a half baked Pinterest board and some off hand comments I made and turned it into a detailed design board that perfectly captured what I wanted.
The month of the wedding was where I really realized how out of our depths we would have been without her. There were so many more details that needed to be planned than I realized, particularly around the timeline. Kayleigh joined us for calls with our vendors and countless times she would ask questions that were absolutely critical but never occurred to me to ask. We even got compliments from our other wedding vendors about how exceptionally organized and on top of everything she was. I’m truly so grateful we decided to hire her, if my husband and I had been steering that ship it would have been an absolute disaster. We are pretty organized people but we also have demanding jobs and simply would not have been able to do it all and do it well.
And on the day itself she really blew everyone away. Kayleigh has a real talent for herding cats (our family) with a gentle hand. She got everyone and everything where it needed to go and the day went off without a hitch. Some special highlights include making sure my mother in law had a comfortable place to stand for her speech because she was nervous about losing her balance, making sure I had a moment alone before the ceremony when I was freaking out and our whole families crashed the room we were in, and many more. Plus I’m sure there were many things she did for us behind the scenes that I didn’t even see. Honestly the day was pretty perfect and a large part of that is thanks to Kayleigh.
Additionally for florals we worked with Jessica from Wild Blooms. She was great to work with and very willing to work within our budget (florals was one of the places we were looking to save money and she was very kind and supportive about that). She was very professional and a lovely person, I would definitely recommend her.

I cant believe how amazing Lauren is- she really kept my day stress free and handled all the details. I have a type A family and she made sure everyone was able to enjoy the day.

Niki Taylor from Wild Blooms absolutely crushed it for us not only leading up to our wedding with the many planning calls and emails but on wedding day when we needed her most. She was calm, cool, collected and always on top of her stuff which was instrumental to us having a successful wedding day. We had a massive rain pivot that Niki led and helped execute that ended up turning out beautifully and would never have happened without her - so we are eternally grateful. Niki was a lovely person and an extremely organized planner and we were so lucky to have her on our team. 🫶🏽

My wife and I purchased Wild Blooms Bridal's Wedding Management package, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Sofia was a pleasure to work with; she kept us on track with planning and worked amazingly with all our vendors while being incredibly calm and easygoing. Compared to other coordination packages we saw when shopping around, we also thought that the WBB Wedding Management packages gives you a lot for your money. We can't recommend Sofia and Wild Blooms highly enough! -

We worked with Lauren Fitzmaurice (partial planning package) and truly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her. As two Type B’s often bogged down by our work and personal schedules, the thought of pulling off a wedding with over 100 people in attendance was super exciting but also quite intimidating. When we first talked with Lauren, we immediately felt at ease and knew we could trust her to fill in our gaps. She was the best decision we made for our wedding day - from her perfect vendor recommendations that matched our vibe, to the advice and guidance she provided us for over a year and a half leading up to our wedding, to her quick action the night before our wedding where she overnighted fans for our guests so we could still enjoy an outdoor ceremony during a particularly warm day.
She not only made the entire planning process & wedding day so easy for us, but also for our friends and families. We were able to relax and soak in the day with our families and friends with ZERO stress, only because Lauren and her assistant Liv were doing all of the hard work with setup, logistics, managing little blips and bumps, and vendor communication behind the scenes. Working with Wild Blooms for not only finding my Wedding Dress but as our florist was such a lovely experience. Sam was such a help when choosing my wedding dress, I had tried on about 6 dresses that all had aspects that I really loved but weren’t the right one overall. I gave Sam the freedom to pull any dresses she thought would fit my overall vision, and the first one she pulled was my dream dress.
Our floral experience was so easy start to finish working with Lauren P. We talked a lot about our vision and sent her inspiration pictures and from that she created a mood board that covered all of the bouquets/boutonnieres, tablescapes and arch. I was so impressed by this as it is not typically a service provided by many florists that just felt extra personal to our planning. Dropping off all of our decor was easy, and I didn’t have to worry about any set up or tear down the day of the wedding. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how unique and beautiful all of our flowers and tablescapes were. She nailed the vibe/design that we were looking for (which was hard enough for us to describe as it was slightly out of the box) and really brought our vision beautifully to life.

Lauren at Wild Blooms was the most incredible florist I could've asked for. She worked with me over the course of our engagement (almost 2 years) as my ideas and vision even changed slightly throughout that time. On our wedding day, she exceeded my expectations! She created the most beautiful bouquets, our centerpieces (low and high) were out of this world, and our head table was beautifully decorated with greenery and floating candles. We even had one mishap that Lauren handled like a champ and I didn't even know about until after! One of our church arrangements fell over/spilled after she dropped them off and she was able to make it back after doing the reception venue centerpieces and fix it before the ceremony happened. I couldn't recommend Lauren and Wild Blooms more and it truly was a huge factor in making my day a dream come true!! Beyond her amazing work, she is so friendly, personable and sweet! -

Outstanding Service
After looking in 8 other shops, I finally found everything I was looking for in 1 dress (comfort, lace, fitted, sparkle, beaded straps, and a pretty train). It did not feel like a mermaid dress because it was so elegant, but it was! I have never felt more beautiful in my life so thank you for my dream dress!! Wild Blooms also recommended the best places to get alterations done when I was short on time. I am grateful to have found this boutique and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking! The girls are patient and kind-you won't go wrong. -

Lauren F. Was our wedding planner. She is hands down the best planner you could ask for. She anticipated every single thing, got many stains out of my dress, was so so fun to work with and truly made our night the best night EVER! We were so confident in Lauren from the moment we connected! Could not recommend her enough!!!! Lauren P. Was our florist. She was an absolute joy to work with. She had such positive energy! We were absolutely in love with our florals from the French doors to the arbor to the tables and bouquets - everything was stunning! Book wild blooms bridal and you won’t regret it! -

I wish I could give more than 5 starts! Hiring Wild Blooms Bridal was one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning journey. Lauren P. was our florist and turned a few inspiration photos into a fairytale wedding beyond our dreams. Months later we still can’t stop talking about how beautiful every touch was - the bouquets, the chuppah, and the aisle pieces were even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. She was also able to incorporate all of the personal touches to make our wedding uniquely ours.
Lauren F. was our month of coordinator and ensured that every last detail was taken care of. Our venue required quite a bit of DIY and lot of vendors and Lauren was able to bring it all together. She made our vision a reality and we are so grateful to have been able to leave the details to her so we could really be in the moment on our big day.
Aside from going above and beyond to make our day beautiful, the Laurens are also just a joy to work with. Each planning call left us feeling organized and so excited. They honored our budget and had fantastic recommendations and advice. Having postponed our wedding twice due to covid before hiring WBB, they were a breath of fresh air and made the lead up to our wedding fun rather than stressful. They will bring the best energy to your wedding planning process! -

Where do I begin with how AMAZING Wild Blooms Bridal is?! The Laurens are one of a kind and made my wedding day better than I could have ever imagined.
Lauren P. handled flowers and Lauren F. was our month/day-of coordinator (along with Niki). This group of ladies are not only super talented and passionate at what they do, they are so sweet and kind. Let’s start with the flowers. When Lauren P. came into the bridal suite showing me my bouquet, I literally cried tears of joy! THE most gorgeous Fall arrangement. She provided florals for the entire venue including the arbor/ceremony area and cake! Everyone kept commenting on how gorgeous everything was. She also made little flower girl clips that added an extra touch. Lauren listened to all of my requests and provided her professional advice/feedback which led to the absolutely perfect mixed fall flower choices. I can’t stop looking at photos!
Lauren F. is truly one of a kind. You need to hire her for any planning/coordinating needs ASAP! Having her on our side leading up to and the day-of was the best decision we made. She helped us in countless ways – in addition to bringing together / communicating with our various vendors, she gave amazing advice on many topics and provided sound recommendations for a few vendors we ended up using. Not to mention, she helped stuff and distribute our welcome bags at 2 hotels – this woman is an angel on earth. Her passion for love and weddings shines through in everything that she does and I’m beyond grateful to have met her and honored to have had her be a part of our special day.
10/10 recommend the Laurens – you will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I hired WBB and Lauren P. super early into our wedding planning process on the recommendation of our venue (Hasbrouck House). We live in NYC and although not super far from the venue, wanted to have someone more local who knew the venue and vendors in the area. Lauren P. was all of this for us and more. Not only is she an expert in the Hudson Valley wedding industry, but she has personal relationships with so many vendors and venues, which makes the planning and coordination process seamless. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Lauren was an absolute hero -- coordinating times and details with every vendor, and fielding many frantic calls and emails from us when the forecast looked as if it may turn on us (weather ended up being perfect, but not without a ton of stress in the days leading up!) She led our rehearsal the night before and the day of, along with her assistant and the venue coordinators, handled absolutely everything. Our wedding day was PERFECT and everything was handled -- not one issue was brought to my attention and Lauren stayed until the very end to make sure of that. If you are on the fence about booking a planner, do not hesitate and reach out to WBB and Lauren -- they are the best, and we miss them! -

Working with Lauren and her entire Wild Blooms team was a DREAM from start to finish. Not only is she an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person, but she helped me figure out an entire mood board and direction to go in for what I wanted at the very start of my wedding process. And *then* she brought it to life in a way that made my jaw literally drop on the day-of. The wedding florals were stunning on every level, and added the perfect pop of color I was hoping for. One of the best things you can do for your wedding is hire her, y'all. -

We hired Lauren F (there are two Laurens at Wild Blooms!) to be our wedding planner on the recommendation of our caterer - and what a good decision. We booked the "partial planning" option because we'd already selected some big vendors so didn't need the full planning package, and it was SO wonderful to have her for the months before the wedding in addition to just the month-of. Lauren was our rock, backbone, and cheerleader all in one. She helped us pick vendors, build our timeline, sanity-checked our thousand small worries and choices, and ran the day like a well-oiled machine. She kept track of details I completely forgot about and seamlessly adopted our "low-key" but secretly-not-actually-all-that-low-key style/ untraditional requests for the wedding itself. But above and beyond what you'd expect, she graciously handled the demands of several family members, helped us coordinate deliveries of various supplies to our relatively remote venue/ hotel, and cleaned and organized our hotel room after I'd finished getting ready so we came back to a pristine space (!! so important! do not underestimate how tired you will be and how amazing it is to come back to a clean room!). I'm sure there are many many other things she did that I don't even know about. Plus - Lauren is absolutely *in her element* at the event itself, and that joyful energy was contagious! No one except the bride and groom are happier than Lauren at a wedding! -

I came to Lauren fresh out of the pandemic, after r scheduling my wedding for the second time. At this point my original dress (davids bridal) would be out of season and much too heavy for a July wedding. She made me feel so comfortable and I ended up finding my forever dress that day! I am so glad I stumbled upon this shop on Instagram, I had so many compliments day of! Thank you Lauren! -

Our wedding with Lauren was a huge success! We got married at an a-la-cart farm venue where there were more details than normal. She handled every single detail from a bum photographer, to bringing in bathrooms, to decor ideas we had for our special day. She has an amazing reputation and worked seamlessly with all of our vendors. It also rained unexpectedly the day of our (outdoor) wedding, and the work Lauren did to keep our vision alive was insane! Within minutes we had a new ceremony site set up, and our guests were comfortably seated. Lauren and her team were key in making our special day so incredibly magical! -

Lauren made our wedding perfect!
Hiring Lauren is like having a calm, crafty, organized best friend coordinate your wedding details- without working your real-life best friend to the bone. We cannot speak highly enough about Lauren and her services! Lauren was available for communication as soon as we booked and she always put my mind at ease. She is great at knowing when you need ideas or suggestions and when you need support. She has excellent references for vendors if you need them and she does STUNNING florals herself. I was clueless about executing decor and sent her some pictures of things I like and she recreated them perfectly! Lauren coordinated a detailed itinerary and communicated our timing and preferences to all of our vendors and family members. When we had doubts or problems, Lauren went to bat for us in a kind and professional way. I could go on and on but Lauren truly delivers a stress-free wedding day. My coworkers could not believe I was getting married because I was so calm knowing Lauren had everything under control. We were able to enjoy our wedding day with our family and be present and it all went more smoothly than we could have imagined. Our vendors loved Lauren, our families love Lauren, and we LOVE Lauren. I wish we could get married again to work with her more!!!! -

She’s some sort of wedding angel that managed to keep me calm, completely and beautifully execute my vision, and she was beyond accommodating of some of the wackier ideas I had. My husband and I hired Lauren after going through a terrible experience with another planner, and Lauren was everything that we thought a planner should be, and far exceeded our expectations. She kept me calm when I got anxious and came up with the most creative solutions to any problems that arose. Her organization of a timeline and confirmation with all of our vendors left me completely at ease the day of the wedding. I really just can’t say enough good things about her and all the hard work she did to make our dream day a reality. She also styled our wedding so beautifully that I’m still thinking about it. Hire Lauren. It’s a decision you won’t regret, and she’ll ensure that you’re able to enjoy your wedding day without worrying about any minor details.

I got my dress here which ended up being ordered two sizes two big because they never measured me. They measured my sister a few months after my own fitting. I contacted them about me not being fit and that my seamstress is charge between $400-$600 to take the lace dress in two whole sizes. They responded once in Jan/Feb and then never responded again. They ignored a follow up email as well. They were very unprofessional for something they messed up themselves. I don’t want another bride having to go through what I’m going through. Especially being ignored for three months. I would’ve been their biggest supporter and told everyone to go there until this happened. I am so disappointed because i used a local shop to support our area. If my wedding wasn’t so close i would’ve returned the dress and gave someone else my business. Do not use them. If anything goes wrong you will never hear from them again. And they will never take accountability of their actions.
