Cant say enough wonderful things about April and her staff. They were professional, friendly, and made it such a special day for my daughter's wedding! The only issue we had were the transport busses. The wedding was in August and the bus air conditioners did not work for the 25 minute ride from the hotel to the resort.

April is amazing and is making our dreams come true. She is very respectful and responsive and she listens to your every detail! She made it fun and stress free to plan our wedding with her. I 100% recommend this venue!

April and the entire staff at Whitetail were absolutely awesome! There is no other word to discribe them, from the security staff to the food team, they made our experience one to remember. April was so easy to work with, she answered all my questions and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. If you are thinking of having your wedding ceremony, reception or both at Whitetail, you are making the right decision, and won’t be disappointed!!!

We had out wedding on Aug 18, 2018 at the Whitetail Golf Resort and we loved it! Awesome views, very cozy, breezy and beautiful! Outstanding service, food, and everyone was very helpful and on top of things! Highly recommend it for the wedding venue (the dining room can sit up to 72 guests I recall)

Our wedding at Whitetail was everything we could have hoped for! April stepped in halfway through our planning process due to a staffing change at Whitetail and was amazing! Very responsive and flexible. She worked with us to problem solve and brought a wealth of experience to our wedding planning. The venue is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff courteous. If I could re-live the night, I wouldn’t change a thing (except maybe extending the night another hour haha!)

We had our wedding at Whitetail's Golf Resort and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely an affordable venue, but you really aren't making any sacrifices for the affordable price. The view from the golf course is breathtaking and our photos turned our gorgeous. The food was AMAZING. We had crab cakes, filet mignon, and chicken oscar and everyone loved it! They buy the alcohol from liquor stores rather then selling it from a bar, which is a huge money saver. They also provide a shuttle if you are concerned about guests drinking and driving. They were really helpful with our rainy day plan and were very flexible with making a last minute decision about rain the day of the wedding. The only concern for people wanting to have their reception at the golf course is that the room is very small so it can only accommodate less than 80 people and you have to have the dj, dance floor, and bar outside (which ended up being perfect for us). Also it was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the event coordinator via email, but the day of the wedding everyone was very responsive and helpful. Overall, GREAT venue for a great price. We are very happy we chose to have our wedding at this venue.

Beautiful venue! Wait staff the day of were very kind. The day of everything went flawlessly. Erica was there every step of the way and eager to help. Our cake didn't turn out how I invisioned it and Erica threw some baby's breath on it and made it look 95% better, she was great and honest with her opinions. We booked a year in advance and at times it was extremely frustrating when I would email Juli--sometimes id have to send her the same email 3 times before getting a response or other times I'd ask multiple questions and she'd only answer 1-2 of the questions. The food wasn't the greatest but our guests were having such s good time I don't think they cared. Only complaint the day of-where the girls get ready there is no air conditioning and that was rough as the day got hotter. All of my frustrations with communication prior to the wedding went down the drain once our actual wedding day went so smoothly

It wasn't very pretty and the people weren't very good and there really wasn't a bridal suite.
