I was super nervous about planning my wedding. Like the control freak I am, I was trying to plan it all myself and handle all the details. After a few suggestions from my loved ones I started looking for help. Luckily I found Jennifer and her team and I was instantly put at ease. Jennifer is so professional, sweet, and extremely adept at her job. She went over our expectations and was able to suggest a few things instantly that we hadn’t thought of. Because we had already booked all of our vendors (we got married at the Orlando Science Center and they have a preferred vendor list that cut down on some of my work), Jennifer assigned us to her coordinator Diana for our month of and day of coordination.
White Rabbit uses an online portal that helps immensely with planning of the event. You are able to create floor plans, upload pictures, and see/edit your event timeline. There’s a checklist feature built in that I found extremely useful. You have so many little details to think about and it’s not like most of us have done this before so it was nice to have a concrete checklist to look at. It even had cute reminders like “drink water!”
My planner Diana was truly amazing. She started by having me fill out a few very detailed questionnaires that helped facilitate our first meeting. We went over a basic timeline and all the vendors at that time. She gave great suggestions for timing of how long certain things (like hair/makeup, pictures) normally take. She also went over common things that people normally incorporate in weddings (first look, receiving lines, bouquet/garter tosses, dollar dance, etc) to see if they were a good fit for our event. The week before our wedding Diana was in overdrive for us: she was finalizing an extremely detailed timeline and contacting/communicating with all the vendors.
When it came time for the wedding I felt like I was actually able to enjoy the day. I wasn’t worried about setting up any decor, Diana and her assistant handled everything from setup to breakdown. I had leftover food, desserts, all of my belongings, and decor all loaded in my parents car. The night ran SO smoothly and I was never bothered for anything. My parents RAVED about Diana and her assistant. They were so impressed by how detailed she was and how much fun the rest of us were able to have because it was so well managed. I cannot thank the White Rabbit Events team enough for working so diligently on making our day, seriously, the best freaking day of our lives!! Jennifer Browne and Thao Tran were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. They handled every detail with so much care and intention. Jennifer beautifully set up all of my décor exactly the way I envisioned it, and Thao went above and beyond — making sure I stayed hydrated, touching up my makeup right before our reception entrance, and keeping me calm and comfortable through the whirlwind of the day.
At the end of the night, they packed up everything so seamlessly that all we had to do was walk out the door and head off to our honeymoon without a worry in the world. Their organization, kindness, and professionalism made our day run smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking for coordinators who genuinely care and make your day effortless, Jennifer and Thao are the dream team. Highly, highly recommend! 💛 -

Destiny was a heaven sent on my wedding day
Destiny from White Rabbit Events was an absolute dream to work with! She handled every detail, every little hiccup, and even family/decor drama like a total pro—so I didn’t have to stress at all. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. I can’t recommend her enough and would 100% work with her again!

Diana Beardsley was the wedding coordinator for our daughter’s wedding at Moss Estates on March 29. She did an amazing job! The rehearsal was run very efficiently. Pre- wedding day there were some issues we had with scheduling. Diana was able to work with the vendor to accomplish what we needed. She made it happen. She was very professional and dealt with several issues the day of the wedding that needed attention behind the scenes. We highly recommend her as a coordinator. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for my wedding at the Oviedo Wedding Barn this past December, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative and dedicated to making sure my vision came to life. I wanted a winter vibe for my Florida wedding, and she went above and beyond to help me achieve that. She even encouraged me to bring in my snow machine, worked seamlessly with my photographers to capture the perfect photos, and even took charge of operating the snow machine herself!
Throughout the planning process, Jennifer was friendly, professional, and well-organized. She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page, ensuring everything ran smoothly. She’s also well-known and highly recommended in the industry, and I can see why.
On the day of the wedding, she had everything planned down to the last detail, making sure things happened exactly when they were supposed to. It was such a relief to know I was in such capable hands. Day of coordination with White Rabbit was included when we booked with Moss Estates Venue. We worked mostly with Diana & Jordan & words can’t express how grateful I am for them. Diana stayed on top of things with all of my vendors in the month leading up to our big day. She was very down to earth & was able to help guide my “unsure/I don’t care what it looks like” mind towards making everything turn out beautiful. On our wedding day, Diana made sure to ease some of the hurt I was feeling due to stubborn mothers, crazy toddlers, & my too drunk to function maid of honor. I was highly emotional while getting my hair & makeup done & she made sure to take care of what she could to lessen the drama to where I was eventually able to compose myself & walk down the aisle with a smile. As the night went on, anything I wanted to change (scrap the bouquet toss, not announce the cake cutting, etc) she made sure everything flowed & we had an amazing time. I had my wedding in October of last year 2022. Jen Browne and her associate Melinda Stonitsch did an amazing job as my day of Coordinator. Everything was taken care of and I was able to focus on enjoying my big day. They especially took care of my mother on my big day making sure she could relax. My mom who had been fighting her second fight with cancer passed away later the following week so it meant alot to me that she was able to enjoy it as much as I was. I highly recommend White Rabbit Events ! Our big day went so smoothly thanks to Diana B. We opted for the day of coordinator and thank goodness we did . Diana went above and beyond . There aren’t words for how grateful we are. I enjoyed the creative aspect when it came to planning my wedding, and certain elements such as the decor & music were extremely important to me. So staying organized was vital in executing my vision. Diana was well organized and took the time to understand my goals and aided in making my dream wedding come true. She was a tremendous help throughout the whole process from: answering any questions I had, creating a solid timeline, assisting with vendors , and the setup and taking down of decor. She truly stayed on top of everything and paid close attention to detail. I also enjoyed that we used aisleplanner and the portal to communicate, organize, and plan everything for the big day. Jennifer and her team are beyond worth every single penny, honestly they’re worth more than that. She is the absolute best planner i have ever came across. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was beautiful. Some of our other vendors were not doing what was stated in their contract but Jenn stepped in and worked it out or did it. Jennifer and her assistant Damien (hang over guy) were AMAZING!! I hired her for my daughters wedding because I wanted to be able to enjoy the day and soak it all in, and that is what I was able to do. I cannot say enough wonderful things! They made the day so stress free, took care of the little things that we did not think of, it was one of the best decisions we made in the planning of this wedding. The "emergency" kit she brought for the bridal suite was great, it had so much thought into it, I think every last little "oh shoot we for this...." in it! I feel every time we thought of something we needed one of them was there to assist they were one step ahead all night, from before the start to way after everybody had left and we were cleaning up. We hired White Rabbit Event Planning for our wedding in April. I am not one to leave a review normally, but I want everyone to know how wonderful Jennifer and her team are. I highly recommend them. I waited to post this review as I wanted to take time after our wedding to really think things over. I highly recommend you do not use this wedding planning company. My wedding was in November of 2024 at Moss Estates and this company was included as one of the options for a coordinator. I experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from Jennifer B. and my guests are still talking about how horrible she was. It started with my planning meeting with her. She was 15 minutes late. She was also late to the wedding rehearsal. I am a big planner and so I did not really need a coordinator to help with the planning and organizing before. The one person that Jennifer was supposed to reach out to was our wedding videographer. The day before the wedding the videographer reached out to me asking if everything was okay because no one had reached out to him. When we got to the rehearsal to check the set up of the reception hall, the layout that was previously discussed with Jennifer was not correct and she acted like she had no idea. On the day of the wedding, I ended up having to have family and friends step in because of her lack of work ethic. Both myself and my bridesmaid had to ask 4 different times to get extra chairs that were in the corner of the room removed. Most of the time she was no where to be found. During our planning meeting I gave specific instructions that when the wedding cake arrived my mother was to be notified as a box had to be kept. This did not happen and Jennifer threw out the box. She later put our saved cake in an empty Budweiser bottle that was in the venue’s TRASH! She did not go to get the plates/utencils for the cake and I (the bride) had to leave our dinner to walk across the venue to fetch them. When it came time for the first look, I was standing outside and had to send our photographer to get the groom as it was 15 minutes past our first look time. My guests kept asking who the random person sitting down on their phone was. She did not dress professionally, did not act professionally, and truly ruined the parts of my day she was to assist with.White Rabbit Events's reply:

I would like to address your concerns to provide a clear explanation of what occurred and clarify any misunderstandings. Vendor Communication: You mentioned that the videographer was not contacted. I want to clarify that I did reach out to confirm the timeline and details with every vendor, except the photographer and DJ, as you specifically requested that I not communicate with them. Regarding the videographer, the process of identifying and contacting them was unusually difficult. You declined to complete our questionnaire, which as I mentioned during our meeting is critical for gathering vendor contact information, and could only provide the videographer’s name not the company name. It took three attempts of emailing different video companies before I successfully located the correct one. This resulted in the timeline and details being sent much later than normal. Compounding this, you refused to allow me to coordinate with your photography team, who work directly in tandem with the videographer. During our video call, I explained that if I could not coordinate with the photo team, it would make it nearly impossible to ensure a smooth workflow with the video team, as their work often overlaps and requires joint timing. Despite this, I was told not to even speak to the photographer on the day of the wedding or prior to the wedding. This restriction significantly hampered my ability to oversee or guarantee coordination between these key vendors. On the wedding day, when the videographer concern was raised, I directly asked the videographer about the communication and pulled up the email I had sent. He acknowledged they had received the timeline from me but had not seen it before reaching out to you. I regret that this caused unnecessary stress, but the situation stemmed largely from the limitations and strict boundaries placed on my ability to communicate with key vendors and facilitate the seamless coordination that we typically deliver. I did voice my concern about this during our meeting multiple times and made it clear that I would be unable to effectively coordinator with the boundaries you set in place. I was told you understood this and would rather I not be involved. Floor Plan Setup: You mentioned that the reception hall layout did not match what was previously discussed. To clarify, we do not handle venue setup directly. Instead, we provide the venue with a detailed floor plan based on what you approved in the online portal. This plan was sent to the venue exactly as confirmed by you. The venue even confirmed that with you directly at the rehearsal by showing you the floor plan I sent. So I know you are aware that the floor plan I sent matched the one you approved. Upon arriving at the reception hall, a few tables had been placed slightly closer to the dance floor than indicated on the floor plan. This was simply a misinterpretation by the venue staff during setup. I quickly pulled up the approved floor plan, adjusted the tables, and confirmed with you in person that the layout was now correct. There was no confusion here, it just took me about 30 seconds to a minute or so to pull up the floor plan and verify everything. Additionally, you mentioned wanting some tables to be angled, but this was never communicated to me. The approved floor plan did not include any angled tables. You stated at the rehearsal you did not know how to angle them using the software. While this is not an issue I could have easily resolved for you, I would have needed to be informed of this preference to make the necessary adjustments in the layout. Extra Chairs in the Reception Hall: The extra chairs in the reception hall are a standard practice at that venue, they keep backup chairs in place in case someone needs them. For example, a elderly guest that wants a chair brought out to cocktail hour or a guest that didn't RSVP showing up. We can not access the chairs and they do this so we are able to grab one in a timely manner, if need. On the day of the wedding, you requested their removal. I communicated this immediately to the venue staff, who were busy preparing the ceremony area but assured me they would handle it. However, repeatedly asking for the chairs to be removed was unnecessary, as it was already communicated to the venue staff and was the very next task they were going to complete. It took about 45 minutes for them to remove the chairs because their priority was ensuring the ceremony setup was completed first. The chairs were removed well before guests even arrived for ceremony. Cake Box and Utensils: I was not informed to notify your mother upon the cake’s arrival. Regarding the cake box, the claim that I threw out a box for the top tier of the cake is simply not accurate. The cake designer did not leave a box and I did tell you this directly already, so I am unsure of why you are stating a threw away the box. I used a clean box from the bar to store the cake. This box was not from the venue’s trash, as stated, but rather a large, empty box I retrieved and sanitized specifically for this purpose. As for the plates and utensils, they were left in the bridal suite, and their location was never communicated to me. About three hours before the cake cutting, I asked where they were so I could give them to the catering vendor. I was informed of their location during the brief 15-minute window I had to sit and eat dinner. The person that informed me of this stated they would grab them and I told them to not worry about it and that I would get them in about 5-10 minutes them right after I finished my meal, as there was still about 2 hours until catering needed them there was no rush on this. At that time, I immediately communicated to catering that I knew where they were and would grab them for them in 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, before I could do so, you chose to retrieve them yourself less then 5 minutes after I was informed of their location. When I saw you had retrieved the plates, I ran to take them from you and you refused to let me take them. In my confusion on what the rush on getting the plates was I asked if you wanted to move the cake cutting up. I was then berated and told that cake cutting wasn’t for another two hours and that I should already know that. I attempted to explain that I was simply trying to understand the urgency, but I was talked over and not given the chance to speak further. First Look Timing: As per your instructions, I was asked not to interact or communicate with the photographer in any way or manage their timeline. Without contact information and with explicated instructions from you to not speak to the photographer, I could not directly ensure the first look occurred on schedule. We discussed this during our meeting and the issues it would cause day of and you informed me it was covered and help from me was not welcome. I remained available to assist with other tasks, but I respected your preferences to refrain from coordinator your vendor timelines, as requested. Use of Phone During the Wedding: My phone is an essential tool for managing the day-of details, including accessing the timeline and floor plan through our online portal. You were made aware that we use this online portal and a digital timeline. It also allows me to efficiently communicate with the vendors and venue staff. However, I was expressly told not to manage portions of the timeline, not to talk to key vendors, not to handle setup, and not to touch any personal décor items. Because of these restrictions, I didn't have as much to do in terms of direct involvement day of, as these tasks I was told not to be involved with are a large part of our services. Additionally, the venue team I was give permission to communicate with was using text messages during the wedding to stay in touch. While I understand that seeing me on my phone may have seemed unprofessional, this is how we manage the event efficiently. I was still able to coordinate everything that was within my purview, even under the constraints that were set for me. Professional Attire: For your wedding, I wore a black, knee-length business dress from Talbots’ professional collection. This dress drops all the way to my knees, and comes all the way to my neck. While fitted it is not tight or reveling in any way. This dress is my standard attire for weddings and is both business-appropriate and practical for outdoor events, particularly in Florida’s heat. As this was a barn venue, with a active cow pasture, I wore close toes machine washable black flats. Overall Day-of Assistance: During our planning meeting, many of my questions about managing the wedding day were met with instructions from you not to handle certain details. This included the timeline for key vendors, the setup or breakdown of personal décor, and any interaction with the photographer or DJ. You explicitly refused to provide me with their contact information and stated you would handle those aspects yourself. I informed you during the meeting that without this information, I would not be able to guarantee the level of coordination typically expected, as it would limit my ability to manage the day effectively. Throughout the entire wedding, any attempts I made to assist or manage the day were met with resistance, and I was repeatedly scolded at for any attempt I made to do my job. I was told repeated not to do, say or touch anything. A specific example of this occurred when I cued the DJ for key events. Despite not being provided the DJ’s contact information or being allowed to communicate with them during the planning process, I had to step in and provide cues to ensure the event stayed on schedule. However, I was berated at multiple times for doing so. I assume this stemmed from your instruction not to speak with the DJ, but it is impossible to coordinate a wedding effectively without directly communicating with the vendors involved. Throughout the wedding, I remained available and willing to assist, but any attempts to provide help or take on tasks were met with resistance or, at times many times, yelling and specific instructions to not get involved in any way. I respected your boundaries to the best of my ability, but this significantly limited my ability to oversee the day in the way I typically do for my clients and you were informed multiple times these limitations would be a issue times. I understand that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and I am truly sorry that you felt parts of your day fell short of expectations. My goal was to honor your strict boundaries while ensuring the day ran smoothly in any areas I was allowed to within those limiting and challenging boundaries. This is not the level of service we typically provide, but it reflects what we were able to deliver given the limitations that were placed on our role throughout the planning and on the wedding day.
