  Amazing team of planners!!

  I was super nervous about planning my wedding. Like the control freak I am, I was trying to plan it all myself and handle all the details. After a few suggestions from my loved ones I started looking for help. Luckily I found Jennifer and her team and I was instantly put at ease. Jennifer is so professional, sweet, and extremely adept at her job. She went over our expectations and was able to suggest a few things instantly that we hadn’t thought of. Because we had already booked all of our vendors (we got married at the Orlando Science Center and they have a preferred vendor list that cut down on some of my work), Jennifer assigned us to her coordinator Diana for our month of and day of coordination.
  
  White Rabbit uses an online portal that helps immensely with planning of the event. You are able to create floor plans, upload pictures, and see/edit your event timeline. There’s a checklist feature built in that I found extremely useful. You have so many little details to think about and it’s not like most of us have done this before so it was nice to have a concrete checklist to look at. It even had cute reminders like “drink water!”
  
  My planner Diana was truly amazing. She started by having me fill out a few very detailed questionnaires that helped facilitate our first meeting. We went over a basic timeline and all the vendors at that time. She gave great suggestions for timing of how long certain things (like hair/makeup, pictures) normally take. She also went over common things that people normally incorporate in weddings (first look, receiving lines, bouquet/garter tosses, dollar dance, etc) to see if they were a good fit for our event. The week before our wedding Diana was in overdrive for us: she was finalizing an extremely detailed timeline and contacting/communicating with all the vendors.
  
  When it came time for the wedding I felt like I was actually able to enjoy the day. I wasn’t worried about setting up any decor, Diana and her assistant handled everything from setup to breakdown. I had leftover food, desserts, all of my belongings, and decor all loaded in my parents car. The night ran SO smoothly and I was never bothered for anything. My parents RAVED about Diana and her assistant. They were so impressed by how detailed she was and how much fun the rest of us were able to have because it was so well managed. I cannot thank the White Rabbit Events team enough for working so diligently on making our day, seriously, the best freaking day of our lives!! We are forever grateful and would HIGHLY recommend their company for your special day :)

  Wonderful, special attention to detail

  Jennifer is easy to talk to, organized, and punctual. She's so imaginative in regards to integrating my theme of a Renaissance but more polished. She's really made every detail meaningful and special to our special day. I cannot wait for her to plan our special day

  Day of Coordinator Services

  My husband and I just recently got married last weekend (4/20/24) at Moss Estates and had the pleasure of working with White Rabbit Events for our big day. We had Diana Beardsley as our Day of Coordinator, and let me just say, we would’ve been absolutely lost without her during this entire process and day of. Not only did she help coordinate with all of our vendors starting a few weeks out from the wedding, she provided fantastic recommendations and advice, and most importantly was a BLAST to work with. Our day would have been chaotic and not complete without Diana. We cannot say better things about White Rabbit Events!

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Diana and White Rabbit. They were so helpful and responsive as our Day-Of Coordinator. Diana came on board about 30 days before our wedding and was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. She was meticulous, organized, prompt and above all, so kind and thoughtful! On our wedding day I didn't have to worry about a single thing because she took care of it and our day would not be complete without her. She also seemed genuinely excited to be there for us :) Highly recommend!

  The best wedding coordinator!!

  I could have not been any happier with Jennifer and the rest of the White Rabbit Events team for our wedding! She was on point with every aspect of planning. We hired her and the team for Day of Coordination and not only was it reasonably priced, but they went above and beyond to support the vision we had for the day. Jennifer was very friendly, easy to work with, and we even got many compliments from our guests about how organized and detailed the planning team was! I HIGHLY suggest White Rabbit Events and we were so lucky to have found them for our wedding! Thanks Jennifer!!

  White Rabbit Events helped me coordinate my 10/27/23 wedding at Celebration Golf Club. Jennifer was very easy to work with and even gave us great ideas to add on into our reception that I hadn't even thought of. Her planning tools helped keep me organized and stress free!   Day of coordination with White Rabbit was included when we booked with Moss Estates Venue. We worked mostly with Diana & Jordan & words can’t express how grateful I am for them. Diana stayed on top of things with all of my vendors in the month leading up to our big day. She was very down to earth & was able to help guide my “unsure/I don’t care what it looks like” mind towards making everything turn out beautiful. On our wedding day, Diana made sure to ease some of the hurt I was feeling due to stubborn mothers, crazy toddlers, & my too drunk to function maid of honor. I was highly emotional while getting my hair & makeup done & she made sure to take care of what she could to lessen the drama to where I was eventually able to compose myself & walk down the aisle with a smile. As the night went on, anything I wanted to change (scrap the bouquet toss, not announce the cake cutting, etc) she made sure everything flowed & we had an amazing time. I highly recommend White Rabbit to anyone!

From the moment I booked her I felt relieved. I gave her all the details of what we were looking for and she brought our vision out perfectly. She set everything up and broke everything down and made sure that we were taken care of all day. They say to make sure you eat and enjoy every little moment of your wedding because it flies by… Thanks to Melinda I was able to enjoy every last second. If you’re on the fence, please just book them now! So worth every penny, and they were already at a great price. Thank you White Rabbit Events for helping make our wedding day the best day of our lives ❤️

  The Best Planners!

  I got married on April 8, 2023 at Moss Estates and the recommended White Rabbit for my Day of Coordinator. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From my first planning call with Jennifer to the final planning and day off with Melinda. Melinda and my husband knew each other from high school and we all had such a good time that day. She was AMAZING!!

  Jennifer is amazing, last min changes to difficult vendors, she made our day perfect and easy as possible

  Jennifer was amazing, pre planning and guidance, rehearsal and all of the last min changes on the day of… we couldn’t of done it without her, fantastic at keeping everything running during last min changes both weather and vendor issues she still found a way to make our day everything we wanted it to be. I am sure she did so much more than I ever will know, but that’s the prefect thing about the best wedding planners. They get it done so you can enjoy your day. She is the best.

  I highly recommend White Rabbit Events ! Our big day went so smoothly thanks to Diana B. We opted for the day of coordinator and thank goodness we did . Diana went above and beyond . There aren’t words for how grateful we are. I enjoyed the creative aspect when it came to planning my wedding, and certain elements such as the decor & music were extremely important to me. So staying organized was vital in executing my vision. Diana was well organized and took the time to understand my goals and aided in making my dream wedding come true. She was a tremendous help throughout the whole process from: answering any questions I had, creating a solid timeline, assisting with vendors , and the setup and taking down of decor. She truly stayed on top of everything and paid close attention to detail. I also enjoyed that we used aisleplanner and the portal to communicate, organize, and plan everything for the big day. Overall, very pleased with how the whole day went and absolutely recommend white rabbit events (especially Diana) for you future brides to be!

  Jen is such an incredible wedding planner to work with. She helped focus our wants for the wedding and was so patient when we needed more options. Jen really was able to help us with other amazing wedding professionals in the area. She is so organized and very professional but at the same time, I felt like I was working with a friend. Jen created our wedding dreams and really, we couldn’t ask for more.

  Let me start by saying Jennifer Browne from White Rabbit Events is an absolute superhero and incredible to work with!
  
  From the get-go, she was organized and receptive. She gave my wife and I a ton of ideas but didn’t push if we absolutely didn’t want something. She directed us to amazing local restaurant vendors because we didn’t want to go with a generic wedding catering company or hire a chain. She gave us resources for everything from décor to invitations, to lawn games.
  
  She constantly stays in the loop of her venues, which was invaluable to our event. About four months before our big day, she saw our wedding venue was up for auction, and basically helped us plan an entire back-up wedding in case our original location fell through, something we both never realized could happen!
  
  Everything ended up working out with our first choice, and on the day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team turned our venue into a wonderland. Every detail was on point, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing.
  
  If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, let me tell you, Jennifer Browne is THE ONE. She'll make your special day feel even more magical than you could ever imagine.
