  I knew when I first spoke to Tara that I would be hiring her as my wedding planner. I got married at the Grove Park Inn, but we live in Florida, so we needed some major help. Tara was a perfect fit for us. She handled so much, and she recommended the BEST vendors. We wouldn't have changed a thing. All of her suggestions were great, and even on the wedding day when it down poured, she was a calming spirit that I really needed to figure out what the next step was. Even after the ceremony (and a few other times) we all laughed as she wringed my dress out in the back room. Our group had so many different personalities, but she handled them all like a champ. I seriously can't imagine my wedding without her, and I know it would not have been anywhere near as perfect as it was with any other planner. My husband and I are so grateful for everything she did for us before, during and after the wedding.

  Alright, I have to admit that my husband was very skeptical about why we needed a wedding planner. But, realizing we were getting married in a city we both did not know, we, quickly, fell in love with Tara.
  
  We got married at the Biltmore and Tara came highly recommended. Being a type-A personality myself, I had a lot of questions for our wedding planner. Plus, my maid of honor was a wedding planner so I had high hopes.
  
  Tara far exceeded all expectations. She knew that we were very busy people and coordinated late night email time, conference calls and told us exactly what we needed to do for each vendor and deadline. We also hired her for the welcome dinner (our version of a "small" rehearsal dinner for 100+ people) and she took care of everything. Any time I turned around with a question, she was there with an answer and made everything happen.
  
  Also, if you are not from Asheville and looking for vendors and someone that knows everyone (really, she does), Tara is phenomenal. My husband still talks about how helpful she was over the wedding weekend!

  Made our daughter's dream come true. Perfect day, done flawlessly by Tara. Forever grateful for her services. And this wedding was done with the bride at a great distance. Every detail accounted for by Tara.

  Tara was beyond amazing. She made sure everything went according to plan and was very professional but also relatable along the way. Our wedding was perfect thanks to her expert planning and expertise. She also recommended the majority of our other venders and they were all wonderful. I felt like I could trust her to make any spilt second or last minute decisions along the way because she was so in tune with what we wanted for our wedding. She was very organized and also helped us out by providing checklists of things to do and reminders about when to do them. Thanks for such a wonderful wedding

She is classy, always pleasant, never steered us wrong, and exceptionally responsive and creative. I think it says a lot that others in the industry in Asheville LOVE her and clearly enjoy working with her. I was very impressed by how proactive she was. For examply, the week of our wedding she thought to order pashminas for our outdoor rehearsal since the forecast was chilly. She sent me her idea, had already priced it out, and voila! Made it happen. Thanks to Tara our wedding planning was actually enjoyable :).

  I can not possibly say enough good things about Tara. She was there for us through the entire planning process and made everything so easy. She is incredibly sweet, professional, creative, talented, and organized! I love love love her! Our wedding was more than we ever could have dreamed of!

  My daughter's wedding was June 25, 2011 at Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. Tara Jordan was our wedding planner. She worked diligently and tirelessly for over a year to make sure that her wedding with seamlessly. Tara is such a delightful person. She kept us informed and followed through on every small detail. She worked so well with all our vendors. On the wedding day, both my daughter and I were so relaxed. We were truly able to just sit back and enjoy. The rehearsal, ceremony and reception were completely on time and totally relaxed in every way. We would highly recommend Tara and wish her only the best for the future.

  I am so happy I found Tara to help me plan my destination wedding. As a bride originally from East Tennessee, but currently located in Washington, D.C., I knew planning a wedding in Asheville would be a challenge. Tara made it so simple by helping me choose the perfect vendors and planned everything from the bridesmaid luncheon to our grand exit. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Biltmore Estate and it is all thanks to Tara and her excellent planning. We could NOT have done it without her. Anyone looking to have their wedding in Western North Carolina should look no further than Weddings with Tara.

  Tara was wonderful to work with! She is very flexible as well; I really only needed to find a few more vendors and have someone there to take care of details the day of the wedding, and she was able to accomplish it all with a very fair price. She is very sweet and has wonderful people working with her, so you are always in good hands!
