  2022 Epic Sorrento wedding! Valentina and Monica are the best at what they do!

  Valentina and Monica with Weddings on Demand are the best!! Our wedding in Sorrento, Italy was absolutely perfect! It was held at Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento, a 5 Star Hotel with 5 Star service hands down! The views in Sorrento are stunning! I can’t say enough about Valentina and Monica! They made the whole experience so stress free and they made us feel like one big happy family, which includes the Hotel staff, additional instrumental music artists, DJ, make up artists, and Photography. Everything went smoothly even despite the unexpected Rain! ( that’s the only day it rained in the first two weeks of June, but they say it’s good luck!) We were hesitant at first with the whole process of having a wedding over seas and not knowing who to trust, but Valentina and Monica made the transition smoothly and professionally. They have several You Tube videos available addressing the “common” questions couples usually have. You can call them and ask questions at anytime or set up a zoom video call as well. We had such a great time dancing, laughing, and eating with them! It was a small wedding party of only 20 people and it was Amazing! Their friendly and bubbly personalities make them a great team! They bring good vibes and smiles on your big day. Thank you so much Valentina and Monica for such outstanding service and making us feel at home! 5 star Southern Hospitality at its best!!

  Valentina and Monica with Weddings on Demand are the best!! Our wedding in Sorrento, Italy was absolutely perfect!   The Best Decision You Will Ever Make

  When I began searching for a planner in November of 2019, I knew that they would need to be able to see my vision for my wedding day. I also knew that, despite the fact that I speak Italian, they would need to speak English so that my family and fiancé could feel in the loop. I searched for someone who had exemplary work in their existing portfolio, had experience working in various parts of Italy, and that I felt would capture the dolce vita for our entire wedding weekend. I found all that and more in Weddings on Demand with Monica and Valentina. The hardest part of writing this review is trying to put into words how much they mean to me and how incredible they are at what they do! Their capacity to hear what I was describing and transform it into a tangible reality is unparalleled, and believe me I did my research and interviewed numerous other Rome-based and Italy-based planners. Weddings on Demand not only was beyond fair in their pricing, but they were relatable, kind-hearted and super creative! They were so fun to work with from my very first Skype interview with them. I would be delighted starting my day with a Skype call or WhatsApp voice memo from Monica. And need I mention that we worked together during the global pandemic of Covid-19?! Not once did they lose sight of what we were working towards, or make me feel that I needed to compromise my dream day or worse, cancel it. They were so flexible, and never complained about me wanting to move the wedding on a monthly basis rather than by an entire year. Altogether we moved the wedding four different times. Each time they would set to work contacting all the vendors and venues, and diligently settle on a new date. They were so gracious! They never made me feel like a nuisance. And more importantly, they were always happy to do what I asked. Other planners I would see on Instagram were refusing to move the date for their clients, even forcing them to wait it out. In the Spring of 2021, I witnessed how detrimental a move that was to their clients. Thankfully, that was never the case with Weddings on Demand. They not only would move when or how I wanted, but three different times Monica was ahead of the curve and the news cycle and on her own instincts made the gentle suggestion that we move the date back a little bit. I am so glad I was smart enough to listen to her! She saved us countless times because we would beat the rush and the bottleneck of all the other couples scrambling to change their date. That's the thing. Monica and Valentina give you something that no one else can: experience and expertise! They are truly experts at their craft. They know what they're doing and get you excellent quality at the best possible price. They're able to communicate to me as the bride why so-and-so is such a better caterer and worth the price, or why the venue we wound up choosing was the best for what our vision was. Those are two of my favorite vendors that without Monica I would have totally bungled. Lincei catering and Villa Aurelia (our venue) were unforgettable. Our guests said it was the wedding of the century. Monica was willing to listen to my wishes, but she also still weighed in and really urged me to consider Villa Aurelia despite it being a big venue for a smaller wedding, and Lincei being worth their weight in gold in comparison to other catering offers. Boy was she right! I can't thank her enough, and I can't urge you more to hire these brilliant women. You will never regret it! They even planned our Welcome Event and Rehearsal Dinner for us at no extra charge. If you become their client, it's obvious from how they treat you that they care about you. You're not just another job or wedding to them. You become in a way "famiglia." They already were master planners, but now they've more than proven that they can work effectively and wisely in the new global climate with Covid protocols, etc. I would work with them again in a heartbeat, if ever I am planning an event in Italy.

  Best Wedding Planners!

  Monica and Valentina were the absolute BEST. They made our Italian wedding dreams come true. They were there every step of the way guiding us through planning a destination wedding, postponements, and support throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough - If only I could get married and work with them again!

  Our dream come true

  They are kind professional and Amazing weddings planner. Due to COVID 19 we were forced to postpone the wedding 3 times but we didn't have any problems with suppliers and this was thanks ti their work,understanding and empathy.
  Valentina helped us from the begginig and She understood my wedding Mood perfectly. All suppliers were Amazing and professional. They create and realize our dream.

  Dream Italian wedding came true!

  Thank you so much Monica for helping to pull together a truly magical fairy tale wedding! Monica worked with me closely to craft what turned out to be such a beautiful and stunning day. All of our suppliers which Monica recommended were truly incredible - the venue, the caterers, the flowers, and the photography / videography went far above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for and all of our guests keep on telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Monica was super responsive throughout the 12 months we took to plan this and was patient and understanding when I kept changing my mind and helped me when decision overload took hold! She and her colleague Valentina and the photographers also went out of their way to arrive the day before to ensure all details were ready before the big day and were a calming presence amongst the craziness on the day. Big big thank you again for making this day so very special - the photos and video are magic and we will treasure these forever. Bacio Nicola and Owen xxx

  Great help to make our wedding perfect!!

  We strongly recommend to work with with Wedding on Demand especially if you are doing a destination wedding. Monica provided us with great trusted suppliers which did an amazing job and that gave us the peace of mind when we booked them. Having an italian partner in the preparation of the wedding is essential and she was able to give us great recommendations along the way as you often feel lost when you start a task. Monica and Valentina handled perfectly the coordination of our wedding day and made sure to take into account all of our wishes or requests that were difficult sometimes :) !

  A magical wedding!!

  We live abroad so we had alot of anxieties about getting married in Italy without visiting.
  
  Monica however made the journey a fun and awesome one. She took care of all the details for us, from the tinniest to the biggest elements, everything was always managed. Heads up on upcoming work, finances and logistics was always communicated and relayed.
  
  We arrived to rome a few days before and Monica made sure we are very comfortable and happy with all our decisions. She even helped us make a few amends on the last hours to ensure we are happy.
  
  We didnt feel any pressure on the day. All issues were properly handled and the event was managed smoothly. We were very happy and in the moment thanks to Monica's dedication.
  
  We are eternally grateful for this experience and would highly recommend weddings on demand team!!

  The single most important investment you’ll ever make!!

  There are not enough words to describe how important and life changing booking Weddings on Demand has been through our wedding journey. It isnt easy knowing who to trust when you’re planning a wedding in Italy and you live in the UK. Yet for whatever miracle I stumbled on their website (thank you google), Monica was exceptional from the moment we met on Skype to our last hug goodbye. She understood my vision, what we cared about the most and our budget, she introduced us to the most incredible and high end services, she was always ALWAYS one message away to reassure us and inspire us and make us laugh, even on our lowest of days having to deal with difficult family situations. The day itself was effortless and run smoothly, everyone from different cultures and nationalities came together and had a wonderful time. I’ve never felt so happy in my life and I can honestly say that I owe it all to her!
  
  I cannot recommend Weddings on Demand enough. If you want peace of mind, incredible beauty and exceptional quality, they are the people to go to!

  Exceptional service

  Monica from Weddings on Demand recently organised our wedding in Rome, while we were based in the UK. She took care of everything for us, including organising all the legal paperwork, ceremony and reception, not leaving out any detail. She even reserved a restaurant for us all for the night before the wedding and translated for us during the ceremony! Monica went to so much effort, sorting out any issues that arose and found us a replacement reception venue after problems with the original one we'd chosen. She sent us regular emails updating us and responded to any queries we had extremely quickly. When it came to the big day, it went seamlessly and was an absolutely amazing day - we couldn't have asked for more. It was just perfect and the replacement reception venue and catering she'd organised were fantastic. We cannot recommend Monica enough; our day was so magical because of all the effort she had put in. We barely had to do anything, just turn up and enjoy it! Thank you Monica! Angela & Mike

  They are fabulous

  Valentina was a really great wedding planner. Always avilable (even in long distance plannings as in our case at the beginning) to answer our questions and trying to accomplish our requests.
  The day of the wedding she and Monica, her partner, were in charge of literally EVERYTHING. We just had fun and enjoyed our party every second without worries.
