Just stop looking and hire Cit and her team for your wedding! You won't regret it. The absolute best decision I could have made for our wedding. Cit not only understood our wedding vision down to the very last details, but she was incredibly responsive (sorry for the 10 pm texts) and knowledgeable for the full year we have been working with her. She knew what we needed before we even asked. I don't know if that many people leave their wedding and appreciate how much their wedding planner feels like family, but Cit is part of our family now. Cit and her team deserve every last bit of praise for their work because they CRUSHED it. Please stop stressing about your wedding and book The Green Planner right this very second. -

The Best Decision We Ever Made
Cit and her team are one-of-a-kind. This past weekend, they went above and beyond our wildest dreams and made our three-day long wedding seem like a simple task to execute. From answering 12 texts at 11 pm, to finding comps within our budget when vendors were too expensive, and having a solution for absolutely everything, there is nothing Cit can or won’t do for her couples. There are truly no words to describe the level of care or attention to detail that Cit puts into her work. She understood our vision better than we did and delivered an opening dinner, welcome party and wedding better than anything we could’ve imagined. Planning a destination wedding with several events should have been stressful or difficult, or even presented a few hiccups along the way, but with Cit, it was a breeze. We are forever grateful to her and all that she’s done to make our dreams a reality…and then some. -

Stellar Event Planners - the Absolute Best!
The Green Planner (Cit and Fernanda) helped us create the most magical “celebration of love” weekend! We spoke to numerous wedding planners as we had a clear picture of what we wanted our celebration to look like (we didn’t want a traditional wedding and had a very specific aesthetic in mind). As soon as we spoke to The Green Planner we knew it was a great fit - they listened to our needs, they were professional, knowledgable, organized, patient and flexible. Most importantly, their communication was great which was very important to us as we only had a few months to plan and we live in California. Cit and Fernanda provided us with recommendations on how to make every aspect of our weekend perfect for our friends and family and we felt like we could really trust them. We took a trip to view the venue and visit the vendors beforehand and Cit and Fernanda personally drove us and planned the entire day - they made it such a fun day for us! Any stress or worries my husband and I had throughout the planning process would quickly be put at ease, not to mention Cit and Fernanda were extremely responsive. The end result was….WOW! Truly incredible! We are so thankful that we were able to find the Green Planners, they are amazing people and stellar event planners! We will 100% be reaching out to them again for any future events… and so will all of our friends and family! Muchisimas gracias Cit y Fernanda! -

Citlalli and Fern (of The Green Planner) were a pleasure to work with. A recommendation from our venue, The St. Regis Punta Mita. They were available on short notice, and jumped right in without hesitation to help with the final details of our wedding planning. Cit and Fern have a great eye, they go above and beyond the call, and are ever pleasant. Without being asked Cit and Fern managed all of our setup and the more technical details. We had the ideas, and they executed flawlessly. Not to mention they’re just awesome people :) my wife and I are so glad to have met them both. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories! -

Well worth the money! Citlalli took the stress out and made it fun. She took my vision and executed better than I could imagine. The day felt like a perfect dream! I felt spoiled and surprised with additional touches! I could not have been happier! It was all so smooth and exciting! She is a loving professional who truly cares. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I truly thank God/the universe for her and the special impact she had on that big day, those leading up to it, and the joy of looking back.🥹 -

Aside from the the partner I chose to marry, choosing to work with Citlalli as my wedding planner was THE BEST decision I made in this whole wedding journey. She is truly an expert at what she does and made me feel calm and at peace at every step - from the venue visits, to the year of planning and WhatsApp messages, right up to the last second of my wedding day. Her wisdom and experience really shined during our site visits - she was able to explain all the pros and cons of each place and would help us visualize our wedding there. It is thanks to Citlalli that we found our perfect venue - she understood our vision better than we did ourselves and recommended a hotel we had not even considered before. She also worked to incorporate pieces of both our cultures (Mexican and Brazilian) into the day and it made us and our families feel so honored and happy. In addition to planning a whole wedding she also basically helped us plan a mini vacation for our almost 80 guests. We held a city tour the day before the wedding and people loved it.
Her team of planners, the florists, DJs and every vendor she recommended (makeup artist, photographers, officiant) match her excellence and are truly exceptional at what they do. Not only that but all these recommended vendors are truly beautiful human beings that are kind and genuine and the exact kind of people that it is a joy to share your wedding moment with. Her recommendations helped reduced the option overwhelm and led us to the very best in the business.
Citlalli worked within our budget and executed every moment, every decoration, and every functional detail with so much love and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you are looking for your wedding fairy godmother, look no further. You found her. She will save you time, money, energy and
preserve your mental and physical well-being as you plan the most beautiful day of your life.
I am so grateful to her - our wedding was better than I could have ever planned or imagined.

Citlali and Fer were amazing during the entire wedding planning process. We don't live in Puerto Vallarta so we needed someone we could trust and could plan our wedding even if we were far away. The commitment from green planner was outstanding, always willing to help, solving any problems right away and planning an amazing wedding with very little effort from my wife and I. I would recommend them 100% if you are thinking about getting married in Puerto Vallarta Area.

Best wedding planner ever
Everything about our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. I literally have not one bad thing to say. Cit and her team were exceptional! They made all of our wedding dreams come true. Cut was incredibly organized, patient, kind, quick to respond, and most importantly, she truly cared for us as a couple and wanted to make sure all of our expectations were met. I would hire her again a million times over. -

The Green Planner team led by Citlalli Peña went above and beyond to execute the wedding of our dreams. From finding the specific venue and vibe we wanted to coordinating with local vendors, including the local church, Citlalli delivered. No question was too big or too small throughout the planning process. Our wedding vision would not have been possible without Citlalli’s creativity and the team’s ability to execute seamlessly. Highly recommend for any couple considering a wedding in Puerto Vallarta or Nayarit! -

She made it happen 💕 Mexican traditional wedding
Citlalli created a dream wedding come true. She was able to combine my husband’s vision with mine. She created a venue at a venue (see pictures). There was full communication, provided several options and vendors. She is able to work with your budget. Citlalli and her team were always next to us for whatever we needed (they will run to the store if something is needed). Best wedding planner 100%. -

Best Planner!!
Citlalli thought of everything and made my day so stress free! We had a destination wedding in July for 30 guest and her forward thinking made my wedding trip more than I could have asked for!! Her and her team were extremely professional and made sure everything happened on time. Extremely fabulous
Citlalli and your team were AMAZING!! She made my destination wedding dream come true, with my dream wedding. My planning was so stress free. She was always there when I had to talk to her or had a quick question. All her recommendations, for vendors, hairdressers, and photographers were Amazing as well. Yourself and your team were always by my side on my special day! Not only did I have a wonderful wedding planner but I also gained a lovely friend. I highly recommend her. ❤️ -

My dream wedding came true with the help of the Green Planner. Citalli and her team listen and truelly made my dream destination wedding come true all while I was miles away in Colorado! She customized everything perfectly! When my family and Friendly's arrived in Puerto Vallarta Citalli and her team greated them with custom welcome bags! The detail and time that she spends does not go un noticed. All of my guest say it was like a fairy tale wedding, and it truly was with the touch of her team. Thank you for making my wedding so special I will never forget it! I can't not recommend The Green Planner enough!! If your looking for someone who truelly cares about her clients I recommend going with Citalli and her team! -
