I had heard of Citlalli through facebook and when I heard my venue had her as a preferred vendor I was excited to see a familiar name. I truly cannot rave about her and her team enough. She responded so quickly to any of my questions (which felt like all times of the day), and was always willing to hop on a call to catch up.
Citlalli coordinated with all of the vendors on our behalf, which was so helpful especially as we were planning from California. She was transparent with us on all available vendors and pricing, as well as providing recommendations when we would ask. I made a late change to my hair and make up artist and she helped me out immediately with coordination.
She brings such a calming energy to all things wedding planning, which really helped my day be completely stress free even though we had some health hiccups on my families side! She quickly came together with any back up plans if needed, while maintaining her comforting demeanor.
She made the wedding planning process very seamless and put everything together so beautifully on the day of. My family and friends continue to praise how amazing of an evening it was.
We cannot thank Citlalli enough for helping us plan the weekend and coordinate with our 125 guests coming from different parts of the US to Mexico. I will tell anyone I know to use her and her team, they are the best of the best!!

Citlalli and Fern (of The Green Planner) were a pleasure to work with. A recommendation from our venue, The St. Regis Punta Mita. They were available on short notice, and jumped right in without hesitation to help with the final details of our wedding planning. Cit and Fern have a great eye, they go above and beyond the call, and are ever pleasant. Without being asked Cit and Fern managed all of our setup and the more technical details. Citlali and Fer were amazing during the entire wedding planning process. We don't live in Puerto Vallarta so we needed someone we could trust and could plan our wedding even if we were far away. The commitment from green planner was outstanding, always willing to help, solving any problems right away and planning an amazing wedding with very little effort from my wife and I. I would recommend them 100% if you are thinking about getting married in Puerto Vallarta Area.
