We had the most unforgettable destination wedding in Tuscany thanks to the amazing team at Weddings Italy by Regency. From our very first email, their communication was prompt, professional, and warm. They helped us navigate every detail, including legal paperwork, venue selection, catering, and floral design — all from overseas.
What truly made the difference was their deep knowledge of the region and their extensive network of trusted vendors. Our ceremony took place in a beautiful vineyard estate near Florence, and everything — from the lighting to the music — was absolutely perfect.

The BEST wedding ever thanks to Claudia and Weddings Italy by Regency
We had the best experience with Claudia from start to finish, from looking at so many venues in Tuscany to the actual wedding day. We had very specific requests and she not only met but exceeded all of them! Our wedding on June 1st in Chianti was the best day of our lives and Claudia made it all happen so seamlessly. The dinner tables, flowers, linens, gelato cart, Italian folk trio band and ceremony set up exceeded my wildest dreams. I was having a friend do my hair on the wedding day and was worried about my American curling iron working so Claudia went out and bought me a European one - she was beyond helpful, accommodating, professional and kind. I highly recommend Weddings Italy by Regency and specifically Claudia for all your wedding planning needs. Wonderful experience and so worth it! -

Monique Sent on 03/05/2018What an extraordinary experience! From beginning to end, everything was great. The process was smooth and Carla kept a good pace of planning so I wasn't overwhelmed by having to make too many decisions at one time. They were also super accommodating. For example, for some parts of our wedding we had a nice healthy budget and others we weren't willing to spend very much either way the team graciously made it happen just as we asked! We even stayed a full week at the Villa with friends and family and had a ton of special requests and day trips which Carla also helped to plan. I can't say enough about our wedding and time in Positano!! My greatest appreciation goes out to the team at VSG.

Richard Sent on 02/13/2018Without question the best money we spent was on our wedding planner, Valentina from Weddings in Italy by Regency. It was a leap of faith to pick someone 6 thousand miles away, but she absolutely made the wedding a huge success. She had great suggestions, and for everything gave us a short list to pick from - the venue, the caterer, the flowers, music, photographer, the paperwork (a big deal as we chose to have an Italian we, on and on. Valentina also helped with the rest of the trip, saving us money renting a vehicle. She organized a wonderful rehearsal dinner, and then came up with even more ideas to make it an even more fun event. We naturally had high hopes and our wedding absolutely surpassed them. And we did not feel the fee was expensive at the beginning, but by the end we felt it was a bargain.

We originally booked through another company, date arranged, flights booked and then they decided we were not spending enough (the cheek!!) so they cancelled us. So in an absolute panic we googled frantically and came across Weddings Italy. It seemed too good to be true, we could get the dates we wanted, keep the flights, be as low key as we wanted, I was skeptical as everything they offered was so much better than the original company! Federica assisted us with our wedding (via email as we are both from England), and she was so accommodating. We wanted something low key, very simple just a few of us (10 in total), some snow and a view to remember forever. Basically we wanted to go for a weeks snowboarding and take the day out to get married. Federica even arranged meetings in the afternoon so we didn’t have to miss time on the slopes! Where we went to sign paperwork two days prior to the wedding was beautiful, which added to it all. The actual wedding day was effortless for us, Federica and the hosts at hotel de Champoluc made it all flow perfectly. The guy who married us was so friendly and genuinely he seemed to love his job and be happy for us. Although at the time I was sad there was no snow on the floor when we arrived and we couldn’t travel in the snow cats (she can't control nature!) the second I got to Mascognaz, the view was so breath taking I would never had seen it if there was snow! It was perfect. The chalet after the wedding was beautiful, a tiny wooden hut with a huge amount of finger food (way more than we paid for I am sure!) and constant flowing bubbles. They never hurried us out we felt we could have stayed for hours but we wanted to get a few photos in Champoluc before it got dark. -

Amanda Sent on 02/02/2018Firstly let me start by saying that Nadia from Wedding Italy by Regency was like an angel sent from heaven
to help me and I couldn't have done it without her. It wouldn't be
complimentary enough to describe her as sensationally fantastic in every
aspect.
With three months to go till the wedding I had to sack my current wedding planner who was hopeless
and causing unnecessary stress. I had no minister booked no band and no
flowers. Thankfully I found Nadia who in one phone call alleviated every
problem I had and with in a few days sorted everything for me. Nadia is
extremely friendly and easy to get on with she will always do the best for
you and is happy to help wherever she can and is very good at relieving
stress.
I had a two day event at the villa; everything took place there as well as a
legal civil ceremony on site. Which I have previously been told was not
possibly until Nadia told me of a minister she works with who is granted
permission by the Italian authorities to be able to do it.
I have to say that my day was perfect in every way there was not one problem
or hiccup at all that I knew of and that was testament to the coordination
and professionalism of both the villa's staff and Nadia. Everything on the
day went seamlessly and on time I have to say Nadia was just brilliant.
Nadia organized the minister, flowers the reception room even putting place
cards on the table etc (I never even saw the room untill I walked in to sit
down, she was that good) and the soprano and evening band (which were both
amazing).
So many people that came to the wedding said it was the most stunning
wedding they had ever been to so you can rest assured that your guests will
be equally impressed. I was blessed with perfect weather but I have to say
that I couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting.
You can have compleate confidence that Nadia will make all your dreams come true.... she’s the best!!! ❤️ -

Dana Sent on 01/29/2018Vittoria was a fabulous wedding planner! She listened to everything I wanted and came through with MORE! We flew in from NJ, USA so I wasn't sure how getting married in Italy would be and I would do it 100 times thanks to Vittoria and Weddings Italy. From day trips, to flowers, to the church, to the US consulate for our marriage liscense, to a welcome dinner and an unbelievable pizza party after the wedding! My hair, flowers, cake , Massimo the photographer and food were top notch. I can't wait to come back in 3 years and do it all over. She even had an apartment for my guests to stay in. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get married in Italy. We were in Positano! We love Vittoria!!

I am a very busy person, my husband more than me. We dreamed of a wedding in Tuscany, on the sea and hills at the same time, a wedding in 2 days because the guests could not all be present on the same day.
We trusted to Regency, and Regina and her team arranged everything perfectly with the most professionalism and they made us relax and have fun during the event planning. I did not expect it and it was a nice surprise!
The wedding took place in a beautiful villa in Maremma between the vineyards of Castiglione della Pescaia, and the day after, during the photo shoot "trash the dress" we received all the guests in a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
Our dream has come true, thank you Regina, thank you Regency. -

Dear Jinane,
We would like to thank you again for blessing us with your wonderful skills and talents to make our wedding in Firenze so magical. We don’t know how you did it, but you even made the weather that day so perfect. We are constantly amazed again and again at how beautiful our Wedding photographs turned out. The Duomo di Firenze and the Basilica di Santa Croce made for perfect, if not spectacular wedding backdrops and the ringing of the church bells after the wedding ceremony.
As I mentioned we live in Kirkland, Washington and this was our first time traveling through Europe and we were on a 10 day ground tour and then finally arriving in Florence. You and your Team made EVERYTHING go so, smoothly and especially, making us feel at ease during when we were guided through to the offices to take care of the paperwork and letting us know the planning process.
You were amazing on keeping up with us during our European Ground tour and coordinated with the wedding, the hotel, the officiant, the florist, the makeup artist & hair designer, photographer, and everything else so that we could enjoy our perfect wedding at Hotel Plaza Lucchesi on the roof top that has that beautiful view of Florence.

Dave Sent on 10/27/2017We had a wonderful experience planning our wedding with Katia from KM Signature Weddings, Italy.
She ensured everything went smoothly in the lead up to our big day, and was calm and professional when we had an issue with our paperwork, which was not her fault. She sorted the problem effortlessly and reassured us that everything was OK, despite the fact that we were quite stressed!
When we arrived in Italy Katia met us at the wedding venue with a big smile and went through all the procedures thoroughly before asking how we'd like to personalise our special day. We chose flowers and other personal touches while sipped coffee together under the Tuscan sun!
A few days later we arrived for the ceremony and every detail was catered for by Katia. The occasion was so relaxed and enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble for Katia. Her friendly and kind attitude helped to put us at ease from start to finish. Indeed, she became a friend to us and was a valued part of our memorable wedding in Italy.
We highly recommend Katia and KM Signature Weddings.

Katia did an outstanding job that exceeded all our expectations. Not only was she professional, dependable and helpful, she was a real pleasure to work with.
We entrusted Katia with planning not only the wedding day itself but a whole weekend we spent with our family and friends in Tuscany. She organized our accommodation in a spectacular full-service villa in the outskirts of Florence, a welcome dinner catered at the villa, a day and a half of exploring Florence and Tuscany countryside and the ceremony and reception on the wedding day. During the six months of planning she came up with original, creative ideas that were classy, chic and tasteful. All of those were executed perfectly during the wedding weekend. The vendors suggested by Katia were top notch professionals that our guests cannot stop raving about. Katia perfectly anticipated our style and taste and really made our time in Italy a dream come true.
Katia really raises the bar for what a service should look like. We cannot recommend her enough. Choosing KM Signature Weddings would be a decision that you won’t regret! -

From when we first spoke (and for the next 15 months!), Katia made us feel so at ease at every turn. Katia was always supremely organised and professional. She was available 24-7 via email/WhatsApp/skype for every single question, guiding us through all our options, from churches and vendors to colour themes! She always answered messages within a day and never minded extra requests. Katia kept us moving along, advising us on what needed to be done and when. Even when we got a little tired of planning, Katia kept us excited, motivated, and items on track. Katia has the qualities you need in someone you are relying on to such an extent – trustworthy, reliable, so friendly and patient, with such a tireless attitude that keeps you so energised! When you combine this with an impeccable sense of taste, great judgement and project management, you know everything is going to be perfect. Katia looked after every wedding detail for us, to the many trips to organise our mass with a wonderful priest, organising our ceremony songs with some amazingly talented musicians, coordinating all our vendors on the day, and always with a keen eye for detail. We cannot thank Katia enough for all her time and efforts! She went far beyond our expectations, and shone through whenever we had any issues - when my nail broke on the evening before the wedding, Katia smoothed my concerns and had one of her contacts come to our room first thing the next morning to fix it. When we changed our minds on covers for chairs in the church, Katia found white material and knitted beautiful covers days before our wedding, all at her own expense. You do not expect this level of dedication but when you find it you know you have been so lucky. If you want someone to help bring your dreams to life then look no further. If I could give Sara, Adele and Emanuela more than 5 stars, I would.
From the moment we began planning our destination wedding in Rome, Italy, we knew we were in incredible hands. Over the course of an entire year, Sara, Adele, and later on Emanuela became so much more than wedding planners—they became trusted partners, problem-solvers, confidantes, and ultimately friends.
They flawlessly planned and coordinated our entire 3 day wedding weekend, including two unforgettable welcome events—one at a stunning rooftop venue overlooking Rome and another along the river—as well as our wedding day at the breathtaking Villa. Every event was executed with absolute perfection, and every detail was thoughtfully considered from start to finish.
What truly sets these planners apart is not only their organization, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail, but the genuine care they have for their couples and guests. Throughout the planning process, they were always available, incredibly responsive, and consistently went above and beyond in ways we never could have imagined. No challenge was too big, no request was too small, and they handled every situation with positivity, and expertise.
The entire weekend felt effortless from our perspective because of the immense amount of work happening behind the scenes. From coordinating vendors and timelines to handling last-minute requests and ensuring every guest felt cared for, they thought of absolutely everything.

Just had my wedding in Italy (I am US based) and had Claudia as my lead. Would have it again in a heartbeat!! Everything came together perfectly and my guests are still raving about it. Very professional, took care of all contracts and communication with the Italian vendors, all I had to do was choose from options given to me or send a vision and they made it happen! I did find my own DJ just by happenstance prior to even getting a wedding planning team, and it was seamless to just send over the email thread and contracts and have them take over. So you can find your own as well! But the options given to me were always great and I loved how well connected they are with vendors and give the best, honest, realistic expectations and feedback! Very happy with my experience and selection! Claudia and her team were always kind, encouraging and just the nicest people! Can tell she really cares about every client truly and when you are afar, that means the world! Made wedding planning enjoyable! You will be in good hands with anyone- but highly recommend Claudia! -

Mehr Sent on 12/25/2017Jinane is the best wedding planner out there – seriously, look no further! She helped us plan our magical wedding on a vineyard on the outskirts of Florence while we were sitting thousands of miles away in Dubai. We only gave her 3 months notice – and she nailed it – without a sweat.
Just to give you context, we hosted a three day wedding, with 150 people flying in from across the world. During the planning stages, expect to visit the most stunning venues, taste mouth watering food and wines and have fun while you’re at it. Her team was always on hand and we didn’t have to worry about any of the small details during the wedding celebrations. To top it all off, we were told by several guests that it was the most stunning and well-organized wedding they had ever been to. And we agreed whole-heartedly.
We couldn’t recommend Jinane and her team more.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Highly advise against booking anything with this deceitful company. They only refunded us $11,000 while keeping $19,000 for themselves. We booked them for our April 2020 wedding. Due to the pandemic and worldwide shutdown we had to postpone our wedding 6 weeks out by which point we had almost paid the wedding in full. We decided to postpone to May 2021 thinking travel restrictions and event policies would ease by then, which it did in many countries, but not Italy. We need to move on with our lives and start a family and could not afford to continue postponing this wedding for how knows who long so we decided it would be best to cancel. When trying to come to a refund agreement (expecting to lose all initial deposits which was almost 50% of the money that was paid) I was told they needed to keep additional funds for the florist, musician and caterer for holding dates...I of course thought it was fair for them to keep the initial deposit but did not agree with paying them a second deposit fee for services that have not and will never be rendered. Additionally, Italy is not allowing weddings or social events and therefore they were not losing business by not hosting our wedding on that date. Upon hearing this sob story about feeling bad for the vendors from the Villa San Giacomo coordinator I decided to reach out to the vendors myself and learned that they were never even paid the original deposit and hadn't spoken to the Villa in many months.
Had the venue done the right and honorable thing per the Italian Civil code and gave us a fair refund I would have respected them and considered booking for future stays/events and recommended them to others.
If I would've done more research about the company behind the Villa I would've known that they are shady and manipulative and would've steered clear of it. Please do yourself a favor and do not book them for any events.
