Excellent service all the way! Easy planning, all the venders are selected for you. All you have to do is meet with them and make your selections. Michael is wonderful, knows what he is doing and was a pleasure to work with. Day of the wedding ran smoothly. I highly recommend!

Amazing Services, Affordable and Luxurious

I am so happy I went with Weddings Inc. They did an amazing job in simplifying things while providing top service. All the vendors did an amazing job. Mr. Thomas (The director) was quick to respond and arrange the vendors contracts, and contacts, supper easy. Mr. Lon (the officiant) from Sensational Ceremonies was superb. At last minute our venue (Cypress Grove Estate House) informed us of a changed in our rehearsal spot with the only chance to rehearse at the exact spot the wedding was to take place if we (18 people) arrive at 8:30am on a cold Saturday morning. Mr. Lon and coordinators changed their schedules to accommodate us for such rehearsal, and thanks to that the wedding party knew exactly what to do the next day, the ceremony was flawless. Mr. Lon also knew how to calm the nerves of a very anxious couple (along with bridal party), making the atmosphere feel lighter. Shannon (the Makeup artist and hair stylist) from Faces by Shannon, along with her assistants left 7 of us looking superb, she delivered what we ask perfectly, the hair and makeup held up all day. Steve (the DJ) from power entertainment pleased a crowd of different nationalities, that isn't easy to accomplish, he also used all our song as requested, and was perfect in his routine and timing. Brian from Sugar Pop Films did many beautiful takes for the video and had endless patient with (again) 18 people bridal party. The decorations and flower arrangements Mrs. Robertson from Atmosphere Floral and décor did were just perfect! the arches looked sweet and beautiful, and the flowers spotless and luxurious. The flower arrangements included the bouquets, boutonnieres, isle’s flower balls and 2 columns. (I will post the professional pics and soon as I receive them). I highly recommend weddings Inc and its vendors. People keep complementing me about the wedding.

I can not say enough about Michael and his team. From the start of this process I was in a complete state of peace. After one conversation with Michael, I knew he was the one to see my vision to fruition. My wedding day was much more than I expected largely due to the coordination of Michael. First of all, Weddings inc is the best Savings for a Wedding you will find! I have raved and talked about your company to everyone because to be honest, the first two months hunting for photographers, Dj's, caterers etc, adding all of the vendors costs, was extremely expensive!! However, at the same time my mother found you girls!! best decision we ever made, saved so much money and stress!!! Not only did you make it easier and just going to appointments but then on the day of the rehearsal, Terri you were amazing with my family & friends and even the kids! You Made the big day more comfortable & rehearsed properly. Made me as a "fussy bride", so much calmer the next day. Then Our Wedding was just magical! everything on our time line went smoothly, we managed to do everything on time even with the wedding starting late (late flower girl & ring bearer). Heather with John Michael Weddings did an amazing job organizing my catering and answering my many emails & Atmosphere Floral blew me away with their floral!! DJ Dan was a really good DJ & we had dance offs and newly wed game, such a great time thank you!! Photographer JR Sterling with not only good with us and we had a great time but even our guests thought he was an awesome person. Cake was beautiful and exactly how i envisioned by Its Tasty Too. I can't thank you all enough for everything you did for us on Friday October 9th 2015, You made our Wedding unforgettable.

From the moment we met Terri and Ki, my fiance (now husband) and I knew that Weddings, Inc. was the perfect fit for us and our destination wedding. We are beyond thankful with Weddings, Inc for their amazing job for our wedding. Terri has to be the best wedding coordinator, My now husband and i lived in different states and we thought that was going to make everything much more difficult for us, but thanks to Terri we were stress free!.. She was there to answer all our questions, listen to our ideas and to guide us on everything we did not know. Working with Weddings Inc. made it all easy. My husband and I are very happy to have found Terri and her team. They have made our wedding day one to remember. As soon as we arrived to the venue, we were greeted and escorted to our respective locker rooms. We were very pleased with the natural beauty of the place and the promptness and hospitality of the team. The venue was so gorgeous that words cannot even describe the brightness and beauty. We enjoyed working with the officiant and the photographer. Their humor and professionalism put everyone at ease. The cake was beautiful and very tasty. We also loved the flowers. The bouquets were full and the gazebo was decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the songs the deejay played. The hair stylist/make-up artist did a wonderful job. She executed my requests perfectly. The wedding ran so smoothly and looked like such a grand affair, we are still having trouble believing that we only had a few guests in attendance!

I went through Weddings, Inc. for my wedding last month and it made the whole wedding planning process a lot easier then it could have if I done it on my own. I'm so happy I found them and I highly recommend anyone getting married to give them a call. From the beginning you pick and choose from their list of vendors using only what you need, from there they give you a quote. After that they'll send you a list of your vendors to call and make appointments with, it's so easy. And you only have to pay once source, no need to try keeping track of who to pay and when. They are always there for you too if you have any questions you can call or send an e-mail and they'll help in every way they can. Plus of course the most important part is the day of the wedding, you get your very own coordinator and coordinator's assistant. This was a very big deal for us, no bride wants the responsibility of telling everyone what to do on their wedding day. You get to relax and let someone else handle that for you. My coordinator was the owner, Terri, who did such a wonderful job! She made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, including directing the guests when to sit for dinner. She was there to bustle my dress, organize the wedding party and even had her assistant help us find the grooms dad who was late and lost. She drove out, found him and led him to where he needed to be. After that we found out we were almost out of Whiskey, not good, we gave her assistant money and she ran out to get more for us.
At the end of the night they gathered all our gifts and belongings onto one table for my parents to collect. The whole wedding day turned out just amazing and I have Terri and her staff to thank!!!!!

At first the price may seem steep, and you may think "I can do it cheaper on my own"; but you cannot put a price tag on piece of mind and a stress free experience. Terri and her staff were tremendous. They were so pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The vendors they found us were also amazing. They brought our vision to life! Oh my goodness...where do I begin? From beginning to end Weddings Inc was AWESOME! I worked with Kelsey and she made my wedding in Orlando an absolute breeze. All we had to do was show up. All of the vendors that she selected were great and she was always easy to contact and offer any assistance needed. Despite the fact that a stress free or stress - less wedding is priceless, Weddings Inc's packages are very reasonably priced and they can be customized just for you.

I used Wedding Inc for planning my wedding and indeed I am 120% happy, I had a smooth wedding day without worrying if the florist, baker, DJ, caterer, pastor, photographer or videographer were where they were supposed to be as Terri Lerner and her crew had that all under control and all I had to do was show up. I am a DYI person and I wanted to do my dessert table myself however,
Terri did not want me to do it and asked me to trust her and I did....she made my dessert table spectacular as I could not have done it better. I am still getting compliments on how my wedding was one of the best my guest have ever attended and for that I say Kudo to Terri Lerner. I do not regret a single thing she was awesome....the next David Tutera. Thanks WEDDING INC you are the BEST!!!

I can not say enough great things about Weddings Inc. Terri, Bethany, and Kelsey were all so wonderful and helpful every step of the way. I must have sent them over 100 emails and they always got back back to me very quickly! They know exactly what they are doing over there and they do it the best! I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner at first and thought I would be able to do it all on my own just to save a couple of bucks at the end of the day. Let me tell you, hiring them was the best decision I have ever made!!(other than the decision to marry my husband haha) I don't know how I would have done any of this without them. I had a stress free day and was able to get ready with my bridesmaids and family while Weddings Inc and their team set up everything at our venue! They work with the best vendors and the best part is they are really affordable. I wouldn't change a thing about my wedding and I owe it all to them. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Terri and her team made our Wedding Celebration more than we had hoped for, actually! We came into the situation with only the notion that "we want to have fun," and Terri took it from there! We met with Terri Lerner, who is the owner & she was so excited to start planning our dream wedding & the consultation was free! She has such great energy & passion for what she does & I was pleased to discover that they offered customization for our needs. Her package wedding service offers a selection of vendors that she works closely with for every event, so you're sure to get a selection of quality vendors to choose from under one roof, so to speak. This was nice because we were able to eliminate the things that we didn't need or already had. This company offers it ALL, including a day of event, coordinator...AWESOME! So on our big day, all we had to do, was show up & get ready, no joke! What a treat! We truly enjoyed working with Terri & the rest of her team at Weddings, Inc. so much!! They really care & they took the worry out of everything for us! They're professional & fun too, but most importantly, they helped us stay right on budget & even ended up saving us a ton of money! This lady knows her stuff, when it comes to weddings!!! Our venue, which was one of her preferred venues, was absolutely to die for and we could've never found it on our own!!! We loved our DJ, our flowers, our beautiful cake, our videographers, and the list goes on!!!! Everything turned out better than we ever could've expected & they did all the work for us! What a relief!! In fact, looking back on it all now, I do not know how we could've done it without them!!! Our special, once in a lifetime day turned out to be just perfect! If you're looking to not drive yourself crazy with doing all the details yourself Weddings Inc. Orlando is who you might want to call. I thought of going down the path of shopping around and comparing prices on my own until I began to feel overwhelmed. Once I found Terri and her team all the stress was gone. All I had to do was pick out my dress, meet with my vendors and keep the ideas flowing. She was not only a great planner but was great at coaching me in regards to the details I wasn't always sure of. After all they are the experts. My only wish for the evening was to get to enjoy my day with the music that made me happiest and the people I loved. Weddings Inc. Orlando made sure I did just that! Terri and her magnificent team at Weddings Inc. are the best in the business. They made sure that the wedding planning process was as easy and stress-free as possible which allowed us to really enjoy the details and beauty of planning the wedding of our dreams all while being budget friendly. Trust me when I say that it came out even BETTER than I could have ever imagined. The details, service and professionalism I experienced from the moment I chose them to the day of the wedding could not have been matched by anyone. Not only was she beyond amazing in every phone, in-person and email correspondence but each vendor I met with raved about her only ensuring me more that she truly is THE BEST and most knowledgeable person in the industry! Any questions/comments/concerns I had were immediately addressed and answered with an honest and sincere response (big shout-out to Bethany for being just plain awesome here) Every vendor from catering, florals, photography, videography, and music were top-notch professionals. My wedding day was truly magical and my friends and family were in awe the day of and I attribute that to the expertise, talent and vision Terri instills into Weddings, Inc.

We came all the way from the Isle of Man in the UK to have our perfect wedding in Orlando, Florida and Terri and her team at Weddings, Inc. made sure everything went as we had hoped! Weddings, Inc. were brilliant from the start and often called us in the UK from the US to resolve any queries we had and made sure all of the vendors were in place prior to our big day. On the day, everything was perfect such as the tranquil surroundings of Paradise Cove, the decorations, flowers, suits, food, transport, Officiant, DJ and they even went out to grab us some bits we had forgot to bring with us! We can't recommend them enough and not only did we love everything about our wedding, we can go as far as saying that with Weddings, Inc. they really did make sure we had a stress free wedding as they took care of everything from the start to finish - even arranging for our wedding gifts, cakes, etc. to arrive back at our hotel! If you want a fantastic and stress free wedding, then you should seriously consider Terri and her team at Weddings, Inc!

I love weddings inc! I do not live close to my family so I needed help finding vendors. Then I stumbled upon the weddings inc website. It was perfect for my situation and I was able to create a unique package for our wedding. Terri and her team are so upbeat, real and awesome. Thank you for your part in what was an absolutely magical day. I would say to anyone planning a wedding to not think having a wedding coordinator is out of the question or your budget. A bride wants everything to be perfect on her Wedding Day. Having a coordinator who puts together a package and a list of vendors for you takes away a lot of the stress you might otherwise feel, and the package can be tailored to your needs and budget. A small intimate wedding in a beautiful garden with beautiful flowers, a minister and a photographer is really all you need for the special day. Terri Lerner and Weddings Inc.-Orlando made it possible. I'll be recommending this service to EVERYONE!!! My only suggestion would be for the coordinator or someone on the event staff to call the bride the day before the wedding to assure her that everything is in place. Even though the coordinator was hired to "make it happen", the bride is still wondering about the details and would rather not just be hoping that everything will come together. They want a voice on the phone tellling them so.

Weddings Inc. is the best kept secret! It really shouldn't be! I had such a great expierence with them, every bride should go through Weddings Inc. for their wedding planning. So, planning a wedding wasn't going to be easy for us. Working with Weddings, Inc made planning a wedding super easy. They answered all of our questions, set us up with a list vendors, and worked within our budget. All of their vendors were FANTASTIC and extremely friendly. People are still talking about the cake and the food from our day. They helped us find the perfect venue that had everything that we wanted. Having a day of coordinator there on the big day was the best thing ever. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They made sure everything happened and kept us all on schedule. If you are planning a wedding in the Central Florida area these are the wedding planners to call. Everything will be stress free and perfect.

I absolutely fell in love with Weddings Inc, Megan Walter went above and beyond to make my day absolutely beautiful. MJ at Junction 88 was the most incredible DJ I have ever had the experience of working with. Every single guest at my wedding was on the dance floor! Deb at Atmosphere's floral was completely aware of everything I wanted, my theme was completely rustic and she hit everything on the spot. I could not have been happier with the way my day went. I did not have to worry about a single solitary thing. Of course I cannot forget about Brass Pin Linens who drove all the way from Orlando to Port Orange just to make my venue look even more beautiful. What an amazing job!!!!!!!!!

This was the perfect wedding planner for me. I don't live in Orlando and didn't have a lot of spare time to find vendors, so I wanted to work with a company who could provide me a package using reputable services. Weddings Inc. did not disappoint. They are a little more "hands-off" than some other planners-- you can expect to schedule your own appointments with vendors and make your own choices. Because I was happy with the vendors and stayed on schedule with my appointments, planning my wedding was really smooth. Having an experienced day-of coordinator with an assistant was indispensable in letting me enjoy my wedding. Kristyn made sure everything was perfect!

I am so glad that I decided to use Weddings, Inc. Kristyn was amazing through the entire process. She always kept in touch, and responded to any inquiries that I had in a very timely manner. She s upbeat and bubbly, which I appreciate. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, and though I planned all my details (hours and hours), Kristyn handled all of the vendor contacting and planning for me....I just had to give her my choices...super easy. Being from Calgary, Alberta Canada and I was having my wedding in Florida I was a little worried because I couldn't just make an appointment and see Weddings inc face to face. After going through email and phone it was a piece of cake, Terri and Sarah did an amazing job made sure everything was good to go. On the wedding day I was a little worried again because I thought we wouldn't have enough time to go over how to walk down the isle but Terri Wowed me again and pulled it off! Weddings inc provided any service that I needed from flowers, photography, cake, transportation. Anything I needed they had a preferred vendor with a decent price. I was so clueless going into this wedding process she walked me through everything to make sure I knowledgeable of the process. The day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Ki was there to make sure all the vendors arrived on time, all the décor/favors etc was in place. She ensured the wedding & reception started on time and the day went smooth, everything was perfect! They handle everything from finding the venue, arranging all the vendors you will need (floral, DJ, caterer, linen, literally everything!) best of all the packages are all inclusive; you pay one fee to Weddings Inc. and they handle the rest (i.e. finding venue, vendors etc). Furthermore, the quality of service from the selected vendors was first class! Weddings Inc is the best thing! I was truly lost in planning before I found them. The entire process of planning a wedding through them is very simple and there is no stress - the best part! Our wedding turned out beautiful, even better than I had expected - and I spent almost no time planning it, AND it didn't break the bank! I printed out pictures of things I liked and my wedding turned out just like the pictures! All of their vendors are great and we had so many compliments about everything - Dj, Food, Cake, Flowers/Decorations, Pastor, etc. Also my wedding planner Ki was fabulous! She was always available to answer questions and helped keep me calm the day of by making sure everything was being handled. She took care of everything, leaving no stress on me! Weddings Inc was an amazing company to work with and in particular Lauren Weidley my wedding planner. Lauren and Weddings Inc responded to each and every request of mine even though I know the amount of questions I sent and emails sent through the months were overwhelming at times. They acceded to every vision I had for my wedding and made my ideas become real. Weddings Inc is easily the best at what they do! Every question I had was answered and if they didn't know right away, they found the answer and responded quickly. My husband and I had some, shall we say, different requests and they were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. All of my friends kept asking if I was stressed or nervous leading up to the wedding and the answer was always no, because Lauren and Terri had everything under control. Even throughout the day of the wedding, they were available to me and were very much on top of things. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change one thing because they were AMAZING!

Terri is an excellent wedding coordinator. We were working with a small budget and she did everything to accommodate us. I researched other vendors in the area and Terri was the most reasonable for our needs. I would recommend that anyone looking to plan an intimate or destination wedding contact Terri for her services. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area was impeccable. We had a nice private lakeside wedding based on Terri's recommendation and the results were fantastic. Weddings Inc. truly helped make our dream wedding come true. They took all the stress out of wedding planning for me and replaced it with the top vendors for me to get in contact with. I loved that I was able to have a consolidated form of payment with Weddings Inc. because it took out the awkwardness of having to talk money with the vendors and really just focus on what I wanted instead. Please still talk about how it was like walking into a dream, and they remember all my food (down to the dinner rolls) because it was so good. My experience with Weddings Inc. was beyond amazing. I remember not having a clue where to begin when it came to planning my wedding. At the time, I was living in New York and planning my wedding to be in Florida. I remember completing some survey and thought nothing of it. That Monday a sweet lady by the name of Ki called me and told me about Weddings Inc. After doing my own research I thought that using Weddings Inc. would save me a lot of headache and money (every brides dream)! That was the absolutely best decision I made.

From day one, Ki was supportive, understanding, and well organized.
Ki helped me find my venue which was absolutely gorgeous! The Orlando History Center, put me in contact with my caterer, John Micheal Events, in which their food was beyond amazing! My guest are still talking about the food at the wedding. She also put me in contact with my Florist, Atmospheres Floral who worked within my budget and made my wedding one to remember! Lastly she set up my transportation as far as limo service and my grand exit with a horse and carriage! Everything I dreamed of happened at my wedding and its because of Weddings Inc. Our wedding was awsome! I want to thank the weddings, inc family, Terri (our New York sister) Bethany (the best assistant ever), Christine ( our ceremony harpist), MJ (our DJ, you rocked it!) john michael events ( the food was sooo good) and last but not least our photographer and videographer. We had our wedding at the beautiful Lake Mary Event Center where Terri and her crew put together the most awsome and beautifully decorated wedding ever. The first time we met with Terri she made us feel so welcomed, it was like we knew her for a long time. She took my vision and made it more then I could have ever imagined! Moving down to Florida from NY as retired officers and wanting to plan a wedding for our 20th year anniversity was a bit stressful, but Terri and Bethany made it so easy for us, especially as our day came close. Thank you Bethany for putting up with my husband calling you every hour on the hour! lol. Terri I will never forget you telling me before I walked down the aisle " you know your husband want to sing (FYI he can not sing lol!) so if he does, you put a smile on your face! you hear me! because you have a good man, who did all this for you". I put a smile on my face, because she was absolutely right and to my surprise I heard my son singing instead of my husband, which was absolutely wonderful! everything esle was like a dream come true for the rest of the night. When I began my wedding planning, I knew that I needed an all inclusive service to minimize stress. I found Weddings Inc online and decided to give them a call. That was THE best decision ever. When I met Ki, I knew that I was in the right hands. Wedding planning was not stressful at all, thanks to the Weddings Inc team. Every detail was taken care of in a timely fashion. And it was all done while keeping the budget in consideration. I can not say enough about Ki, Kristyn, Weddings Inc and all the vendors. Every aspect of the wedding and reception were flawless. Weddings Inc met and surpassed all of my expectations. The food by John Michael Catering was absolutely delicious. Our family and friends are still raving about everything! Terry with Sensational Ceremonies is an absolute gem. The flowers were beautiful and our photographer was awesome. We can not wait see the pictures as well as watch the video.
When we reminisce on our wedding day, we have nothing bad to say. No major or minor issues. Everything ran very smoothly, all because of Weddings Inc. It was our '"most perfect day". Kristyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept my wine glass full during family pictures and she even bustled my dress!! My bridal party, family and friends all appreciated her coordination and loved her personality. Thanks to Kristyn and Sarah, my wedding day was 100% stress free, just as I had hoped. There is nothing that we would have changed about the planning nor the wedding day. My new husband was so appreciative for everything Kristyn and the team had done. Terri and weddings in were extremely helpfull in making our wedding day so perfect. She listened to all my ideas and requests and really did everything we asked for. Terri was very friendly and easy to get hold of which really helped. We are from the uk so having such a great wedding co-ordinator was great to take the pressure off, i trusted her completley and it paid off. I would reccommend weddings inc to anybody! Terri at Weddings, Inc. is absolutely fantastic! We had a destination wedding in 2003 & vow renewal in 2012, both in Orlando, both planned by Terri!
She took care of all the details for our wedding in 2003 and when my hair & makeup artist had a car accident the morning of our wedding, Terri sprang into action. Luckily, there was an Estee Lauder convention going on at the hotel where we were being married. Terri saved the day & found someone to get me all made up.
In 2012 things went much more smoothly and there were no emergencies. Terri is absolutely wonderful and I would wholeheartedly recommend Weddings, Inc. However, the one problem we did have after our vow renewal ceremony is that one of the assistants was very late in sending our photos out to us. The photographer had gotten them there on time & we spoke to an assistant several times. Each time she assured us that she had sent the photos out but it was over a month before we received our photos.

Weddings, Inc. is the perfect one stop shop. They have specific vendors they go through. Planning for me was pretty stress-free, and I was in my last semester at UCF while planning my wedding. Their wedding planners and assistants are very helpful throughout the whole process, and make sure everything runs smoothly the day of. Terri at Weddings, Inc. was our wedding coordinator. From the very start she made sure the entire day was about me and my fiance! The vendors she set us up with were beyond phenomenal. Each time I met with a vendor I was reassured, so amazed and completely satisfied. Our DJ, Rubin from Junction 88 Productions was downright, hands down the best DJ I've ever seen/heard. He kept me on the dance floor for two solid hours dancing and having the absolute best time. My wedding was perfect and every detail was made possible by all the work Terri and the Weddings, Inc. team did. Our pictures are outstanding and really capture the sheer joy of the most perfect day of my life! The flowers were so beautiful I completely cried when I saw them. Our tuxes were excellent- my groom looked amazing. The cake from It's Tasty Too was superb. I really cannot say enough about how incredible the whole experience of planning my wedding with Weddings, Inc was-it was a wonderful ride! Thank you Weddings, Inc for making our wedding dreams come true!!

Weddings Inc made planning our ceremony so much easier. Right away all vendors are already hired so we didn't have to spend a lot of time and energy searching for each one individually. Every vendor is very accomodating and professional, their work is top of the line. We had a beautiful wedding! Everything was amazing. Terri did a great job setting everything up. All of our guests were very pleased also. Location, pictures, ceremony and reception were perfect!!! It was hard to plan a wedding so far away, but everything totally exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Terri to everyone!!

Weddings Inc was the best choice I have ever made! it was a one stop shop for a wedding that I overly pleased with. It eliminated the hassle of finding my own vendors. I still had to meet with each vendor directly but it was worth it. They listened to my opinions, astutely wrote down what I wanted and made it happen at my wedding. Terri- she was absolutely amazing... coordinating it all together one month prior. That is when it all happens. She listens, she is flexible, and she is amazing and she keeps it in the budget and that was very important for us. Thank you Weddings Inc for making our wedding memorable and special!

I worked with Terri at Weddings Inc to plan my destination wedding in Florida. She was wonderful. I absolutely loved the wedding location (Cypress Grove Estate), the hair and makeup artist (Shannon), the dinner reception (310 Lakeside), and my flowers (Atmosphere Floral) were awesome. I actually think for the most part that everything looked better than I ever could have expected. I did think overall that it was a little pricey for what was included in the package, but I was aware of all costs going in, so there were no surprises. I mostly wished for a little more communication on the day of the wedding or even the day before would have been nice. Things seem to move fast on the day of and a lot of chaos for out of town folks who didn't know exactly where we were going or what time to be at the event prior to the actual event. Overall though, I love Terri. I was very satisfied. She was right on when she said I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. They made sure everything was set up and looked very nice for me.

I live in Seattle so Orlando was a destination location for me and my husband. I can say that planning our wedding from Seattle would have been nearly impossible if it had not been for Weddings Inc and the best planner ever, Kristyn Hughes! I was able to share my vision and budget and Kristyn took care of the rest! She was easy to talk to, trustworthy, and genuinely happy the day of our wedding. She made me feel important and kept me sane. I also loved that on that day my family didn't have to do anything because Kristyn and the Weddings Inc venders handled everything. I STRONGLY recommend Weddings Inc. I just found them randomly through a Google search and I think that was divine intervention. Thank you Weddings Inc for making our day incredibly special!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Terri and her team. They really made the whole wedding planning process streamlined and stress free. Devon, one of Terri's assistants was my saving grace on my wedding day even going so far as to bustle my dress when my maid of honor was unavailable. When Terri was focused on my wedding she was laser focused and followed my specifications to a "T." But it was sometimes hard to get her to respond to e-mails as busy as she is when I needed answers or a confirmation. She waited until the day before the wedding to confirm the music with the DJ and she was in the middle of changing computers so she lost my e-mail with my music choices. It all turned out okay as I remembered the important ones and she picked out the rest and it was beautiful.

When planning a destination wedding, I would recommend using this company because they pretty much take care of everything. If you are laid back and not a bridezilla and don't mind a few errors that really aren't that big of a deal in hindsight, using this company is a cheap and easy way to plan your wedding. I would recommend that when you get your list of vendors, you get in writing everything that they provide and any additional costs and ONE contact name (I noticed they do not communicate well between the planner and the bride). One thing I did not like was that when giving the price, they did not break down the cost of each individual vendor, but lumped the sum together. Also, the planner assigned to my wedding would send me the wrong info (wrong contract several times, wrong location, wrong vendors) on several occasions and I had to correct her mistakes more than once.

Also, the vendors that they use were somewhat not professional. It took a long time to respond to questions or requests that I had, some things were not done correctly, caterers crushed the top of my cake, and the DJ tried to get me to give him close to $200 on the night of the wedding because a piece of his equipment stopped working and he blamed my guests for breaking it (when he set it up on the floor two feet from the dance floor).

I would say just make sure that if you use this company that you are aware things aren't going to run as smooth as you think for hiring someone to do all the work. You will still have to be checking on them to make sure that things are happening and that you are getting everything you ask for.

We just finished our wedding with Terri and Weddings, Inc, and overall we were extremely disappointed. Terri is very personable and pleasant on the phone and explained her services and what she will do to help our wedding run smoothly, but when it came to the actual event she showed unprofessionalism and apathy.
I booked by 12/13/14 wedding with Weddings, Inc almost two years in advance, and in that two years the only contact I had with Weddings, Inc was from the assistants who work there and it was only to send me updated contracts after I met with vendors; I never heard from Terri unless I booked a meeting with her, and she only booked a meeting with me the week before the wedding to go over all the details; a meeting which she then canceled and rescheduled to a phone meeting for after 8pm because her daughter was ill. Terri told us that she would run our rehearsal and take all the items for the wedding in her car the night of the rehearsal and bring them to the venue for the wedding. The night of the rehearsal, she did not show up, and she instead sent her assistant (who was late) because she was stressed out over another wedding. The assistant was not even one who would be at the wedding the next day, and also said that she would not be able to take any of our supplies for the wedding because her car was too small, so my mom and her friends were left to take everything to the venue.
I worked really hard to add little personal touches to the wedding which were overlooked and my mom and I were left scrambling around getting these things together throughout the night.
We booked the vendors for an extra hour, but Terri left as soon as the groom and I did and didn't stay the extra hour to help load things back up. Overall, the vendors that were in the package were amazing, but we were very disappointed with Terri's services and would not recommend Weddings, Inc!

I will start with the positives from my wedding....The minister Rev Tim Herring was absolutely amazing, he provided the perfect ceremony for my groom and I. (Rev Tim offers his own packages thru his own website and I personally would look into those if I had to do it again) I love that he included our son into the ceremony. The location was absolutely amazing!!! I would highly recommend Cypress Gardens as a ceremony site. The photographer was amazing as well and we have some stunning shots from our wedding. I would highly recommend JR from Sterling Photography. Now with the negatives...I would definitely not recommend Weddings Inc for wedding planning services. Teri is nice to talk to and is reasonable about responding to requests in a timely manner...however she is extremely disorganized. First of all on my wedding day when I arrived at the location she was no where in sight. As your wedding planner she should be there to greet you. Luckily the minister was already on site and could direct us to where we were suppose to go. My bouquet was nothing like I had ordered, there was no boutinere for the best man...instead there was an extra bouquet...I figured this wasnt too big of a deal as some things were bound to go wrong as it is a destination wedding so far from home. As a family tradition we always have a campagne toast when we cut the cake. Teri being the wonderful wedding planner that she is forgot to bring it. When my sister told her this is a family tradition that occurs at every wedding in our family and asked what she was going to do to compensate she very rudely told her now wasnt the time to discuss it and that she was ruining my wedding day. I honestly didnt appreciate her talking to my sister like that...my sister was trying to make sure my day was the way it was suppose to be. I thought that was very unprofessional. She said she would refund the difference back to our credit card the next day. However this didnt happen. I had to call her and email her several times before this was accomplished. Also when she cut the cake she absolutely destroyed it. It was quite a mess. Luckily she didnt need to cut the top and we were able to take that home. When payment for the wedding was due she failed to take it off the credit card. I had to send several emails about this as well. The worst part of all this is when she sent my photos and wedding certificate there was also someone else's wedding certificate in my package. After all this she expects me to pay for the postage to send it back to her. Talk about inconvience. I feel absolutely horrible for the couple that are waiting for their wedding certificate. Honestly that is something that is pretty major and I personally wouldnt trust her with something of such significant value again. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else.

We went into the planning process with Weddings Inc. full of optimism and excitement. Who wouldn't? The reviews on the website were fabulous, the pictures were gorgeous and Terri, our wedding planner, seemed more than attentive. The contract/ wedding agreement that we signed seemed very reasonable, we were excited about the price and all that it included! There was to be a beverage station with iced tea, lemonade, and ice water at the ceremony. A champagne toast was included in the price, and the food sounded amazing! Each guest would have an option of chicken or salmon at dinner; I even clarified that they could CHOOSE one or the other that I did not have to choose just one for the whole group. It all sounded great, how could we NOT be excited!?!
Well, the attention stopped after our deposit was received. It would sometimes be 2 weeks before I would receive a response from Terri. It's a good thing I have wedding planning experience because I did not receive one bit of assistance in what decisions I would need to make. You would think Weddings Inc. would, at the very least, provide a list of items that need your attention (music selection, flowers, cake etc.). When asked if there was a list available for me so I didn’t miss anything, I was told that I could just send an email with everything. So over the course of the planning process I got my decisions over to Weddings Inc. Some of these details were: that I did not want roses in my bouquet or my bridesmaids bouquets, that we would be doing our own vows for the ceremony, that we REALLY REALLY wanted to make sure there was bread and butter available for everyone at dinner, that I would be having my father and step father walking down the aisle with me. These are just a few of many. We also discussed that my guests would have a choice of a chicken entrée or a salmon entrée at dinner.
Enough of the background information, when we arrived in Orlando (we are from New York) we received a call from Terri asking if I had decided on Chicken or Salmon for the dinner selection. This was 5 days before the wedding. This was one of the first questions I asked before signing the wedding agreement. But, I was determined to not be a nervous bride. I informed Terri that my guests were to have a choice between the two, and she said she would check with the restaurant and get back to me. I never heard back until the day before the wedding. That seems very unprofessional to me, especially since I had been calling and leaving messages asking for a call back. It was to the point where my family and I were joking about how someone would have to get ordained online and we would just have a quick ceremony and choose a restaurant at random if the whole thing ended up falling through. I finally heard back the day before the wedding and the dinner situation was all straightened out, I was calm and ready to go, that HAD to be the only hiccup we were going to encounter.
The big day came, and the limo showed up on time to pick us up- I was, without a doubt a glowing bride, I could not wait!!! We got to Cypress Grove Park, climbed out of the limo to be greeted by, not Terri my wedding planner, but our videographer. Ok, I’m still calm, no big deal. She showed us to the bridal suite where I saw my bouquet. It was full of roses, tulips and other filler. I had asked specifically for blue hydrangeas, calla lilies, and white lisianthus. I stayed calm, what was I going to do at that point? Did a bouquet really matter that much? It was fine.
Terri finally shows up breathless and in a hurry, she seemed surprised that I was having my father and step father walk my down the aisle, despite the fact that this was one of the details that I provided. No big deal, that’s not huge we were still fine. I spoke with the Officiant and forgot to mention that we were doing our own vows; I assumed this was already passed on since I had let Terri know two months in advance. But, I reminded Terri as we were getting ready to walk down the aisle; she said she would take care of it. The whole time we felt very rushed, I did not have a single moment to absorb the fact that this was my big moment; this was the start of my life with my new husband. One of our very special songs began to play outside as the guests were being seated, and instead of being able to have a little cry and be excited, we were rushed into instructions on how to do what when. I felt robbed of the excitement of my special moment.
The procession went well, the day was beautiful, and the music was all perfect. I got up to my fiancé and we laughed together, until the Officiant started having us recite the traditional vows. I was panicking; we had our own vows that we had both been so excited to say to each other. This was supposed to be taken care of- twice over at this point. Reverend Tim Herring recovered well, when we were pouring our unity sand he asked if something was wrong and when we told him we had vows of our own he made time for us to say them, so it worked out because WE took care of it.
Pictures were great, I loved our photographer! But we were a little upset to see that the decorations were being ripped down before we even had the opportunity to finish with pictures. It was also strange that no one directed our guests into the estate house for beverages; instead let them all stay outside to stare at us while we were getting our pictures taken. I finally asked the photographer if he could say something and he directed everyone away, which was great of him. They went inside to have canned soda, and warm bottled water. Where was the iced tea, lemonade, and iced water stations that we were supposed to have? Where was Terri? We were still in the process of taking pictures when we were rushed out to meet our limo, and this is when things really started to fall apart. Before climbing in the limo Terri asked if everything had been perfect, of course I said it was all fine. I was married, the day was beautiful and there was nothing I could do about the mishaps that had occurred. But I was surprised when she said goodbye to me. She wasn’t going to the restaurant? It was fine; I figured one of her assistants would be there. No problem.
We climb into the limo and head off to dinner at 310 Lakeside. But, before we arrive the limo driver asks us if we know where the restaurant is located. Remember, how I mentioned before that we are from New York. None of us had ever even been to Orlando. Why hadn’t Weddings Inc. made sure the limo driver knew where to go? We finally found it because my sister happened to have seen the sign. When we arrived our guests were all hanging out by the door. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was wearing a big white dress, obviously I’m the bride, and you would think SOMEONE would greet me. I finally asked where we were supposed to go since no one seemed to want to provide any direction. The whole time I’m looking for one of the wedding planners. It had been noted after all, that I would have at least one Wedding Coordinator for the day of the event. We were told we were set up in the back. The back where? I had never been there, but we found our way. We were fine.
My new husband and I really wanted a cocktail. We were excited and it was time to have some fun! So my husband went to the bar to give them our credit card, which would pay the bar tab for everyone for the night and ask for two drinks. They took the drink order but said they would add it to the large order for everyone rather than giving him the drinks on the spot. Meanwhile, I’m in the dining room with my guest when the servers start to take drink orders (they did NOT start with the bride and groom) and asking my guests how they would be paying for their drinks. This was also one of those details that had been passed on to Terri; we were paying for all the drinks. So I had to stand up, in front of all of my guests and announce not to worry about paying for their drinks, we were taking care of it. The server responds to me by saying ‘well that’s not what we were told!’ We were not so fine anymore. I was upset. There was no wedding planner in site. None of my instruction had been passed on to the restaurant. We had the photographer for a little longer, but how much longer? I had no idea. I did not know when we should cut the cake; the flowers on top of the cake were wilted and browning. And, there was no champagne toast set up. I was panicking AGAIN.
I grabbed my father and went to find SOMEONE to help me. I found the manager of the restaurant who said she had received very little communication from Terri and that she had no idea that we were to have a champagne toast. She had no idea how much longer we had our photographer or when we should cut our cake. I was very upset. This was not the careless, fun day it was supposed to be, I was no my own wedding coordinator. I was dealing with the problems and upsets instead of being a bride and visiting with my guests and family.
The restaurant manager got a champagne toast out to everyone. But, the servers will still pretty much ignoring my husband and I as far as drink orders so we were running to the bar to get drinks for ourselves. We were not asked first for our entrée selection, and when we asked about the bread and butter for the tables, no one knew what we were talking about. The salads came out, again we- the bride and groom, were not served first. At this, my step father whipped his head around in disgusted and asked what was going on. I had no response. I was a banquet server all through college, rule one was that the bride and groom are ALWAYS served first. The salads were also not what we had agreed to in our wedding agreement. We were to have the choice of: Mixed Garden Greens with Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, Onions, Craisins, and Sunflower Seeds with Goat Cheese Drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette OR Caesar Salad OR Soup du Jour.
We got a basic salad with lettuce, a grape tomato, some carrots, and French dressing. No options were ever given. There was still no bread, and I was practically begging for bread to be put on the tables, I was told they needed to bake some. When it finally came out each table got a couple rolls, not even enough for everyone and it was rock hard.
The entrees came out and, of course, we were not served first. We were also informed by the manager that we did not need to go up to the bar to get our drinks. The only problem was, not one server had asked us if we needed anything. The entrees were not so great, the chicken was dry, it was supposed to have fresh mozzarella, but my husband I did not have one piece in either of our dishes. I had a bite of my mother in law’s salmon which was pretty good, but there definitely were not any rave reviews for the food.
We cut the cake and had to wait for quite some time before we had plates for people to use while eating their cupcakes (we had a cupcake cake). I asked for the top of the cake to be cut up so people could eat that as well, and I helped the serving staff set up the plates of cake slices. We had asked for to go boxes for the cupcakes, which we had to assemble. So instead of visiting with friends and family, my husband and I were working.
The website states that each wedding package comes with: After-Event Management To Ensure Delivery of All Personal Items Back To Your Family.
By this, Weddings Inc. means that they will give one of your guests a box at the ceremony that they need to bring to dinner with them. This allows you, the bride and groom, to pack up any items used at dinner and bring them home with you. So at the end of dinner we were packing our champagne flutes, guest book (we actually used a wall quilt, but regardless), pictures of family members who are no longer with us. No one packs these items up for you; it is all on you to take care of it yourself. It actually inconveniences your guests because they are given the box and told to take it to dinner. Absolutely NOT what I had expected and I was very disappointed.
We had also reserved a party bus to transport everyone back to Disney where we were all staying. The restaurant had no idea what time they were picking us up. I asked the manager to please find out, this was at about 7:15pm. She found out from Terri that the bus was supposed to pick us up at 7:00. Where was the bus? How were we supposed to know this information? Why was nothing said to the restaurant manager? We finally got in contact with the bus driver and got him there to pick everyone up. I had previously arranged with Terri to have the bus stop at Epcot first and then continue on to the hotel. She said it was no problem. When I asked the bus driver, he had never received this information. Great. He ended up going anyway, and for that we tipped him VERY well. But that was the final straw for me.
I was so disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the whole planning process. I hated that I felt rushed and was not able to appreciate the enormity of my day. Every bride wants to have the perfect day to look back on, but I spent most of the day worrying and coordinating. It would be one thing if I hadn’t been promised all of these things, but they were detailed in the wedding agreement between me and Weddings Inc. and in the email communication I had with Terri (albeit with large time lapses between responses). I spent two days after the wedding trying to come to terms with the fact that it was NOT my perfect day.
Regardless, I was excited to see our pictures. I reached out to Terri to find out when we would get our pictures and our marriage certificate so I could change my name. I was a little nervous because our witnesses had never been asked to sign the marriage license. I never received a response. When I got home, to New York, I sent her an email (this is now 6 days after the wedding). To which I was told that the pictures should be done in about another 5 days, and the marriage certificate would be in a few days after that. Weddings Inc. would ship everything to me but they would need to charge me a shipping fee. I was livid. Why is a photographer included in the package if you have to PAY to actually get your pictures? I provided my address and asked for a price for shipping so I could get my pictures and marriage certificate and be done. 3 days later I finally received a response that did NOT include a price for shipping. Two and a half weeks AFTER my wedding, without the help of Weddings Inc. I found my wedding pictures online so I could finally see them. I still don’t know when I will get my own copies. The wedding agreement states that I will receive a CD with all of my pictures, copies of each pictures printed on 4x6 photo paper, and online access for 1 month to view the photos. We’ll see how much of this I actually get. I still have not been given an answer on how much I will need to pay to have my photos shipped, and when asked why there is a fee I was told that most brides pick up the photos in person from the photographer. Apparently, Weddings Inc. does not work with brides from out of town, since they are all available to drop by and pick up their pictures.
I will say, I am VERY happy to be married to my husband (although I have no documentation to prove that it’s legal). I love him and no matter what happened at our wedding we’re glad to be married. The pictures did turn out to be BEAUTIFUL. The cake was delicious, and the music at the ceremony was perfect. But the details in the execution were definitely lacking. I would NEVER recommend Weddings Inc. to anyone, and will make sure that as many brides as possible hear about the truth behind Weddings Inc. I hope this was helpful to anyone considering using this company. You definitely do get what you pay for, and I would, hands down pay to have a more professional and competent company handling my wedding.
