2026 Wedding Review

Wendy was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was organized, proactive, and completely on top of every detail. What truly set her apart was how she handled the unexpected.

Despite torrential rain threatening to derail our day, Wendy ensured everything ran seamlessly. Guests stayed comfortable, the timeline stayed intact, and somehow the entire celebration still felt effortless and joyful. When one of the groomsmen split his pants during the reception, Wendy quite literally stepped in and hand-sewed them back together. No panic. No drama. Just calm, capable problem-solving.

That wasn’t the only surprise she tackled like a pro. When our getaway car wouldn’t start because the headlights had been left on, Wendy handled it swiftly and discreetly, shielding us from stress and keeping the celebration moving. She has an incredible ability to manage chaos behind the scenes while allowing the bride and groom to remain completely present in the moment.

As a Type A bride, I especially appreciated how Wendy kept me calm and reassured. She kept the party on schedule without ever making it feel rushed. More importantly, she consistently reminded us to pause, soak it in, and remember that this was our day. Because of her, we didn’t get lost in logistics or worry about timeline. We got to fully experience every beautiful moment.

Wendy is an absolute professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. Any couple would be incredibly lucky to have a planner this organized, composed, and wholeheartedly dedicated.

Must have vendor!

Wendy was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator! From our very first FaceTime meeting, she went over every single detail with us and made us feel completely confident and prepared for the big day. She has such a fun, outgoing personality while still being incredibly professional, which made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.

On the wedding day, I never had to think about timelines, logistics, or where people needed to be because she handled everything flawlessly. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept the wedding party on schedule, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there.

Because of Wendy, our wedding day was seamless and we were actually able to relax and enjoy every moment. If there’s one vendor I would tell every bride to invest in, it’s a day-of coordinator — and Wendy is the best decision you could make!!

Most incredible wedding coordinator!

I can’t even find all the words to describe how incredibly instrumental Wendy was in helping me pull off my vision. She took care of everything the day of so I didn’t have to worry about anything except myself. She was an absolute sweetheart and a blessing. Phenomenal Service

Wendy was amazing—if I could give 10 stars I would! From the moment we had our first conversation I loved her professionalism and high energy! Her communication was great and she was very responsive to my questions or requests! She went above and beyond the day of my wedding and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. She even assisted with my photos by putting a jacket on me during breaks because it was very windy and chilly and I didn’t even ask her to do that. The best person to have in your corner for your wedding weekend!

Wendy is worth her weight in gold! We had a few bumps leading up to the wedding and even on the day of, and she handled everything so easily. I can not say enough wonderful things about Wendy. She helped us all through the planning not just the day of. She went way beyond the call of duty and kept everything running smoothly. I did not have to worry about coordinating any of the vendors or setting up the decor because she did it all and everything was perfect. Made it a stress free day. She even went and got me a medicine ball tea from Starbucks because I had lost my voice. She was worth every penny and more. Dallas wedding in November

Wendy was super helpful in setting up the reception tables including favors/guestbook. She was able to help take everything down at the end of the night and load our car so we didn’t have to deal with it while saying goodbye to guests. She made the night flow really well, and it was great to be able to enjoy the night instead of worrying about logistics.

Superb Wedding Coordinators

We worked with Tabitha from Weddings by Wendy and had a superb experience. Tabitha took so much off our plate and handled it all promptly and without error. She is a lovely person to interact with and very knowledgeable about the wedding industry. There were many pieces of the puzzle that we had no clue about, but Tabitha was always able to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. Her help on the day of made the entire process seamless. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and Tabitha player a significant role in that. Phenomenal Experience!

The Best Day of Coordinator

I had originally booked Wendy for my September 2024 wedding, but due to scheduling purposes, Cari had to step in for us. We were notified of this change well in advance, and Cari truly went above and beyond with helping ensure that our wedding day went smoothly. No question or request was too much for Cari. Throughout the entire process starting from when she came on board, she was supportive and attentive. She was such a joy to work with and I couldn't have been happier with her as a Day-of-Coordinator. She truly helped us have the most magical wedding. Whether you end up booking Wendy directly, or having Cari, you would be in good hands! My only regret is not getting a picture with Cari at the end of the night. She truly was so amazing and words cannot describe how pleased we are to have worked with her!

Worth Every Penny!

A life saver and worth every penny!!
It was a busy chaotic day with rain delaying setup time. Wendy was wonderful and had everything setup for us at the ceremony site, met with vendors as they arrived, and ensured everyone was on the same page. As the bride, I never met or saw several vendors until much later in the night, which would not have been possible without Wendy. If there were any hiccups or small details that needed tending to, Wendy was there to swoop in and help. We had our grand exit before all cleanup was complete, but friends and family were thoroughly impressed with the amount of assistance and help Wendy provided. 1000% recommend Wendy’s services, even if it is just for day of coordinating.

Weddings by Wendy

Wendy is an absolute dream to work with! Our wedding ran smoothly and no matter what we needed (from magnets to thin Sharpies to Tide pens), Wendy pulled it out of her Mary Poppins bag! Every detail of the wedding went as planned and at the end of the night it was cleaned up and packaged in an organized way that made unpacking at home go quickly! She works behind the scenes and you don’t notice she has done everything. She never seems stressed. She had it ALL totally under control and was never surprised by anything. She had quick answers and was just on top of it all! Wendy was available throughout the entire planning process even though we only contracted for the day of. She was quick to offer solutions and suggestions along the way. She is friendly and an absolute joy to work with. Love her to pieces and we feel blessed to have found her! Amazing experience

Wendy was a picture perfect planner! The day of my wedding everything went so smoothly, I couldn't ask for more. She was always two steps ahead of every ask I had. Wendy is amazing! She was super friendly and reassuring throughout the entire process. From day of hire to the end of our wedding, she made both my husband and me feel like all of our 'i's were dotted and 't's were crossed. I felt like I could relax and genuinely enjoy and have fun during my wedding, and a large part of that is due to Wendy's coordination. “Where do I even begin?! My (now) husband and I thought we would be able to plan our wedding on our own - we’re both super organized and on top of things. However, we quickly realized that we were entirely out of our element and needed some serious help. I found Wendy by chance (thank you Google!) and after reading amazing reviews, and due to how affordable Weddings by Wendy & Co. were, we chose Wendy. It was the absolute best decision we ever could have made. Wendy thinks of things you won’t think of, she takes care of things you can’t take care of (physically or emotionally or mentally), she advocates for you and the dream you have for your day - and she was our best friend through it all. Wendy is awesome!

Wendy did an amazing job communicating with our vendors and making sure we covered all bases in our wedding planning. She has great ideas and we love her fun and outgoing personality. Professional AND Affordable!

I am so glad we went with Weddings by Wendy as our Day of Coordinator! We worked with Tabitha, and she ensured our wedding day went smoothly. She responded quickly to questions about the planning process, recommending a couple of vendors missing from our list. Tabitha also provided a detailed timeline of the wedding day, noting who was responsible for certain tasks and the songs for each section of our wedding day. We also took advantage of the rentals offered by Weddings by Wendy. We only needed a few items, but were very glad we did not have to purchase them ourselves (since they were only needed for the wedding day). Overall, I found Weddings by Wendy to be both a professional AND affordable vendor. I would recommend her to other brides needing a Day of Coordinator!

Working with Wendy was an absolute DREAM!! I literally couldn't imagine going through my wedding without her. Wendy is a win!

I hired Wendy as a "Day of Coordinator" for my daughter's wedding. How do I explain how WONDERFUL Wendy was? Because I live in Mississippi and the wedding was in Texas, I did not get to meet Wendy face to face until the day of the wedding. We spoke on the phone and communicated through email and zoom. Wendy arrived and started helping right away. She started setting out our table decor and treats. We were organized, but panicking as the minutes ticked away. Wendy was the calm in the midst of chaos. Ceremony time was approaching and my daughter was apologizing for being late. Wendy looked at her and said, "You are not late! The wedding doesn't start until you are there, so don't worry. You are right on time." This was the sigh of relief that we all needed. Wendy was busy from the time she arrived until the very end. Anything we needed, she had on hand. We forgot to bring something to hang up a neon sign with, but Wendy had twine. It worked perfectly. One of the bridesmaid was having a concealment issue and SUPER WENDY to the rescue with boob tape! When the DJ (Classic Pro DJ - Jason Griffin) set up colored lights for the dance floor and the house lights went down, Wendy started pulling the table decorations and packing them up. She was very subtle about it and our guests didn't even notice. We had to be out of the venue (The Gardenia Wedding Venue) by 11 pm. We would have had to pay extra if we had gone over, but Wendy got us out on time! She had everything packed (even leftover food) and ready to be loaded into vehicles. She even helped carry things out to the cars. I am sure I am forgetting multiple details of all that Wendy did for us, but I will say this, if I could do it over, I would have cut expenses in another area and hired Wendy as the Wedding Coordinator for the whole thing, not just "Day Of". Hiring Wendy was the BEST service that I spent money on for the entire wedding!!! We could not have done it without her! Thank you, Wendy!!!

You are missing out on a stress free experience if you don't have Wendy as your coordinator

Wendy was incredible! She was not just day of/month of, but was there for us with any questions or concerns from the day we hired her. She was organized and attended to every little detail - as the MOB, I felt extremely calm wedding day knowing that she was handling everything. Herding bridesmaids and groomsman to locations, making sure we had what we needed and communicating with photographer and venue personnel throughout the entire night! By the time, I went back upstairs after the grand exit, Wendy had our stuff boxed up and ready to take to our room. She's amazing! My daughter's wedding was at Hotel Drover Ft. Worth.

Tracy Harvath was incredible!

Tracy was our wedding coordinator and did an unimaginably fantastic job. We originally had a different coordinator, and they had to drop for health reasons, so we were apprehensive about having someone new, but Tracy squashed any doubt in our minds when she got to work! She responded promptly, was on her A game, and was very communicative. She thought through every scenario and provided solutions to any hurdles we had. She worked amazingly with our other vendors and provided exceptional service. She had a great attitude, and she blew our expectations on the day of our wedding. Best. Choice. Ever.

Wendy was wonderful! I can’t believe we ever thought we could get by without a day of coordinator. Communication from the start was phenomenal. She thought of things I hadn’t. I felt so supported, heard, and special throughout the whole prepping process with her. And on the big day SHE WAS A ROCKSTAR! She handled everything from vendors, to set up, to fine tuning, to telling flower girls when to walk, she even fixed our plates and served us for dinner. There was an only one hiccup with my cake vendor and I didn’t even know about it until the next day when I followed up with her. Wendy handled it flawlessly and didn’t let it be known to me on my big day. Wendy was so easy to talk to and truly has the Bride and Grooms’s best interest at heart. Best vendor we hired!

WENDY IS THE BEST!!! She literally went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. I could not have asked for anyone better to help our day run smoothly. Like I literally don't have the words to explain how much we appreciate everything she did for us. She arrived at the venue before we did, stayed after we did, coordinated all of the set-up and tear down and worked with all of our vendors to give us the perfect day! Wendy made us feel at peace at our very first meeting. Wendy saved our day!

When our original coordinator backed out on us without warning 30 days before our wedding, we panicked and scrambled to find someone. Wendy answered us right away and we had her booked within 24 hrs! She truly saved our day and with only 30 days notice, she was one of the most invaluable members of our team. If anything had gone wrong on our big day, we had no idea! The best decision I made in wedding planning!

Wendy was a LIFE SAVER when planning our wedding. She was on our venue's preferred list and had worked at our venue numerous times before, which was incredibly helpful. I looked into several different wedding coordinators, and talked by phone with a few of them before booking Wendy, but it was the easiest decision to go with her. While she was technically our "day of" coordinator, she included SO much more in her services than any of the others I was finding, and was so reasonably priced. She was easy to get ahold of when I had questions, she was able to look over a couple of my vendor contracts that I had questions on, we met in person a couple of months before our wedding day to discuss details and go over my questions, and she was fantastic with contacting vendors leading up to the wedding day and confirming things with them ( like arrival times/procedures and other details). She also built our timeline, and then worked in anything our photographer needed slotted in, and helped immensely in making our layout for where tables and everything would go during the reception. The day of the wedding she had things running so smoothly, I never felt like anything was rushed or dragging on, just felt like everything flowed very naturally with her guidance in the background. She helped with set-up, did a great job of directing the flip between ceremony and reception (and even had it done a little early!), and stayed through clean-up and directed where everything needed to go. I cannot say enough how happy I am that we had Wendy's help and guidance in the planning and on the day of or wedding. Hiring her was literally the best money we spent for our day!

Weddings by Wendy: Go to Source for planning

Nick and I got married last weekend at Fossil Creek golf course. We were so worried about 500 questions day of and wanted to look for a wedding planner to help coordinate. We did all the wedding planning but then found Wendy 60-90 days out looking for a day of coordinator. She responded within 24 hours and set up a time within days to see what package would fit us. She helped along the way with vendors, questions, tips/suggestion, walkthrough for rehearsal and was a rockstar day of. She made our day smooth and seamless. She also help set up and take down anything we needed. If you are looking for local Fort Worth help, she is a great option.

Wonderful Experience

We had Wendy be our day of coordinator and I am so glad we did. We had already found the vendors that we wanted to use but having Wendy made it to where after we found them she took care of the rest. On the day of she was there setting things up, moving things throughout the night, making sure everything was on schedule, and so much more. My husband, me and especially my parents loved that we got to just enjoy the day! We even had a TV that got left on and you could hear it during the ceremony so as soon as that happened Wendy quickly fixed it and most people didn't even notice! Wendy is so nice and you can tell that she wants the bride and groom to have the best day and will do whatever she needs to do to make that happen. I would definitely recommend hiring Wendy :)

Exceeded Every Expectation

When my daughter first suggested we hire a wedding coordinator to help with her wedding planning, I was skeptical. We are a family of control freaks and I felt confident we could do the wedding on our own. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From our initial meeting through wedding night cleanup, Wendy was the glue that held it together. She helped us put together (and stick to!) a detailed timeline, had invaluable suggestions based on her vast experience, and proved to be a master multitasker and problem solver.

For example, the dry cleaners lost one of our tablecloths and we were not able to find a replacement in time for the event. Wendy saved the day by borrowing one from a previous bride. On the day of the wedding, I felt like Wendy was simultaneously pinning my daughter’s bustle during family pictures, coordinating cocktail hour and seating, and mopping up a spilled drink. Nothing fazed her, and she remained cheerful, positive, and enthusiastic while taking care of every detail so we could all enjoy the wedding and reception. We will no doubt be hiring Wendy again for our younger daughter’s wedding- she is the absolute best!

Weddings by Wendy is AMAZING!

When people ask me how my wedding went, I always tell them it was absolutely perfect! I still couldn't tell you if there were any hiccups and that is 100% attributed to Wendy's hard work and dedication that went into making sure we had THE BEST, most stress-free day! From day one, Wendy was "all in". From the texts, phone calls, and emails, she would check in, and see if we needed anything and this was months before the wedding. During the planning phase, she was quick to respond to questions and was always very helpful. On the day of the wedding, we had a few curveballs with the weather, which changed our plans a bit. Wendy didn't miss a beat and came by at the last minute to where we were staying to pick up a few things that we forgot to drop off at the venue. She set up the ceremony and the reception PERFECTLY. It was as if I had done it myself, she nailed my vision. Not to mention, the venue only gave us about 2.5 hours to actually set up. She was a one-woman show for the day of my wedding, and I'm still in awe at how she was able to get everything done and still didn't look like she had broken a sweat in the process. She worked great with all of my vendors, and I seriously couldn't be happier with my coordinator choice! Be sure to book her today - she won't stay open for long once the word gets out!

Book Wendy as your Wedding Coordinator

Wendy is great! She coached us throughout the wedding planning process, and provided useful insight to help us save some money. Communication was a big priority when choosing my vendors, and Wendy was always prompt with responding to all my questions. She also saved the day whenever my venue decided to make an all night busser requirement a month before our wedding date - you know when everyone else is already booked up? BUT she was able to help me find someone to fill that requirement and was affordable! Not only is she organized and efficient, but she has the best personality! She is kind and genuinely wants you to have the best day. I definitely recommend booking Wendy as your wedding coordinator.

Absolutely wonderful wedding coordinator

We hired Wendy to be our day-of coordinator about 6 months before our wedding date. She was absolutely incredible! She made herself completely available to us, and gave us the freedom to call or text her at any time with questions, concerns, and advice. Her guidance was extremely helpful and led us to consider so many details we would not have thought of otherwise. Not only was the helpful, but she was so warm and kind. From our first meeting, it felt like we had known her for forever which made me trust her instantly. Her prices are also sooooo reasonable. Brides, please please please do yourself a favor and hire Wendy to be your wedding coordinator.

Day of Coordinator for my Daughter's Wedding

Wendy possesses all the qualities any bride would want in a day of coordinator. She is organized, communicative and efficient. She was always available by phone or email whenever we had a question or thought. She has amazing vendors to recommend which saved my daughter and me a lot of time... like her wonderful group of servers we used to serve dinner and buss tables. They also stayed to take care of the break down after the wedding.
On the wedding day, Wendy made sure everything ran smoothly and on time with all the vendors!!! She made my daughter feel relaxed and special by making sure she had everything she wanted and needed.
Booking Wendy was one of the BEST decisions we made. Thank you, Wendy - working with you was an absolute dream!!!

EASY and professional

Amazing!!! 10/10

Wendy was such an amazing day of coordinator! The weeks leading up to our wedding she contacted all of our vendors and finalized details. We also had a walk through of our reception venue with her the week of the wedding. She eased any sort of worry we had about our vision coming to life.

She even sent us photos when helping set up the reception with all our decor while the bridal party was getting ready so everything looked exactly how we wanted it to.

Absolutely loved her services! Such a kind woman. I would really recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator.

t was an incredible pleasure working with Wendy!

From the beginning, Wendy always brought a great energy and vibe. She gave us incredible insight and tips on how to plan/manage our wedding. I really appreciated how she made herself available to us! Wendy was always easy to reach (planning and day of). This calmed any reservations we had and made us feel confident on the wedding day.

For couples looking to get specific insight on the wedding process, Wendy is a must as she gave us multiple different perspectives and thoughts. Wendy is super honest and will give her two cents which is appreciative.

Day off Wendy was awesome! She works behind the scenes so well and everything was just seamless from each transition. During our day we made some live changes and Wendy was able to adapt and roll with it. She will make it happen if thats what you want on your wedding day thats for sure. We felt really attended to during the wedding while Wendy worked behind the scenes.

Wendy worked well with our vendors to coordinate with them.

Our wedding was a joy with our coordinator's help!

We had an excellent experience working with Malley. Even though we *only* needed a day-of coordinator, she was so much more--she met with us at key points, provided guiding documents and timelines, and kept us accountable.
When we approached the special day, she kept in touch with each of our vendors, and handled all the behind-the-scenes checks and adjustments. Ultimately, she made sure we had an EXPERIENCE during our wedding that was pure JOY--no stress, worries, or catastrophes. Vendors and guests all complimented us on how well it went, and it was really thanks to Malley's help along the way.

Best decision of the wedding!

Malley was our fairy godmother! She was available at any time leading up to the wedding to answer questions by email, text, or zoom meetings. She was so organized, and coordinated the schedules of all the venders and figured out the timeline between hair & makeup, photographer and videographer. She took care of all the little things that came up the day of the wedding and had such a beautiful, cheerful attitude that made everyone so comfortable. I’ve told ALL my friends about her. This was the best money spent on the wedding! She allowed us to enjoy the process and enjoy the whole wedding day.

Hire Wendy!

While Wendy was our day-of wedding coordinator, her support was so valuable throughout the entire wedding planning process. When we got stuck during planning and needed advice, she was always quick to respond and provided a great balance of general recommendations and personal advice. On the day of the wedding, Wendy was our cheerleader and calmly helped resolve the couple of minor issues that happened. Wendy was always willing to jump in at any moment and that was a huge relief during the wedding. The biggest advice we’d give to brides/grooms – get a day-of wedding coordinator!

Wedding coordinator

Hire Wendy for your coordinator and you will not regret it! Wendy went above and beyond her duties for my wedding and everything went perfectly. She even handled some difficult family members with grace. Whenever we mentioned that she was our coordinator to a vendor they would voice how pleased they were because they knew we were in excellent hands. Not only is she good at her job but just a wonderful human being all around. One of the biggest warnings I got was that I would not have time to enjoy the wedding food throughout the night but Wendy ensured that we were well fed! The money spent on Wendy was the best money spent throughout the whole wedding process and I cannot recommend her services enough.

Amazing Day of Planner

I hired Wendy as my day of planner. We talked on the phone and met a couple of times before the wedding because I'm a type A bride and wanted to make sure everything would be taken care of. Wendy was always eager to talk with me and was constantly asking what she could help with! She even came to rescue with a getaway vehicle when I was desperately in need of one! On the day of the wedding, Wendy handled everything, from set up to running the wedding/reception and even tear down of the venue. I didn't have to worry about anything and it all went so smoothly. My family and friends still talk about how amazing she was and I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Wendy for any of your wedding planning needs!

I would hire Wendy 10000x over again!

Wendy was incredible from the first time we spoke with her. She went truly above and beyond when being my "month of coordinator." She was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. As a bride who was a bit of a worrier, Wendy eased all my worries. She handled so many issues day of without me or my group knowing and did an incredible job managing all vendors, bridal party and even my family. I seriously can not recommend Wendy enough, I would hire her 1000x over again.

Wendy was a huge part of the reason why we were able to really enjoy our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. She handled last minute additions on the day of the wedding like a professional. Even the weeks leading up to our wedding day, she provided helpful suggestions when we needed guidance on planning and I greatly appreciated that she was quick to respond to our e-mails and texts, jumping in to answer any questions from our vendors. My husband and I knew that we would need a day of coordinator and after doing a lot of research we found Wendy and I am so glad that we did! She is very personable and makes you feel like you have been long time friends. She made our wedding day go by smoothly and made sure to check up on each of us to make sure we weren’t overwhelmed. Mother of the bride

Wendy was absolutely amazing!! At both the rehearsal and wedding she was so organized, helpful and on top of everything. She was prepared for anything that we needed her for.
My daughter realized during the ceremony that the liner of her wedding dress was a bit too long and was worried about tripping on it while dancing. She asked me to find Wendy and in no time flat Wendy had safety pinned it up! As the mother of the bride I was able to relax and enjoy the day because Wendy had everything under control. I’m so thankful that a friend recommended her. Her prices are very reasonable. Hiring her will be one of your best wedding decisions.

Wendy will not let you down. Leading up she was super supportive and made great suggestions on anything I was curious about. Day of, she set up everything perfectly! She worked the room and made sure we stayed on our timeline. She really was so supportive throughout and I couldn’t be more grateful!! She even took great photos and sent them the next day :)

Best Coordinator!

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy! I was hesitant to hire a day of planner due to budget restrictions, but after searching, I found Wendy. She was budget friendly, but that never reflected in the quality of service and care she provided. She went above and beyond, even in the month(s) leading up, to make sure everything ran smoothly on our special day. For example, our caterer was almost an hour late and ran out of food before we were able to feed the vendors that were working. Wendy handled everything so discreetly that no one knew until the end of the night. She informed us of the situation to make sure we contacted the caterers to file a complaint, and to not pay full price for the service they didn’t provide.

On top of our wedding, we also were planning a gender reveal at the reception. Wendy was beyond excited to help plan this, which only added to our excitement and made it feel even more special.

Every single guest that interacted with her at the wedding had nothing but great things to say. If you are looking for someone who makes you feel comfortable, confident, and stands up for you, you’ve come to the right place!

Beautiful wedding

Would highly recommend this group of planners. This is the second wedding using them. Wouldn’t do another without them. Their easy to work with and attention to the details is great. They really listened to and coordinated with the vendors and the family. Their communication prior to the wedding was great and kept everything within the timeline needed. Tracy saved us!

I originally contacted Weddings by Wendy, but Wendy wasn't available on our wedding date. So she quickly referred us to her colleague Tracy. And I'm glad she did! Tracy was there for us during a very traumatic venue change we had to do 3 months before the wedding! She developed the wedding Timeline and went over it with us. Provided suggestions and recommendations based on her previous experience. Was able to meetup with us the weeks before the weeding to go over my vision for the reception accessories and decorations. She contacted every single vendor prior to the wedding to make sure everyone knew a what time they needed to show up. She was there for us during our rehearsal and her instructions were clear, specially for the flower girls and ring bearer (7 year old's). We hired her for 10 hours the day of, and she was there on time and ready to work. She setup up our favors tables, gifts table, guest book table. Worked very closely with each vendor and made sure she helped our families with anything they needed. She stayed until the end for cleanup and even made sure we have a to go bag of our buffet food which was very much needed later that night! Contact Tracy if you don't want to deal with the day of circus...She'll get you covered!

Don't look any further!

Wedding planning brings on a whole new level of stresses and things to worry about but Wendy will take care of everything! I was freaking out a few weeks before the wedding because it felt like nothing was coming together, but then I had my meeting with Wendy and she had all the answers and suggestions for everything. I didn’t think she could get any better but the day of the wedding, she was even more amazing (if that’s possible). She took care of all the vendors, made sure all the decorations were where they needed to go, and made sure everyone was taken care of the entire day. Another small thing that my husband and I really appreciated was that she made sure we had food and drinks at the reception, but on top of that, while he and I were eating, she kept guests away so that we could finish eating before going to say “hi” to everyone since it can be easy to forget to eat that day. Wendy was phenomenal and could not recommend her enough.
