Wendy took the best care of the bride and groom. She had food and drinks for them after their grand entrance. She made sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed the entire day. We had a very tight schedule and she was so helpful keeping us on task. Communication was great! Wendy was so responsive and always eager to help. She’s very reasonably priced and did an outstanding job. We had her “day of”, but also had an in person consult and she also came to the rehearsal. She went over and beyond to help the day go perfectly. You will love Wendy as much as we do!! -

Working with Wendy was an absolute DREAM!! I literally couldn't imagine going through my wedding without her. She was so communicative as soon as we started working with her, and was always able to give me advice and guidance throughout the planning process. On the big day, she handled so much and made sure our wedding started on time. My entire family and bridal party could not stop raving about how great she was. I thought I would be much more stressed, but having her as the coordinator made the day a breeze. I can't recommend her enough to others! Thank you Wendy!!! -

Tracy was our wedding coordinator and did an unimaginably fantastic job. We originally had a different coordinator, and they had to drop for health reasons, so we were apprehensive about having someone new, but Tracy squashed any doubt in our minds when she got to work! She responded promptly, was on her A game, and was very communicative. She thought through every scenario and provided solutions to any hurdles we had. She worked amazingly with our other vendors and provided exceptional service. She had a great attitude, and she blew our expectations on the day of our wedding. She was so helpful and provided assistance before either of us asked. I couldn’t have asked for someone more outstanding than Tracy!

WENDY IS THE BEST!!! She literally went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. I could not have asked for anyone better to help our day run smoothly. Like I literally don't have the words to explain how much we appreciate everything she did for us. She arrived at the venue before we did, stayed after we did, coordinated all of the set-up and tear down and worked with all of our vendors to give us the perfect day! Several of my bridesmaids mentioned throughout our day that they wished they'd had Wendy at their weddings. -

Wendy saved our day!
When our original coordinator backed out on us without warning 30 days before our wedding, we panicked and scrambled to find someone. Wendy answered us right away and we had her booked within 24 hrs! She truly saved our day and with only 30 days notice, she was one of the most invaluable members of our team. If anything had gone wrong on our big day, we had no idea! Everything was absolutely seamless and she executed my vision perfectly. We highly recommend Wendy and her team. -

Wendy was incredible!! She was always responsive and always willing and available to help when I needed during the planning process. She thought of everything and made sure I was aware and had everything I needed to be well prepared on the big day. She was confident and swift in getting things done on the day of and made my day so so easy. She also did so well dealing with family drama. Wendy was a LIFE SAVER when planning our wedding. She was on our venue's preferred list and had worked at our venue numerous times before, which was incredibly helpful. I looked into several different wedding coordinators, and talked by phone with a few of them before booking Wendy, but it was the easiest decision to go with her. While she was technically our "day of" coordinator, she included SO much more in her services than any of the others I was finding, and was so reasonably priced. She was easy to get ahold of when I had questions, she was able to look over a couple of my vendor contracts that I had questions on, we met in person a couple of months before our wedding day to discuss details and go over my questions, and she was fantastic with contacting vendors leading up to the wedding day and confirming things with them ( like arrival times/procedures and other details). She also built our timeline, and then worked in anything our photographer needed slotted in, and helped immensely in making our layout for where tables and everything would go during the reception. The day of the wedding she had things running so smoothly, I never felt like anything was rushed or dragging on, just felt like everything flowed very naturally with her guidance in the background. She helped with set-up, did a great job of directing the flip between ceremony and reception (and even had it done a little early!), and stayed through clean-up and directed where everything needed to go. I cannot say enough how happy I am that we had Wendy's help and guidance in the planning and on the day of or wedding. Hiring her was literally the best money we spent for our day!
