Marsha, and her team at Stardust are exemplary. 10/10!

Marsha and her entire team and store (Stardust) are absolutely amazing. I would NEVER have been able to put together the most beautiful, tasteful, elegant, and all around perfect wedding, dress for my daughter, veil, gloves, etc without Marsha and her whole team. They are the epitome of professionalism, compassionate, patience, encouragement, kindness, and detail oriented that I hope for always when hiring for an important project. The outcome and experience from start to finish, and due to Marsha's incredible relationships with all the best venues and outfits that fall under the umbrella of "all things wedding related". I truly can't recommend them enough, and can't wait to work with them again for my younger daughters wedding when that time comes. We purchased the full package, as I am disabled, and that is the package I recommend. You will have no idea of anything that ever goes a bit wrong on the day of the wedding. I have nothing but praise to give for Stardust and particularly Marsha who is the owner, and lead planner. You too will feel that was money SO WELL USED and worth every penny and then some!

Peyton has the extraordinary ability to transform dreams into reality with grace, ease, and creativity. Her eye for design brought every detail to life in a way that felt magical and PERFECTLY tailored to us. Planning my wedding was no small feat- it was a complex destination wedding with strict rules that 99% of venues don’t have, but Peyton navigated every challenge with poise and expertise, turning obstacles into opportunities for something even more beautiful! From start to finish, she created an experience that I will truly cherish forever.

Through it all, Peyton was more than just a wedding planner- she became my best friend, offering calm, unwavering support that made even the most stressful moments feel effortless. Her dedication is a reflection of Stardust, a company that genuinely cares about its clients and consistently goes above and beyond to create something extraordinary. Now that the wedding is over, I miss working with Peyton and the entire Stardust team so much. Their kindness, professionalism, and creativity made every step of the process a joy.

Shonna helped us with the rehearsal dinner and she made the process so easy! We told her we wanted a Christmas/Winter theme at the restaurant we choose and she made the dream a reality!

Ryan and Rebecca’s Wedding

My husband and I got married a little over a month ago. We are still in awe of our wedding day. It could not have gone so smoothly or been so perfect without Marsha and her team. Everyone at Stardust were so wonderful and professional. It exceeded my expectations, and I want to thank each and everyone at Stardust who helped make our wedding day the most unforgettable experience of our lives. Weddings by Stardust was a pleasure to work with and we can't imagine what the wedding planning process would have been like without them.

Weddings By Stardust exceeded my wildest expectations. I would highly recommend to any bride and groom! My husband and I had a 3-day wedding weekend planned that included a rehearsal luncheon, a traditional wedding ceremony, a formal dinner, and a Saturday reception with 300+ guests. Peyton, our lead planner, was such a reassuring, attentive, detail oriented planner. She was always available and responsive, no matter what time I'd text or email her. I now believe there is a real psychology behind talking to the bride in a way that was always comforting, always thinking ahead, handled and had an answer for every little last minute question or worry I had. I never intended on working with any wedding planners or coordinators, but I think all my lucky stars I turned it over to Peyton. Furthermore, I could have never pulled off a big weekend like this all alone. Peyton, Shonna, Jayce and Marsha, I can't thank you guys enough for all the hours of planning, meetings, and attention to the details you all put into our wedding to make it so special. Detail oriented, reassuring, and 100 steps-ahead of you. Weddings by Stardust was a pleasure to work with and we can't imagine what the wedding planning process would have been like without them.

Exceptional Service

We’d like to thank Marsha and her team heartfelt for making our daughters wedding a fairytale. Our daughter lives in MD, we live in HI and the wedding was happening in TX. We needed all the help that we could find. Marsha had the knowledge, the connections with all the vendors and understood my daughter and son-in-law’s vision. We ended up with a better wedding than we could ever have imagined. It was stress free, well planned - well in advance. We had a last trip to meet in TX in February (wedding was April 15th) and all last details were done then. Before the wedding Marsha told us that she’d take care of anything and everything the wedding day and only let us know if it affected us financially. And she did. I still don’t know if there were any details that didn’t go as planned. For us it was a dreamy day just focusing on the happy couple and having so much fun. We were taking care of from the first contact until the day after the wedding. The vendors she works with are phenomenal. We are so thankful and hope that other families gets to experience the wedding planning as fun and stressfree as we did. Thank you Marsha, Peyton and Jacy!

Turns you vision into a reality!

Wonderful! Jacy and the Wedding by StarDust team did a phenomenal job transforming my son and his fiancee's very broad vision into a stunning reality!! Having used them for my daughters wedding, who had a very different style than my son, it is clear they listen to the wants of each client and don't steer them into a cookie cutter style as they were very different but equally stunning!!

Tasteful, Elegant, Creative & Easy: Weddings by Stardust

Weddings by Stardust made our wedding dreams come true! I told them I wanted a big, elegant and extravagant wedding and did they ever deliver! Marsha is truly a wedding fairy godmother! They were available for anything we needed and responsive for every moment during the year we planned our wedding.

They have relationships with all the top and best local vendors and made making decisions fun and easy.

When asked what I wanted from a wedding, I told her, “I want to go to a wedding I’ve never been to before. I don’t want to copy or repeat anything anyone else has done but make it personal, beautiful and enchanting.”

Stardust’s creativity and willingness to push us and make special moments for us, our family and guests, were so special: we had an organist play the Jurassic Park theme song in a church, a choir do a flash mob style rendition of stand by me, greenery and lighting tunnel for guests to walk through in the reception, 4 course Italian-inspired meal, espresso martini bar and after party for the ages.

The best part, is that we could tell Marsha and her team had FUN planning this celebration with us. They are true partners, creators and wedding fairy godmothers!

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

We had 5 separate events in 1 weekend that they planned and executed to perfection. If you want the absolute best with people who cause NO DRAMA and ensure everything runs smoothly, then Weddings by Stardust is your only option. They are PERFECTION!

Best of the BEST.

Working with Marsha, Peyton and The Stardust team exceeded our expectations in every way.

I could not get over how much time Marsha and Peyton dedicated to getting to know us on a personal level. Their amount of patience with my husband (who made it clear he was not into this stuff 75% of the time) and I was exceptional.

They kept us on task all the while making the long process feel fun and light.

Having already been married 11 years ago… I wanted this to be special for my husband and truly capture “us”… I knew what I did NOT want… but not so much what I actually wanted. Marsha and Peyton gave us the ideal wedding. Their attention to detail was above and beyond. It was a bazillion times better than my first wedding (which is saying a lot).

Stardust connected us with awesome vendors and coordinated and stayed on top of everything with the venue— so we were not even more stressed and overwhelmed than we were. The night was both beautiful and so so much fun. Plus, we just completely trusted their expertise-- and had to worry about nothing-- day of.

People have not stopped talking about the wedding and Team Stardust made sure everything flowed perfectly…. Which is saying a lot because there were so many moving parts.

Peyton was the absolute perfect lead. Professional. Friendly. Funny. Patient. We loved our experience and would HIGHLY recommend them. I wish I could go back to that night! I could not have asked for a more perfect evening / day. My husband won't stop talking about it and is raving about Stardust.

Run to Weddings by Stardust - AMAZING

I was blessed enough to find Shonna Gainey with Weddings by Stardust for my lead wedding planner. I could not have been paired with a more perfect person to lead me through the planning process and execute the vision for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Shonna is amazing in every way. She listens to you, asks the right questions, builds a vendor team (with your input) of the very best of the best and is a calm and graceful leader. She is flexible in her schedule, responds quickly and ensures that everything is exactly as you've asked.

Because of Shonna, I had the perfect wedding day. I was calm all morning, knowing that Shonna and her team were able to handle everything and she would know exactly what I would do or want if something came up. Our vision came to life as if someone was in my mind and was able to take a picture of exactly how I envisioned things and put it into reality. The flowers, music, food, decorations etc were perfect.

I could gush for hours on Shonna, her expertise, her professionalism and her friendship. I am honored to have worked with her and I would recommend her to everyone that asks.

She is worth every single penny (and more)! If you are getting married and looking for a planner, RUN to find her!

Highly recommend Marsha Ballard French!

Marsha Ballard French is absolutely wonderful to work with! We truly hit the jackpot when she took over our daughter's wedding planning with only 4 months to go (after our original planner left the business). She worked tirelessly to understand our vision and her wealth of experience and connections offered us the opportunity to incorporate things we'd not thought of previously. Marsha knew just what we needed, what we could do without, and we trusted her completely! She even managed to find us a string quartet one week out when we realized we’d made a mistake by not including one. Our wedding venue was quite large, and we had a very complicated set up with a lot of moving pieces, but Marsha and her team took care of everything. The wedding was truly like a fairytale, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She is the best in the business and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Laura is an extraordinary planner who genuinely cares about her clients. She is friendly and passionate. Her experience, knowledge, and relationships with vendors are unmatched! Even when we couldn’t find the words to express our ideas or what we wanted, Laura understood our vision and helped create the most beautiful and perfect wedding! Superb in every aspect!

Words cannot describe how much we appreciate all of the work and expertise Jacy put in to our wedding. She was so prompt with every response when we had questions. She was so friendly and professional with every encounter. Wedding Planning Breeze

While working with Stardust, I had the pleasure of working with Jacy for my wedding planning. Planning a wedding during COVID is odd in general, since you don t get to meet your vendors let alone your planner except via zoom, but Jacy made it a breeze. She kept me on track, gave her opinion and most importantly encouraged me along the way. She always answered my calls and my texts, usually asking something ridiculous which I am forever grateful for.

The package I chose was where Jacy took over 30 days before the wedding, and handled one vendor 100% I picked floral for her to manage. Jacy picked the best florist for me. She guided the meetings along, and help me express my visions. Everything Jacy did the day of helped me have a stress free day and I am so happy we got to work together, highly recommend Stardust, but especially Jacy!

Could not recommend enough!

I worked with Jacy throughout my wedding process - which was longer than expected. Our original wedding was supposed to be in March of 2020 which had to be canceled due to the pandemic. We had to cancel 6 days beforehand and Jacy worked to help coordinate with all of my vendors to do so and in turn, we were able to secure back 100% of our money. We then rescheduled the wedding to November of 2020 and it went seamlessly! Jacy helped to ease my stress the month prior to the wedding by tying up all of the loose ends with my vendors and coordinating with them all to make sure we had everything we needed. I was wildly impressed by her and her team's professionalism and attention to detail on the day of the wedding. Both our family and friends were raving about them all day! I truly believe the day would not have been as perfect as it was without their help. My husband and I were allowed to enjoy every second of the day while they worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went well. I will be recommending her and Stardust Celebrations to anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a wedding planner in the future!

Magical wedding achieved!

MAGICAL WEDDING ACHIEVED!! Laura Hendricks is absolutely amazing at what she does, and while Wedding Planner was her "official" role, she was so much more, even played counselor to save not only my sanity but my daughter's as well! In the very first meeting she asked such great questions she knew exactly what would work to combine Lauren and Carlos's visions into their dream wedding. She provided vendor options to compliment their vision and put together an incredible vendor team. The amount of detail that goes into planning a wedding is mind boggling and bumpy. Laura took all the bumps calmly and professionally and already had a solution before we could panic, and since she was planning this during a Pandemic when everyone was panicking it was quite a fete!! The fairy tale wedding she put together for my daughter exceeded every expectation we had and when people ask me what made it so magical my response is...to see my daughter and her new husband's awe at the ballroom reveal, as well as their ability to celebrate with such love and joy without worrying about what was going on around them, is a testament to Laura and the team she put together!!

Even with COVID they made my dreams come true

Marsha, Sherri, Laura, and the whole Weddings by StarDust team are truly one of a kind. If you are looking for a planners with years of expereince and connections this is who you should go with. I was a COVID bride and ended up having two ceremonies, one in my living room on our original date and another one four months later. The team made sure that though the world might be falling apart that I was their main priority and that my dreams were still coming true. After almost two years of working with this amazing team, I can say that they are friends and family rather than just planners.

Chicago Wedding

The moment I stepped into StarDust, I felt like a princess. All of the attention was on me and I'm grateful how patient the ladies were with me to decide on the perfect dress for my wedding day. The venue has a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Let me tell you; I think I tried on all the dresses.

Since we had such a great experience in our wedding gown selection, we decided to hire Stardust for our wedding planning. Marsha and her team covered every detail and helped us plan and execute the perfect wedding. There were things we had no idea existed. Marsha was very professional, patient, and understanding of our wants and needs.

I had the perfect wedding....all made possible by Weddings by Stardust. Marsha was our planner and left absolutely no details to chance. She and her staff were always available to answer our questions and designed/coordinated an event that was truly "us". Some of their extra special touches were: customized bobbles for each guest, customized drink cups and drinks that were named after of our 3 rescue pups, surprise pictures throughout the venue of me and my family, beautiful draping in our otherwise plain indoor warehouse setting...I could go on and on. The Stardust was the height of professionalism and executed a perfect and beautiful event. I would change nothing about selecting Marsha and her team as our planners.

Jacy was a dream!!!

Jacy was the perfect fit to us and our wedding dreams!
She did everything you want a wedding planner to do-be responsive, be prescriptive, listen to your desires and concerns, remedy problems before you know about them, work with your set budget, and make your dreams become reality! She was never judgemental and was always patient-even when we were indecisive or through some tough situations at her!
We wanted our wedding day to be a day we could ALL enjoy and because of Jacy and Laura we were able to! Our families, bridal party, and most importantly ourselves didn't have to worry about anything that day! They were so organized and prepared and set up everything to our exact expectations!
This planning group was a pure joy to work with and made everything so much easier- even though they were going through a merger with another company! When you as a client feel no change in pace or treatment during a merger, you know these ladies are talented!
We can't recommend Jacy enough- she made our day the dream come true that it was!

The Best Wedding Planners!

I cannot begin to describe wonderful my experience with StarDust wedding planners was! As a bride, they truly made my dream wedding come together flawlessly! Our planners were Corinne, Jacy, Laura, and Sheri. They helped us think of every little detail that you wouldn't normally think about. We met with them several times before the wedding day, and it was obvious that they had put in countless hours helping us plan every little detail. They were in contact with all of our vendors/photographers/pastor, etc.. My photographer (who is well known in the DFW area) even reached out to me telling me that she had never seen wedding planners as organized and prepared as mine! The day of the wedding, they came 100% prepared down to the minute with exactly what we needed to be doing and helped make sure that others were prepared as well. They showed up looking beautiful, happy, and professional. They were constantly checking in with me, my parents, the groom, and everyone else there making sure that everyone was happy and had everything they needed. They completely took care of any issue that we were unhappy with. I don't know how we could have done it without them! It was definitely money well spent and a significant part of our wedding being drama free and perfect! We will never be able to thank them enough for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding day be everything we had dreamed of!

Wonderful experience planning from a distance

We highly recommend Weddings by StarDust and our lead planner, Corinne! We went with a partial planning package. Corinne helped us plan our wedding in Dallas while we were living out of state, and she made the process as stress-free and easy as it could have been. We knew nothing about wedding planning and she helped us navigate our vendor decisions, budget, guest list, and all of the day of details with ease. Our wedding day felt totally flawless and went so smoothly thanks to Corinne.

Far Exceeded Expectations

Stardust Celebrations planned and executed my sisters wedding flawlessly, so it was an easy choice to have them do my wedding as well. Stardust is a one stop shop - I literally did everything there! Bought my dress, ordered invitations, and did ALL my planning!! Laura Hendricks was our planner, and she went above and beyond and totally exceeded expectations! Her relationship with vendors and her ability to implement my vision was so impressive. I don't know that I would have changed a single thing, everything was on point, executed so smoothly, and absolutely beautiful!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Perfect, Stress-free, Wedding Day

We cannot recommend these ladies higher! We planned our wedding in Dallas from Los Angeles and Corinne was our lead planner. She was super organized, super patient with us and a great listener. She made everything so much easier for us and was even our eyes and ears in Dallas in some cases. Whenever we saw an idea or concept that we wanted to know more about, Corinne would promptly send us a list of vendors who could make that happen for us. We hired her as a partial planner, but felt like she had our backs throughout the entire process. She made it easy to schedule our in person meetings, even when the time frame was limited (b/c we had to travel in.) She was also very conscientious of our budget, which was important to us.
Thanks to Corinne and her team, I (bride) had the most stress free wedding planning experience and wedding day. After watching so many of my friends go through the process and seeing how stressful the day of can get, a top priority for me was that I wanted to just enjoy it all.. On the day of, I didn't worry about a single thing. I knew we were on the same page and she would handle anything that came up. She is a seasoned wedding planner and so are the rest of the Stardust team!! I can honestly say that I spent my entire wedding day actually enjoying myself with my ladies and my mom and it is 100% thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone, they are a team you can trust with your special weekend!

Amazing Experience!

We planned our wedding from long distance and worked with Weddings by StarDust. Our wedding planner was Corinne and she was amazing! She listened to what our vision was and gave us suggestions and options to make that happen. She made sure to keep our budget in mind and made our decisions easy and fun. We planned our wedding in about 8 months and felt that we got everything that we needed and wanted. I would have paid twice what we did to have her! We truly enjoyed the process (something everyone told us we would not enjoy), and would recommend her and Weddings by StarDust to anyone starting to plan their big day! I can't say enough good things about Corinne and will really miss working with her now that our wedding has happened!

Stardust planned both daughters weddings!

Marsha and her "dream Team" have planned and perfectly delivered both of my daughters weddings. Her attention to every detail, organization, and knowledge of the wedding industry is unsurpassed. There is never any detail or question that she does not respond to immediately and thoroughly. There is nothing that I would change from either wedding that she planned. She is very budget conscious and made both my daughters and me feel like we were always being looked out for regarding any pricing quotes from vendors. She really looks to get each bride the most she can for her budget.

We always looked forward to our planning meetings - Marsha and her entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. We had one local wedding and one out of town. The planning was so smooth with each one.

After our experience with Marsha, I wish I had another daughter! You cannot go wrong when you choose Stardust to plan your wedding! I was able to enjoy every minute of both weddings knowing that Marsha and crew were taking care of everything!

MELANIE WAS A GIFT FROM GOD. Bless her soul. So professional, so sweet, SO GOOD at what she does. I definitely went into this whole thing thinking I would be fine on my own. Holy moly was I wrong. Every bride needs a planner/ coordinator. I don't care who you are. She made my experience SO MUCH BETTER. I only got the 45 day out package. But knowing what I know now I would've did the full on planning package (Even though I do this for a living). It is far different doing your own and too much pressure! Best money I spent was on Melanie. The rehearsal and wedding day were perfect because of her. It all came together flawlessly because of her. I owe her so much!!! Cannot recommend her and this team more. So impressed and grateful for the hard work and dedication to my wedding.

Oh my....Where do I begin???!!!! Melanie at Refined Romance made our dreams come true! From start to finish, she was attentive, responsive, professional, on the ball, willing, and always SO sweet!!!! I chose Refined Romance because of their great reviews, professional website, and the biographies of the four planners on the team. I chose Melanie in particular because of her extensive experience coupled with her energetic and sweet personality!

I was a bride-to-be with no knowledge of wedding planning (or even weddings period), I had trouble making wedding decisions initially, and I am also quite the Type A perfectionist. Recipe for disaster, right? Well Melanie's extensive knowledge of the industry, patience, and willingness to answer my zillions of emails put my mind at ease on numerous occasions. We had several planning meetings throughout the process, and she attended vendor meetings with me, as well. her coordination with the vendors was the absolute most priceless service of all! She also went above and beyond for me on at least several occasions, including having a spontaneous three-hour meeting with me all the way across town from her office, which was not part of the original plan. That is just one example of many. She gave me so much comfort and peace-of-mind, and no one can put a price on that during wedding season, haha. I am so grateful.

Most importantly, it is SO critical for your wedding planner to be someone you enjoy, and Melanie is just such a bright light and wonderful person. I give her my highest recommendation!

My experience working with Refined Romance to plan our dream wedding was nothing short of incredible. The work, positive attitude and top notch effort that Corinne and Julie put into make everything turn out BEYOND perfect deserves all the stars and praise possible. I began working with Corinne in March, about 5 months before the wedding day. From the initial meeting I knew that Corinne took her job and my requests very seriously and would be there for me throughout the entire stressful process. She helped me pick out the top vendors in DFW that fit my budget ideally and provided the best possible services, assisted with the design and fulfilling my vision for EVERYTHING, from the table runners to the bar, to the tiniest details I would have never thought of! I was worried I wouldn't have enough time to plan everything with my short time frame but Corinne and Julie made it happen and we had the whole day planned out to the minute during our final details meeting.
On the wedding day, I felt extremely overwhelmed with last minute items, but the second I saw Corinne, I knew everything was going to work out perfectly. Corinne and Julie worked so well together and were able to coordinate our large wedding party and family members and kept track of all the unplanned changes, vendors and even the crazy weather. Both Corinne and Julie did such a tremendous job with our wedding and I truly cannot explain my gratitude for their skills and professionalism. Everyone said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had EVER been to, all thanks to the Dream Team! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you want to have an amazing and memorable event!!!

Melanie and Jacy were our day-of planners, but it's hard to even call them that when their work went far beyond the day-of! Because of them, our Indian fusion Dallas Arboretum wedding went perfectly! They made us feel so special from the moment we met them, and they were always willing to listen to us and find ways to make our special requests happen. You can tell that they are pros! They were knowledgeable and detail oriented. They were also extremely patient, upbeat, and kind throughout. My husband and I highly recommend Refined Romance!

One of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding was hiring Refined Romance. At first my husband was a little skeptical of why we needed a wedding planner, but about 1/2 way through the process was extremely happy that we did. Melanie and Corinne did such an amazing job of not only helping us with vendors, but also day of the wedding coordinating. We had several hiccups along the way with our venue, but Melanie was always there to smooth things over. I was not stressed one bit the day of our wedding, and was able to enjoy every minute of it. They were always easy to get a hold of, and answer any question I may had. They have such as great attitude, and can tell they enjoy that they do. Refined Romance was the absolute BEST decision I made in planning my daughters wedding! Not only are they extremely talented and organized but they are sweet girls you'd ever want to meet. I was one of those brides who thought they could plan the entire wedding by myself - after a couple months, I realized that there was no way I would be able to do this by myself. But wanting to make sure that I would be in good hands, I researched dozens of different wedding planners, and interviewed at least 6. Stardust was the first team that I met with and they immediately set the bar extremely high. From then on, every other planner I interviewed didn't even hold a candle to Stardust. Laura was my planner and I honestly can't say enough amazing things about this woman. Of course she's incredibly detailed and organized as any wedding planner should be, but what I truly loved is the fact that she really listens and understands your vision so she can help bring it to life. And because she takes the time to understand and get to know you, she connects you with the perfect vendors so it completely takes the stress off. She's patient and together and makes the planning process FUN. And this might be the most important part of all - because of her and the Stardust team, I was able to actually ENJOY every moment of my wedding. People say there's always at least one thing that goes wrong on your wedding day. If something did go "wrong" on my wedding day, I certainly didn't know about it. Everything was beyond my expectations and went so smoothly. Every single person who came said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to and my friends who have gotten married said they've never seen a planner that on top of everything. So while the day went by way too fast, because of Laura (and Stardust), I was completely relaxed, able to have fun and soak in every moment. Best day of my life.

The Refined Romance team is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! My husband & I began our journey to get married in August 2016 and met with Tess & Julie. Preparing for a large wedding of 300+ guests & just being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis we truly needed some stress lifted. Even though Tess decided to pursue being a stay at home Mom; Julie was always there during the transition to then became our lead planner... SARAH! And holy smokes, what can this woman not do?!! My husband and I had our wedding October 2017, and went with Refined Romance for our wedding planners. It was the best decision we could have ever made! I wish we would have hired them at the very beginning of planning (I highly suggest doing so, they’re amazing). We started working with Refined Romance about 6 months prior to our wedding day. We got the pleasure of having Jacy and Sarah as our planners, and they went above and beyond our expectations! Everything was so organized, I was stress free the ENTIRE time. Which, as a bride, you know is so incredibly important. These girls nailed everything perfectly, from vendors, to recommendations, they saved our butts so many times! They love what they do and love their clients, and it completely shows through their work. Jacy and Sarah made our day so perfect and special. In the end of it all we left with two friends, not just wedding planners. I would pay to do it all over again if I could, because they made the planning process so easy and fun for us! There wasn’t one hiccup that i was aware of on our wedding day, because these girls do their job right! It was really nice to be able to enjoy the day/night of our wedding, not stressing or being worried, and I give that all to these girls! The entire experience was far above my expectations! The Stardust team was so professional and guided us seamlessly through all of the wedding planning and wedding day. Everytime we had a question they were quick to answer, and very thoroughly. They never made us feel like we were bugging them with all of our questions- we had a lot! They made sure to suggest all the fun and pretty extras that made the wedding spectacular, while staying within budget. All the vendors they recommended were reliable and did an excellent job. Marsha, Laura, Julie, Courtney, Mary Ann and the rest of the team truly know what they're doing and it was easy to trust that the planning was in the best hands possible. When the wedding day came, I was not stressed. I had full confidence that I had nothing to worry about and that the day would go smoothly. Not only did it go smoothly, it was truly the best day of my husband's and my life. We had SO many compliments from guests that it was "the most beautiful wedding" or "the most fun wedding ever." I was the brother of the bride and do not know a whole lot about weddings, but I do know about service, personalized care, and attention to detail. I was absolutely blown away by the aesthetics of the ceremony and the reception - it was incredible. I could totally see how my sister's vision was interpreted by StarDust and created into reality. I was so happy for my sister not only in the sense that she was getting married, but that the whole event was done in a way to where even if she could go back and change something there would be nothing to change! Having a personal interest in making sure everything went as planned, I was very impressed with the way Laura managed the wedding party and instructed people so that everyone could have a fun experience, but not get caught up in a moment and forget their duties within the wedding - her ability to be seemingly everywhere at once and make sure the things that needed to get done got done was absolutely top-notch. I have a newfound respect for what it takes to put on an unforgettable perfect wedding!

I worked with Jacy and Melanie for my wedding in July. I would not change having them as the coordinators at my wedding for anything. I am so thankful for them. The second my mom or I needed anything before my wedding or on my wedding day, they were right there to assist. They were so professional too. They also have two coordinators assigned to each wedding, which is helpful because on my wedding day, one coordinator was at the venue getting setup and the other coordinator was at the church with me. They also put together a very detailed schedule for the day of. Hire Refined Romance as your wedding coordinator, you won't be sorry!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use StarDust Celebrations to help plan our daughter's wedding. We didn't use a planner for our oldest daughter's wedding 10 years ago and it definitely was not stress free. Absolutely LOVED working with Weddings By Stardust!!! Hands down 5 STAR SERVICE. Laura, Devan, Courtney, Marsha and the entire team make the wedding planning experience fun, memorable, and a wonderful way to enjoy your time as an engaged couple. I can honestly say I do not know how brides/grooms/and their families handle all the work that goes into planning a wedding all on their own.
For me, as a bride in my mind-twenties with a full time career, having the StarDust team was a life saver. Hiring a wedding planner is worth the fee from your wedding budget and StarDust is the way to go. From day 1, their take charge tone and responsiveness made me feel at ease and excited for the next 8 months of planning. They remember every little detail you mention and help you decide how to throw your dream wedding. Not to mention when the actual wedding day rolls around, they make sure everything goes perfectly so all you have to do is enjoy, drink and dance the night away with your new hubby! I don't think I will ever find the words to describe how AMAZING it was to have the StarDust team as my wedding planners! They were everything I needed to have the wedding day of my dreams. I did the full service planning and it was the best decision I made about my wedding! I never lost a night of sleep over my wedding, I never found myself stressing to make decisions, I was never up late at night researching the HUNDREDS of vendors...working with them was stress free! Seriously! They took my vision and what I wanted and they ran with it, always making sure they were on track with what I wanted. They used the vision in my head and made it extraordinary. Every guest told me it was the most beautiful, fun wedding they had ever been to and I have the StarDust team to thank for that! Stardust made planning a wedding effortless, especially since we were out of town. Everyone we worked with were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Melanie with Refined Romance was absolutely AMAZING! Words cannot even begin to describe how thankful we were to have her coordinate and plan our wedding. She is so, so talented at her job and takes away all the stress on your big day. We hired Melanie for month-of coordination services and she went above and beyond! She was always so quick to respond to all of my emails and questions and she was always so personable and attentive.

On the day of our wedding, Melanie handled ALL of the small and large details- I honestly couldn't even go through the whole list! To name a few, she managed time, kept our families and wedding party on track, decorated the reception venue, boxed up everything at the end of the night, and organized all of the major events for the reception. Although she managed all of this flawlessly, we were most appreciative in her efforts to make our wedding special to us. She made sure we had enough time to talk to every single guest. She pinned up my dress when the clasp broke. She sent us home with food, cake, and our hotel key in the limo at the end of the night. She scheduled time for us to just be together and take a break. And she even went back and got our rings for the ceremony after we left them behind!

Needless to say, Melanie is incredible. Our day wouldn't have been as special without her :)

We were living in Austin and planning a wedding for Dallas, so it was a little difficult for us in the beginning. Once we hired Julie, things got infinitely better for us. Julie and her team were amazing during our wedding process. She provided recommendations, guidance, and a timeline for us to help stay on task. Her extensive experience and vendor recommendations were great. I honestly don't know what I would've done without Julie and her team. She made the process a lot easier and less stressful for me. She was always willing to answer any of my questions and give her opinion when I was unsure of something. She exhibited great patience as we corresponded from a different city. On the day of the wedding her and her team were absolutely amazing! They made sure everything stayed on schedule and everything was in place. She managed the vendors, the ceremony, and the reception while still making sure I had everything I needed. Her and her team constantly checked on my wedding party and family to make sure they were taken care of. It was a perfect day for me, and I am eternally grateful for her and her team.

From the start I could tell Julie was great to work with. I am personally a bit OCD and she was well organized. She took charge and kept us on track the whole time. It helped my wife really enjoy her time much more vs stressing out about many of the things that needed to be handled. All of my wife's friends live out of state so it was beyond needed having Julie and her team. She also helped us in negotiating a few contracts as well and find some much needed vendors. I have to admit I originally didn't want a wedding planner but post wedding Julie was worth every penny!

We hired FEW for month/day of and we could not have been any more pleased. Tess and her sister Nancy took extremely good care of not only the wedding party but also the wedding guests. They were friendly, professional and a joy a work with. We had some complications with our Chef but the wedding party never knew it due to Tess's diligence. The wedding party was able to enjoy the wedding and not worry about a thing!!! Tess and Nancy are now part of our extended family!! Julie and Tess with FEW were absolutely amazing! Engaging with them for the month before and day of wedding planning package was the best decision me and my husband-to-be could have ever made! They truly made it all a worry-free experience! They genuinely cared about connecting with us throughout the planning process. Their attention to detail, great communication, knowledge of the wedding industry and vendors in the Dallas area helped us make important final decisions. Knowing they had the reigns during the ceremony and reception helped me relax and enjoy everything with absolutely no worries! In first meeting Julie, I could tell she was someone who exhausted a lot of her energy into what she did and took it very seriously. She did many things for my wife and I that we ourselves could not do in communicating with vendors. She somehow seemed to always get us what we wanted and pulled from her bag of tricks anytime a panic or planning emergency took place. Julie helped my mother-in-law learn what it was like to have stability in her life again, which my wife and I are especially thankful of! Weddings can be high stress and drama, but with Julie's aid, I didn't pass out, the venue didn't send to smoke, and our families didn't suffer a great divide. Even more than that it was perfect and we had everyone raving about it. I highly recommend using Julie. It'll help in more ways than you now know.

A few weeks after my now husband proposed, I did a search on theknot.com for wedding planners within my price range. I narrowed my choices down to about 5 vendors and contacted them. Within 15 minutes of filling out the form on her website, I received a call from Melanie. She. Picked. Up. The. Phone. And. Called. Me. It was a pretty awesome start as far as I was concerned! All those wedding planners who emailed and texted me never heard from me again. I believe that if ever there is a time for personal & personable service, the planning of my wedding was that time.

My then fiance and I met with Melanie the following week and we were both impressed with her professionalism, presentation and high level of organization. Our search was over. She is the only wedding planner I met with.

Now six months after my wedding, I'm still so happy that I found Melanie. My wedding was tasteful and fun and I got to be just be a bride. My husband and I loved it, our guests loved it. It was just what wanted my wedding to be. I shared my vision with Melanie and despite time management issues on my part, Melanie made it happen. She saved the day in so many ways-- from vendor issues and negotiations to decor malfunction--all the while with a pleasant, calm and reassuring manner. I told her just about every time we met, that I didn't know how I would be able to do this without her and I meant it!

Do not hesitate! We were initially not going to hire a planner but soon realized how valuable they would be. Julie Blakey came highly recommended to me by several different vendors in the wedding industry and I instantly knew why. The month before the wedding is extremely stressful because you're almost there, but you have A LOT of final details to iron out. Having Julie and her team was extremely helpful! We were able to meet with her one morning for a few hours and get all the details ironed out for the big day. Additionally, she took on the communication with each vendor and made sure that we were aware of any small print in the details that was overlooked. She made the last few weeks extremely stress free for both myself, as the bride, and for my parents! I don't know that our day would have been as smooth without the help of Forever Weddings and Events!! I remember constantly saying how smooth the day went and how we were just able to enjoy every detail and soak it all in. That can only be attributed to the help of this wonderful team!

Melanie was AMAZING during the entire wedding process! We got married in March 2016 and hired Melanie for the month of our wedding but she was always available for questions even before then - by email, text, phone. We had a 6 week and a 4 week meeting and she created an entire itinerary for the day of our wedding down to the minute which was SO helpful for us, our families and wedding party! She helped set up and take down and made sure all of our personal items made it home with our family. She walked us through the cake cutting process (we had no clue what we were doing). She even helped clean me up and had a first aid kit when I stumped my toe and was bleeding on my dress during my reception. She was so professional and really knew what she was doing. I can't say enough great things about her and her company! She really made everything stress free for us! You NEED her for your wedding!!

I used Melanie as my wedding planner for our large south indian wedding, and she was the most integral part of the entire process- definitely the best decision I made. She is so smart, efficient, organized, professional and willing to work hard even when it's tough! She always responded quickly, so planning and communication was a breeze with her. I had this grand vision in my mind for our wedding, and she had so many great ideas to help fulfill that dream. Melanie really helped us stay within our budget without having to compromise too much. Julie Blakey and her team (FEW) is one of the biggest blessings we could have ever imagined for the planning and detail of our Daughter's wedding. Julie's expertise and willingness to please starts from the minute you meet her and never stops! She has an amazing appetite for detail and its execution and a willingness to make everything leading up to and the day of the wedding seamless and stress free. I just got married on 5/28/16. Melanie was my wedding coordinator and I cannot rave enough about how FABULOUS she is! I chose her Month-Of Coordination package, but she still checked in with me from time to time to make sure I was on track and to see if I needed any help. When I met her I knew she'd be perfect for what I wanted and needed. She always responded quickly and ALWAYS made an effort to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. We consulted a few weeks before the wedding she had thought of everything to ask me to make sure my day was great! We then did a walking tour of my venue and she took notes of my vision and made it 100 times better than what I expected on the day of. She came to our rehearsal to make sure everyone was prepared and so we were all on the same page as to what was going to happen on the day of. She made sure all the vendors were in coordination and knew what time to arrive and set up. Anytime I contacted a vendor to double check something they always told me "Yep, Melanie already told me!" I couldn't be more grateful for her. She is on top of everything making sure everything would be coordinated to the letter of what I wanted. She is the very BEST! BEST! BEST!

With Melanie's suggested vendors and contacts, I was able to get great pricing and stay on budget. Using her online tools I was able to prioritize my guest list, pay everyone on time and even arrange my table layout. I just had my wedding on 5/29 and Melanie was my Day –Of Coordinator. I have to say that Melanie was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and organized wedding coordinator. From the second I met Melanie she was a kind and all smiles - Something that is very calming when you are planning a wedding. She helped walk me through every single important point of my wedding and offered advice and suggestions when I didn’t have something prepared. Between meetings, she was always quick to respond to my emails once she was available after her weekend weddings. The lady who owned the venue where my wedding was was incredibly unorganized, late and forgetful, but having Melanie was a god-send. During the wedding, everything went smoothly because of her and I can honestly say that my wedding was perfect because she was there. I would recommend her to another bride in a heartbeat. I would absolutely recommend Melanie & Co. Weddings to help plan your big day. After interviews with other planners, we were impressed with Melanie's friendliness and polished professionalism. She helped make our wedding day into exactly what we wanted: structured and organized, but still fun and stress-free. We hired her partial-planning services; this allowed us to still be involved in the decision making process without feeling completely overwhelmed. She kept us on track of our planning timeline and budget, and made sure we had our vendors booked well within the appropriate time frame. She worked with our schedule to plan meetings, and offered her insightful ideas and wedding industry experience to ensure we made decisions that aligned with our goals and budget. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was just how we imagined it. After we had already given up, she managed to locate a vendor who specialized in making croquembouche, a specialty French wedding cake that is unique to the Dallas region. This was such a nice touch.
Melanie was great with both of our families and the wedding party. She coordinated with our DJ and other vendors to ensure that everything went smoothly on the big day and everything was on time. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding with all of our guests without having to worry or deal with vendors or any issues thanks to Melanie. As a bride who has planned events for a living, I knew I needed someone to handle the day-of coordination so I didn't have to think about it. My husband and I met with a few planners that were all very nice and I'm confident would have done a very good job. However, what made me choose Melanie was that I could see she was a no-nonsense kind of person, just like me. I wanted someone that I knew could get the job done no matter what issues may come up. If I had to do it again, I would...except, I would have hired her as a full-time planner. After coming home each day from a job where all I do is plan, it would have been nice to not have to do so for the wedding too. Plus, things would have gotten done a lot sooner, I'm sure. Forever Events and Weddings is one of the best! I have been in a lot of weddings and never have I seen a wedding planner more organized and with the utmost professional quality. They have so many options to fit whatever need is best for your budget and your planning needs. They can do one thing for you or they can do it ALL. They are well known in the wedding business so therefore also know a lot of other vendors to get you in contact with. I would recommend Forever Events and Weddings to anyone and everyone.

The staff of Forever Events and Weddings are amazingly professional and also very warm. They provided exactly what we requested and went above and beyond to make our event memorable for our company. We will use them again for our future events, and highly recommend them and their services.

Julie and her team were absolutely amazing!!! We had F.E.W. for the weekend of plus several planning sessions before the wedding. We weren't even planning to hire a wedding planner but we met Julie at a bridal show and knew that we had to have her help for the wedding! She is so thoughtful and nice. Hiring F.E.W was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! Julie was so helpful during the whole day, from organizing everything with the vendors and venue, taking care of any day-of issues, and even bringing me medicine and some food when I wasn't feeling good. She was on top of absolutely everything and it helped us really enjoy our wedding without any extra stress. We have and will continue to recommend F.E.W. for any of our friends weddings.

Where do I begin on saying what a AMAZING job Julie has done to make our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewals a complete success!! She and her staff were completely professional, understanding and on top of things from the very beginning of planning it all.
Julie always listened to what we wanted for our vow renewal day to be like and made it so with such a amazing team of vendors
My husband and I are extremely grateful to Julie and everyone at FEW for making our special day a STRESS FREE day.

Everyone getting married should hire FEW. Julie and her group were so wonderful to have on my wedding day. If I wasn't such a skeptical and picky bride, I would have had Julie plan my entire wedding and just show up to get married. But because I am very particular about what I want and find it hard to trust someone to bring my ideas to fruition, I decided to hire Julie only for the day of my wedding and provided her with a detailed instructions list of what I wanted including pictures. Julie is always on-time, fulfilled every request I had, and was a major asset. I can't praise her enough for her genuine hard-work. She really cares about what she is doing and cares about making the day wonderful for any bride.

Originally I was going to have Julie overlook my entire day, but because the church where I got married required that I hire their own event planner, I decided to have Julie spend her hours only overlooking my reception…which in retrospect was not very smart. I should have hired Julie to be there all day. The church event planner was terrible. She forgot to cue people that were a part of my ceremony to do their role. She tried to talk my husband out of tying the ring on the ring bearer's pillow. I don't believe she even reminded the priest the start time for my ceremony. The priest showed up an hour late and I almost had the deacon do the ceremony alone. And the ceremony started late, the was not enough time for proper after ceremony bridal party group photos, and then church event planner rushed our wedding party to leave so she can clean up. It was horrible. I was suppose to be at the reception venue, but was late. Luckily Julie was there early and getting everything in order for me. I know if I had Julie by my side at the church, she would have handled everything smoothly and swiftly and alleviated any headache or worry for me.

Overall, I recommend FEW and Julie Blakey 100%.

I used Melanie for my wedding planner and she was amazing! She was very organized and detailed orientated. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped make my wedding organized, on time and everything run smoothly. She pays attention to all details. She is very responsive to your questions and was a life saver for my wedding this past weekend!

Julie and her team love their job and it definitely shows because I seriously did not have to worry about anything leading up to the day and on the day of my beautiful wedding. Which I was in Boston and she was in Dallas while planning our wedding.

Melanie is fantastic. We used her as the "day of" wedding planner for our daughter's wedding and we are so glad we chose her. She is very organized and handled all of the small details. She was in constant contact with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. When we arrived at the reception she had everything set up beautifully. She was so sweet and gracious and took a great weight off of our shoulders. We were able to enjoy our day so much more, knowing that she had everything under control. We have another daughter who will hopefully get married one day and we won't hesitate to use Melanie again. She is worth every penny (and more!)

Melanie was perfect! She was perfect and helped pull off a flawless wedding! We had a hitch with our party bus company and she got it all but free for us. Melanie and her assistant were there to make sure I didn't lose my mind before the first look and offered very sound advice for how our day should look. The best money you will ever spend is hiring a coordinator and Melanie was even better than we could have hoped for!

Megan was our planner and she was incredible. She made my day more perfect than I could have imagined. I had almost no stress whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and get Megan on board. I hired her for the day of and she was absolutely amazing

Julie was wonderful to work with! She truly made our wedding exactly how we hoped it would be. She was such a lifesaver. I was the bride, and I am VERY indecisive. Julie was so patient with me and really helped me make decisions. She worked so hard down to the smallest detail. I couldn't imagine having anyone else other than Julie planning our wedding. She really worked with us to make our ideas come to life. She had a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding that helped everyone know exactly what was happening. She worked with our budget, recommended vendors, and worked hand in hand with our vendors. I would highly recommend Julie to plan your wedding. She is professional, organized, easy-going, easy to work with, detail oriented, prompt, and she's actually fun to work with! We had so much fun planning our wedding with her! We would not have been able to have a wedding if it weren't for her.
It was also super helpful having her assistants on the day of the wedding. They helped everything run smoothly.

Melanie and I worked together on a phenomenal wedding that she designed and executed flawlessly! I would definitely work with Melanie and her staff again and recommend them to anyone that asks for a superb wedding planner!
