We could not have imagined a more perfect day! Everything was amazing and beautiful, and ran so smoothly. Gianna was so easy to work with, personable, efficient, organized and well connected in the industry. Even the vendors seemed to breath a sign of relief when we gave them her name. We could never have pulled this day off without her. She made the whole experience fun and stress free. It was a pleasure getting to know her and I definitely plan on using her again. -

From the moment we had our first meeting with Gianna we knew we were in the best hands. Our wedding planning process was full of big dreams and lots of ideas and Gianna made everything a reality. During months of planning, Gianna was incredibly communicative and seamlessly organized – it’s hard to believe she was working with anyone else but us. Gianna had a recommendation for every local vendor we needed – she is absolutely an expert at what she does and it’s clear businesses enjoy working with her. Without a doubt, our celebration would not have been perfect without Gianna. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey was by our side; our wedding party and families all remarked how attentive, thorough and kind she was. Lindsey’s presence was so reassuring and allowed us to relax and enjoy every minute of the day. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gianna, and I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for her incredible expertise and dedication. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she understood my vision and she was committed to bringing it to life in the most beautiful way possible.
Her extensive experience in the industry shone through every step of the planning process. She offered invaluable insights and suggestions which truly enhanced our overall vision. She knew what I wanted, and spoke up and made sure my dream was clear at vendor appointments. What impressed me most was the ability to foresee potential challenges and address them before they became issues—a true testament to their professionalism and foresight. Gianna already had a relationship with all of our vendors and my venue. This made our planning process even more smooth.
On the big day, the timeline was executed flawlessly. (So many guests complimented us on this!!) Everything went off without a hitch, and we were able to fully enjoy each moment. It was evident that every detail had been meticulously planned, and we could only relax and revel in the joy of our wedding, knowing that we were in such capable hands.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Gianna and her team. We were quite hesitant to work with someone at first, but given we live in Chicago and were having our Wedding in Buffalo we made the decision as it made the most sense to ensure we had support coordinating from afar. My husband and I both agreed that out of every wedding decision we made hiring Gianna was by far the best one.
From the start she took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring everything to life and even worked with me to create multiple versions of design choices until it was just right and we had so much fun together doing so.
Something very special about working with Gianna is the amount of love and respect she has from all of the vendors we talked with. They would tell us how lucky we were to have her guiding us and they literally all were so happy to be able to work with her for our wedding. The amount of times we were told "you don't need to do anything, Gianna will call me and we'll have it all set" and it held true. As a bride living in a different state, hearing the confidence the vendors had in Gianna took SO much pressure and stress out of the planning process for me.
Our wedding day was an absolute dream and turned out to be even more beautiful that i could have dreamed. The attention Gianna had for every little detail was incredible. We obviously knew what details we choose and such but the way she was able to pull it all together was really special. Our entire venue was glowing with candles and looked so welcoming and timeless.
Gianna set the most wonderful energy for the day when she came to see us while we were getting ready. She had an answer for everything, kept us all on track and was just so excited and calm it took all of the worries away.
We are so thankful to her and absolutely loved working with her. She is organized, thoughtful, supportive and just the best human. We could not recommend her more, she truly is the best of the best!!! -

Where do I even start with this rave review for Gianna and her team.... I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gianna for my wedding, and I can confidently say that she is a true gem in the world of wedding planning. From start to finish, Gianna's dedication and passion for her craft shone through, making our special day truly extraordinary. The best part was that every time we connected with a vendor, they were elated to learn that Gianna was my planner and they would get to work with her for our wedding.
Gianna is not only an exceptional professional, but she is also one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, and her genuine concern for our happiness was evident throughout the entire planning process. She paid attention to detail and I never had to tell her anything twice.
Her sweet and warm personality made every interaction a joy, and she truly became an integral part of our wedding journey. Gianna was always available to answer questions, provide advice, and offer support whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend Weddings by Gianna to anyone planning a wedding - our friends recommended her while planning their wedding and my husband and I are so happy they did!
We planned our wedding from out of town (+ through a move and a new job) and truly don't know how we would have been able to plan our wedding without hiring Gianna. She helped keep us on track and alleviated so much stress during the planning process.
Gianna very quickly understood the style we envisioned for our wedding even just through broad descriptions and photos we put together. In our first meeting she suggested a few venues for us to visit - one of which we ended up booking. She was also great at working with us as we had ideas throughout planning even when some details were still up in the air.
She is super knowledgeable of the whole process and was helpful in narrowing down vendor options versus looking through very overwhelming lists online. While planning a wedding it can feel like there are so many decisions to make at once and she was so helpful at helping narrow our focus to the decisions that needed to be made at each planning stage.
Gianna also helped keep us organized on what we needed to prioritize, our timeline, and vendor communication. She was always easy to reach by text or e-mail and had frequent call check-ins.
As a plus to everything else, she is just a lovely person and easy to chat with and her presence was calm but organized on our wedding day.
We were happy with the investment to have an expert to talk with during planning and be able to take our minds off the details day of.
So glad we hired her and would highly recommend!

Gianna was an absolute gift for my wedding! I had hired her for the last month of my wedding, and I have no idea how I would have managed it without her! Always there for questions and tips, coordinated with my vendors, and went over and beyond in any way that she could. If you want your rehearsal/wedding day to run seamlessly, this will be the best wedding purchase so you can enjoy the day as a bride without any worries. Even made sure my groom/groomsmen were all taken care of! Out of all the money I spent on my wedding, hiring her was one of the best things I spent it on and I would do it over again l. Where do I begin? Gianna has a true gift. She is an incredible wedding planner and person. To name a few, Gianna is incredibly organized, kind, and detail oriented. Leading up to the wedding, Gianna answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and was willing to meet with us outside of our planned meeting times in order to make sure we were feeling ready and prepared. On the day of the wedding, Gianna and her assistants guided not only my husband and I through the day, but our families too. Both of our families noticed how sweet and timely she was. Gianna would keep ALL of us in the loop and give ample time to finish up conversations with guests and such before the next part of the day/evening. She never made things feel rushed. Gianna also has amazing talents when it comes to ensuring that your vision for the day comes to life. Whether that is the feel you are trying to achieve or the aesthetic you are hoping to have. She really thinks through every single thing with you- but doesn't overwhelm you! I have personally seen Gianna work with couples, other than my husband and I, and I can honestly say she will meet each couple where they are. Do you want a lot of special details included in your day? Gianna can do it. Are you a bit simpler overall? Gianna can do it. Weddings By Gianna truly made our day better than we could have imagined. If anything went "wrong" we didn't know about it because Gianna was on it. Her reputation precedes her because all of our vendors were so excited to hear we were working with Gianna! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Gianna and are SO thankful for all of her help and support throughout the entire process. -

The best in the business!
We can’t even begin to explain into words how amazing Gianna and her team are. When my husband and I began planning our wedding (April 2023) we were quickly overwhelmed by the entire process and realized we needed help. We went back and forth about the idea of hiring a planner and wasn’t fully set on the idea until we spoke with Gianna. Not only did she help make our day absolutely perfect and flawless by spending the year leading up to our wedding making sure every detail was covered- she spent the entire process getting to know my husband and I on a personal level. No matter what question or concern we had, Gianna was there for all of it with the perfect answer and solution. While the planning process is stressful and difficult, Gianna made sure that we’d be able to enjoy parts of it as well. Not once did we ever have a single concern or worry thanks to how attentive Gianna was.
We know we’re biased when we say our wedding was absolutely perfect and a dream come true but it really was- all thanks to Gianna and her wonderful team. We couldn’t have had a more perfect day without you and will forever be grateful for your help throughout the whole process. We can’t wait to start planning another big party just so we have an excuse to work with Gianna again.

Fantastic Wedding Planner!
Gianna is absolutely incredible at what she does. She is professional, knowledgeable, and highly organized. Without her we have been lost! She has fantastic vendor references including makeup, transportation, signage, florals, and so much more. She is a joy to plan with and always finds a way to make any idea come to life. She responds to texts/calls at anytime and organizes the entire day down to the minute. Not only does she get the job done but she does it tastefully and with grace. We cannot thank Gianna enough for all of her help on our wedding day. Even if you don't think you need a wedding planner I highly recommend hiring Gianna. Gianna was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding. From day one she alleviated so much stress off our plates and ran with every direction and detail we requested. She took my Pinterest visions and brought them to life with my vendors. For 14 months we stayed in contact monthly, with more frequent touch points as the wedding came closer. She came to all my vendor visits with me and was on all my detailed calls with vendors. I had a 350 attendee wedding with many events throughout the day. The flow of the day was flawless and on time till the end. Not only
did Gianna cater to me and my husband at the wedding, but she also was asking our parents if they needed anything, which they really appreciated. Gianna coordinated all of the vendor drop off and pick ups so that I truly did not have to think about anything. I literally just had to show up. Our whole family commented on how Gianna was there the entire day and was the last person to leave the reception after 1am. Not only was Gianna wonderful but all of her assistants were fantastic! Emma stayed with me (the bride) the entire wedding day and helped me with anything I needed. Lindsay was at the grooms house and helped the boys get ready and even helped cut sandwiches and serve lunch to guests. Their help was invaluable. My husband agrees we would book Gianna ten times over again and encourages all of his friends who get engaged to hire a wedding planner. I cannot thank Gianna enough for everything she did for my wedding day. I absolutely recommended 1000%! -

Major help organizing our ideas and pulling it together!
We loved working with Gianna. We like to think we are pretty organized ourselves, but Gianna really helped keep us on track and really helped us nail down our vendors. After a crazy pandemic shut down, vendors were all over the place on scheduling and unsure what services they were going to provide, but Gianna helped us secure what we desired and kept on top of all the vendors that we needed some extra help with. She would go over the little details and help make final decisions after being unsure for awhile, she was very patient with us when we would go back and forth on some items. The day of, everything went so smoothly and we were blown away by how Gianna and her team treated us like royalty pretty much. Made sure we had everything we needed, it was like they could read our minds and popped up seeing if everything was okay or if they could get us something. We cannot recommend Gianna enough! -

The #1 piece of advice we received planning our wedding was to hire a wedding planner, and we are SO happy we took that advice to heart. Our initial plan was to hire Gianna for day-of coordination, but as my husband and I lived in Boston (wedding was in Buffalo), we decided to hire Gianna for partial planning. It was hands down, the best decision we made. Even though I had the exact vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like, Gianna was instrumental in identifying the right vendors in Buffalo to execute on the vision. Throughout the planning process, she took the time to listen to us and what we wanted out of our day, and seamlessly coordinated all of our vendor initial proposal calls and (later on) the final run-through calls a month before the wedding. During each monthly check-in meetings, Gianna was attentive and focused. We were entirely grateful for Gianna throughout the planning process, and then it was the wedding day when Gianna was worth her weight in gold. Our wedding day was seamless, and my husband and I had an amazing time. If there was anything wrong, I did not hear about it until after the wedding. It truly amazes me how plugged in Gianna and her assistant Alexa was on the wedding day, and how much got handled without me lifting a finger, noticing it, and most importantly, without my husband and I worrying about it or having to deal with it ourselves. There was a last minute wedding day discovery that our fireworks vendor included sparklers for us. Gianna and Alexa ran out to get lighters and also worked with our photographers to plan a sparkler exit. There was a medical emergency with one of our guests. Gianna and Alexa called an ambulance and identified a doctor among our guests to help. I had specific ideas of how I wanted our favors to be laid out, Gianna and Alexa made sure that was laid out accordingly. I wanted a little taco/margarita shot appetizer at the reception, Gianna stalked a waiter to bring one over to me to make sure I got one. These were all the things I either heard about or remember from the wedding day, forget the things I still don't know about! One of my guests commented that although dinner was set out for Gianna and Alexa at the guest table, they were hardly seen sitting down as they were putting out fires left and right. If you are having a wedding in Buffalo, NY, Gianna is the best decision you can make to ensure your wedding goes smoothly and you & your partner can enjoy every minute of a special day that passes by all too quickly :) -

Having her as our wedding planner was the best decision Rob and I made in our wedding process. Our big day ran so smoothy thanks to her preparedness and insight.
She is the kindness, sweetest, and most caring person who strives to make your big day extra special and perfect. She also helps tailor your day to what you want.
She has a plan for everything. Even down to the smallest details such as having double sided tape on the wedding day to tape down your wedding dress straps if they are giving you brush burn. She is the kind of person you want by your side on your wedding day. There was very little stress thanks to her help throughout the entire planning process.
We 150% recommend her as your wedding planner! Our wedding day wouldn't have been possible or as incredible without her. We wish we could relive the day. -

Gianna went above and beyond being our planner. We got married in Buffalo on Mar 5, 2022, and were planning our wedding from Denver, CO. She saw us through all of the challenges that came with a wedding and more. Her and her team’s professionalism and eagerness to help you host an amazing event are well worth the investment. We’re still getting lots of compliments on our wedding, and having Gianna at our side really allowed us to be the best hosts we could be. Gianna was extremely responsive and came up with solutions to all of our concerns - including seeking assistance for some of our guests who were in need of help getting around, and coming up with some novel decorations, among many other things! I honestly wish two things 1) we would have hired Gianna as our first vendor hire and 2) that we can throw another party with her help again in the future, and 3) that we can go back in time to our wedding week! She connected us with a lot of great vendors but Gianna and her crew were hands down the best of our vendors! Thank you Gianna & crew! -

All the stars in the sky!
All the stars in the sky are not enough for Gianna. She is so detail oriented, professional and just overall, gets it.
We hired Gianna as a day of coordinator, but before our wedding we met with her and spoke with her many many times. She knew every detail, had the best vendor recommendations, asked us great questions and had incredible patience in the planning process.
Gianna made an extra effort to review all of our design details and timeline information before the big day - we had several meetings leading up to finalize the day of plans. She created an agenda for us with minute by minute detail to share with our other vendors and wedding party. Every single vendor we worked with complimented Gianna on her work.
The day of our wedding called for on and off rain. We got married at an outdoor farm. Gianna quickly shifted gears (multiple times) to switch back between our rain plan and our shine plan.
We honestly had the best day and were not stressed because Gianna and her team were there. We had a ton of decor items and really appreciate how Gianna went above and beyond to make it all exactly how we dreamed! -

We could not of done it without her! Having to change our entire wedding to an outside venue 3 months prior to the date was stressful but with Gianna’s help our day was perfect beyond our wildest dreams! No detail was too big or too small and not a single thing was overlooked. She provided me with the best recommendations for vendors. She even reached out to ones I was interested in and assisted me in booking them. She kept in contact with all of our vendors, communicating with them and providing updates so my husband and I did not have to. The day of the wedding she put together a itinerary for the entire day to make sure everything ran on time which played a HUGE roll in us being able to fully enjoy the day. She checked with me and my husband throughout the day/night to ask if we needed anything. She even made sure we always had our favorite cocktail in hand. I cannot say enough about how responsive to EVERY phone call, text message and email she was. Gianna is kind, extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry and just a genuine person. I was able enjoy the planning process and the wedding day itself with the confidence knowing that Gianna had everything under control. Gianna was absolutely amazing! She helped my husband and I navigate the craziness of planning (and replanning) our wedding in the midst of the Covid-19 chaos. She was with us every step of the way and updated us constantly about the ever changing guidelines. She was incredibly reliable and a wealth of information. I truly don't know what we would have done without her!
On the day of our wedding, she stepped in to make sure that every detail was handled. There was an accident on the highway and she called our vendors to make sure that they took another route so they wouldn't be late to the venue! She truly went above and beyond in every aspect.

"I'll start this by saying that if you take anything from this review, its that Gianna was UNBELIEVABLE throughout our entire wedding planning process! My wife and I decided to get married during a pandemic. Like most wedding planning, it would've been chaotic, it would've been stressful, it would've been a mess....if it weren't for Gianna! It was not any of those things. For every hurdle that was thrown our way, Gianna had an answer and a plan! It took so much weight off of our shoulders. She is so, so creative and her connections in the industry gave us an upper hand at every corner. Ultimately, we had to slash our guestlist to 50 and move the reception to my family's backyard. Let me tell you, it did not look or feel like a backyard wedding. The flowers, the DJ, the food, the tent.... everything was breathtaking! People literally saw our pictures and asked what venue we got married at?! She turned our wedding day into a FAIRYTALE wedding --- all during a global pandemic.
Although you should only need a wedding planner ONCE in your life, I guarantee you that the best choice you can make for your wedding planner -- or any event really.... is Weddings by Gianna!" -

Gianna was instrumental in helping us coordinate our wedding. She worked with us every step of the way by calling vendors and speaking with us weekly for months leading up to our wedding. She went above and beyond to help us coordinate our wedding during COVID. She was so helpful and organized on the day of the wedding and such a calming presence. I can't say enough great things! Our magical wedding day happened on Saturday, August 8th 2020, and I am forever grateful for Gianna being there with us from the very start of planning (2019) to finish. From planning one wedding to another and yet so many changes rolling out until the day of. We are especially thankful for all of the suggestions and solutions she brought to the table when there was so much uncertainty due to Covid. Super-human is an understatement to describe Gianna! She is VERY well-versed in the wedding industry, she heard our vision and kept us in-line with every step of planning. She came with solutions for the unthinkable. She was my therapist, my person to bounce ideas off (before driving my now husband nuts). Our wedding brought a lot of curve balls but NOT ONE issue phased Gianna! She forever has my trust and I am so thrilled to recommend her to any bride. She's seen it all I imagine and as a bride doing this my first time, I was happy I had her there. You need yourself a Gianna- a caring, genuine, good-hearted person on the biggest day of your life that you CAN trust. My now husband and I went through difficult times and Gianna can share our experience but for the purpose of this review, she was a GOD-SENT to us during these tough times! Gianna made planning a wedding more pleasurable. Essentially we had six weeks to plan our wedding based on our circumstances. Our guests complimented us on how well-planned and how well-thought out are wedding truly was. Most people have a year to plan a wedding, but ours was so organized and rich thanks to Gianna. Gianna is super organized, super helpful, and overall an amazing person. I would have not used anyone else if I had to do it all over again. She made our day special and remarkable. She is attentive, knowledgeable, professional, well organized, easily accessible, resourceful and just a lovely enjoyable person. Her passion for weddings combined with all of the above made my daughters Wedding Day effortless stress free and the perfect day that my daughter envisioned her Wedding Day to be. Gianna was a wonderful and necessary part in the finalizing of plans of my daughters Wedding. By the time we came to her my daughter and her fiancé needed help bringing it all together so that the Rehearsal and Wedding Day would be as magical and flawless as she envisioned. Gianna’s attention to detail helped us to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, organize the Church Rehearsal and of course bring it all together for the Wedding day. We could not be more pleased with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about, and she turned the vision into a reality to make our rehearsal, ceremony and reception pure perfection! Gianna listened to what my daughter was envisioning and really made sure that her wedding day was as beautiful and perfect as the picture my daughter had created! She guided us, redirected us and assisted us with the many decisions that needed to be made with such enthusiasm and patience. She made sure that anything we could have needed was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. She was well organized and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day & night. I highly recommend her! -

Gianna was wonderful! We hired Gianna to handle “day-of coordination.” My husband and I found and booked our vendors ourselves but we wanted someone to take the lead on the big day so that no one would bother us with questions or issues.
Gianna started working on our wedding about 2 months prior. She obtained our vendor information from us then reached out to the vendors to initiate contact. As we got closer to the big day, Gianna and I communicated more often. She was always very accessible and quick to respond which made things easy on us. I looped her in to my communications with other vendors so that we were all on the same page, and Gianna took notes.
By the time we met Gianna at our wedding walk through the day before the wedding, it was clear that Gianna understood our vision and was prepared to handle everything! She paid close attention to details. On the wedding day, Gianna worked with her coordinator Lindsey who was also great! They were both so personable with our wedding party as well as guests. The day went so smoothly and my husband and I were very relieved to not have to deal with any coordination or questions!
Overall we really enjoyed working with Gianna and would highly recommend her as well as her coordinator Lindsey! -

You need gianna!
Honestly, I have no clue what me and my husband would have done without Gianna!
As a younger couple having a nearly 300 person wedding, we thought we had everything planned out, BUT what we didn't realize is that we desperately needed someone to tie up all our loose ends and act as a coordinator that day. We found Gianna online kind of last minute and the minute after our introductory phone call she hit the ground running.
Gianna was professional, organized, detail-oriented, and so accommodating to all mine and my husband's requests. She worked with us to plan our wedding and make it the fairytale dream we always wanted. The day of she handled all the coordination with our multiple vendors, set up the room, happily catered to mine and my husbands every little request, and stayed late to collect everything we had left behind. I have no clue how we would have gotten through the day without her.
If you may be considering hiring a planner or a day-of coordinator, my biggest piece of advice is to do it!! Both myself and my husband truly believe that this was the best thing we did for our wedding day. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing, Gianna had everything covered.
So for anyone planning a wedding you may not know it yet but trust me, YOU NEED GIANNA! -

Gianna is AMAZING!! I cannot write enough positive reviews! We could not have imagined planning, preparing, and hosting our wedding day without her! She is extremely organized, thoughtful, has incredible attention to detail, and she thinks of everything you may not to ensure your day is perfect! From the start, she makes you feel so comfortable and is ready to tackle any items you need! Organized, Punctual, and Fun to Work With!
Gianna was simply amazing in assisting with planning our wedding. She is organized, punctual, and fun to work with. I live out of town, so Gianna went to many meetings with vendors for me, and we FaceTimed during them! She took care of all the logistical details I never would have thought of and organized a minute-to-minute timeline with the vendors, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. Everything ran perfectly smoothly. Gianna helped make our dream wedding come true… We never could have done it without her! -

Gianna was an excellent planner who worked with us leading up to the wedding and was able to increase her involvement to help us out when it became necessary! However, she really shined on the day of the wedding with how much she was constantly taking care of and keeping everything running. It really did make it seem like there were no problems at all, even if there were! I would recommend her services to anyone else here looking for a good personal connection and an efficient planner. -

I am very disappointed by the service I received working with Gianna. I hired her as my day of coordinator to execute my vision and all the planning I had done on my own. I even created a timeline for her. The day of she dropped the ball tremendously. She did not coordinate the ceremony or manage the flow of the evening and unfortunately many things went wrong. This was very upsetting to me since I needed someone for one day to worry about these details so I didn’t have to. Luckily my wedding was still beautiful but hiring Gianna was a mistake and a lot of wasted money.
