    Absolutely Amazing

    Diana was amazing. No matter the day or time if I had a question I had a response immediately. I knew we needed help with all of the stuff my family and I had going on and we were beyond grateful to have Diana’s help. She kept us on task and focused. On the day of the wedding she kept everyone right where they needed to be and on time. Let me tell you with our group that was equivalent of herding cats! I 100% recommend Diana if you need a wedding planner!

    Diana Boucher is a treasure to the wedding industry!

    My daughters wedding was absolutely PERFECT!! Diana Boucher made our wedding planning so special. She provided us with a list of vendors that worked diligently to make our vision a reality. Diana's dedication to detail is meticulous, every element was discussed and reviewed making our wedding a dream come true. Diana gave wonderful insight and suggestions whether in a meeting with vendors or a one on one with her.
    Our wedding weekend was seamlessly orchestrated with the help of her team. Diana and her staff were wonderful to work with. She is a treasure to the wedding industry!

    So glad we found Diana!

    We are so glad that we found Diana. She was helpful at every step in the wedding planning process and we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. There were so many things that we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise that she brought up and then made sure we were able to check off our list. She made sure we had a well-structured plan and made progress at the right benchmarks. Diana is extremely well connected in the area and helped suggest and provide informed opinions and options for quality vendors. We were planning the wedding from a far (out of state) and having peace of mind from her was great. Especially with a Catholic wedding, which I’ve learned few people besides her and priests are experts in. There are so many intricacies. Her and her team the day of the rehearsal helped get us in line for the ceremony and made us feel comfortable about the order of the mass the next day. The day of the wedding, everything was seamless - my family and my husband’s family did not have to worry about anything really. When it came to time they kept us going and everything flowed so effortlessly. I would recommend Diana and her team to anyone getting married in the San Antonio and Central Texas area.

    Want a stress-free wedding? Hire Diana.

    Diana and her team are simply fabulous. There's absolutely nothing I would've changed about our wedding day and that's largely due to the hard work Diana and her team put in.

    First, hiring Diana doesn't just mean a stress-free wedding day, it means a stress-free wedding week and never-ending support the year leading up to your wedding. Diana created a custom timeline/checklist for us, which broke down all my wedding planning tasks by month. I love a good checklist and checking items off each month really helped me feel like I was always on track and ensured that I didn't leave things until the very last minute.

    Second, Diana has amazing ideas. Ex: I had a Catholic wedding which meant our flower girls couldn't throw petals as they walked down the aisle. Diana suggested we look into flower girl wands and it was such a great addition. Our flower girls absolutely loved having something to hold during the ceremony, they looked beautiful in photos, and it was something I had never would have thought to add on my own. It was great having a second set of eyes on things, because well the pros know best.

    Third, the week of the wedding Diana called and confirmed all of our orders with our vendors. This took a ton of responsibility off of me and it made it so much easier for me to relax the week of the wedding and on the day of. It also took a lot of stress off of my mom which was a huge deal for me. My mom stresses out over all the little details and it was so great being able to just tell her "Don't worry, Diana's got it covered". It was also great knowing there would be people to help with set up and break down. I didn't have to worry that place cards hadn't been put out or that the someone had remembered to bring home the guest book. Everything was just handled, which let me enjoy my day more.

    If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, think of it as wedding day insurance. No matter what there's always going to be someone there to help out if anything goes wrong. Nothing went wrong on my big day (that I know of), but if anything had I know Diana and her team would've taken care of it beautifully.

    Best decision you will ever make

    Do you know generally what you want for your wedding but not sure how to execute it? Look no further than Weddings By Diana Boucher. When I first came to Diana, I had a bunch of random ideas that I knew I wanted but didn’t even know how to begin. She makes the wedding planning process so easy. She has an organizational system that so many people would dream about.

    I am very much a control freak, so I thought on the actual wedding day I would be a wreck. However, Diana was so on top of everything and made sure all the vendors were set up, people were in their place, made sure everything was starting on time, and most importantly..made sure we were able to eat our delicious dinner. She made it possible that we enjoyed every single second and didn’t worry about a thing. I knew Diana and her team were handling everything so I (and my mother) did not have to worry and could enjoy this special night.

    There is a reason every vendor is thrilled when you say Diana is your planner. TRUST ME.

    Best Wedding Planner!

    I could not be happier that I chose Diana Boucher as my wedding coordinator. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was able to call, text, or email her with any questions I had at any time. I loved working with Diana because she truly cares about her clients and ensuring that they have the least stressful and happiest wedding day. Diana communicated directly with the vendors which took a lot of pressure off of me. Diana consistently asked me what I was stressing about and how she could help. Diana is very organized with checklists of what needs to be done as well as lists of great vendors in the area. My favorite thing about working with Diana is that when it came to my wedding day, I had no worries. She took care of everything and I was able to just enjoy the day! Hiring Diana as your wedding coordinator could be the best decision you make as you plan your wedding!

    Truly Amazing!

    Diana and her team were amazing every step of the way! She was always very helpful and easy to get a hold of when I needed her. She was very accommodating to me as an out-of-town bride. There was a venue issue on the day of my wedding, but she made sure that it was taken care of without me having to worry about any of it. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Exceptional Wedding Planner!

    Diana and her team were PHENOMENAL! Throughout the process, Diana was accessible, encouraging, and an asset to have. From choosing vendors, to tastings, to reminders of final details, to the most PERFECT day I could have dreamed, Diana made my wedding and everything leading up to it stress-free, cost-effective, and all around an unforgettable experience.     Working with Diana was one of the best parts of wedding planning! My husband and I live in California and we were a little nervous about planning a San Antonio wedding from so far away. Diana took all the stress of long-distance planning away. She worked with us to develop a timeline for our visits, was flexible with the time difference when scheduling phone calls, and was thorough and timely with her email responses. I really appreciated the way Diana truly listened to what was most important to us for our wedding day. I always felt that Diana's biggest goal was to make sure that my husband and I had the best day possible. Diana has so much experience with wedding planning and it was so amazing to know that I could trust her advice whenever I needed help with planning decisions. On top of that, Diana is incredibly personable, friendly, and funny! It was such a pleasure to work with her and we are still so glad that she was on our wedding planning team!

    Diana Boucher is easily one of the kindest people I have ever met, and hiring her to help with our wedding was a joy! She is organized, thoughtful, and thorough. Her attention to detail ensured that our invitations and programs had no spelling or grammar errors; and her industry connections came in handy when we decided (the week of the wedding!) to pipe and drape.     Working with Weddings by Diana Boucher was easily one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. Diana met with us several times and really took the time to understand what style and feel we wanted for our wedding day. Diana worked closely with all of our vendors to assure everyone was on the same page all the way from the timing of the day down to all of the small details. Diana provided me with a schedule for the day of early on in the process, which my Type A personality absolutely loved. We were able to work through the schedule together and adjust and update the timeline as details were set and decisions were made. The day of I was able to meet Diana's wonderful team, who completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was on time, every detail was in place and I honestly didn't feel like I had even one thing to worry about or stress over. Before my wedding day I always heard people say to take time to sit down and take in a moment of the day because it can be so hectic and just fly by. Fortunately, I had the time to take in so many moments of that wonderful night and I owe that all to Diana and her team. Thank you for everything, Diana!

    Diana was a wealth of knowledge! She and her team were very experienced with our venue - Kendall Plantation in Boerne, TX. All of her vendor suggestions were top notch. Whenever we mentioned to various vendors we were working with Diana Boucher, there was a noticeable change in the conversation ... these vendors knew only the BEST was expected from Diana and her team. As mother of the bride, I am extreme control freak, not easily relinquishing control. I can honestly say Diana handled the day flawlessly and I truly enjoyed our daughter's wedding day without a worry in the world. It was so nice to actually know 'everything was handled', allowing me to take in all the special moments. Diana was very thorough in the meetings leading up to the Big Day, keeping us on track. Some people feel a wedding coordinator is one of those 'extras' you don't really need at a wedding. I'm here to tell you without Diana and her team there on our daughter's wedding day, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy our daughter's wedding day half as much. There was such a peace of mind throughout the whole process working with Diana. Well worth every penny!!

    Diana is so amazing!!!! We were initially reluctant on whether we even needed a coordinator since we are pretty hands on, but we are so grateful we chose Diana. She has been through it all and her attention to detail is what made our wedding go so smoothly.

    I am eternally grateful that we found Diana to help us plan our big day! I was so stressed about planning a wedding from a different city, and she took away all of my worries. She is truly a professional and knows everything about the industry. Her list of vendors were excellent as well, providing high quality services! Additionally, she is Catholic and knows everything there is to know about Catholic ceremonies, which was extremely helpful! I had absolutely no worries on the day of the wedding because I had so much trust in Diana. Everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to be completely care-free that day. I know not a lot of couples are able to say that. Diana, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day truly perfect.

    In the beginning of our wedding planning and budgeting, I thought I could handle everything myself. A few months in, a friend strongly encouraged me to contact Diana. She said it would be well worth the money. I had no idea how much I needed her! Diana was so assuring and kind. She met with my daughter and I several times and she kept all our ideas and changes in order and organized She dealt with the vendors so we didn't have to. She encouraged us and made us feel very special, made suggestions and gave us advice. There were so many things we had no idea how to handle! That being said, she made sure our ideas and budget were important and she honored them every step of the process. The day of the wedding, she took care of every detail and vendor. She made sure all of us were where we were supposed to be and on time! Because of Diana, I was able to enjoy the special day with my daughter. I didn't have to worry about a thing! My daughter was so happy that I wasn't stressed and that we could just enjoy the day! Diana is a true professional. It's amazing to me how she can handle everything with such kindness and grace. My friend was right. I'm so thankful I took her advice!

    My now-Husband & I could not have asked for a better Wedding Coordinator than Diana! She is a class act in every sense of the word and had us totally at ease in the months leading up to our wedding, as well as the day of! She is warm, kind, but also beyond productive and reliable!     Hiring Diana was the best decision I made for my wedding. She guided us through the process and offered wonderful suggestions. Her attention to detail and professionalism makes her one of the best wedding planners in the San Antonio
    area. Diana is well respected amongst the most highly sought after vendors in San Antonio and they work seamlessly together. Her warm, kind demeanor helped keep me calm and focused throughout the entire 18 month planning process. The day of the wedding Diana's skillful execution of the entire event was nothing short of amazing. She saw to every detail with the utmost care.     My mother and I hired Diana 1.5 years out from the wedding date. Besides the wedding venue, hiring a wedding planner was the first on our list of to-dos. I reached out to five wedding planners. Diana was the first one to respond and the only one I heard from for two weeks. That was the first of many reasons why we hired her. Diana is attentive, kind, easy to get along with, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, she is understanding. As we all know weddings are stressful, but having a wedding planner like Diana will relieve some, if not all, of your worries and allow you to enjoy the one day that is all about you and your special someone. After 1.5 years, my husband and I’s wedding day was beautiful in every sense of the way. Diana helped make our dreams come true. I’d highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

    My husband and I are both so grateful that we found Diana Boucher to help us coordinate our wedding! She came very highly recommended by our venue and photographer so I reached out to her and got an immediate response, which was so nice! I We met with her two days later and knew right away she was the coordinator for us. She took three hours at our first meeting to help us hone in our ideas for our wedding and helped us get more organized. She also recommended some outstanding vendors that we used and had awesome experiences with! She was always so easy to communicate and get in touch with. I had absolutely no stress knowing we had Diana as our coordinator. She created a planning timeline specifically for us and our wedding which was so incredible! We always knew where we needed to be with our planning which kept us so much less stressed. She gave so much great input and wonderful ideas that we would have never thought of ourselves! One of my goals was for my mom to be able to enjoy my wedding day and not have anything to worry about, and Diana made sure that happened. Diana and her team handled everything so beautifully and I am so incredibly grateful for them. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of the day without stress of setup or timing and so did my mom! If you want to enjoy planning your wedding (which I did) I would recommend Diana one hundred times over!

    Diana was outstanding! She diligently kept us on track over our 7+ month planning period for our wedding. She was excellent in every facet of coordinating our wedding. Her relationships and experiences dealing with so many of the wedding vendors in the San Antonio area was helpful to us when we were considering vendor candidates, and she was very effective in keeping vendors on the same page for the big event. Our wedding day (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) couldn't have gone smoother with Diana running the show - and it put our (the bride and groom) minds at ease. We give her 5 out of 5 stars, without hesitation!

    Throughout the course of the wedding planning phase, Diana gave us recommendations of vendors based on our budget and helped review all the contracts and fine print. That was a tremendous help since both my mom and I are not from San Antonio and did not have the network Diana has. With Diana’s vast contacts and experience, she enabled us to create an amazing team of vendors. Another huge contribution was bringing to light the little details that are absolutely pivotal yet are the most overlooked parts of the wedding. We had the day of the wedding planned out to every 15 minutes, which to some might be over kill but having a schedule so detailed helped the entire wedding day go smoothly. Diana and her dream team took care of making sure the day ran according to plan, making adjustments as needed, and this allowed my parents to focus on hosting and for my husband and I to enjoy our special day without any worries. Diana was a true blessing and I could not have been more honored to have her help plan and coordinate our wedding day.

    If you’re in the market for a wedding planner, I couldn’t recommend Diana Boucher more highly! I am just days away from celebrating my 1 year anniversary, and I have the most wonderful memories from that day—laughing with my girlfriends in the hotel suite that morning, the look on my husband’s face when he saw me in my wedding dress for the first time, the wine-colored wisteria at our courtyard ceremony, toasts from friends and family, dancing with my dad to Israel Kamakawiwo’ole’s Over the Rainbow, amazing cake (and authentic Italian cannoli!), getting down on the dance floor to a live band, and ending the night with a rose petal shower sendoff!

    None of that would have been possible without the tremendous work of Diana, her team, and the amazing vendors that she connected us with. As a busy young professional living in the Washington, DC area, I had neither the time nor wherewithal to plan a San Antonio wedding. But Diana understood our vision, and—after a few busy weekend trips (of which Diana handled the scheduling and itinerary), planning calls, and update emails—she made it happen! Thank you, Diana, for your part in what will be some of the best memories of our lives.

    When our daughter became engaged last year, I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. However, it did not take long for me to realize that planning a long-distance wedding would be difficult without professional guidance. We knew immediately after meeting with Diana that it would be a privilege to work with her. Diana’s trusted vendor recommendations were invaluable and enabled us to assemble an incredible team. She was always responsive to all our questions – I don’t think that she ever sleeps because we would receive emails late into the night! Having Diana accompany us to the venue walk through and the catering tasting was so helpful because she shared her suggestions. We are a very organized family so we appreciated both Diana’s monthly planning lists and her wedding day timeline.

    Our family recognized the ultimate benefit of Diana coordinating our team came to fruition on the day of the wedding- Diana managed all the vendors so that we could relax and enjoy the entire day with absolutely NO stress. She and her team coordinated the setup, logistics of the ceremony and reception flawlessly and at the end of the evening disassembled everything which was an unexpected bonus for my husband.

    We had the honor of being Diana’s 500th wedding and after having the pleasure of working with her, it is no wonder that Diana Boucher has achieved such success and earned the respect of the wedding world – she is an extraordinary person and truly loves assisting each bride in creating a vision and sharing in their magical day. Thank you, Diana, for your expertise and guidance so that our daughter and son in law’s wedding was an amazing celebration that far surpassed all our expectations! You are the BEST!

    Diana and her team were incredible for our big day. With 17 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 300 people, and guests from all over the country, our day went without a hiccup. Diana was extremely helpful in providing the best vendors, and helped to make the day so special. As the bride, I was never worried once about the schedule or the coordination of the vendors. Diana took care of everything. I'd trust Diana for any wedding. Her experience in the wedding industry makes her a San Antonio legend. I am thankful we used her, and still and so fond of my wedding day. Thank you Diana for all of your help to make my wedding the dream I always wanted!

    Diana did an outstanding job of coordinating my daughter's wedding. She is very familiar with venders in the area and made excellent recommendations. Her organization and attention to detail helped to alleviate the stress of wedding day planning. Diana was easy to contact and always responded to calls and emails quickly.

    The rehearsal was organized and she made sure all the attendants knew what they were expected to do. She was professional with a warm heart. On the wedding day, Diana and her team were on it. They did an outstanding job of of moving the ceremony, picture taking, and reception along smoothly. I was able to relax and enjoy the evening.

    Diana is amazing! She planned and coordinated every detail of our daughter's wedding. Even with our daughter living in New York, Diana communicated with her throughout the entire wedding planning process from design to realization. We appreciated her expertise at reviewing contracts from multiple vendors to ensure we received the highest quality and greatest value. On the day of the wedding, Diana and her staff choreographed every activity of the day from hotel to church to reception venue. She tended to the bride and groom, wedding party, and parents all while ensuring that every detail of the ceremony and celebration was taken care of and came together perfectly.     What a beautiful, wonderful and memorable wedding! Everything was absolutely perfect! Diana and her staff handled every detail, large and small flawlessly. It was a dream wedding for my daughter and her new husband.

    Diana worked closely with our church, the venue, the caterers and all the vendors to assure that everything was in place on the wedding day. As the mother of the bride, I was able to enjoy the day with no worries.

    Our family and friends raved about the wedding and reception. From the bride's walk down the aisle and the photos inside the church, to the floral decorations, the bride and groom's cakes, and the DJ at the reception, everything was so festive from beginning to end.

    Diana is amazing. Our wedding wouldn't have been 1/10 as amazing without her and her team. She gave us dozens of recommendations for vendors and even did the coordinating for us. Day of the wedding, I didn't worry about anything. Not even about getting a drink because her assistant got them for me. Our wedding was beautiful and I am forever grateful to Diana.

    Diana handled my very busy daughter's wedding. My daughter was out of town, attending medical school, so had little to no time for planning and decisions. I had a fulltime job and unwell, elderly parents at home, so had zero time to fit in wedding planning. Diana worked hard to keep the couple on schedule with decisions, save-the-dates, reservations and everything. She set up tastings, appointments and spent the time needed until the wedding was exactly what the bride wanted. At the wedding we had 110% of her attention, and she and her assistants were monitoring, cueing and tracking everything to ensure it all went according to schedule. And it did. And it was fabulous!

    Diana is the Best Wedding Planner in San Antonio!! We just had our wedding at the Kendall Plantation over memorial day weekend and Diana did such an amazing job organizing the whole thing! My family and I could not have done it without her. I was an out of town bride, so for anyone looking to plan their San Antonio wedding from far away...Diana is your planner! She was so very organized, a real pleasure to work with, and really gave the best advice to us throughout the whole process. My mom and I, along with my husband, were really able to just enjoy our wedding day because Diana and her team took care of everything!     Diana, words can't describe our appreciation for all your help over the last 18 months during the planning of Christine and Mike's big day, May 28th, 2016, especially with our daughter living in another state!

    We were able to enjoy all of our events worry free, from the rehearsal, to the day of the wedding, the church service and during the entire evening of their reception. A couple of times during the weekend, the groom's mom asked me questions (i.e. fitting of ring bearer's tux) and we were able to confidently assure her that you had a team of professionals that you worked with that would take care of all details.

    Everything was so beautiful, the church ceremony and reception events were all on time and dinner was fantastic!!!!

    It was so nice that we did not have to worry about anything on Christine's special day, as I know you had planned everything to a tee and had everything covered.

    Diana is an absolute dream! Our wedding day flowed perfectly, and it was all thanks to her. Before the big day, she coordinated meetings with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, t's were crossed, i's dotted, and everything was buttoned up. The day of, she seamlessly made sure 230+ people where where they should be, when they should be there.     Sparks sure did fly on the 4th of July, 2015. Words cannot describe how wonderful it was to have Diana Boucher as our wedding planner. My (then) fiancé and I met Diana at one of the wedding shows. It was truly our luck since Diana does not go to wedding shows (because she doesn't have to). She got her clients by words of mouth. Yeah, she's that good. All of other our vendors were so happy to know that she's our planner, which just confirmed that we made the right decision to hire her.     Diana was by far the reason why we even had a wedding. My spouse and I are both in the military, and with both of us living/working in Europe, planning a wedding in San Antonio would have been extremely difficult if Diana would have not been in the picture. She understood our ideas, our budget and our needs. Our Wedding day came and went without a hitch. She made sure everything turned out perfectly. We have never had a more fun night in our life's and being surrounded by family and friends was part of the reason, but mostly it was the fact that we were completely stress-free.     I can't imagine what our big day would have been like without Diana Boucher. She was a blessing from the very beginning! Diana planned the wedding of my dreams and wowed all of our guests! After our wedding everyone was saying that they had never seen a wedding go more smoothly and that is ALL thanks to Diana. Diana arranged meetings for my husband and I to meet with the best vendors San Antonio has to offer. Diana (or as I will forever think of her, my “Fairy Godmother”) has the knowledge and experience to make anything you have been dreaming of for your wedding happen. A few weeks before my wedding I decided on a whim that I wanted to cover the entire ballroom of the Hilton Palacio del Rio with plush, white carpet and Diana and made it happen for me.

    I am so thankful I found Diana, she truly went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. After our rehearsal dinner on Friday night, I realized I had forgotten to get my rosary blessed by my priest and Diana saved the day and offered to take it to church with her that night and get it blessed by her priest for me and gave it back to me the morning of my wedding. This was something Diana didn’t have to do, but she offered to do it because she is so sweet and truly does care about the couples she works with.

    Diana was absolutely AMAZING and was the best decision I made in regards to my wedding. Diana was there from the very beginning for us and instantly relieved some of the stress that naturally comes with planning a wedding. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted my wedding to be like and Diana made my vision come to life...my wedding couldn't have gone any smoother thanks to her. She is wonderful at giving you recommendations for vendors that fit within your price range which saves you a ton of time! She is so organized and remembered every little detail. The best part is, she is always there for you. I could text or call her anytime and she would promptly return my phone calls and was always willing to schedule a meeting to put my mind at ease. I went through the "I'm so over all of this planning" stage and Diana instantly stepped in and offered to get everything on my to-do list done. She is very reasonably priced and is worth every penny. The day of, she was there the whole day making sure everything was set up appropriately and handling all of the vendors. I didn't have to do anything but hang out with my bridesmaids and get ready. In my mind, the wedding went off without a glitch because Diana handled every thing without us even knowing!     We hired Diana a year ago to coordinate our daughter Kelsey's wedding. She immediately created a binder with all of Kelsey's likes and dislikes. She kept in contact with us over the months, letting us know when we needed to finalize a decision on the band, the cake,, the venue etc. She kept copies of all the contracts, She recommended many excellent vendors and negotiated their fees. The day of the Wedding, Diana was at the venue before anyone arrived and stayed until the last guest had left. She oversaw the ceremony, monitored the caterers, and took care of an endless number of small tasks that would have diminished the experience for me and/or my guests. I would (and have) recommended her as a planner for anyone's event. It was a fabulous day, and we have such wonderful memories, in a large part because Diana guided us around some very common mistakes people make when trying to do it on their own. Her fee was very reasonable. Thanks, Diana. I wish I had another daughter, so we could do it again!!

    My dad was convinced that we did not need a wedding coordinator... but after several months of begging him, he finally let me hire DIANA BOUCHER. And let me tell you, this was the best decision both HE and I made! Diana made the day wonderful for both of us, and every other guest (and vendor) at the wedding! Most importantly though, she made it so my dad could relax, spend time with me, my husband, and our family, and enjoy every moment (instead of being in charge to make sure everything went as planned). That was the single most valuable thing she provided us. However in addition to this, Diana made us countless revised schedules, she contacted/coordinated with every vendor, helped us through the planning of traditions and details, gave us advice, made sure we had everything we needed, made sure everything happened that night (we would have forgotten so much!!!). She just had every little detail under control!! For example my sister had given us champagne flutes and I thought for sure I had lost mine after drinking from it all night, but no... Diana had cleaned them, placed them back in the box, and had them waiting for us in our room! She did the same with our brand new cake knives, all the picture frames we had out, our guest book, and all of our clothes, and gifts! We had to worry about NOTHING because Diana was there! She is a KIND, personable, and caring woman, who truly wants everyone involved in the wedding to feel special, AND know whats going on! Another example of how she went above and beyond... when she told me it was time for the garter... and I realized I 1,did not have it on and 2, did not even know where it was, she raced back to the bridal suite, dug through my millions of bags, and found it and had it on me in under 5 minutes! She is truly FANTASTIC at what she does and I would recommend her to any bride!! She made our wedding run so smoothly and allowed everyone else to enjoy every moment of it!!!!

    From flooded venues to a ruined wedding dress two weeks before the date, Diana was an oasis of calm. She helped my son, his bride, her mother and me navigate the planning of their big day. Every vendor she recommended preformed just as you would hope. She was wonderful about going back to the vendors and negotiating for a better price. Diana is amazingly organized and helped us stay on track throughout the whole process.
    If one of our other sons asks for help with his wedding, Diana will be my first phone call!

    I really don’t even know where to begin when it comes to mentioning all that Diana Boucher did for my husband and me! I started planning our wedding over a year and a half ago in my hometown from Chicago, Illinois. And after about 6 months of trying to plan it myself, attending bridal shows, reading websites, preparing budgets and to do lists from samples found on the internet...I was completely overwhelmed, stressed, and not enjoying the process. I told my fiancé that I was ready to forgo the deposits and elope! That is when, my fiancé suggested to hire a wedding planner.

    Our caterer recommended IDo! Wedding Consulting and it was the best decision and best money we spent! Within a couple of months, I was a different Bride-To-Be. I was enjoying every moment of the planning process. Diana introduced me to the best vendors within my wedding budget (I quickly learned most of them are not at the bridal shows I was attending), helped my moth, and worked with me to create the vision of my wedding day (in fact she gave me suggestions to make it better then I could have ever imagined).

    On the day of the wedding, Diana took care of everything and there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t help with. Diana went above and beyond when she drove back to the Church from the venue to find and bring back the sweater one of our guests left behind. There was no stress or panic on that day...and the wedding was perfect. Not one thing went wrong! What I found out later... is a couple of things could have gone wrong, but Diana saved the day! For example, my table numbers were too heavy for the holders, and Diana and her assistant pulled together a backup that looked perfect with the centerpieces!

    My husband and our families enjoyed every second of our wedding! Because all of Diana Boucher’s experience, vast knowledge and hard work...it was the best night of my life!

    Diana Boucher was an excellent asset to our wedding planning! She helped with "day-of" coordinating. However, she was helpful all the way out to six months prior to the wedding. Not only did she help with the reception details, but she also helped with the details of the church, transportation, and even the decor!!! She helped tremendously with the food tasting and was so detailed and organized with itineraries, keeping track of contracts and ensuring to contact any vendors with changes we had made. I would recommend her services time and time again!!! Three words sum up her services...professional, reliable, and detailed!!! There were nothing but compliments at our wedding regarding the decor, cake, food, venue, etc. I know it was made possible with her help! Definitely an A+++++!!!!

    We initially tried to plan our own wedding, but after finding my wife in the crying in the fetal position over all the work that was ahead of her, we deicided it was time to get some help. We hired I Do! Wedding Consulting and could not have been happier with the service. We ended up saving money and time, and most importantly, our day went off without a hitch.     Diana Boucher was the best wedding consultant that my husband and I could have picked! We attended a wedding before ours that she consulted and were extremely impressed. It seemed so customized to the couples' liking, and we knew we needed someone like Mrs. Boucher to help us.
    She not only took care of our actual wedding day (from detailed schedules for the bridal party to making a wedding march during the reception on the fly!) , Mrs.Boucher also helped with all of the decor beforehand (set up and take down), finding us a seamstress, and all around keeping us calm and on point.
    Our families were truly able to enjoy the night of celebration and did not have to worry about the little details.
    Mrs. Boucher displayed a level of professionalism that was beyond expectation.

    Our wedding day was PERFECT. I have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know that is having a wedding!

    The best money we spent on our wedding, besides for the license, was hiring Diana Boucher from I Do! Wedding Consulting. She was extremely kind in her pricing and was excited to help from our very first phone conversation. She was always quick in responding to any email, text, or phone call and 100% professional. She helped me with all of the details, kept all of our vendors in line, helped me stay calm, and took care of all the wedding drama the day of.     As a recent mother of the bride, I very highly recommend using the services of Diana Boucher of I Do! Wedding Consulting. If your ultimate goal is a smoothly- running, beautiful, memorable and truly enjoyable wedding, then do yourself a favor and contract with Diana to ensure that you do accomplish that goal. It will be one of the best gifts you can give to the Bride&Groom, and to yourself.

    We contracted with Diana in February of 2011, in preparation for a New Years Eve wedding. Over the next ten months, Diana lovingly, expertly and patiently guided us through all the processes involved. We were always reassured by her can-do attitude, level of experience and professionalism. Her down-to-earth, upbeat and friendly personality is a winner. If a glitch occurred, she promptly addressed and handled it. One example was her ability to secure a wonderful, experienced organist for the wedding ceremony (on very short notice), when the church organist could not provide the service. She was always quickly available to us as needed via in-person meetings, phone calls, emails.

    A significant thing to be aware of is that Diana has a very well earned reputation as a wedding consultant. Through the years, she has worked with multiple top-notch, reliable vendors. She is familiar with rehearsal and reception venues, and the people who are in charge there. As her clients we thus gained a tremendous advantage. The point is that you do not want to waste time, effort and financial resources doing unsuccessful vendor searches on your own. With Diana, you simply get pointed in the correct direction, and right from the start.

    Through Diana's recommendations, we chose the photographer, florist, cake baker, organist, linens person, wedding dress alterations seamstress, hairstylists/makeup artist, and the shuttle/transportation services. They each provided us with excellent services and at fair prices; and we are more than satisfied. They are the best of the best in our opinion.

    Some (but not all!) of the additional services Diana provided us included constructing time tables to keep the Bride&Groom and us focused on what things needed to be done and by what date. She created rehearsal evening and wedding day schedules covering all people and activities involved. She reviewed the Save-the-dates and the wedding invitations for correctness prior to our mailing them out. She was present and guided us through the church rehearsal and addressed/corrected potential issues that we would not have recognized on our own.

    On the wedding day, Diana was present and coordinated the vendors setting up at our reception venue. She also set up decorations as well as the photos and portraits and guest book for display. Diana saw to it that the gifts made it safely up to the bridal suite at the apprpriate time.

    She kept the entire wedding day schedule running smoothly as it evolved from pre-ceremony photography, to the church ceremony itself, to the reception at The St. Anthony Hotel, and finally to the rooftop send-off for the newlyweds. It was Diana who absorbed the resonsibility for making the wedding day a huge success. And the Bride&Groom, parents, and guests were free to enjoy a remarkably stress free and awesome event; one that we were able to totally enjoy due to the expertise of Diana Boucher!!

    Diana helped take all the stress out of planning a wedding. She had an answer to any question I could think of and made sure that the rehearsal, wedding, and reception went EXACTLY the way I wanted it to.     Our dream wedding came true with the help of Diana Boucher of I Do! Wedding Consulting. From the very beginning of our planning she held our hand and directed us to vendors who meant our personal needs for our special day. I wedding was out of state and Diana was a wonderful laison between us and the vendors we chose. She kept us focused and on a manageable time line.
    Our wedding rehearsal ran so smoothly and when over everyone felt confident of what was to be done on the wedding day. A load of pressure was taken off of us when Diana provided the services of transporting our decorations for the reception to the reception venue and setting them up for us.
    She was wonderful in guiding us through our wedding ceremony, a Catholic Mass. When my limo pulled up to the church the morning of our wedding and I saw Diana waiting for me I knew everything would be taken care of. From that point on she guided us up until we drove off from the reception. We were able to relax and enjoy our guest and the beauty of our wedding. What a memoralbe experience we had thanks to I Do! Wedding Consulting!!!!

    Diana was the best decision we made regarding our wedding! She helped make my wedding visions and ideas a reality. Diana provided us experienced guidance while letting our personalities shine through in our wedding decisions. She was never pushy but definitely had strong opinions based on her prior experience - and she was always right! She was very organized and managed to have all of our many creative details in place on time the day of the wedding. The day after the wedding, she let me know she got us a full refund on our ice sculpture drink luge (which wasn't working properly - but I was too busy having fun to notice!). She really is a proponent for the bridal couple and makes SURE you are completely happy - and if not, will find a way to correct it. I would recommend Diana's services without any reservation - you will not regret it!

    Diana was one of the BEST choices I made in the whole planning process.

    She has the most awesome, loving, get-it-done, non-nonsense personality...the PERFECT combination in a wedding planner. She was born to do this job.

    When I got to my wedding site the day of the wedding, I realized I had made a huge mistake in ordering pink roses for the centerpieces...I hated them. Just as I was about to break down in tears, Diana whips out her cell phone and solves the problem in 30 seconds flat! She called someone who knew someone, and somehow got me white roses as replacements--for a total of only $50.00! It was amazing how quickly she solved the problem. My bridesmaids and I are still talking about it!

    You definitely want an experienced wedding planner with lots of connections! Diana got me a great deal on my DJ and on my limo service, and pointed me to an awesome hair/makeup company. My husband thought getting a wedding planner was an unnecessary extravagance. After the wedding, he was singing a much different tune. He loved her as much as me!

    I highly recommend Diana Boucher! If you're a bride and have most of your wedding planned out i still recommend hiring Diana for coordinating the day of your wedding. Let me just tell you my wedding day was flawless! I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She took care of organizing and lining all the wedding party for the ceremony, decorating and making sure the reception was perfect the day of the wedding, made sure all the vendors had delivered and received payments, as well as coordinated all the things from starting dinner to the bouquet toss during the reception. She is so professional, well organized and the sweetest person ever. I had no worries, the day of my wedding. I absolutely recommend that every bride uses her! You won't be disappointed, i promise!

    Diana was amazing from day one. My husband and I were planning a wedding in my hometown, states away from where we currently live and we had a little over 6 months to plan. Diana helped us find and contact some great vendors, helped us set up our budgets, agendas and timetables and was more than happy to step in when some of our vendors needed a little prodding. She always gave us frank and honest feedback and advice, and probably most significantly, was incredibly patient with all the parties involved in planning and executing this huge event. We also could NEVER have had such an easy, carefree wedding without her and her assistant, Stacy, on hand that day. I only found out later what fires they put out throughout the day and how quickly they reacted to make sure the whole day was seamless for us. Diana is pretty much amazing and helped us have the most wonderful, memorable wedding that we could have asked for!

    Not living in San Antonio, my husband and I decided it be best to hire a wedding planner. After doing some research, I called several planners and companies- many times having to leave a voicemail message. When I called Diana on a Saturday, she answered by saying “I’ve just sent a bride down the aisle, I will return your call as soon as I can.” She did! That alone exemplified her attentiveness to her current and future clients. From our initial appointment, Diana immediately got to work by calling venues and scheduling visits (even before I hired her!). Her expertise shines through at every step of the planning process! We were always impressed with her vendor recommendations. She would always share her advice with us but respected our final decisions. I thought to myself many times during our year of planning, shouldn’t I be more worried or stressed? The true reason I never felt worried or stressed was because Diana always had everything under control.

    The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her. You want to be able to enjoy every minute and moment- and that’s exactly what we did! She will treat you as if you’re her daughter or son! A prime example of this; my wedding dress didn’t have a bustle so Diana, on her knees, sewed a loop and button for my train so that I’d be more comfortable! She will take care of everything, small or big, planned or unplanned, to make sure you are enjoying your day! She is phenomenal and knows what she’s doing.     Diana was my lifesaver!

    I don't know what I would have done without her. Our wedding took place in San Antonio, however I live in McAllen so I needed to trust someone that could plan for me while I wasn't in town. My husband and I told her more or less what our vision was for our wedding, and she and her staff executed it so well. She helped tremendously with communicating with other vendors. Every vendor that we met spoke so highly of Diana. Honestly I was so stressed and overwhelmed months leading up to the wedding, and our phone calls would always make me feel better. She would reassure me that things were getting done or to not worry and she would find a way to make it happen. One of my favorite memories on our wedding day was before our send-off, I literally just burst into tears saying goodbye to Diana. Again she made my vision into a reality, and it was so inspiring to see her work come into life and doing everything she can to make it perfect. It was truly the best day of our lives, and absolutely none of it would have happened if it wasn't for Diana and her staff!

    I was pleased with my experience with Diana. She met with my mother and I whenever we needed an appointment. Sometimes it was it was difficult to schedule appointments because of all of our schedules before my wedding (She had alot of weddings the month of my wedding). She was attentive to our needs and gave us great advice. Most of the time it was nice just to have someone to talk to about our ideas. My mother and I found all of our own vendors and reviewed and edited our vendor contracts multiple times. It was helpful to have someone managing things the day of the wedding and definitely put my nerves at ease. A strength would be her personal relationships with the best vendors in san antonio.
