As we both live in Spain, when we thought about organizing our wedding in Rome from a distance, we expected it would be hard (and a little crazy), so that’s why we asked the assistance of Wedding Italy… and it was the best decision we could’ve done! Everything was perfect, specially our assistant (Aurora Petris) who, even though the distance, was always available for us with a warm and kind attention, willing to help us with the smallest detail and taking care of everything according to our needs. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! -

After Wedding Italy- Federica and Sonia-planned my sister’s beautiful wedding in Orvieto, it was a no brainer to have them also plan my dream Italian wedding. My sister’s wedding theme was classic and rustic while I knew I wanted a modern neutral wedding with the sea as a backdrop.
Fede and Sonia assisted me with sending many options all over Italy including Pulgia and Amalfi Coast venues that fit my vision. After months (almost a year) of deciding we settled on a wedding at Relais Blu in Massa Lubrense.
Fede planned THE most perfect wedding of my dreams on Sept 20, 2023 in under a year’s time. I cannot think of one thing I would change. It was the BEST day and everything was simply perfection.
Fede was extremely helpful when I was indecisive (all the time) and honest when my ideas or desires were over budget/extra. She always made herself available to chat or zoom when needed at appropriate times of course being in different countries/time zones (USA/east coast).
Together we planned not only our wedding day but a welcome dinner in Sorrento at O’Parruchiano for all our guests under the lemon garden trees. She also helped in planning a boat day after the wedding, sailing to Capri. When we were waiting on our guest rsvps and the original boat we wanted got booked, she still managed to find us another for 30 guests which is hard to come by in the Amalfi coast. All transportation was coordinated as well for guests staying in both Sorrento and Massa Lubrense to get to and from each wedding event.
It’s sad writing this review knowing my wedding is over and I’m missing the process and chats of planning with Fede. We truly hope to stay in touch/visit since she really did help make all my dreams come true. Anyone reading and thinking of booking a planner with wedding Italy, DO IT, trust me. I’m hopeful we can plan SOMETHING in Italy in the future to celebrate and enjoy the process again together:)

Sonia and Angela were amazing wedding planners. Planning a wedding from abroad is difficult (we got married in Tuscany and are based in London), but we trusted them entirely from the first Zoom meeting we had. They very clearly understood our vision from the beginning, creating an excellent mood board and suggesting vendors in line with our desired style. They gave us a clear idea of timelines from the start and were always ready with an answer whenever we asked them a question, and they worked very hard behind the scenes so that we didn't have to spend time following up. On the wedding day everything was perfect and completely seamless; we didn't have to think or worry about anything and were able to relax entirely, which was lovely! We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning an Italian wedding!

We've always heard things like "you won't eat on your wedding day," and "You'll be so stressed the whole day will be a blur." This was absolutely not the experience we had. Auro and the team did such an amazing job of planning and executing that by the time our special day rolled around we were able to be totally present and truly just enjoy each other and our friends and family.
Planning a wedding in Italy while living in the US meant that we had to rely on our wedding planners a lot. We didn't even actually see our venue or sample any of the foods until the day of the wedding. This might sound like a challenge but because we had planners we could trust we had the most amazing venue, food, DJ, experience, and ceremony, that we could have asked for.
We could not recommend Wedding Italy Planners more and honestly, including paying for the full wedding, honeymoon, planners, and even flights for us and a few relatives our wedding cost a fraction of what it would have had we stayed in the US. -

Lovely people to work with
A big thanks to Sonia and her team for helping to plan our wedding! Even though we had the added stress for rearranging the whole thing due to having to move the date because of covid. They did a great job.
Federica and Lorenzo were on site on the day and were amazing! Such lovely people!

Professional, personal and perfect
Our honeymoon in Italy was the trip of a lifetime. We enjoyed every city and every detail and want to return again one day.
Let's talk about the big day! Steve and I cannot have asked for a more perfect day. We are so in love and have dreamt of saying our I do's on the Amalfi coast, but without your assistance, it possibly could not have happened. Every detail was exquisite. My flowers were delivered and they were breathtaking and exactly what I wanted but even better. Please tell the florist for me. The photographer was so patient and kind and spent so much time making sure every photograph was staged perfectly. She even pinned on Steve's boutonniere and zipped up my dress. She helped hide me so Steve would have his first reveal down in the garden. Now that's special service. We saw a snapshot of a few photos, but are excited to see all of them. The stylist did an amazing job on my hair and was very professional, was prepared, had my picture that you sent him and I loved my hair. He even put a special pin of his in my hair. The officiant was just a doll. It was like she had known us forever and personalized our ceremony just for us. She was absolutely precious. Her words spoke to us and she celebrated our love with us. The venue was over the top! It was like a fairy tale. The staff was so attentive. Two joined us for the ceremony, then immediately had the prosecco to toast and the cake to cut down in the garden. The cake was so beautiful and delicious. They paid attention to every detail until all the photographs were taken and we were on the terrace handed over to the hostess who took over. We were treated like royalty being served bellinis and an array of amazing appetizers and enjoying our time as a newly married couple. We were then led into the main dining room with the staff waiting greeted by a standing ovation and a piano playing with the wedding march. We were completely overwhelmed and very grateful. The dinner was spectacular and the staff was truly perfect. They rolled out our cake again with candles and another cheer. It was more than we could ever have imagined. We ended our evening with an aperitif on the terrace and there was a firework display just around the corner. It was truly magical. Santa Caterina is a place we will return for an anniversary one day.
None of this would have been possible without you Aurora. We are so thankful for you! The two restaurants you made reservations for us in Capri and Positano were wonderful too. Thank you so so much. We will be forever grateful. I will go in and give you a glowing review.

Our dreams came true!
Finding Wedding Italy was the first step in a great experience with our Italian wedding Sept 30, 21. After searching the internet and sending many requests Wedding Italys response was prompt and filled with positivity from the wedding planner we ultimately worked with for 2 years. Francesca was always responsive, knew instantly what type of venue and vision we had for our wedding and found us the perfect place that was organic in nature, historic and beautiful. Originally we needed space for 80 people to stay on one property and host a rehearsal dinner, a wedding reception with seated dinner AND a dance party afterwards as well as having the guests enjoy the property as part of an Italian vacation. Francesca found us the perfect place, the Fattoria Mansi Bernardini. That was the biggest decision we made first and after that everything else fell into place. I was offered options with pricing for the florist, caterer, photographer, make up artists ETC. Francesca answered any and all questions (and I had a LOT!) professionally and promptly. Even with the time difference between the US and Florence we had great communication the entire time. Every facet of the wedding was discussed and decided upon and we were ready to go when the Pandemic hit. We then had to decide if we were going to cancel or postpone. After many months we decided to postpone and without a blink Francesca was quick to work with us to set up another date and make sure all of the vendors were on board. We then had fewer people who would attend and the property, Fattoria Mansi Bernardini also worked with us and Wedding Italy to readjust to our new #. FINALLY our time to leave for Italy arrived and Francesca and I made a few more last minute decisions about the stationary (menus and place cards), fireworks - all with great advice and direction and constant input. When we and our guests arrived at the Fattoria we were so thrilled!! It was as beautiful as it looked on the website, even more so because of the views! Every aspect of the three days we spent with our guests at the Fattoria was wonderful. The staff, the breakfast, the pools to choose from, the pizza party they catered - all of it was beautiful and went above our expectations. and then the WEDDING! I can't tell you how much joy it brought to see Francesca in person when she arrived. She radiates confidence and happiness and I knew we were in good hands for the day. She orchestrated everything that day and we had the most beautiful Italian wedding. Our vision was accomplished. Everything was perfect. The make up artists did a beautiful job and set the tone for the day by playing lovely music while working, the photographers were so nice and constantly smiling and making us feel so at ease, the caterer did a beautiful job of setting up the cocktail hour with aperitifs and delicious appetizers and then the seated dinner! We used Rolands for our catering and the food could not have been better. Delicious and served beautifully by a very professional staff, which truly makes a difference in the dining experience. The floral arrangements were just gorgeous, the personal flowers too. I am finding it hard to describe just how beautiful it all was! And then to the cutting of the most beautiful and delicious traditional Italian wedding cake and on to the dancing and the grand finale of fireworks!! This whole time Francesca was invisibly moving around making everything happen when it was supposed to so that we were working with the setting sun for dinner and photos - it all worked out perfectly. The Bit Band was a huge hit for the dance party and kept all of us on the dance floor all night. they also happen to supply the music for the church as well as the music we had played while we ate dinner! It was amazing how the same musicians could alternate from church music, to lovely background music for cocktails and dining and then turn into rock musicians for the rest of the evening. Truly an amazing feat. And I want to say that the fireworks were a last minute decision that ended the day with a band (sorry, I just had to say it. corny, but true) You would have to see them to truly understand how perfect they were and very much a surprise for the bride and groom and guests. Afterwards we all moved to one of the large villas where we enjoyed a fire and relaxed a little while remembering the day. It was a perfect wedding that Wedding Italy organized for us with the wonderful partners they work with. I highly recommend Wedding Italy to help you with your dream Italian wedding. PS; I did not mention that one of our requirements was a Catholic Church nearby where we could hold the ceremony. Our wedding planner made all of the arrangements with the church and even found an English speaking priest to perform the ceremony. The church itself was gorgeous and historic and the florist did the most magnificent arrangement around the entire entrance that they then carried to the reception to be the backdrop for the couples departure. The church was so beautiful that you wouldn't think you would need too much for decoration but the florist did beautiful, large arrangements that just enhanced the beauty of the church and then they somehow magically arrived at the Fattoria to be enjoyed as part of the decoration in the yard. Perfect wedding
My experience with WeddingItaly was the best possible. First I was going to get married in 2021, but I had to postpone it because of the pandemic. They were very understanding and practically all the suppliers kept the values for 2022. The conversations with Federica were always very professional and she responded quickly. Regarding the ceremony and the party, everything was perfect! I was too scared to organize a wedding at a distance and without references, but their professionalism was incredible. Everything turned out much better than we expected. Nothing went wrong, nothing went out of the script. It was the best day of our lives and WeddingItaly was largely responsible for making it all happen. I definitely recommend this company! Here in Brazil everyone was impressed! -

As we decided to get married at Castello di Buttrio we hired Wedding Italy because we are not able to speak italian and our dream was to have a relaxed wedding day without any hurry. Our wedding planner was Sonia Gallina and we appreciated to work with her - she is well structured and a very sympathetic and friendly lady; she helped us to make decisions and supported us everytime in several situations.
One day before our weeding day we had the last meeting with Sonia to get through all points and we had a rehearsal for the entrances with bridemaids and best men which was very helpful.
On our wedding day we could rely on Sonia as everything was well organized and we had our dream wedding!
After our wedding we got a lot of feedback from our guests that they have never been to such a beautiful and perfectly organized wedding.
To sum up we would choose Sonia from Wedding Italy every time again as she loves her job and we could feel this! Thanks at lot!!! -

Thank you Sonia and Francesa for making my dreams come true! When I Interviewed Sonia, I loved how comfortable she made me feel when I was describing my dream wedding. I also loved how much knowledge she has. Not once did she try to change my vision. We met on zoom and spoke through emails. Sonia did great at finding vendors for me to visit and planning an itinerary the year before my wedding. I was able to visit Italy to pick the venue and try two food vendors. Francesca was an amazing host. She took my husband and I to see our Venues and vendors. When my husband and I were not sure, she took us to an additional venue that ended up becoming our wedding venue. We requested Francesca to coordinate our wedding and Sonia was so kind to agree. Sonia helped in picking the photographers, the flowers, and the decorations. I was able to create a Pintrest board with all the ideas I wanted such as the long wooden tables and a classic romantic arch. Sonia helped me replace certain items to ensure I stayed within my budget. She also helped me purchase the wedding gift, olive oil bottles, that my guests loved! we even used them as the table place cards with names. Overall, CHOOSE WEDDING ITALY! you will not regret it. Thank you so so much Sonia and Francesca, without you I wouldn’t have had my dream wedding!!! -
