Purchase of wedding insurance

Donna Smith with Wedding Protector Plan through Traveler's made getting wedding insurance coverage a stress-free process. She walked me through the process, answered any questions I had, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for coverage. Responsive, Helpful and Just what I needed

After spending hours shopping for wedding insurance and encountering vague information, unreachable contacts or brusque agents, I appreciated dealing with Donna at Wedding Protector Plan. Donna responded promptly to my voice message and took time to understand and address my concerns. She referred me to an actual contract and pointed me to language indicating what is/is not covered. I appreciate that the policy covers the entire event from rehearsal to day-after brunch, even if the payments were made by other people in the immediate family of the bride & groom! (Other companies told me each person making payment needed to buy their own policy!) After speaking to multiple agents at other companies who didn't seem to care if they got my business, Donna was friendly, but professional, and made me feel comfortable working with her.

Easy process to obtain plan

The process to obtain a wedding protection plan was very easy. I spoke with wedding insurance specialist Regina Burnett on the phone and answered a few questions about my upcoming wedding (such as location, guest party size, desired coverage, etc). She provided me with valuable insight into how the coverage plan works and shortly thereafter I received an email with quotes for varying levels of coverage. The whole process was very easy and I feel comfortable knowing I have this added layer of security in the event any unforeseen circumstance occurs.

Awesome Customer Service!!

My Wedding Insurance Specialist was Donna Smith. She helped me with purchasing Event Liability Insurance for our daughter's upcoming wedding and was fantastic! I was unfamiliar with this type of insurance and she guided me through each step explaining the options and answering every question that I had in detail. She was knowledgeable, professional, understanding of our needs and spent the time with me over the phone that I needed without making me feel rushed. I was able to contact her later with questions on my policy and she returned my calls quickly! Donna was a pleasure to work with. She is an example of the type of representative that all businesses should strive to have as employees. She made me feel confident in the decision that I made in purchasing insurance from this company. I would highly recommend the company and Donna since I had such a positive experience. Great Customer Service

When I called initially, I had to leave a message. Regina called me back, and her customer service was excellent! She explained my options to protect our daughter's wedding, answered all of my questions, and told me what to do after I received the quote (based upon what we discussed)). The email arrived, I was able to compare with another company and decided to go with Travelers. The online process to activate and pay for the insurance was quite easy. I didn't tell Regina, but the part that really sold me was when she said she would be the person we speak with if we need to file a claim. SOLD! I hope we don't have to use this insurance but it is reassuring to know that it's there if we need it. Thanks so much!

I looked for the best value I could get, reviewing 5 different insurance companies. I chose Traveler's because I really liked the way they described the coverage options.

It was a wonderful bonus to have Donna Smith handle the action. She was professional, courteous, and has an excellent eye for detail. Working with her was easy and the prcoess was simple.

We honestly didn’t even know why we needed to buy this required insurance. Regina Burnett was amazing at explaining all the details. She’s based out of Florida, but really knew her stuff about our event happening in Texas. Cancellation insurance is a must. And the liability insurance (that our venue didn’t require) was also explained so well that we got that too. When you are spending thousands on a special day a few hundred “just in case” is well worth it. Regina was helpful, answered all my ‘stupid questions’ and made me feel better for asking them. Then she sent me a link to my personalized online quote and it was so easy to fill out one or two things, check everything she had already entered for me and pay.

Regina with Wedding Protector Plan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I had heard good reviews for the Travelers policy and found Wedding Protector Plan on line. I submitted a request for quote and received a response almost immediately. After I answered a few questions a quote was sent right away. I emailed Regina directly and asked her to call to explain all the different parts of the policy. She responded quickly and was extremely nice and helpful. She gave different examples of what the policy would cover and I feel like it is an extremely solid policy for a very good price. My spouse and I are holding a backyard wedding for our daughter and her fiancé this year, and several friends recommended that we obtain wedding insurance. Our family insurance company recommended only one company-Travelers. Luckily we found the Wedding Protector Plan, underwritten by Travelers, and its representative, Donna Smith. She called immediately after we provided our # on the online portal, and gave us thorough explanations of coverage, answering all of our questions quickly. She advised that we take out time choosing the policy that suits our function best (in other words, not pressure at all!). Now our minds are at ease as the wedding approaches. Hopefully we will not need to file any claims, but if we do, we feel that we are in good hands!

Preparing for a wedding is demanding, tedious, and requires a lot of patience. Great help on a confusing topic

I was nervous about choosing my policy and getting everything correct. Regina was so helpful in making sure I got the correct coverage required by my venue and adding the additional insureds that they required! Great Service!

Donna with Wedding Protector Plan was super helpful in helping us with insurance for our wedding! We're getting married abroad, and it was nearly impossible to find cancellation coverage for something outside of the United States. Donna answered all our questions very quickly and sent us a quote for our policy, which was extremely easy to purchase. Definitely recommend!

Simple and Easy

I am planning this wedding while juggling a large workload. Donna was so helpful on the phone! Sometimes there are things that I prefer to discuss over the phone and she helped me answer all my questions and walked me through the entire process. It was very easy and she was very pleasant to speak to. The entire call took 20 minutes. By the end of it, I can finally cross off this task on my endless to-do list.
