Wow just wow. Veronica was more than our coordinator..she became our friend. The vendors she brought in (florist, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup), the responsiveness, everything. When we had wedding permit issues…she solved it! Veronica went above and beyond. Our Bryant park rooftop wedding was a massive hit because of her. Thank you!! -

Veronica and her team of outstanding professionals made our wedding the absolute perfect moment, experience, day, dream... everything. Our elopement was something we wanted to share between just us so it was a secret until we could tell our families in person. Retelling the story several times has truly helped us grasp how wonderful it really was. Our officiant, Alex, was warm, kind, and accommodating throughout the script development and ceremony. My makeup and hair artist, Sheilys, was prompt, engaging, and made me feel beautiful. Our violinist, Yury, was divine and able to nail both a country song and a Pitbull rendition upon request. Veronica and Natalie were wonderful to work with in finalizing every detail from the flowers to the venue, all these wonderful people, and even an inclement weather plan. I can't even begin to compliment the photographer, Flo, who managed to capture the essence of the day - just pure love. We are so grateful. Thank you, all! -

Wedding Packages NYC was excellent! Veronica nd Morgan our event coordinator were available whenever we needed her. Morgan was with me every step of the way. She was extremely helpful, calmed my nerves knowing she was there to support me and my husband. Everything went as planned. Veronica and her staff are great. The services she offered are worth the money. She provided us with a great photographer. The Violinist played beautifully. Rev. Brad was amazing, delivered a ceremony just as we wanted. Money well spent. I highly recommend Wedding Packages NYC. Our wedding was intimate, romantic and smooth.

Like most couples looking to get married in 2020, we were one of the victims of a COVID reschedule. We had originally planned to have our wedding in March 2021 in Australia, but due to COVID border restrictions, we had to reschedule to October 2021. Although we rescheduled our family and friends wedding, we decided that we wanted to get married sooner than later in the city we live in, New York City. Not knowing where to start, I did some researching and found Veronica and her team at Wedding Packages NYC. I am VERY particular about things and a self proclaimed perfectionist. Not only do I need things to be perfect, but I am hyper focused on responsiveness when working with others.
I reached out to Veronica given her fabulous reviews, and she immediately responded and suggested we speak via phone so she could provide all the details on what Wedding Packages NYC covers. I knew immediately after that conversation that Veronica was my woman!
Veronica planned our entire NYC wedding with Wedding Packages NYC within 4 weeks. From the interview with the City Clerk, to confirming our officiant, violinist, photographer, venue, videographer, florist and hair and make-up, Veronica and her team were focused, timely, and responsive. For someone who is a nervous wreck, I literally had no worries or concerns as I knew we were in GREAT hands.
Then, on October 9, 2020, we showed up at the 620 Loft and Gardens (our venue) and had the most perfect wedding....just the two of us. When we arrived, everything was set-up and ready to go. We said our vows on the beautiful sunny, 68 degree day with the background of St Patrick’s Cathedral. Following the ceremony, we spent just over an hour taking photos and having a wonderful time with Veronica and the vendors.
I can not recommend Veronica enough. Being comfortable and trusting someone with your important day is so important and Veronica and her team were my rock during the whole process. Thank you, thank you, thank you Veronica, your team, and every single vendor that made our day perfect! -

I'll begin by saying that this was the perfect experience. I booked the horse and carriage ride, photographer, and limo through Wedding Packages NYC for my proposal.
Veronica made the process so simple and stress-free. She FaceTimed me to show me exactly where we were going to meet and made sure there were no strangers in my proposal video. If you're not sure what to do, I suggest you call her. Incredibly friendly and she made all my arrangements in only a week's time! -

They're sincere in meeting our needs and provided full support during our ceremony, as if they're part of our family. Wedding Packages NYC offers value for money and most importantly professionalism. We had the pleasure of working with Veronica Moya to plan our wedding ceremony. Veronica was very responsive to both emails and phone calls allowing us to plan the ceremony step by step.
On the day of the wedding we had a breathtaking bouquet and boutonniere delivered to our hotel room which matched the designs and flower selection we had envisioned.
Throughout the ceremony we received service with a smile & to top it all off, we were honored to have Ms.Moya as our officiant!

Para todos los indesisos no lo piensen mas !
Nosotras cerramos nuestra boda con Verinica la mujer maravilla ( wonder woman ) asi la llamo ya q ella se encargo absolutamente de todo hasta de los detalles mas pequeños , ella fue maravillosa, sin dudad escojan a Vero y tendran toda la calma de el mundo.
Fue un dia inolvidable , Veronica tmb nos cerro el peinado y la maquilladora que se llama Vanesa y habla tmb español tiene unas manos increibles y su trabajo es super profecional.
Nosotras somos judias y Veronica se encargo de conseguirnos tmb una traductora para mi ya esposa y su familia y nos hiso la boda en tres idiomas , español , hebreo e ingles.
La fotografa saco fotos espectaculares...
En resumen Veronica y su equipo son los Super Fantasticos estamos muy felices y contentas de haber confiado en ella en nuestri dia tan especial.

It was the most perfect day, I couldn’t of asked for anything else.
The whole package was perfect, flowers, hair, make up, bubbly, ceremony, location, photo shoot, horse and carriage.
Veronica you made my dreams come true.
It was the little things like having water and plasters, getting people to move for pictures.
You can use this for a review or I can do another one if you like.

What doesn't Veronica and her team do?! She made my wedding planning (in ONE MONTH) super easy. She handled flowers, photography, chuppah, music, coordination, set-up, galore. She is such a pleasure to work with and helps you feel confident that on your wedding day everything will go off without a hitch. I highly recommend working with her! -

Truly exceptional
Veronica made our wedding madness a bit more sane.
She helped us navigate through everything with a smile, created a friendly atmosphere and took care of every detail.
I especially appreciated her being very fast and responsive that made the planning process a tick simpler.
In a quick call she caught very quickly how we would like the ceremony to be: simple and personal, and she did just that.
She shaped the ceremony along the lines we agreed, which made it very simple.
The wedding ran in a seamless way, everything was on time and she prepped us well before the ceremony.
The ceremony was beautiful and very simple as we requested, I was so emotional I could not stop my tears, good that my wife had some tissues handy.
This will remain one of our most beautiful memories with my wife, thank you Veronica for making that happen! -

Veronica guided us through every step and was enthusiastic, efficient and very knowledgeable. She assisted us with all our needs and provided links to all the information and people involved. The officiant was excellent. The violinist was talented and decorations and flower petals added to the experience. Everything was perfect and i couldn't have asked for a more wonderful ceremony. Everyone was impressed. I would definitely recommend Veronica and her team for weddings.

Veronica Sent on 04/02/2018Veronica is an amazing officiant! She officiated our wedding in January and I can not express how happy we were with the ceremony. My husband and I are not super religious, but wanted some references due to my family being Catholic. Veronica was able to incorporate everything we wanted into the ceremony without it feeling like too much. She also did some parts in Spanish which I really appreciated because most of my family members are from Puerto Rico. From the beginning, Veronica was super bubbly and open to our suggestions. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and was a calming presence for my nerves. The ceremony was beautiful-- full of laughter, tears and some really moving parts. Veronica incorporated my grandparents (who are no longer with us) into the ceremony which is something I really appreciate. Veronica joked a bit about my husband being a Mets fan while I'm a Yankees fan. Everyone keeps saying it was one of the best ceremonies they had witnessed because Veronica was so personable and incorporated our personalities and stories so well. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant that will spark up the room with their personality and enthusiasm.

Andrea Sent on 01/07/2018My husband Lars and I got married in NYC, in the middle of a Winter Vortex in January. Neddles to say tempretures dove to 10 F. It was a small private ceremony at my friend`s Penthouse. The minute Veronica walked in, she warmed up the room with her amazing personality, GOOD VIBES and CHEERFUL SELF. The fact Veronica spoke Spanish, was very helpful, since my family is from Argentina and my husband´s from Norway and we had friends and family that flew in from all over the world. Yes, it felt like the United Nations in that room.
Lars and I have nothing else to say, but THANK YOU VERINICA for making our Wedding Day so special and unique.

Julie Sent on 12/20/2017Myself and my partner wanted a December wedding in New York. After researching weddings in NewYork I came across Veronica. After emailing her for information we booked our wedding for the 14th December 2017. Veronica and myself kept in touch via email the months before the wedding and Together we planned a wedding exactly what my partner and myself wanted.
The day itself was magical . Veronica organised hair and makeup and flowers which she delivered herself on the morning of our wedding. We met at the Rockerfella Centre our wedding Venue and had a beautiful exchange of vows and followed by photos by a unbelievable photographer.
Veronica is a beautiful lady inside and out who made our special day fabulous. If you are wanting to get married in New York please book your wedding with Veronica . If you want a beautiful wedding like ours she is the lady to do it !!

Annick Sent on 10/01/2017We wanted to have a simple, private civil ceremony in Central Park before taking off for our wedding with family and friends in Italy but we still wanted it to be special and personal. Veronica was absolutely lovely to work with, very responsive, punctual, but most importantly she was so warm and friendly we forgot that we hadn't met before. She felt like an old friend and though we said we didn't want to read our own vows and instead go with the standard script, the words she chose for us and the way she led us through the ceremony felt incredibly personal and surprised us both with emotion.
I would absolutely recommend her for any type of wedding ceremony, she really made our day special! -

Maria Sent on 06/13/2013My husband and I were married on May 18th 2013 in the Queens Botanical Garden in Flushing, NY and we were very lucky to have Veronica Moya as our officiant.
She is someone we would recommend very much as she is very professional, personable and flexible and will answer all your questions.
We booked her 8 months before our wedding and were able to communicate and meet with her without any problems and her fees are affordable if you want something personally customized. It was also important to have a bilingual ceremony as well.
It was wonderful and it was everything we wanted.
Many days after the wedding.....everyone was still telling us, texting, emailing and commenting on how perfect it was!
