It was perfect

Better than my wife and I could have asked for. He made it short, meaningful, and funny, all while personalizing it about us. Many family and friends said it was a beautiful and perfect ceremony and that Tim did an amazing job. He definitely did and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Tim.

Beyond Grateful for Tim!

Tim was an absolutely amazing officiant. He was able to accommodate for the fact that we were getting married very far away from where we were living, which is something we appreciated tremendously. He met with us on Skype a few times to talk with us about how we met and what it was we were looking for on our special day; he wanted to take the time to get to know us and understand what brought us together and made us unique. He helped us to incorporate special touches to our ceremony that made it very personal and meaningful to us. Tim also has a terrific sense of humor and is easy to talk to. He made sure to inject some of his humor into his ceremony speech, and our guests really loved it! He not only helped us draft up the script for the ceremony, but he gave us some helpful tips and information about how certain things would happen during the ceremony itself. He also was able to help make some same-day fixes; we're very thankful for his flexibility, as it certainly made the whole event go much more smoothly! Tim was awesome, and we would very highly recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant!

Best Officiant Ever!!!

Tim recently officiated our wedding ceremony. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier. We were fortunate to have our wedding coordinator, Betsy Lanning, put us in contact with Tim as a possible officiant. We scheduled a phone meeting with Tim and within in minutes, my wife and I knew we wanted to meet personally. At our meeting, Tim had a very personable and organic way of connecting with us as a couple. We all sat down at a table and started talking casually. The conversation was easy, and Tim didn’t make us feel like we were being interrogated for him to learn about us or our needs for the ceremony. From the time we met Tim to the day of the ceremony, he always responded promptly. On the day of our ceremony, he performed the ceremony perfectly. The ceremony was warm, sincere, and fun with moments of guest laughter during an outdoor wedding that was over 90 deg F. The complements we received at the reception and for weeks after were nothing but praise for our officiant and how personable he made our special day. Based on our short meeting with Tim and some additional emails, he personalized our non-denominational ceremony that was perfect for our beliefs and traditions. I could go on about what Tim did to personalize our wedding ceremony, but I highly recommend you just give him a call to discuss your needs. I guarantee you will get an honest, sincere, and real experience with him.

Great Choice

We had a great experience working with Tim. I really felt that I had a big part in helping to create our ceremony, and it was personal to us. We are both pretty introverted people, so Tim did most of the talking which we loved. So many people came up to us to say how beautiful the ceremony was (even some family members that thought hiring someone would be impersonal)

Wedding with Tim

Tim was an AMAZING officiant and everything we could have wanted in an officiant on our wedding day. He was honest about what services he provided, and we knew instantly that working with him would be a great experience. He meets with you and your future husband/wife in person and takes the time to get to know you and your vision for your perfect wedding ceremony. He guided us through picking readings, writing vows, including our family / dog, and fun sweet things like a wine box for us to include in our ceremony. My family had nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding ceremony by Tim. In the end we had the most memorable and beautiful wedding ceremony and we cannot thank Tim enough!!

Amazing Officiant!

My husband and I had a non denominational wedding and Tim did a great job bringing two cultures together while leaving religion out of it. He guided us through the whole process and made everything extremely easy. He showed up on time and our families really enjoyed the ceremony.

Most beautiful ceremony

We are a mixed-faith couple and were looking for a non-denominational officiant who would provide a more personalized ceremony. Upon finding Tim and reading all of the positive reviews, we were really excited. We had an initial meeting with Tim for him to learn “our story” and talk about how we wanted the ceremony to go. Tim had great ideas for things to include in the wedding without making it overly cheesy. The next day he provided us with a text of the ceremony, which we could edit if we wanted. He also provided great tips for what we should be doing throughout the ceremony, which led to some great photos. The ceremony really was an amazing personalized reflection of us as a couple. After the ceremony, we had many guests come up to us to say that the ceremony was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever been to. We owe all of that to Tim and cannot recommend him enough!

Tim is great!

Booking Tim was the best decision!

Tim was the only officiant that we spoke with and as soon as we got off the phone with him, we knew he was the one and booked him immediately. We scheduled our in person meeting shortly after and when we met Tim in person, it felt like we already knew him. Tim was so easygoing, a great listener, and very helpful. He had our ceremony draft e-mailed to us the following day! Everything was spot on. He did a wonderful job telling our love story and making it feel like us. Tim was very responsive leading up to the wedding and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We felt extremely at ease and knew we were in good hands. The ceremony was so beautiful and Tim was such an excellent speaker. He really knew how to captivate the crowd while ensuring that we felt comfortable up there. We got such positive feedback from so many of our guests after the ceremony. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it as much as we did. I would 10/10 recommend Tim to anyone looking for an officiant. Booking Tim was truly our best decision!

Highly recommend

Tim was very helpful throughout the whole process. He always answered our emails in a timely manner and met with us around our busy and crazy schedule. He offered suggestions and assisted with our vows. So many of our wedding guests approached us after the ceremony and said how beautiful it was and that there was a little bit of everything included in the ceremony. We had laughs, and tears, a little bit of religion to please the mother in law, as well as some background history on our relationship. Our guests loved Tim and so did we! Thanks so much for being apart of our day.

Solid ceremony with plenty of laughs

Perfect Officiant for Our Big Day

Our wedding day was perfect and the ceremony started it all off on the right foot. Hiring Tim Mulsomanaj as our officiant was one of the easiest and best decisions we made.
From our first meeting with Tim, my husband and I knew that our ceremony was going to be awesome. Tim has a great presence, understanding of what a couple is looking for and a wonderful sense of humor to keep everything refreshing and fun. He understands what the tone you are looking for is and delivers it 100%.
Tim was always incredibly responsive to our emails and to edits of our ceremony draft. He guided us in creating the perfect ceremony that really felt like it represented Dan and I.
We were able to incorporate a lot of different elements like a sand ceremony, a prayer, a reading, and traditional vows and ring exchange. Tim also had us each create a list of reasons why we loved each other that were kept a surprise until our wedding day. I LOVED that part. That was the part of the ceremony that really made me tear up and feel the personality come through.
Our guests also loved the ceremony. They commented that it was the perfect length - long enough to feel like something special happened but not too long to be tedious. They loved Tim's sense of humor and style and his overall presence. It was clear he was comfortable officiating and leading this momentous occasion. They also loved the lists of things we wrote and liked that it allowed part of the ceremony to be a surprise for the bride and groom too.
Overall, Tim was a great choice. He is a true professional and you will have the ceremony you've always wanted if you hire him. I wholeheartedly recommend Tim for your wedding.

Fantastic Officiant

Working with Tim was great. He was very professional and thoughtful. He is very easy to get along with and helped make our ceremony our own. Every part of the ceremony was a reflection of my husband and i’s relationship as a couple. Our guests raved about our ceremony. My husband and I seriously could not have asked for a better officiant for our September, 2018 wedding. Before our big day, Tim took the time to get to know us as a couple. He listened to our love story and in turn, helped to compile the best ceremony we could've possibly imagined. He was very knowledgeable about how to draft the structure of the ceremony, while offering unique ideas and maintaining a sense of flexibility for us to really make it our own. Tim has such a genuine, kind nature about him, you can't help but feel comfortable in his presence. He is a true gem of a human being and I think all of our bridal party and guests noticed that too. He has an amazing stage presence and delivered our ceremony in an emotionally relevant and meaningful way that captivated both myself, my husband and our guests. His delivery of our ceremony really helped me stay in the moment (which is no small feat during such a busy day!). It was also important to me and my husband that some fun and comedic elements be woven into the ceremony and I have to say, Tim killed it with the delivery of those moments. A few of our guests came up to us afterwards and shared how it was easily one of the best and most meaningful ceremonies they had ever witnessed, and that was truly thanks to Tim.

We're so grateful that he was a part of our wedding day and we would instantly recommend his services to any couple in the future. You rock, Tim!

Tim officiated our wedding ceremony and he was fantastic! Despite us planning our ceremony from abroad, he still got to know my husband and I and our relationship details, and was able to write a beautiful and personalized ceremony. He also quickly responded to any questions we had and was completely flexible in any changes we had to the ceremony, so that it really felt like our own. As we had no idea what we wanted for a ceremony, Tim was extremely helpful in suggesting cute and unique ideas to add. He is a natural speaker and storyteller and also had an explanation about why we put the wedding ring on our ring finger that engaged our guests; with my friends telling me afterwards how they loved that. I can only highly recommend him!

When we were looking for a non-religious officiant, we wanted someone who would bring a sense of humor and creativity, but also keep some traditional elements. Tim was perfect for all of that and worked with us as much as we wanted to create a great ceremony that reflected our values and who we are as a couple. He suggested fun elements to add to our ceremony but always knew that it was our wedding and deferred to our choices. We still get compliments on how great our ceremony was. We highly recommend Tim.

Where to begin with this review! Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about Tim and the job he did at our ceremony. Though there are many positives we could put into this review, we ultimately feel like his service and skill set made our ceremony truly unique and one of a kind. My husband and I are not religious, and he catered to our needs more than we could have ever asked. In fact, he does almost everything himself after some conversations with him. We live in Tennessee but our wedding was in Northern Virginia so we did all of our meeting sessions with him through FaceTime, but it was so easy and still effective.

No matter what your beliefs, he respects everything and has own special way of making things special. At the end of the night, we had at least 5 different people come up to us and express how much they loved the ceremony. He makes it personal, serious, funny, and emotional all in one and tells you exactly how everything is going to work.

To top it all off, he’s enjoyable to talk to. He’s nice. Cares about you relationship. Has a great sense of humor. And really, truly has a way of killing it when the lights go on and it’s ceremony time. I know everyone’s situation, beliefs, and opinions are different... but if you’re reading this and you sound like us, we couldn’t recommend Tim more for your ceremony. And honestly, we think he can make anyone’s ceremony extremely enjoyable and special. He’s awesome at what he does.

From the very first email, Tim was responsive and professional. Tim was patient and kind and made us feel comfortable and at ease from day one until our wedding day. Tim had helpful suggestions for the ceremony - some very nice touches that made our ceremony extra meaningful. Easy and a pleasure to work with. We were a little frazzled before our wedding and Tim helped to calm us down and helped us to relax and enjoy the day. I can't say how great Tim was!! He was responsive to all of our emails and questions. Even though we got married in Maryland, we live in Florida and were worried that the distance may be an issue for him to get to know us but it wasn't at all. Tim was great in making me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. He truly got the whole story of who my husband and I were. The day of the wedding, Tim showed up on time with no issues finding our venue. Everyone said how much they LOVED our ceremony and asked who this "Tim" guy was. They couldn't believe how fun he made the ceremony and how he told our story so well. I would recommend Tim to anyone! Thank you so much for everything Tim! You made our day, one to remember for sure!

We were married on the 4th of August, 2018 with a classic military wedding in a beautiful chapel on post. From our first contact, he responded quickly and proceeded to answer many questions with patience and expertise. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism. He put my bride and I at ease right away. Reaching him with questions was never a problem and he was always responsive. Like others may mention, he really took the time to get to know us – he listened to how we spoke to one another and observed the way we interacted. Based on that, he made some personalized suggestions on how to make the ceremony truly intimate to all who would attend based on us and our personalities. Tim did an absolutely amazing job!

Together, we developed a ceremony that was simply magnificent and really amazed those who attended – it evoked tears of joy, offered the opportunity to remember loved ones who departed, as well as made people laugh. It covered the entire spectrum and went perfectly. We received many comments from those who attended the ceremony stating it felt so natural and that it truly matched our natures, everyone had good things to say.

Though the list of good things I could mention about Tim are virtually limitless, I will say he has a real gift and we recommend him highly!!! If you are lucky enough to work with him like we did, we’re confident he will make your experience amazing too.

Tim's service was phenomenal! He always responded to us quickly, and he worked closely with us to make sure the ceremony was exactly as we wanted it (the right length, good readings, etc.). During the ceremony itself, Tim even took a minute to go scold some nearby golfers because they were disrupting our ceremony! He really cares about the quality of his work. You have found your Officiant! Stop the search and book Tim! We first saw Tim in action at a family member's wedding, his ceremony was outstanding. So when it became our turn we knew exactly who to contact. Tim's ceremonies are creative, personable and always unique. My husband and I wanted a ceremony that felt like "us" and not something with cliche readings or familiar structure *because...blah*. Once we sat down with Tim, we immediately felt comfortable sharing our love story and as we were doing so Tim is constantly taking notes and asking questions. My husband and I didn't want a very religious ceremony but both came from families with strong religious backgrounds. Tim created a custom ceremony, unique to our Story and I couldn't recommend him enough! Additionally, he was able to help all of our ceremony participants feel comfortable with their part of our wedding! Trust me... this is your guy!!! Thank you Tim!

We are so lucky to have had Tim officiate our wedding, he did a wonderful job making our ceremony perfect. He did a great job working with us and providing useful direction and suggestions to build the wedding ceremony that fit us. When we started the process, we didn't have a great vision for our ceremony, so Tim suggested several creative ways to make the ceremony unique to us, and very personal. He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests, and arranged a long in-person meeting in addition to several phone calls we asked for as we got closer to the big day. On our wedding day, Tim arrived early and did a fantastic job leading the ceremony. We received so many complements from guests about how much they loved the ceremony because it was personal, sweet, but also fun (and they could hear it, which always helps!). We cannot recommend Tim highly enough, it will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

We chose Tim to officiate our recent wedding in DC and could not have been happier. He was very responsive, suggested several suitable venues for us (we were planning an elopement pretty last-minute), and worked with us to craft a ceremony that was beautiful, fun, and memorable. We had a Skype call with Tim beforehand to discuss how we met, what we wanted in the ceremony, etc, and then we sent a couple of drafts back and forth to finalize everything. He was very willing to accommodate any changes we wanted, and always had helpful suggestions to make. On the day of, Tim arrived early, explained all of the paperwork, and had a wonderful presence during the cermony. We would highly recommend him!

Bride's review: Tim's personality made the whole ceremony very easy. During our initial face to face, he provided a bunch of suggestions but was very welcome to ideas and easily incorporated our own thoughts and wants into the ceremony. He was super responsive to emails. A lot of our guests like him and gave him good reviews.

Also, he was a complete pro with the photos and somehow managed to disappear from the photos for the kiss.

Tim did a fantastic job all the way through the steps to get us married. From getting to know him during our lengthy and personable first meeting, through email contact and of course the big day. Tim also takes care of mailing the signed license in so that it's one less thing to worry about before leaving for your honeymoon. Definitely was the man for the job and his experience at marrying couples shows through for a beautiful and unique ceremony.

My husband and I are so happy we went with Tim as our officiant! During our wedding reception, so many people were coming up to us to tell us how much they loved our unique, modern ceremony. I booked Tim after I saw him as the officiant in my best friend’s wedding. One of my good friends now plans to book him for her wedding after seeing him at my wedding! I first saw Tim officiate a friend’s wedding in October 2016. I cried that entire ceremony because it was so personal and touching. When I got engaged myself, I knew that I wanted Tim to be the officiant for my own wedding. We spoke over the phone and he explained the entire process to myself and my fiance. We felt very comfortable with him throughout our year of communication, as he was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We met with him in person closer to our wedding day (May 2018) to plan out the ceremony. It was clear he had done a lot of ceremonies before, so he was prepared for any and every type of customization we envisioned for our special day. He followed up within the next day with a full draft of our ceremony, and again I was in tears! Our guests raved about our ceremony and told us how beautiful it was. I am so glad we had Tim as part of our special day and I would highly recommend him as an officiant.

Tim was such a pleasure to work with! Tim responded right away to our e-mails and calls from the beginning! We were easily able to set up a meeting with him to discuss our ceremony and he picked up on what type of ceremony we were looking for right away. We went for a less traditional ceremony and he was awesome in accommodating our needs. He walked us through the whole ceremony and really put us both at ease. He had suggestions of what we could add to the ceremony to make it more personal, including a wine box which we both loved.
Tim paid attention to details we had discussed and was so friendly/easy to get along with. Overall, I can't say enough great things about Tim. I am so incredibly happy that he was able to be our officiant for our special day. We are so thankful for you, Tim!

Tim was absolutely incredible. From our very first call to our recessional, Tim showed that he truly cared about us. Tim's ceremony was heartfelt and included personal touches that made the ceremony ours. Family and friends came up to us after the ceremony telling us it was the best ceremony they had ever seen. Most people assumed that Tim had known us for a very long time, which I believe is due to how hard Tim works to get to truely know the essence of the couple and what is important to them. Tim was an amazing officiant. We were looking for a unique ceremony since both of our families come from different religious backgrounds. We wanted something spiritual and unique to our combined beliefs. He was able to completely customize our ceremony to fit us, and also tell our love story. While I'm sure he's great at generic services as well, the best thing about working with him was the effort he put into making ours the opposite of generic. I would recommend him to anyone!

Let me just say, my wife and I are forgetful people. Tim helped us out with some very important reminders, like what to do with our marriage license! He has many wonderful readings, helped write and orchestrate vows, let us know what the run down was going to look like, and was overall was very accommodating. Tim responded to emails same day, and always had more information than I anticipated we needed. I'd use him again, but I'm in for the long haul with my wife, which Tim beautifully helped make happen.

Tim was absolutely incredible!! He was so accommodating to what we wanted in our ceremony. He sat down and really got to know us as a couple, and the background of our relationship. We decided to write our own vows, and both sent them to him individually for him to provide feedback (to make sure my husband and I were both on the same page). We wanted our ceremony to be fun yet spiritual, and Tim was able to incorporate both! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for and with us!! Tim officiated our wedding in March 2018. He did a great job and we really enjoyed working with him. We talked with him on the phone initially, and then met with him in person so that we could get to know each other and talk through ideas for the ceremony. That evening, he sent us a first draft of the ceremony which was so beautiful, it actually made me tear up a little! He really personalized the ceremony for what we wanted and included our 'love story' of how we met. He had a lot of recommendations for things we never would have thought of. After the ceremony, so many of our guests told us how much the enjoyed the ceremony. The father of the bride even announced it was the best ceremony he had ever been to. We even had one or two people ask how long we had known Tim, because he came across as a friend and not a hired officiant. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant!

We chose to work with Tim as our wedding officiant. He did a great job personalizing our ceremony. He gave great ideas for what to include and suggested readings that would fit our style. Tim was amazing! After the ceremony everyone kept making comments on how they loved our officiant (Tim). They loved how he was able to personalize the ceremony, including how he put his own personality into the ceremony. How he incorporated both of my husband and I into everything he said. Tim was amazing! Guests of all sorts of different beliefs and backgrounds told us it was the best wedding ceremony they had ever attended! This is because Tim had a magical way of putting our guests at ease. The way he told our love story and weaved in wedding rituals really excited our guests. Tim's ceremony was superb! He was able to combine the traditional aspects of the ceremony and combine our custom & personal aspects to it flawlessly. Our family and guests could not stop complimenting us on the ceremony and asking us how we knew Tim, even though we had never met him before!

Tim made us feel comfortable from the very first time with spoke with him via Skype. We are based in Denver and were having the ceremony in Virginia. Even without meeting face to face, we felt like we had known Tim and had been long time friends. He made the process very easy for us and presented options for us to select what we felt was appropriate for our ceremony and that represented us a couple. He gave us homework and was flexible on the turnaround time and gave us feedback to ensure it worked with the overall script.

I will suggest to anyone and everyone who is getting married in the DMV to hire Tim, you will be glad you did!

Matt and I can not say enough about how Tim. He was so responsive to our requests, even after the wedding. We had asked him to send us a copy of the ceremony for grandparents that were unable to make it and he got it to us ASAP. I don't know where to begin with the ceremony. To say it was awesome, would be an understatement. It was extremely personalized to us. I felt like Tim took our meeting with him and totally captured who we are as a couple. I loved the wine ceremony. We had so many compliments about the ceremony, which is saying something since we were the 3rd couple to get married in the family the last 5 months. Our guests told us that they loved how eloquently Tim spoke and it seemed so natural. They loved how the ceremony flowed and was about us. Seriously, Tim is the best! Thanks!

We could not be happier with our decision to have Tim officiate our wedding ceremony. What a personal, authentic experience! Tim took time to meet with us in person, and as we talked, it didn’t feel so much like an interview for a wedding vendor, but more like catching up with an old friend. We so appreciated Tim’s laid-back, authentic personality, and we felt completely confident in our decision as we left that first meeting. We chatted via email multiple times leading up to the wedding, and Tim provided the perfect balance of guidance and freedom when it came to choosing the outline and rituals for our ceremony. He had excellent suggestions for how to incorporate spirituality to honor our parents (who are more religious) with a non-denominational prayer, while also keeping with our vision for a non-religious ceremony. The day of our wedding, Tim came and found both my husband and I before the ceremony to touch base with each of us and assure us that everything was ready to go. We absolutely LOVED our ceremony! As soon as it was finished, more guests approached us to tell us how much they loved our officiant and ceremony than to congratulate us! They (and we!) loved how personal and intimate it was, while still remaining fun and lighthearted. He captured our personalities and love story perfectly, and we wouldn’t change a thing. We highly recommend Tim for a completely personalized ceremony experience filled with love!

Tim was a great officiant for our wedding. We met with him several months before our wedding to discuss what we wanted and what we did not want. He emailed us our ceremony within a couple days for us to review and make any changes. He adds his own touch like having us list why we love each other and incorporated it into the ceremony. The day of, he met with us seperately at the venue to give us a run down of what's going to happen and see if we had any questions. The ceremony itself was great and he did a fabulous job! We cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding ceremony was! Tim was an AMAZING person for the job. From the very beginning, he was nothing but helpful and he took away any stress we had about our wedding ceremony. Tim is really the best! You cannot go wrong with him. We contacted his old company (not knowing) to hire him and they said he was not available. They didn't tell us he left the company. Out of luck we randomly found him on wedding wire and realized it was the same Tim that we tried to hire at the other company. Winning!
You'll have a phone call with Tim before you contract with him. The call was short and sweet. Tim was professional but casual. He was well spoken, friendly, and charismatic. Just what we needed in an officiant. Then you'll set up a one hour face to face meeting with him to discuss the ceremony. He'll send you some materials to look at before the wedding. It's not crucial that you look at them in detail before the meeting. I skimmed it before the meeting. Tim came to the meeting very prepared (good thing because we were not) and walked us through everything. He'll provide suggestions, tips, and ideas on how to make the ceremony special. We did a list of things we loved about each other that were sent to Tim before the wedding. We did not know each other's list and that made it even more special.
Day of the wedding: Tim delivered. He was personable, friendly, articulate, and comforting. Our guests are still talking about how personable and special our ceremony was. Tim's suggestions on how to make the ceremony more about us and not so generic was a great touch. HIRE HIM!
Also, he's a little bit cheaper than other companies which is a plus but regardless, we would have paid whatever to have him as our officiant!

From the moment he arrived to the venue - he has this calming presence about him that makes all of your nerves disappear. Tim officiated our wedding on Sept 9, 2017 and we could not have been happier. We were looking for someone to do a non-religious ceremony for us that was both lighthearted but appropriately reverent where it needed to be. We found Tim online, and after speaking with him on the phone, we could tell his philosophy on doing ceremonies was exactly what we were looking for. We met with him, discussed the process and ceremony in more detail, and based on that meeting and subsequent emails and info, he put together a great ceremony. He gave us a lot of suggestions based on his experience, and was very receptive to the ideas and things we wanted to incorporate. My husband and I (and our guests) liked that he also asked us to come up with 6 or 7 things that we love about the other to incorporate into the ceremony... and to not let the other see the 6 or 7 things that we came up with. These were a nice personal touch to the ceremony that we looked forward to hearing, and in our case, they added a little bit of humor. We were very happy with Tim and would recommend him to anyone!

Tim did a great job officiating our ceremony!

We enjoyed meeting him and discussing our relationship story several months before the wedding. Tim captured what was most important to us and worked with us to create a ceremony that really reflected our relationship and what we love about each other.

During the ceremony Tim was engaged with the audience while subtly guiding us whenever we needed. The ceremony was special and heartfelt but also fun. We got lots of compliments from friends and family!

Tim did an exceptional job with our wedding ceremony. He met with us beforehand to discuss the kind of ceremony we were looking for, and came up with the perfect ceremony tailored to what we wanted. Tim is such a pleasure to work with. Picking someone to perform you ceremony can be a daunting task but from our first phone call I knew he was the one for us! He really got to know my husband and I and rook all that knowledge and wrote and performed such a beautiful ceremony! Tim was extremely personable and knowledgeable. We had prewedding coordination meeting where Tim walked us through numerous options on ways we could conduct our ceremony. He offered an array of suggestions that pretty much answered any questions we had. He is a very kind and emotionally generous person that felt like a friend during the execution of our ceremony. Tim was absolutely the best! He followed up with us within hours of contacting him on wedding wire, and gave us a consultation over the phone. After we booked him, we met within the week. We had no idea on what we wanted to incorporate in the ceremony; he gave us great ideas to make it personal, and we now have something to share with each other forever! Our guests couldn't stop raving about how unique and heartfelt the ceremony was. His delivery was impactful and impeccable. He showed up early, walked the wedding party through the steps and delt well with all of the adjustments. Thank you so much Tim!

We hired Tim to be our officiant for our small wedding in DC this summer. Tim met with us several times in advance of the wedding to help plan the ceremony. He helped us structure a ceremony that was true to our wishes, while also offering great suggestions when we were short on ideas. He was responsive to all our suggestions and thoughts throughout the planning process . Tim was a fantastic blend of being personable and keeping us at ease, while staying very organized and professional. We highly recommend him!

We had it all planned out. We had both been married before, attended weddings, and knew basically what we wanted. Then we met with Tim. All I can say is wow! Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our wedding feel truly ours. Wedding ceremonies can be complicated, especially when you are considering families and individuals of different faiths. Tim quickly put all of our concerns at ease and reminded us that the wedding ceremony should feel right for us more than anything, but also somehow show our gratitude and happiness in sharing with our loved ones. He had excellent ideas in mind (you can tell he has seen it all!) and was able to customize a ceremony that felt personal, special, and pleased everyone in the family.

What really sets Tim apart from other officiants we considered is his flexibility. He truly took the time to get to know us, what we had in mind, and made helpful suggestions. He never hesitated to make tweaks or changes to the ceremony as needed, and always followed up quickly to my emails. Throughout the entire process, he has been thoughtful, reliable, and enjoyable to communicate with. I can already tell, without having been to any of the other weddings he has officiated, that none of his ceremonies are ever the same. He really listens to you and tailors the experience with you in mind - what more could anyone ask for with their wedding ceremony!?

We received so many compliments from our guests about the ceremony, Tim knew just how to create the right combination of personal, intimate, and unique, but also mixed it up with fun and humor to bring some light and happiness to a very emotional day. No words could express how professional Tim was during, and in preparation for, our special day. After our first meeting, we knew he was a perfect fit. Tim was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process from taking the time to meet with us and understand our personalities and preferences, helping us decide what elements to include in our ceremony, up to helping us decide on arrival times and where we should stand at our non-traditional alter! He did a phenomenal job calming down my wife and even myself, reassuring us at every step, and making sure that our ceremony was perfectly tailored to our personalities and preferences. He added some spiritual elements to our ceremony that we had requested and welcomed as he had additional ideas, all while being incredibly inclusive and open to our ideas. He is incredibly well versed and a skilled professional - it seemed like he could do just about anything!. Our families and guests loved him, ESPECIALLY the part of our ceremony where he asked everyone to close their eyes and to be in the moment and present with a brief wait/hold - mindfulness and presenteeism was big for us, and thanks to Tim's tactful delivery of this it was well received by our guests - even in 95° weather! Tim helped us create the perfect atmosphere for our ceremony - positive energy, calm demeanor, personable with guests, and he made us feel like he's known us for years! Tim performed a wonderful and personal ceremony for us. He was in close contact with us throughout the process from start to finish and was responsive to our emails, calls and texts. Tim worked closely with us to make it unique and memorable. He really took the time to get to know us as a couple and what we wanted on our wedding day. Tim is the best!!!! Initially we were trying to save money and have a friend be our officient but I am so glad that did not workout and we got Tim. Tim was absolutely amazing and set a great start for the whole wedding and put everyone in a great happy mood. He did an excellent job with helping us make our ceremony unique and very personal. I can't thank him enough. Tim is incredibly talented and did an outstanding job. I can't thank him enough. We are very blessed and lucky to come across him to do our ceremony. Tim was so awesome!! From the very first meeting we had with him to get to know each other we felt so comfortable! He was very quick to respond to any e-mails and was helpful with tips. Our ceremony was very personalized (which my husband and I were looking for) and we can thank Tim for some of the personal touch ideas he gave. We found Tim through wedding wire! The first time we met him, his personality was amazing. We clicked right away. He was so responsive, helped us plan out so many details and special touches for our ceremony. The day of the event, Tim arrived on time, was so professional and the ceremony was beautiful and flawless. At least 10 people asked us how long we have known Tim because they thought he was family. It was so nice to see that in two short visits, Tim had gotten to know us so well that to us and others, he felt like a family member doing our ceremony. He is very highly recommended.

Tim was awesome!! Our officiant backed out two week's before our wedding due to health issues. We were stressed to say the least. We found out on a Sunday and immediately called the first officiant that looked good. Lucky for us, it was Tim. He picked up the phone on a Sunday at 6 pm. We told him about the bind we were in and he said it would be no problem.

We met with Tim a week before our wedding and he was able to tailor it exactly how we wanted. He made great suggestions for the ceremony that we didn't even think about that turned out beautifully. All of our friends and family said that they felt as though he had known us a couple for a long time. Tim was great at making everyone laugh and cry during our ceremony. My wife and I thought he nailed everything we wanted and made it better than we could have imagined.

If you want a great officiant for your wedding, do yourself a favor and have Tim do it! You will not regret it!!

Tim was wonderful! He was very quick to respond to our (many) questions and was incredibly helpful aiding us tailor our wedding. We first contacted Tim with less than two weeks before our wedding date and he was able meet with us and offer great suggestions to personalize our ceremony. He had suggestions on vows, readings, personalized touches and was an invaluable part of getting us from lost lovebirds scrambling to put a wedding together to happily married newlyweds. He was very knowledgeable and personable and despite the unseasonable heat was able to stay positive and absolutely wonderful. I had family members ask me how long we had known Tim assuming that we had been old friends.

I couldn't recommend Tim any higher. He was professional, personable and a genuinely great person.

Don't look at anyone ELSE!!!!! Everyone at the ceremony said it was without question the best ceremony they had ever attended. Tim was animated and very professional. Not easy to do nowadays. Time was fantastic. He’s a very likeable person, and is a great speaker. He’s done this enough times before that he knew exactly what to ask us, and had a good awareness of how we felt. He guided us through the entire process. Our wedding was on the national mall, requiring several permits, and while we thought it was strange, he’s done plenty of them and knew exactly what was needed. Tim replied to our messages extremely promptly with all the information we needed. In fact we were the ones that were procrastinating, and he was helpful in letting us know as deadlines approached for our vows and such. My wife’s family speaks Spanish, and he suggested he perform some of the ceremony in Spanish. Our guests loved the unique parts of the ceremony that he used our stories to spin an amusing anecdotes around, and it was great to see people smile, cry, and laugh during our short ceremony. Tim gave us the best ceremony! He listened to what we wanted, what we didn't want and found a way to create a personalized ceremony that fit us and was really appreciated by our guests. We've gotten tons of compliments!
He created a beautiful and touching ceremony that pulled at heart strings, was fun for us as well as those who attended and gave us some options to work with since we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. He found a way to incorporate really personal touches and suggested ideas we hadn't seen before to make our ceremony really meaningful to us. My husband and I were married on March 5, 2017. Tim was remarkable with his professionalism, creativity, and charisma on our special day. Our guest would not stop applauding Tim as an officiant. One even said,"that Tim was the best officiant they had seen in a long time." Tim went above and beyond his job with responding to each and every email sent to him ( at any time of night), confirming the day of the wedding to even waiting patiently for me and my husband getting the wedding started.

If you're considering Tim as your officiant, our advice would be to stop searching and get him booked for your ceremony. We truly have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Tim. He was incredibly responsive to our calls and e-mails. He placed an emphasis on getting to know us and on attaining an understanding of us an individuals and those elements that combine to make us who we are together. Tim was more than flexible with our ideas for our ceremony, and more importantly, he brought his own creative approach to the process which really added some positive elements to our ceremony. Tim is a consummate professional, and you are absolutely in great hands if you entrust him with the huge responsibility of officiating your ceremony. Tim is phenomenol! His responsiveness and attentiveness is excellent. We changed a few things regarding the ceremony and he was very flexible and accommodating. Tim made our ceremony very personal and intimate. All of our guests, including the photographer and DJ remarked that our wedding ceremony was the classiest yet most fun ceremony they had ever attended. He goes above and beyond to make your day the best day ever!! I can't imagine anyone not being happy with him as your officiant. It's like having your best friend officiate!!

My wife and I were married by Tim On Jan 28, 2017. He was fantastic ! From our very first contact with him he made the entire process smooth and easy. He is so well prepared and organized in how he works that it really made this part of planning our wedding stress-free. Any time we contacted him he was extremely responsive- we would usually hear back within just an hour or two. He met us in person and really got to know us and was very helpful in making suggestions about how to create a ceremony that would reflect our needs as a couple. He was helpful and directive but at the same time it was clear that the final choice about what to include in the ceremony was up to us. The best thing about working with Tim though was how much passion and joy he has for this work. he delivered our ceremony with so much warmth and professionalism- it was awesome just to seem him in his element and it really got ur night started right. We received MANY comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the ceremony. He was our favorite vendor to work with !

I never got the impression this was/is a job to Tim, this is his passion. If you believe in finding an officiant at first sight when you meet Tim you'll feel accomplished. I can't rave about the man enough every aspect was great. He was/is very accommodating & when me and my wife have our bigger ceremony Tim will be my first choice.

Our wedding was truly a magaical day and having Tim as our officiant was such a blessing. Tim made this part of our whole wedding planning process very easy and stress free. He was extremely organized, articulate, and gave a lot of amazing wedding cermony suggestions to make our ceremony rather unique. Our wedding was multicultural and we wanted to incorporate part of my Indian trandisitons into the cermony. Tim could not have been more gracious and helpful with organizing everything. Thanks to Tim being so charismatic as well as charming all of our guests were extremely impressed with our wedding ceremony.
