From start to finish, they made our entire wedding weekend run seamlessly. We were so happy (and surprisingly calm!) our entire wedding weekend, and Jilian and her team were a huge part of that. They kept everything on track, answered every question, and somehow made the entire process feel effortless.
Our families were thrilled with how perfectly everything went — they still can’t stop talking about it! All of the planning truly felt worth it. Throughout the process, it was such a relief to have a calm, rational third voice helping us make decisions.
We were initially on the fence about whether wedding management was necessary since we personally knew several of our vendors, but we are so glad we did! Having Jilian and her team there gave us the freedom to actually enjoy the weekend without worrying about a thing. -

Working with Jilian at wedoevents was an absolute dream, especially while planning a unique summer camp wedding! From the very beginning, she fully embraced our vision of a weekend filled with outdoor activities, bonfires, and a blend of casual fun with formal celebrations. Jilian’s ability to handle all the moving parts of a camp wedding—coordinating everything from water activities to our Wedding Olympics—was nothing short of incredible.
Her attention to detail made every moment of our weekend seamless, and she expertly managed the logistics of hosting multiple events across the campgrounds. Whether it was the welcome BBQ, setting up for the bonfire, or transitioning to our formal reception dinner, Jilian ensured that everything was timed and executed perfectly.
What truly sets Jilian apart is how she took the time to get to know us and our camp-style vision, tailoring every aspect to make it personal. She made us feel completely at ease, knowing she was always on top of things, allowing us to enjoy every minute of our weekend. We are so happy we chose We Do Events for wedding coordinating services. We worked with Jilian and chose the "Wedding Management" program, working with her 4 weeks before the wedding and the day of. If you are looking for more formal wedding planning, she offers that as well. We had some issues with our wedding venue prior to the wedding and during the event. Jilian sorted everything out behind the scenes to make our special day perfect!! She really saved the day and we couldn't have ask for a more supportive, honest, hard working event planner! -

I couldn't be more grateful for Jil's exceptional service as our wedding planner. Her arsenal of tools, tips, and knowledge of the industry made the planning process as painless as possible. Despite unforeseen challenges leading to us not proceeding with our wedding, Jil remained a consummate professional, providing unwavering support and cool, collected kindness as I navigated unexpected terrain. When I informed Jil that I had called off my wedding, her role dramatically changed and she handled it masterfully - calling vendors, reviewing contracts, creating contingency plans to recoup lost expenses, and answer tearful phone calls from a devastated bride-no-longer-to-be. Her thoughtful approach turned a difficult situation into a manageable one.

I can't say enough good things about Jilian and the We Do Events team. We leveraged the full extent of her planning services, so ended up working with her for about 14 months leading up to our wedding. We simply can't imagine how we would've made it through the process without her help and expertise.
Jilian did a fantastic job of keeping us within our expected budget, keeping us on schedule with relevant deadlines, coordinating with vendors on our behalf, and putting smiles on our faces every time we met. The day of the wedding, she was also extremely helpful in making sure things went smoothly and that, most importantly, we were able to enjoy ourselves.
If you're considering working with Jilian and the We Do Events team, I promise you that you won't regret doing so. -

As a self-proclaimed "type A" bride, I was more than a little worried about handing over the responsibility of our wedding to a stranger. My now husband and I had a very specific, nontraditional vision for our big day and we happened to pick a "venue" that was brand new to hosting large events (a brand new brewery in upstate New York).
Jilian was immediately up to the task, never once questioning our plans and supporting us along the way to get everything across the line. Having someone in our corner who understood the vibe we were going for while also offering suggestions based on her personal experience made her our perfect planner.
Very few other planners take over the vendor communication as far out as We Do Events which was a huge selling point for us and was worth every penny. By the time the wedding day came around Jilian was well-prepared as were all of our vendors thanks to her communication. I truly did not lift a finger all day.
We can't thank We Do Events and Jilian enough. Book with confidence! -

We were referred to We Do Events through a friend of my daughter for Day of wedding coordination. Best decision. We worked with Paulina who as excellent and took control of coordinating with the vendors, etc. Paulina is well organized and professional. I was able to completely enjoy my daughter's wedding because of Paulina. -

My husband and I cannot picture getting married without the help of We Do Events. Jilian and her team were so helpful in keeping us organized and on top of planning and executing our wedding day.
We reached out to Jilian after we had all of our vendors selected but needed help with organizing our wedding weekend and making sure the day ran smoothly. And BOY did they! Jilian ran our rehearsal the night before and made sure everyone was familiar with how the ceremony would look. On the day of the wedding, Jilian and Paulina were on top of all of the décor, setup, and being a liaison between us and our venue to smooth out any bumps in the road.
Jilian was always available for any question we had and with her wedding expertise, she was able to suggest so many wonderful ideas we used in our special day.

We booked We Do Events for Wedding Management/Day of Coordination in October 2022, and honestly it was the easiest decision we made. It was clear they were the right fit from the first phone call.
Jilian went above and beyond our expectations for what working with a wedding coordinator would be like, and we're so grateful we found her!
What really stood out was how thoughtful she was in aligning her plans and recommendations to what we wanted for our wedding day. And providing insightful advice when we were out of our depth. We really felt like we were working with a pro, but also a pal.
The resources she provided were thorough and useful, and it was always easy to ask questions and get information quickly when we needed it.
On the day of our wedding, the We Do Events team made sure we were stress-free and always having a great time.
They took on extra responsibilities to keep the party running smoothly, and even facilitated a few fun and last-minute ideas (group photo of 160 people? No prob!)
Simply put, go with Jilian. You won't be disappointed! -

Working with Jillian and Paulina was truly a dream throughout the process of planning our wedding! I don’t know how I could have done it without them - they were both so attentive and thoughtful and truly thought of every little detail to review beforehand. The planning tools and detail checklists they offer their clients are fantastic - I felt like no stone went unturned. Paulina generously offered her time to meet with me on several occasions to review each detail and was always available via text if something urgent was needed. I truly felt the stress melt away knowing that Paulina was going to be there during my rehearsal and wedding day to oversee the flow of events. Everything went SO smoothly the day of the wedding - I couldn’t believe how perfect it was. Paulina was so resourceful - prime example was my father in law was missing his bowtie the day of the wedding - and Paulina sprang into action, immediately found a solution and borrowed one from the catering team! Everyone was so impressed and could not stop talking about her after the wedding and said how organized and professional she was. Hiring We Do Events and working with Paulina was no question the BEST decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. I would highly recommend We Do Events and working with both Jillian and Paulina - two amazing women who are passionate about the wedding business and fantastic at what they do. -

From our very first introduction call with Jil, I knew she was going to be hands down the best decision we’d make throughout the entire planning process. My husband and I decided to book a summer camp in the Poconos for an entire wedding weekend and our vision would not have been able to come to life if it weren’t for We Do Events. She worked seamlessly with the camp staff and our vendors to make sure the day went as planned. We also had a ton of DIY elements and details that we wanted incorporated and Jil and her team absolutely nailed it! I am very type A, and it is usually hard for me to put trust in someone else, but I always had full faith in Jil from the very start, 1000%! She always made sure we were on the same page, was extremely organized, and handled everything that was thrown her way with such grace. She is absolutely incredible and we will be forever grateful to her for giving us the wedding of our dreams! I highly recommend hiring We Do Events for your wedding and guarantee it will be the best decision you will make! -

Best decision I made was hiring Jill. She made the whole wedding experience easy and low stress. The weeks before the wedding we knew we were in good hands and she handled all of the communication and coordination leading up to the wedding. My husband and I truly were able to just enjoy our wedding day and did not have to worry about a thing. We had a big wedding (250plus) and it truly went off without a hitch thanks to Jill. There were a lot of logistics to manage throughout the day and she handled it all. We also appreciated Jill's flexibility to truly utilize her and her team when and where we needed them most. I would definitely recommend hiring We Do Events and Jill, you will not regret it! -

We hired Jilian and her team to help us coordinate our wedding in the Poconos this past June. Jilian was really wonderful throughout the whole experience, from getting to know us, to connecting with our vendors, to make sure everything went according to plan on our wedding day. Jilian was so positive, got excited about our vision, and was so accommodating and supportive throughout. Our wedding was not simple, and there were a lot of DIY moving parts, but our number one goal was to enjoy the day and to feel truly present for it. Jilian from We Do Events was nothing short of lovely and amazing. I knew from my first introduction phone call, I wanted her to be my ‘go-to’ person on my special day. She was extremely organized, communicative, and offered so many helpful tricks, tips and suggestions to make not only our wedding day perfect but the months and weeks leading up to it to be easy. Jilian went above and beyond to make me feel like a BRIDE and anticipated my moves before I knew I even needed to make them! She came prepared on the wedding day with a ton of emergency ‘just incase’ goodies which I totally appreciated. I highly recommend hiring Jilian and We Do Events for any of your wedding coordinator/planner/day of needs. There are truly no words to describe the sheer joy, and ease of working with Jillian. She was the first vendor that we hired and now reflecting back on the wedding, the BEST decision we made. But we knew that all along. If you are questioning weather to get a month of coordinator, DO IT! Honestly we had wished we had hired her to help in planning the whole thing. She is brilliant at what she does. Absolutely brilliant.
Being a very type-A bride, I am incredibly anal and particular about how I organize things and Jillian never missed a beat. She is the ONLY person I have EVER worked with that I completely trusted because she was just always on it and one step ahead... but in such a calm way. I will miss working with her so dearly. It is really rare to find someone like her who puts so much care into what they do, while also naturally being incredible at it.
Jillian was responsive to my insane amount of panic emails the weeks leading up to the wedding, handling every random thought and question that came her way when I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. Every time we had a meeting I was instantly at ease, because I knew she had things handled. She has such a calmness and steadiness which is essential in the planning process. When we ran into some challenges leading up to the wedding she jumped in to handle things that were not acceptable and would say "I'll be the bad guy'. That is SO needed to have someone to delegate the stressful cases to. We actually worked with Jillian when we postponed our wedding out a year due to the pandemic and our venue did not want to let us postpone. Jillian was there to help ease my panic and guide us through the situation to get the best outcome. She went above and beyond in everything.
Jillian is also incredibly down the earth. I ran into a lot of vendors that unfortunately came across pretty pretentious and Jillian was a breath of fresh air. She reminded us what the day was really all about. I wish Jillian offered services outside of wedding planning so that I would have some chance to work with her again! :) She also has a great team behind her that helped to assist the day of the wedding. For being someone who is pretty anxious and did a more DIY wedding, I didn't worry for a second the day of. The coordinators kept asking me if I needed anything at the wedding and I truly didn't, they had it all handled. They are fast paced, detail oriented and just nice to be around.
Jillian - you're the best. Truly brilliant. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such an integral part in the most magical day of our lives. We will forever recommend you to anyone we know getting married on the East coast. -

We hired Jilian partway through our wedding planning process after having to move our wedding to a date that didn’t work for our original planner. I feel like it was meant to be in the end because we absolutely LOVED Jilian. For our wedding, we were planning a full weekend rather than just the one event (80 person welcome party one night, then 100 person main ceremony/reception the next day). Jilian was critical in pulling together that welcome party in particular, from finding the perfect local bbq catering, to making suggestions for lighting and other aspects of what was mostly a DIY event. Leading up to the weekend, she took over all vendor communication for us, which relieved quite a bit of stress, and then during the weekend itself she make sure everything went smoothly, people knew where they needed to be, and even handled a last minute covid issue with a vendor. On a more personal note, Jilian is just lovely and great to be around, which is important with all the adrenaline/nerves/etc of the day. Of all the planners we interviewed (double with that date change!), we definitely felt like we clicked with her the best. I’d 100% recommend Jilian to anyone. -

Working with Jilian was wonderful. As a type-A planner, I wanted to manage everything myself until the week of then hand it all off to someone I could trust with the overall vision. Jilian totally got that and let me do my own thing during the months before, but was always willing to answer a random question or be a second pair of eyes.
During the actual weekend, she managed the vendors and set up seamlessly, which allowed me to really relax and enjoy the events of the day. Multiple people commented to me about how helpful she was in ways big and small, ways that I never directly witnessed — which is a big testament to her ability to ‘just take care of it’ without burdening me with the decisions. Highly recommend bringing We Do Events on, especially for complicated or multi-day affairs. -
