Laura es una persona increíble, es muy dedicada y tiene un corazón enorme. Ella nos llevó de la mano en todo el proceso de planear nuestra boda, nos sentimos acompañados en todo momento y siempre fue muy clara y atenta con nosotros. Me gustó mucho tenerla como mi WP, pues tuvimos muchas conversaciones en donde me sentí escuchada en cómo quería mi boda y al mismo tiempo bien recomedada en cuanto a las mejores decisiones para llevarla a cabo. Laura tiene mucha experiencia y es muy detallada, y cuando tuve dudas siempre estuvo ahí para responderlas. En general el team de W Concept es muy profesional y tiene un excelente Customer Service, los recomiendo 100% !!!W Concept's reply:

Laura and her team made my dream vision come true. I have been wanting to do my wedding for ten years so I had a clear vision in mind of what I wanted and Laura executed to perfection. She also has so much knowledge that she helped us make the best decisions for us and our guests along the way. Her attention to detail is amazing and she ensured that everything in the party represented us. She honestly became family during this entire process and I’m so sad my wedding is over because I don’t get to work with her anymore. Thank you so much Laura for capturing our essence as a couple in every part of our event. You really are amazing at what you do and we could not have picked a better planner. Laura truly was amazing, and a god sent when it came to planning our destination wedding.
With the long distance communication and planning, Laura did so much more than planning, she provided us with the most beautiful wedding we could ever ask for.
Her professionalism is outstanding and her capabilities to capture our vision was truly amazing. If you’re looking for your fairytale wedding in this beautiful place, Laura will make it happen! -

Fairy Godmother IRL
Laura's taste and industry knowledge is unmatched, she is the closest thing to a real fairy godmother and working with her and her team was the best decision we made. We had ideas of what we wanted but needed help refining it and putting it together, she did that and so much more! She was honest, professional, and supportive as we dealt with loss and grieving during the planning process. We live on other side of country and are not familiar with the area, we spent 4 days in PV with her at the beginning of the process where she personally took us around to different venues and the rest was handled via phone calls and whatsapp messages. Setting up phone calls and meetings was easy and she was always prepared with ideas, reference photos, and options that fit our vision and budget. In the end they planned a whole weekend- a welcome dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception, and helped us set up a beach day. For the welcome dinner and wedding they took care of everything from set up to breakdown, I was able to fully focus on my guests and enjoy the party. I never once had to think about logistics, a timeline, or if a guest needed something because Laura and her team handled it all! We had an amazing wedding and are so grateful for her attention to detail and her team's dedication to their work. Thank you for a dream wedding! -
