My saving grace

We went with the full planning services! Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She helped connect us with amazing vendors. She made the picture of my wedding in my head come to life. It was truly amazing. Day of she helped us navigate every issue that came up and made the day run smoothly. She made sure we had the best day ever. She even took pictures for us while our professional photos took place so we could have photos to look at on our honeymoon. Her full communication with vendors made it so I could work full time at the hospital and still get my wedding planned perfectly!! She was absolutely amazing and I 100% recommend her.

Best wedding Decision we made!

From the very first phone call, I knew Stephanie was the right planner for us. She made us feel so special and we really felt she would create a wedding unique to us! We had Stephanie and the Viva team plan our whole wedding weekend and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. For the last two years, Stephanie listened to every crazy idea we had, and responded to what I can only say was a million emails/texts. She took all of my thoughts and elevated everything to be beyond my wildest dreams. I was absolutely blown away when it all came to life! She was able to create a story from the moment the save the dates went in the mail all the way through 3 events, to even the thank you cards! We felt like a lot of planners took their own ideas for what your wedding should be, but Stephanie really listen to what we wanted and made it truly a one of a kind. Our new last name is Shell, and she was able to incorporate shells into our December wedding in all the best ways! We can’t thank Stephanie and the Viva team enough

Amazing!

Stephanie is absolutely amazing! She is so caring and sweet and from day one, she made me feel special. She took the time to get to know me and my fiancé. She made this process that can be so stressful and hectic, smooth and efficient. I always felt like I had someone knowledgeable, skilled, and talented in my corner. She made us feel so taken care of the day of as well refilling our drinks and helping me to field different scenarios and stay on schedule while still having fun and enjoying the day. The BEST there is!

I honestly cannot recommend Viva L'Event more to a bride! Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make our day beautiful, run smoothly, and be everything I ever imagined. Honestly, I don't know a single thing that went wrong on our wedding day and if something did happen, it was taken care of quickly and something I never had to worry about dealing with on my wedding day (can you ask for anything more?!).

Due to Covid postponing my wedding twice (and already originally having a long engagement), I worked with Stephanie from early 2019 for our original June 2020 date all the way to February 2022 for our actual wedding day. As you can imagine, planning and postponing a wedding during a global pandemic where the rules and regulation were always changing was extremely stressful and emotional. Stephanie was there every step of the way to help with the logistics and also the emotional stress!

Stephanie and Kristin were helpful, professional, and kind all day of the wedding. They made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it, made sure the bridal party and family members were where they should be and when, made sure vendors were on time and getting their jobs completed, etc. Our friends and family (especially my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law) raved about how amazing they were the whole day!

Stephanie and her team are truly AMAZING! You will not regret hiring and working with Viva L'Event!

Stephanie and Brittnee were an incredible team throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. I was so impressed by how quickly they each replied to every email, their vast knowledge, and not to mention all of their connections to help you find the vendor team of your dreams!

I am a control freak so the thought of giving up control of so many things on such an important day to a stranger sounded stressful at first, however, I had absolutely no worries since the day I met Brittnee in person. She not only carried the entire day on her shoulders but she took care of us with our drinks and food and ALWAYS had a smile on her face. She handled the day with such grace. Everything went seamlessly and I’m so incredibly thankful for her.

Stephanie is amazing!

We got married this past December and the entire experience would not have been as seamlessly perfect as it was without Stephanie's help. She was communicative, gave great advice, and -- most of all -- made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy our day without any stress. We were genuinely sad after the wedding that we wouldn't get to work with her again! I would absolutely recommend her to any couple planning a wedding.

Best decision!

Having Stephanie as part of our wedding planning was the best decision we could have made. From our first introductory call, we knew Stephanie would be a great fit and understood the vision/vibe we were going for. Beyond being incredibly responsive and on top of all the details, I would call her if I was struggling with a final decision and she was like a planner, friend and therapist combined. She also brought an amazing creative vision to our planning-- I had a general idea of what I would like and I was beyond impressed when I saw everything come to life. Our wedding was perfect and she helped make everything stress free! I truly miss getting to chat and work with her now that the wedding is done!

Hire Viva L’Event, it’s the best decision I made! Stephanie is exactly who you want to work with if you are a bride that knows what she likes, but doesn’t have the time or eye to put it all together herself. Stephanie from the beginning made me feel at ease by taking the time to get to know me and what looks I like. She sent me ideas and always kept me on track regarding decisions I needed to make. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, she was the most amazing planner - making everything go off without a hitch. She took all my ideas and worked to get me the best pricing, the right vendors, and executed everything perfectly. Stephanie made the planning process stress free!

When my fiancé and I started planning our destination wedding in Santorini, we had no idea what all goes into a wedding! Much less planning one in a continent we had never been to! Our photographer recommended Viva L’Event and we were so happy with all of Stephanie’s hard work and dedication to make our day absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything went seamlessly. We loved all of the little details that went into our wedding and reception and Stephanie put us in contact with lots of amazing vendors to work with as well. Best Wedding Planner Ever

The best wedding planners ever. Seriously, stop your search right here. We had been working with another planner up until the last two months before the wedding. It was clear it was not going well but we were nervous about changing at that point. I will tell you it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Stephanie helped us make a smooth transition and demonstrated great communication and hard work since that point on. She explained Kristin would help us from there since she would be there the day of. Throughout those last two months, they both worked hard to redo several elements that were already planned and communicated so well with me throughout the entire process.

There were several parts to our small wedding that were a lot of extra work but Kristin put in extra effort to ensure that they went well. I was extremely impressed with her communication with the other vendors the day of and how kind but direct she was long after I would have lost my patience. Our wedding day was so hot and Kristin worked so hard the entire day. Of course things were not perfect, as they never are, but I was able to relax and know that Kristin could handle anything that came up. We were able to laugh when things went off schedule and have fun which I am so grateful for.

I will also say that we are not your traditional wedding people but created something that was a reflection of Dan and I as a couple and we felt supported in that the entire way. As a female small business owner myself, I can say that Viva L'Event is extremely well run and these women know the meaning of hard work. I have no idea how they do it and do it so well but you will not be sorry about hiring them. Their experience shows in everything that they do. We are very grateful and will miss working with them.

I worked with both Stephanie (owner of Viva) and Kristin (month and day-of coordinator) for my wedding, and they were so easy to work with and well worth the money. Stephanie gave me some very helpful ideas as far as one year prior to my wedding date, and I think her expertise truly showed on the day of my wedding. Kristin was definitely an MVP of the wedding. She helped coordinate all of my vendors who had not necessarily worked with each other before, but she was able to get everyone in sync. The entire day was seamless, and Kristin even came to my hotel suite so I wouldn't have to make a trip to the venue the day of the wedding. She ensured that everything was to my liking and even accommodated all my last minute changes. Most importantly, Timmy and I were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding without even having to worry about getting a drink or food. I highly recommend working with these Viva ladies for any special event! Even if your budget is small, I would recommend at least getting a month of coordinator to have a stress free wedding day like I did :)

Stephanie was spectacular! If I could give her a billion star rating I would. Lindsay and I loved her from the very first interview. Stephanie explained the process, was very informative and a great communicator. She is so sharp and responsive with e-mail. I interviewed multiple wedding planners and Stephanie was the only vendor who took the time to meet me in person -- we connected instantly! She took my vision of bright colors, with a Southern romantic charm and tied everything together perfectly with the florist, One + Only Paper, and all of the other amazing vendors she recommended. She also came up with amazing ways to incorporate our beloved shihpoo, Beasley. Day of went off without a hitch and it was so comforting to have Stephanie by my side. My venue provided the day of coordination as part of the wedding package!! I luckily got Viva L'Event. Throughout the process, Stephanie suggested fabulous vendors and was always available with recommendations. The week of the wedding, Stephanie coordinated with all of my vendors and provided our wedding party with detailed timelines. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and her team executed our vision so perfectly! At the end of the night, my bouquet was waiting for me in the hotel room, the left over cake was stored in the freezer, and all of our personal items were put away. Stephanie and her team were such a pleasure to work with! We could not have asked for better service.

Hiring Stephanie and Viva L'Event was the best wedding planning decision we made! We used Viva for their Month of Planning package/day of coordinator, however Stephanie was so much more! I am not from the area and had no idea where to turn for vendors. Stephanie gave me amazing recommendations and after we clicked with the first couple I just went to her first and booked her suggestions without checking anyone else out. We loved EVERYONE we worked with and are so thankful for Stephanie. I must have send hundreds of emails over the course of a year of planning and Stephanie always emailed me back right away, was super organized and no last minute changes the week of the wedding fazed her. She always met me in a location that was convenient for me and was professional but so friendly. We loved working with Stephanie!

Stephanie and her team were absolutely amazing. Words cannot express our gratitude towards her. Our wedding day flew by flawlessly because of Stephanie and Lauren's attention to detail and calm nature. We opted to utilize Stephanie as a full service wedding planner and started planing over a year in advance. Stephanie is prompt in her communication, has numerous resources around the city and even branches out beyond the Raleigh/Durham area. We also used Stephanie as our florist. I don't even know where to start... Stephanie, Lauren and the entire staff at Viva L'Event are INCREDIBLE. I had the time of my life planning my wedding with them. They made it not only easy and hassle free, but so much fun. Every random question I had, no matter how small, Stephanie was there every step one the way to answer. This was my second wedding and I was very open about not wanting the 'traditional' wedding, but still wanting elegant and fun! Boy, did Stephanie deliver! Everyone who attended has commented about how wonderful the venue looked and felt ... AND they commented about Stephanie specifically. She got to know the guests during the wedding, which we all loved. She made them feel at home with her too. It was perfect! The day went off without a hitch, or if there was one, we did not know about it... PERFECT! Stephanie of Viva came highly recommended from a friend. After meeting with her, I was ready to work with her as our planner and day or coordinator. She was so calm and relaxed, but engaged. She stayed that way throughout our 15month engagement and on the day of. If something went wrong, I never found out (and based on feedback from guests, neither did they)!
I found her vendor recommendations to be priceless. She was also very responsive to emails, gave input on design and decor, and completely took over the month before the wedding.
I had a very specific vision for our wedding from the beginning and Stephanie respected that and helped make it even better and bring it to life.
She's been super helpful since the wedding as well. I can't recommend her enough and this review does not pay her enough thanks!

I loved working with Stephanie to plan my daughter's wedding. She was knowledgeable of all the services and vendors in the area which really helped me since I lived out of town. She literally took all the stress out of planning one of the most memorable days of my life, which enabled me to just enjoy the process. She truly cared about making this day special for my daughter. Stephanie and the entire Viva L'Event staff were so great to work with! Stephanie is very well connected in the industry and was able to provide us wonderful recommendations for the vendors we ended up using for many aspects of our wedding. She was very responsive and very flexible, plus her energy is just amazing. You can definitely tell that she loves what she does and it starts to rub off on you.

Stephanie made sure that everything from our ceremony to our reception went just as planned. I only learned much after the wedding of some of the potential disasters that she was able to take care of before they happened. She was very patient when dealing with the wedding party.

Stephanie also did the flowers for the wedding and they were so perfect! I have gotten so many compliments on the flowers. Looking back at our pictures, the flowers are one of my favorite things. It's amazing that Stephanie and I were so on the same page as to what I wanted with only a few conversations about it.

Stephanie so far exceeded any expectations I had for a wedding planner. The first time we met I knew that she was exactly who I wanted planning my wedding -- she was professional, so kind and easy to talk to, and immediately caught on to the vision I had for my wedding. She was there for every step of the planning process, down to even the smallest details. Stephanie's eye for design was always exactly what I wanted but would never have been able to pull off without her.

When the big day finally arrived I was not worried about a thing. Not only did Stephanie have the day planned out down to the minute, but I knew based on all of our prior experiences together that everything was going to come together perfectly, and it did. I can say without hesitation that the day went off without a single hitch (or if there was one, I certainly didn't know about it). Stephanie and her team put together the most amazing ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Though I had been a part of the planning process, I was still blown away with how everything came together and it surpassed everything I had hoped for. Stephanie also did our floral arrangements and they were absolutely beautiful.

I can sincerely say that I was a stress-free bride and my beautiful wedding because of Stephanie and her amazing team. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I truly cannot convey how beyond amazing Stephanie and her team are. The Viva team planned all of our design, and our floral design as well. Stephanie even recommended almost all of our fantastic vendors. Stephanie is great with meticulous details, and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands!

I am a bit of a nontraditional bride that prefers blacks, and golds, and Stephanie was right there with my vision. She organized our rehearsal, ceremony and reception flawlessly. I was in shock at how beautiful everything was. I felt like my reception and ceremony were something out of a bridal magazine. Her floral design was breathtaking, and our guests were gushing about the flowers and centerpieces throughout the night. At the end of our reception, Stephanie had everything packed up and ready to go! It made the end of our night so simple.

Hiring Stephanie and her team really took a lot of stress out of our wedding day and wedding planning. I really do not know how we could have done it without her.

Stephanie and her team at Viva L'Event NC were so on top of my wedding, even I was surprised with how they anticipated all needs and thought through every scenario. As a very busy graduate student, I needed someone whom I could trust to stay on top of me, as well as keep my stress level low.

From meetings to phone calls, Stephanie kept track of all of my correspondence with various vendors throughout my (almost) 2-year engagement, and began taking over all communication before the wedding. She remembered EVERYTHING we had talked about, and really understood our values and vision of the wedding, so that nothing was forgotten about or misunderstood. I could trust Stephanie to speak up for me amongst all vendors, and she did! I didn't need to check on her, and she did not need to bother me. We were so in synch, thanks to her dedication and organization!

As a type-A, neurotic planner myself, I would highly recommend Viva L'Event for taking care of EVERYTHING, even what you didn't think of. Our wedding party was provided detailed timelines, and best of all, Stephanie asked for everyone to reach out to HER with any problems, keeping all questions from me. My bouquet was waiting for me in the hotel room, the band was fed, all leftovers were taken to my mom, the ceremony attendants were distributed the programs, and all vendors left happy... all while I relaxed and enjoyed my family and friends.

Stephanie even suggested great vendors, and was a fabulous reference for ideas and design.

I chose Stephanie from Viva L'Event planning after our first meeting - she was very welcoming, personable and professional. She had a good grasp for what I envisioned for the day. Looking back at the photos, our wedding was beautiful! We have had several people tell us the photos look like they are out of a magazine photo shoot for weddings and that is all because of what Stephanie and her team helped us create. She took the ideas I had and built upon them - making all of my dreams for the day come true. She had tips and ideas I would have never thought of. She created design boards to help me narrow down my ideas and what was really important. She created a wedding timeline that was incredibly helpful to us and our wedding party and all of our vendors. I would have never in a million years been able to put a timeline together that was down to the minute! Our ceremony and reception ran so smoothly - everything went off exactly as planned. And, most importnatly, the most important people to us - our family and friends - got to enjoy the day and celebrate with us instead of running around trying to make sure things were going as planned. Having a planner is a must, and having Stephanie as your planner is just the icing on the cake. She came with an assistant, Jamie, who was also wonderful, and together they made our dream wedding a reality!

Stephanie was AMAZING. She was very knowledgeable of local vendors and already had very well established relationships with most of them which made the planning process even that much easier. Stephanie was always available via email for my endless questions and responded promptly! On the wedding day she and her assistant Kristin were SO helpful for the setup (wedding was at my parents' house/backyard...so there was A LOT of setup to be done!) even with a downpour thrown into the mix. They also were great at making sure the dinner and reception flowed seamlessly. I also used her floral services which was great as well, the bouquets were even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I would 100% recommend Viva L'Event!

Stephanie snd Jamie both were awesome! I didn't have to worry about a thing my entire day because it was already taken care of before I could even think about it myself! They were right there every time I needed them... Right down to when I couldn't figure out how to cut my cake!

I couldn't have got through the day with out them and most brides do not realize this until the end! If there is anything a bride should not save their money on it would be hiring a coordinator... So needed and helpful!

Hope to see both of these girls again in the future!

The ladies at Viva L'Event are incredibly professional, helpful and such a joy to be around! It's immediately clear upon meeting Stephanie that she knows what she's doing and has an amazing eye for design. I hired Stephanie for weekend-of coordination but she really goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Kristin fabulously handled our rehearsal Friday afternoon. It was nice to enjoy the day leading up to the ceremony and the evening after the reception knowing that Stephanie and Kristin had everything under control! I also hired Viva L'Event for my floral design and I was blown away by how pretty all of my flowers (centerpieces, altar arrangements, a few other small arrangements for the reception) and bridal bouquet turned out! I also have to admit it was amazing to knock out what would normally be two different vendors with just one. I had so much fun getting to know Stephanie through our planning meetings and this process, and I'm so thankful I was referred to Viva!

Stephanie and her team at Viva L'Event were fantastic! Stephanie is organized, professional, and very easy to work with. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to have the perfect wedding and that she was going to do everything she could to make that happen. I hired her for day of service and that was exactly what I got. When I first met her she helped me hone in on my colors, "theme" (which changed a lot over time), and organize my budget. I was able to email her at any time (and I did a lot) and receive a pretty quick response. The month before my wedding she took the time to meet with me, help me organize all of the bits and pieces that I had planned, and helped me understand how it was all going to come together. She made my dream wedding come to fruition- it wouldn't have been the same with out her. The day of went so smoothly and I believe that was largely attributed to her. Stephanie and her team are worth every penny- if you are on the fence about hiring a planner I would HIGHLY recommend Viva! Stephanie helped keep the day stress free for me and my family and that was invaluable.

Kristin was perfect! She saw to every detail on the day of so that we didn't have to worry and, most importantly, my mother was able to just relax and take in the day rather than worrying over the vendors or the decorations or last minute rain plans :) She met with us twice before the wedding and was always available and helpful over email with recommendations and advice when I needed her. And the decorations at the entrance table - wow! I had a very vaguely formed plan for the space and just kind of handed her a box of stuff and it came out beautiful! She definitely has a great eye for design, is very professional, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Having to plan my wedding in Raleigh from across the country could have been a disaster, but having Viva by my side made it a stress-free and fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of working with Viva L'event for almost a year and a half as we contracted with Stephanie right after our engagement. She was helpful throughout the entire process and even found the bridesmaids' dresses that I had been looking for (forever) online! Also, two weeks prior to the wedding she made a timeline for me to follow that outlined everything that I needed to accomplish and included a detailed schedule of the wedding weekend.

I can't imagine not having Stephanie and her team there for our wedding day! They allowed me and my husband to relax and enjoy our big day without having to impose upon our friends or family to set things up or to ensure that the bridal party was in the right place at the right time. (They even loaded all of the wedding gifts into a predesignated car at the end of the night!!!) Also, it's pretty common for there to be at least one dilemma on the wedding day, from late vendors to a groomsmen misplacing a shoe. One of the benefits of having Viva L'event there is knowing that they will take care of any potential mishaps without even involving you or your family.

I highly recommend hiring Viva L'event to help plan as much of your wedding as your budget will allow! Aside form providing first-class event planning, Stephanie also did a fabulous job on our flowers and making items for us to rent, including table numbers and a "Here Comes the Bride Sign" for our flower girl.

First I met Jt, my dreams came true, then I met Stephanie and my Fairy-tale wedding came true. I have no idea how I would have gotten through the day without her and the amazing Viva team Jamie and Kristen.

I can't even begin to express here how unreal she is. She was such a blast to work with the whole time. She was always smiles, laughing, really easy to talk to, amazingly attention to every detail made us feel taken care of at every single turn. Her specials touches to honor my mother meant more to me than I can express. As my week of wedding bliss continues I find out everyday more and more things I had no idea she just handled without me even knowing. Just to make sure my day was perfect AND it was.

I spent over 2 years planning our wedding but it was until the last 5 months that I realized how desperately I needed help. In stepped Stephanie from Viva L'Event. The week of our wedding I was also finishing my last year of law school and had a final only two days before the wedding. Stephanie was there to make sure the details were taken care of that I didn't have the time or energy to think about. When a major thunderstorm came through Apex on the evening of our wedding, which was originally planned as an outdoor ceremony with tented reception, Stephanie made sure that everything still went smoothly and all of our guests had a great time. The Viva L'Event girls were not only there beside me to help me through all of the planning, but they were one step ahead of me in every aspect of my wedding events. These girls were absolutely fabulous and made for a flawless event. Whether you want them to style your wedding (they have amazing taste!) or you want to pick it out yourself and just use them for their knowledge and ultimate detail oriented skills (like I did) they will be a perfect fit. I know without a doubt my wedding would have had major bumps along the way should the girls not have been there. If I could have given them a higher review on this form, believe me I would! Oh and extra credit, I left my purse at the venue AND THEY DROVE ACROSS TOWN TO BRING IT TO MY HOTEL. The service these girls provide will make them a big name in the area, so scoop them up before they are completely booked!

Jamie and Stephanie are amazing. They helped me so much! Before the wedding they would come to my house to meet with me because they knew I was so busy with planning and work. They were so organized and helped me focus on what needed to be done. They would even send me reminders during the week about what I should be working on. I hired them the month before my wedding. I was anti-wedding planner but as it got closer I realized I did not know what I was doing. My biggest regret is not getting them sooner! On my wedding weekend they really went above and beyond. They made sure that my mom and I could relax. They were up in trees hanging streamers, they were running food back and forth to the bridal party, and they even put out the flowers when the florist showed up late. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been without them. They are the best!

I was the mother of the bride who did not think that I needed a wedding planner. Two weeks prior to the wedding my daughter and I were stressed to the max. A friend of my daughter suggested Stephanie and Jamie to help with the direction and coordination of the wedding. They stepped in and were UNBELIEVEABLE we could not have done with out them. They worked themselves to death on both the night of the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day and night.
They were worth twice what we paid them. They were calm, very patient, did a great direction of the wedding and helped with the rehearsal dinner. They worked in a mountain area that they were unfamiliar with and it is very hard to find stores and supplies and they still acted as if they knew the area and still got everthing together. I would recommend them without reservation!!!!!!! The only thing I reget is that we did not get them sooner.

Stephanie did an amazing job as our day of wedding coordinator (well, really month of wedding coordinator!). She was proactive and communicated very well with our vendors and all relevant individuals to make sure our day went smoothly and was as stress-free as possible. She was fantastic at helping with tiny details and random issues that popped up throughout the day. She has a wonderful personality, and we truly felt we could trust her with the most important day of our lives.

I was recommended Viva L'Event by the venue where we were holding our 10th Anniversary Vow Renewals, and the minute I researched their site and reached out to Stephanie I knew it would be perfect for our day--and she was! She was very interested in individualizing the florals and décor to our unique event, but was efficient in use of our time given our busy work schedules and family life with two young kids. Stephanie communicated with me during the few months leading up to our event, and as I had new ideas she would offer suggestions how to incorporate them. For example, I had collected many small vases, and she came to meet me at a very convenient time and location for me to pick them up and use them in the arrangements. I also appreciated that the agreement included photos of what she was thinking (ie for the tables, the ceremony location, the florals that family/friends involved in the service would wear) -- this allowed me to provide feedback and know we were on the same page. In the end, however, it came together even better than I could have imagined! For the very general details that I provided, she well exceeded the vision we had, and the floral arrangements and details really set the tone for the vow renewal ceremony, dinner, and after party. So many complimented on the arrangements, and being around them just made us happy (we took many of the flowers home with us and our house smelled and looked beautiful for days!)

I LOVED everything about every detail, and would highly recommend Viva for others who are looking for a special event. In addition to her talents, Stephanie is also a great person that worked so well with our other vendors and the event site -- I'm sure she would do a fabulous job with a large wedding, too.

Stephanie and the ladies of Viva L'Event NC are unbelivable at what they do. It is hard to put into words exactly how awesome and helpful they were.. but to put it simple: I couldn't have done it without them. Stephanie was very easy to work with and made planning a wedding in a different city a breeze! Viva did all of my flowers and table decorations and it all turned out to be exactly what I had visioned. I highly highly recommend using Viva L'Event for your planning and floral needs as you plan your big day!!!

Viva L'Event made planning my wedding SO much easier. They took care of the little details that would have driven me crazy and make me very stressed out so that I was able to just enjoy the weekend. I did not hire them to help with all aspects but for the ones that they did assist it on it was a huge help.

At any point during the wedding if we had a problem or questions all we had to do was find one of them or their assistants and they were ON IT! They are also a lot of fun to be around and I had a blast just joking around at our meetings.

I HIGHLY recommend them to any brides in the area, they are fun and really make your wedding so much less stressful - I can't believe how much they did for the price!

These women from Viva L'Event made my daughter's wedding the blissful event that it should be. They recommended quality vendors and kept a tight rein on the proceedings during the nine months of planning and especially during the wedding day.

When I walked into the reception hall and saw how Viva L'Event had transformed it into an elegant, intimate setting for our friends and families, I knew that I could not have made a better choice of planners.

The ceremony and the reception ran so smoothly. There wasn't a single misstep. They were so professional and kept the event going without being obtrusive. I doubt that the guests even knew that they were there in that capacity.

We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Viva L'Event (NC) made our day run extremely smoothly and a day that we and others will never forget. We were extremely thankful for their service and professionalism at executing our wedding. As weddings can at times be full of emotion and excitement they stayed focus and made sure my wife was comfortable and not worried about anything other than celebrating with her family and friends. Viva L'Event truly understood the venue and even with a downtown event taking place she and her team executed everything efficiently and on time. It was really quit remarkable how they went unnoticed most of the day but were always available when needed! A high quality wedding planning service to make dreams come true.

Stephanie and her staff at Viva L'Event were all extremely helpful in making our wedding day run smoothly. Planning a wedding out of state and not really knowing the area can be extremely challenging and we felt very blessed to have someone local who could give us recommendations on vendors etc. The day of the wedding Stephanie made sure that everything was taken care of from coordinating the arrival and set up of vendors to making sure the wedding party was where they needed to be on time. She kept the event running and made sure that items were where they needed to be at the right time. Stephanie was also a huge help at the end of the night with clean up. Because of her efforts we were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and not worry about the small details that were needed to make the day flow flawlessly. Our only recommendation for the Viva L'Event staff would be providing more communication on the flow of wedding rehearsals. We were not certain if we should have been directing our party on how the ceremony would unfold or if their staff would take care of all of it. We went ahead and started on time, and then when Stephanie showed up we let her take over! Getting the rehearsal started without knowing how it was suppose to be ran made it more stressful. Everything worked out fine, but we felt some of the kids needed more instruction and run throughs to make sure they were comfortable. Overall, we were extremely happy with the services we paid for and loved working with Stephanie! She helped make our wedding day everything we could have wanted and more and we enjoyed every minute of our big day thanks to her help! Everyone that we worked with from Viva L'Event were extremely friendly, positive and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone local and from out of state!

Stephanie was helpful in referring us to specific vendors (caterers, DJ, band, rentals, photographer, etc) and I think the greatest value she and her team added was on the day of the wedding. It was great to not have to worry about details on the day of the wedding, and to know that she and her team could take care of the things we didn't anticipate.

Stephanie did a great job with our wedding - it was so wonderful to not be stressing the details the day of!! Stephanie and her assistants had everything covered, from the setup to making sure my groom and I had the drinks we wanted at the reception. When it started raining during our outdoor ceremony, out of nowhere, we had umbrellas placed in our hands. I would definitely use Viva l'Event again if given the chance.

Stephanie was also helpful leading up to the wedding in finding and suggesting vendors, including a bluegrass band for our ceremony and cocktail hour and our awesome photographer.

Viva l'Event also did our flowers, which turned out beautifully.

Our reception went off without a hitch, thanks to Viva L'Event. Or, if there was a hitch, we were shielded from it, which was exactly what we wanted. Stephanie and her team kept the vendors happy, kept everything running on time, did a great job decorating, and always had us in the place where we needed to be when we needed to be there. We didn't have to worry about a thing, which was most appreciated.

Jamie was great to work with and really took the stress off my shoulders when it came to all the details. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for that special day to be perfect.
