From the moment we met Blake, we knew we were in capable hands at Vista and Vine. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but Blake made the entire process feel so seamless and enjoyable.
What truly set Blake apart was her attention to detail and dedication. She handled every aspect of our wedding with precision, from coordinating vendors to managing the timeline. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the celebration, knowing that he had everything under control.
We are incredibly grateful for Blake's expertise and support at Vista and Vine. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. -

Blake was our wedding day of coordinator but it felt like planning a wedding with your bestie. She is easy to talk to, takes great attention to detail, shares tips along the way on how to make the plan better, and really united all our vendors by reaching out to each one to make sure everyone was on the same page for the wedding day. Blake is also a great problem solver. For example, we had our own DIY decor ideas that she helped set up, and some of the decor had gotten lost in transport in my mom's car on the way to the venue. Blake quickly helped find alternative ideas that looked just as beautiful. Ultimately, my husband and I were able to soak in and enjoy each moment of our wedding day!! :') Including a picture of our wedding rehearsal that Blake had attended where we all had our thinking faces on lol (just one of many moments of how Blake was so supportive along the way) ---- Thank you Blake and Vista Vine team for helping make our day so special!!! -

I had the most wonderful time working alongside Blake Burlakoff. Upon arriving at the venue, I knew immediately that she was the wedding planner from her control, attentiveness, and comfortability in her environment. She gave us space to set up and when greeting us was incredibly personable and thoughtful. She offered us several different accommodations throughout the entire event to ensure our comfort such as offering us more space to sit behind our table, cleaning our area of other venues belongings, and offering us food and water at each course. Her genuine and fun energy made her such a pleasure to be around. I am extremely excited and fortunate to work with Ms. Blake in the future.

Blake was fantastic. She juggled countless issues ranging from problems with communication, major last minute changes the day before, the awful heat (outdoor wedding) and a beyond disrespectful guest. Blake handled everything with poise, grace and a smile even when she had every reason to just walk out. She is so easy to talk to and so considerate to everyone's stress levels. She made sure the Bride and Groom had their dream day. All weddings have little bumps but Blake and her assistant Emma climbed mountains to get the job done. If you want someone who is invested in a client and their vision she is the one. -

Blake was amazing and responsive via phone, email and wedding wire message portal. We had booked her last minute for our wedding. I wish I had found this company sooner. Blake listened to my wish list and concerns and executed perfectly. She is local to the Tampa Bay area which was perfect for us. I highly recommend VIsta and Vine. Blake is very professional, humble and down to earth. Thank you for helping make my day special.
