Incredibly effective, calming coordinator

Uthsaav was an instrumental part of our magical wedding day. From our weekly meetings to the day of, Rajeev Uncle made sure we were prepared for the events of the day as well as could truly settle into being "bride" and "groom." He took our vision and made it into an executable plan and offered guidance on what to consider. His tips made a big difference in creating a cohesive event that made us shine. Rajeev Uncle helped us manage multiple vendor relationships and took a huge stress off our minds. He individually called and spoke to each vendor before the big day to make sure everyone was on the same page. He handled day-of challenges (which invariably arise) with such expertise and a calm demeanor enabling us to enjoy the whole day as bride and groom. He kept us informed at every juncture without overwhelming us with details. Uthsaav's involvement made our day seamless. He went out of his way to tell us to step away from logistics so we could truly enjoy the week leading up as a family - a piece of advice that truly transformed our experience.

Based on our exceptional experience during our son’s wedding, we wholeheartedly recommend the Uthsaav team (Rajeev and Ambika), for any wedding event management needs. During our son's wedding day, which hosted both Indian and Western marriage ceremonies at the venue, their adept coordination with all involved parties ensured a seamless execution.

Rajeev not only guided us through the wedding ceremony but also helped us with his expertise for the engagement party. He meticulously arranged decorators, DJs, photographers, and effectively liaised with food vendors, receiving commendation from all quarters. His invaluable support and planning for the marriage became evident when he recommended exceptional vendors and swiftly arranged backups, rescuing the situation when one dropped out mere days before the event. Uthsaav is the BEST!

We are so fortunate and grateful to have had the Uthsaav team as our wedding planners. Rajeev uncle, Ambika aunty, and Ramya were pivotal in ensuring that our planning process and event execution went as smooth as possible. They went above and beyond to help keep us organized, and they did a wonderful job of intentionally offloading stress from us, especially in the last few weeks right before our wedding. We greatly appreciate the consistent initiative they took to help lessen or ease our wedding to-do list. Their kindness, effective communication, help with troubleshooting any hiccups, and endless support and encouragement went a very long way to help us feel that everything would be successful in the end. And it certainly was! The events went perfectly, and the Uthsaav team was there every step of the way to make sure everything behind the scenes was executed seamlessly. Our family/friends/guests spoke so highly of the events, and we would not have gotten such high praise for our beautiful wedding if it had not been for the amazing Uthsaav team. Incredible experience

We booked Uthsaav as our wedding planners and were beyond impressed with their entire team and quality of work!! They are the kindest, most genuine group of people you could work with!

From start to finish, they were so organized, professional, and responsive! We were expecting the planning process to be stressful, but they were so knowledgeable, supportive and patient throughout the entire process, we felt so calm knowing we were in such good hands!

Their team connected us with amazing vendors and they accompanied us to vendor meetings to ensure everything would run smoothly!

During the wedding weekend, they managed the flow of each event perfectly and made sure each event started and ended on time! Our guests were so impressed with how seamless and organized each event was! Their team was so involved in welcoming our guests and made sure all our guests were happy! They worked so tirelessly all weekend, it allowed out family to just enjoy the wedding without having to worry about all the details.

Awesome Team!

It was such a pleasure working with Uthsaav in planning our wedding. They did a great job of making a personal connection which really helped the wedding planning. Uthsaav Event Planning

Uthsaav worked with us for 18 months planning and preparing for our son’s wedding. They led us through every step of the process in a timely manner, from touring venues to setting up and attending tastings at the differing caterers. Throughout the process they made themselves available by phone, text, email and in person and handled everything with patience, calm and utmost professionalism.
Thanks to Rajeev and Ambika, we procured the services of the professionals we wanted. Both gave us excellent suggestions and helped guide many decisions. A team you can count on

Excellent service and great results for a beautiful wedding

Uthsaav did a tremendous job at our wedding. Despite hurricane Ida and our original wedding venue getting shut down, in less than 12 hours we were able to situate a new venue for the wedding. Team Uthsaav helped us make sure vendors and guests were informed of this change.

Team Uthsaav are patient, detail oriented, creative, and accommodating.

Ambika aunty my event manager is one of the best in this events field and handled everything from out-of-state despite the event held in NJ. You will be worry free and not disappointed so go ahead and book your next event with Uthsaav!

Wedding Planning & Organizing with Uthsaav's help

June 6th, 2021 was around the corner. With a 4-day wedding in the works, we were petrified and nervous to the hilt, and making decisions about a million tasks was herculean to say the least!
There were just way too many things to take care of, especially with not being able to travel to India because of the Pandemic, and our family from India not being able to come to help.
We are so glad, however, that we talked to Uthsaav to help us with the Wedding planning for Neeha & Abhi.
Rajeev and Ambika helped us stay calm and plan every step of the way. Their knowledge, professionalism, friendship, availability, composure, organization, program management, attention to detail and excellent advice, both before and during the wedding, have been invaluable to all of us. On the wedding day, June 6th, both Rajeev and Ambika, and Sowmya (Rajeev's better half), were superbly efficient in making sure every single detail was in order at the right time at the right place!
All of our guests were extremely happy with the wedding arrangements, and called it "The best wedding that they had ever attended!"

Phenomenal

Rajeev and Ambika are irreplaceable! After a lot of waiting around for COVID numbers to improve, we had decided on having an intimate fusion wedding with a budget. We got Uthsaav team onboard a few months before our big day and had modest expectations for what we would be able to put together, especially since we were both out of town. Within days of our first meeting with them, they made every effort to get to know us, understand our vision, and laid out plans and options in short order. Our wedding venue ended up canceling at the eleventh hour and what truly astounded us was that they had already set out backup plans. They set up virtual visits with venue options, had quotes ready, and had already checked with our other vendors about being able to work with the new venues - all before the end of the same business day. They took a nightmare situation and made it right again.

Rajeev has been an excellent resource in negotiating with our vendors and making sure we were getting what we paid for. On the event day-of, Rajeev and Ambika became more like our own appendages rushing about making our vision for our wedding come true. They handled every problem that arose with their calm demeanor (and expertise in the field).

Ambika and Rajeev really respected our vision, took it seriously and ran with it. A couple of weeks before our wedding day, on a conference call with the decorator, I said "I want the wedding decor to be no less than perfect, don't make me cry on my wedding day". Ambika responded "if the bride cries, I will cry! So, let's make it perfect!" This really speaks for how much they care about their clients and the heart they put into their work.

We went from "settling" for a down-sized COVID wedding to having our dream wedding within the same budget. I couldn't be more happy about our choice in wedding planners and give them our highest recommendation. They truly are masters in their craft (and genuinely good people!)

Unmatched service

Bride: My wedding day was absolutely perfect, in large part due to the efforts of Rajeev and Ambika. They were vigilant dealing with ALL logistical matters, and took a substantial weight off of my family leading up the wedding festivities. COVID weddings are tough – there are many additional legal and logistical details that must be considered to ensure a safe celebration. Even though our wedding was a relatively small event with only 30 guests, it would have been incredibly difficult without their help. Assistance from the Uthsaav team was crucial! Rajeev and Ambika exceeded my expectations and I recommend their team whole-heartedly.

Bride’s sister: In order to plan a wedding in 10 weeks, you need consistent, reliable, and proactive support. That is exactly what Uthsaav provided in the short time leading up to my sister’s wedding. I particularly valued their tendency to take initiative; for example, they asked vendors the questions that we didn’t know to ask and they texted/called when we inevitably forgot to sign a contract or make a payment. Not only can you trust them to execute your own ideas, but you can also trust them make good decisions on your behalf when the entire bridal party is running around. I wanted everything to be perfect for my sister; Rajeev and Ambika did everything they could to help me make that happen, and then encouraged me to have fun.
