Memorable Experience!
Choosing Uthsaav for our son’s Hindu Rituals & Blessings was truly the best decision we made. From our very first consultation, Rajeev and his team were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life.
On the day of the event, everything was executed flawlessly. The décor was breathtaking, the flow of the rituals was seamless, and every detail was handled with such care and precision. Our guests are still raving about how beautifully organized and memorable the entire celebration was!
What sets Uthsaav apart is not just their creativity and expertise, but the peace of mind they give their clients. Their proactive communication, meticulous planning, and supportive team made the process completely stress-free. Uthsaav Events was the best thing I needed for my wedding. Rajeev uncle was there every step along the planning process to help me make decisions and guide me thanks to his extensive knowledge about the wedding industry. I definitely could not have planned my wedding without them. They helped me pick and sign vendors, coordinated vendors so everything ran smoothly, and took care of everything we could have possibly needed on the weekend of our wedding. Without Uthsaav’s help, our wedding weekend definitely would not have been as seamless and memorable as it was and we cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend signing with Uthsaav for your wedding as working with them is like working with family—they truly care about you! -

Rajeev was absolutely incredible as our wedding planner. From day one, he made everything feel easy and stress free for our 2025 Memorial Day weekend wedding. He joined me for venue visits, attended vendor meetings to stay in the loop, and kept in constant communication with the hotel staff and all our vendors to ensure every detail was handled without us ever having to follow up. His knowledge of the wedding industry, along with his insight into what to expect and plan for, was invaluable. I truly could not have done this without him.
Throughout the planning process, Rajeev met with my spouse and me several times, always listening closely to our wishes and offering thoughtful ideas we hadn’t even considered. Those conversations made it clear that he genuinely understood our vision.
His team was equally amazing. They worked seamlessly together and always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Thanks to their organization and preparedness, the entire wedding weekend ran perfectly. Both of our families were so appreciative of being able to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.
Because of Rajeev and his team at Uthsaav, we were able to be fully present and savor every moment of our wedding day knowing everything was under control.

Rajeev and the entire Uthsaav team were incredible to work with for our wedding weekend! Rajeev’s calm demeanor helped us navigate the unfamiliar process. From our very first phone call Rajeev was able to take our half-formed ideas and give us a clear picture of what our wedding could look like. We had clear and regular communication and he took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. Spencer and I do not live in the Triangle NC area, so Rajeev ensured every NC trip we made was time well spent. When we lost our venue about 8 months before the wedding, Rajeev moved multiple events to two different venues and make sure our planning stayed on track. He also helped us recreate our vision with our new venues - his idea to incorporate a traditional South Indian banana leaf lunch became the highlight of the day for our guests.
Uthsaav’s pre-existing relationship with all of our vendors also ensured seamless communication between all teams. Rajeev, Ambika, and Ramya were incredibly supportive leading up to and during the wedding events, coordinating with our friends, family, and vendors to make sure everything was where it needed to be. They also thought 2-3 steps ahead to avoid issues and change plans as neeed. Their deep knowledge of each aspect of South Indian/Tamil weddings put my parents at ease and let us focus on the ceremony itself. During each event, the whole team made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we got to eat plenty of the food we spent months picking out! We felt very supported throughout the entire process and could not have imagined planning this wedding without Uthsaav. We can’t thank Uthsaav enough! -

Rajeev uncle, Ambika auntie, and the entire Uthsaav team were incredibly helpful in making our dream wedding and reception come to life. In the 1.5 years between our engagement and the wedding, they guided us through the big picture items, including how to decide on the right vendors based on our wedding vision. Even when they were in the midst of their own busy wedding season, Uthsaav still took the time to meet with us virtually and always provided clear recommendations, which we truly appreciated. Once we were four months out from the wedding, they regularly met with us, our vendors, and the venue coordinators to ensure that everyone was on the same page. In particular, their intimate familiarity with each aspect of our traditional Hindu ceremony was invaluable. They clearly identified potential pain points and prepared for them accordingly to minimize any issues on the day of. One of our guests even told us that this was the most “on time” Desi wedding they have ever been to! Thanks to Uthsaav's preparation, professionalism, and genuine care for our best wishes, we were able to fully enjoy our entire wedding day stress-free. Thank you Uthsaav for making our special day absolutely perfect! -

We are so glad that we chose Uthsaav Events as our wedding planner. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, Rajeev was willing to meet with us any time we needed. His ideas and suggestions were always incredibly helpful and we felt we left each conversation with more answers than questions! Rajeev’s experience really came in handy when we unfortunately had to relocate our wedding with 10 days notice; due Hurricane Helene, our venue and plans in Asheville were no longer feasible and we needed to move to Charlotte. His connections to vendors in the area, experience with multiple venues and vendors, and most importantly his calm and collected personality made that stressful transition as seamless as possible. He and his team were proactive and willing to step in in any way that was needed throughout our wedding weekend: they helped cut and serve cake when the caterer was backed up, coordinated with venue staff while we were busy getting ready, and made sure we had a plate of food for each of our events! Every interaction with the Uthsaav team was pleasant and productive. We would highly recommend Uthsaav to anyone beginning their wedding planning journey! -

We had the pleasure of working with Rajeev and the Uthsaav team to plan our October 2024 wedding weekend. Rajeev helped us organize our vendors, timelines, and event layouts. He is very organized and kept track of details that we had not even thought of! Leading up to the wedding weekend, he was easily accessible and scheduled weekly meetings with us and our families to make sure every detail was planned out. During the wedding weekend, Rajeev and his team worked around the clock to make sure that Kunal and I were taken care of, and they handled all the coordination and timings of our vendors, so we (and our parents) did not worry about a single thing! Kunal, myself, and our families have received many compliments about how fun and well organized our wedding weekend was. The best compliment was that there wasn’t a dull moment the entire weekend—we couldn’t have done it without Rajeev by our side!

The Uthsaav team helped make our wedding reception such a special event. They made the logistical coordination smooth and stress-free. Uthsaav has valuable experience and rapport with multiple reception related vendors (i.e. DJ, MC, caterers, decorators) in the RTP area which was a great help. They provided their expert recommendations and also made space to support our vision for the event. On the day of the reception, the Uthsaav team was present and supportive in facilitating the event. They made sure the event was flowing smoothly and that both of us (bride and groom) were well cared for. Highly recommend - five stars! -

Uthsaav did a tremendous job at our wedding. Despite hurricane Ida and our original wedding venue getting shut down, in less than 12 hours we were able to situate a new venue for the wedding. Team Uthsaav helped us make sure vendors and guests were informed of this change.
Team Uthsaav are patient, detail oriented, creative, and accommodating.
Ambika aunty my event manager is one of the best in this events field and handled everything from out-of-state despite the event held in NJ. You will be worry free and not disappointed so go ahead and book your next event with Uthsaav! -

Amazing Coordination of a Beautiful Ceremony
A huge thank you to our wonderful wedding planner, our very own Ambika Aunty, co-founder of Uthsaav Wedding and Event Planners. She made it incredibly easy to plan our day from out-of-state. From coordinating everything between multiple vendors she recommended to systematically creating helpful checklists/spreadsheets, we barely had to worry about anything!
