I cannot speak highly enough about our wedding planners who exceeded every expectation we had. From our very first meeting to the last dance of the evening, they demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication and creativity. They not only understood our vision but enhanced it with their expert suggestions, transforming our ideas into a reality that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. I have absolutely no words to describe how incredibly happy and grateful my husband and I are that we chose Unruffled as our day-of coordinators for our wedding. From start to finish, Emily and her team were nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing them was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.
From the moment Emily arrived, she took charge with such grace and professionalism. She made sure everything was perfectly on schedule, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and every detail we had planned came to life flawlessly. What truly stood out to us was how attentive she was — not only to me but towards the whole bridal party. She checked on my family, made sure the groomsmen were set, and ensured that everyone felt cared for.
There was even a moment right after our church ceremony when it looked like it might rain. I started to panic, but Emily immediately stepped in — calm, reassuring, and so composed. She told me rain was a sign of good luck and helped me see things in a more positive way. Her presence alone brought me peace. She reminded me to stay in the moment, to breathe, and to enjoy the day we had worked so hard to plan.
Emily and her team handle everything with professionalism, warmth, and they managed every single detail to be perfect. They made sure my husband and I could truly enjoy every minute of our day without worry.
Now that we’ve received our wedding photos, I can’t help but relive each magical moment — and it’s all thanks to the calm, organized, and loving energy that Emily and her team brought to our day.

I truly cannot imagine our wedding without Emily and Kritzie. From the moment they stepped in as our month-of planners, everything started to fall perfectly into place. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed—from the stunning decor to the seamless timeline—and the day felt completely stress-free because of them and their incredible work.
Their warmth, positivity, and attention to detail are unmatched. Emily and Kritzie weren’t just organized and professional, but they made us feel genuinely supported every step of the way. While Kritzie worked closely with the venue to ensure every setup detail was perfect, Emily stayed with me and the wedding party, helping steam dresses, answering questions, and making sure everyone was calm, happy, and ready to go.
Their communication with the venue and outside vendors was a game changer and took so much off our plate during the chaos of wedding planning. We were actually able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew everything was being handled with care and expertise.
Our wedding wasn’t just an event; it was an unforgettable experience for us and our guests, and it was all thanks to Emily and Kritzie. They are the best duo you could ask for, and I don’t know what we would have done without them. If you’re looking for planners who are absolute pros and also bring genuine heart and joy to the process, do yourself a favor and hire them. We’re forever grateful—and can’t recommend them enough! -

Emily, Kritzie and the entire Unruffled team were immeasurably helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding and organizing a thoughtful timeline and coordination with all vendors. I was most impressed, however, with how they took care of us on the wedding day. I've never felt so supported and taken care of. The team helped everything run so smoothly. But mostly, the team was so thoughtful (for example, bringing us a sampling of all apps at the cocktail hour since we weren't able to circulate easily). I can't think of a single thing I wish had gone differently! -

Hiring Veronica for our wedding as our Day of Coordinator was the best decision that we made during the 27-month wedding planning process. From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn’t find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues – such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time – and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding – that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our ‘vision’, since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn’t think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn’t see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d’, and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable – and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn’t have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does – which is making sure your day is amazing. She is professional, great at communication, and she makes you feel safe. You can trust her completely, and know that your day will be in the best hands possible. -

My husband and I hired Veronica as a day-of coordinator. I had wanted to do most of the planning for my wedding myself, but wanted someone else to handle the logistic and last minute details of the actual day of the event. Veronica stepped in about a month before and confirmed everything with my vendors, made suggestions (all of which I took - she knows her stuff!) and coordinated the day so well, including some hiccups. My husband and I had the absolute perfect day and Veronica and her assistant were a huge part of that! Would recommend her services for Day-Of to full planning for any future wedding. -

Simply perfect
Veronica is simply amazing!! She went above and beyond for me. From dress fittings to floral mock ups and postponements. Veronica was there every step of the way. If you are even considering hiring someone, Unruffled is the way to go. I cannot wait for the next party, so I can work with her again. -

The best decision I ever made for our wedding was hiring Veronica. We booked with Unruffled way before the pandemic for our March 2020 wedding. I would have given her 5 stars then and I wish I could give her 10 stars now. The way she helped me re-book all my vendors for our rescheduled date of Nov 2020 AND THEN helped us pull off our covid friendly ceremony while re-booking our reception a second time for 2022 was seriously remarkable. I could not have survived the day without her. If you were ever on the fence about booking a wedding planner, do it! -

Veronica was the reason I didn't have a nervous breakdown every single day. She would check in on me, more frequently as the day got closer, and she was ON HER GAME when it came to vendors being on their game. The day of, she would have a drink in my hand when I needed one (but not let me overdo it), my lipstick in my hand when I needed a touch up, and always make sure everything was running smoothly. I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT HER. -

Veronica was by far the best vendor I worked with. She was my day of coordinator ( really a month of coordinator), and she absolutely went above and beyond what you could expect for a coordinator, especially because she was so reasonably priced.
Leading up to the wedding she made sure I did everything I was supposed to do, helped me make decisions, answered every email and text from me immediately, helped me plan out all the logistics of a huge wedding with a lot of vendors, made myself and my bridal party an easy to follow day of timeline, made sure my bridal party stayed on schedule. Honestly she was the only reason I wasn't late to my own wedding!!
She made my wedding run so smoothly, even when my MOH ripped her dress and I got a grass stain on mine! If there were any problems I didn't even know about them because Veronica took care of it.
I didn't have to worry about anything at all on my wedding day! My husband(OMG!!) and I were able to just relax and enjoy the day thanks to Veronica -

Amazing all around
Veronica was truly a blessing to me! She was on top of every vender to make sure all payments were made, everything was in order for what we wanted, and made a time line for each vender! She set up the cake table and card tables, and made sure everything was perfect before all guest came into the barn. She offered to come to my last dress fitting to learn how to bustle my dress, she was there for rehearsal, and day of minus a few things that were totally out of her control it was perfect! She is so professional at what she does, how she speaks, and just overall a wonderful person! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be for pictures and that my husband and I always had a cold drink in our hands. I will definitely be hiring her again for any other big parties we have!! I rate her 10/10 -

Unfortunately, our experience with these wedding planners was very disappointing. From the start, they appeared unorganized and often confused, which only added unnecessary stress to our big day. Despite clear communication and specific requests, they frequently did the opposite of what we asked and failed to follow through on important details. It felt as it was their first wedding.
We felt like we couldn’t rely on them for anything meaningful — they were not helpful to us as brides and did not take initiative when it mattered most. For example, they didn’t greet or direct guests as we had planned, leaving people unsure of where to go. Several items and setups we had specifically requested were either missing or not prepared, which was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, we felt let down by the lack of professionalism and follow-through. We cannot recommend these planners based on our experience.
