TLDR: An attention to detail and indomitable spirit to make your wedding day feel like it's in the best of hands! Kris stepped in at the last minute to help me out and I couldn't have picked a better person to take over.
The Deets:
I finally reached out to Kris about a month before my wedding and I was just a total wreck. There were too many moving parts, too many emails, too many things to follow up on and just NO time between work and life to handle it all. Kris calmly talked me through things to figure out where I was at, what my vision was and what was left to do.
I really would not have gotten through that last month, or even the day of, without her. She took over setup of my DIY photo booth and this balcony space I just didn't know what to do with. Kris made that space and photo booth such an oasis, just what I wanted! Her inventory of props and creative experience created such a fun glow-up and relieved such a big burden from my shoulders.
Kris is organized, communicative and just so much fun to talk to. She took charge of my vendors and communicated with my venue seamlessly. She worked hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator on such short notice and I really, really can't thank her enough.

A dream to work with
Kris at Unkaged Events made the wedding of our dreams come to life. From each stage in the process Kris was so integral and supportive. We had a lot of unexpected challenges in our process (venue change, family drama, etc. and Kris was there for us through it all). They executed my vision in way I wasn’t even able to put into words, they just got it and made it happen! I was especially amazed by the flower arrangements they created (see pictures). It was beyond magical and beautiful. We are thrilled and awed by the work they did. We also received a lot of complements from guests about how organized and well executed the event was and how impressed they were with our planner in particular! We would hire Kris 100 times over.unKAGed events's reply:

Kris helped the impossible become possible. We had a tricky venue, a very specific vision, and an almost entirely DIY wedding. Our guest count ballooned dramatically. She pulled from her background as a festival planner to give us a vintage street fair wedding in the park. She figured out how to thread the needle and pulled it together beautifully! -

Kris Glover-Rasimas is a fantastic day-of wedding coordinator! She met with us at our venue a few weeks before the wedding to help us finalize some details, and helped out a lot with our understanding of the overall flow of the event. On the day-of, she worked incredibly hard in the background to keep everything moving forward and in-line with our vision as we had discussed on a phone call the week before. She even went the extra mile and set up our afterparty at our hotel so that our guests wouldn’t have to lift a finger. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend you work with her for your wedding!unKAGed events's reply:

Kris planned my entire wedding and did an amazing job!! She is so knowledgeable about weddings and trends and other people in the industry. She really took the time to listen to my ideas and requests and worked to make everything we wanted happen, without breaking a sweat. She is the planner you want in her corner.
