We originally met Sandy & Marisa in early March 2019 after getting engaged Christmas Eve 2018. Were from Wales, U.K. and had always said when we got married if would be in NYC but we had no idea where to start.
From our first correspondence with Sandy we were instantly put at ease and we decided on a last minute trip to NY and arranged to meet the ladies whilst we were there. It was a very cold and snowy day but they still took us to 3 locations in Central Park and we fell in love with Cop Cot and set out wedding date for June 2nd 2020 😬 😬
We all know what happened in 2020! I brought my mum to NY March 2020 just before the world shut down and we again met with Sandy. I remember asking Sandy if she thought we’d still be able to go ahead with the wedding and we both thought that things would have blown over by then but she reassured me that if we needed to we could move the wedding.
That’s exactly what we had to do … twice! The ladies kept in touch with us throughout, kept me calm 😂 and reassured us that things will come right and we would be able to travel to get married we just needed to be patient… and so we waited, waited and waited.
We finally got married June 2nd 2022 🥂 in the lead up to the wedding both Sandy and Marisa were always available to answer any questions, keep us updated on developments and met with us two days before the wedding to talk us through the day.
They also liaised with my mum who had a lot of questions 😂 but they were very kind and patient in keeping her happy.
Our wedding day was perfect, having Sandy marry us felt like being married by a friend and everything ran perfectly, the flowers were beautiful, photographs are incredible and we all love Sarah our MUA!!.
We could not be happier with our decision to hire you ladies … your endless enthusiasm and professionalism is what makes us so glad you were such a huge part of our wedding journey. Thank you so, so much for everything.

Our dream NYC wedding.....perfect!
Exceptional….Ultimate USA Weddings have provided us with the perfect wedding ceremony we wanted! After initially engaging with them in December 2019, Sandy & Marisa have made the journey to our wedding day, absolutely faultless. Our dream was to have our wedding in New York City, and we travelled 3,500 miles from England, to have our ceremony at the Top of The Rock. We opted for the Gold Wedding Package and added on the vintage ‘NYC Checker’ taxi, and hair and make up package. Sandy & Marisa are very professional and have a passion for what they do. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they also helped steer us through the COVID pandemic, which delayed our wedding date by one year. It was so worth it, and we would never have changed it. Zuleka, who did the hair and make-up for Nikki, made her feel very comfortable and brought out her natural beauty, with the effect and style she was looking for. The bouquet and buttonholes Sandy & Marisa organized were exquisite. Their photographer, Aaron, made everything so much fun, he captured every moment of our day, even stopping the traffic on Fifth Avenue, to get a group shot in the heart of the city! We cannot recommend them highly enough, and would go through it all again, if we could!
For any bride wondering if they can bring their bouquets home on the plane, the answer is yes! Nikki wanted to have some of her blooms preserved in a resin globe, as a memory of the day. To do this, the company we approached in the UK, said that they could do it if we could get the flowers to them within a week of the wedding. We kept the bouquet in our hotel room, in a large container of water. On the day we flew home, we removed any metal pins securing the ribbons to the flower stems (the pins are considered ‘sharps’, and wouldn’t go through airport security), and wrapped the stems in a damp face cloth, ‘borrowed’ from the hotel. Make sure the cloth is only damp, and not saturated, as there are limits on liquids going through airport customs. We then wrapped clingfilm/shrink-wrap around the face cloth and stems, and placed the complete bouquet in plastic carrier bag, which we carried on as hand luggage, after first being scanned through the x-ray machine. We flew with British Airways, and on our outbound flight, checked with the cabin crew to ask if it was possible to bring the flowers home, and they said it was no problem. It would be worth checking with your own airline first, just to be sure. The border controls at both JFK and Heathrow airports, had no issue with us bringing the bouquet back either!

Exceptional!
We couldn't fault anything. From the organisation, through to the execution - they made it EFFORTLESS.
My husband and I travelled from the United Kingdom to get married in Cop Cot, Central Park and it was magical. Sandra and Marisa were incredibly organised, gave the most amazing advice and most importantly captured our vision beautifully. We travelled half way across the world and they had everything perfect. We never doubted them for a second as their communication was so good.
We couldn't have wished for a better wedding. Ultimate USA Weddings are so professional and reliable. We want to do it all again! Thank you so much for everything.
If you are thinking about getting married in New York City - DO IT! They will 100% not let you down. -

Best wedding planners ever
We originally organised our wedding for April 2020, and due to covid 19 had to delay. We delayed it first until April 21 and then again until April 22. Sandy and Marisa couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating and positive through out the whole experience. They were always available to contact if we had any problems and just made the whole experience easy!
They also organised a photographer as part of the package, he was awesome too!
If you are considering booking a wedding/elopement, Ultimate USA weddings are definitely the best!

Excellent service, highly recommend
we decided to book our wedding with Ultimate USA Weddings after a friend used them several years ago. It was quite nerve wracking being in the UK trying to plan things but we didn't need to worry as Sandy and Marisa sorted everything for us, accommodating our changes along the way and soothing our panic when the clerk meeting nearly didn't happen. Highly recommend them for a New York wedding :) -

My husband and I decided after a long time together we wanted to get married and we wanted this to be small, intimate and in New York. We knew exactly what we wanted. We looked online and the reviews of Ultimate USA Weddings stood out for us. They were so good, we instantly thought we want them to help us organise our day. We got in contact and got a very quick and enthusiastic response. Sandy and Marisa are amazing, so helpful and were always on hand to answer all our questions. They made the process so easy for us. we were able to pick what package we wanted and could personalise it to what we wanted, they helped us pick the package on our requirements. We had a great zoom call with them which was really nice to personalise the service. They gave is really did help to make this day happen. The day itself went like clockwork, we couldn't have asked for a better day, they had it all planned. They are so friendly and make you feel so special and it just helped to make the day so memorable for us. Even after the wedding they kept in touch regarding the photos and our video. Its a big decision to choose a planner to organise your special day, especially when you are not from the country you are getting married in. Ultimate in name, ultimate in experience
I was out in contact with Sandy and Marissa to organise my TOTR wedding from England, UK. Sandy was quick to respond, attentive and made me feel at ease planning a wedding from a different continent.
We had a zoom meeting to discuss how the day would look, the order of service and the legalities of marriage.
Every phone call was followed up with an email detailing every possible bit of information I could need.
My photographer (@aaronalmendralphotography who was AMAZING!) was booked through Ultimate Weddings USA and the day before my wedding I contacted Sandy about flowers and, like magic, the most beautiful white, rose bouquet was ready and waiting for me on my wedding day.
I cannot recommend this dream team enough. -

What a great team for your wedding day! My bride and groom hired them to officiate their wedding and they were so incredible - from the moment we arrived to the moment that we were were done they explained everything that was going to happen right down to the time we were done. I was there to shoot the wedding and this is a vendor to vendor review because of how excellent I thought this team was for my couple.
They were organized, one time and provided direction for the entire time we were with our couple. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Everyone Should Plan Their Wedding with Sandy & Marisa!
I don't think I have ever experienced this level of professionalism from anyone I have ever interacted with in the past than I have with Sandy and Marisa!
My fiancé and I knew we wanted to do something small and intimate with just the two of us in early May or late September to avoid the summer heat. In late February I began to scour the internet and social media for all things Central Park Elopement related- reviews, photos, websites, etc. and began to reach out to various companies for details and pricing. My initial contact with Sandy was in early March, just days before the COVID shutdown. Within just the first few emails back and fourth, I knew I had found the group we wanted to work with to plan our day. Unfortunately COVID had other plans for us as well as many other brides.
After months of waiting to see how the pandemic would pan out, my fiancé and I decided that we were not going to put things off any longer. We reached back out to Sandy in July/August with a million more questions, mostly on how to proceed with all the new COVID restrictions. With each and every correspondence, we were reassured that these two ladies would be there to support us in every detail in the day, even the ones that no one could quite prepare for.
We locked in our October 1 Wedding Ceremony less than 4 weeks out. During that time Sandy and Marisa finalized all of the details to make our day special (location permit, photographer, hair and makeup, flowers, etc.). You can imagine with everything shutdown and everyone working remotely, this posed somewhat of a challenge- but not to these ladies. They both recommended one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at as well as securing us an indoor reservation at an amazing restaurant we celebrated at later that evening.
Both my fiancé and I couldn't have asked for anything more that day! We believe everyone who is planning an upcoming wedding should contact Sandy and Marisa, and then celebrate with loved ones at a later date! The value we received from their package is beyond anything we could have wished for! -

When deciding to look at getting married abroad, we both come to the conclusion that our perfect wedding should take place within New York. We visited our nearest Virgin Holidays branch in the UK to talk over the possible deals and was informed that someone, from a planning company, would get in touch with us in regards to organising our wedding day.
Within a matter of weeks, Marisa contacted us to start the long journey of organising our wedding day and assure that everything would run according to plan on the da. With this being our first trip to New York, Marisa was amazing with providing us both with support and advice on every question we asked (and there was a lot of questions).
We decided, after numerous discussions, to proceed with having our wedding day at Gapstow Bridge in Central Park. Along with our ceremony, we decided to have additional photo's within Times Square followed by a meal on the evening at Quality Italian.
The day after arriving in New York, Sandra met with us both to talk over the our wedding plans, and to put our minds at ease that everything had been organised. Providing details on everything we needed to do before our wedding day.
The wedding day, and trip to New York in general, was perfect for us. Aaron’s pictures came out amazing and we are so thankful towards Marisa for suggesting him.
We both can't thank Marisa, Sandra and everyone involved enough for the amount of work put in to making our time in New York something we will never forget and would 100% recommend using Ultimate USA Weddings. When we come back to New York, we both would love to have a catch up with Marisa and Sandra.

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Marisa and Sandy, from the very get go I felt so comfortable speaking with them and emailing/calling back and forth planning for our big day.
Coming from the UK I thought it would be difficult planning a wedding overseas but they made it seem so easy. If you are after people who are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and who will put your mind at ease, then these are the people you must come to. We have had so many compliments from family and friends saying how well the day went. They were an absolute dream to work with and I would choose them every-time over and over again in a heartbeat! Amazing Wedding Planners
Both Marisa and Sandy were a delight to work with. We weren't sure how easy it would be planning our NYC wedding from the UK, but they made it incredibly easy for us. Prompt response to all e mails, and no issues with making additions to our package and me requesting a change to my bouquet a week or so before the actual wedding. It was lovely to have Sandy officiate the wedding having met her twice before the ceremony. The visit to City Hall to lodge the paperwork accompanied by Marisa was an experience we will never forget and so much less stressful with her there to oversee the process . We wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services. -

My partner and I live in Australia and had booked a 2 week holiday to New York. We had been together for 12 years and spoke about how good it would be to get married while over there... So that's what we did.
I came across their website and sent an email. So glad I did! Communication from both Marisa and Sandy was nothing short of professional the whole way through. They truly are amazing!
It was only my partner and I (no guests) so we wanted something really simple and easy, but still special. They absolutely delivered! We had a photographer in our package, his name was Aaron and he was great. He gave us some direction so he could capture the best photos possible and WOW... we just received our photos and are in love!
It went so quick but it was perfect. We would 100% recommend Ultimate USA Weddings to anyone! -

It’s hard to find a place to start when it comes to writing this review as the service we received just blew us away. Coming from Australia and eloping for our wedding , we didn’t really know how it would go. I found Sandy and Marissa’s site through Facebook and decided to drop them an email. From the get go they were extremely professional, very responsive and nothing seemed to hard for them. Friends and family asked me “is it hard to plan a destination wedding” and honestly when you have a team like these ladies behind you it’s the easiest most stress free event you will have. How many can say that about their day? I instantly got a good vibe from the first email and knew they were the people I could trust to plan our special day. There were emails back and forth and a Skype call which was great as my husband also sat in on that. Meeting the ladies in person when we arrived in New York was lovely. Everything was ready to go and both have very calming personalities. They went above and beyond our expectations on what we thought our day would be. We couldn’t be happier to have met these ladies , and could honestly keep writing and singing their praises. Beautiful women, beautiful wedding and any wedding party would be happy to have these ladies plan their day! -

My wife and I booked our New York wedding through virgin holidays here in the U.K. they put us in touch with Marisa and Sandy at Ultimate USA weddings, which we are now so grateful for.
Once booked Marisa was in touch immediately to cover all aspects of our wedding. She offered support and advice on everything. Met us in the hotel the day before the wedding, then both sandy and her accompanied us to city hall to complete our ceremony.
Everything necessary was taken care of, no dramas, no issues, all faultlessly completed.
Marisa has a great deal if knowledge of New York and was able to provide some excellent recommendations.
We are now back in the U.K. reflecting on our USA wedding and a key part of the day was Marisa and Sandy, both professionally and casually.
We are looking forward to going back to NYC where we will hopefully catch up with our new friends!!! -

I just wanted to ensure Marisa and Sandra get recognized for the job well done! Me and my wife got married last September on the Bow Bridge in Central Park. We loved the packages offered, competitive pricing, planning execution and our amazing photographer (WOW). Even though this Wedding was rather small, there were still many intricate details we would have definitely missed!!! Don't look any further! These are the planners for you. Sandy & Marisa are the most amazing people. We are from the UK and I had A LOT of questions being the other side of the pond. Each and every email I sent was read and responded to efficiently (many websites didn't actually read my emails/queries and just sent me their generic package details and days later). We wanted 620 Loft & Garden but as the venue will only allow by the hour reservations a short time before the date, we asked for a 'Plan B' venue which we could swap over if we got our first choice later down the line. Nothing was a problem, or a challenge. Their constant contact reassures you of everything. I am a Personal Assistant so a stickler for organisation and these two were so on my level. The service you receive is also very personal with how they take you through the process, rather than just being a client, so I had full faith that the day would be perfect .... and it really was. I also have to praise the make-up artist they arranged, Sarah, as she also was fantastic. We honestly can't thank them all enough! What an amazing wedding day! Thanks to Marisa and Sandy for ensuring that our day was perfect. From first contact Marisa was on hand to answer all our questions, offer advice and suggestions and to ensure that the day ran smoothly. Professional, friendly and super organised they ensured that we were fully informed of what was required from us with respect to paperwork and documentation. The suppliers sourced, florist, make up and hair, photographer were excellent and despite not having met us prior to the wedding captured our requirements perfectly. Marisa and Sandra went above and beyond to bring together our dream wedding day. As we live abroad we didn't really know where to start with planning, not being able to view locations and see it come together mean't a lot of trust. I'm so glad we put our faith in them as they really took the time to understand our hopes and what we wanted from our wedding day and they couldn't have done a more perfect job. The whole day ran so smoothly and we were so grateful for them being there every step of the way, even with dealing with the paperwork. We are actually from the UK (but wedding wire wouldn’t let us select this). We booked via a travel agent and at first were hesitant about using a stranger to plan our wedding. However Marissa put us at ease, was 100% professional and listened to what we wanted. Our wedding experience was nothing short of amazing, and our wedding day was perfect thanks to everyone at Ultimate USA Weddings. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of Melissa & Sandy. We travelled from England to New York, and communication prior to the day was regular and they always responded promptly to emails. It’s first class service compared to other NYC wedding companies we looked at, Melissa escorted us down to City hall to obtain our marriage license which we were really grateful for. She was extremely friendly and made us feel like this wasn’t the first time meeting.
On the day itself both ladies were extremely friendly and took all the stress out of the day for me as the bride. I had every trust in them even when the New York traffic caused a minor drama. The ceremony was perfect for mine and my husbands tastes as were not overly gushy people. The photographer they use was incredible, I love every single picture he took so much so that I’m struggling to pick one’s to put in frames around our house as I want to show them all off!
All in all, these ladies are amazing at what they do. Both professional in appearance and manner but also extremely lovely aswell. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us that day. It was perfect. -

Without Sandy and Marisa (as well as their team), our most memorable and special day would not have been so perfect. They are forever family to us and gave us a fairytale wedding I never expected to be so beautiful. Amazing experience with Marisa and her team, I couldn't have asked for anything better.
My husband and I are from the UK and chose to get married in NYC after an amazing trip in 2017. Our travel agent chose our wedding planner to be Ultimate USA Weddings and from start to finish we couldn't have asked for anything better. We got married in central park in august 2018. The quality of service provided was outstanding and nothing was ever too much trouble. As we could not meet prior to the wedding due to us being in the UK we communicated via email and telephone calls. Marisa was always very helpful and keen to help us with any decisions that needed to be made. Marisa always replied to my emails very promptly. When we arrived in NYC Marisa met with us and went over all the details we had previously discussed again in depth and also talked us through the marriage application process. This was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Marisa and the team at Ultimate USA Weddings met and exceeded our expectations to make our wedding day perfect. Marisa met me at my hotel and escorted both myself and my parents to central park. When we arrived at central park the set up of our ceremony was exactly what I had asked for. Marisa took our marriage certificate to the city clerks office to save us the stress and left us in the capable hands of Sandy. Sandy stayed with us as we walked through central park getting our photographs taken. The photographer was very professional and well chosen but Ultimate USA Weddings. The day from beginning to end was extremely well planned. From arranging the flowers to helping us pick a restaurant for our wedding dinner I couldn't fault their professional service and would definitely recommend their wedding planning services. My husband and I can't thank Marisa and Sandy enough. -

Sandy and Marisa made planning a wedding a few thousand miles away so easy. 5 hour time difference made no difference to these ladies. no matter what we asked there was always a quick response. Professional, friendly and humorous all in one. Would I choose ultimateusaweddings again to renew our vows in the future in a heart beat I would. Would I recommend them, most definitely in a New York minute.
