Hiring Nicole to plan our wedding was the best decision we made! She is easy to work with; she follows through on tasks, listens to your ideas, and freely shares her own. She is knowledgable and has relationships with vendors in the area. She communicates well and made sure everyone stayed in the loop. We chose the full wedding planning service, and could not have been more pleased with how easy she made things for us. Thank you Nicole!!! -

Absolutely Amazing!
Nicole was a true joy to work with. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands. She comes with a ton of experience and connections in the Asheville area, which made us feel very confident in her suggestions throughout the planning process. She was extremely responsive and made even our craziest ideas feel manageable and important. If you want someone who has a positive attitude and will make all your wedding dreams come true, then Nicole is your girl! -

Nicole is AMAZING!! Our wedding was a destination wedding so we were really relying on her contacts and expertise with all the details and vendors. Nicole exceeded our expectations!!! She was professional and on top of every detail. She made everything seamless. The wedding was everything we had hoped for. All the vendors Nicole recommended were exceptional and we could not have asked for more. The day of the wedding Nicole worked with all the vendors and went above and beyond for us when we had a family member become ill. We were so blessed to have Nicole! I don’t know what we would have done without her. Every detail was exactly what we had envisioned and Nicole made sure details we had not thought about were taken care of. Thank you so much Nicole!!! She is truly an exceptional wedding planner!! -

Nicole with Two Sweet Sparrows is amazing! We hired her nearly two years before our June 2022 wedding in Asheville, NC. We had interviewed a few different wedding planners but once we talked to Nicole, we immediate connected and knew she was the one. We chose to hire her for her full service wedding planning package and we were not disappointed! My husband and I live in DC so having someone on site in Asheville was extremely helpful. She was engaged from day one by helping us with the budgeting process, connecting us to some amazing vendors, assisting with overall design, and handling all the nitty behind the scene details. She was readily available to answer any questions as they arose and would quickly hop on a call if needed. The weeks leading up to the wedding she would provide regular check ins to ensure our minds were at ease. The weekend of our wedding was smooth and seamless. Nicole handled everything. If there was an issue, we didn’t know or notice. She really helped plan such an amazing event and the party of our lives. We have received so many compliments from guests about Nicole, her attention to detail, and the beautiful wedding she helped to create for us. We are so glad that we had this experience with her and we are even more excited that we can call her our friend! We look forward to seeing her the next time we are in Asheville! I cannot say enough about Nicole. She is an absolute lifesaver! We hired her as a full service planner for our October wedding at the Biltmore Estate and worked with her basically all of 2021 in order to bring our dream to life. She was recommended to us by the Biltmore Estate itself as she not only has worked with them in the past for wedding planning services, but she used to work at the Biltmore Estate itself! She is second to none! She knew everything there was to know about the venue and about wedding planning in Asheville and in general. I truly cannot stress enough how much she did for me. She was available basically any time I needed to ask a quick question or schedule a longer meeting. I am out of state (I live in Florida) and between the distance and covid, this planning could have been a nightmare but she made it actually fun even in the stressful moments! She truly, truly brought our dream to life. All million. moving parts. Thank you, Nicole, we could have never done this without you!! -

After quickly realizing that planning a wedding is an overwhelming experience I met with Nicole and was quickly put at ease by her knowledge of the process and connections. She was always available during the year of planning and helped me with making decisions and staying on schedule. Nicole attended decision meetings with us which helped to put our minds at ease. Our wedding ceremony ended up going over by 90 minutes and she flawlessly got us back on schedule and made sure we got everything in that we wanted to. Nicole was an absolute joy to work with and we would definitely recommend!! -

In a league of her own!
After our initial consultation with Nicole, it was an incredibly easy decision that she should be our planner. She was professional, direct, knowledgeable and she nailed the recommendations for additional vendors. She was always responsive, kind, and diligent throughout the planning process. She really understood what my husband and I wanted for our wedding. It was truly perfect for us. On the day of the wedding, not a detail was missed and she was exceptionally calm, respectful and focused. It put me at such a great ease.
Our vendors also commented, unprompted, that Nicole was one of their very favorite planners, because her demeanor was always so focused and organized. It truly showed. Nicole is definitely is a league of her own and she helped make our wedding day the most wonderful day of our lives. We are forever grateful! -

When selecting a wedding coordinator for our wedding we interviewed a few people. But we knew when we talked to Nicole that she was “the one”. She is easy to connect with and makes you feel like a friend is helping you out. She is positive and encouraging and made sure we had everything we needed for our day to go smoothly. She is responsive and timely and our day went perfectly largely due to her coordination. If we had issues hearing from vendors she would step in and we would hear from them right away. Words cannot do her justice- you will not be sorry if you hire her. Covid obviously played a part and when we wanted to change our date and venue, Nicole rolled with it. -

I cannot quantify how valuable it was to have Nicole on our team. Throughout the process she provided assistance with identifying vendors and communicating exactly what we were looking for. She kept us on track with the planning timeline and gave me the support I needed when I was not excited about the process. Probably her most significant contribution was during the wedding week - she ironed out details that never would have crossed my mind to consider and made sure all vendors knew their role and had everything they needed from us, so that we would not have to deal with it last minute. On the day-of, Nicole had everything running seamless. We did not have to answer any questions or direct any vendors - we just had to sit back an enjoy. Even our guests recognized everything she was doing - we got a ton of positive feedback specifically regarding Nicole's oversight of the vendors and the wedding/reception agenda. This review does not do her justice.... JUST HIRE HER! You will not be disappointed. -

Nicole is amazing!
Just wanted to echo all the already wonderful things said about Nicole! I chatted with a few other wedding planners before I happened upon Nicole and knew she was the one instantly. She’s personable, friendly and caring and just so easy to get along with, which was a blessing after so many awkward phone calls! We were planning our wedding at a distance and relied heavily on Nicole’s recommendations for vendors as we weren’t able to vet them ourselves. Every single vendor Nicole recommended to us exceeded our expectations. As someone who has difficulty focusing on the big picture, I was a bit skeptical of how everything would come together but Nicole pulled it together seamlessly. From managing a pre-ceremony thunderstorm (for an outdoor wedding), to missing rental items, and I’m sure other things I didn’t even know about, Nicole easily handled it all! We were able to have our dream outdoor ceremony and have the best night of our lives with family and friends. We cannot thank Nicole enough!! -

My husband and I live in NYC, and were feeling a bit daunted about planning a destination wedding in North Carolina (closer to all of our family). The first thing we did was look into wedding planners! Nicole came with glowing recommendations from other venues and vendors and we immediately felt very comfortable and taken care of in her hands. Working with Nicole was like having a friend in the business! She was very professional and most importantly on an already chaotic day, she was so calm and poised to tackle any unforeseen challenges. We were planning our Asheville wedding from NYC, and Nicole made what was a truly daunting task incredibly seamless. Her network of vendors in Asheville is top notch, and each of her recommendations absolutely knocked it out of the park. I am extremely particular and had a very specific vision for our wedding, and Nicole went above and beyond to ensure all of my concerns were taken care of. She is honest, realistic, and was a calming force when I started to lose my mind. Not to mention, she's just an all around awesome person. I honestly could not have asked for more out of a planner.
Seeing everything come together so flawlessly on our day-of was a testament to Nicole's talent. Anyone getting married in Asheville would be lucky to have her by their side.
