Made our wedding a dream!!
Wow! Choosing to work with TwoBeWed and Danyett Baxter was the best decision we could have made during the planning process. People have not stopped raving about our wedding - a testament to the talent, creativity and attention-to-detail of Danyett and the TwoBeWed team. As someone who got married during COVID, Danyett could not have been a bigger or better partner to have during the hectic-ness of the process. Brides looking for planners should RUN not walk to TwoBeWed. Simply the best and so talented at customizing vendor choices and wedding design to the couples' vision and budget!! -

Stop, Drop & Book Two Be Wed NOW!
Natalie and the entire Two Be Wed team are absolutely incredible. I know this for SO many reasons, but I think the best way of saying it is this: so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to (even those who had recently gotten married!), and we kept hearing rave reviews of different aspects of the wedding the whole night. The music was perfect! The venue design! The food! The concept! The flowers! The drinks! The paper goods! Even the napkins! The atmosphere! Alllll night, and for weeks after, we heard our guests GUSHING about the whole wedding. Let me tell you what that means: our planner was THE BEST and so on top of it! Two Be Wed coordinated the best wedding we could have ever thought of and made sure it went smoothly and beautifully for us and our guests.
Hiring Natalie of Two Be Wed was easily the best decision we made after getting engaged! From the moment we met Natalie and explained our dream wedding, she understood our vision and did whatever it took to make our dreams come true. She guided us wisely and kindly to other wonderful vendors, and was an incredible advocate, coordinating with everyone on the wedding team to make sure that every single detail was aligned with our dream wedding. When my fiancé became incredibly sick and spent weeks in the ICU, Natalie was a true friend and Two Be Wed supported us through the worst times. They came up with an alternate hospital wedding plan (which we fortunately did not have to use!) and helped us postpone the wedding until the groom was well enough. Our wedding was over-the-top, beautiful, and so meaningful. Two Be Wed made sure to have plenty of coordinators to wonderfully execute all of the intricate moments of the day. Our whole family fell in love with the TBW team for all of their help the entire wedding weekend. Two Be Wed staff are all kind-hearted, competent, and focused on making the wedding day as perfect as possible, while making wedding planning fun and a breeze! We are so incredibly grateful that TBW planned our wedding, we can’t imagine it being more perfect and know we owe that to them! Highly recommend -- the best decision you can make is to book TBW NOW!!

"Day Of" Planner Danyett Baxter was our perfect match!
Danyett Baxter and Two Be Wed came highly recommended from two friends. My husband, daughter and her fiance ALL were impressed by her openness, eagerness to help us fulfill our vision, her ability to problem-solve on the spot, her responsiveness, and her incredible attention to detail. She does all of this with a smile and even-keeled, joy-filled attitude. Danyett was a dream to work with from all perspectives - bride and groom and parents. She said that in 100 weddings she's done in 12 years, this wedding had more "firsts" than she'd ever had in one wedding. It was a spectacular ceremony and party and she helped make everything seamless. When she first gave me her "Day Of" quote, I must admit I had sticker shock. When in the last two weeks of countdown, I said to myself, "Danyett was worth every penny!" We never had to worry about a thing the whole wedding day. She had us covered and we could relish every moment, which we did. Thank you, Danyett! Shara and David's wedding was everything the bride and groom envisioned and came off without a hitch. It truly was magnificent! -

A wedding for the books!!
We (my husband and I) don’t even know where to begin..starting from the beginning, we interviewed about 6 wedding planners before we came across Two Be Wed. From the start when we spoke with Natalie until the end of our Journey with Sava (our coordinator) everything was above and beyond. Sava was such a perfect fit for us!! Sava was more of a friend to us than our actual wedding planner. She was like a member of our family helping us plan everything. She heard our likes and dislikes, she matched us with the most perfect and genuine vendors, she respected our budget like it was her own, she communicated with us from start to finish and even after, she kept us on task and helped us meet our deadlines no matter what, I can seriously go on and on. Everything is in the Details, details, details and Sava totally got that!!
Fast forward to the days of our events (we had multiple wedding events). She was so on top of everything, I as a bride had nothing to worry about and was so stress free because I knew we were in perfect hands. Up until my actual wedding day I had no idea that she had been communicating back and forth with my sister making sure I was ok and everything was on time. On the day of my wedding, she came to the hotel bright and early in the morning to make sure my family and I were ok and helped me get into my wedding dress.
Not only did we love her but our family’s and guests loved Sava as well. All of our guests and family members thought Sava was the cutest and loved how she was on top of everything with a smile. Everything was on time (actually even ahead of time) to the T!
Sava was seriously like a second mother that knew exactly what to do seamlessly and with a smile. Everything she does is with a smile, full heartedly, and with a positive attitude. We are so grateful to have found the Two Be Wed family. I would recommend them a hundred times over. They are the absolute best! Our fairytale wedding wouldn’t have been complete without them!!

If you are thinking of a destination wedding (or even a local one) Two Be Wed are the masters! We had the pleasure of working with owner and wedding planner extraordinaire, Natalie Dawley, for our destination wedding in the Caribbean this year. We didn't want a typical beach wedding but something unique, fun, and classy with a beach destination setting. One of our best decisions was to hire Natalie over a year in advance of our wedding date and she was there for us at all hours of the day to help get through many challenges including a long distance venue and vendors that we would not be able to visit prior to the wedding, a difficult and ever changing guest list, and a hurricane hitting our wedding destination! All vendors suggested by Natalie were top notch and super easy to work with - some of the most creative I've ever seen! She also easily accommodated other vendors that we had our heart set on working with. We do not live in Houston and she made time to meet with us every time we were in town and was accessible every day by phone and email. Natalie traveled with us to the island and made every detail come together so that we could relax leading up to the events. Friends and family are still talking about the stunning decor, touching ceremony and FUN reception! Natalie even brought to us her amazing idea of "Mission Two Be Wed" where she connected us with a school on the island that needed repairs post-hurricane. What a special experience for our wedding party to spend time together giving back before the wedding weekend. Two Be Wed is a must hire for any budget but most importantly for a unique and fun day! After spending a year working with someone as wonderful as Natalie we most certainly call her a friend! -

Hiring Yvette with TwoBeWed was the best decision we made for planning our wedding!! It was apparent from our first meeting how much she loves her job. As we began working together, we saw how much she truly cares about her clients. She always made us feel like a priority and was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She seems to have an endless amount of energy. :) We hired her for day of panning and additional partial planning.
Growing up I did not fantasies about what I wanted for my wedding so I was pretty lost when it came to making decisions and figuring out where to begin. Yvette happily stepped up to the challenge! After getting to know us and our style, she gave us fantastic recommendations...all of which we used and loved! The whole time she was very respectful of our budget. In the beginning, while we were interviewing different wedding planners, we had one lady (from a different company) inform us that we should be prepared to go over budget...which we thought was unacceptable.
The day of the wedding was very stress free for me because I knew I had Yvette in my corner taking care of all the details. I was able to relax, have fun and enjoying every moment! I had several bridesmaids and guest comment on how courteous and on top of everything she was. Worth every penny! -

Sava with Two Be Wed was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. Sava is exceptional! She assisted my daughter one step at a time throughout the process. She was organized, she had amazing ideas, she thought of everything! And, throughout it all, she was happy, supportive, and energetic. Sava was amazing to my husband and I also. And, on the wedding day, she was on top of everything! I am so grateful to Sava for everything she did to help pull off such a memorable and joyous occasion. I would wholeheartedly recommend her!

Sava was my wedding planner from the very beginning. We came to her after having to part ways with our previous wedding planner due to things not moving quickly enough... After booking the venue and having less than 5 months till the wedding we knew we needed a professional to capture our aesthetic and keep us stress free. Words CANNOT express how over the top joyful my husband and I were about having Sava as our wedding planner. She was with us throughout the entire design/booking process, had wonderful ideas to add special touches, and made the wedding day absolute perfection. All of my wedding guests kept mentioning how wonderful the night was and even asked for Sava's contact information for when they get married. Any excuse I have to work with Sava again I will JUMP on it. Thank you for everything :) -

Not enough can be said for the extraordinary professionalism, caring character, smart advice, and know how to get it done shown by Natalie Dawley as our wedding planner. I cannot imagine anyone better. She did so much more for my daughter, the bride and me, MOB, than imaginable. Her keen understanding of what we wanted to do, her imagination, her ideas all melded with ours. Natalie knows the right people (vendors) and they all respect and adore her. That says so much for her in an industry that is so competitive. I feel that Natalie is a member of our family now. That is how much love we all feel for her.If you are going to have a wedding, you want Natalie Dawley in your corner. My daughter's magnificent wedding was everything and more than she dreamed of and in large part due to all of the help given us from Natalie Dawley. If you are looking for the best, most creative, most professional wedding planners in Houston, look no further. Natalie Dawley was an incredible and thoughtful leader throughout our planning process. She provided the information to help my mother and me make well-informed decisions, and she has an incredible network of vendor contacts in Houston. When a rain threatened my tented reception, she helped save the day with a Plan B, that --in the end-- we didn't even need. Two Be Wed really made my wedding vision come to life, and I now consider Natalie a friend! -

My mom and I both agree that Mallory from Two Be Wed was the best decision that we made for my wedding. We hired Mallory for "day of" coordination, but this package includes the planner taking over about 2 months out from the wedding. She was so responsive and kept me on track even before this two months started. She had tons of great recommendations and some vendors even gave me a discount for being a "Two Be Wed Bride." I would recommend them to any bride! She made the wedding day go 1000x smoother! -

I met Natalie Dawley at an event hosted by Mia’s Bridal in January 2016. At the time, I was new to Houston and was very discouraged with venues in Houston. Natalie took the time to chat with me regardless of me even mentioning I would hire a planner. I told her my low budget and she was able to give me 4 options right on the spot. Natalie has a true passion for weddings and did NOT make me feel like I was a budget bride. She genuinely loves what she does for a living and that passion shows. She chatted with me for a while and I walked out of the event with a positive outlook.
I visited all 4 of her recommendations and then followed up with her via email. I knew Two Be Wed is a high end planner but Natalie was able to work with my budget and recommend one of her amazing planners.
My husband and I are from the NYC area and wanted someone in charge of our day. Natalie knew exactly what we meant by pairing us up with Yvette. She was INCREDIBLE! The BEST planner in Houston and the best director of our special day! We would not be married today without Yvette by our side through the planning process. We planned our entire wedding in only 6 months! MANY thanks to Natalie, the Two be wed team and Yvette! WE LOVE YOU ALL!

I live overseas so I knew that planning a wedding in Houston was going to be a challenge. The best thing that I ever did was to select Danyett at Two Be Wed as my wedding planner. Before I made the final selection I interviewed several different wedding planners and I knew in the first 5 minutes of talking to Danyett that she was the person that I wanted to work with. From the beginning she showed that she was very calm and organized which I knew would be a benefit when planning a wedding so far away. Danyett worked with me to create a schedule of when I needed to come back to Houston to visit different vendors. During each of my 4 visits back to the US she made the most of my timing and we got the majority of the wedding planning done during each of these visits. Throughout the entire process Danyett was there with us at each vendor and readily gave her option on styling choices.
The wedding weekend ended up being quite a large event with everyone invited to both the Rehearsal Dinner and the Day after brunch. Danyett helped to coordinate everything. During the week leading up the wedding so many people commented that I seemed so calm, and this is because I had complete confidence that Danyett could take care of any issue that might have arisen.
The entire wedding weekend ended up completely perfect. So many people told both my mother and me that the wedding was the most spectacular event they had ever been to. This could have not been done without Danyett!!!! -

I was lucky enough to get Mallory to help me with my day-of coordinating/wedding planning. I could not have been happier! She was wonderful to work with, very quick with any questions that I had, went over and beyond in helping to pick up all of my items from me for the big day, taking extra meetings, and having many large/awkward balloon's inflated and delivered right before the day of! My wedding would not have been as special without all of the wonderful contacts that she provided me. Always extremely professional, reliable and made everyone feel at ease.
Moments that I was especially grateful for:
-arriving at the reception and wanting our clear tent more opened up (walls removed) - I told her my concerns and she made it happen in no time!
-Immediately following the reception we had gone off to the hotel across the street. Since our credit card charge was too large to make over the phone, Mallory got in touch with us, came to get our cards from us, went back to the venue to help process our payment, and then came back to give us the receipt! Would have been super bummed if either myself or the hubs would have had to go back to the venue after we had already left! -

As soon as I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to hire a day-of wedding coordinator. I wanted to make sure that myself and my family could enjoy the day as much as possible, and that meant putting a stranger in charge. My fiancé was very resistant to this idea, and felt that it was a waste of money. I can't tell you how quickly he changed his mind once he saw Catherine in action. We both agree that this was the best expense of the entire wedding, and worth every penny.
I chose the Day-of coordinator package along with a style and design session, to help refine the look I was going for. Catherine really helped me discover what my true vision was for the day, and was so sweet and patient with me. She also sent a list of recommended vendors based on my budget, style, and vision, and I couldn't be happier with her suggestions.
On the day of, Catherine was incredible. I knew we were in good hands and was able to truly relax and savor every moment. If there were issues, she never let me know. I even got word after the fact that some of my extended family were a bit rude to her (much to my chagrin), and she handled it with grace and dignity. Everything went off exactly how I hoped, I had the wedding of my dreams, and I owe a lot of that to Catherine. If you are thinking of hiring Two Be Wed, I suggest you do so, and as soon as you possibly can! -

My husband and I hired Ashley Joseph from Two Be Wed a few months before our wedding, after our first wedding planner fell through. We already had a venue, a caterer, a photographer, and a band. But we still needed a real plan for the décor, flowers, linens, and other details. Ashley stepped in and did a fantastic job! She was great about suggesting things we hadn't even thought of like antique furniture and other details that really brought everything together, but weren't too off budget. Ashley worked within our budget and our schedule and provided a great deal of comfort and relief.
Shaun and I were comfortable, relaxed and truly able to enjoy our wedding because Ashley had such a wonderful handle on everything. She even checked in on both of us to make sure we had a drink and food throughout the event. It was such a luxury and relief to be able to just enjoy our band and our guests.
I highly recommend Two Be Wed, and Ashley, specifically. She made our vision a reality, stuck close to our budget, and thought of every detail. -

It's simple. Without Ashley Joseph of TwoBeWed; our wedding day would have been trouble. From assisting us put all of our ideas down, and creatively figuring out ways to represent our style, to making sure that I had a tissue before I walked down the aisle (I'm a baby); she was our everything. Every time I turned around, she was either there to answer a question for me due to my inquisitive look, or to hand me an old fashioned; for a groom that is HEAVEN.
Everything on the day of was perfectly timed, and planned out - and her presence allowed us to be truly present; which was a blessing.
Thank you Ashley for everything, and to your husband for being so damn kind, fun, and thoughtful. We couldn't have asked for 2 better humans to be there with us, and for us. -

Emily Tolbert, (Emily Tolbert), was the best. If we had to do another wedding Emily would be our choice as a planner. Polite, efficient, organized, worked very well with all those around her. Wedding was upscale, over 200 invited. We had 10 bridesmaids and groomsmen, but Emily orchestrated everything perfectly, including a large rehearsal dinner the night before. There are literally no words to describe how grateful we are to have found Two Be Wed and most importantly, to have found Becky! She was an absolute Godsend to us and she made our wedding into a reality. I consider myself to be pretty on top of things and organized but after I had pretty much Pinterest-ed every single possible mason jar and flower known to man, I realized I needed some help to keep our thoughts and vision intact.
In comes Becky Mahon Chumchal! From the moment I met her, she put me at ease and was the first person to make me feel like this wedding could actually happen. She was so attentive, super knowledgeable about everything, and gave her input on anything we had questions about. She nailed the look and feel of our wedding, down to the little details. Not even kidding, my mother is still talking about how she didn't have to do a single thing at the wedding except stand there and look pretty - she was THAT impressed. Our bridal party and guests were blown away but how flawlessly and smoothly everything went that night and that they actually got to enjoy the wedding itself!
If you are even thinking about getting a planner or even a day-of coordinator, I would highly recommend Two Be Wed and especially Becky! They are the whole reason our wedding came together so beautifully! She went above and beyond what we had expected and I could not be happier with how our big day turned out! Thank you Two Be Wed! Hiring Ashley Joseph was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made! She went above and beyond her role of "day-of coordinator". My husband's father passed away during our engagement and Ashley helped us reschedule multiple vendor appointments and even came to The Gallery tour with us. She answered my endless questions quickly and thoroughly, and all of the vendors she recommended were amazing!
Our actual wedding day was perfect to us and we thank Ashley for that! It was such a fun, beautiful, happy day and all of our guests had a blast. I am so thankful that the only hiccup I can even think of was that it was raining! Ashley and her assistant worked magic and were always there when we needed something. From picking up a pretty umbrella, to having the curling iron ready after my hair got damp from drizzly outdoor pictures and just being calm, sweet, and awesome! :)
Thank you Ashley for everything. We are so grateful that you were there on our wedding day. I am going to miss coordinating with you. When any of our friends get engaged, we are definitely going to recommend you! -

Ashley Joseph was the most amazing help for me during the planning process of my wedding, and especially on the day of! I had a pretty specific vision for my wedding, which was in the Hill Country near Austin and in some ways non traditional. She totally got it, and was always there for me when I needed help with the best attention to detail, which made the planning process stress free and fun. It was even more beautiful than I had expected and absolutely the best day. I hired Casey Temple of Two Be Wed to serve as a day of coordinator for my recent wedding and could not have been happier with my decision. She listened to my ideas and plans, provided honest feedback and suggestions where need be, carried out all of the details exactly how I envisioned, and made my wedding day absolutely stress free and perfect. It was so nice to have her there to deal with little issues that arose not only the day of the wedding but in the days leading up to it. Our wedding day was completely magical and was literally the best day of our lives and it is all thanks to Danyett and the Two Be Wed team. From the very beginning Danyett was creative, resourceful, professional and totally in tune with our vision. Her talents were key in helping us select a color scheme, hiring the perfect videographers, crafting our ideal menu and so much more. Working with Danyett was like planning with one of your best friends: every second of our planning was productive yet filled with laughter. Perhaps the most crucial thing that Danyett assisted us with was creating the Day-Of itinerary. She literally had our entire day planned out to the minute! It was a relief to know ahead of time, what the day was going to entail for both me and my husband! When our wedding day rolled around our parents, families and bridal party never had to ask us when they needed to be where and all of the day's events went smoothly. I don't know what we would have done on our wedding day without Danyett and Two Be Wed. When I woke up at 7 am on the wedding day in shock that we had left our parents gifts at the restaurant the night before, Danyett immediately responded saying that she was already heading toward the restaurant. This is a prime example of how Two Be Wed takes care of business before you even ask! During the ceremony and reception, Danyett was always by my side when I needed her. From calming me down in the bridal room to helping me bustle my dress, to making sure that me and my husband went home with plenty of food, it was so reassuring to have Danyett there every step of the way. I never thought for a second that anything could go wrong. At the end of this experience, all I am left wanting is another wedding to plan with Danyett and Two Be Wed! Not only are Danyett and the entire Two Be Wed team extremely talented, creative and passionate about what they do, but they get to know you as a couple and they become a part of your family. -

When my daughter suggested we find someone to help us day of....I realized that would be a lifesaver for a working mother of the bride. Catherine was my lifesaver. I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable she was. Had it all under control and when the wedding day came, she was my angel. Natalie Dawley did a fantastic job from the very beginning. Her design ideas and creativity were great! She delivered a 10-12 page "design" book that was very helpful for the florist (I used my own) and me, mother of the bride, as I wanted to do much of the leg work for my daughter who was out of town. It gave us pictures and descriptions , etc. so that we were all on the same page with our thoughts and understanding. She listened to us and was easy to contact and always got back to us quickly. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and exactly what my daughter had envisioned. -

Natalie was amazing! So professional and organized, we could not have managed without her. She was always available to talk to with her calm knowledge and advice. We can't say enough good things about her! Impeccable taste and on the day of the wedding she was everywhere. Our daughters wedding was on our property and there was so much to do on the day of. Natalie and her assistant were helping arrange things outside, as well as organizing the rest of us. (even making extra signs - beautiful handwriting!) She made it all amazing and during the evening she stayed and watched like a proud mum! We love her and would recommend her to anyone. You would be lucky to work with her. Worth every penny. -

I absolutely loved working with Two Be Wed. Natalie really listened and helped me create the perfect wedding. I was planning my wedding from afar, and having Natalie to keep things moving while my husband and I juggled the distance plus work and everything else going on was absolutely pivotal. I worked with Danyett from To Be Wed using their Wedding Day Coordination package. From the beginning, we were highly impressed with Danyett's professionalism. She was always top notch professional and I felt like I could always rely on her to take care of her part. She helped make a seamless team with the coordinator at our out-of-town venue and was instrumental in helping me find many of my vendors. She was available to answer any and all questions I had throughout the entire process. Initially, I was concerned I had paid too much for the coordination services, but as the wedding got closer, I wish I had purchased the entire planning package! You really can't tell during the planning process how valuable day of coordination is, so it wasn't until wedding day it was confirmed the costs were well worth it. I know there are other companies out there that charge less, but I have no idea what I would have done without Danyett on wedding day. Even though we only had the coordination package, Danyett was available throughout the entire planning process (about 1 year), and Natalie even made herself available when I almost had a meltdown because of planning stress. When I switched plans and decided to do an out-of-town wedding, Danyett was still committed. She was very fair and reasonable with extra costs associated with travel and accommodations and additional vendor research not included in the initial package we purchased. Danyett and her assistant (thanks Jared!) were ON IT wedding day! She was always there when I needed something, she took care of all the details, and she made sure EVERYTHING made its way back to us after we left the reception, and she was always pleasant and friendly with everyone, including guests and other staff/vendors. She is also very organized.My only con is that I want immediate responses and sometimes she would respond 1-2 days later (not a big deal at all). I would DEFINITELY recommend Danyett and TBW! She really knows what she is doing! -

Ashley did such a wonderful job with our wedding! We hired her for the day-of and I have no idea how we would have managed without her! She was always extremely responsive throughout the wedding planning process, had immense patience for my countless questions, was full of expertise and advice, and truly reassured me throughout the stress of wedding planning, especially the week of! When Aztec shorted our rental, she left the reception to pick up extra place settings. She and her assistant, Agnes, were always nearby to take care of any requests. Joanna was my coordinator and it was such a wonderful experience working with her! She understood my exact vision for the ceremony and reception and made everything look beautiful. My biggest need was having someone on the big day to plan how everything would go and tell me what was coming up next. Joanna was amazing at that, she would say things like "Okay, we're going to cut the cake in ten minutes!" We went back and forth on the idea of hiring a day of coordinator for at least 6 months before the wedding. Our venue technically had a catering manager who was in charge, but something after every meeting just didn't settle right with me. We did not have the finances for a day of coordinator set in our budget, so I was bummed and thought we couldn't hire anyone and that was that.
Long story short, I spoke with Natalie 2-3 weeks before our wedding (no joke). She made me feel so much better about wanting to hire somebody. I didn't want the stress of the wedding to fall on my mom, or better yet, my mother-in-law because I knew it would. Natalie even knew how much we were hesitant about the money so was able to work with us since the wedding was so close.
Then we met Lauren, our coordinator. She was just as sweet as Natalie was. She reminded me so much of one of my good friends and was just overall like able. I thought it would be difficult to turn over all of my planning to someone I just met. However, Lauren made me feel comfortable, like I knew her my whole life. I didn't have to worry about a single thing those last weeks leading up to the wedding. Lauren made a detailed scheduled and did all of the contacting with the vendors. I would email her the silliest bride-is-getting-nervous emails and she would always answer quickly. There aren't enough words to describe how pleased myself, and my family were with Two Be Wed. I'd recommend them for any of your wedding planning needs! -

Danyett at Two Be Wed played a huge role in making my wedding day PERFECT. Danyett planned my best friend's wedding in November 2011, and after seeing her in action it was easy to decide who to call as soon as I got engaged the following year. She is full of ideas, has great connections, and is super laid back and fun to work with. She is very accessible and was never bothered by my countless emails full of planning questions. Several of the vendors that we used were recommended by Danyett, and they were all wonderful to work with.
On wedding day, Danyett was so supportive that I literally had not one thing to worry about the entire day. My mother, who was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner at first, now says that she couldn't imagine not having Danyett to depend on throughout the entire process. She was truly a pleasure to work with. -

Natalie, the owner of Two Be Wed, is AMAZING! Words cannot explain how instrumental she was to making my big day everything I imagined it would be. My husband and I and our entire family loved her. I was planning my wedding from New York so it was especially important that I was able to trust someone to carry out my vision in Houston. Natalie was not only great at understanding what I wanted (and I am very particular), she was creative and had wonderful suggestions and feedback and thought of things I didn't and paid attention to the tiniest detail. I also wanted to incorporate both Pakistani and western wedding elements, and she is very familiar with fusion weddings and weddings from different cultures. I was using several different vendors instead of one in-house service for the various elements of my wedding and had three different events, so it was only because I trusted her so completely that I was able to relax and enjoy myself at the events. Natalie will completely reassure you and put you at ease. Throughout the wedding itself, she made sure my husband and I had food to eat, deserts packed away, and enough water and she left a wonderful impression on my guests. In addition to being extremely professional, she is a wonderful person to work with and so thoughtful and warm. If you are looking for a wedding planner in Houston, I cannot more highly recommend working with Natalie. -

I cannot sing Two Be Wed enough praises. Natalie and the team she has at her disposal are above par.
Let me just give this one tip to future brides...get a planner. Even if it's just the day-of. The only way you'll be able to enjoy the day to its fullest is to have a hard working planner at your disposal. I didn't stress, I didn't worry about a thing, Natalie took care of everything. Even when setup began at the venue, I realized I forgot to bring the framed pictures of us. Natalie went out last minute, coordinated with the photographer to get the pics, had them printed and bought frames that totally matched our design theme.
Even my husband (who I had to convince at first that we needed a planner) said on our honeymoon that he was so thankful for Natalie. He said it was awesome to see her snap into planner mode, take charge, get everyone in order and make things run seamlessly.
Also, the unique thing about Two Be Wed is that they also have a sister company in Recollection Vintage. We rented all of our decor from them and they did a fabulous job.
If you want the months leading up to the big day to include restful sleep, hire Two Be Wed! -

I was extremely happy that I chose to work with Two Be Wed; specifically with Ashley Joseph. I knew there was a huge challenge ahead of us as my husband and I live in Seattle and would be having our wedding back home in Houston. Ashley took care of us every step of the way. She understood our style and found us the best vendors that met our budget and were able to make our day special. Living in another state from your wedding brings so many challenges and we knew some decisions would be tough to make. However, Ashley never missed a beat. She was able to easily get all out questions answered from vendors, give us her honest advice and support and even visited with vendors to ensure we were getting that "perfect shade of pink." Every detail that mattered to us, mattered just as much to her. Aside from the challenge of living in another state, the main reason we considered working with Two Be Wed was that we needed someone to take care of all the important details on the big day. We didn't want ourselves or our families to have to stress after spending months of planning. It was crucial to have someone to take care of vendors, set up, clean up and make sure we were on track. Once I stepped into our wedding venue on our wedding day, I knew I would have never been able to pull it off without Ashley and Two Be Wed. Our wedding day was exactly how I imagined it. Originally, when thinking about hiring a wedding planner, I thought it was unneccesary. I am a big planner myself and thought I could go through the Big Day myself. We had somewhat of a complicated wedding ceremony, including two religious ceremonies, choreographed first dance, flamenco performance, etc. The entire wedding day itinerary was planned in 5 minute increments and to everyone's astonishment, Danyett and her team made it possible to stay on track with the schedule, while being tactful and caring at the time. I do not know how we could have gotten through the day without the help of Danyett and her team. I had a slew of people approach me and tell me that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended, and I know it would not be possible without Danyett. So I wanted to express my sincere gratitude from myself, my mom, my bridesmaids and groom and his family for helping to make our dream wedding a reality!! -

Natalie & Ashley from Two Be Wed are the best in Houston. When I began the wedding planning process, I issued an RFP to the marketplace for full service wedding planners and conducted phone interviews with those that rose to the top -- TBW was ultimately who we decided to work with. Their level of service relative to cost is extremely competitive in the market, and we ultimately were very happy with our decision to work with them for the big day. I was a working, out of town bride, and they were extremely easy and flexible to work with, adapting to my preference of handling most communication via email and in the evenings, when possible. They had the best recommendations for other vendors, most of whom we were extremely satisfied with. In a particularly frustrating situation, they stepped in & handled everything, so that I didn't have to, which was beyond expectation & greatly appreciated. Ultimately, the event was above & beyond our greatest dreams for the wedding, and we couldn't have done it without their assistance in the vision, planning & execution from the get-go. I would highly recommend Two Be Wed to everyone! -

Yvette was not only an excellent wedding coordinator, I would say she is just a wonderful individual in general. It never seemed like she was just doing her job, I felt like this is someone who has known me for many years and helping me to execute my wedding to my liking. It’s hard to find a geniunely sincere and caring person therefore when I found that in Yvette along with her strong work ethic, I was very impressed and continued to be impressed as the days went. She had many wonderful ideas and suggestions for vendors whom we had not booked yet. Though I did most of the planning myself, I hired her 1 month before the wedding and she honestly did an amazing job. I only wish I had discovered her prior to and took the entire package. I was able to take it easy the day of the wedding knowing she had thought of the logistics for the day and would be there to work out any last minute concerns that came about. I loved her sense of style therefore I could throw ideas at her and with ease take what she suggested. Coordinating and thinking through all situations that could occur in a 420+ people wedding is no easy task but Yvette was able to do it MAGNIFICANTLY. -

We hired Two Be Wed to provide "Day-of wedding" coordinating services. Yvette was our coordinator. She is very easy to work with and very professional. She helped us stay on top of our vendors and made sure we had all the necessary things in order to have our wedding day run smoothly. Besides the usual wedding jitters I did not experience any stress. I would definitely recommend Two Be Wed and Yvette to my friends and family. -

We hired Two Be Wed to help with vendor negotiations and day of planning. Yvette was amazing! She helped us stay on track and made sure we had everything ready before the wedding. On our wedding day, we got so many complements about how perfectly everything went... and it's because of how well organized Yvette was! She directed the placement of the decor, set up our sand ceremony, dealt with all the vendors, and did just about everything else so I didn't have to worry about anything. I was able to relax, get ready in the bridal suite, and have a fantastic night! We weren't sure of the value of hiring a planner initially, but it really was the best thing we did... we couldn't possibly have done everything ourselves and been able to enjoy the wedding at the same time, not to mention that we simply don't have the experience that Yvette brought to the table! -

My daughter got married at The Bell Tower on 34th last Saturday, September 17th and Yvette Valdenegro with Two Be Wed was my daughter's wedding planner. She was amazing ...I highly recommend her. I used to work as a conference/seminar coordinator and know the process of putting large events on and thought I could have done it myself but when it is your daughter things change. There is so much going on and it becomes a blur and there is so much to do. Having Yvette handle everything from vendor source information to working with the vendors from beginning to end to handling everything on rehearsal day and the day of the ceremony (and I mean every little detail) it was worry free and I totally enjoyed the day. She was very professional and because of her my daughter had a fairy tale wedding. Just about every guest commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. I owe this to Yvette. You won't be sorry....she is definitely a must! -

Wedding coordinators are a must! We hired Nataly for the day of and it was definitely one of the best choices we ever made. My mom thought I was nuts for hiring a wedding coordinator, but she sure was thankful when the day came. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Nataly took care of all the issues that arose. And she's such a sweetheart! -

Danyett was my coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. I do not have enough wonderful things to say about her and her assistant. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. In addition to making sure everything worked out perfectly, she waited on me, the groom and our families the entire night. Every time I needed her for anything she was always within an eye shot of me. During the planning phase she was extremely organized and responsive. She provided wonderful suggestions and would help me to make decisions. She is well worth the money. She truly made my day!! -

Natalie is very professional, hard working, easy-to-work with, assertive, and courteous. She always replied to our emails the same day and went out of her way making sure everything was perfect to the fine details on my daughter's wedding day. Regardless of our repeated requests for her to slow down and go home early due to her eight-month pregnancy, she still energetically worked and stayed almost until the last hour. I would also like to mention that her assistant, who is as wonderful as she, stayed with us from the beginning until the end. We were able to fully enjoy Michelle's wedding day without having to worry about anything at all.

We worked with Sava Sipe at Two Be Wed. We were very unsure about how to plan and wedding and what to do. Sava made the process easy and fun, she texted us and reassured me in my nervous moments. She was so supportive. She caught the vision for our wedding and made it the best day of our lives. Sava is loving, kind, and organized. Even my father who is very conscious of money and was skeptical at first said, "Sava was worth every penny!" I am so thankful for Sava and her team. I LOVED my consultation appointment with Two Be Wed. Danyett was amazing! We decided to use Two Be Wed for day-of consulting for our Austin wedding thinking that it might relieve a little stress. We quickly realized that there were tons of details that hadn't yet been considered. Among other things, Danyett prepared a minute by minute itinerary and made sure that all of my wedding accessories made it from Houston to Austin. My wedding planner was Yvette from Two Be Wed. I think that I did not take enough time at the beginning to truly find a planner that I clicked well with. Yvette had worked at my venue before so it was very convenient to go with her, but ultimately we didn't click. I am type A to the max especially when it comes to wedding planning, and she is much more go with the flow. She is also extremely busy in her life. I just feel like I paid a lot of money basically to have her and her assistant help on the night of the wedding. Granted my contract was not to hold my hand through everything, however even on the wedding night she was often not anywhere around me. I had expected (though not communicated with her) that she would be close by at all times in case I needed something. For instance, time to toss flowers, my toss boquet is not where it was, she is no where to be found, and all my guests are looking at me because the MC already announced it. Finally she emerged from the back room, I ask her, and she says its in the back somewhere and she will go get it. Sigh, I just would have wanted to plan and communicate about more details in advance. But live and learn. My advice is just don't setttle on the first planner you meet, talk to a few until you feel the click. -

Bride & Attendants Loved Her; MOG/Bill Payer, Not So Much
Two Be Wed
I will start by saying that the bride and her attendants all loved their experience with Lauren at Two Be Wed. I will follow that by saying the positive experience did not extend to me as MOG or as the person paying the bills. The requests I made (flower preservation, last-minute printing, and changes to the shuttle bus company) were met at a minimum standard or were ignored – which, unfortunately, by the end of the evening had begun to feel intentional.
Bridal and attendant bouquets were not placed in water and only one spray from the reception made it “home” after the celebrations. We ended up with extra charges to buy replacement flowers to be preserved. Last-minute, week-of drama resulted in bridal tears and interrupted sleep when a last-minute printing of the program led to the graphic file being (incorrectly) determined to be of insufficient quality, rather than sending the file to the printer for them to judge to suitability of the file. When another last-minute change in the shuttle bus company was needed, the schedule put into the contract did not actually allow for “shuttle” service – only one departure time at the end of the evening, resulting in guests being stranded for a significant amount of time while Lauren authorized a change (since my authorization was not sufficient.)
Separate from my interactions/requests for Lauren, the timeline for the day was off. Guests were left standing outside of the reception venue because the wedding mass finished ahead of schedule and some our guests arrived early at the venue. This was doubly unfortunate because the a/c was not properly functioning inside The Astorian. And, I hate that no one came to find me for the "big" reception events like the cake cutting.
Overall, the services provided resulted in reduced stress for the bride and her attendants, even if that was not the case the others involved in the wedding preparations and the big day.

We initially thought that booking with Visit the Venues (now Two Get Wed?) would be beneficial for planning our wedding. While it did provide a timeline and access to Aisle Planner, we ultimately found the process unhelpful. The business model, as we understood it, was to suggest vendors within our location and budget. However, Lorie consistently recommended her friends' businesses, making us feel guilty or like we were making poor decisions when choosing vendors outside of her preferred list, even if they better fit our wedding vision. Unfortunately, the vendors we went with per her suggestion turned out to be the least favorite part of our wedding.
Lorie often seemed unaware of our wedding timeline, assigning tasks like preparing welcome gift bags before we had a venue or guest list. During calls, she referenced things that weren't part of our wedding, indicating a limited investment in our specific details. Overall, the service did not justify the cost, leaving us feeling confused and pressured, as if we were making the wrong choices. We discovered that the wedding industry can be cliquey, and Lorie appeared to fit into that dynamic, endorsing only her favorite vendors and making us feel regretful for choosing outside of her preferred list.

My wedding planner with Two be Wed was Jessica J. I hired her because Two be Wed was the preferred wedding planning company for my venue. Seeing their high online reviews, I went for it. Unfortunately, Jessica was not ready for work. With her expanding family and after recently giving birth, she had no flexibility in her time available to meet, talk on phone, or help with planning. Everything was based around her schedule, her newborn’s schedule and her husband’s work schedule which apparently changes frequently. She was never available for meetings or phone calls before 8 pm. She would not compromise on that despite my schedule which requires morning or early evening times to meet/call. The one time she did try to compromise at my plead for some flexibility from her, she delayed it and then was late joining due her baby and her husband. She didn’t join any of my meetings (even virtual meetings) to discuss with vendors plans and options despite my paying her specifically to help with decorations, floral plans, etc. She made it seem like details didn’t matter and offered few ideas unless I specifically asked or requested her input. The icing on the cake was when she planned to pick up all the reception items from my house the Friday before our Saturday event, so I requested that day off work to be available and prepare, and she a couple days before we were supposed to meet said she can no longer meet me that day unless I drive an hour or more to bring the items to her. She said the only other two options were for her to pick them up a day earlier (the week of our event and during a time that I would be at work) or for us to find friends or family to take the items for her to the reception venue. The entire few months of working with her to plan a single event were fraught with frustration from her lack of flexibility to help her client, her lack of focus and lack of attention to detail, and her inability to see her faults in those areas. She demanded I adjust my schedule to hers and that I meet her needs and needs of her family. It was an unreal experience that all of my friends and family heard about and will never recommend this company or specifically Jessica to anyone. I believe this company is or was good, but there should be some quality control in the planners who are hired and some reimbursement for when planners don’t do their job well. The company owner gave me $300 for a “date night” with my husband as her means to try to compensate me for all the hardship I endured dealing with Jessica’s inflexibility. I informed her that this does not adequately compensate me for all the problems and inconveniences we faced during the planning process. Nothing more was offered from them other than an “I agree, Jessica should have done better” comment.
By the way, the week of our reception, due to Jessica changing the plans at the last minute to pick up our reception items, my husband and I had to stay up much later and scramble to get together all the reception items for her to pick up a day early; my husband had to interrupt his work to accommodate Jessica when she came by to pick them up early while I was still at work; he had to accommodate for her last minute schedule change and so did I. To say it was an inconvenience two days before our big event is an understatement, and she as a wedding planner should know how stressful the week of a wedding is. She acted unbothered by our having to accommodate her needs, her requests, her schedule, and her last minute family schedule changes due to her husbands work and newborn baby’s schedule. -
