Truly Yours, and my girl Jeannie, were AMAZING!!! I honestly don't know what we would've done without Jeannie, we love her 🥹. We worked with Jeannie for over a year to plan our wedding weekend at Casani Estates in central Florida with nearly 200 guests, including our very large welcome dinner for 100. She was with us every step of the way.We had a lot of ideas for our wedding and Jeannie really helped us bring it all to life and make our wedding even better than we could have imagined. We did the full-service planning package and are so glad we did! We happened to be in a very busy stage of our lives outside of wedding planning, and we live in a different state, so having the full-service planning was ideal for us to stay on track and feel extra supported! At first, I was hesitant that working with a planner and even doing full-service planning would make me feel disconnected from planning but that couldn't have been farther from the truth!! It was truly a collaborative experience from start to finish and I always felt looped in to everything going on. It was even more fun getting to work with Jeannie and was suuuch a huge weight off our shoulders knowing she had our back and was making sure everything was perfect the entire time!
Jeannie's expertise made us feel comfortable that every detail was accounted for throughout the entire planning process. She had awesome recommendations for every vendor we could think of and we knew we could trust her judgment 1000% on the quality of these vendors. We're bilingual and hosted most of the wedding in Spanish, and it was important to us that our vendors would be able to easily communicate with our guests. Jeannie helped us make sure every vendor we worked with was able to meet our needs! We were so happy with our entire vendor team, and we credit that fully to Jeannie, her knowledge of the industry, the relationships she has built with vendors of all kinds, and her understanding of our vision and what we were looking for.
On the actual event days, she was amazing at getting everything set up super quickly and efficiently. She was also super great about helping us not feel stressed about anything because we knew that she was handling everything. For the wedding day, we had Sabrina and Samantha also helping us and I loved them too!! They were also super sweet, super helpful, and just altogether a great addition to our team. Our wedding turned out beautiful, as if we had pulled it straight from our Pinterest board and made it even better 🥹
From helping us choose vendors, to giving advice on design and aesthetic, to the helpful tips and reminders to make sure our planning process was always on track, to literally just being fun to talk to, Jeannie is and was all-around a godsend for us. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, funny, a joy to be around, and an absolute expert at what she does.
We recommend Truly Yours with our entire hearts and are so, so glad to have found them. To Jeannie, girl thank you so much for everything we are so thankful for you!! Aside from an amazing wedding planner and coordinator, we are also so happy to call you a friend.
If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Jeannie and Truly Yours again in a heartbeat and we will shout it from the rooftops how much we recommend them!! Words truly cannot express the gratitude we have for our wedding coordinators, Emily and Liz. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement.
From our very first conversation, Emily immediately put me at ease. She patiently addressed every concern and made me feel confident that we were in the best possible hands. Both Emily and Liz were present and attentive from beginning to end, guiding us through every step of the process with professionalism, warmth, and incredible organization.
Our guests repeatedly commented on how seamless and well-organized everything felt. What they didn’t know—and what we only fully realized afterward—was just how much was being handled behind the scenes. Shortly before the ceremony, my husband became very ill, and there was a real possibility that the wedding might not proceed. Emily and Liz managed the situation with such discretion, care, and composure that no one was aware anything was wrong. They ensured my husband was taken care of while keeping everything on track, allowing the celebration to continue smoothly.
Their ability to remain calm under pressure, handle unexpected challenges, and shield us from unnecessary stress is something we will never forget. There were several other situations managed quietly and professionally that we only learned about later. Without their expertise, those moments could have easily overshadowed our day. Instead, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every second.

We were not sure if we "needed" a wedding coordinator but it was highly encouraged by our incredible photographer (B Monroe Photography). We were soooooo glad we did. We did not worry about anything, we were able to enjoy the entire wedding day. I am the mother of the bride so to spend all the quality time with my daughter that day knowing literally everything was being handled was so special. From day 1 to the wedding - Truly Yours made this experience incredible. Genesis is an absolute gem of a Coordinator. She was so sweet and on the ball. Our video meeting going through the timeline was detailed and thorough. Rehearsal was simple and had all of us feeling at ease because we felt confident that the wedding ceremony would go smoothly. And the day of couldnt have been more perfect. Genesis and her assistant Alyssa had my full trust and they nailed absolutely everything. The decor was stunning and they kept us on a perfect timeline to get everything done. I cant say enough great things! Thank you ladies for making my wedding day unforgettable. -

Best decision ever!
I’m so so forever thankful for Emily and Truly Yours!!! My wedding was incredible but also a lot to coordinate, 14 bridesmaids, tons of DIY, in a town where I knew no one, and Emily absolutely killed it. She handled things I needed before I even knew I needed them in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I loved her so much and don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Thankfully she loves to yap, is so easy to talk to, helped me through a situation with another vendor, and is seriously just the best. I highly recommend!!! You deserve to feel relaxed and take it all in on your wedding day and someone like her is how that happens for you!!

Just Do It!!!
Hiring a day-of coordinator was hands down the BEST decision we made for our elopement. My husband and I both have incredibly busy lives with work and everything else, and knowing we had someone we could fully trust took such a huge weight off our shoulders.
Raquel was truly amazing from the very beginning — just all good vibes, calm energy, and genuine care. She made the entire process feel seamless, kept everything organized, and handled details we didn’t even realize we would’ve stressed over. Because of her, we were actually able to be present, relax, and fully enjoy every moment of our day.
We are beyond thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator — do it. It will be the best decision you make. Thank you Raquel!!! -

The Truly Your team were amazing from day 1! My original wedding date was going to be October of 2024. I unfortunately suffered a serious neck injury a month beforehand that required me to cancel my wedding date. The team immediately helped me out with contacting all of the vendors and letting them know of my situation. I was able to finally reschedule my wedding at Sydonie Mansion for December of 2025 which they helped deliver flawlessly. Jeannie was SO great to work with!! The day would not have turned out as perfectly without their help. -

I booked the 3 month package and worked with Karen and Genesis, hands down one of the best investments I made for our wedding . I had done most of the planning , but with 3 kids and a busy schedule I really needed help bringing it all together in the end . We thought we were already a well prepared group that did not need a coordinator, but we ran into had our own short comings like not having a knife to cut the cake! Thankfully Truly Yours foresaw this issue and had it resolved while keeping us on schedule throughout the entire event. In all honesty, I was very hesitant about hiring a wedding planner and only did so because our venue required one. As someone who is very Type A and particular, I have a hard time handing over control to someone else and trusting them with my "vision". However, Ana (and the rest of the TY team) completely changed my opinion. When we first got our detailed timeline I thought "oh THIS is why we needed a planner". I would have been lost without her. Every little thing that I was too occupied to worry about, she handled. Our wedding party included 7 Navy vets and wrangling them is no easy feat, but she did so with ease. Our wedding would not have been a success without her and I will sing her praises forever and ever. Thank you Ana (and the TY team) for making my wedding dreams come true. 🤍 -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisbeth and Karen for our wedding. They delivered on all expectations and more! We received compliments from our bridal party and guests about how professional and easy going they were to work with. They ensured that our big day was smooth and just as we had imagined it to be. That is a credit to how well they prepared. Prior to the wedding we had video meetings, text, and emails. Ensuring we knew exactly what needed to happen for the wedding. They contacted our vendors and made the final stretch of wedding planning a breeze.
One thing that was important for us was that we had a bilingual coordinator as many of our relatives primarily speak Spanish. This was not a challenge for our coordinators Karen and Lisbeth.
Looking back I would not change a thing about working with them. It was a great choice and we had an absolute blast at our Wedding. -

We got engaged in 2023 and booked our venue (The Black Barn) in September of that year. I saw we needed a coordinator and was nervous because I was unsure of how the process would go. I never had a need to worry because this team was EVERYTHING!
Ana was amazing and answered every silly or big question I had, reassured me I was doing great, and checked in with us frequently. I cannot express how much weight was taken off my shoulders just knowing they were there.
Even day of, when things inevitably didn't go according to plan, Ana and the team were on top of it.

Jeannie, our head coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She was so organized, thorough, and genuinely personable. Throughout the entire planning process, Jeannie was there to assist with any questions I had, offering thoughtful advice and suggestions that really helped ease my mind. Every call we had made me feel more prepared and less stressed, which was invaluable leading up to our wedding day. She truly understood my vision and made sure everything was executed perfectly.
One of the highlights was the custom timeline Jeannie created for us. It laid out the flow of the entire day, which gave me a huge sense of relief knowing everything was in place and would run smoothly. 10/10 a wedding coordinator for your special day is a MUST! I don't care what ANYONE tells you; that is something worth spending a portion of your budget on! With that being said, Truly Yours exceeded my expectations and then some. From all of the pre-wedding day client meetings, zoom calls, text messages and emails, our coordinator, Ana, was as much a part of our wedding day as an invited guest! Ana came and did a site visit months before the wedding, and was there for set-up the day before, rehearsal, and ALL DAY on wedding day! We decided on the Partial Planning package which includes 3 months of support from their team helping with ALL aspects of the wedding planning process. From monthly emails that listed out all the things that you should complete in that month plus amazing communication between us and all of the other vendors to a killer day of timeline that included everything that was important to us (+so much more that we didn’t realize should be accounted for when it comes to timing) all scheduled down to the minute for optimal structure and organization. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of our reception, Ileana was attentive, organized, and incredibly professional. The day of, Ileana and Ana took care of every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. Their creativity and dedication ensured that everything went smoothly and beautifully. Their preferred vendors list and experience in the central florida wedding market supplied us with access to the best of the best when it came to finding our other vendors. My husband and I absolutely LOVED choosing Truly Yours as our coordinators. We wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months and had no idea if it could be accomplished… one Instagram search later led us to these amazing ladies! We chose the partial planning and from the start they cheered us on and pushed us to stay on schedule. It was so helpful knowing they were just a text away—and literally I loved that they would text to check in on me! It really helped to know what to prioritize first and they have a checklist for everything. As a DIY bride, they helped me be realistic on what I could accomplish in my timeframe, they gave ettiquete advice for invitations, and they gave us good feedback on our vendors since they know the Orlando area so well. The most relieving feeling was going through the entire day and then seeing an itemized list of what is being brought, who is doing what, and what time everything will occur— it was like all our planning culminated into one solid document! This made the day of the event run so smoothly! On the day of the event, they made sure we were fed and hydrated (lol at this being when my husband cried) and they even helped set up all my DIY items! A wedding is a big deal and it was like planning with a good friend the entire time! We are TRULY grateful for Jeannie, Karen, and the amazing team! -

I feel in love with Jeannie and Karen when I met them through a styled shoot we did together. I knew instantly that I needed to make them apart of my wedding day 🥹…I truly have no idea what I would have done without Karen and her assistant the day of the wedding!! Leading up to the day, Karen provided so much assistance and helped me stay on top of planning and keeping things organizing considering I’m also in graduate school and still working. They took over communicating with our multiple vendors to ensure our wedding day was as stress free as possible. Truly Yours are the kind of girls you need by your side on the most important day of your life! I am in the wedding industry and am lucky enough to have met Jeanie and Karen before even getting engaged. When it was time to pick a planner/ coordinator the choice was easy, I knew it had to be them.
Like most brides ( and being in the bridal industry) I knew I needed them the day of but I thought I could handle everything leading up to it. After our first meeting, I quickly realized how little I actually knew about the logistics of a wedding; it is seriously a production!
My wedding was the most stress free day and I know it's because of how hard Jeanie and Karen worked behind the scenes. These girls are so kind hearted and have the most contagious laugh, having them by my side was the best.
My husband and I will forever be grateful for everything they did to make sure we had the perfect wedding. -

Just Flawless!
My husband and I want to thank Karen and Jeannie for such a beautiful experience and all of the assistance before and after the big day! Planning a destination wedding was nerve racking, and they knew just how to make us feel at ease. We had eloped at a beautiful resort just the two of us, and I honestly cannot thank Karen enough for being there on our wedding day. Her experience was so appreciated as she made sure things went smoothly, made us feel comfortable and made us laugh! We felt excited and prepared because of all of their efforts. Wouldn't have survived without them!!
In the beginning, I was hesitant to book a coordinator. Honestly, if it wasn't for my venue requiring it, I probably never would have inquired about one. I am a type A personality who foolishly believes they can juggle everything all at once. After my first meeting with Jeannie I quickly realized how wrong I was. I needed her in so many ways I never knew I did. Her attention to detail was impeccable. I was not alone in this thinking. Both my now husband and mother originally thought we should have used the money for a coordinator somewhere else. But, after meeting Jeannie they too quickly had a change of heart. Actually, I think my mother loved her even more than I did lol. Jeannie's sweet, charming personality is infectious. She has this warm inviting personality that makes you feel like you are planning your wedding with someone you have known for years.
So, for all my brides who are questioning needing a coordinator, I hope this review helps you realize you are wrong. You need a Jeannie in your life! She is a type A bride's coordinator!!! Thanks to the trust I had developed in her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my entire day (with the help of a little alcohol too). I will forever be grateful. -

10/10!!! Would book again and again!
Truly Yours went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smooth and seamless. We did not have to stress one bit the day of our wedding. We had a huge wedding party, 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen and 150 guests. Truly did an exceptional job running the show behind the scenes! The rehearsal took place the day before our wedding and that was so helpful for our wedding party to understand the run down. Karen did an amazing job staying organized and running the rehearsal.
Leading up to our wedding, they sent us checklist and to-do lists to ensure we didn’t fall behind on our planning. This was incredibly helpful. They reached out to our vendors for us to make sure everyone was on the same page. This took a lot of stress off of us.
When we finally met Jeannie and Karen in person we clicked immediately. They are both so sweet, fun, and professional. Not to mention beautiful on the outside and inside. They were on time for all meetings we had to do 90 days before the wedding. They were adaptable to all requests we had.
We could not have had the wedding of our DREAMS if it wasn’t for their help. We are truly so thankful for them! -

No really they were both precious with their curly hair and they are about the same height! The best thing we did other than choosing the venue was choosing them! They both brought different expertise to the table and were vital to the success of our big day. Jeanie was very easy to work with and professional. Most of the time I was a nervous wreck because initially I wasn’t even sure I had a vision. I didn’t know much about weddings before this at all! She provided such good customer service through knowledge and market trends which helped both me and my husband to feel at ease and less stressed . They both managed the whole process and communicated with all of our vendors. We don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have them. I fully trusted them and put everything in their hands. These ladies made my dreams come true! I had SUCH an amazing experience working with Jeannie and Karen. They’re detailed, organized, and thoughtful. They made everything so easy for me. Each time we met to discuss wedding day details, they were prepared and I felt confident in their ability to execute the vision. The day of the wedding, they were ALL OVER IT. They did not miss a beat, from keeping us on schedule, to ensuring our vendors did what they were expected to do, to organizing the speeches and announcements with the DJ, and taking care of closeout at the end. My husband and I felt heard and taken care of through the entire process and especially on the big day. Muchas Gracias Karen & Jeannie!! These ladies were the perfect day of coordinators for our wedding day. I am so happy we found them. These ladies are on top of things. The communication was wonderful the entire time. They kept me on track with checklists and scheduled meetings. They helped us with pre-planning, coordinating with vendors, and from rehearsal and set up to tear down. They lifted a huge weight from our shoulders and helped us create the wedding we dreamed of. It was an extra bonus that they speak Spanish because we needed bilingual vendors and it was an extra extra bonus that they are TWO hard working ladies! They could divide and conquer on the day of the wedding with all of our various moving parts. I cannot recommend them enough. Jeanie & Karen, were honestly heaven sent when it came to my wedding! From the moment they were hired it was such a relief to know that they were talking so many things off of my plate! My venue kept telling me that a "day of coordinator" came with my package but I knew that ultimately I needed someone who knew my vision specifically, and who would make sure that I was taken care of on the day of. Both ladies worked so hard to make sure that my day was perfect and I can't thank them enough. Truly Yours Coordinator lived up to their name. Throughout planning and especially on the day of, I felt like they were truly mine. Their attention to detail (no matter how big or small) allowed me to be calm and stress and worry free. When I say I did not worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, I truly mean that. I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I was that bride who left almost everything for last minute because I was so overwhelmed with everything and obviously COVID delayed many things. Karen and Jeannie picked me up under their wings and carried the rest of the weight as soon as they were involved with my wedding. They were there every step of the way and went above and BEYOND- (like the time when I decided the day before my wedding that I wanted Mango Mojitos for the wedding, and Karen literally went to the store morning of my wedding and bought the mango juice for me.) My family and guests could not stop talking about the professionalism and kindness they both displayed at my wedding. My day WOULD NOT have been so smooth if it weren't for both of them. My family/guests consisted of Puerto Ricans and Brazilians- tough crowd to get to follow directions- but they both had so much patience and it honestly felt as if they were family on my big day.
The point is here: Are you a last minute bride? Do you decide on something for your wedding, but then change your mind over and over? Are your family and guests a hot mess when it comes to parties? Our experience with Truly yours had its Pros and Cons. Overall they are very responsive and have very great communication throughout the planning process. I was completely confident in them and their ability to make our wedding day go smoothly and I would give them 3 of 5 stars in achieving this goal. When paying a large amount of money for a vendor of course perfection is not practical, however after three very detailed meetings we did expect the details to be executed more smoothly on the wedding day.
We provided a clear seating chart for the front two rows for the ceremony and they were placed in the incorrect order. We do have a complicated family so it might not be a big deal for most, but my family had to move the seating tags around during the actual ceremony to correct this. Also, during the day of rehearsal, Truly did not pay attention to my instruction that the families were supposed to sit opposite than traditional sides and my family was misinformed on where to sit. So when the family that walked in the ceremony got down to the front they were confused. This created disorder for the ceremony. Not the end of the world, however when I addressed this after our wedding by email truly did not mention anything about this in their response.
After our first look we were in the reception area taking photos, and guests that arrived early were being let in resulting in them seeing me in my dress. When one of my bridesmaids brought this to Truly's attention, Truly's response was “I can't keep them outside because it is hot ''. My bridesmaid also brought to Trulys attention that I had made paper signs for them to put up, directing guest to the ceremony site where there was shade and asked if they could put them up. Truly then said it was too windy so my bridesmaids took it upon themselves to go find the signs, tape them up, and stand outside to greet guests and keep them from entering the area where we were taking pictures. Again I didn't want my guest seeing me in my dress yet, and the vibes when my bridesmaids asked Truly were very off.
After the Ceremony, when I entered the reception area I had internal panic because none of the tables were set up, there were boxes filled with items still. Because of the reception area nowhere near ready people were not being allowed inside. The ceremony was very hot for some of our elderly guests and with no bathroom access or a way to come inside and cool off, about 4 of them left. This was also very upsetting to hear and contradicting their earlier concerns. Truly said it was normal to not have the reception area ready at this time. But for tables to not be done, and boxes with trash everywhere was unacceptable. I never got a reveal of the reception area, or to really take in any decor because it wasn't done until almost the end of cocktail hour.
After three very detailed meetings there were multiple things that did not get set up correctly. I spent quite a bit of time making spreadsheets and diagrams of how and where the decorations should be displayed, but there seemed to be confusion about where several things were to be set up. Example, we gave them an inspo pic of how the cocktail tables should be tied, and we gave them strong rope and greenery to achieve this. They did not use the rope and just the greenery, so it was not strong enough to hold and looked sloppy.Again minor details, but when you are paying a vendor for this specifically you expect it to be done correctly.
After the reception we were under the impression the items that were listed/ discussed on the detailed timeline to be put in the trailer would be actually loaded up and not just placed outside. On the wedding wire, multiple reviews stated their items were completely placed in their car. This is another reason we paid for the bigger package, if we would have known it was to only be ‘packed’ and placed in piles and not ‘packed up in the vehicle’ we would have just paid for the cheaper package since my family and bridesmaids had to pack it in the trailer anyway. So something to think about when paying for the higher package, you will still need people to load everything.
I was under the impression they would be by my side all day helping me when I had questions, with me for pictures like seen on their instagram,but it was simply too large of a wedding event for only three team members and unfortunately we did not get this experience. We mentioned all of this to Truly to only suggest that with so many DIY items contracted to set up , maybe it would have been better for Truly to communicate we would need more hands for smoother set up and we could have picked the cheaper option and recruit more people for us to set up properly and how we envisioned.However when mentioning this in a follow up email, Truly dismissed many of the things we mentioned such as not addressing at all the ceremony seating incorrectly, and responded about the items not being set up by saying “typically never ready prior to cocktail hour time at any venue” Their response made us feel as if everything we were dissatisfied with wasn't being acknowledged. As a bride you aren't aware of many of this til after the fact. Many of my bridal party members who have had weddings themselves, and families who are actually in the wedding industry were not highly impressed or satisfied with the events that took place so it was feedback not only from ourselves. So for future brides, if you are a DIY bride and have 80% of the items needed to be set up, you definitely need more than a team of three to set up all the items, attend to family/ guests, and yourself as the bride and groom. Other than that their communication and navigation during the planning process is great. -
