Helped create the wedding of my dreams
Just had my wedding this past weekend at Hart & Main in Santa Clarita CA. Brandi, from Tricia Dahlgren events was our coordinator.
Brandi went ABOVE and Beyond to help me create and organize a wedding that was beyond my dreams. She gets things done, is a joy to work with, an advocate for her clients. She took care of us!
Tricia Dahlgren events are lucky to have this gem of a woman on their team! Wouldn't want anyone else supporting me on the best day of my life! The other vendors that I hired have even messaged me to tell me how much they loved Brandi. Including my friends and family.

Couldn't have done it without them!
Aly and Alma worked my event and were the keys to my wedding's success. They handled the logistics and made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. When the weather looked like it was going to turn the evening of my day, Aly was checking in with me and keeping me updated. She was also communicating with my other vendors to make sure they were aware and able to pivot if needed. She presented me a plan of a potential alternative and gave me time to think it over (this is all happening on the day of my wedding, mind you!). We did end up needing to change our plan due to the weather, but it was completely seamless and went off without a hitch. Alma was also indispensable. She made sure I ate food and always had water and whatever else I needed; so attentive and calm - there when I needed her but knew when to step back when I didn't. The lead up to the wedding was also excellent. Aly helped run my rehearsal and was an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. So responsive and always one step ahead
Tiffany was SO responsive and helpful. She and her team made the day go SO smoothly and she made me feel like i was her only bride. I got multiple comments about what an organized wedding day we had and how it felt so smooth. Tricia Kept the Joy in Our Wedding Day
Tricia and her team were EVERYTHING! I only survived wedding planning and the day-of because of them. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT! And make sure it's Tricia.
From our very first calls, Tricia answered all of our questions and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. Wedding planning is ridiculously hectic, so to know that you have someone in your corner looking out for you is priceless.
On our wedding day, everything went without a hitch and, the best part, I got to enjoy my day! I was anxious leading up to it because I thought I would have to set up or point people in the right direction. Tricia and her team handled all of that and more. I had printouts with Pinterest mood boards of how I wanted everything set up — it turned out better than I could've dreamed! I can't thank them enough for making our wedding magical and a day we'll never forget! Thank you, thank you!

Stress Free Day
Tricia and her assistant Aly were amazing on our wedding day. If you want to not worry on your wedding day and feel confident that the planning team has got everything all under control, then book Tricia as your wedding planner. The day went smoothly and we felt so attended to by Tricia and Aly. It was a bit windy during the cocktail hour and Aly came with a shawl for me and put it on and off during each photo. From a brides perspective, I can’t imagine it being any better she was so helpful throughout the day and make sure I had everything I needed.Tricia and her assistant Aly were amazing on our wedding day. Bloody brilliant!
Tricia and her team coordinated both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. The rehearsal dinner also turned out to be a surprise 50th birthday party for the groom (the groom is writing this) and it was just amazing!
We changed our wedding venue just 5 weeks before the date and Tricia was a huge help in navigating us through that challenge. On the day of the wedding, we simply don't know what we would have done without her and Nika! She smoothed out any wrinkles that came up, including managing a broken down bus situation causing late arrivals. She coordinated with all the vendors on the day with military precision ensuring that everything went ahead to schedule. Tricia has a graceful way of being in full control without being intrusive and allowed us to focus on having the best possible wedding day. We are truly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough!Tricia and her team coordinated both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Must have at your wedding
If you're thinking you do not need a wedding coordinator, then you are wrong! A wedding coordinator is a must and Tricia's team is the way to go. They are amazing at what they do and know all the questions to ask you didn't know or think of. They bring your vision to life and on the day-of, you are hands off so you can enjoy your own wedding. Dream Planner For A Perfect Wedding Day
Before our venue was found, before our wedding date was determined, before even we had settled on a wedding destination…we knew we had to start with securing Tricia to join our wedding planning journey and there was no more important and more cherished choice made, for the magic made possible on our wedding would never have come together as it did without Tricia being there with us throughout the entire process.
From the little things to the big things, Tricia was there to help. The speed at which she replied to the tiniest question to the most consequential contract review was lightning fast. Her expertise and understanding from years of experience sets you at ease and allows you to focus on the joy of the wedding planning and wedding day journey.
We were also in Seattle throughout the planning process and even from a distance coordinating our destination wedding was flawless. Each site visit Tricia was available and there waiting for us to meet with those parties we had to. Super Organized Wedding Coordination
For our wedding, Chelsea was our coordinator at Newhall Mansion, and she was awesome. We had to delay our wedding 2 years due to COVID, so Chelsea came in as our coordinator in the middle of our planning. But we hardly even noticed, because she took the existing timeline we had worked on and built from there.
Chelsea is extremely organized and thorough. She thought of pretty much everything and helped us remember small things so that we didn’t forget anything. The day of the wedding went SO well, because Chelsea and team took care of all the setup of centerpieces, the welcome table and the various party favors (flip flops, blankets and party sticks). All we had to do was organize everything, so she could set them out on the day. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to worry about, because Chelsea and team had it taken care of. If you struggle with keeping everything straight or following a schedule, Chelsea and team can help make sure that everything runs smoothly. In fact, we were ready to start our ceremony a little early because everything was so well planned.
Something I hadn’t considered when working with a coordinator is how amazing they are at the end of the evening. All the centerpieces got cleaned up and placed inside. Our gifts and cards were upstairs in our suite. A few family members left items like hats and sunglasses behind, and those were thoughtfully placed in an easy spot to find them the next day. So after a wonderful day of celebrating, we didn’t have that much to do at the end of the night.

Tricia is the best! We hired Tricia for wedding event coordination and couldn't be happier. She made sure everything was in order beforehand kept things smooth the day of. She was also very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable for all of my questions leading up to the big day. I don't even know where to begin to describe how incredible Tricia and her team are. We had booked our initial vendors and our venue and then about 7 months before our wedding COVID hit. Tricia picked all of our plans up and helped us find a date that worked for all of our vendors and us. She made the process literally seamless during a time of complete upheaval and stress. Tricia has the best recommendations for vendors and every single person she recommended was a joy to work with and did an outstanding job. As we started to get closer to the big day, we were continually impressed with how quick Tricia was to respond to any and all requests and she knew had an answer to any single question we had, no matter how wild it was. The whole weekend was amazing and went off without a hitch, at least to our knowledge! Tricia's team helped coordinate not just our wedding but our rehearsal dinner and goodbye brunch. Saying goodbye to Tricia was the hardest part of the wedding planning process but I know plenty of events will bring us back together. Tricia was our wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING! She was so attentive to all of our concerns and made our wedding day so seamless. At first, I didn't think a wedding coordinator was necessary, but I am SO glad my husband and I hired her because she took care of the hiccups and made sure everything ran smoothly. Tricia is no-doubt the saver and MVP on my wedding day! Watching her nonstop running after me, grabbing my coat, organizing my dress, packing everything from the ceremony venue and coordinating all last minute vendors we brought into the plan, I am just soooooooooooo grateful that I found Tricia!!

I had a special dance and song planned for my wife and thank God Tricia reminded me to do it as it was getting late in the night! Best decision we made!
Tricia is INCREDIBLE. It's quite possible that she's superhuman. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which came with the ability to email her any questions, any time. This wound up being very crucial and helpful in our planning process. I could email Tricia about evvvvverything. And I did! From referrals to ettiquette to all our hundreds of little decisions--I emailed with Tricia about every single aspect of our wedding and that is just unparalleled for a day of coordinator. She is lightning fast responsive (and if she couldn't email me back right away because she was working another wedding, she'd email immediately to say that she'd get back to me the next day.) She was always efficient and clear and friendly in her communication. She learned our taste, preferences, priorities, and concerns early on and that made a big difference as she guided us during the prep.
As for the day of--HOLY COW, this is where Tricia and her team just blew it out of the water. First of all, the night before, she ran a super efficient rehearsal with our wedding party and printed the schedule out for each of us so every bridesmaid, groomsman, and immediate family member knew what would be happening and when the next day. She also transferred everything from our car into hers so she could bring it to the wedding venue. Day of the wedding, Tricia brought two assistants with her, so one was entirely dedicated to supporting ME. (This is when I give a big shout out to Vivianna, who is awesome! She has a super steady and calm presence. She kept me on schedule, helped me pee, had extra lipstick for me the second I needed it. She printed out my vows and brought them for me and walked the fine line of not being in the way while my bridesmaids were doing their thing, but also being there when I needed literally anything! Even though she was present for everything, she knew how to give me my space when I was having a moment and knew when to give me a tissue!)

We 10000% recommend Tricia! We didn't have to worry about a thing day of!! She knew Hummingbird Nest Ranch, our venue, like the back of her hand, and so, especially if you're getting married there--it's a no brainer!Tricia is INCREDIBLE. It's quite possible that she's superhuman. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which came with the ability to email her any questions, any time. This wound up being very crucial and helpful in our planning process. I could email Tricia about evvvvverything. And I did! From referrals to ettiquette to all our hundreds of little decisions--I emailed with Tricia about every single aspect of our wedding and that is just unparalleled for a day of coordinator. Tricia was the first vendor I hired and it was the best decision I made! She was always at my fingertips when ever I needed her, leading up to the wedding. She was energetic and kind when responding to my million annoying bride questions. She was organized and efficient. She kept me on top of my to-dos by checking in with me as we went along. She made some excellent vendor recommendations almost all of which I hired who were well priced and excellent. It was so great to have a team of vendors who had worked together before and knew the space.
The wedding went even more smoothly than I could have imagined and I'm sure that's because Tricia and her team were working tirelessly behind the scenes. They were like amazing wedding ninjas anticipating our every need. No joke, there was an actual moment where I thought to myself, "MMm, I would love a coffee," and I turned around and there was one of Tricia's assistants standing there with a coffee!!" The magic of our big day was made so by the all knowing, all powerful Tricia and her amazing team!!! I had the pleasure of working with Tricia and her team, and I have to say, I don’t regret it at all. I was very lucky to have her work with me, in a short period of time. She was so helpful and resourceful from start to finish. I hired Tricia to assist and be my day of coordinator, and she and her team executed very well and everything went so seamlessly.
Right from our first meeting, she wasted no time and jumped right into creating a timeline. She was very open to ideas from my husband and myself, and was very kind. She was never condescending, or said she had years of experience so I shouldn’t worry, (as a lot of vendors had said this to me, which is a pet peeve of mine), instead she delivered, and showed me her professionalism through her detailed work.
Wedding day: She came to my bridal suite in the hotel where my bridal party was staying at, and made sure all of us were on time, and checked on how I was. Ha- I think I was more nervous about our timeline, as I wanted to make sure we were NEVER late. She was not worried at all, as everything happened like magic. Before she left, her assistant Amanda came, who was by my side the entire time. She is also fantastic. She read my mind at every turn, and I had NOTHING to worry about. Every time I seemed nervous about time or for possible rain for our ceremony, she put me at ease. She would quietly come beside me with a glass of champagne and a cup of whiskey saying, “I heard you can drink, choose one.” She was a saint.
Bottom line, hire Tricia. You won’t regret it. I’ve been working in hotels for 15 years in all departments, and I thought I could pull off my wedding myself. Anyone most definitely can. But you won’t enjoy it. I loved everything about my wedding, and I enjoyed every moment of it, because of Tricia and her team.

Tricia and Krista were absolutely AMAZING and I could not have asked for a better team. The quality was top notch, they were available whenever I needed them (I actually don't know how Tricia responds to emails so quickly), they carried themselves with the upmost professionalism, and they were so flexible with our meet-ups. Plus they did all of this and more while working within my budget. I also just liked them as people - I instantly felt comfortable with them. But even better was the feeling that these two would go above and beyond for me. I work in client services myself - this is no easy feat.

You know how to tell if someone is a great Wedding Coordinator? When you don't even realize that they are there (except when you need them and they magically appear) and everything is running so smoothly. That was my experience with Krista. Our venue had a beautiful fountain in the middle of the dining area. During my Dad's speech, I realized it was a bit hard to hear him, but accepted that as a part of the location. Suddenly, the fountain turns off and everyone can hear. Krista had taken it upon herself to find someone from the venue to turn off the fountain (just for speeches). For our wedding reception, we worked with Krista Dison and had a smooth and successful event. Weeks later, we still hear that it was the best wedding that anyone has every been to!! We eloped in August 2014, but we had a reception 6-months later at Los Verdes Golf Club for family and friends. The company came at the recommendation of our venue. My husband and I eloped because we didn't want the hassle of a big wedding, and I've always been skeptical of coordinators and anything related to the wedding industry. But hiring Krista was a God send. We only brought her on about 2 weeks before our reception but she was engaged the entire time leading up to the reception. She was available via phone, email, and worked until the 11th hour with myself and the DJ regarding the program run-down leading up to the event.
Thank goodness she was there. She will be your best friend, the-day-of. She keeps you on schedule and on track. You're so busy on your special day, and you absolutely can't handle it all on the day-of. I was so glad she helped get me through hair/make up, and as a "Chinese" bride, I had to change 3 - 4 times, and she whisked me away for each change, and kept me abreast of the open bar tabs. It was nice to have a friendly face.

Hiring Tricia as our wedding coordinator was the absolute BEST decision my fiancé and I did! Tricia and her amazing staff made our wedding day go flawless. Even before the wedding day Tricia was so helpful and was always prompted in answering every question I ever came up with. Tricia went to all our vendor meetings and had great input.
Our wedding day was fairy tale dreams come true! Tricia took care of all my decorations that needed to be displayed in multiple places in the beautiful Newhall Mansion, she saw my vision and displayed everything in the most beautiful and amazing way. From our beautiful entry way, ceremony area, cake and candy bar stations, gift table, to the last final touch on our guest tables. Tricia’s attention to detail is amazing, I am very critical and wanted things done a certain way and Tricia was able to make it even better!
My guests noticed how flawless and well-orchestrated our wedding day flowed thanks to Tricia’s timeline and her excellent communication with all my vendors. As the bride I enjoyed my day and did not worry about anything the entire weekend.
