The most important hire of our entire wedding!
I told Tricia on the day of our wedding that hiring her team was the absolute best decision I made for the entire event. We brought her on a full year before our February 2026 wedding, and from day one, she was an incredible resource. Whether it was answering texts and emails or meeting us in person, she was always willing to make us feel supported.
While her planning is top-tier, Tricia and her team truly shine on the day of the event. They took every ounce of pressure off of us. Our ceremony was at the Santa Barbara Courthouse in the Mural Room, which comes with very specific rules and logistics. Tricia managed the space effortlessly.
For our reception at El Paseo, we were responsible for providing all our own decor, such as, centerpieces, table numbers, guest books, and more. Instead of us having to coordinate family and friends to handle the manual labor, Tricia’s team picked up all the boxes from our hotel and set everything up perfectly. They even handled the teardown at the end of the night, and we were amazed to find everything safely back in our room when we returned. They were so "on it" that they even stepped in when they saw my uncle trying to help clean up centerpieces, insisting that he just relax and enjoy the party!
We had a powerhouse team of three:
Tricia was the "command center," coordinating everything.
An assistant shadowed me from getting ready, to photos and through the reception, ensuring I had everything I needed.
A third coordinator focused entirely on the reception setup to ensure the vision came to life.
The level of last-minute problem-solving and coordination they provided is a total lifesaver. If you want your bridal party and family to actually enjoy your wedding rather than working it, hire Tricia. I cannot recommend them highly enough! -

Made Our Day Perfect
We used Keller as our day-of coordinator (and as our Halloween decorator the night before) on 11/1/25 at 1880 Union Hotel and she did a spectacular job. Her intimate knowledge and relationships with the venue were invaluable, but her ability to jump in and figure out a flow/manage all the vendors made the day so easy for us. We were able to sit back and focus on the moment. She had a wonderful attitude the whole time and was so easy to work with. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. We had a lot of moving parts (mariachis, brass band, magician, etc.) and it didn’t phase her. Can’t recommend her enough. -

Melissa at Tricia Dahlgren Events is AMAZING!
I can't even put into words how wonderful Melissa and the whole Tricia Dahlgren Events team was! Every step of the planning process she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can't imagine any other wedding planner being nearly as thoughtful, detail oriented, sweet, and easy to work with AND at such a great price. She made sure every detail was as perfect as it could be, and always checking to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We had the wedding of our dreams. Even with wild last minute weather changes, guest count changes, and rearranging of parts of the location, she still managed to keep everything as smooth and magical as possible. I truly could not recommend Melissa and her team more! -

Tricia and Her Amazing Team
We had the pleasure of working with Tricia and her amazing team for our wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service. From the very start, Tricia was with us every step of the way, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
Tricia provided us with a comprehensive list of reliable vendors, organized by price range, which made it incredibly easy for us to find the perfect match for our needs and budget. After we reached out and interviewed these vendors, Tricia was always available to answer our questions and review contracts. Her attention to detail ensured we didn't miss anything and fully understood each agreement.
What truly stood out was Tricia's responsiveness. She consistently replied within 20 minutes, whether via email or text, no matter the time of day. This quick communication was a huge relief and significantly reduced our stress throughout the process.
Our interactions with Tricia were always productive. During several Zoom meetings, she came prepared with all the necessary paperwork and thoughtful questions. We also met at our venue twice, and on both occasions, she was over-prepared and on top of everything. Her thoroughness allowed my husband and I to relax, knowing that Tricia had everything under control.
We hired Tricia and her team for the rehearsal and the entire wedding day, and they exceeded our expectations. On the day of the wedding, and even during the rehearsal the day before, Tricia and her team were incredible. They were so efficient and proactive that we never had to worry about a thing. They were always three steps ahead, ensuring every detail we discussed was flawlessly executed.
Tricia and her team treated us like royalty, and their dedication and professionalism truly made our wedding day unforgettable. Best coordinator!!!
Tricia and her team were so amazing!!! Tricia was very personable and answered all my questions starting from our initial call. She helped us get organized and made sure she understood what we wanted out of our wedding day.
On the day of, Tricia and her team did a phenomenal job setting up our decoration, keeping us on time, and helping us pack up at the end of the night. Even with the decision to move our ceremony inside due to weather, Tricia was able to smooth everything out. I had extra decorations and asked Tricia to put them out as she saw fit and the whole wedding turned out so beautifully. We truly could not have had the amazing night we did without Tricia!-

Helped create the wedding of my dreams
Just had my wedding this past weekend at Hart & Main in Santa Clarita CA. Brandi, from Tricia Dahlgren events was our coordinator.
Brandi went ABOVE and Beyond to help me create and organize a wedding that was beyond my dreams. She gets things done, is a joy to work with, an advocate for her clients. She took care of us!
Tricia Dahlgren events are lucky to have this gem of a woman on their team! Wouldn't want anyone else supporting me on the best day of my life! The other vendors that I hired have even messaged me to tell me how much they loved Brandi. Including my friends and family.

Couldn't have done it without them!
Aly and Alma worked my event and were the keys to my wedding's success. They handled the logistics and made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. When the weather looked like it was going to turn the evening of my day, Aly was checking in with me and keeping me updated. She was also communicating with my other vendors to make sure they were aware and able to pivot if needed. She presented me a plan of a potential alternative and gave me time to think it over (this is all happening on the day of my wedding, mind you!). We did end up needing to change our plan due to the weather, but it was completely seamless and went off without a hitch. Alma was also indispensable. She made sure I ate food and always had water and whatever else I needed; so attentive and calm - there when I needed her but knew when to step back when I didn't. The lead up to the wedding was also excellent. Aly helped run my rehearsal and was an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. Couldn't recommend these rockstars enough! -

Wedding of our dreams!
We knew we needed a wedding planner to achieve the vision we had. Someone with experience who could take all of our ideas and work with us to achieve them. We are forever grateful that Tricia was recommended to us.
Tricia is a pro and a dream to work with! Her team is so kind, we always felt safe in their hands. Always positive, honest, and as excited about our wedding as we were.
From the moment we first spoke, she was already anticipating the questions or concerns we might be having about our wedding planning. Months in advance of our wedding date, she gave us a useful timeline of “things-to-do” which was very helpful in organizing our task list. She was always available for a quick chat, if needed, to keep things on track.
But it was in the final days before our event when having Tricia & her team in our corner made all the difference, everything was seamless. My husband I didn’t need think or worry because whenever something came up, she quickly took care of it. March Wedding at Newhall Mansion
Our wedding day went perfectly and it was in large part due to our coordinator Tiffany! Leading up to the wedding, she took everything we wanted and made it work. She gave the most experienced insight and I completely trusted her advice. Day of, her and her assistant Ysara were so fun and amazing to have as they ran around making sure everything went smoothly! Many guests told me how impressed they were with her! Tiffany was the glue that held everything together and I’m so glad I had her to help us with our big day! -

Wildest Dreams Come True
My wedding was at Ebell of Los Angeles and my then-fiance (now hubby) and I had booked Tricia Dahlgren's services and was matched with one of her coordinators/planners, Melissa L. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and a complete dream, largely due to Melissa's above and beyond coordination and efforts on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. Like all weddings, not everything went according to plan, but I knew everything would be ok because I had Melissa to lean on- when my wedding dress bustle broke and I needed it to be pinned with a safety pin in order to do my first dance, I went straight for Melissa to help and within a few minutes, my dress was bustled and she even brought us a couple cocktails from our open bar to relax. :)
I had a lot of decor and was very specific with where I wanted things placed, and she made sure my wedding was as beautiful as I had hoped and planned for. I don't know how else to describe the feeling of my dream wedding come true, but let's just say I'm very much a Type A bride, yet Melissa was so kind and patient with me, answered all of my questions, and was very flexible my last minute scrambling/planning (had to plan this 200 person wedding in less than 6 months).. when I think about how my wedding day turned out, it feels more like a surreal fairytale.
Finally, Melissa L. was always very professional and prompt in the planning process which was a major relief, because not all vendors respond in a timely manner (some may take a week or a few days?). I know Ebell has requirements and paperwork for planners to complete, but I didn't even have to check any of that as Melissa took care of it. Nikhil and I will miss working with her -

Stress Free Wedding
Tricia and her team were a part of the package at our venue, Hart and Main. From the beginning Tricia and her team were super helpful with any questions we had about vendors and any questions about our wedding despite the fact that we only needed a day of coordinator. During the whole planning process, Tricia and her team were just as excited for our wedding as we were. As our wedding got closer, we met with the team via Zoom to discuss everything from the timeline to the reception set up. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly because of the work that Nika and Ashley did. We didn’t have to worry about anything because they had it handled and we were able to enjoy our wedding day. We highly recommend using Tricia and her team to plan any special event and we know who to call for our next big life event. -

Tricia and her team are incredible
We booked Tricia's glitter package because we wanted guidance, but not full planning services, and we couldn't have been any happier. We were a covid wedding and booked her literally years in advance of when we actually got married. Tricia was incredibly gracious and patient with our moving timeline and so responsive and helpful throughout nearly 3 years of planning. Our wedding day ran on time down to the minute and went so smoothly. It felt like I had a trustworthy friend, with an enormous amount of wedding experience, in my corner leading up to and throughout our wedding day. She solved more than one last minute problem without ever letting on there were any issues. She is a dream to work with and I can't recommend her enough. -

Tricia Kept the Joy in Our Wedding Day
Tricia and her team were EVERYTHING! I only survived wedding planning and the day-of because of them. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT! And make sure it's Tricia.
From our very first calls, Tricia answered all of our questions and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. Wedding planning is ridiculously hectic, so to know that you have someone in your corner looking out for you is priceless.
On our wedding day, everything went without a hitch and, the best part, I got to enjoy my day! I was anxious leading up to it because I thought I would have to set up or point people in the right direction. Tricia and her team handled all of that and more. I had printouts with Pinterest mood boards of how I wanted everything set up — it turned out better than I could've dreamed! I can't thank them enough for making our wedding magical and a day we'll never forget! Thank you, thank you!

Stress Free Day
Tricia and her assistant Aly were amazing on our wedding day. If you want to not worry on your wedding day and feel confident that the planning team has got everything all under control, then book Tricia as your wedding planner. The day went smoothly and we felt so attended to by Tricia and Aly. It was a bit windy during the cocktail hour and Aly came with a shawl for me and put it on and off during each photo. From a brides perspective, I can’t imagine it being any better she was so helpful throughout the day and make sure I had everything I needed. -

Bloody brilliant!
Tricia and her team coordinated both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. The rehearsal dinner also turned out to be a surprise 50th birthday party for the groom (the groom is writing this) and it was just amazing!
We changed our wedding venue just 5 weeks before the date and Tricia was a huge help in navigating us through that challenge. On the day of the wedding, we simply don't know what we would have done without her and Nika! She smoothed out any wrinkles that came up, including managing a broken down bus situation causing late arrivals. She coordinated with all the vendors on the day with military precision ensuring that everything went ahead to schedule. Tricia has a graceful way of being in full control without being intrusive and allowed us to focus on having the best possible wedding day. We are truly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Must have at your wedding
If you're thinking you do not need a wedding coordinator, then you are wrong! A wedding coordinator is a must and Tricia's team is the way to go. They are amazing at what they do and know all the questions to ask you didn't know or think of. They bring your vision to life and on the day-of, you are hands off so you can enjoy your own wedding. Dream Planner For A Perfect Wedding Day
Before our venue was found, before our wedding date was determined, before even we had settled on a wedding destination…we knew we had to start with securing Tricia to join our wedding planning journey and there was no more important and more cherished choice made, for the magic made possible on our wedding would never have come together as it did without Tricia being there with us throughout the entire process.
From the little things to the big things, Tricia was there to help. The speed at which she replied to the tiniest question to the most consequential contract review was lightning fast. Her expertise and understanding from years of experience sets you at ease and allows you to focus on the joy of the wedding planning and wedding day journey.
We were also in Seattle throughout the planning process and even from a distance coordinating our destination wedding was flawless. Each site visit Tricia was available and there waiting for us to meet with those parties we had to. She helped pull all the pieces together for a wedding we couldn’t haven’t imagined being more perfect.

Such good hands
Tricia was incredible! She was so organized and lovely. We pushed the wedding two years because of Covid. But it’s like no time had passed. She helped us liaise with vendors and helped set up all our decor, and deliver the booze to our bar tender. Everything was seen after with a calm professionalism that just made us feel in such good hands.
She was always so quick to answer emails. And any little thought or anxiety we had was met with an astute “I’ll take care of it” :). On the day, she kept us moving, so we didn’t have to think about our schedule of events at all.
I cannot recommend her enough. We couldn’t have done it without her. She helps make your wedding the best day of your life. -

We love Chelsea Romero!
Chelsea Romero from Tricia Dahlgren Events was our day-of wedding coordinator and we couldn't recommend her and TDE more highly! She did so much more than day-of coordinating. She really helped us get super organized leading up to the event. I've spoken to other friends getting married and it seems like they haven't had nearly the same level of support Chelsea provided us. Day-of, we felt so secure knowing she was running the show and had absolutely everything under control. People commented on how smoothly everything ran after the fact! On top of that, when my husband and I went back up to our room (we stayed at the venue) at the end of the night, she had saved us dessert and waters, had laid out my bouquet and veil and had written us the sweetest note. Tricia helped make our dream wedding a reality! We were so so happy with everything and it is largely due to all the work Tricia put in. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more - everything was absolutely beautiful and everyone was so happy. Best wedding coordinator ever!!!
Tricia is literally a super woman! We got married at Hummingbird Nest Ranch and hiring her as our wedding coordinator was the best decision ever! Though we only booked her month of wedding coordinator package, she provided us so much more value than that. I consulted her for almost every decision / anything I was unsure about for the full 15 months leading up to my wedding, and she was always so quick to respond to my emails.
Most importantly, she has such a happy and positive can-do attitude! She'll move mountains to make sure your day is perfect and knows how to work with all the other vendors to make things happen. Our wedding day ran like clockwork thanks to her impeccable planning skills, and both my mom and mother in law raved about how good she was! The trust and confidence I had in her to execute my vision allowed me to let go and enjoy my wedding day to the fullest, which is just priceless. Super Organized Wedding Coordination
For our wedding, Chelsea was our coordinator at Newhall Mansion, and she was awesome. We had to delay our wedding 2 years due to COVID, so Chelsea came in as our coordinator in the middle of our planning. But we hardly even noticed, because she took the existing timeline we had worked on and built from there.
Chelsea is extremely organized and thorough. She thought of pretty much everything and helped us remember small things so that we didn’t forget anything. The day of the wedding went SO well, because Chelsea and team took care of all the setup of centerpieces, the welcome table and the various party favors (flip flops, blankets and party sticks). All we had to do was organize everything, so she could set them out on the day. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to worry about, because Chelsea and team had it taken care of. If you struggle with keeping everything straight or following a schedule, Chelsea and team can help make sure that everything runs smoothly. In fact, we were ready to start our ceremony a little early because everything was so well planned.
Something I hadn’t considered when working with a coordinator is how amazing they are at the end of the evening. All the centerpieces got cleaned up and placed inside. Our gifts and cards were upstairs in our suite. A few family members left items like hats and sunglasses behind, and those were thoughtfully placed in an easy spot to find them the next day. So after a wonderful day of celebrating, we didn’t have that much to do at the end of the night.

I don't even know where to begin to describe how incredible Tricia and her team are. We had booked our initial vendors and our venue and then about 7 months before our wedding COVID hit. Tricia picked all of our plans up and helped us find a date that worked for all of our vendors and us. She made the process literally seamless during a time of complete upheaval and stress. Tricia has the best recommendations for vendors and every single person she recommended was a joy to work with and did an outstanding job. As we started to get closer to the big day, we were continually impressed with how quick Tricia was to respond to any and all requests and she knew had an answer to any single question we had, no matter how wild it was. The whole weekend was amazing and went off without a hitch, at least to our knowledge! Tricia's team helped coordinate not just our wedding but our rehearsal dinner and goodbye brunch. Saying goodbye to Tricia was the hardest part of the wedding planning process but I know plenty of events will bring us back together. My husband even cried saying goodbye to her. -

Tricia is no-doubt the saver and MVP on my wedding day! Watching her nonstop running after me, grabbing my coat, organizing my dress, packing everything from the ceremony venue and coordinating all last minute vendors we brought into the plan, I am just soooooooooooo grateful that I found Tricia!!

Tricia and her team made it all happen for our special day! We had nearly 500 guests so I knew it was going to be a challenge to coordinate everyone, but her and her team did PHENOMENAL! The absolute best
I will recommend Tricia to anyone and everyone who is planning a wedding or any event. Tricia and her team are by far the best!! My dream wedding literally would not have happened without her! Tricia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and would respond literally all hours of the day. I spent a big chunk of wedding planning time away at school, and Tricia made it so easy to get everything I needed and make sure all of my vendors were on the same page! Tricia is so unbelievably organized and detail oriented (the exact opposite of what I am) that by the day of the wedding we all knew what exactly was going on and everything ran so smoothly. I also want to highlight Krissy, who was with myself and the bridesmaids the day of the wedding. Krissy honestly should have been my maid-of-honor with how much she helped me! Anytime I needed a bobby-pin, or my dress adjusted, or my shoes switched, Krissy was there before I even had to ask!! She also was so fun and supportive, I honestly felt like she was part of the bridal party. There were so many times during the planning process and on the day of the wedding that I was so grateful to have Tricia. My wedding went so smoothly and everything was set up so beautifully, and at the end Tricia ensured that everything was packed in the car where it should be and she even mailed in my marriage license! Could not have done this without Tricia!
Tricia and her team were absolutely pivotal in making my wedding happen! Due to a recent move away from SoCal, I was struggling to do any sort of wedding planning away from the location of my wedding. Tricia was able to step in and help support every step of the way. From the sourcing of vendors to capturing my very particular vision for a non-traditional brunch wedding, she was so vital to this wedding (and to my sanity).
I could send her an email or give her a call, questioning everything under the sun, and she always replied with calm, but positive energy. It made me feel at ease that there was someone who was with myself and my husband to help us throughout this process.

Best decision we made!
Tricia is INCREDIBLE. It's quite possible that she's superhuman. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which came with the ability to email her any questions, any time. This wound up being very crucial and helpful in our planning process. I could email Tricia about evvvvverything. And I did! From referrals to ettiquette to all our hundreds of little decisions--I emailed with Tricia about every single aspect of our wedding and that is just unparalleled for a day of coordinator. She is lightning fast responsive (and if she couldn't email me back right away because she was working another wedding, she'd email immediately to say that she'd get back to me the next day.) She was always efficient and clear and friendly in her communication. She learned our taste, preferences, priorities, and concerns early on and that made a big difference as she guided us during the prep.
As for the day of--HOLY COW, this is where Tricia and her team just blew it out of the water. First of all, the night before, she ran a super efficient rehearsal with our wedding party and printed the schedule out for each of us so every bridesmaid, groomsman, and immediate family member knew what would be happening and when the next day. She also transferred everything from our car into hers so she could bring it to the wedding venue. Day of the wedding, Tricia brought two assistants with her, so one was entirely dedicated to supporting ME. (This is when I give a big shout out to Vivianna, who is awesome! She has a super steady and calm presence. She kept me on schedule, helped me pee, had extra lipstick for me the second I needed it. She printed out my vows and brought them for me and walked the fine line of not being in the way while my bridesmaids were doing their thing, but also being there when I needed literally anything! Even though she was present for everything, she knew how to give me my space when I was having a moment and knew when to give me a tissue!)
Tricia was lightning fast during the entire day. She never missed a beat, remembered every single detail and is SUCH A PRO! At one point in the evening, my husband was on a crowded dance floor looking for the photographer. Tricia spotted him looking for something/someone and was by his side the next second (somehow! truly, she's lightning fast) asking, "What do you need? What can I get for you?" We chose a venue where we had to bring in every vendor and she communicated with them before, during, and after beautifully. We have friends who are in production in LA and they said to us, "Your day of coordinator is an OUTSTANDING producer. She reaaaally knows what she's doing." By the end of the night, we couldn't believe her whole team had packed up everything into our SUV and we didn't have to lift a finger in the clean up!
We 10000% recommend Tricia! We didn't have to worry about a thing day of!! She knew Hummingbird Nest Ranch, our venue, like the back of her hand, and so, especially if you're getting married there--it's a no brainer!-

Booking Tricia and her team for all our wedding planning and coordination needs was by far the best decision we made for our wedding.
She was incredibly responsive throughout the process - from pre-booking through the wedding and beyond (checking in afterwards too!) Even when she had a baby (!) she responded to emails right away. I don't know of any other person, let alone vendor, that is that easily accessible.
Every single vendor that she recommended was absolutely professional and took care of the details and made me feel totally at ease. I could not have asked for a better team of vendors. In addition, Tricia also gave great advice regarding timing of things and even what to avoid spending money on. That is invaluable and in retrospect I wish we had taken more of her advice!
On the day of, her team was there with me throughout the day - from getting ready, through ceremony and photos, until the end of the reception and end of the night. Having someone that's not your bridesmaid or family there to help out is priceless! She was able to help calm my nerves throughout.
If you're looking for someone to help with wedding planning and coordinating, Tricia is definitely the way to go. She and her team went beyond all of our expectations and created an event that even my mother was thrilled with, and she's a hard one to please. -

I can't even imagine my wedding without the exceptional assistance of Tricia! Not only did she help refer vendors, orchestrate vendors, as well as making sure that there were no areas that I forgot to cater too. As for the "day-of", she completely knocked it out of the park. Absolute attention to detail, made sure I had everything I needed, and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. As with all weddings, things are bound to go awry, but I rested assured because Tricia was so on-top of everything. Tricia and her team are beyond amazing! I found her company through Yelp because I wanted a wedding planner who was local and close by to where I lived. We had a first initial meeting where she told us about herself and the company and the cost of her services and we immediately booked her right away! Tricia has great communication skills and was very responsive through email every time I had a question, needed help, referrals, and looking at venues. She was great being the middleman between myself and my vendors we had chosen for the wedding. She signed me up with Aisle Planner to keep me on track with payments. She made sure everything was in place for the day of the wedding and came up with the timeline that was sent to all the vendors, family, and wedding party. We originally booked Tricia to be the day of coordinator for our wedding, along with two assistants - but Tricia got pregnant in Fall 2017 and alerted me that she would not be able to coordinate the wedding because her baby was due a month before my wedding, so I completely understood the situation. Tricia told me she was entrusting her event manager, Krista to be our day of coordinator. I was confident the wedding would go well whether or not Tricia was there because I had heard so many amazing things from my co-worker, who had coincidentally used Tricia as well for her wedding planner and coordinator at her wedding in June 2017. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and I wasn't even stressed out majority of the day because Krista & her assistant Nicki, & Stephanie put my mind at ease and they were on top of everything, and making sure we on schedule. The wedding was so beautiful, and Tricia, Krista and the assistants did an amazing job throughout the whole process. If you need a wedding planner, or a day-of coordinator I would highly recommend Tricia & Krista in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for one - they are both amazing people! Tricia and her team executed my wedding to perfection. I hired her as a day of coordinator and all I expected was help putting out my decorations, and the basics of running the day. I got so so much more working with Tricia and her fantastic assistants! I had Chelsea with me from start to finish, to help me with my dress, keep me in the loop about what's happening, helping us get through our shot list for photos, and keeping me on schedule without it ever feeling rushed. The best way I can describe what it was like to work with Tricia is that I truly got to experience my wedding. I spent no time telling anyone what to do, or reminding people what I expected of them. All I had to do was appreciate all the work and love that was put into every detail and watch it all in action. My husband and I were married at the 1880 Union Hotel in Los Alamos. The 1880 and their sister properties works with Tricia Dahlgren Events and in our package offered a day of coordinator, which was very lucky for us. The main point of contact and our day of coordinator with the 1880 under TDE is Aly and she was absolutely amazing. She is one of the main reasons that our wedding day was so special. Prior to the wedding Tricia and Aly were there to answer any questions and give advice for anything that we had, which helped so much with our day. The day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch. I now know how important a day of coordinator is and even more how important it is to have an amazing coordinator. Because of Aly and her assistant, Breanne, being on top of everything, being 3 steps ahead of everyone the whole day, and having everything under control I can actually say that the days leading up to the wedding and most importantly the day of I was actually a very relaxed bride. I highly recommend using Tricia Dahlgren Events for your wedding and I highly recommend Aly. They will help make a special day even more special! -

From the second I spoke with Tricia and Krissy I knew I had found the best wedding planners! Not only did they check in each months leading up to our wedding, but working with Krissy was absolutely amazing. She listened to my many details, was quick to reply to my questions and gave me vendor referrals that worked out perfectly.
Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the team. Krissy was so great that our family and bridal party all mentioned how amazing she is! Our venue was a blank canvas and Krissy and her team truly brought my vision to life.

Our wedding day was a tad more magical with our wedding coordinator extraordinaire Krista!
Tricia Dahlgren Events is a wonderful event planning company and we're so happy that our venue Newhall Mansion partners closely with them.
From our first e-mail/phone interaction with Krista, she was quick and responsive. She answered all of our questions (and there were a lot of them) and gave some very useful vendor referrals. Because Krista and the team have ran events in our wedding venue in the past, we already felt at ease that we will have a smooth and fun wedding day. And we did!
The entire weekend (rehearsal dinner and wedding day) was filled with so many emotions ranging from happiness to anxiousness to the jitters. And thank goodness for Krista for making sure that the weekend's schedule ran on time and that the details were fully fleshed out. It's rare that a wedding vision can be executed to a full blown reality, but Krista pulled it off. After months of planning and planning and planning, we were AMAZED with how Krista (and her colleague K) were able to run the entire day so successfully and splendidly.
We're so impressed by the attentiveness, attention to detail, and compassion displayed by the whole team at Tricia Dahlgren Events!

Tricia is an absolute rock star. I planned my 7.9.17 San Diego wedding from New York over the course of a year, making only two trips to San Diego, once in August to attend a friend’s wedding and look at venues and once in May to see the venue again and meet with vendors, all of whom I hired over the phone/email, etc. Tricia helped keep me organized and calm during the entire planning process. She, among other things, provided timelines, helped with budgeting, coordinating vendors and answered any and all questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She is a calming force, which, of course, was super helpful during the actual weekend of the wedding. I believe everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding, thanks in large part to Tricia and her assistant, Jacqueline; however, if something had gone wrong, there is no way Tricia would have let us know. She is so on top of everything, is extremely professional and has a very calm yet assertive demeanor. She is a joy to be around. All of our vendors told us how awesome and organized Tricia was and how impressed they were with the fact everything ran on, if not slightly ahead of schedule. Our guests made similar comments. I can’t recommend Tricia enough. Some people are born to do exactly what they are doing. Tricia is one of those people. I agree with other comments that it is indescribably helpful to hire an event planner for your wedding (if you need reasons why…message me, seriously, people told me it was the best money I would spend on my wedding, and I agree). You will be grateful you hired Tricia and her team. We are beyond impressed and thankful to all the time, work, and energy they put in to make sure we had a beautiful wedding day. And the icing on the cake is that everyone, including me, my now husband, our bridal parties and our parents just got to enjoy the celebration and being together because Tricia and her assistant had everything else handled. -

We thought we could do it on our own...didn't take long to realize we needed help - and are so grateful Tricia was available. She not only let us know what we needed, but how to make our daughter's day everything and more she envisioned. Booking Tricia as my wedding planner was by far the best wedding planning decision I made! As a bride on a budget, I was initially reluctant to use my limited budget to book Tricia, but looking back now, I honestly don't think we could have done it without her!!!! Throughout the entire process from initial planning, to making the timeline, to booking all other vendors Tricia walked us through every step with amazing support and fantastic advice. I recommend first finding a wedding planner who is either recommended by your venue as an expert OR someone who is local and experienced. Our venue was The Newhall Mansion, a private estate where it is imperative to have a day-of planner. Make sure you know what you are looking for out of an event planner. Tricia and her team can do as much or as little as you desire. I found that I didn't rely on my planner too much at the beginning of the process except to help recommend local vendors (catering/makeup/DJ/lighting, etc) and ask questions regarding timeline, budget, hotels, etc. But, as the day drew closer, I relied more and more on Tricia to handle all the details, vendor communications and any issues that arouse. On the wedding day, Tricia and her team were absolutely magnificent! they handled every detail flawlessly and our wedding went off without 1 issue. Tricia is a true professional, very passionate about her work and coordinated all contracts, consultations, meetings/tours with Grace. I know that our wedding was the most magical day of our lives because Tricia was there to make it happen and to make it flow exactly how we dreamt it would. -

My wife and I booked with Tricia and Krista after nearly a full year of planning our wedding by ourselves, with three weeks to go before the big day. We had decided that we wanted full control over the planning, and wanted a day-of-coordinator just to keep the day running smoothly. We were so happy to discover how badly we needed the extra help, and Krista's expertise! We had forgotten so many little details, or had simply not even considered them. Krista thought of about a dozen details, asked our input, and made them work perfectly how we wanted it. Not only was choosing to have a day-of coordinator a smart decision, but choosing Tricia and her team was the BEST decision we could have made! I initially thought the price was a little steep; but after meeting with her and finding out it's not just her, it's her AND a team, I realized it was a great deal! On top of that, even though I only booked her as our "day-of coordinator," she helped me every step along the way with unlimited emails and a few meetings in between. I had sooooo many questions, from the amount of alcohol we should get, vendor referrals, to the proper amounts to tip our vendors. Tricia is worth FAR MORE than she charges! Tricia is hands down the way to go. My husband and I were married in Yosemite. Tricia and our personal wedding coordinator, Krissy, were fantastic. They had never coordinated a wedding in Yosemite before, and despite a ton of rules, lodging complications, and logistical difficulties endemic to planning events in a remote location, let alone a national park, everything went absolutely perfectly. They were wonderful people, to boot. Additional event assistants were provided for the big day to make sure all issues were covered, and the service felt luxurious, even though you cannot beat their prices. We were totally spoiled. Everything was handled, and all that my husband and I had to think about during our weekend was what a spectacular time we were having. Thank you, Tricia and Krissy. We can't thank you enough. -

I wasn't nearly as stressed as I thought I would be leading up to our big day, all thanks to Tricia. If I emailed her to ask her a question, she got back to me within minutes! My husband and I were married at the Newhall Mansion, and other than choosing our incredible venue, choosing Tricia's team to be our day-of-coordinator was the single most important decision we made. Krista was our day-of-coordinator, accompanied with 2 assistants which were included with the package, and she is absolutely responsible for how smoothly the day of the wedding went. After all of the hard work you put in to planning your special day, it is absolutely crucial to have a team execute your dream wedding without you ever having to worry about a single detail the day of. Krista and her team were amazing. Kennecka was my personal assistant on the wedding day and was just as amazing. Krista was also amazing at directing the awesome staff of 8 servers and bartenders we hired (recommended by them of course!).
Aside from all of the obvious important elements of an excellent wedding planner like taking charge, organization and flexibility, her team absolutely came through on surprise issues. Her team picked up extra dessert plates when we realized we didn't have enough the day before, went and bought coffee from Starbucks when we realized we had none during the actual reception, and most impressive somehow delivered on a throw-garter when I realized I had forgotten mine! It's little details like this that can add stress to your special day, but if you have a team like Tricia's in charge you can rest assure all of the details will be taken care of. I can't thank them enough for enabling our wedding day to go off so smoothly and stress-free. Don't think about it, just hire them! Especially if you are getting married at Newhall Mansion as they are pros at that particular venue and have done countless weddings there. -

Krista was absolutely amazing! We couldn't recommend this company more highly!! They were flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process of meeting the months before and on the day of. On the day of, I felt like I could really relax and just enjoy my day. The schedule went off track when my makeup artist took an extra hour than they said they would but Krista just adapted the schedule on the spot and took away any stress that could have been caused by this! The entire wedding and reception flowed perfectly due to her hard work and adaptability. She thought of every detail before I could even begin to worry about something, it was amazing! Also, she was incredibly accommodating in our early on meetings. My husband and I are the first to get married out of all of our friends so we asked a lot of questions about what was typical at the reception and how things flow. Not only did she answer our questions but she also gave us options and put together a wonderful schedule for the evening. Tricia was already booked for a wedding for our wedding day, so my girlfriend had recommended Krista, who was a BLESSING. I could not have been happier. I purchased the Day of Package, however, Tricia and Krista helped me along the entire process- checking in on me every few weeks if I had any questions, needed any recommendations, making sure everything was going well. It was SO amazing to have their assistance. I got some great referrals and they were able to answer any crazy question I might have had. Mind you, they would get back to me in a matter of hours most of the time! They were so on top of it. Krista and I had a few meetings to go over what we were looking for, what we needed from her, how we wanted it to go, etc. Everything we wanted- she gave us! She understood us to a tee. She wrote out our timeline which was amazing, since I would have not known where to start. Krista attended all our meetings at the venue. The day before our big day, we had our rehearsal where Krista walked everyone through and told everyone how to be and where to go. She had timelines for everyone. Our wedding day came and her assistant, Sydney, was my personal assistant the morning (or so I felt like). She made sure I was okay at every moment. Krista was running taking care and putting every little addition I needed to get out. She was literally a BLESSING. They both were. Our ceremony went absolutely flawlessly, everyone was where they needed to be, timing was great. Krista and Sydney made sure my husband and I were happy the entire time, kept things on the schedule, and were just a pleasure to have. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and I have to thank them for that!! At the end of the night, they made sure all our belongings were left in our room and nothing was left behind. I am SO SO SO happy to have gone with TDE for our wedding and I will hire them again for our next big occasion. You will not be disappointed in hiring them as your coordinators! -

I cant say enough great things about Tricia and her team. As I started the planning process, I met and spoke with tons of planners. Some were fine, some just didn't click, and many told me that they couldn't work with my budget. Mind you, I was working with a large budget (maybe small for Los Angeles standards, but quite large in my opinion). Tricia was the first one to say "I can absolutely work with your budget". Music to my ears. She was, hands down, the best thing to happen to my wedding planning process. Not only is she extremely organized and overly thorough, she is so nice and just a lovely person. I can't begin to describe how many vendors I met with who just gushed over Tricia. She has a great reputation in the industry, which goes to show how amazing she is.
During the planning, she responded pretty immediate to all of my emails, and she would check in with me every couple of weeks to make sure everything was moving along. We also had no one to take all of our personal items and alcohol to the Venue, and Tricia, once again, took charge and offered to take everything for us. Day of the wedding, she picked up my bouquet from the florist, unloaded all of out personal items, made changes to certain rental items, made sure every vendor was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there (and then immediately contacted the ones who were tardy). She was on top of everything, and my wedding was exactly how imagined it. I had a picture in my head, that honestly, I didn't think any one could pull off (except for me....control freak). She is so unbelievably talented at what she does, its crazy. Like I said, hands down, best decision we made was hiring Tricia. I am one happy bride!!! -

Tricia and her team served as the day of coordinator for our wedding in July and our event was flawless. They truly went above and beyond what we expected of a coordinator and delivered a fantastic event, thinking of all the details that we did not and setting up and running it as we had envisioned (actually, better than envisioned in many instances). Not only that, as the bride, I had an amazing assistant by my side from when I put on the dress to when I hit the dance floor after all of what I call my timeline obligations. This included water, holding my train and bouquet, coordinating touch-ups, and even helping recurl my hair before my ceremony because it had fallen out (crisis!). At the end of the night all of our decor was waiting for us in our suite, packed up and ready to go.
I should also mention that Tricia was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our wedding. I could always ask her random etiquette/planning questions that I didn't know who to direct to.
If you're hesitating on hiring a day of coordinator, JUST DO IT. It's the best money you'll spend, particularly if you go with Tricia and team. The last thing you'll want to do on your wedding day when you're surrounded by loved ones is deal with details, and there are many, from setup to vendor coordination to timing. -

I would 100% say that choosing Tricia's company for my wedding was one of the best life decisions I have ever made! From the very beginning Tricia and her team took care of us. Tricia would answer emails right away and calmed every single freak out I had. I would say her responses to my emails went above and beyond her job description.
My first meeting with Tricia was for our florist, Tricia showed up with her pen and notepad and took diligent notes, asked questions i had no idea to ask, and provided so much helpful feedback for me it was actually very impressive. I knew I was in good hands.
After that, Tricia let me know Amanda would be the one working with me on my wedding so I started working closely with Amanda and I LOVE her! She drove to my house in horrendous traffic after we got off work one night, hashed out our timeline for us for hours, answered every single question we had and answered questions we didn't even know we had, she's that good. Her responsiveness, helpfulness and professionalism all were way more than I could have ever hoped and dreamed for, seriously every bride needs this team leading up to their wedding.
NOW for the most important part of my review, the day of my wedding. I cannot possibly sum up how perfect Amanda and her team were. I gave her my decorations and told her some info on them, and the way she set them up was wayyyyyyyyy better and way more than I could have ever envisioned, she seriously made my vision happen perfectly and even better. They were constantly getting my approval and feedback on the set up and I really appreciated how easy they made it for me. Her team was making sure I was fed and hydrated throughout the whole day...serious wedding angels. I have had soooooo many of my wedding guests and bridal party tell me how on point our wedding coordinator was and how impressed they were with how she ran the wedding.
Best decision I have ever made and would recommend them to everyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Tricia and her team were wonderful! They took care of me and my bridesmaid from start to finish, even having someone at our hotel while we got ready to help getting dressed or organizing what to take to our venue. Tricia had great advice about questions to ask vendors, negotiations and provided me a list of wonderful vendors that she recommends and work with often. During the wedding she was behind the scenes making it all work and our wedding day/events went off without a hitch. She is professional, super responsive, organized and calming which is important to have around you when planning and on the day of! We got married in May 2016 - and got engaged just 5 months before. Tricia and team were AMAZING. She was so organized and helped me with every step of the way. I wouldn't have been able to make it happen in this amount of time without her help and guidance. We met a few times in person before the big day, but she was always quick to reply in email or via text when I was at work.
Her team was AMAZING on the day of - everything ran so smoothly, on time, and without a hitch (that I know of anyways!)
Every vendor that I worked with (regardless of if she referred them or not) said that they loved working with her, as she was calm, cool, and collected and on top of her stuff.
I would recommend Tricia to ANYONE who is getting married. It was the best money that we spent, and to have her and her team on our side through out the process was amazingly helpful and so needed. -

I knew Tricia was going to be great when two separate venues we were looking at (both beautiful, grand venues that hold weddings every weekend) recommended her as their top wedding coordinator. Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision during the wedding planning process and to have Tricia's stellar team made the day go by so stress free. Tricia managed all the vendors and I had one of her assistants, Caitlin stay with me throughout the WHOLE DAY communicating with Tricia and helping me with anything I needed. I was lucky enough to have great family and friends who kept offering to help with anything before the wedding and during the day of the wedding but I literally had nothing for them to do because Tricia's team and taken care of everything and all the details were set in place. The week leading up to the wedding, I was able to relax and focus on the big day versus worrying about every last detail. Tricia kept me on schedule with planning throughout the whole year long engagement.
I had the most magical, fairytale wedding and Tricia's team made it happen beautifully!! -

TRICIA IS AMAZING!! She seamlessly planned our 2-day Pakistani-American fusion wedding in a 5 month timeline, in addition to having to plan it all with me and my husband living in another state. Understandably, a lot of the traditions were new to Tricia. But she easily picked up on the customs and suggested perfect ways to blend the two cultures. Tricia is very organized and responsive, which we greatly appreciated being out of state, always immediately answering emails and phone calls to answer our questions and quell our planning anxiety.
On our wedding days, Tricia and her team exceeded expectations. My husband and I felt like we had a team of secret service coordinating every detail and tending to all our needs. My husband and I were able to focus on spending time with our family and friends while Tricia and her team coordinated our vendors and set up for the events. They carried my shoes, had water on hand, and extra lipgloss for after my sips. They coordinated my 4 outfit changes and our 20 person bridal party. Thanks to Tricia, we were able to enjoy our beautiful wedding and appreciate her effort in creating the perfect environment. Book Tricia and begin your planning in excellent hands! -

Tricia Dahlgren Events helped me plan the most EPIC surprise wedding ever in only two months. My advice would be don't look any further, you have plenty of other decisions to make!!! Krissy Allegra was my wedding coordinator and she did a beyond amazing job. Attentive, Great listener, Quick to answer my emails that contained an abundant questions, Organized, She managed all families expectations, had great ideas, etc. I could go on and on! When I walked into the venue everything was set up perfectly... I am a control freak and she exceeded every expectation!!! For a planner to set up a cocktail party then switch it to a full on wedding without anyone knowing she did it flawlessly... I would recommend her a million times. Tricia was the first vendor I hired and it was the best decision I made! She was always at my fingertips when ever I needed her, leading up to the wedding. She was energetic and kind when responding to my million annoying bride questions. She was organized and efficient. She kept me on top of my to-dos by checking in with me as we went along. She made some excellent vendor recommendations almost all of which I hired who were well priced and excellent. It was so great to have a team of vendors who had worked together before and knew the space.
The wedding went even more smoothly than I could have imagined and I'm sure that's because Tricia and her team were working tirelessly behind the scenes. They were like amazing wedding ninjas anticipating our every need. No joke, there was an actual moment where I thought to myself, "MMm, I would love a coffee," and I turned around and there was one of Tricia's assistants standing there with a coffee!!" The magic of our big day was made so by the all knowing, all powerful Tricia and her amazing team!!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. -

We couldn't be happier with the decision to book Tricia as our partial wedding planner, We got married at Westlake Village Inn on November 21, 2015. I wanted someone who would be there the day of and who would also help me along the way of planning but not actually plan every detail of my wedding and she did just that! I had a few disasters along the way with my other vendors and Tricia completely helped me with the situations and resolved them. She answered very promptly with any emails we sent and questions we had. She helped me pick the best vendors for the day of, she made my timeline, ran my rehearsal, organized everything the day of, etc. She was amazing! Every time I was freaking out that I should be planning something or felt uneasy about a decision I made, she was there to calm me down. She would always send a check in email and really made me feel so at ease with everything. She made sure the day of that everything ran smoothly and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! You will not regret your decision to go with her. I wanted my wedding to feel personal and that I didn't just hire all these random people to work at my wedding and I really felt as though Tricia connected with me and my husband and that it felt as though we had all these amazing vendors who became our friends and were there for us and had our best interests in mind. It made the whole experience that much better and that much more personal for us. -

Tricia: a wildly competent showrunner. She makes sure your event goes off as planned. She and her team know what needs to be where and how to deal with issues as they arise. We felt completely comfortable with our wedding ceremony and reception because it was in Tricia's hands. We don't even know what kinds of issues might have come up because she handled them with her team. As a result, we got to enjoy and not worry. Tricia is also probably the best deal you'll ever come across in a wedding vendor - every dollar you spend on her is buying you a better experience on the day of your wedding. During the planning leading up to the wedding, she was also very communicative and knowledgable, also extremely valuable. She is accommodating: she drove down to meet us in LA for our planning meetings. We would strongly recommend working with Tricia! -

I had the pleasure of working with Tricia and her team, and I have to say, I don’t regret it at all. I was very lucky to have her work with me, in a short period of time. She was so helpful and resourceful from start to finish. I hired Tricia to assist and be my day of coordinator, and she and her team executed very well and everything went so seamlessly.
Right from our first meeting, she wasted no time and jumped right into creating a timeline. She was very open to ideas from my husband and myself, and was very kind. She was never condescending, or said she had years of experience so I shouldn’t worry, (as a lot of vendors had said this to me, which is a pet peeve of mine), instead she delivered, and showed me her professionalism through her detailed work.
Wedding day: She came to my bridal suite in the hotel where my bridal party was staying at, and made sure all of us were on time, and checked on how I was. Ha- I think I was more nervous about our timeline, as I wanted to make sure we were NEVER late. She was not worried at all, as everything happened like magic. Before she left, her assistant Amanda came, who was by my side the entire time. She is also fantastic. She read my mind at every turn, and I had NOTHING to worry about. Every time I seemed nervous about time or for possible rain for our ceremony, she put me at ease. She would quietly come beside me with a glass of champagne and a cup of whiskey saying, “I heard you can drink, choose one.” She was a saint.
Bottom line, hire Tricia. You won’t regret it. I’ve been working in hotels for 15 years in all departments, and I thought I could pull off my wedding myself. Anyone most definitely can. But you won’t enjoy it. I loved everything about my wedding, and I enjoyed every moment of it, because of Tricia and her team.

Looking back at my wedding the top three best choices I made were:
-marrying my groom
-wearing a comfortable dress

I don't know where to begin. I had no clue what I was doing during this wedding planning process and having Tricia and Krista by my side helped me feel like I was not alone. Having a destination wedding and trying to do it on a budget, Tricia and Krista helped us every step of the way (answering questions, giving advice, reassuring we made good choices).
Krista was our main coordinator and she met with us for face to face meetings, did our walkthroughs with us, sent us detailed notes regarding all of our plans, contacted all of our vendors--it made the process feel so manageable. She is so kind and easy to talk to, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about making our day so special.
We got married at Apple Creek Ranch up in the Buellton area and the whole wedding day felt perfect. Krista had the best energy, so calm and confident and made us feel like we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are so grateful to her for allowing us to be present and relaxed the day of our wedding and I would recommend her to everyone planning their wedding. -

To quote the great philosopher, Nike, "JUST DO IT!". Seriously, if you are looking for an event planner and/or coordinator, you will not find a better option than Tricia. I work as a TV producer, so impressing me from a coordination standpoint is not an easy feat - and Tricia more than impressed me. She floored me.
I got married at the Newhall Mansion on Halloween and it was a huge event. Without getting into too many details, there were animals, face painting, hookahs, old time photos...all kinds of crazy things. Tricia and her team took everything in stride. The day was absolutely seamless from my perspective, thought I am sure they were dealing with all kinds of issues behind the scenes.
Tricia was a true professional during the whole process. She gave advice where needed and let us roll with an unconventional style where we wanted to. Her responses were prompt and her knowledge of event planning really made her an asset to our wedding "production" team.
My only regret is that I did not hire her to coordinate my whole wedding from the get-go! I opted for the "Day Of" services and she over delivered on her end of the bargain.
I can not say enough about how awesome she is. Beyond all of her professional attributes, she is clearly just a good person. It's always nice to have someone like her on your team.
So what are you waiting for?! Book her already! -

Where do I begin.. Tricia was beyond patient with my 1,000 emails. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very prompt with everything. My wedding day went so smoothly with everything. Her assistant Krista was the sweetest woman and incredibly helpful throughout the whole day. They were just so on top of their game. My wedding was picture perfect and if something went wrong it wasn't noticeable. At one point I set my wine down and forgot where I put it and out loud I said "I forgot where I put my wine" an Tricia said "oh wait! I got it". It left me feeling so special and believe me she is worth it! I promise you will never regret hiring her & her amazing assistant! -

Due to my line of work I have always been held to high expectations especially during events. There is a lot of planning and executing that a wedding requires.Once I met Tricia I knew that my wedding was in good hands. We hired Tricia as our "day of" coordinator on the recommendation of our venue, Hummingbird Nest Ranch. Hiring Tricia was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding day. Although she was just technically day of, throughout the 8 month planning process, Tricia was seemingly always available. Whether it was responding to emails within minutes or meeting up to discuss timelines, walkthroughs, rehearsal, etc. she was always there to help. When it came to the day of, Tricia and her team were there every step of the way and had all angles covered. They were on it!!!!
We received many compliments from our bridal party, vendors and families on just how organized everything was. Each bridal party member and vendor commented on how great it was to receive a timeline so they knew where to be every step of the way on our Big Day! We loved working with Tricia and would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! Best money spent....by far! -

Having Tricia and her team there for us at our rehearsal dinner and at our wedding allowed us to enjoy those moments to the fullest. They took care of everything for us! We would have been lost without them!! You should absolutely use them for your big day! -

My Husband and I found out about Tricia Dahlgren Events through one of friend ours. She knew Tricia growing up and even hired Tricia as her own wedding planner almost two years ago! The minute we got in contact with Tricia, we knew she was exactly who we wanted to help us plan our big day. We only hired Tricia for the "day of" because we already had a lot of the details and vendors sorted out, but if you don't or have no clue where to start, I highly recommend hiring her for the entire time. Her responsiveness was outstanding and always made us feel like we were her only clients. And when it came to our wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Tricia had everything taken care of and helped make sure that it was truly one of the best day of our lives. I honestly don't think that our wedding day would have been the same without Tricia and her team! I will forever recommend Tricia Dahlgren Events to anyone who asks. -

Tricia and her team were amazing (especially Amanda) and I'm attaching our same day edit as proof!!! Tricia Dahlgren Events was recommended by the Newhall Mansion and we couldn't be happier! We chose the day of package which took 100% of the stress off of me! We were able to enjoy our magical day without having to worry about the timeline or any hiccups; everything ran smoothly and beautifully! Tricia helped out throughout the entire wedding planning process and even recommended vendors when requested (some at a discounted rate). I was surprised how quickly she was able to answer questions via emails (sometimes in a manner of seconds).
Tricia is VERY organized, prompt, and dependable! I would recommend her and the team for any event!!
