    Tracy did a fantastic job and had so many guests compliment us on the timing and flow of the wedding. Tracy was prepared for every detail and possibility. She maps out your wedding day minute to minute, which helped tremendously to make sure we got through all the events and had ample time to dance. We hired her day of, but she was always available to answer questions along the way. I only hired a coordinator because my venue required it, but I was so glad I did. Probably the best money/value you will spend on your wedding!

    I promise you, the most important vendor for you to have for you wedding is Tracy!

    I hired Tracy as a day-of coordinator for my wedding, but she was so much more than that! I hired her a bit more than a year out and she was so accessible through email/phone leading up to the day of. In my package, I had a few extra meetings, but she even offered to help me with linens - which totally took my wedding above and beyond. Tracy has an AMAZING eye - and is perfectly parts sweet and sassy - for when vendors or groomsmen get out of line ;). She is always in your corner - no matter what the request is, and that is extremely important to have the day of your wedding and leading up to it. She was full of great ideas to improve the wedding during our planning process, and without her my wedding probably would have been a huge flop. She really takes the time to get to know you and the groom, to understand your vision/tastes and tailor your wedding. Plus, the wine + dinner dates with her are so fun, you forget the reason you are there is for the wedding :)

    Leading up to the wedding, Tracy is VERY thorough, having you fill out a questionnaire which is very detailed. With this, you discuss the details, family dynamics, etc. to make sure the day of is as smooth as possible. From this info, she creates a timeline, layout, and day of packing list. This is awesome, because as a result of her planning and organization, all vendors are on the same page as to expectations the day of.

    I honestly can not say enough great things about Tracy and her assistant Vanna. Tracy was so willing to help out during my final walk through to add some drapings at the venue, getting them at a great price due to her great relationships with other vendors.Tracy helped me take my wedding above and beyond all my expectations and completely floored me the day of, leaving me speechless with what she had put together. The drapings, linens, the layout, everything was absolutely PERFECT!!

    Tracy SAVED our wedding!!! We hired Tracy after letting our first wedding planner go. Needless to say we were stressed and not sure how our wedding would turn out with a huge set back like that, but Tracy was AMAZING!!!! Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined. Tracy jumped right in like she had been planning it the whole time. Her abundance of contacts is unbelievable. Anything I mentioned she knew someone that could help and not only help but she would get us the best price. She was always there with her professional opinion and advice. I always felt like I was the only wedding she was planning, even though I know that wasn't the case. The day of the wedding Tracy and her team took care of everything, even hiccups without us knowing. People continue to compliment us on how amazing our wedding was and we owe it all to Tracy!! She is creative, organized, detailed, a problem-solver, passionate, and the list goes on!! If you are looking for a wedding/event planner, hire Tracy!!! She is worth every penny and will be the best decision you ever make in the planning process!!!

    We hired Tracy to be our day-of coordinator for our October wedding at Ma Maison and she and her assistant Vanna were wonderful to work with. She really provided a lot more than just day-of coordination. First, we met and hired Tracy about a year before the wedding. We don’t live in Austin so she was accommodating and let us have our initial hour consultation over the phone. Then throughout a year of wedding planning she was always available to answer my emails about scheduling, the venue, recommended vendors. About a month before the wedding she coordinated our wedding walkthrough with our venue and caterer. She ran through the whole day with us and took notes. After that meeting she created a really detailed day-of timeline that also included a packing list for me and a layout of the venue. The week prior to the wedding she emailed the timeline out to all of our vendors so everyone knew that she was their point of contact going forward, knew what time to arrive and where to set up, etc. This was perfect because the week prior I didn’t have to answer a ton of email questions from vendors. Tracy coordinated our rehearsal with our officiant and we did a run through a couple of times. She even met with us a little bit early so that she could pick up some of our décor items (bridal portraits, toasting glasses, etc) so that we wouldn’t have to worry about taking them to the venue on our wedding day. Our wedding day went seamlessly. Tracy met us at the venue two hours before the ceremony and put up décor, made sure everything was in place, then coordinated the ceremony. She even scheduled in a few minutes for my new husband and I to sit down together before the reception and have dinner. During the reception she organized the bouquet toss, cake cutting, everything. We were able to enjoy the night and we never had to worry about timing or where we were supposed to be. After our exit Tracy stayed and helped my parents pack up everything.     Thanks to Tracy Collins! She made every detail special for my wedding! It was an absolute success. Having her coordinate the wedding was such a wonderful decision! Everything ran smoothly, despite having to pull the rain plan. Multiple people commented on what a well run wedding it was. She freed us up to enjoy the best night of our lives. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Her vendor recommendations were superb, her relationships with them served us when it came to pulling the rain plan, and her professionalism was unparalleled. She went above and beyond, even going out of her way after midnight to drop off the leftover alcohol to my bridesmaids' hotel so they could continue the after party. If doing that after a 15+ hour workday isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is!

    Tracy is the owner of Events by Decision, as well as your wedding coordinator, and she is the BEST! From our very first meeting Tracy was able to take my pictures and ideas, and really bring my entire wedding vision to life! She was so helpful through out the process with vendor recommendations, multiple meetings, suggestions, and she always made sure I was on track! Through out wedding planning, you may think you can do it on your own, but the truth is, YOU CAN'T. The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding weekend is having to make sure everything is in place, and what to do next. Tracy is there to do it all for you, and completely guides you and your groom through the night.

    Tracy is the BEST, she is so nice/fun, and knows how to get the job done!

    Tracy... what can I say!!! I dont think I can put into words how amazing Tracy is. I am a very indecisive person and Tracy helped me with everything. She helped me to create a vision for my wedding. She found the best vendors in Austin for our wedding. We worked with the nicest people ever and it was all from Tracy's recommendations. She was also able to calm me down in my freak out moments, she knew exactly what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. She is great! I can not say enough good things about her. The day of I worried about nothing. All of my family and friends were able to relax and really enjoy the wedding because Tracy had everything under control. Thank you Tracy for doing such a great job and recommending wonderful vendors for us to work with.

    Tracy is a life saver!! I don't know what I would have done without her!! She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to weddings and wedding planning. There were SO many things that I had not even thought about that she brought to my attention and I am so thankful for that. She was also great about telling me little tricks and tips when it came to narrowing down all the details. I am 100% sure that our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without her. She made sure everyone stuck to the schedule (which I heard is easy to get off of) so that everything ran smoothly! I could not have been more happy with everything thing that Tracy did!

    You cannot go wrong with Events By Decisions.....seriously, they are AMAZING! I went the first 6 months of our engagement thinking I would not need a coordinator for our wedding, but decided as we got closer to the big day just to look into it. As soon as I met Tracy, I knew I had to have her, and am SO glad that we decided to hire her as our wedding coordinator. This girl is SO on top of things, organized, energetic, and FUN! She really pulled together all of the little (and big!) details of our wedding, and there is no way we could have done it without her. I felt so relaxed the week of the wedding and on our wedding day, knowing that Tracy was there to help with everything. Sure enough, our big day was just PERFECT, Tracy and her assistant were there for the entire ceremony and reception and made sure the night went smoothly. I could not be happier with how it all went, it was truly the best night of our lives. I cannot say enough good things about EDI...if you are a bride in the Austin area, Tracy is your girl!!!!

    EDI was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. They were recommended to me by a friend who also used them for her wedding. At one point my mom and I started referring to Shannon as "the miracle worker." There was no task too big, no question unanswered and no decision was left up in the air. We hired Shannon for "day of" , vendor suggestions and contract review, transportation and a few other things and she came through with flying colors on those and so much more. She responded to every email, phone call, and text promptly and efficiently. She went above and beyond what we had contracted for in so many aspects of the planning process. When I wanted different colored chairs at basically the last minute, Shannon found them, discounted, so it didnt affect our budget. When I was having difficulty communicating with certain vendors, she stepped in on negotiating and got me everything I wanted. When I was going to DIY my centerpieces she offered to do them (again in keeping with the budget) and they were beyond my expectations, and we got compliments from every table at the wedding on them. These are just a few examples from a year's worth of amazing help and support from Shannon and EDI. "Events by Decisions" is so appropriate for what they do- they helped me with my decisions every time I was stuck or needed help. I really got the feeling that they cared about my wedding and the end result. Overall they are everything that you'd want in a wedding planner- attentive, supportive, efficient, cost effective, great vendor recommendations, ability to negotiate contracts which results in lower prices, not having to worry about a thing on the actual wedding weekend, and of course- Shannon and Tracy are both great people. I'd recommend them to any bride!

    Tracey and Shannon at Events by Decisions were incredible. I actually bid on their services at a charity silent auction, and I was a little nervous about hiring a Day-of Coordinator that I had never met, but it was for a good cause and I figured if I didn't like them at the first meeting I would just say "thanks but no thanks." Fortunately, I got a great impression from the very first meeting, and it only continued to get better from there. Even though I only hired them for "Day Of," Tracey continually checked in on me during my planning process, and offered her expertise and advice throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, it could not have been a more perfect day. I was stress-free, and the wedding turned out beautifully. Tracey kept our wedding party in line, even threatening to put them in "cocktail timeout" if they didn't do what was asked! She and Shannon were a blast to have at our wedding, and I am SO thankful that they were there to keep everything running smoothly. If there were problems I don't know about them, and that's what I wanted! Thank you so much to both of them for making my wedding day perfect in every way.
