Quick background: I am a San Francisco native who married a Dutch man in SF. Wedding date was July 20, 2024. We had a blessing at Sts. Peter and Paul’s Church in North Beach and reception/party immediately following at The Green Room in the War Memorial Building on Van Ness. 104 guests traveling from Bay Area and the Netherlands, family-style sit-down dinner, cocktail hour, dancing until midnight, FUN FUN FUN.
My husband and I live in Amsterdam and the idea of planning a wedding from abroad was daunting and we knew that we (along with my family) would need help. From the moment we met Tosca over a Zoom call in Nov 2023, we had a great feeling that she was whole-heartedly on our team and was going to make our dream day come to life! Boy did she!
Tosca is extremely organized and kept us on track which helped us manage it all. We felt so taken care of. She was by our side as we navigated the highs and lows of brainstorming, overthinking, weighing our endless options of vendors, and the feelings along with it. She was always a phone call away. I’m neurotic and fixated on the details and Tosca respected my feelings and my opinions. She was upbeat and positive offering seemingly endless amounts of energy, recommendations, solutions and honest feedback. She was so patient with us and our families as we explained our wants and needs, changed our minds, or just needed someone to talk to.
On the wedding day and the weeks leading up, she was constantly checking in and excited. Tosca was going to make everything happen and all we had to do was enjoy. She had a timeline schedule, tackle boxes of emergency items, and the best team to boot! We felt so prepared and relaxed on the wedding day. There were no surprises or last minute stresses. We gave Tosca all our trust and we are so grateful and indebted to her and all the heartfelt work she put in. Our wedding day was more perfect and beautiful than we imagined. SHE NAILED IT! Awesome To Have Tosca on Our Side
Tosca was great. She helped guide us through the wedding process from soup to nuts. She was helpful in thinking about our decor, our theme, and finding vendors. She helped us find our photographer, photo booth folks, and in the last few months leading up to our big day she really helped to make sure we were on target with our to do's and she kept all of our vendors updated and on the same page.

Great vision and plenty of experience
Tosca was very knowledgeable and fun to work with! We wanted a disco themed wedding reception, and from the first meeting she had great ideas for how to incorporate that theme into our celebration without going overboard. She has a lot of experience to draw from when thinking of little touches or giving advice. She helped us navigate vendor selection and her suggestions were excellent.
She was also warm, encouraging, and fun to work with. Day-of coordination went smoothly. Her familiarity with our venue and relationship with the point of contact there had many benefits we could not have foreseen. Dream Wedding
My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was 18 months in the making and Tosca guided the couple every step of the way. When hiring a wedding planner your hopes are they will streamline the process of finding the right vendors, checking all the boxes regarding details and contracts and meeting deadlines. Tosca and her team did all that and then exceeded our expectations. She was patient, kind and flexible when the couple was busy, and when our brainstorming lead to ideas and requests, she always asked, "Would you like me to do that?" The first time she asked that, as the mom, I felt a wave of relief. "Yes, thank you!"
I cannot stress enough the quality of the vendors to which she guided my son and daughter-in-law. It was obvious there was never a "wrong" choice, so they were able to decide based on the connection they had with the vendors and the comfort they felt their vision was understood. This paid enormous dividends when their day arrived. They felt very connected to all those who were there for them and it added to the happiness they felt on their wedding day.
Now, the day of the wedding. We thought Tosca was a great planning partner, and she absolutely is, but her event management skills are next level. We didn't have to think or worry about anything but watching our beautiful couple marry.

A seamless, stress-free, and beautiful experience
Tosca helped us plan our dream wedding this June. We got married at my grandfather's house - not your typical venue - and needed to build everything from scratch. We could not have done it without Tosca. She knew exactly what needed to be done - and when - to make it happen. This included everything from finding someone to build a custom dance floor over our swimming pool to working with the caterer on how to build a custom kitchen, as well as the standard things like renting tables, china/flatware, lighting, and helping us find the perfect vendors for food, flowers, and music. We planned everything in just under a year - and none of it felt stressful because we only did a little bit at a time and Tosca knew exactly when to start thinking about each step of the way.
Tosca doesn't miss a single detail. The week or 2 before the wedding, we noticed the weather might be a little colder than expected - without missing a beat, Tosca suggested several ways to compensate and managed to order us heat lamps as well as pashminas to keep our guests warm. The best part was that she tied together all the pashminas with little teapot charms - which fit perfectly with our tea party themed wedding. It's the little details like this that made us smile; not only is she able to calmly fix the situation, but also she goes above and beyond to create a delightful experience.
The day of the wedding, too, Tosca was there to calmly make sure everything was working out, and jumping on it if something went wrong - I heard later we had a bit of a plumbing emergency. It's saying a lot that during the wedding, I didn't even know this was going on, because Tosca was on it.
In addition to planning everything flawlessly, Tosca is an excellent confidant and mediator. Any time we disagreed with our parents or had some minor hiccup, she was always there to talk through it and take the blame if we needed to do something different from what our parents wanted. In the end, everyone was happy - including us and our families!
I cannot recommend Tosca enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to work with her, take the opportunity!

Exceeded our expectations
Since our first meeting, Tosca's warmth and caring was infection and we new we were in great hands. Tosca made the bride and groom's dreams come true. She listened to their visions and made them all a reality. We had an outdoor wedding in the bride's grandfather's backyard. Tosca helped us select vendors which transformed the backyard into a beautiful setting. The pool was transformed into a dance floor where people danced through the night.. Tosca really thought of everything. We jokingly asked what we would do if the rabbi didn't show up and she reassured us that she is licensed to officiate - nor worries. I always looked forward as the mother of the bride, to our online meetings when Tosca would reassure us that we were on track and that everything would be beautiful (which of course it was) Last minute when we thought it might be unseasonably cold (it wasn't) Tosca made sure we had heaters and pashimas available for everyone. Even after the wedding, tosca resolved a minor issue with the hotel where we had booked a block for out of town guest. I

Three ceremonies and an extravagant reception
Tosca is the professional you need for your wedding. She incorporated every cultural tradition and ritual with elegance and meaning as well as giving us the elevated reception we desired for our 300 person wedding. She was mindful of my mom's needs and making sure her limited mobility was taken into account so she could fully participate in the wedding. Our families were impressed by the thoughtful coordination of three ceremonies with food, activities and entertainment throughout the whole day. Tosca has an eye for detail and coordinated our production of a wedding with her amazing team. I had no stress as a bride as Tosca and her team had our events timed and coordinated to seamlessly flow. It was a wedding for the books and the best choice we made was having Tosca as our planner.

Wonderful!
Sometimes it takes a miracle worker to pull together all of the many elements of a wedding together to please the bride and groom and their families. Tosca was there from beginning to end, coordinating the music with other professionals in the community, the flowers, the signing of the wedding certificate, the wedding party, and the unexpected. One of the participants had his formal dress shows fall apart, and she was there with her tool kit and duct tape to save the day.

The best wedding planner we could have asked for
Tosca was the best wedding planner we could have ever imagined. She was our partner and guide through the whole process, from picking vendors to figuring out what color/font our allergy cards looked like. Her 30+ years in the industry shined through all aspects of her work. She was wonderful at taking us along the wedding planning journey which helped to minimize any stress we faced as the wedding couple. Tosca Crushed it!!!!!
We hired Tosca at the recommendation of a family member, who planned a large wedding in San Francisco years ago. We were told said they couldn't have done it without Tosca and they were right! We live in Southern CA, and were getting married in San Francisco, so everything was remotely planned, or while we were visiting for 24-48 hours. She introduced us to photographers, videographers, caterers, helped plan hotels for out of town guests, helped pick out transportation based on the guest list. She helped out in so many ways behind the scenes, I feel guilty not listing all of them!
We had our wedding at St. Peter & Paul's Cathedral, and our reception at the City Hall Rotunda, meaning everything needed to be perfect to get all 200+ people there, in time, comfortably. It went off without a hitch! The food was delicious, our guests were comfortable, everyone had a great time, and I married the love of my life.
We highly recommend Tosca if you are planning your wedding anywhere near San Francisco.

Incredible wedding planner with fantastic connections and top-tier professionalism
Tosca was AMAZING!! She was simultaneously immaculately organized (via a many-channeled slack) and highly flexible. She was extremely experienced and able to guide us through every step of the process, always providing helpful suggestions and helping us to realize our vision for the wedding. From day one she was a clear and consistent communicator and was entirely transparent about her services and process. Most importantly, on the day, both she and her assistant Melissa were fantastic—the wedding was perfect largely due to their silent hustling. When I left my bouquet in another room right before I was to head down the aisle? No problem – Melissa sprinted to get it and had it right on time. Guests were late? No problem—Tosca redirected with them quietly and with ease. Her pre-existing connections are responsible for our incredible caterer, florist, hair-dresser, and yet more – she knows this business, knows the bay area, and provides absolutely top-tier service. I can’t recommend her and her team highly enough!

The best planner
Tosca was amazing at helping us coordinate with the venue. She even pulled some strings that the venue had previously mentioned was not doable! She made us feel like part of her family and was such a joy to work with!

A day beyond our wildest dreams!!
I cannot say enough about Tosco Productions! Every detail was perfect! From the engraved invitations to the flowers in the fountain at our reception in the Fairmont Penthouse. It was quite a task to put together a destination weekend wedding for us and all of our guests! Tosca took care of everything! I heard later there were a few minor issues during the wedding and reception. I had no idea. The entire weekend was flawless. The pride up lights at Grace Cathedral were beautiful, the trumpeter escort through Huntington Park was very regal and a lot of fun!

Tosca is the best!!!
We chose Tosca as the coordinator for our destination wedding in San Francisco. There were so many details that Tosca suggested that made the entire experience "once in a lifetime." Starting with the beautiful high end acrylic engraved invitations to the beautiful flowers in the Penthouse of the Fairmont Hotel. The ceremony at Grace Cathedral was perfect with the Pride uplighting and the trumpeter escort from the cathedral to the reception. Tosca spent so much time getting to know us and customizing every experience to perfectly reflect us and the occasion. Even the small problems that arose were handled flawlessly without a disturbance of any kind.
Tosca is the first and best decision we made for our celebration. We cannot thank her enough for all that she orchestrated for us!

Tosca is the absolute best at what she does! She served as the month-of coordinator for our wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay in July 2022. We were engaged just four months before our wedding, so Tosca had to coordinate details with our high-profile vendors under especially tight time constraints and did so flawlessly. Our wedding day felt like a fairytale from the moment bridesmaids began getting ready in the bridal suite at 10:00 am until dancing stopped at 10:00 pm. We felt blissfully relaxed thanks to Tosca's stellar efforts behind the scenes to ensure our ceremony and reception flowed perfectly. Her warm, cheerful personality made us feel at ease in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and her lovely presence at our event was cherished by our wedding party and guests. We are so fortunate to have found Tosca and had the great pleasure to work with her on achieving our vision for our wedding. From the beginning, she understood exactly what we wanted and worked hard to stay within our budget. She brought amazing ideas to the table and got creative when we said we wanted things too expensive for our budget.
Tosca helped guide us through all the big milestones in wedding planning from choosing a venue, deciding on caterers, reaching out / negotiating with unique vendors, and managing all of them on the big day. It was even crazier time given we planned everything during the height of the pandemic, but she gave us confidence in all the uncertainty because she always had a plan B in case anything happened. She brings years of experience to the table and it helped us build better relationships with vendors, identify bad contracts/loopholes early on and get the best deals. We are so glad we went with Tosca as our wedding day was amazing largely in part due to her!

Tosca works magic!
When we first started working with Tosca, she had us fill out a questionnaire detailing our dream wedding. Boy, did Tosca deliver! Our wedding was magical. She helped us transform an empty space (our family's front yard) into a stunningly elegant, intimate wedding venue for ~100 guests. All the vendors she recommended were world-class, and she managed and negotiated every single minute detail to deliver an exceptional experience for us and our guests. We would never have thought of the beautiful touches Tosca recommended. Everything from parasols and fans to keep everyone cool, to which signage to include, to the most beautiful VIP restrooms we'd ever seen. Our guests are still raving about the event, saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to. Did I mention she did this all in under 4 months? Tosca puts fairy godmothers to shame. She invest so much of her time, and heart and soul into each client. Tosca is charming, energetic, smart, professional and everything you could hope to find in a Wedding Planner. I watched closely as she helped my son and future daughter-in law navigate the challenges of covid, demanding work schedules and even their dog who they were determined to be a part of the wedding party.
I was so impressed with her that I decided to hire her to help me with the Rehearsal Dinner. She helped me with menu planning, decorations, covid safety precautions and invitations. When I told her that I wanted to make the table decorations she gave me valuable advice on how to do it. At the end of the weekend she had packed all the items that I had brought back in my containers and had them ready for a quick pick-up. Her planning and execution of the entire wedding weekend were meticulous. Many of the guests have told us that it was "The Best Wedding Ever." And thanks to Tosca it truly was.

We interviewed with several wedding planners and we felt Tosca was the most genuine and sincere. It didn't take us long to realize that she was the one for us after our initial meeting. As we began meeting with other reputable vendors, we realized that Tosca was highly respected and adored by all. Tosca is not just a seasoned wedding planner with over 20 years of experience under her belt. She is a fairy godmother that sweeps you off your feet and brings your magical wedding to life.
We always planned to have our ceremony and reception at City Hall but due to the uncertainties of reopening without COVID restrictions, we opted to scramble for a new venue with less than 8 months from our wedding date. Tosca found us a beautiful outdoor venue in Woodside, CA which exceeded our expectations. She thoroughly reviewed our contracts and made us aware of certain caveats and the associated risks giving us the ability to make informed decisions.
We are big foodies and enjoy hosting parties of our own and emphasized to Tosca that we wanted our guests to be stunned with hors d'oeuvres, entrees, dessert, wine/cocktail pairings, and presentation. Tosca understood our vision and we were thoroughly impressed with all of Tosca's vendor recommendations for catering, florists, bakers, entertainment, audio/visual, etc. Tosca was always available to every meeting and had a prepared list of questions for the vendors. She constantly provided feedback and recommendations to remain within our budget. On our wedding day, we had some unforeseen circumstances which would have delayed our wedding by 1 hour. However, Tosca was able to save the day by re-sequencing the schedule and we can't thank her enough for making our wedding day come true.

Wedding Memories for a Lifetime
I knew from the start that Tosca was the person for me. We’d interviewed others. Tosca took a lot of time to get to know us. She knew we met online and that I wanted simple, cute, different.
She came up with favors that were soft computers - on the screen was a stick drawing of a bride and groom. Ours were decorated / Steve’s with a top hat and mind with pearls and a veil!
Our guest book was a beautifully bound drawing book. The table it sat on was covered with crayons. The crayon lettered sign read “please draw in”. Those pictures are treasured to this day.
Our invitations had the same stick figures.
The best memory I have is one that was almost a disaster but Tosca saved the day. After the ceremony she found out the music for our dance was missing. She (or someone on her team) ran into the city and got a copy, in time, without me knowing thank goodness!

When my daughter got engaged I thought, “I can handle all the planning, I’m from San Francisco after all and this will be a breeze organizing a City wedding”. Oh boy was I wrong. I am so thankful that my daughter and I are working with Tosca. She is an absolute professional with loads of experience and she has a great personality. As we began our wedding planning, Covid-19 came crashing down, but it did not stop Tosca. Tosca knows everyone in the business and the planning continues. The SF Fairmont was closed to the public but Tosca performed her magic and we were able to tour the facility, she negotiated a wonderful deal, and we signed a contract! Tosca has made sure to incorporate the “Covid-19 clause “ in all of our contracts. Tosca has recommended top quality vendors from DJ, Lighting, & Hair & Makeup….. The vendors all speak very highly of Tosca and are happy to be working with her again. We are in the middle of our planning and working with Tosca I feel completely relaxed and confident that my daughter’s wedding will be beautiful and that everything will go smoothly. We got engaged in July 2020, during Covid. We didn't know where to begin. We weren't sure that venues, vendors, etc... would allow us to book for November next year. We couldn't get ahold of any venues or vendors to even check availability. We started working with Tosca & we couldn't have been more thrilled! She has so many relationships throughout San Francisco that we were able to get in contact with people faster than we would have been able to on our own. We are fully into the wedding planning process for next year with the venue & several vendors already booked!
Regardless of Covid becoming part of our lives, we definitely would have worked with Tosca. She's been able to negotiate deal points, in every aspect, that we never would have been able to ourselves; nor even knew that we could have negotiated for.
What started out being extremely scary, has now become one of the easiest processes. She makes making decisions simple & flawless. Just the other night, my fiancé & I said "We always thought this would be harder!"

Tosca is MAGIC!
We are so lucky to have had Tosca at the helm of our dream wedding! She was wonderful in so many ways, and we are so grateful! When we had to pivot from a 150 person wedding at the Brazilian Room to an intimate 16 person wedding with a Zoom component, she pivoted gracefully and confidently, leading the way for us to feel that it would all come together beautifully. She worked wonderfully with my Zoom wedding coordinator, Lindsey Sachs from Collective/bySachs. Tosca provided me above and beyond service, responding to countless emails, texts, and phone calls--keeping me sane and still excited about the prospect of getting married in Covid times! She came to tastings with us, helped me recover a deposit from a vendor who refused to refund us when we had to pivot, and really leaned in to our Zoom wedding. Tosca and Melissa worked so diligently, coming to our new wedding venue multiple times to help with the tech rehearsal to make sure the mics and cameras were placed in a way that the Zoom audience could see and hear us! We had over 130 Zoom attendees from all over the US and 4 other countries! Tosca's attention to detail and level of thoughtfulness are incredible! Her placement of photos and signs on our gift table, ironing our linens, putting sweet succulents in our terrariums that I wasn't sure we would be able to use were just a few of the delightful details I saw at the wedding! Tosca's ideas of a personalized parasol for us and white parasols for all our guests as shade cover was just delightful! I had to convince my dad the cost would be worth it, and at the end, his highest compliment was that he apologized for ever doubting why we needed Tosca!!

Masterful Planner and Wonderful Person
Tosca is a talented and skilled professional who is able to get along with everyone and really make all the key relationships work in a wedding. a special, educational and fun experience
Prior to hiring a wedding planner, i though I could try handle the planning with the help of online blog/advices etc. I did lot of researches and venue exploring on my own, and soon enough, realized that I spent most of my walking hrs on the phone and the grid trying to keep track of all the info instead of enjoying our engagement. We decided to look into hiring a wedding planner for guidance at the early stage, and Tosca Productions stood out the most for her experiences, enthusiasm and positive vibes. It was really awesome to have Tosca helped us at the early stage so we can stay within our budget as much as we could. She helped narrow down our choices, visit the venue sites, asks the right questions, and ultimately helped us pick the venue of our vision that we prolly would have not thought of otherwise. She even negotiated with the venue for many good perks/deals for us! Besides the venue, she helped us find other wonderful talented important vendors (photographer/ florist) that also matched my vision/ budget. We ended up hiring her for full service since we found her so helpful in many aspects. Throughout the planning, she can be easily reached through all kinda of communication platform, even late at night! Tosca helped organized meetings with the venue and us, and helped facilitate our thinking for wedding colors/ decorations/ theme/ what works and what not in reality {so we can plan accordingly and not waste our times on things that wouldnt work). When things got tough, and I started to feel stressed out she was like my friend that i could vent/ express my concerns/ worries/ shared ideas to. It helped a lot to ease the stress knowing that I have her and that we got this! I also realized I became more picky as the process went on but Tosca did her best to make most of my weird demands/ last minute changes possible! Thank you Tosca!
The day of the wedding went exceptionally smooth, stress-free, organized and well executed by Tosca Productions and the crew! We cant be any happier with our wedding decorations/ themes/ flowers/ , all the visions we talked and discussed. Tosca made sure the day flowed well, saved us food to eat, reminded us of the time discreetly and gently, all while blending in background with the guests and respected our times/ space. Us and The guests had lots of fun and in awe of all the details! The most important thing besides having fun was that Us and our families were able to sit back and enjoy the whole day, instead stressing out and all over the place to set up/clean up etc. Tosca even helped us took care of our wedding certificate, have it signed and gave it to us in once piece ( we were in the middle of the actions and forgot all about it after church lol)
Unless you have a small simple wedding, we would totally recommend having a wedding planner, someone experienced and passionate like Tosca Productions, so you enjoy the whole engagement/ wedding planning / wedding day better and probably save some $$ in a long run

Could not have done it without Tosca
Long story short, we had that nightmare happen to us that you only hear on radio pranks. The one where the venue calls you 8 days before your wedding and notifies you that they will not be able to host your wedding and reception do to one reason or another. We had 8 days to replan the wedding. After the initial shock and stress, we ended up with a better venue and a perfect day.
We had used Tosca previously and would not think of planning a wedding without her. As expected everything was completed and on schedule including every little detail until we received that dreaded call. I think this was a first for Tosca as well and a definite test of her abilities. We could NEVER have pulled this off without her.

An absolute magic maker
Where do I even begin!
Tosca is on it (to say the least) and thought of every last detail to make our wedding absolutely perfect. We planned for a year and she got everything taken care of from napkins and decorations to vendors and timelines.
One week before our wedding my venue got shut down, which meant we were out a ceremony space, reception space, and caterer. This final week confirmed it for me that Tosca had some sort of magical powers. She was able to find another venue, set up the menu, re-design the seating chart and figure out what other decorations we would need since this space was completely different from the first. These are only a few things she managed to get done in ONE week, and this was no small feat considering this was a wedding with over 200 guests.

The absolutely perfect day
Tosca helped us plan our wedding day (mostly while we were living out of state). She was absolutely essential and amazing. It was so wonderful to be able to enjoy our perfect day without having to worry about anything. She thought of every little detail and really made the day a memory we will always cherish. Tosca is the best!!! As two busy professionals planning our wedding remotely from another time zone, we are so incredibly grateful to have had Tosca by our side to help with major decisions and ensure the big day was executed flawlessly. We had been through a grueling research process to find our venue so we know what it’s like to do that without a planner - and for all vendors after that the process was seamless. Tosca recommends the very best because she is the very best - we loved everyone we worked with: both the quality of their work and their warmth and rapport. Tosca builds amazing relationships and manages all the details - from giving us a checklist of what to do when to briefing all the vendors AND our entire family and wedding party, she was so integral to our big day. There are so many tiny logistics and communication involved in a wedding and we didn’t have to deal with them because Tosca had it all covered. She is a great communicator and an experienced professional - she was available whenever we needed her and I always felt better after we spoke. No topic was too big or too small to cover with her. For a bride like me who had never had grand visions of wedding colors, decor, etc. Tosca was a wonderful sounding board and recommended really nice touches that made our wedding all the more beautiful and meaningful. It was such a pleasure working with Tosca for our wedding. We needed an expert on all the rules of City Hall and Tosca knew everything!! I was able to connect with Tosca immediately - she is warm, thoughtful, hard working & genuinely cares about you as a couple and (this was major for us) your family & friends. One of the things I appreciate most is that Tosca would make recommendations and suggestions, but if I had a different way of working or planning, she would adjust and make sure whatever was most important to us would work out in the best way possible. Tosca was excellent through the whole process from the planning stages to the day of our wedding. She has a great ability to calm our nerves when the stresses of coordinating the wedding start to creep in. She continually provided excellent suggestions to make our wedding beautiful and while keeping our budget consciousness in mind. It was wonderful to be able to bounce all of our wedding questions that we had to get her opinion based on past experiences and overall wedding expertise. She is awesome at suggesting things we would never think of that saved us money as well as enhancing our wedding theme. She was always available for us via phone and email and never hesitated to meet up with us in person when we felt it would be best. On the day of our wedding, she was there making sure we were not bothered and that things went smoothly. She even had two assistants with her on the day of our wedding so that she can personally be there to assist me (bride) in every way possible. She took care of all the wedding nuances and we had no clue the nuances even occurred until a week after the wedding because we were too busy enjoying the wedding and she made sure we stayed enjoying it while taking care of the rest. Tosca really made sure all the small details are taken cared of. She comes equipped with a bridal emergency kit consisting of a sewing kit, first aid kit, etc.. She is so thoughtful to even suggest that my husband bring a soft cotton hanky on the big day to wipe away any day of tears :) She always stepped up when we needed her to and really helped relieve our stresses. We can't say enough good things about her. She will always be in our hearts and is family to us..we love you Tosca!

We began working with her in early January for our dream wedding in September. In nine short months Tosca took our wedding ideas, hopes and dreams…and created not just a wedding, but an event that we are our guests will never forget. Tosca broke down the planning process into steps. She guided us and helped us interview top-notch yet budget appropriate vendors for our wedding. Her wealth of experience helped us understand the quotes and contracts we received. Tosca is very hands-on planner…we always worked directly with her. Tosca was the MOST AMAZING, beneficial and worthwhile expense of the entire wedding. She stepped in at the final month, boy had I wished I hired her sooner. She saved us so much money even that late in the game. She took over and organized everything and became a real partner and friend in the game. She even went to the dress fittings with us! The day of the wedding there was a rally planned right near the venue. The entire thing would have failed without her. But due to her expertise the whole wedding went off without a hitch. I thought I had everything thought of and planned out, but boy I didn’t know a lot. The ways Tosca improved this wedding are endless. I would love to chat with anyone that has any questions. Words can’t begin to describe how amazing Tosca is! More details below but for a short summary – Our wedding really wouldn’t have been possible without Tosca. My husband and I both agree wholeheartedly that Tosca was the BEST investment of our entire wedding!
We spent a lot of time interviewing a number of different wedding planners, but as soon as we spoke with Tosca, we could quickly tell that she was different. She has years of experience, a number of connections and contacts in the industry and is genuinely a wonderful, caring person. Both my husband and I had very busy schedules but she was also able to work around it, which often meant late night meetings and weekend appointments. She has so much experience and catches all the little details that we would’ve easily overlooked had we done this one our own. Even with a wedding planner, I knew I wanted to be as hands on as possible and she was perfect. She helped keep everything organized and on schedule but allowed us the freedom to make the decisions about the most important aspects of our wedding. She understood that we had a budget and helped us work within it.
And the most important part – she really pays attention to your families. My parents, especially my dad, had a lot of special needs and she made sure that all of this was communicated to our vendors and everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding. Tosca was everywhere during the wedding. When I needed my dress fluffed and my bridesmaids were occupied, when I got wine on my wedding dress, when I forgot my comfy shoes in the hotel.. She was always there! My husband and I were able to just enjoy the day because she and her assistants took care of everything!

I am so glad we found Tosca for our wedding coordinator! Since we had most of the main planning already done, we hired her to help with the final preparations and day-of coordinating. I had no idea just how much energy she was going to put into our plans and was SO impressed by her passion and care. Overall, she was super positive, thoughtful, responsive, and fun. I felt so lucky to have someone we could trust behind the scenes to run the show, especially at our reception, which was held at a brewery that had never hosted a wedding reception before. She took care of things I didn't even think of, like wrapping up leftover food for us to take home (which was great because we didn't get to eat at all during the reception) and packing up the flowers. I recommend her 100%!

We held a Jewish wedding at a Temple in SF in June 2017, and boy am I happy we decided to hire Tosca as our day of coordinator. We pretty much handled everything leading up to the wedding ourselves, but needed Tosca and her services to help us with the timeline and on our day of events. I don't know what we would do without her. Seriously! Everything went so smoothly, and it was so nice having Tosca's smiling face assuring me everything was going to be OK on one of the happiest yet stressful days of my life.

When Tosca started this Bay Area business I don't think she would have ever thought she would help plan THE PERFECT wedding in Nashville, TN. Well..she did. It was an absolutely amazing day. Tosca is the best!! Whatever we needed, Tosca did. I know there are things that we didn't even realize we needed, but Tosca took care of it for us. Tosca planned the wedding of my first daughter.
It was an amazing event! From the very first meeting I knew she was the one!! So when my second daughter got engaged I knew who to call!! I was a little nervous at first, because this one lives in Nashville. Of course with Tosca, no problem, next thing I knew we were on a plane headed to Nashville. She already had appointments made with dress shops, venues. Two very busy days, planned but of course after the first day, my daughter fell in love with the venue, found "the dress"! This is what Tosca does. After we got back she starts on a website, that gave all of the out of town guests up to the date information. Next, because the venue was just outside of downtown Nashville, she suggested we also provide transportation, to and from the venue, keeps every one safe and able to stay in the middle of downtown, in the hotels she had organized for our group. She guided us thru ordering the invitations, making sure EVERY detail was thought out. Things we would have missed. Even making sure I had the correct postage, Took care of seating charts, responses, caterers, beverages, you name it she thought of it!! All the things that get forgotten! Comments about the magical ceremony would not be as positive without Tosca's magic!! it would not be lovely without her attention to every single detail!!!! Most importantly, she took care of my daughter, the beautiful bride. Even thou the venue was supposed to be all inclusive, and it was really their job now to take over. Tosca doesn't quit, when she saw Laurens dress needed to be bustled, she did it! I had tears in my eyes watching, thinking, she never stops!
Tosca can plan anywhere, with anyone!! She truly is amazing!!!! I've recommended her and have had the same response, don't know what we would have done without her!!!! We have one more daughter and I promise Tosca will be there!!

Prior to my own wedding, I didn't really understand the purpose of wedding planners. I had planned events in the past and was perfectly fine with the notion of planning ours on my own. Wow, was I wrong. Really, Tosca is the best. Other than marrying my husband, Tosca was probably the best choice related to that day.
Tosca married (pun intended) our personalities and ideas with details and practicality. She created stunning and unique centerpieces out of cans of food to be donated (my diy version looked like "a 2nd grade art project"). We were extremely budget conscious and she helped us figure out what our priorities were so that we could do real-time alterations on our budget (photography went up, florals went down). When I called her, 2 weeks before the wedding, and said that I needed a new hair and makeup person, she told me not to worry. By the end of the day she had sent me the websites and contact information for 2 people who she had worked with, trusted, and were both available on the day of our wedding.
There were probably hiccups the day of the wedding but, if there were, I didn't know about them and I haven't heard about them since. We were able to leave the wedding knowing that everything was safely packed and organized and going to its rightful home. And all we had to do was go on our honeymoon and enjoy being married.
Tosca was a pleasure to work with and, now, if anyone asks me about weddings my suggestion is that they not just get a wedding planner but that it be Tosca.

Tosca is fabulous! She started working with my now husband and me after we had already selected our venue and key vendors. And yet there was still so much to be done! Tosca hit the ground running and never looked back! It was important to her that she get to know us well so that she could help us craft the day that was right for us, and she did! Tosca provided great counsel, drawn from many years of industry experience, when guidance was needed to make some of the countless wedding planning decisions.
She did a terrific job managing our many vendors and the results were top notch. Everyone of them came through as they were supposed to on our wedding day!
Tosca was incredibly responsive and always with a smile on her face! She's very organized, which is something else we loved about working with her. Her upbeat nature and enthusiasm made her a true pleasure to work with. If we were to do it all over again (but there's no plans for that happening), we would absolutely hire Tosca. Words cannot adequately express how truly wonderful Tosca is at her job and how grateful my husband (yay!) and I are that she was with us throughout the wedding planning process. Tosca's responsiveness and attention to detail made us feel as though our wedding was the only wedding on her calendar (though we know that was definitely not the case). She has been at this a long time and her expertise is worth every penny. She is excellent at predicting how guests and the wedding party will react to different situations and she gave priceless advice related to the wedding day timeline. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother. Tosca and her team worked seamlessly with the other vendors to put on the most stunning and gorgeous celebration I have ever been to. This 5 star review is one year overdue but, frankly, the continued positive and happy feelings from my wedding go to show what an AWESOME job Tosca and her crew did. There are so many things that Tosca executed on perfectly that I really need to focus on MY big reasons why having Tosca plan your wedding will get your marriage to the right start:
1. People management: Tosca was amazing at being the central clearinghouse for all people involved in the wedding and effectively managing the logistics AND, more importantly, emotions each person brings. She was able to manage ideas from multiple family members in a way allowed each person to be heard but still not get people bogged down in tasks or stress. She helped facilitate some potentially tough mother-son dynamics in a way that was masterful and respectful of all parties. She also effectively coordinated other vendors to ensure that they got the information they needed to do their jobs effectively.

Client-centric: Tosca was able to find the right mix of facilitating the level of involvement we wanted (as well as our family members) and taking over on tasks and decisions that we either didn't care about or were indecisive about. This is HARD. We, at many times, gave Tosca some conflicting messages about different areas of the wedding planning but Tosca just rolled with it. She gave us space when we needed it. She pushed harder when time/deadlines required decisions and action. We never felt like she was taking over our wedding nor did we ever feel like she wasn't doing enough.

If there's one thing every wedding needs, it's a wedding planner, and in this department, there's simply no one we could imagine being better than Tosca.
Even for those of the do-it-yourself ilk, having someone there the day of (and in the weeks leading up) to make sure all the nitty gritty details are taking care of means that you can truly sit back and enjoy the ride of getting married. We considered ourselves to be pretty on top of things, but from the moment we reached out to Tosca, we knew we were lucky to have her on board. She was able to dive right in, and struck just the right balance of providing helpful guidance, while also giving us the room to realize our vision for our big day.
We hired Tosca for month of wedding coordination services, and were particularly impressed with how she was able to join us right in the middle of things and help us firm up many of the plans we had already set in motion. The templates, tables, and contact lists she provided were immensely helpful, but even more so, having her available by phone and email in the weeks leading up to our wedding helped set us (and both our families) at ease. Tosca is amazing at what she does, and is also warm and earnest in her communication – you can tell she really cares about the people she works with.
There were also details we simply wouldn't have thought of without Tosca. Thinking about how wind might affect our outdoor wedding plans; anticipating the need for plastic bins to transport items from the reception to the ceremony; helping to delegate and clearly assign tasks to members of the wedding party (like setting up and taking down our chuppah) – there are just so many things that, without Tosca, we would have been scrambling the day of to figure out.
We wholeheartedly recommend working with Tosca if you are seeking a wedding planner or someone to help you coordinate the day of your wedding! We were beyond satisfied with the services and warmth she and her team provided.

Tosca consistently stayed on track with us in understanding the style, colors, vibe, and taste of our family.
She was consistently easy to contact, always responsive, and her personality is so delightful that I always felt happy to be calling her.
Tosca is an organizational wizard and paid close attention to the myriad of details. She was consistently on top of things, and helped us to stay on top of things too, with suggestions and with gentle reminders of our obligations.
Because there was an event at the venue earlier in the day, it required a bit of special magic to organize our timeline, and to coordinate vendor arrivals and deliveries, and Tosca managed all of this perfectly. She also referred us to excellent people and she seemed to have a lovely rapport with the various vendors.
Tosca has a beautiful sense of style, and she appreciated our sense of style as well. She gave me lots of ideas, and she pulled together all of the elements to create a unified look. She thought of many details that I would never have considered, and that our guests noticed and loved.
Because our children were living out-of-state, Tosca was wonderful about communicating with them by phone, and facilitating the long-distance arrangements.
On the day of the wedding Tosca made it possible for me to enjoy the day with no worries at all. I know that she was hard at work from morning to midnight, but she did it all with such a sense of ease and grace that I hardly knew she was there. And yet, it was because of Tosca that things went so beautifully.

Tosca was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She works very hard, even into the late hours of the night. She is very responsive and emails you back immediately. You automatically feel so comfortable with her...almost like she is a family member. She is also good at handling crisis especially when guests show up with no rsvps or when the schedule doesn't go according to plan the day of. She remains calm at all times. My bridesmaids said she worked so hard that they saw her pouring wine to the guests..making sure their glasses was always filled! she also has great ideas to save money ...and for ambiance. My favorite is the votive candles by the window sills. It was so beautiful and added to the ambiance! Loved it!

I cannot recommend Tosca Clark highly enough for helping our family to design and implement the wedding celebration that my daughter and son-in-law had envisioned. We hired Tosca for coordination services the month and day of our event, and we all agree it was the best wedding decision we made!
After a comprehensive preliminary meeting and site walk-through, Tosca remained close at hand every step of the way to create individualized checklists to keep us on track, provide support and advice, offer opinions (in a constructive way, when asked), and organize a large group of vendors (including transportation) to work together to create the most memorable day possible. She was extremely flexible and generous with her time and made herself available to answer any and all questions, to brainstorm, problem-solve, and calm us down when nerves got jittery :)
On the day of our event, Tosca worked her inimitable magic to overcome a number of challenging logistical concerns at the venue, and did her utmost to keep our guests warm, comfortable, and well cared for on a chilly, breezy day. Tosca saw to every detail so that things flowed seamlessly, and both family & friends were able to focus on the magical moments at hand. We didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to fully enjoy the celebration, such an amazing gift!
It can take a while to find the right person with the right combination of skills, experience, and temperament to help you navigate the confusing and overwhelming path of wedding planning, but look no further. Tosca is an extremely gifted wedding coordinator and consummate professional who will not only expertly attend to all the details on your checklist, but who will do so with warmth, humor, and great sensitivity. I truly wish there were enough words to express how phenomenal Tosca is. We had the pleasure of working with Tosca a few years ago for my sister's wedding, and she was one of the first phone calls we made when we got engaged. We had a very large, very complex wedding day that involved two ceremonies and moving 400 people through four different spaces throughout the day. The wedding day was more beautiful and fun than I ever could imagine, and it was flawless from start to finish.
From caterers to florists to invitations to getting the right permits for the event, Tosca knew everyone, and everyone also knew her and was excited to work with her. In addition, Tosca was constantly on the lookout for vendors that would match our needs, tastes, and styles and helped us find the perfect vendors for our event.
As previously stated, our wedding was VERY complex and our family is extremely detail oriented and high maintenance. Throughout the entire process Tosca was SO organized and kept all of us up to date with the latest changes and updates. I truly do not know how she remembered and organized all our requests and updates, but she executed our vision perfectly. In addition, she was able to blend all of our opinions, personalities, and styles beautifully and help us find common ground without anyone feeling like they had to compromise or settle.
Tosca was constantly looking for ways for us to be more efficient with our budget. She helped us to negotiate down all of our contracts (even after the wedding!), and to make smart design selections that allowed us to make the biggest impact with our budget.
Lastly, Tosca becomes part of your family when she plans your wedding (she was there when I bought my dress and at all my fittings). She genuinely wants you to have the day you envision. With Tosca, she makes the entire wedding planning process fun, seamless, and exciting so when you get to the big day you can enjoy every moment.

She made my wedding absolutely fabulous, understood my vision from our very first meeting, made my mother feel calm throughout (as it was the three of us planning), always tried to get us the "most bang for our buck", and in turn we had the best wedding ever. Tosca kept things running smoothly even as the venue went through four event coordinators in less than a year, reminding each new person of the promises made by the predecessors. She knows which vendors perform well and which costs are reasonable. Through two weddings in eight years (including one same-gender) we haven't been able to throw anything at her that she hasn't been able to solve with grace, good humor, creativity and professionalism. Both weddings have been called "best ever" by our guests.

Tosca fully coordinated my wedding in San Jose eight years ago - probably before the time of Yelp. And I was totally wowed and grateful and starry eyed over her then. This last weekend all of those feelings returned when she executed my brother's indescribably beautiful and touching wedding to his husband in Berkeley.
We know that in working with Tosca, we will have fast communication, she will plan the event WE want instead of only suggesting her own preferred vendors, she will eagerly learn about new locations, vendors and themes, she will have incredible and imaginative ideas if we need them, she will maintain and record all of the details we discuss, and the wedding will be carried off beautifully and seemingly effortlessly.
She has saved our mom's sanity, seems to be active in family and bridal therapy (she let me cry on her shoulder when my dress didn't fit last-minute, and in fairy godmother fashion made it fit gorgeously). Plus, she is fun loving, quick witted and one of the most easy-to-get-along-with people I know.

We were having a wedding in a city new to us with many moving parts and decided at this point we needed coordination to pull it all together. Tosca was the perfect person to do this. She handled all the logistics going forward from vendor contracts to hotel arrangements to gift bags to the rehearsal to all wedding day schedules and vendor oversight and even more details I didn't even have to know about. She brought her knowledge, experience, organization, problem solving skills, and sense of humor, finishing off our hard work with hers to create a magical, happy, stress-free wedding. I don't think I can convey in writing how absolutely amazing Tosca is, both as a wedding planner and as a person. My mom and I both worked closely with Tosca and throughout the process consistently remarked to each other how thankful we were we'd found her. Tosca is extremely organized and has no shame in hounding vendors to ensure everyone does what they need to do in the appropriate timeframe. In addition, she brings many years of experience from which she is able to give invaluable advice, while not being overbearing about it. Tosca took care of much behind the scenes and kept quiet any issues; we always felt like all was on track and she minimized the stress for us. Any issues that we did become aware of, she would smile, let us know she was on top of it, and that was the end of it. Additionally, Tosca was willing to do ANYthing, and happily. A few days before the wedding I realized I'd overlooked purchasing something that we wanted to have for guests at the wedding and I just figured I'd have to live without it but Tosca jumped right in and took care of it. Tosca is also a savvy shopper and knows how to find the best deals - she makes sure to keep costs down for you as much as possible. Lastly, Tosca has a great sense of humor and made the process so much fun. Both my mom and I were sad to say bye to Tosca at the end of the wedding weekend but know we will be in touch for years to come.

I knew when I got engaged that I definitely wanted to hire a wedding planner to help me put the perfect wedding together. I never imagined how hard it would be to find the perfect wedding planner to execute that perfect day, but lucky for me, I found Tosca! I knew from the moment I met her that I wanted to work with her. She just had that kind of personality that everyone loves and I instantly knew she would be fantastic to work with. Hire Tosca to plan your wedding. As soon as you do, you will feel a thousand times less stressed out about the whole process because she's got your back (and she's so calm and professional!). She has many years of experience planning weddings and it shows. We hired her for full planning services for our wedding at SF City Hall and she made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. She helped us find most of our vendors (musicians, DJ, photographer, florist, babysitters, etc.), kept us on track with checklists and to-do lists, advised us on etiquette, came to our tastings, pro-actively involved our families and was a joy to have around. On the actual day of our wedding, she and her team were on top of EVERYTHING, coordinating dozens of vendors, moving us along and fixing last minute issues. For example, one of my bridesmaids needed her bracelet fixed and Tosca magically showed up with sewing thread and fixed it on the spot. Post-wedding, I'm finding out that she and her crew also did so many little things behind the scenes to make the wedding flow perfectly. The fact that I didn't know at the time shows how awesome they are. I can't thank Tosca Productions enough for making our wedding so wonderful!!

We wish that we could give Tosca more than a perfect score: she was fantastic at every step and in every way - patient, knowledgeable, cooperative, understanding, and creative! From her first meeting with us we knew that we had called the right person. She was easy to talk to and to work with right from the get-go, and her experience and ability shone through in the excellent suggestions and ideas she gave us. We hired her for the entire month before our wedding and if anything we wish that we’d asked for her help with more of what had to be done – everything she was involved with was done thoroughly, well, and with an eye for detail, fit and finish.
But it was the night before our wedding when she showed us just how wise we’d been to engage her services. Disaster struck: at our rehearsal we discovered that our chuppah - the special canopy that’s an integral part of the Jewish wedding ceremony - was so poorly designed that it sagged like a collapsing tent in the middle and sat on top of our heads! We tried solution after solution to no avail. Tosca stepped in, told us to go on to our rehearsal dinner and that she would take care of it. Her husband - whose help she enlisted - later confided that they were up past 1 am designing and building a custom frame to sit on top of the offending poles and hold up the canopy. Tosca didn’t charge us for the materials or all of the extra time she - and her husband - spent: she just did it. The frame worked perfectly and what could have been a disaster became something remarked on by our guests for its beauty instead.
Needless to say, Tosca was a marvel on the day itself: everything ran smoothly and we got to enjoy our wedding without worry. We would heartily recommend her to any and all and twice on Sundays!

Tosca (of Tosca Productions) handled our month-of and day-of coordination for our March 2013 wedding. We had multiple vendors in two locations, along transportation to manage between a hotel, ceremony, and reception site. In the months leading up to our event, Tosca put together an extremely detailed timeline and assembled contact information for our vendors. The day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry at all about whether flowers were being set up at the reception site while we were getting married, whether the cake had been delivered, or anything else, because we knew that Tosca (and her fabulous team) were on top of it. Tosca also handled our wedding rehearsal and was there throughout to answer all of our questions professionally and quickly. Throughout the reception Tosca was our point person for anything that went wrong or other questions that needed to be handled, which let us celebrate and have fun!
Tosca's services were also very reasonable price-wise, and undoubtedly worth every penny and then some.

We hired Tosca Clark three months prior to our wedding to help us plan for all of the things one tends to put off until closer to the big day. I interviewed three different “month-of +” planners and quickly determined after just a half hour with Tosca that I had found “the one”! She asked such great questions that really drew out the vision I had for my wedding, and was so organized even during that first interview that I knew I would be in good hands. When Tosca entered the picture, I still needed to line up quite a few vendors, and I leaned on her to make vendor recommendations based on my price range and my description of what I wanted. She did an excellent job, and was very sensitive to my budget in her recommendations. She was also proactive about reaching out to the vendors I had already chosen, some of whom she had not worked with before but who instantly appreciated the knowledge that they were now working with a pro. Tosca also negotiated on my behalf with some vendors with whom she had pre-existing relationships, even going so far as to contact other brides who had weddings at my venue prior to and after my date so that we could share the costs of some items we could all use. Tosca’s relationships and knowledge of the local industry no doubt saved us a significant amount of money, more than enough to make up for the fees we paid her, not to mention the peace of mind that came along with the package. On the day of the wedding, Tosca played her role perfectly – she was always in the background, calmly organizing people and vendors and quietly resolving any potential issues that came up, while never interrupting me or asking questions that she could resolve herself. It truly was an ideal situation that, while she remained in the background, did not go unnoticed by me, my parents, and our bridal party. In fact, she did such a great job that one of my bridesmaids, who is getting married in 2013, hired her to plan her own wedding shortly thereafter.

There is something about Tosca that’s very comforting and once you meet her you realize that you don’t want to go through the wedding planning process without her. I interviewed two other people before hiring her and while she may not be the cheapest, she is by far the best. She has been in the business for years and it shows. She works hard to make sure she understands the concept of your wedding and she is a resource for you on everything. She found us great prices on things that there was no way I thought we could afford. She has been doing it for a long time and she has resources and connections with people that you don’t. She makes sure that you stay on track and that nothing is missed or left to the last minute.
Our wedding went perfectly. It wasn’t because we were lucky or because all of our vendors were great, it was because Tosca was on top of every detail. I’m sure there were glitches but if there were, I wasn’t aware of any of them and nor were my guests. She worked closely with the hotel staff and our vendors to make a schedule for the day/night (hair/makeup, flower delivery, cake delivery, shuttle schedule, church, reception setup, etc), no small task! She made sure that people knew when they were going to speak, that no one important was out of the room when it was time for our first dance or cake cutting, double checked our seating chart during cocktail hour, made sure I tossed the bouquet before the photographer was leaving. She thinks of things that you don’t. She worries so you don’t have to. Hire her, you won’t be disappointed!

We hired Tosca as a week-of coordinator for our wedding. We had already selected most of our vendors and wanted someone to just basically manage things on the day-of. Tosca turned out to be so much more than that.
We met with her when we first hired her of course, and then again a few months later when she organized a walk-through of the wedding with our caterer at the venue. This was hugely helpful in identifying what gaps we needed to fill in. About 2 months out from the wedding, Tosca started going through a detailed timeline of the day with us and consistently checked in to make sure we were on track to making all the decisions and completing all the tasks necessary.
There are a million things to remember and even if you are doing most of the planning yourself, it was enormously helpful to have Tosca there as a second brain on the job. She was always available to answer questions and communicate with vendors for us near the end as we ran out of time. Both my fiancé and I were working full time while planning the wedding so this service was invaluable. Tosca even coordinated with some of the the other clients getting married at our venue before and after to have us all split the cost of lighting for our events - a huge savings.
Tosca was completely professional and our families and wedding party all felt comfortable with her and loved her. She listened attentively and patiently answered everyone's questions.
Tosca has great relationships with many vendors, but we worked with some who were not in her network and one thing I sensed was that she did not treat them with the same level of respect and trust. All in all she was just trying to make sure the event ran smoothly so I understand her concern working with strangers.
Our wedding turned out great and ran smoothly, and we definitely couldn't have done it without Tosca. A more than reasonable price for peace of mind on your wedding day!

Tosca is a fabulous wedding planner. We elected to hire her for day of planning services, but she really began assisting in the process a month and a half prior to the event. She was committed in overseeing every small detail from the moment we hired her. She even referred us to other wonderful vendors that we eventually hired for our wedding. She coordinated the wedding seemlessly between the vendors, venue, and all those involved in the wedding. Her attitude during the wedding was upbeat yet focused. I have to admit that I was stymied to come up with enough positive superlatives to describe Tosca Clark of Tosca Productions. I can say with certainty and based on experience that I doubt it would be possible to find someone better to help you plan and orchestrate your wedding, whether she begins working with you at the beginning, middle or end of your planning. I thought I could single-handedly pull off my daughter’s large ceremony and reception at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. I was so wrong! With about three months to go before the big event, I became overwhelmed and realized that I needed help. I interviewed several planners both in person and via the telephone. Some were way too young and had little experience and some were older and knew everything but they charged too much for my very accommodating budget. Some had two weddings on the day my daughter would marry, and I wanted my planner’s full attention to and physical presence at our wedding. The moment I met Tosca, I knew my search was over. Yours will be, too, if hire on the best wedding planner there is. She has been doing this for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of a wedding. Her timeline for both the planning and the wedding itself is very detailed and tells everyone where they should be at what time. She is very calm, which is extremely important on the big day. She has her finger on the pulse of everything going on. There was a problem at my daughter’s wedding – the sashes for the chairs did not arrive and could not be found, and Tosca completely took care of the issue and got sashes and helpers to put them on the chairs by the time we had dinner. I did not even find out about this glitch until the very end of the evening. I can assure you that you will be extremely happy with Tosca, personally, and her services. She is a wonderful woman and is lots of fun to work with.

Tosca helped my family plan my parents' wedding celebration. She was AMAZING -- so generous with her time, brilliant ideas, beautiful sense of design and aesthetics, great navigating our messy Jewish family. She kept us on track and moving forward through the planning process, and was incredible day of. She helped us navigate the small crises that came up, made the day so joyous and easy for us, and was generally a source of warmth and humor for us.
We cannot recommend Tosca highly enough -- she is really incredible and will not only make your planning process run smoothly, she will also add so much to your thoughts and ideas.

Hiring Tosca as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made (besides marrying eachother :)! My mom and I met with Tosca after my engagement and we were immediately impressed. She is a joy to work with and has so much knowledge, we really could not have had the wedding of our dreams if it wasn't for Tosca. Her connections in the city were priceless as well as her suggestions and advice. She was always willing to work with us to make sure our vision was achieved. She also monitored expenses so that we stayed in budget. Tosca is the complete package when it comes to wedding planning and we will forever be grateful for all that she did for us to make our day so perfectly special.
She far exceeded our expectations! She was such a joy and a pleasure to work with, a wonderful person and amazing at her job. We had our dream wedding at SF City Hall and there is no way it would have been as beautiful and wonderful as it was without Tosca. Her attention to detail, experience, knowledge and genuine care about your day make her one of a kind. She is extremely organized (even gave us our own wedding planning binder with tabs -which I loved!) and kept us on track throughout the planning process. She has great relationships with local vendors and because of that we were able to receive discounts which was a huge plus!
She truly was there for everything we needed, including a minor fiasco the day of my wedding - 3 of my bridesmaids dresses zippers broke and Tosca came to the rescue by sewing them into their dresses! I honestly do not know what we would have done without Tosca. She was there for us every step of the way, she even went wedding dress shopping with me! As father of the bride, I can honestly state that retaining Tosca’s services as our wedding planner was the best decision made, besides my daughter’s choice of my son-in-law.
Tosca far exceeded our expectations. My wife, daughter and son-in-law worked with Tosca on a daily basis, making all the necessary decisions over the past ten or twelve months. I was more in the background overseeing the financial side. The wedding was held on October 20th at the San Francisco City Hall with approximately 160 guests attending. Tosca’s expertise and understanding of the wedding my daughter and future son-in-law envisioned, along with her attention to detail and budget, was beyond exceptional. Tosca’s personal contacts and relationships with vendors enabled us to work within the budget and save thousands of dollars.
After interviewing 3 wedding consultants, we cannot imagine how anyone can match the return on investment regarding Tosca’s fee. In addition, Tosca’s wonderful personality and communication skills were unparalleled for dealing with the different personalities involved.

Tosca really appreciates how special this occasion is...and listens for your vision. Maybe the best thing for us was her
ability to handle the politics of having many different chefs in the kitchen. When views differed, Tosca made us all OK!
She also tackled the sensitive job of reminding all of us about deadlines, especially those of us who were so busy that those deadlines could easily slip.
