  From the start of your initial conversation to your very big day, in everything she does, Samantha puts her heart and soul into it. She makes sure you feel like your day isn't just yours and you're never alone through the process. She gives the best advice, is always a resource, and utilizes her experience and connections to make your dreams a reality. No detail is forgotten through out the process and you and your vendors feel confident going into the big day. She makes sure what is most important to you is accomplished and you can truly enjoy your big day. My husband and I could not recommend her more and know for a fact our day wouldn't have gone as wonderful as it did without her. The BEST and ONLY decision you need to make for your wedding is going with To Be Loved Events, everything else will fall into place I assure you.

  to Be Loved events is the best gift a couple can give themselves!

  Samantha with To Be Loved events is hands down the best wedding coordinator in all of Los Angeles!!! My venue (Los Robles Greens) required us to use a wedding coordinator and provided us with a few in the area. After speaking to Sam, I knew she was my person. Her attention to detail, communication style and amazing talent is just what I was looking for in someone to help plan our wedding. I work full time with a pretty busy schedule and Sam was always able to accommodate our schedule when we needed to meet with her for our monthly check ins. At all of our check ins Sam always made sure both myself and my fiancé were on the same page and everything was staying on track with our timeline. Even though we only had a partial planning package, it felt like a full planning package with how attentive Sam was throughout the entire planning process. With my planning package I got to have Sam help us find 2 vendors (a life saver since she would present us with 3-4 vendors and do all the heavy communication until we met with them for the first time!) Sam helped us find our photographer (perks of having connections is you know who the talented vendors are and can hook your couples us with people you love working with, which Sam did with XO&Fetti!!) and our florals. For our florals vendor Sam knew we wanted to save as much money as we could so she did tons of research and found us the best silk floral company in the industry (Something Borrowed Blooms). Because of Sam’s research we were able to save over $1,000 on florals and put that money towards something else in our budget. Throughout all of our planning process Sam would present us with digital mock ups for what our layout and décor would look like. And let me tell you this girl is SUPER talented in this department and I was shocked and giggly with excitement to see all our mock ups come to life on our wedding day just like she designed digitally. Leading up to our wedding day Sam and her team worked hard to make sure all our vendors knew all the tiny details and answered all of their questions. She would join in on all our final details meetings and help us when we didn’t know what to ask or how to answer a vendor question. On our wedding day Sam and her entire team helped to make sure our day went as smooth as it could. Sam even untied and retired all of our napkins to make sure the knot style we wanted was perfect for our guests (we had about 100 people so a lot of napkin magic Sam did). And let me tell you, having a STRESS-FREE wedding with almost little to no hiccups was exactly how my day went all thanks to To Be Loved Events entire team!!! My fiancé and I are both thrilled to be married, but also sad since now we won’t get to work with Sam anymore. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough for helping us throughout our entire planning process. In the beginning of our planning process Sam told me to think of your wedding planner as a gift to yourself. I am going to pass along this advice to all future couples and if you are on the fence to hire a wedding coordinator or not, do it. Best gift you can give yourself and fiancé on your wedding day is to have To be Loved Events as your coordinator!!! My fiancé and I love Sam and are so thankful for all her work helping us tie the knot in September.

  Best wedding planner!!!

  Hiring Samantha was the second best decision I’ve made aside from saying yes to my husband! I cannot recommend her enough! Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple meetings with deadlines for tasks to be completed so that we would not be rushing towards the end. It made the whole wedding planning process seamless. Prior to the wedding, we had unexpected guest changes and flower petals that did not arrive on time. Samantha went out of her way to help solve these issues. Our wedding went on so smoothly and according to the timeline we had set up prior. We really could just focus on having a good time at our wedding. By the end of the night, we had drank so much and we were busy running around having fun, we completely forgot to sit down and enjoy a slice of our wedding cake. Samantha chased us down and actually spoon fed us our own wedding cake since we were too intoxicated. That just goes to show how Samantha goes the extra mile for her clients. We will always be grateful for the stress free wedding, all thanks to Samantha :’)

  Amazing and so helpful!!

  We hired Samantha as our wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing!! We got engaged July 2021 and married November 2021 and she did such a fabulous job in such a short amount of time you would have thought it was months in planning!! I highly recommend her.

She made the whole process easy and kept us moving forward despite the fact that my husband(!!) and I had very limited free-time outside of our professional lives in the months leading up to the wedding itself. Samantha helped calm our nerves knowing she had it all under control. The day of the wedding went more smoothly than we could have ever imagined. Samantha and her team were a pure joy to work with.   Beach Picnic of our dreams

  Thank you, Samantha, for planning and executing the dreamiest proposal picnic for us! My fiancé got to work with Samantha to plan our beautiful proposal, and everything was beyond lovely. The details on the table, down to the surrounding candle, floral and pillow decor were beautiful. She even worked with finding an amazing photographer to capture the moment, the details of our experience, and to even take photos of us afterward.   Organized and Seamless

  Samantha was the perfect planner for our micro-wedding. She was responsive from the day we booked her, reasonably priced, took all stress off of us, and made sure to provide us a detailed itinerary of the day (including arrival and departure times of all vendors and equipment). She provided great vendor recommendations and checked in with us even when we didn't ask! Finally, she picked up In-N-Out for our whole wedding party. Not one thing was late or below expectations. Couldn't recommend her enough!!

  Hire Samantha

  Ohhhh what would I do without Samantha?! This question came across my mind almost every day leading to our wedding. Samantha devoted herself fully to every detail of our wedding. From the coordinating with family, to the venue preparation, from the decor, to coordinating with all vendors. Samantha was on top of it! And the result — THE BEST WEDDING EVER!
  
  One of the biggest reliefs as a bride is to know I had a FULL checklist of things to be done and with this list nothing would be forgotten or come up spontaneously. Samantha has created this master list, and utilizes it for planning with all her weddings. Without that tool I’m sure I would have dropped the ball on many details. Additionally Samantha would check in with me to ensure all things were being covered as we approached the BIG day. Such a relief.
  
  Without Samantha a few ‘catastrophes’ may have occurred including my wedding bouquets arriving not put together. I had ordered bulk flowers that were to be bundles as bouquets. When they arrived to the venue, before my bridal crew and I, Samantha put the bouquets together herself, not leaving me any room to notice or worry. They were gathered together beautifully and I didn’t even know there was an error. That’s skill!
  
  If that’s not above and beyond enough, this girl drove all the way back to the venue to take down our flower archway (was left behind by our crew and was required to be taken down by the venue to avoid a fine). She came back at 2am from her hotel to take care of the final detail. If it wasn’t for this effort we would have likely had to pay a fee. Above and beyond!
  
  Above all else, Samantha was more than a coordinator for our wedding, she became our friend and someone I could call or reach out in any case I needed the support.

  Sammi is a LIFE SAVER! I literally could not have planned, nor executed my wedding without her careful guidance and attention to detail. Any time I texted/called/emailed Sammi was on it immediately and she managed any crisis that arose (we got married during a global pandemic, so you can only imagine!!) with grace and composure.   Best Day Ever!

  Every time I think of putting into words how awesome Sam was, my mind starts racing with a thousand thoughts and I’m at loss for words. From the attention to detail to her just simply really, really caring about us having the best day ever. My husband and I still feel like we’re dreaming, everything went so smooth, everything was so well taken care of. Had compliments from my family and guest saying how amazing my coordinator was. I will forever be thankful for all that To Be Loved Events did!

  Smoothest wedding I have ever seen!

  My friend just got married this past week (I was the matron of honor!) and I communicated with Samantha since early on in the planning process. Samantha was eager and excited to take on the wedding from the first moment, and always made sure the bride was up to date with all the necessary to-do’s and met her planning deadlines. Samantha is extremely organized and her skills made everything fall neatly into place- any detail we may have forgotten or overlooked, Samantha was sure to remind us! Samantha gifted my friend with the sweetest items (my friend received a welcome packed with the most beautiful custom made hanger, and at her bridal shower she gifted her with beautiful champagne flutes, among many other things!). When it came to the wedding day, Samantha worked extremely hard the week of to make sure the day happened flawlessly! I know there were a few hiccups here and there but you would never know it because Samantha handled them professionally and gracefully! Every single guest cannot stop commenting about how beautiful the wedding was and how amazing Samantha and her team was (thank you Jessica and Sami!) All in all the wedding day was one of the most beautiful and smooth weddings I have ever seen (I am a wedding vendor myself and I have been to tons of weddings!) and I have no one else to thank but Samantha!   We hired To Be Loved Events with only about 2 months to go before our big day. We could not have been more pleased!   Samantha is not only professional but extremely comfortable to work with. She is very trustworthy, positive, and compassionate. Her company name "To Be Loved" shows just how much weddings and a couple's love for one another means to her. Being in a same-sex relationship, finding a wedding planner who was not only accepting but overly-embracing of our love for one another was the first thing we noticed about Samantha and knew she was the one we wanted planning our wedding! She did a phenomenal job.
