Working with Timeless Event Planning was truly a wonderful experience. Lauren, the owner and head planner, was the perfect combination of professionalism, confidence, and a great sense of humor. She made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free, always ready to answer my many “bride questions” no matter the time of day.
Her responsiveness was exceptional—I could call or text early in the morning or late in the evening and always felt supported. From helping us select the perfect vendors to flawlessly coordinating the wedding day (even handling last-minute surprises), everything was executed seamlessly.
Lauren’s knowledge of weddings in the area is unmatched, and she handled every detail—from organizing out-of-town family logistics to accommodating my very specific venue requests—with ease and perfection. Phenomenal
I cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and Timeless Event Planning! Hiring Lauren as our day-of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I would recommend her to every couple getting married.
From the moment Lauren took over on our wedding day, my partner and I were able to simply relax, be present, and enjoy every single moment. We weren't stressed AT ALL! And that's saying something for a wedding day! Lauren handled absolutely everything with grace, efficiency, and incredible professionalism.
What truly set Lauren apart was how seamlessly she managed every little hiccup that came up (because let's be real, there's always something unexpected on wedding day). We didn't even know about most of the issues because she handled them so expertly behind the scenes. She was always three steps ahead, anticipating needs before they even arose.
Our timeline was executed FLAWLESSLY. Every transition was smooth, every moment happened exactly when it was supposed to, and the entire day flowed beautifully from start to finish. Lauren kept all our vendors coordinated, our wedding party organized, and ensured that we never felt rushed or behind schedule.
Lauren's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are truly unmatched. She allowed us to be fully present as bride and groom instead of worrying about logistics, and that gift is priceless. Our families and wedding party were also incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything ran.
She even created content for us to use afterwards for our social media platforms. The video she created to highlight our day brought tears to my eyes because it was well curated..

Lauren was such a joy to work with! As the photographer and videographer for weddings, it is imperative to have a planner/coordinator that is easy to work with and very helpful when it comes to running the day of events. The wedding we worked together came with its own set of challenges, including a rainstorm, and she was still able to attend to the clients needs and the vendors to help pull off a beautiful celebration. To top it off she has such a fun spirit and really knows how to get everybody going and in a great mood. She keeps things light and reminds everybody that this day is supposed to be a joyful day full of love and laughter. I can’t recommend Her enough. She is professional, kind, and enthusiastic and I would 100% work with her again. -

Vibrant and Timeless
I had the pleasure of working with Lauren as my wedding planner, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. It's been a year since I contacted Lauren to help me with my wedding and I still can't stop praising her work. She helped us pull it all together in less than 10 months. Lauren was so flexible with our work schedules and was incredibly patient when my husband unexpectedly fell ill during the planning process. She kept us focused on our vision and provided us with guidance and support, not just as a wedding planner, but also as a counselor, spiritual guide, and motivator. We were truly blessed to have her in our corner.
Lauren's creativity and attention to detail really shone through in our hacienda-themed wedding. She added her special touch to every meaningful detail and the result was truly breathtaking. Her team was professional and handled any minor challenges that arose during the reception with ease. We received numerous compliments from our 400-count wedding guests on the timeline, organization, and her vibrant floral decor. Lauren kept everyone energized on the dance floor and made sure that every moment of our special day was memorable.
Overall, I'm immensely grateful for the memories that Lauren helped us create and for reminding us to prioritize ourselves during such a hectic time. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone who is looking for a wedding/event planner who truly goes above and beyond for their clients. I look forward to working with her for future life events! -

Perfection
Lauren Garza and Timeless Event planning organized, decorated and helped plan every detail of my wedding on November 4th and my African traditional ceremony an Awujoh the day before and I cannot thank them enough. It was was everything my heart and mind could have dreamed of. No detail was forgotten, no request wasn’t heard and followed. The minute I hired them, I didn’t worry about a thing! Along with that, an African event to this scale was a first for the company and they knocked it out of the park. My family and friends loved every single detail of both days and all those compliments go to you.
You are not only personable Lauren, you are professionally unmatched! Thank you for capturing the wants of both of those days and organizing it all flawlessly. You are truly talented and have a team behind you which is equally matched! -

Wedding Coordination!
Lauren was literally amazing. We had such great month of coordination. Lauren Garza was out planner and she ensured our day was pretty much PERFECT! On the day of she made sure i wasn’t worked up and she made changes as needed and really put her creative juices to work. She looked into things i didn’t even consider and she was so organized. I mean we were absolutely pleased and highly recommend this affordable, attentive company. Not only that but they work closely with alot of vendors from decor to floral and much more! Highly recommend for planning services.

Lauren was amazing and professional. My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico and our vision would’ve been impossible without Lauren. Despite the language barrier and the slow response time from the venue, Lauren managed to get us the wedding of our dreams! She is both stern and professional. The wedding vendors in Cabo wanted to charge us excessively for the smallest things and Lauren negotiated a reasonable price for us. Lauren, from Timeless Event Planning was amazing! She kept all the vendors in line. I didn’t stress or have to worry about anything. She was even able to pull off getting us sparklers the day before the wedding❤️. Our honeymoon was in Maldives they were supposed to have champagne and honeymoon decorations in the room. Lauren texted me to check on us I told her the champagne wasn’t there. As soon as we got back to the room it was set up with decorations and champagne 🥂. Lauren does not play she goes above and beyond for her clients. I will definitely use her services again for special occasions ❤️ -

Wedding coordinator
Working with Lauren was great, it felt so good to have someone to assist in finalizing all of the small details and contacting vendors to confirm their arrival and order of services, that may seem small to some but the month before and month of I didn’t have to worry about any of those details and that was a load off. Not to mention the setup of my wedding was beyond beautiful, my vision was definitely accomplished. -

Above and beyond
Lauren and her team were amazing they were on time and got to work making our wedding absolutely beautiful in no time at all she also took an amazing video of my grand exit which was super cool of her they set up the ballroom and all my outside games put napkins in cups to give it a flare set up things I didn’t even ask for and made it beautiful thank you sooo much for everything I could not have done it without y’all -

They paid attention to the smallest details and the party was beautiful! They brought in gorgeous linen and uplights to add to the decor! Everyone was so impressed and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Everything turned out Fine
The venue I chose required that I had a coordinator. I’m glad I got one because I did truly need the help setting up decorations while I was getting ready. I thinking if I would have gotten more than just the day of planner services, things perhaps would have been coordinated better. I had champagne flutes for my guest for the toast. We went directly from the grand entrance to Toast and no one had the champagne flutes, no announcement was made to make sure the guest had a drink to toast with. Perhaps that’s an issue with the DJ but I feel that could have been coordinated better. I also had created coasters that had a barcode that had the menu and order of ceremony linked to it- that were suppose to be party favors for the guests - they should have been on the tables but where with the bartenders and were not really given out so I have 100 coasters and 100 champagne flutes I need to find homes for. The venue told us that the bridal party would be able to have access to the house but failed to mentioned we would have to be chaperoned by Lauren so not having access to our belongings was annoying but my dress had pockets so it wasn’t the end of the world though, the venue did only have the one bathroom down stairs I managed to minimize my bathroom breaks.
I also wish there were silverware ready for when it was time to cut the cake. Have you seen the end of Coming to American? I literally had a “Where’s the spoon?” moment at our wedding. How are you going to tell me it’s time to cut the cake but we don’t have anything to cut/eat the cake with and she’s looking at me like I have them on me somewhere :/
Lauren did push for the sparklers and came through when we couldn’t find any to buy and let us buy from her. The fake exit turned out really lovely and we got to film it before the photographer and videographer took off (they left around 10 and the party lasted till 11).
