  I hosted 30+ friends and family from 6 states and also Dallas and Houston. Lauren did her thing with turning our home into the ultimate family brunch gathering for my son’s graduation!! She handled it all - yard card display, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, balloons, LED lights and even made us a special welcome banner for Bryce. She is the ultimate professional and she travels y’all, for destination weddings and more!! She’s currently planning for a destination wedding in Turks and Caicos.

  Highly recommended! If you’re looking for someone to pull your event together, make it a lasting memory in an organized manner you came to the right place. I asked for a stress free scenario and Lauren made it happen. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Above all else I appreciated her commitment, communication and thorough execution.

  Our journey to marriage started over two years ago and it’s been quite the ride with our wedding coordinator, Lauren. From the jump, she became almost like family to us. There were some moments of fun, stressful times and some tense periods too, but she stuck with us throughout the process. Lauren has a fun personality and is easy to work with. She responded to inquiries as soon as she could and helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams.
   
  The day of the wedding was not without its hiccups, but she tried to make sure that we did not feel the bumps. She was present throughout the ceremony and reception and ensured that everything (well, almost everything) went according to plan. Feedback from the guests indicate that this was a well planned and executed event and we are thoroughly happy with all that she did to ensure that happened.

  So blessed to have selected Lauren as the wedding planner for my Daughter’s wedding. I hired Lauren to plan the wedding and the traditional African wedding feast the day prior to the event. Two different locations, two separate events and Lauren and her team excelled at both. Lauren saw my vision, saw my daughter’s vision and she planned and executed with professionalism, excellence, patience and vision. I live overseas part of the time and I did not have to stress wedding planning because Lauren afforded me peace of mind with her responsiveness. Thank you Lauren. You are top tier!

  Lauren Garza and Timeless Event planning organized, decorated and helped plan every detail of my wedding on November 4th and my African traditional ceremony an Awujoh the day before and I cannot thank them enough. It was was everything my heart and mind could have dreamed of. No detail was forgotten, no request wasn’t heard and followed. The minute I hired them, I didn’t worry about a thing! Along with that, an African event to this scale was a first for the company and they knocked it out of the park. My family and friends loved every single detail of both days and all those compliments go to you.

  I had the pleasure of working with Lauren as my wedding planner, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. It's been a year since I contacted Lauren to help me with my wedding and I still can't stop praising her work. She helped us pull it all together in less than 10 months. Lauren was so flexible with our work schedules and was incredibly patient when my husband unexpectedly fell ill during the planning process. She kept us focused on our vision and provided us with guidance and support, not just as a wedding planner, but also as a counselor, spiritual guide, and motivator. We were truly blessed to have her in our corner.

  Lauren was literally amazing. We had such great month of coordination. Lauren Garza was out planner and she ensured our day was pretty much PERFECT! On the day of she made sure i wasn’t worked up and she made changes as needed and really put her creative juices to work. She looked into things i didn’t even consider and she was so organized. I mean we were absolutely pleased and highly recommend this affordable, attentive company. Not only that but they work closely with alot of vendors from decor to floral and much more! Highly recommend for planning services.

  Timeless Event Planning for Destination Weddings

  Lauren was amazing and professional. My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico and our vision would’ve been impossible without Lauren. Despite the language barrier and the slow response time from the venue, Lauren managed to get us the wedding of our dreams! She is both stern and professional. The wedding vendors in Cabo wanted to charge us excessively for the smallest things and Lauren negotiated a reasonable price for us. For people that think they don’t need a wedding planner for a destination wedding, think again. It also helped that Lauren is also a travel
  Agent, we felt like we got the 2 for 1 special.

Lauren presents tremendously well, facilitated & high-quality experiences that have left "Timeless" memories. We absolutely love working with Lauren. She has hired us for a few catering opportunities, as well and have also earned several more bookings coming the end this year into next year. Highly recommended!

  Lauren was my day of coordinator and did so much more! My family and I were able to just enjoy the day without any worries. When something small came up, she went above and beyond to help us figure out a solution . She was very professional but still so much fun to have and made my dream wedding happen! She was super engaging and listened to all of our desires for our big day! Lauren constantly kept in contact with us weekly leading up to our wedding day and was always available to FaceTime, chat, text, email, etc. if we ever needed assistance! She did a great a job with understanding what we wanted and ensuring all our requests would be made for our special day! When challenges arised she did a great a job of taking care of them! Our wedding day was spectacular knowing Lauren was there to oversee the schedule of events which allowed us to completely take in the day and truly enjoy it!   It was all amazing!!!

  I had a phenomenal experience with Lauren and her team. Lauren was like Olivia Pope in Scandal. I had a lot of logistical issues with my venue, but Lauren handled it all effortlessly. Lauren and her staff were professional; attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make my day special. I would have been stressed on my day if it was not for them. Lauren paid attention to all the fine details and went beyond my expectations. The decor, my bridal arch were so beautiful. She ran a tight ship and kept constant communication with my vendors and bridal party to ensure everything ran smoothly. Everyone who attended my wedding said it was the best wedding they had attended in a long time if not ever. Everyone thought I spent a fortune on my wedding because of how amazing everything looked. I can't say enough of how amazing Lauren and her team were. I feel like I am not doing them justice. They always had a smile on their face and were so personable.   I had a phenomenal experience with Lauren and her team. Lauren was like Olivia Pope in Scandal. I had a lot of logistical issues with my venue, but Lauren handled it all effortlessly. Lauren and her staff were professional; attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make my day special. I would have been stressed on my day if it was not for them. Lauren paid attention to all the fine details and went beyond my expectations. The decor, my bridal arch were so beautiful. She ran a tight ship and kept constant communication with my vendors and bridal party to ensure everything ran smoothly. Everyone who attended my wedding said it was the best wedding they had attended in a long time if not ever. Everyone thought I spent a fortune on my wedding because of how amazing everything looked. I can't say enough of how amazing Lauren and her team were. I feel like I am not doing them justice. They always had a smile on their face and were so personable. They felt more like family coming through to save the day. I would hire them again if I had to do it all over again.

  Wedding coordinator

  Working with Lauren was great, it felt so good to have someone to assist in finalizing all of the small details and contacting vendors to confirm their arrival and order of services, that may seem small to some but the month before and month of I didn’t have to worry about any of those details and that was a load off. Not to mention the setup of my wedding was beyond beautiful, my vision was definitely accomplished.
