The bamboo arch decorated with beautiful nautical glass buoys, the hanging lanterns, the customized banners and signs, the gorgeous centerpieces that incorporated rope and starfish and lanterns - everything was exactly what I envisioned for my nautical wedding. So many of my guests have said it was the absolute prettiest wedding they'd ever been to! -

Chrissy Sent on 05/07/2013I was so lucky to have Kelley Poole and Ticked Pink Productions be a part of our wedding - we utilized Kelley's services of day of wedding timeline & coordinating, reception room layout, vendor coordination, wedding ceremony coordination, and being there for all the questions I kept asking her! We also rented Tickled Pink's wedding arch for our ceremony. Everything was so perfect and came together so beautifully, all with Tickled Pink's team. Kelley was so patient and so detailed in all the different things I had asked her to handle for the day of the wedding, from putting out cocktail hour centerpieces, programs, bubbles, bathroom baskets, getting flowers and corsages to the right family members, and meeting all the vendors and helping set up the day of the wedding. She was great at organizing our large wedding party as we incorporated traditional Filipino Wedding traditions into our ceremony - she helped us organize all of our family members and make sure the wedding ceremony flowed perfectly. She handled everything with ease and put me at ease - I had complete peace of mind that everything would be perfect and it was! Kelley helped us create the tropical dream wedding we had envisioned from the first stages of our planning. Her wedding arch was the absolute perfect backdrop for us to be married under and made for beautiful focal point of our wedding. Kelley's services are worth their weight in gold and I'm so very glad and thankful we got to work with her! Thank you! -

I don't think I can tell you in the amount of space I have here of how perfect my wedding was! From emails, to text, to phone calls, and everything over the last 1 1/2 years, you saw my vision that laid as paper in my binder for 175 days and you took those notes and pictures and created my dream. Not only sis you create my ceremony and my reception, you made it official for us as being our officiant! You were and are the total package of someone who works with a passion! You are an AMAZING~~~~ PROFESSIONAL~~~~ POSITIVE~~~~ ENERGY FILLED PERSON who ANYONE can get along with and feel comfortable to talk to and give their dreams to for you to make them true! Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!!!! Thank you for joining us after the ceremony as a guest. You are forever a part of our hearts! Next big and fun exciting thing we hopefully get to celebrate with you is when we have a baby shower in the future! Thank you again beyond words for the amazing job! Melissa Sent on 07/12/2011We hired Kelley and Tickled Pink to do our day of coordination. My venue was kind of a do it yourself place (St. Pete Beach Community Center) and I don't know how I would have done it without her! She did an AMAZING job setting everything up on the day of my wedding, and it looked beautiful. She really executed my vision perfectly. She even made a few adjustments that I liked even better than what I was planning. I can't believe how great everything turned out and everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding they had been to. A really nice touch was that she took some pictures of the room before the guests arrived, after setup, that I absolutely love having. Kelley is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is really personable. The best part was, she was totally affordable and worth every penny. -

Margie Sent on 05/03/20115 STARS ALL THE WAY! Kelley knows how to listen & take the vision you see for your wedding and make that come to a reality. I met her when there was only 4 months left till the wedding. She jumped right in where I had left off & took it to another level beyond my expectations. My wedding ceremony & reception was out of this world. She paid attention to each & every little detail. She had a lot of challenges I gave to her & that came our way but she prevailed and we heard so many positive words. One guest said "look at the attention to detail". Another commented "the flow of the ceremony right into the reception was FABULOUS!" She also helped plan the rehearsal dinner & every one is till talking about how it was just impeccable & divine! I give two thumbs up for Ms. Kelley. When this bride was ready to throw in the towel because of the pressure she just said "CHIN UP IT'S ALL GOING TO BE GREAT IN THE END!" She will be there no matter what the obstacle. I don't know what I would have done without her. My advice is to do your best to hire some one like Kelley in the very beginning you will be glad you did! Thanks for being my "David Tutera" & God Bless :)

User1144939 Sent on 04/26/2013Kelley was the planner and decorator for my baby shower and I can not thank her enough for how it turned out. Being that my daughter was due in spring and the fact that I love bright colored daisies, she created the whole shower with a brightly colored spring theme and a play on the Gerber Baby theme by incorporating all of the gerber daisies. She hand made all of the invitations and made many of the decorations herself. She made little baskets with gerber daisies attached and a little flower sign that said "Help her library grow" and had all of the guests bring signed children's books instead of cards. She found a beautiful picture of a daisy that all my guests signed as a memento I can hang in the baby's room. She had the guests participate in a hilarious mad lib game.... All in all it was exactly what I had hoped for and I would recommend her to anyone! -
User1002793 Sent on 11/04/2012Kelley is a good wedding planner. I think it just wasn't a good few months for her while she was planning our wedding. She forgot a few things I asked her to do for our wedding like remove the couch in the venue hall. She also forgot to put in the bathroom kit we talked about. There wasn't any communitcation durring the reception either. I would of liked her to check on me at least once durring the reception.
She did design our wedding program and it looked great. We also used her bamboo arch and it looked amazing.Tickled Pink Productions's reply:
It is extremely disappointing that this client's experience with Tickled Pink was less than 5 star. With the clients living in a time zone 3 hours behind Florida and having completely different schedules, communication was off-kilter to begin with. It is our job and top priority to keep things organized and moving along as they should but when the clients don't hold up "their end of the bargain" in doing all of the things they have chosen not to hire us to do, things can get out of control quickly. If you want to have total confidence that everything is being handled in a timely manner, you should hire Tickled Pink to do it all, but when the bride and groom plan on doing some of the planning and coordinating themselves and then fail to do them correctly and on time, things quickly start falling apart and it is usually the first response to blame the coordinator. If you do hire us for your event, remember we are not mind readers and can't provide you with things that you don't ask for. Communication is key and we strive to keep the channels of communication open at all times, including emails, texts, and phone calls. We love talking to our clients! Tickled Pink is thrilled that the clients were happy with the programs and the arch and all of the vendors that we researched and contracted with for the clients, including linens, a fabulous DJ, and a one-of-a-kind belly dancing performance. We were pretty good at fielding extremely last minute requests and very frequent changes from the client, including redesigning programs and running to the printers just a few hours before the event to accommodate a last-minute wish of theirs. We feel confident had we had the opportunity to plan and coordinate ALL aspects of the wedding and bring everything together ourselves, that the clients would've been 100% tickled pink!
