We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding!! Everything was picture perfect throughout the entire wedding planning process! I knew it was the right venue as soon as I got there for my first tour. We were searching for a true dog friendly venue and Alicia was SO welcoming to me and my pups who just loved exploring the venue. She answered every possible question on my first visit. Alicia and her entire team were incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout the process and on the day of the wedding they were so attentive to details and helped make sure the day was absolutely perfect. The venue fit our ~150 guests perfectly and the guests are still raving about how beautiful it was. Having the houses on the property to say in was super convenient allow us to get ready so close to the venue with both of our families. -

The breathtaking views of the St. Lucia mountains are truly unforgettable, and The White Barn was the perfect location for our Western Speakeasy themed wedding. WE LOVE THE WHITE BARN!!! As a local Wedding Planner, I can honestly say that The White Barn is one of the BEST venues on the Central Coast! We have weddings there frequently and absolutely love working there - The Venue Manager, Alicia is fantastic (super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and hands-on), the grounds are BEAUTIFUL and always well-maintained, there's plenty of access to power, they have spacious and clean restrooms, there's so many different locations to serve various layouts, they have a large indoor space for colder/rainy seasons, an expansive parking lot on site, accommodations on site, and the entire property is laid out super well, in a very functional manner that lends itself to an excellent flow on wedding days. Absolutely no complaints. We would recommend this venue 100% and can't wait to work there again soon! :)The White Barn's reply:

I am a local wedding planner and I have to say- The White Barn is the perfect backdrop to say "I do"- not only have I done a handful of weddings at this beautiful venue but even local fundraisers and charity events. The space lends itself well to be transformed into an elevated event OR embrace the rustic but polished charm of the barn and rolling hills. Not to mention Alicia and her team are the best! So professional yet approachable and accommodating. Love when I get to work magic over at The White Barn!

I have been in the events industry for over 14 years. When it was finally my time to get married, I knew I was going to be picky and all choices would be hard. Making the first and biggest choice to book the White Barn was easier than I ever expected and exceeded all expectations.
My husband and I wanted to find a barn venue that work with both our personalities, a little rustic with a little glam. White Barn was the perfect fit. The landscaping is just GORGEOUS!! The facilities are easy to navigate and very ADA friendly. The new upgrades inside the barn give it the elegance without losing the rustic feel. Everyone one of our guests commented on the venue and how beautiful it was. SO much parking!! and logistically just the best venue. There are so many options for Ceremony, Cocktail and Dinner that you can really make it your own. Both my husband and I being in hospitality really feel in love with the care they operations team put into the back of house as well. They kitchen is immaculate and is sure to provide the best environment for any caterer to successfully execute your event.
Now the venue speaks for itself with how beautiful it is, but the TEAM is what made all the difference. The moment we met Alicia, I knew I was going to book with her. She is not only a pleasure to be around but knows her stuff. She is an operations magician and will help you with whatever you need. We ended up booking the houses on property as well and it truly made for the BEST WEDDING WEEKEND!!! I never wanted to leave.

The White Barn is one of our FAVORITE venues in San Luis Obispo County. We're wedding photographers, and we're always excited to work with the White Barn team. The outdoor spaces are so picturesque, with mountain views and beautiful landscaping, and the white barn itself is so chic. It's such an elevated vibe for couples who still want a rustic, approachable venue, but aren't willing to compromise on style and sophistication. It's also SO NICE to have property-adjacent space to stay overnight and get ready before the wedding day -- the rooms are well-appointed and perfect for the ladies to do hair and makeup in the morning, plus the landscaping is lush and gorgeous for wedding party photos or even doing "first look" photos.
We truly can't recommend White Barn enough. It's a modern take on rustic barn gorgeousness and is an ideal backdrop for a San Luis Obispo wedding weekend experience.The White Barn's reply:

My husband and I were looking for a unique wedding venue and I decided to look up barn wedding venues. We live almost 4 hours from San Luis Obispo but the reviews, photos and feedback we saw on The White Barn impressed us. We took a tour with Alicia who made us feel at ease and important. She answered all of our questions that day and was very responsive with all of my communications. We looked at a number of other venues but decided White Barn was the right choice. They property is so well manicured, clean, charming and the barn was the perfect canvas for us to paint our vision of the perfect wedding and ceremony. We got married in front of the Barn which is such a beautiful and being white, made all of the other details pop. They also have houses on the property which we rented for our immediate family. The entire staff is professional and made our dream wedding come true.

Best Decision for Our Wedding
We are so thrilled that we chose the White Barn as our wedding venue. It was the most beautiful location, and we continue to get compliments about it from our guests. It is large enough to accommodate big groups comfortably, and we could utilize different spaces for the different events of our wedding day. While the property is absolutely stunning, the team at the White Barn is what sets it apart from other venues. From the day we inquired about checking out the venue, Alicia Cocks (Director of Events) was warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with. We felt we could go to Alicia with any question or ask her for help and she was always happy to assist. Working with her and her team truly made our planning process smooth and enjoyable. Our wedding day went perfectly, and we know Alicia and her team's expertise played a big role in the success of the day. We feel we got to know Alicia as a friend, and we recommend anyone who is considering the White Barn to choose it for their event! -

The White Barn was the perfect venue for me a my husband. The onsite accommodations were extremely convenient (and beautiful!) and the staff was extremely helpful throughout the process and the day of the wedding. Also, a huge bonus for us, they’re dog friendly! Alicia, the event manager, was an absolute joy to work with and was extremely helpful the couple days leading up to our wedding - she even helped upload our car and ran around with our dog! I would highly recommend this venue for anyone considering getting married in central CA. -

Growing up, It was always my dream to get married in a barn. That being said, trying to find a barn in California that could accommodate my 300+ guest count turned out to be a difficult task, until, I stumbled upon The White Barn. After completing my venue tour with Alicia, I knew The White Barn was where I wanted to get married. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Alicia and her team, they truly go above and beyond for their clients. They never give NO as an answer, they always work overtime to make sure the bride dreams become a reality. I think my wedding at The White Barn in September 2022 will be a wedding every vendor, guest, and bridal party member will remember forever as it was the first wedding at The White Barn where it rained. Yes, you read that correctly, we got married under blue skies on the grass area at 2pm and by 4pm when reception doors opened, it was pouring down rain. One would think as the bride, I would be freaking out, however, I truly embraced the moment. Alicia and team had everything under control and made my day absolutely AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHITE BARN TO EVERYONE!:) -

I can not recommend The White Barn enough! We had our wedding there on October 1, 2022 and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we first toured The White Barn in January 2021, the team was incredible. Alicia was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions about the venue or needed a second opinion on a vendor choice or event decision. She was an excellent partner to our wedding planner and our entire vendor team which made the day go so smoothly.
In addition to the team being wonderful, the venue itself is stunning! It is so well manicured and you just can't beat the landscaping. The barn has an ability to be transformed no matter what your vision is which made it so easy to bring our vision to life. The layout of the property is also conducive to an enjoyable event experience for all guests. Having everything close together on level ground made it easy for grandparents to move around the venue creating a stress free day for all.
We could not be happier with our choice to celebrate our special day here. -

This venue is beyond amazing. My mom and I knew instantly when we walked on the property that this was the one! On top of it, Alicia showed us around and she not only sold us on it, but also on herself. She works with so much confidence, that you know you wouldn't want your wedding anywhere else!!
Its a breathtaking view, an incredible team, but also just an experience all it's own. Alicia dealt in grace with everything and made the things I was worried about seem like no big deal. So much of our day went smoothly because of her!
Also, definitely recommend the Farm House as a get ready spot for your ladies/gents or as a weekend stay for the Bride & Groom. It was so nice to just relax and enjoy each other after all the excitement had settled.
The White Barn has a certain magic about it and all our guests agreed it was the spot to be! We couldn't be more thankful! -

If you’re considering The White Barn, just book it!! It is absolutely magical. We toured a ton of venues, but none of them even compared to The White Barn. From the stunning mountain views to the modern barn, it was perfect for us. I’ve been married for over 2 months and I STILL get compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We were on the fence about renting the homes on the property, and I'm so glad we did! It was such a beautiful setting for my bridal party and I to get ready in.
Even though the venue is amazing, the best part was Alicia and her team. We initially were going to get married in 2021, but had to postpone because of the pandemic. Alicia was extremely accommodating and helpful during that tough time. She also made the planning process so easy! Anytime I needed recommendations or had questions, she was readily available. The one time I hired someone that she didn’t recommend, I ended up regretting it and firing them. I truly feel our day was only perfect because of the vendors we hired (that Alicia recommended). Alicia was especially helpful the day of the wedding. I was having a ton of anxiety (I had a panic attack the morning of) and she said something that I’ll never forget. She told me that even though I’m having anxiety now, the second I walk down the aisle all that anxiety will go away because I’ll be looking down the aisle at the man I love. She of course was right. She always went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect.
Alicia + team, I can’t thank you enough for helping facilitate the wedding of my dreams. I wish I could get re-married to Zach every year just so I could hang out with you guys!! You all are the best -

The White Barn in Edna Valley was everything we expected and more! Alicia and her team were fantastic from the first time we met them back in 2019. They were incredibly helpful as we navigated rescheduling that came with the pandemic. We were lucky enough to use this venue twice: an intimate wedding in 2020 and our big celebration this past summer. The White Barn is a truly special place just outside of SLO on the Central Coast. Beautiful landscape, tons of space, and great weather for our summer wedding. It was truly the perfect canvas to create the wedding my wife and I wanted. Nothing but love for the White Barn! -

So let me start by saying; if you are at all venue searching in SLO county and The White Barn is on your list, just say yes! This was the first and only venue I looked at, however, that wasn’t the plan originally as we had 3 other venue tours that month. From the moment we pulled up and parked our cars I absolutely fell in love. Then, we met Alicia the manager (who is amazing by the way) and I immediately vibed with her. She explain the whole process in detail, gave me her cell phone number in case I had questions, and I ended up leaving that day knowing 100% that was my venue. I did a “soft” book and cancelled all my other venue showings. From the housing rentals, to the management team the week and night of, to the venue itself, it was an absolute dream come true! The most perfect venue
The White Barn blew away all expectations on our wedding day! It was beautiful, timeless, and stunning. The houses to get ready in were perfect, everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly & we truly had the best experience. It was the most perfect place for our wedding day giving us the feel of some slight country with a touch of modern. I highly recommend this beautiful venue for your perfect day, you will not regret it. We are still continually getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was for our perfect day. -

We had our wedding in July: the weather was absolutely perfect; not too hot outside during the ceremony, and while it did get a little chilly at night, nothing some dancing and drinks didn't take care of (and no mosquitoes!). Right across are wine vineyards that are gorgeous. There are 3 houses on site (just down the road) from the venue, which was great to rent for family and us as the couple. We actually originally had only rented 2, but then got the third for family that needed a place to stay (the team at The White Barn were so accommodating!). There are mountains in the back, which make the backdrop incredible, and it was the most beautiful location - peaceful, intimate, and gorgeous. We couldn't have picked a better place with a better team at this venue (shout out to Alicia Cocks). -

The White Barn is truly such a wonderful venue for any large group gathering, we booked it for our wedding and we are SO glad that we did! Aside from the well-designed layout and perfectly manicured landscaping, The White Barn has an excellent crew managing the space. Alicia is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with creating the wedding set up that each couple wants. They have onsite housing available which we booked for our wedding weekend and was really useful for getting ready close by on the day of. The location of the Barn itself is perfect because guests can stay nearby either at the beach, in wine country, or downtown SLO. Overall, we absolutely LOVED having our wedding here and are so glad we picked this amazing venue for our special day! -
