They were Amazing!

Everyone was so sweet. I had a family emergency last minute. I had to delay Every for like an hour, they were so understanding and kind. They make sure ypu are okay and that everything is running well so ypu don't have to worry about it. Amazing! I will definitely hire them again

So accommodating!

I knew about this venue because I went here for a prior wedding and another event. I checked it out for mine because they do in house ceremonies, it was near our house and friends and family, and overall always had a great time here. It came highly recommended. The staff from the start were friendly got also gave advise to the nervous bride (me). They were also accommodating to the requests I had made for my wedding and I really appreciated that. Our maitre de Betty was amazing. She was so sweet and attentive even at rehearsal! The friends that got married there before were invited to this wedding and she remembered them. Betty remembered them and they remembered her. I think that is a great sentiment that they had a great night at theirs as I had a great night at mine and Betty and staff really made that happen!

60th Bday celebration

I just celebrated my 60th birthday on September 24th 2021 and it was EVERYTHING that I hoped it would be. Joe my maitre d was attentive the entire night and extremely professional from the moment that I walked in the door. I have to mention Genesis the office assistant who was always prompt and on point, she made sure that all of my calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. All of my guests are still raving about how delicious the food and desserts were. I wish I could do it all over again. I would highly recommend The Westwood for any celebration.

10 years later ...

The Westwood is a special place for me and my family. My Dad & his coworkers would have their annual Christmas party there and my parents celebrated their Silver Anniversary here a decade ago. After their party, I remember looking in the room (Cynthia Rose) & said, "This is where I want to get married." Fast forward to 10 years later, wow - getting married here last year felt really special. I dealt with Cathy when planning my parents' party a decade ago & I was ecstatic when I saw that she still worked there. She made me tear up when she showed me the Thank You card I sent 10 years ago that she saved! Cathy answered all of my questions patiently & was amazing throughout the process. Joe was our maître d' - he was attentive to us & I was thankful he even offered to go to the car to try to find my missing bouquet! He also had the bridal party pumped before walking in the reception room. Our loved ones raved about how amazing the food was & some even want to go back for more braised short ribs! lol. Cathy & The Westwood staff worked really hard on our wedding day - I found out the day after that the town lost its power on our wedding day after a building collapsed. I didnt know that they rented a generator to make our party happen - I couldnt tell when we arrived that something had gone wrong lol. We're also thankful that the owner was able to reimburse us for the mistake we made with the head count - they were amazing and it helped us so much! I knew we'd be stress-free picking them due to the past experiences we've had. It truly was the best dayyyy everrr ... and I have Cathy & The Westwood to thank for making my wish from 10 years ago come true. I know for sure that our next big event will be held here. We got married on 5/3/19 and had the most amazing wedding. Joe, our maitre'd was one of my favorite people to work with during wedding planning. Even our guest talked about how great he was. He made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and also made sure we ate which was huge!! We had a special memorial chair set up for my mom during the ceremony and Joe went as far as to give me that chair for our sweetheart table. It meant more to me than I am sure he realized. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Westwood but be sure to work with Cathy, Joe and Elizabeth. We wish we could do the day all over again!

Fantastic Wedding Venue!

After visiting countless venues, we had finally came across The Westwood. We fell in love with the venue. It is a family owned business and that becomes obvious as soon as you meet with the staff. They are so kind and friendly. During the planning process, Cindy and Cathy guided us each step of the way to customize our day exactly how we imagined. Some things we didn’t know what to choose and they kindly provided advice and direction. Joe was our Maitre D. We met him two days before our wedding for rehearsal. During rehearsal, we were like two deer in headlights. We realized we had not planned those tiny details in the ceremony. He noticed our slight panic and reassured us that everything was going to be perfect. On the day of the wedding, he nailed it! He was juggling every aspect of the ceremony, reception, and everything in between like a true professional. We think back to the day and are still shocked how perfectly he made everything flow. We owe this to the Westwood for providing excellent service. The prices are unheard of and the food is AMAZING! Guests still to this day talk about how great the food was at our wedding. Our wedding day was more than we could ever imagine and we are so thankful the Westwood made this happen. With lots of love- thank you Cindy, Cathy, Joe, and all of the staff behind the scenes for making our day so special. We HIGHLY recommend The Westwood to everyone and anyone.

Our reception was PERFECT!!

The Westwood exceeded our expectations for our wedding reception! All the way from booking our date with Cathy - she is amazing! She always answered my emails with my silly questions and always made me feel at ease. Every appointment with her was thorough, and i never felt leaving uneasy or overwhelmed which EASILY happens with wedding planning. The day of our wedding we were greeted immediately by our maitre d who was one of the sweetest women ive ever met before! the whole night she was like a superhero who always made sure we were OK and had everything we needed. All night we heard how beautiful the room looked and how amazing the food was, which made me feel so great! Every detail we asked for was executed and everything about the reception was just phenomenal. I would 100% recommend The Westwood to everyone i know because they are affordable, they work with you throughout the ENTIRE process, and they will make everything you ask for happen. THANK YOU !!!

Wedding 11.2.18

My husband and I were married at the Westwood on Nov 2 2018 and we cannot day enough great things about this venue and everyone that works there! From the beginning of the wedding process I was a very picky bride- visiting or contacting over 30 venues in the state of NJ. When I walked into the Westwood and sat down with ERIN WILLIAMS I knew I had found the place. I wanted a romantic warm late autumn vibe with an “affordable” price tag (does affordable really exist in NJ?) and The Westwood was it! We were married in the Lena Ballroom which is the upstairs of the Westwood. It features a beautiful piano and wood accents. It has multiple fireplaces and warm lighting. The walls are beige and mauve with many mirrors and wall sconces. I added to it by bringing in my own centerpieces which lit up and many many flickering candles. It was so romantic. Erin Williams at the Westwood was a dream coordinator. From the beginning he was so willing to make my dream a reality from the decor to the food to the cocktail hour add-ons , liquor package, ceremony arch, and every little detail. The his and her drinks he gave us were such a nice touch! He himself was married a month earlier than mine (in the same ballroom!) and wanted to make sure my day was as special as his! I brought in over 10 boxes of decor and favors on the day and he made sure everything was set up perfectly. He even appointed our maitre d JOE and he was outstanding!! JOE made sure the ceremony ran smoothly ; making sure we ate (even sending us home with so much delicious food bc he knew we didn’t eat!) . He put together a great rehearsal right before and directed us in every way we needed. He was literally the best maitre d someone could ask for. Oh and the food at the Westwood; can I tell you how many compliments I got afterward!? Everyone raved about the food. The stuffed chicken is delicious! The short ribs melt in your mouth. The cocktail hour had an amazing assortment of food including a carving station - yum!! I could go on for days about how PERFECT the day was. I owe so much of that to the Westwood. ERIN WILLIAMS, Joe, and everyone at the Westwood; Thank you for making our wedding day such a dream.

Erin was the best throughout our whole wedding adventure. Going in everyone was amazing and treated us with so much kindness and respect. The food was great and my wedding turned out soo much better than I expected. Obviously, I was worried and rushing and still working full-time for it all. I did not take off of work for any of this. When they tell you not to worry trust them and dont worry. I had my 8th grade formal here back in like 2006 and I had a blast then too! If I could do it all again I would.

I picked this venue because I have been here about three times and fell head over heels for this place. The food, the price and the people that help you at The Westwood sold me. I'm telling you, as AMAZING as the food is here, you wouldn't believe the price they give you. Gorgeous in the inside and amazing rooms. Recommended this place to everyone I know. The people that work there go above and beyond for you. A+++

My guest loved the venue! Everything about it. The food was raved about, it's a gorgeous place and its family owned so they really care about each wedding. Cathy helped me with all the planning and she was great. Joe was my maitrde and he was the most amazing thing to happen to our wedding. He was everywhere at once and kept everything running seamlessly. He has the best personality and I would highly recommend the Westwood.. such a great night!

My husband and I got married on November 15, 2015 at the Westwood. We had almost a two year engagement so we booked our venue fairly early on. The Westwood is very affordable at the same time providing high quality service. Cathy was with us from the very beginning and was always responsive and honest. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Everyone said everything comes together and they were right! They worked with all of our vendors to ensure everything was set up the way I had outlined it. Joe the maitre'd was very helpful. We found out right before the ceremony that we could not have dancing on the clouds do to the floor (We changed from the upstairs ballroom to the main ballroom) and I was so upset. However, Joe worked quickly with my DJ and lighting guy and came up with an idea to use the clouds by the sundae bar and it was a hit! Cathy came to me on the day of our wedding, I did not know she would be there and hugged me. I thanked her and I really met it. The Westwood exceeded our expectations on so many levels. The food and ambiance were everything I was hoping for and almost 3 months later our guests are still raving about the food. Thank you Cathy, Joe and The Westwood for giving me and my husband the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend this venue to future brides.

From the moment we walked through the doors and spoke to the staff, we knew The Westwood was where we wanted to hold our wedding reception. Each of the available rooms is beautiful, and the food was delicious. Members of our family have Celiac disease and must have gluten-free meals. Cross contamination can be a major issue, but the Westwood was extremely careful and made sure everyone was able to enjoy each course. Everything the entire evening met or exceeded our expectations, and we cannot recommend The Westwood enough for any event you may have.

I can not begin to explain how WONDERFUL our entire experience was with The Westwood. I actually had another appointment with a different venue but once we met with Cathy and saw the venue...it was a no-brainer. Our intuitions were right! Throughout the entire interaction, appointment, conversation with Cathy I literally felt like I was the only bride she was working with. I mean, every time I called, even if I had to leave a message, she was ALWAYS prompt to return my calls. I almost couldn't believe she had other parties and events booked!!!! Her professionalism, personality, sweet demeanor just floored us every time. EVEN OUR KIDS FELL IN LOVE WITH HER. This was no average or mediocre customer service about this 7 month experience. She just went above and beyond every single time. From the receptionist to the maître de l'événement. Fabulous...just fabulous!!!! Anywhere else you will pay DOUBLE and not even have as wonderful experience as you will at The Westwood. Oh and not to mention THE FOOOOOD is delicious!!!! OMG. I was happy a couple of people didn't show because we took their entrees home and were able to enjoy their main course all over again. I have already recommended two newly engaged friends to use The Westwood as their wedding venue...I am positive these lovely people only know how to make everything sheer perfection!!!!

This is my second event that I have planned at the Westwood and I have had the pleasure of working with Cathy. She's amazing, organized and professional. I am a wedding planner who have been in the business for over 17 years. I worked with Cathy on a wedding on August 2nd and Cathy and the staff at the Westwood were beyond amazing.

SPECIAL PRAISES and KUDOS should go to the Maitre'D, Betty who was beyond amazing. She was on top of every detail and so attentive not only to the bride and groom but to all their guests. Most of the guests attending the wedding were in the hospitality industry themselves and they all complimented on how wonderful Betty was, the food was delicious and fresh and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I highly recommend this venue and hope my company and I have the pleasure of working with Cathy and her staff at The Westwood!

Our wedding was august 2nd and it was 100 times better than I imagine, kathy was great and betty she was amazing she made me feel like a princes and the food was beyond amazing, the place was perfect my friends and family were happy, more than happy!!! They made my day more than perfect!!! 200% recomended!!! Is the best place ever!!! Thank you for making my day the best day of my life!! Thank you for making my dream come true!!!!

We had our wedding party on January 31st. The staff at the Westwood went above and beyond in every capacity. There are not enough words to describe how helpful, accommodating, and all around great Joe the maître d was leading up to and at our party. All of our guests raved about the food and the service was impeccable. I can not recommend the Westwood highly enough. We all had such a great time! It was perfect.

For any bride out there looking for a venue that is willing to bend of backwards to make your day extra special - This is the place to go.

As soon as we walked in, we knew this venue was different. Better then any other venue we had seen. We visited 23 venues prior to visiting The Westwood. Needless to say, I am a picky bride. From the beginning, Cindy was spectacular in helping us plan our day. She spent an hour and half extra with us just on our initial day of meeting. She never rushed us, and answered any question that we had. The prices here are amazing for the value of food and service that we received.

Our wedding took place in the downstairs ballroom, which is large and well lighted. Cindy even walked us through their kitchen to show us how clean their facilities are. From Day One, the feeling we got from Cindy and the staff was that it was their mission to ensure that everything went perfectly for us.

I was definitely a needy bride - constantly e-mailing and calling with random questions. Cindy was ALWAYS quick to respond. I think the longest I had to wait was 24 hours for a response. Which is huge for a stressed out bride!

The day of the wedding went better then I could have ever dreamed. The food was delicious. It is now almost a month after our wedding and our guests still call us to tell us how good the food was. Joe, our Maitre'D and Manuela, our wedding attendant, made sure that our day went smoothly and that myself and my husband never wanted a thing. Joe kept everything on schedule.

The ballroom looked beautiful. The staff went above and beyond setting up the tables, serving the food, and ensuring that all of our guests were satisfied. I did not hear a single complaint from any of my guests.

I would HIGHLY recommend The Westwood to any bride looking for a wonderful venue. THANK YOU for everything you did to help our day go smoothly.

We were 100% pleased with the services we received at the Westwood. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Event planner, Cathy, was responsive to emails and very accommodating to our requests. Some places we had contacted did not even return a single email or phone call. Cathy would typically get back to me 48 hours or less every single time.

The Westwood staff dealt with the Photo Booth vendor and DJ during set up so we would not have to. Once we arrived, I was introduced to the maitre'd, Joe, and he was with us for the entire night. Ushering people from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and everything was done in an efficient, timely manner. I also was assigned another staff member to help with anything my husband and I specifically may have needed i.e. bringing us food, drinks, helping with organizing bridal party, etc, while Joe was managing the entire event. Wherever I turned she was right there or nearby to help. The Westwood knows what they are doing which is why they have been in business for so long. The reception room was set up beautifully. Food was great. Unfortunately, due to my nerves and excitement, I didn't really have the stomach to eat much. But family and friends raved about the food, and what I did eat was very good. We went with a station wedding and everyone loved being able to walk around and choose what they want.
Another tidbit: Wedding cake is included in the cost, so I did not have to research other bakeries to bring in one. Their pricing is very reasonable, which was necessary for us since we had a budget.

Two events can be held at the same time, but the staff makes sure you do not collide with the other party.

The only downside is the outdoor grounds. We knew this when booking, but don't expect to take many outdoor photos there. They have a small gazebo next to the venue, but the venue itself is located on a main road. We took pictures elsewhere.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Westwood!!

I'm the type of bride that researches for hours, looking for the perfect place. I had emailed about 12 venues and actually visited about 4 of them. Stepping into the Westwood had already felt like the place was something special. However, what set everything apart was talking to the staff.

Something that drove me nuts about most of the venues we saw was the attitude of "We know weddings. Here's what you want for yours." The Westwood, on the other hand, was immediately like, "What do you have in mind? How can we make your day come true?" The Westwood staff prides itself on it's service driven attitude and years of experience. This sense of confidence, yet humility is priceless on a wedding day. They were also the best "one stop shop" I could find. They had a bakery that would take care of my cake. They had an in house florist, who would take care of centerpieces too. They also had an amazing catering staff!

For the day of my wedding, everything went off without a hitch. I had a personal attendant who made 150% sure I was fed, relaxed, and just content with everything. She helped carry my train, clean off my dress when I accidentally stepped on the train, and just kept me calm through everything. When my DJ and photobooth had entered the venue, I didn't even need to really interact with them to set them up. The Westwood staff took care of all of the logistics-- feeding them and being simply above and beyond in control in all of the ways I couldn't be. Also, the food was something every guest raved about for hours and weeks after. Did I mention I got to eat, which is usually unheard of? The Westwood staff not only made sure I was very well fed but that I could grab leftovers in case I missed my meal!

The Westwood helped me host the event exactly the way that my husband and I had envisioned-- a huge incredibly fun party filled with happiness, laughter, dancing, awesome food, and above all else love.

The Westwood made our reception flawless! From our initial meeting, Cathy helped us create our dream. I have severe food allergies and did not have to worry at all about the food which is a big deal. The food was delicious. Our maitre'd was with us the whole night and made us feel very comfortable. The bridal attendant even helped tie my bustle. Planning with them was very easy and straightforward, no catches. Our cake came from an outside bakery through the Westwood with our package. We felt welcome and respect we the entire process. We love the Westwood!

My wedding day was perfect! From the first time I met with Cathy to the very last goodnight from Joe the Maitre d' I felt extremely welcome and attended to. I was on the weary side when booking The Westwood considering their wedding prices were excellent, however, they really exceeded my expectations! I have never been so catered too in my whole life! The staff was always quick to answer any emails/questions I had and day of our Maitre D seriously took care of me. They all went above and beyond to make our day special. We received tons of compliments after the wedding regarding how friendly the staff was, how great the food was, and how wonderful it was I was able to use 3 different rooms on my wedding day! Great Job :)

After attending several functions here, I knew when I got married this would be the place. Our wedding was amazing, the rehearsal was a blast, the maître d was great. ALL my guest loved, loved the hor d'oeurves. Of course we missed that part. My husband and I are vegetarians and they were so accommodating. The grand ball room was simple beautiful. Our assistant had a sample of the food for my husband, myself and our wedding party separate from all the rest of the guest. It was great to have a little bit of quiet.

My wedding was on April 26th 2013 and was the best night of my life, and I do owe that to the Westwood. This venue is beautiful and made all my dreams come true. Cathy my wedding planner there was awesome. She always answered all of my questions I had. My day of coordinator Joe did an amazing job and made everything run so smoothly. We had our wedding reception at the Westwood on 10/12/2013 and are thrilled that we decided to have it here - as they made our dream wedding come true! We weren't sure what to expect, but the Westwood was amazing throughout the entire planning process! We worked with Lisa and she made sure we had everything we needed and requested on the day of. The food during cocktail hour and dinner was truly amazing - our guests are still raving at how delicious everything was! I am not a cake lover, but must say that our wedding cake was one of the best I ever had! Lisa was very patient with me throughout the planning process and took time to answer my 1,001 questions, and assured me everything would be great! We had a large wedding, over 200 people, and everything was perfectly organized. I would not hesitate in having another event at the Westwood, and would recommend them in a heart beat. We never felt pressured or stressed, on the contrary, it was always a good time when we met to discuss our wedding. Thank you Westwood Staff for an amazing night!! We cannot thank you enough!

We worked with Cathy from our initial visit all the way up until the day of the wedding... She was amazing and made everything so easy! Everything was set up exactly like we wanted it. The second I saw The Westwood I knew this was where my wedding was going to be. Absolutely breathtaking, Cathy was such a major help down to the day of the wedding. Joe my maidre d was amazing.. He helped me with everything down to holding my shoes. They continuously worked with my husband and I. And the food was OUTSTANDING!!! My guest we're asking for seconds lol. Loved everyone there and would recommend this venue to anyone. Hands down!

Our wedding was the absolute best thanks to The Westwood! We ultimately decided to book with The Westwood based on the atmosphere alone. We were not thrilled with the "cookie cutter' venues we had looked at prior to our booking with The Westwood. We wanted something intimate and inviting and with The Westwood we got just that. We got the "home" feeling and warmth that we wanted. We absolutely love it there! We walked into the room where we were holding our wedding reception and my husband and I got chills and yes, I even started crying because that's exactly how I always dreamed it would be. Cindy was our wedding coordinator and our Maitre Dee was Constantine. Cindy was extremely helpful and leading up to the weeks before the wedding was absolutely wonderful. When we went to do our finalization of the menu we just laughed and smiled the whole time. I can't thank her enough for making one of the most important days of our lives so special! She was extremely professional. The food was absolutely perfect, our cocktail hour was insanely delicious and our wedding cake was absolutely perfect. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better venue with staff that truly cares. It was so wonderful having our wedding there and the best time of our lives with the people we love the most in this world!

The Westwood was the first place we looked at when we were doing our wedding planning and I said I bet you this will be the place. I had that feeling from when we first stepped into the hall. I loved how there were different options for both the ceremony and reception. Cathy was very accomodating with us thoroughout the whole planning process. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions and concerns up to the day of our wedding. Our Maitre' d, Joe, was very pleasant and accomodating with us as well during the rehearsal and wedding. He definitely knows how to make the bride feel at ease and stress free on her wedding day. He had us all smiling! We have received many compliments about the Westwood and how beautiful our wedding turned out. I would highly recommend the Westwood.

There can not be enough good things said about the Westwood. Both the facility and staff are FANTASTIC. Not a detail was missed, not a single complaint uttered. The staff was extremely attentive to the older guests at my wedding, whether it be making sure they have drinks or helping them to the elevator. The maitre d Joe was amazing. My planner Debbie was always available to answer any and every question I had and I had A LOT! Everyone had such a great time that my in-laws are planning to have their next event there!!!

I could not have been more happy wuth this venue. My family has done many events there and we have always been happy. They took care of us like we were family. They are classy and elegant and I would do it all over again if I could.

We were very happy with our wedding reception at the Westwood. The staff was helpful and the food was delicious. The venue itself is beautiful and they were receptive to all of my wife's particular decoration requests. Everything was as agreed to in our contract and we did not overpay. Cathy was very attentive to our needs and flexible in scheduling and rescheduling our meetings. The staff packed up all of our items quickly and neatly so we could leave on time and the whole reception was run smoothly. Most importantly, the food was great and all of our guests loved it.

They were attentive to my needs from the time I arrived. They were very helpful in making smooth transitions throughout the night. My guests are still talking about how much they really enjoyed the embiance, food, cake, music, and everything else. Great prices, depending on what you prefer and accommodate most budgets. The Westwood is definitely a high reccommend from me. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my wedding day.

We can not say enough good things about the Westwood. Our family and friends are still talking about how good and how much food there was at our wedding. Joe our Maitre de was absolutely wonderful. This was always the place that I would drive by when I was younger and dreamt that someday I could have my wedding there. The Westwood exceeded our expectations. Our maitre'd, Joe was amazing. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to him. The food was great and the cake was delicious! We got a very good rate because we got married in the winter. I felt like a million bucks!

Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to the Westwood and their winter wedding special! They never treated me like I spent any less than a "peak wedding season" bride and I got more than I could have imagined! It was a beautiful and amazing party! Had our wedding here and was so pleased with how everything turned out. Kathy is a gem and answered all my questions promptly. The maitre d , Joe, is such a nice guy and took care of us all night making sure we had everything we needed. The prices are reasonable and all of my guests thought the food was great!! The Westwood really provided an amazing service to us. Since we started our short notice planning, Cathy treated us so professional and she was really flexible and open to our requests. The food was delicious as well as the service. Our Maitre'd Fee Betty was really amazing. She was taking care of us the whole night and we didn't have to worry about anything because she took care of absolutely everything. Our guests really loved her because she was really caring for everyone making sure every one was having a great time. Furthermore, the price they gave us was really unbeatable. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a beautiful and affordable wedding.

This venue was perfect for our budget. The food is very good (especially the cocktail food). They were willing to work with us each time we needed to make changes to our contract. Kathy was excellent. However, the maitre'd that was there on the night of my wedding (who was someone other than Kathy) charged me for extra people that night when he shouldn't have.

LOVED the Westwood for my September wedding. It was always my dream to get married there & the staff worked with me to make my day happen. The only reason I rated a 4.6 instead on 5 is the only thing I would have loved from them was to have the bridal suite available sooner then it was. But other then that no complaints at all!

Stephanie was my wedding coordinator, and I truly have nothing but nice things to say about her help. She was always willing to work with us, up until the week of the wedding, when we had to alter our contract. The Westwood was the most affordable venue for our budget, and we are happy with the service provided. My only minor issue was that my room was not set up yet when we arrived to our bridal suite. My guests were already there, and the room was not done yet, which bothered me, considering I had to bring my linens and napkins to them that morning at 8am. We were the only wedding that day, so I didn't understand the delay, but besides this, I was happy for the value of the venue.

The Westwood is a nice venue. We had plenty of space to accommodate our 200 guests.

Cathy assisted us with our wedding planning process. She was always there when I called and was very helpful. We had a few last minute cancelations due to death, and Cathy was able to refund the seats for us. She also writhed with us to create a custom menu which was delicious and all the guests loved the food.

My professionalism rating is lower because of the day of my wedding. We had a bartender who was EXTREMELY unprofessional. From tasting people's drinks, falling asleep on the bar,putting her hands in drinks, to trying to fight one of my guests. My guests were complaining thinking she was either intoxicated or high. My maid of honor made multiple complaints to the assistant maitre d, who did nothing to change the situation because the bartender was her wife. Eventually the bar teneder was replaced, but she was allowed to come back later. This is the only complaint I have, and im sure the Westwood had remedied this situation. I don't blame the venue for one or two employees.

Overall, this venue was lovely and the pricing was amazing!

My husband and I had Both our wedding and reception here. My wedding day was wonderful but my matri dee Katherine was not around for most of the five hours I paid for we felt rushed on that day. However, Kathy who works in their sells department was very patient and caring she answered all my questions anytime I would call. Prices are very affordable at the Westwood and any midstakes made by the staff and my matri dee was overlooked. It was about my husband and our new marriage on that day and for God to bless us together long term that mattered. I would still recommend this wedding hall to anyone looking to get married on a budget.

The Westwood accommodated us with excellent quality at an awesome price that we could not beat anywhere else. It is exactly one yr later since our wedding and everyone is still RAVING about the food! They got so stuffed on the incredible appetizers they could barely eat their main course which consisted of prime rib, or tilapia, and this was just the basic package!!!! When the top tier of our wedding cake got destroyed due to Hurricane Sandy they put my husband in touch with the bakery and the bakery reproduced it for free! Loved this place and it is so beautiful!

I had the Lena room upstairs. Every thing was perfect. My matre'd was amazing and so on top of things. They told me my bridal party would be able to come in an hour early and when we got there every thing was ready for us. It was the best wedding. Stephanie was my sales rep and she was amazing anything I asked she got right back to me. The food was perfect and everyone had a great time. I've had lots of compliments

Disappointed

Planning with Amanda was fantastic. Unfortunately, the person you plan with is not the one executing our the vision. Several items that were very important (Letter Sign) were shoved in a corner. Photobooth was place completely inaccessible to the guests. Joe only spoke with me once to ask for gratuities. Was really excited and looking for to the party but extremely disappointed on the execution of the event. It's too late once all the guest appear to move around all the room decoration. Two thumbs down.

A good location with good parking and fair price-but they seem to overbook and events and people run into each other. The staff is great until you are paid-in-full, then they really don't seem to care & all the sweetnes goes out the window. They are not flexible and unyeilding. The service staff on the day of the event were not personable & appeared to be in a rush to get it over with & get home. Shame really becasue the food was decent and decor made for nice pictures.
