HeidiBeth made my wedding day everything I dreamed it could be. I was able to be so calm and present on my wedding day because I knew she was waiting in the wings to make sure everything went smoothly. From dress bustling to coordinating family to helping a bridesmaid who got sauce slopped down her dress, HeidiBeth and her team do it all. If you want someone who knows the business and culture of Fort Worth, Something Blue is a must hire. -

She goes above and beyond to ensure the needs/want/desires of her customers are met. My Perfect Ranch Wedding
I can’t say enough amazing things about HeidiBeth & the Something Blue Crew! She’s all that we could have asked for in a Wedding Planner and more!! HeidiBeth was the first service provider we hired when we started planning our May wedding! She got us started by listening to our needs and wants and ultimately matching us with our awesome vendors for our private family ranch wedding! HeidiBeth was so patient, caring and kind!! She held my hand every step of the way and helped us plan what our guests are calling the perfect, most simple but elegant wedding! HeidiBeth remained dedicated and available to answer all our questions and ease all our concerns. During the ceremony, HeidiBeth’s guidance and instructions to the bridal party, guest and other service providers were instrumental to flawless execution. She was AMAZINGLY AWESOME and cool, calm and collect. She even planned our Amazing Rehearsal dinner as all of our guests were from out of town/state.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, HeidiBeth! We couldn’t have had the perfect wedding without you. -

Extraordinary service + wedding planner
Heidibeth, and her team were GREAT! My wife and I were married at Trickle Creek Ranch. We used and LOVED the all-inclusive package offered. Heidibeth, had open communication throughout the planning process and her and her team is the best wedding planner ever!! We had questions along the way that were answered quickly. Over the course of the planning, we discussed several floral designs, food, cakes, table layouts, music, drink selections, photographers/ videographers, etc. She incorporated all of the ideas we had into a beautiful wedding day. She also included surprise gifts for the bride throughout the day! We are so happy with our wedding day! If you would like to speak to me or my bride, just ask Heidibeth for our numbers. -

I moved to Texas last year and had no family or friends around to help me plan our wedding. Thanks to Heidibeth and her team I had all the help I needed, and they did an amazing job! When we first started, Heidibeth told me that she would let me know when it was time to start making decisions on things and she would keep things on schedule. That is exactly what she did and it was very stress free! She had me create a Pinterest page with my visions and she delivered all of my visions exactly how I imagined. It was like she was able to see what was going on in my brain to a T. From the flowers, table décor, linens, color scheme, cake and more, it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Something Blue weddings and Heidibeth and her team! Not only did they create a beautiful wedding day, Heidibeth also kept things on schedule throughout the entire night. This was my dream worry free wedding. Thank you so much!!! -

Seriously, HIRE HEIDIBETH!!!!! She is absolutely incredible, she went above and beyond! Her and her team made my wildest dreams come true for my wedding day. It was absolutely gorgeous, she is so kind and was on top of EVERYTHING during the entire planning process! I could not have pulled off my wedding as wonderful as it was without her. I've had so many of my guests tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I owe it all to HeidiBeth. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Hiring HeidiBeth and her team was the best decision I could have made for my wedding!! As a bride that lives in Texas, while her entire family lives in New York, I basically spent close to two years planning my wedding by myself and as the date began to get closer, my anxiety got worse as I just kept thinking of the day of and how much work I would have to do with my family not knowing all the little details. When we finally decided to hire someone for the day of as well as handling some details that last month, I didn't have to look much further than HeidiBeth. She was the first and only coordinator I reached out and met with and right away I knew we were a good fit ad she would get the job done. We talked for about an hour in our first visit and her attention to detail and questions asked were spot on. Leading up to the wedding, she was able to recommend the last few vendors we needed and I could not be happier with her recommendations. About three weeks before we really started getting into the details of the wedding and she made it the easiest process for me. She handled reaching out to vendors, setting up timelines, answering my last minute questions, and so much more. We had hired a DJ company and were being assigned a random DJ, and HeidiBeth called and made sure we got one of the best DJs and we were not disappointed! We even had a mix up with the groom/mother song two days before the wedding and she was able to call the DJ and handle it without me having to worry. While everything before the wedding was great, I can not explain in words how amazing her and her assistant, Val, were the day of. From the moment she showed up she took control of the day, and the only decisions I had to make were with regards to the weather. She turned the venue and the wedding into my dream wedding and I was able to sit back the morning of and enjoy getting ready with my girls and really taking in the entire day. I tend to be a little bit of a control freak and my family was in shock at how calm I was the day of the wedding and I attribute that to HeidiBeth. I knew that she was handling everything and making sure everything was how I wanted it so I was able to give control to her and have fun! The entire day was calling for rain and me being my stubborn self, I would not commit to moving the ceremony inside, she let me take my time and when the time finally came that I had to make a decision, she helped me find a solution to still have it outside if the rain hadn't started, and we did!! She kept pictures and the timeline moving accordingly, which was what was needed because it could have started raining on us any minute; because she did that, I was able to get the perfect pictures and have my dream ceremony. During the reception, her and Val were amazing. She was on top of everything and all I needed to do was have a good time! My husband is still talking about how Val was always watching his drink and he never went without a drink the entire night. To top it all off, my bridesmaid had reached out to see if she could decorate our room for the night of the wedding and she was able to grab champagne, rose pedals, candles and decorate our room. If I can give any advice to the bride-to-be, it would be to hire HeidiBeth. I can not stress enough how the day of went exactly how I wanted and I was not worried about one thing. I truly do not know how I would have got it all done without HeidiBeth. Hire her and her amazing team! -

My daughter’s wedding was originally scheduled for April 25, 2020, at the height of the Covid shutdowns. I was in a panic! HeidiBeth and her team were so calm and helpful. They rescheduled everything with the vendors, kept up with all the Covid guidelines, helped us navigate re-invites, updated all the contracts and invoices and probably a thousand other things I don’t even know about. We had a beautiful and perfect wedding on September 25! HeidiBeth was right, I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Hire her, you won’t regret it. -

HeidiBeth and her team were absolutely amazing for our wedding. I contacted her in early February of 2019 to plan a wedding for May 2019! She hit the ground running and found literally the perfect venue for us, a designer one-of-a-kind dress and handled everything for me. I have a 2 year old so I was not able to devote the normal time and energy to a wedding and was very hands off. But, she understood my vision from the start and the execution was to die for. Also, we stayed within budget which was HUGE because I know so many people who go way over budget on their wedding. Wish I could go back and relive my special day. I would absolutely pick HeidiBeth again! -

I recommend using them! Their services were a invaluable! My daughter, her fiance & the rest of the bridal party were all military and stationed out of state. The grooms family is from California. That left me to plan, orchestrate, and facilitate an entire wedding! A friend recommended Heidibeth, and from the moment I met her, I could feel the stress lifted off me. She was in-tuned to every detail my daughter described. We were able to work together, Face-timing with the bride, and bring a beautiful ceremony to life. I was able to enjoy the evening. She was worth every penny! -

HIRE THIS LADY AND HER TEAM!! Sincerely, there are so many things that as a Bride,Groom or Parent that you haven't even thought of. The great part is...HeidiBeth has thought of everything and much more! She WILL have a wonderful solution, a great opinion, a vendor with whom she can negotiate with to save you money. It's truly the best money you will spend during your wedding planning journey. During my son and daughter-in-love's wedding planning, she helped me throw a carnival- themed shower- complete with a giant red tent, a snow cone stand, hot dog cart, kissing booth, an adult bounce house and soo much more. She helped me throw an amazing "Day of the Dead " rehearsal dinner with themed tables, wonderful appetizers and dinner, themed desserts, Mariachis...the works. My son and daughter-in-love had the most unique, romantic , amazing wedding. HeidiBeth kept their vision while making suggestions and offering a seasoned opinion. Their vision for their dream wedding included deluxe invitations and day -of printing, over-the-top catering and bar service, a caricature artist, a cigar roller, floral that included a 7' tall freestanding floral wreath, wreaths for the bridesmaids to carry, tartan plaid and floral pocket squares for the groomsmen and floral incorporated into their vision of a" travel theme to fictional places" throughout their reception. She somehow pulled it ALL together, let us know when we were going wayyyy over budget (and tried to rein us in!), helped find vendors, negotiate contracts with vendors, hotels, buses ( and all with great prices!!), whatever was needed, she did it and did it excellently . The day of their best day ever she and her team took charge, and made all the magic my son and daugher-in-love had dreamed of come to life!! She truly surpassed all our high expectations and I would not hesitate to hire her to do ANY event . If you can dream it, she WILL make it happen. She is a one-of -a-kind person and she will make all your wedding dreams come true!

But even with the short amount of time she was given (1 month), she managed to make everything perfect and stress free! I had caterer mess ups, floral mess ups, and feeling completely overwhelmed and these two brought everything together for my wedding. My wedding could not have happened without them. People do not think anything bad could happen on your wedding day, but behind the scenes it does and it all happened to me. This is why investing in a wedding coordinator is a must amongst all brides. They handle it all. When my florist royal screwed up my bouquet, Heidibeth took it apart and reassembled it to the best that she could to resemble what wanted. When the florist did not leave the toss bouquet, Heidibeth made one for me. When no one was dancing on the dance floor, Jacqline was there to get my guests out there. When the catering crew was not doing their job, Heidibeth and Jacqline were right there to pick up the slack. From beginning to the very end, these two ladies were there for me! Any bride would be lucky to have them on her wedding day! Dont wait, call Heidibeth today!!! -
