It was the best decision to hire Vanessa as our Wedding Coordinator. We had a very DIY and hands on wedding with many requests. Vanessa is attentive, organized and very hard working. She made our weekend so special and I truly was able to relax on my wedding day because of Vanessa. Her assistant and her worked so hard on our Wedding day to make sure it was all set up, smoothly run and she is beyond helpful. I highly recommend you hire Vanessa for your special day. She is so lovely, kind and made the wedding weekend the most special. It was a pleasure and honor to work with her. -

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
Vanessa was my sister's wedding coordinator 2 years ago. I really liked how much help she was that I said to myself that one day when I get married, I would love to hire Vanessa as my wedding coordinator as well.
My day finally came and I was for sure that I wanted Vanessa as my wedding coordinator. Communication with her was great, she was very attentive, easy going and checked-up constantly. At the reception, Vanessa and her assistant, Ashley, made sure everything flow smoothly and they did such an amazing job cleaning up at the end of the night. I am really grateful to the both of them for that.
Thank you, Vanessa, for lightening some weight off my shoulders! Don’t think the day would’ve ran as smooth without you. -

Vanessa is the best wedding planner we could’ve ever asked for!
Vanessa was the best wedding planner we could’ve ever found!! We asked a daunting task to plan a wedding in 3 months and she killed it! Not only is she organized but she also brought our vision to life. Every detail was perfect and everything thing remained on time with no hiccups! Not to mention she is cool, calm, and collected at all times! We were comfortable with Vanessa from the first call and with us being from out of state she helped connect us to some really amazing vendors. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner, we would recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

Vanessa answered questions we didn't even know to ask, was incredibly organized leading up to and during the wedding, and was highly professional and personable. We literally worried about nothing throughout the entire process, including day-of. Her assistant complemented her organizational skills and professionalism on our big day as well. Vanessa is the greatest! She was our day of coordinator for our wedding. We obviesly had no idea about what we had to deal with when it came to wedding planning and organizing the day of. Having Vanessa made everything go smoothly and our day turned out so perfect because we had Vanessa orchestrating it. She’s quick on her feet when it comes to last minute details that needed to be dealt with. She was very thoughtful when it came to little things like bringing us a glass of wine right after the ceremony hehe and the placement of certain things at the reception. She was very kind to us and all of our family, guests and vendors. Extremely professional from the first moment we spoke, she makes sure to be available for any questions prior to your wedding and has the perfect suggestions based on her previous experiences. I love Vanessa and I’m so greatful for her services. BOOK HER NOW! You won’t regret it ♥️ -

Vanessa was amazing and helped us feel so at ease throughout the process 😌
My husband and I hired Vanessa for day of planning for our our wedding. We could not have done our wedding without Vanessa! We deeply appreciated her calm and kind energy. She was always a step ahead throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and Vanessa took a huge weight off our shoulders the day of. Out of all of the people we worked with for our wedding, I feel compelled to write Vanessa a review ASAP because she truly was incredible. Couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. She was not only super kind and easy to work with but incredibly organized. Like, she considered every single little detail and never failed to offer suggestions & ideas when we were indecisive about things. We never had to worry about a thing, thanks to her very obvious expertise in the wedding industry. She was also patient, attentive to everybody's needs, and reliable. Vanessa was so wonderful to work with! She was organized, responsive, and a pleasure to be around. She kept the day moving smoothly, made sure my husband and I were taken care of, and completed tasks we hadn’t even thought of. She helped with prep the day before/day of and captured BTS footage which was so fun to relive after the wedding. Don’t hesitate to book her for your big day! -

My wedding day wouldn’t have happened without Vanessa. After interviewing 6 people and meeting them all via zoom, she was the sincerest and most compatible with me. She was extremely organized, my accountability buddy, and was so ridiculously patient. She discussed and talked through all the details necessary and was my confidant. Without her my crazy vision wouldn’t have turned into reality. She worked with my budget, gave reasonable ideas and advice, and executed each part with perfection. For more context, we had our ceremony at a church and our cocktail/reception was 30 minutes away and on a rooftop. I wanted to have our food be delivered from our favorite restaurants from the city, which added another layer of complexity with the wait staff and prep time. Weeks before the wedding, Vanessa set up three separate rain plans to ensure, in any case, we’d have a version of using the rooftop. Needless to say, it POURED the day of and with Vanessa’s impeccable plans and readiness, she made adjustments in that moment for the cocktail hour to be in doors AND had the rooftop ready to go for our reception. On top of that, 3 people on the staff had called out and she still ensured everything happened from the food and drinks being ready to be served. We had an average of 10 different vendors including the food, bartenders, photographer, dj, flowers, and wait staff that she had to work with the day of. Vanessa came to the city meet us a few times, showed up a day early to help with set up and decor, and cleaned/organized everything for me afterwards. Through all of it, I had no idea of the extent until the end of the night when we exchanged hugs and tears from all the emotions we felt from the day. Tears of happiness and gratefulness from me and I’m sure exhaustion from her. 🙃
I can’t ever express my gratitude in having Vanessa by my side. The only thing I regret most, which was completely out of our hands, was not having her be there to enjoy the day with us instead of going into emergency mode. I will always support her through her journey. She’s just a wonderful human being who truly cares and loves her craft. If you couldn’t tell already, I HIGHLY recommend her for any type of event that’s important to you and your family.

Vanessa was extremely organized when it came to helping us with our special day! She made sure to contact all my vendors and was my POC for day of so I could enjoy getting ready with my friends and family. She took all the stress away and even helped with all the decorating and break down. She was an ANGEL. She was super flexible with meetings and was so thorough that some questions I hadn’t even thought of. So happy we hired her! BOOK HER!!! -

I hadnt really thought of hiring a coordinator until My MOH suggested. I thought I could handle everything, that it would be easier and smooth. When I realized I was completely dreaming (lol), I started to look for professionals on the FB groups for brides I was in, and then I found Vanessa. Me and my (now!) husband couldn’t be more happy and satisfied for this choice.
Vanessa knows her game and was absolutely indispensable for our big day. We hired her around 3 months before the wedding, and that was the second best choice (the first was my husband). She guided us through the all necessary steps, we had calls and follow ups, she talked to all vendors and made sure all my planning and details were triple/four times confirmed. She made the release amazingly simple and easy, when I was freaking out on the day of, she was there to look me in the eye and tell me she got it and got, she did. I had not to worry for a second bc she was there.
My husband, Edward, calls her a rockstar and she is. We were so happy focusing only on our ceremony and friends, and that’s why I know how good she is.
Do not hesitate and grab her for your peace of mind. Vanessa is amazingly competent and will make your big day better happier smoother and unforgettable.
