We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator for our daughter’s Quinceañera. From start to finish, she was absolutely superb. She maintained consistent communication with us throughout the entire planning process, always keeping us informed and answering every question promptly.
Every single detail we requested was executed perfectly. She truly listened to our vision and made sure everything came together exactly as we imagined — if not better. Her professionalism, organization, and calm presence made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable for our family.

We love Sabrina! We purchased her Full Service Planning; hiring her was easily the best decision we made for our wedding, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner. We began our planning process while my husband was stationed overseas, and she was really great about working with us remotely and around the huge time difference. Since we couldn’t go ourselves, she visited venues for us and Facetimed us during tours, as well as taking plenty of video and pictures to send. In general, she went above and beyond to help us plan long-distance! Sabrina provided timelines and guides, recommendations, checklists—everything you can think of, she had covered before I even asked. She was also always very warm and kind with us, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the planning process. Any questions we had, she was there to answer, and she was always willing to lend an ear and reassurance whenever I was confused or nervous. She was extremely knowledgeable and had tons of great advice, especially about what things might not be worth the cost or effort, the areas of the wedding that were worth spending on, and budget-friendly approaches that would still achieve our vision for the wedding. She was really great at helping us stay within our small budget while still having the wedding experience we wanted. Her experience in the industry really shines in advice, and her guidance through it all was invaluable. Day of, she was a wonderful coordinator! She worked very efficiently, and as the bride, I could happily focus on spending the day with my loved ones because I knew Sabrina had things handled. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her and her planning services. She was such a huge help and supporter every step of the way, and she made planning this event SO much less stressful. We had such a gorgeous, vibrant, and fun wedding, even through the challenges of limited budget and long-distance planning, and I really don’t think we could have pulled it off without her help. Sabrina is a fantastic wedding planner, and her services are absolutely worth every single penny! -

On the day of our wedding, Sabrina was nothing short of a miracle worker. The venue was absolutely stunning — every detail was thoughtful, intentional, and breathtaking. She handled everything behind the scenes with grace and a smile, solving problems before we even knew they existed and ensuring that we could be fully present and enjoy our day stress-free.

Sabrina was our first vendor we booked after we got engaged. I knew I wanted my dream wedding but on a budget, and wanted a wedding planner to take the stress out of the planning process. Sabrina made the process seamless and extremely enjoyable. Her connections with local vendors truly made the selection process a lot easier. Every vendor we chose was from her preferred vendor list. And not one of them disappointed! Every single vendor we had the day of the wedding went above and beyond and truly made our day perfect. Throughout the year of planning, and into the day of, Sabrina calmed all of my nerves and orchestrated a smooth wedding day. I would 1000% refer Sabrina. (And have to many friends).
I know that if I did not meet Sabrina and have her as my wedding planner, my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. -

Sabrina is an absolute lifesaver and hands down the best decision I ever made for our wedding. Hire her full-time planning service, you won’t regret it. The best piece of wedding advice I got was to hire a planner first - and I tell everyone that once we found Sabrina, she’s the only reason we had a wedding at all. She truly allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding. She was great at keeping the planning on timeline, was so incredibly patient with our insane dual-mil schedules even with us being in Japan’s time zone. She made everything a breeze - we only needed about 5 phone calls total in the year and a half of planning. She had the best recommendations, was able to go to our venue to do a video-tour for us, and was very very honest with what she thought was / wasn’t a good idea. Her input was incredible, she always looked for ways to help me keep the costs down. Her DJ recommendation was absolutely incredible (DJ Tom with Grant Hemond) - everyone kept telling us how he was the best DJ they’d ever had at a wedding. She went decor-shopping for me and took care of donating all the leftovers afterwards since we had to fly back to Japan.
The way she ran the rehearsal so efficient, and the work she and her team did for us on the day of the wedding made the entire thing stress-free. My husband’s family did the decor/alcohol drop-off the day of and they raved about how she and her assistants helped them - they were so impressed at how they came right up to them and offered to help and “next thing I knew the car was unloaded!” She took the decor vision and brought it to life better than I ever could have, even with the insane wind she improvised beautifully and kept everything in place. She made sure to bring me and my husband food, kept drinks in our hands the whole reception (and our head table!), and had everything we needed. She didn’t even blink when I pitched to her doing a water gun send-off, she had towels ready to go for us that she’d had customized for us as a gift, and made the entire thing come to life just as we’d hoped.
Sabrina I love you so much. Thank you for putting together the best weekend. You were such a joy to work with and I’m so so happy with how everything turned out - all thanks to you! -

Sabrina had her work cut out for her with a bride and groom that really didn't want to do a lot of planning for their wedding. Not only did she keep us on track (which can be like herding cats), answer any and all of our questions, get a large number of quotes for us, and more, but she coordinated the rehearsal and wedding day flawlessly.
The last thing we wanted to do was be stressed during our wedding day and Sabrina delivered. Everything was seamless because of her and she even fixed a couple of small last minute hiccups that none of us anticipated. To say that we were happy that we chose her is an understatement.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. She worked so hard to make our day perfect and it was everything we wanted it to be. Thank you so much, Sabrina! -

I reached out to Sabrina early January 2023 to inquire about her coordinating services and I quickly booked with her shortly after. She offers a variety of services and packages at a reasonable price. The experience I had throughout the planning process with Sabrina was amazing. Planning a wedding comes with lots of questions and Sabrina answered each one and was able to guide me with grace and professionalism. Sabrina handled everything and anything the week up to my wedding, contacting vendors, making our timeline, speaking to the venue, recommending things that she noticed that would make our wedding day better and or smoother. The day of our wedding is when Sabrina really shined! She arrived on time, kept me in the loop of when vendors arrived and how the process of setup was going. When it came time for the ceremony, Sabrina kept my wild bridal party in line as well as making sure everything else behind the scenes at that moment was flawless. During the reception there were tiny bumps in the road but Sabrina was there to make sure we had everything we needed and smooth those bumps out. Sabrina stayed until the end of the reception, she updated me on everything before she left so I knew where things were, etc.
If we were getting married again I would choose Sabrina(Southern Sweetheart Events) all over again. Throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding Sabrina was everything we could image for a coordinator and more. She is so sweet, personable, professional and down to earth. I recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Absolutely amazing! Sabrina not only has the ability to make everything go as planned but she also has the skill of making your vision come true. Along with that she personally was a huge part of making our big day come alive when our original photo and video ended up blocking and ghosting my husband, her and myself but she found another company that killed it!! Absolutely use her if she’s available you won’t regret it!! -

Baby Shower
I had my baby shower last weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! We had a theme "Here comes the Son" and a larger attendee count. Sabrina went above and beyond to capture every detail I wanted and envisioned. From decorations, linens, signage, and day of coordination with venue prep, it was everything I could have dreamed of! Thank you so much to the Southern Sweetheart team for making this mama to be's shower so amazing! Now just waiting on his arrival :-) -

Hiring Sabrina at Southern Sweetheart Events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Sabrina took so much pressure and weight off my shoulders when it came to planning my wedding. While preparing for my wedding, I was living in Maryland and my wedding was scheduled to take place in Florida. Having someone on the ground who could be present for us when we couldn't was such a huge relief. Sabrina did an excellent job keeping us on a schedule with getting vendors hired, coordinating special moments for the wedding and making sure that my wedding was exactly how I wanted it to be. Her ability to help keep my vision alive for my wedding day was done so lovingly and gracefully. She helped me to not loose sight of what I wanted in the midst of so much happening. The day of my wedding was a day that I will never forget and I owe it to Sabrina. The wedding day can be so chaotic with vendors calling for last minute questions, however, I did not have to worry about any of that. Sabrina stepped in and did that for us, she knew our vision so she knew how to answer accordingly. If there was a question she wasnt certain, she would run it by me, but I never felt stressed out. I got to soak in the day, hang with my bridesmaids and prepare for my next journey along side my family. I never grasped how much time & energy is put into wedding planning until I was planning my own. I was very overwhelmed until I hired Sabrina and it was the best money I could've spent. My advice to future brides is this: your wedding day is only one day, one memory that you will always remember and you'll never get that day back so invest in Sabrina so you can make certain your day is one of happy memories you will always remember. -

I reached out to Sabrina at Southern Sweetheart about 6 months before my wedding. She was friendly, professional, and affordable. During our initial consultation, we discussed what I had planned so far and what was included in each coordination package. I decided to hire her for month-of coordination and I’m so glad I did!
Sabrina contacted me promptly one month before my wedding. She helped me to find and book the vendors that I had not managed to secure yet, including a rental company for table settings and a baker for mini donuts for our brunch wedding. She also met with me to put together a day-of timeline, which I had struggled to create since our morning wedding was not very traditional.
Throughout my DIY planning, I had been counting on it to not rain during the morning since we typically expect afternoon rain here in Florida. The forecast had different plans for us though, and I didn’t have a back-up plan for our outdoor event. Sabrina called 8 different tent rental companies two days before the wedding, and she was able to find us a tent that would be big enough for our event and that we could afford.
The day of the wedding, Sabrina knocked it out of the park. She directed all the vendors and did the place settings herself, which looked gorgeous. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the morning of the wedding, which was a huge relief. Everything looked perfect and there is no way we could have pulled off such a beautiful event without Sabrina’s help. Very grateful for Sabrina and her services! -

To the wedding day. I hired her for day of coordinating, but anytime I needed an input or recommendation from her she was there ! She’s very knowledgeable and has experienced suggestions, which is what every first time bride needs. I couldn’t have imagined my big day without Sabrina and her coordination, she was always 5 steps ahead of me (I’m a bit of a control freak) so needless to say when I would follow up

My venue recommended that I hire a wedding coordinator for at minimum the day of the wedding. They gave me Sabrina's contact information and it was easily the best decision I could've made. I will start by saying INCREDIBLE!!! Originally I wasn't going to have a coordinator but I honestly don't think I could've done it without one, especially Sabrina. I had her for the month prior and the day of. She was hands down fantastic. She helped me with checklists, the details, vendor recommendations (led me to my caterer, florist and baker) and even let me borrow some of her own decorations which were absolutely perfect! She was on point with making sure everyone was on time, had everything we needed and put some amazing final finishing touches on the decorations, not even a hair was out of place. After the ceremony which went perfectly with her help, she got me and the entire bridal party snacks and drinks to have while we were taking our photos. She kept us on time and made it easily one of the best days of my life. I couldn't have done it without her. Sabrina, thank you for being such an absolute blessing on our wedding day and helping make our dreams come true. You were perfect!! -

I paid for the MONTH of Coordinator. Knowing that Sabirna was going to finalize everything with the vendors took a lot off of me!
Day of this girl rocked!!! My guest refer to her as the clipboard lady! She was awesome and made sure everything flowed.
