Nicole Ellington was the planner for our wedding and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! She was amazing throughout the entire process. Very communicative, detailed, and responsive with us. I know our big day would not have been the complete perfection it was without all of Nicole's hard work! -

Maddison was absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maddison during both the planning phase of our wedding and the day of. My husband and I faced challenging circumstances while planning our wedding. One being that we had to plan our wedding at The Venue in Asheville, NC, from Edinburgh, Scotland. Additionally, we only had 5 and a half months to plan our wedding, which for most people is considered really pushing it in terms of the average wedding timeline. Thankfully, we had Maddison on our side!! She found and booked the absolute BEST vendors for us, as well as made sure our vision was communicated to these vendors. She was always in constant contact with us despite her very busy schedule. Day of, Maddison made sure my husband and I experienced zero stress or worry. Her calming presence put both my husband and I at ease, and if she was at all stressed, she did not show it in front of the bride or groom (which is a fantastic quality in a wedding coordinator)!! She got us from point A to point B on time, made sure we were able to eat our food, and was always there to top off of our drink of choice. Because of Maddison, there was not a single hiccup in the day. My husband and I are extremely grateful that we did not have to do any thinking day of so that we could just be present and enjoy each moment. On a final note, the reception space was GORGEOUS! Many of our guests have told us that it was one the most beautiful weddings they have attended and that is in large part due to Maddison’s ability to communicate and help bring our vision to life. Thank you so much Maddison for the most perfect day and a wedding that exceeded all of our expectations :) -

Nicole was absolutely fantastic! She is so kind and attentive to every detail, even the ones I forgot about.
First of all, I had three and a half months to plan my wedding... not even to mention planning during COVID. After many road blocks, we stumbled upon The Venue. I honestly thought they would be out of our price range, but their prices are very reasonable for the value offered! So as a last ditch effort, we contacted them 5 weeks before our wedding date. I immediately felt relieved when we sat down with Nicole to go over details. She has thought of it all and will keep you on track throughout the whole process, no matter how long or short your timeline may be!
The week of my wedding was a little stressful with trying to make sure I had everything in order. When I slid into my rehearsal on 2 wheels with all of my decor and extra items stuffed in a box, she put everything together and displayed it perfectly by the next evening. She helped relieve stress levels throughout the whole planning process which was worth so much more than a dollar amount! The night of the wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger (she even personally changed my shoes for me!). It was all so perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more!

I worked primarily with Cloie at the Planning for our day-of-coordination services, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was!! We held our ceremony at the Ridge, and our reception elsewhere, but the Planning was willing and able to accommodate without any issue. On the day of our wedding, despite a rain shower, and a few other hiccups, Cloie kept everything running smoothly & efficiently. She was kind, understanding, and was always available to chat or respond to my emails leading up to that day. Cloie took the time to understand my vision, listen to all of my (probably too detailed) requests, and make it happen!! She was calm, cool, and collected as she worked, and kept us all confident that it would turn out beautifully, and it did! She handled all the details, and I felt like I was able to be present and enjoy my wedding rather than worrying about the little things. Thank You, Cloie!!
