Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us.
Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself.
She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly.
As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost.
As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules.
Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring.
As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding. -

From the very first meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, Clémence was so much more than just a wedding planner - she was our guide, our support system, and our biggest cheerleader.
Her passion for what she does is so evident. You can feel the love and care she pours into every single detail. But what truly stood out was how much she cared for us. We’ve been receiving so many texts and calls from guests, all raving about how stunning the day was, thanks to Clémence and her team in coordinating so well.

Perfect Pair was one of the best decisions i made for our wedding! Clemence was remarkable and kept me sane and on schedule for planning. I was super stressed with planning the wedding timeline and she helped me tremendously with that and she has great resources that can help brides be organized in planning and packing. She was so kind & calm throughout the whole process and her team was on top of it, we were short of drinks on the day and they were able to drive out to replenish, thank you so much Clemence + the team!! -

Clemence helped us navigate coordinating our wedding from day 1 and truly lifted so much of the stress of planning off of ourselves. She was very easy to communicate with and always made herself available for questions or talking through certain aspects of planning the day. She took control of communication with our vendors several months in advance and was extremely organized. Her expertise with wedding planning & coordination made us feel very confident going into our big day. Clemence and her team made our actual wedding day and absolute breeze – my husband and I both felt like every aspect was under control and no one was left wondering where they needed to be next, and it was such a relief to not have to handle those details ourselves. We never had to worry about anything going wrong because Clemence had everything under control at all times. When we started wedding planning we weren’t sure if we would have any kind of wedding planner or coordinator but we are SO glad we decided to work with Clemence from The Perfect Pair Wedding!! We hired Clemence to be our day-of coordinator and we honestly couldn’t have gotten through the day without her and her wonderful assistant Emily! We spoke on the phone about working together and were immediately excited to work with her. Clemence is so sweet and fun to chat with, but also very straightforward which we knew we needed as we can both be a bit wishy washy when making decisions. In hiring a day-of coordinator, we thought we were getting just that, but really her work began much sooner. Upon hiring her, she sent us documents to help keep track of everything in the months leading up to the wedding so that when we were a month out, she could jump in full swing. Clemence is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning and she answered every question we had along the way with confidence and kindness knowing we were learning as we went. She ended up being the one to recommend our DJ who was incredible!! When we were unsure about decor, seating charts, you name it, she was happy to jump on a call and walk us through options. On top of everything, she was amazing at helping us stick to our budget - especially when it came to decor!! She is immensely organized and efficient and that was only proved further on the day of the wedding. She communicated with us and our vendors every step of the way so that on the day we were truly worry free. We are eternally grateful to Clemence and her assistant Emily for making our dream wedding come true. And on top of everything, the two of them are just lovely, sweet people. Who could ask for more? We could not recommend working with The Perfect Pair Wedding strongly enough!! -

We had an incredibly difficult venue to work with, and we did a TON of early planning ourselves, but we had to have a wedding coordinator at least for the day-of, and we found Clemence and had her for a month-of coordinator. And boy was she worth every single penny, and then some. She was great in the weeks leading up to our big day, but she was absolutely instrumental on the day-of. She walked and ran with urgency, working to correct any and all venue/vendor items that were out of place, kept everyone on schedule, which, even for our small 25 person wedding, can still be like herding cats, and kept checking in on me and my husband to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Clemence for any and all weddings, you will NOT be disappointed! -

My husband and I are so happy we chose The Perfect Pair for our wedding back in october 2021. We loved Clemence's work and profesionalism. She helped us find the perfect venue and vendor team according to our budget and preferences. She made our day so special and everything went the way we wanted it to! She has impressive communication and organization skills which made everything very easy and smooth! We couldn't have done it without her! Highly recommend The Perfect Pair Weddings!!
My husband and I got married this past May and our experience with Clemence was fantastic from start to finish. She helped plan our wedding in almost every detail (colors, wedding venues, vendors, furniture, etc) to day of coordination and beyond (making announcements, advising vendors, helping serve food, vendor tipping recommendations, etc). Clemence's extensive experience as a planner is clear once you meet her, and her input on colors/layout/flowers was very helpful in the early stages of planning. We wanted to get married in Santa Barbara and thanks to Clemence’s numerous connections in the wedding industry, she was able to find the best vendors within the budget we set for ourselves. Her attention to detail is impressive (she will even consider bringing a paper weight to hold down napkins if it could be a windy day with an outdoor venue), but she manages to plan everything without overwhelming her clients or giving them decision fatigue.
On the day of the wedding, Clemence and her team executed everything extremely well. Our venue was a park without any packaged vendors, and Clemence was able to coordinate between all the different vendors and teams without issue. By the time we got there, everything was setup beautifully and all we had to do was worry about pictures and getting married! She never came to my husband or I throughout the wedding day unless it was an absolute emergency (turns out there was!). Clemence was able to handle a family member who had fainted during cocktail hour and got a paramedic to take care of her. The family member was fine and the wedding proceeded without issue, but it was a standout example of how well Clemence was able to handle a stressful situation without affecting the rest of the day.
Clemence’s passion for weddings comes through in her detailed planning and coordinating - she takes great pride in making sure everything in her control allows the couple to have the best day of their lives. I’ve already recommended The Perfect Pair Weddings to several other couples and family members planning to get married, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! -
