Micayla is the best!!!

Micayla was an absolute dream to work with. She was so quick to communicate with us and our vendors and made sure our day was as smooth as possible. We had a few challenges throughout the day, but we didn’t even know about some of them because Micayla handled them swiftly and thoughtfully. Our day was as stressful as-free as could be because of her professionalism and dedication. Working with her was the best experience we had with any vendor. The BEST Wedding Coordinator! 🤍

This is the first time that I’ve been married, so I honestly had no idea what to expect in terms of planning all the things.

From the moment I met Micayla, I felt completely at ease! I thought to myself, “Even though I have no idea what I’m doing, I feel like everything is going to be great!” Micayla had a sense of confidence and calm about her, that were evidence of her level of expertise.

She had amazing vendor recommendations, including the florist which did THE BEST job!!

Micayla is the perfect wedding coordinator. She was not overpowering with her opinions to blur my own vision of what I wanted, but she offered insight at exactly the right time!

On the day of, all questions went to her. I had complete trust that the day would be executed perfectly, and it was!!! The day ran smoothly and my only job was to focus on my incredibly handsome groom.

Micayla is not only an amazingly sweet woman, but she’s also the perfect wedding coordinator. I plan to recommend her all of my friends!

Tons of care and effort

Micayla went above and beyond with her service! While we were meeting her before the wedding and during I could tell she was giving her all to make sure our special day was the best it could have been. Whenever we talked about our plans it was clear she gave us her full attention to ensure our day was exactly how we wanted it. She made sure that every transition from one place to the next was as smooth as possible; that everything was worry free on our part. Truly wonderful, extremely helpful and kind.

Micayla was absolutely amazing. Any problem that arose was handled before I (the bride) even had a chance to worry about it. She did everything from setting up my floral arch, to helping plan a spontaneous surprise speech for my mother minutes before I gave the speech, to carrying all of our bags, gifts, letters, suitcases, a giant cooler, my dress, vases, flowers… everything. Before I even noticed anything was gone, it was safely packed away in our wedding suite. Micayla worked seamlessly behind the scenes to keep my schedule on track without anyone ever feeling rushed. She is incredibly sweet, understanding, and endlessly helpful, which made the entire day feel calm and perfect. Essentially, she is an anxiety medication in human form. The way she could manage everything quietly while also being there the moment I turned around to ask for help was truly wonderful. My family, husband, and I all loved her so much, it felt like we had known her for years. She is incredibly caring and so lovely to work with. If you want your wedding to go smoothly and have someone who cares about your day as much as you do, I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Couldn't have done it without her!

Micayla went above and beyond for us. We booked our museum wedding venue for 100 guests with only 73 days notice. Thanks to her, it was the most magical and perfect wedding day a girl could ask for.

She provided guidance through each step of the planning process, held my hand, held my mother's hand, and left no detail out. Things I don't think anyone would think of were already on her radar and she had a plan for it. On the big day, she was very hands on, and every moment was exactly how we envisioned it.

Heck, my hair stylist ghosted me the day of the wedding - and of course I was panicking like you would expect a bride to. Micayla swoops in with the phrase "All my 3am TikTok how-to videos about to come in clutch!" - and they DID! She put my mind at ease in a time of crisis and allowed me to focus on the most important part of the day... marrying my husband.

Our wedding (and my hair) would have been an absolute mess without Micayla. Our deepest heartfelt thanks go to her for making our big day such a huge success. Cheers!

Micayla was incredible!!

Micayla went above and beyond to make our day so special. Leading up to the wedding, she was so quick to answer questions and hop on a call anytime I needed and bring me so much clarity. The weekend of the wedding she went and placed all of our cake orders AND picked them up, since we didn’t have any family and friends in the area. I truly could not recommend her enough!! Don't hesitate - BOOK MICAYLA!

Micayla came highly recommended by a close friend who has very high standards :) My husband and I had gotten a myriad of quotes from different day of coordinators and it was an absolute no-brainer for us to go with Micayla because of their raving reviews and her competitive pricing. MAN ARE WE GLAD WE WENT WITH HER!!

Through the entire planning process, I was impressed by her can-do attitude, how realistic and practical she is (which is a GIFT in this industry! And something my husband specifically mentioned appreciating about her), and her wealth of knowledge and eagerness to advise when asked. I always felt like Micayla was in our corner and ready to be a sounding board for us, whether it was a question about logistics of the day or questions about the look and feel of the design of the tables.

Micayla in the planning process was absolutely amazing but goodness - she SHINES is the day of. You want someone that day who is able to know you well enough to help you make decisions (or make them on your behalf), rally the troops and keep the day moving. She did all of those things with a smile on her face and nothing fazed her - even when I spilled the absolute darkest sauce all over the front of my dress at the start of the reception. She came immediately with her emergency kit and wiped the stain right off and we kept partying. Both of our moms specifically mentioned how exemplary Micayla was the day of and how she made the day so smooth.

Micayla is the best!

Micayla made my wedding day run so smoothly! She was truly a dream to work with. I was able to enjoy the whole wedding because she was taking care of every background detail. Things I would have never thought of she was already two steps ahead. One example was when my dad was giving a toast she noticed that my husband and I didn’t have a drink in hand. Best Planner in Texas!

We recently got married at The Arlo on 11/08/24 with over 200 guests and hired Micayla to do our full service planning. Let me start off by saying she went above and beyond on every detail. From the very beginning she was very thorough and responsive for every call and text through out the entire process. She recommended amazing vendors to work with and made sure that each vendor was up to date and in the loop on all the details. On the day of the wedding she did an AMAZING job keeping everything on schedule and made everything less stressful on us. Micayla is truly one of the most kind and detailed oriented people I’ve ever met! From the first day, she made sure all of the tiny details for my wedding day were handled and immediately made me feel at ease during the stress of wedding planning! 15/10 Incredible

The first thing out of my new husband and my mouths when we arrived in our hotel room after our wedding, "Oh my gosh, Micayla is worth her weight in gold!" I am serious.
Micayla did so much to make our wedding perfect and I KNOW she did things we probably don't even know about, that's how great she is.
We hired her as a day-of planner (which she recommended based on our venue, which was extremely straightforward and honest of her--very Micayla!). We met up about a month before via Zoom and filled out a form which was a great way for us to navigate some questions we hadn't even considered yet. After that we had a meeting with our venue and her a week before the wedding and then she just made things happen! We magically had florist arrival times, bridesmaid hair and makeup schedules, food restrictions, etc coordinated. I gave my mother her number on the day of the wedding and told her to just let her handle any problems and oh my gosh, did she. I hadn't really coordinated procession timing and my uncle was playing a song on acoustic guitar for me to walk down the aisle--I arrived to our bridal suite and Micayla had it all timed for me, knew exactly who needed to walk when, and had even mapped it out visually for me. Wow.
Throughout the evening she was our go-to woman--but the perfect amount of checking in without it being too much. When someone broke a glass on the dance floor we didn't even have time to flinch before Micayla was taking care of it--she literally did it all for us.
A final word is that she was a great source of advice leading up to the wedding. We reached out to her about tips, etc and she was so responsive. We had questions a few days before the wedding and called her up and we had everything cleared up in 15 minutes.
I'm so beyond happy that our venue required hiring at least a day-of planner--otherwise my husband and I would never have met Micayla and we wouldn't have known what we were missing!!!

Magic maker

My wife and I could not imagine our wedding day without Micayla. Her guide/timeline helped us get everything organized and everyone on the same page. During the event she was invaluable - coordinating the ceremony and all the different moving parts, helping keep us on timeline, taking over our responsibilities so we could enjoy the event. There were so many times I looked to micayla to “fix” things - broken glassware on the dance floor, managing the DJ, getting set up for our send off, secretly grabbing our forgotten bag from the bridal suite. The first thing my wife and I said at the end of the night “Thank God for Micayla”!

From the moment I talked to Micayla, I knew we were in great hands. She was so responsive, assisted me in finding additional vendors, and made the day stress free. A million times yes!

I had booked with Micayla after our venue recommended her as someone that would fit into our budget for a day of coordinator. She ended up being so sweet and wonderful to work with! Although I was able to consult with her on some things before the mark where we went over the details getting closer to the wedding, I am honestly the kind of person that doesn't ever want to be a bother, so I didn't utilize her as much as I probably could have. I feel like a bride that is a little more lost in planning could definitely benefit from working with her, especially for more planning inclusive packages. There were a few things I was stressed over and didn't know what to do about right before the wedding (such as several people bailing on my wedding and me freaking out over my seating chart), but she was able to assure me not to worry about it and I was able to let those things go with a lot less stress. On the day of, I feel she went over and beyond. I thought I'd have more time to do stuff myself and coordinate my people with setting stuff up, and all I will say to that is, don't even think about it. Plan for your day like your hands will be chopped off and you can't touch anything lol. I did send my bridesmaids mockup pictures of all my decor, so between Micayla and them, they were able to put everything in place and it looked lovely. I was also worried about being so stressed and anxious I wouldn't get to enjoy the day because I'm wound so tight on a normal day, but in turn I was too carefree and I got myself behind schedule. In short, she managed to corral myself and everyone else where we needed to be, when we needed to be there (for the most part, I swear that timeline went out the window for everyone in my bridal party.) I really didn't have it together on the wedding day, and I'm so glad I had Micayla there to literally walk us through our day. If I had to do it all over again, I would still be choosing to work with Micayla!

Still recommending 2 years later!

I feel like just leaving a review for Micayla isn’t enough. It is not an exaggeration when I say my day went as smooth as possible because of her. I actually got to witness Micayla working prior to hiring her for our wedding because she was the coordinator for my friends wedding. Being able to see her work prior to hiring her made me beyond certain that I needed to work with her. She seamlessly blended into the background yet stayed 20 steps ahead on all needed task and duties. Micayla handled all of the fine details for us and made sure everything was up to standards and our wishes. On the day of the wedding, Micayla made sure my husband and I had anything we needed before we even knew we needed it. Water, snacks, a moment alone, etc. she worked fast and diligently to make it happen. Two words: BOOK HER!

I first met Micayla on a whim when I was feeling overwhelmed with wedding planning in Austin and had no idea where to begin. Micayla and I met for coffee and immediately hit it off. Upon agreeing to work together, she took the reins and made our say absolutely seamless. She recommended so many incredible vendors, offered to go to my dress fittings with me, toured venues, and even hosted a surprise bridal shower for me with all of my closest friends. To say she went above and beyond is an absolute understatement. Oh, and not to mention, she did all of this while PREGNANT! Micayla made my engagement season so enjoyable because of the stress she took off of my plate during the planning season. What started as a partnership turned into a beautiful friendship. Where do we even begin???? Not only did Micayla go above and beyond on our wedding day, but from the first moment we made contact with her, she was happy, cheerful, and encouraging. She had a knack for putting our minds at ease with all of our stressors, and she made us excited for our wedding day every time we spoke with her! Micayla is one of the kindest souls you will ever come across in your lifetime! She has the perfect balance of being extremely approachable and sweet, to making sure everyone does what they are suppose to do and every detail is on point, from the largest to the smallest! If you have ever seen the show “Let’s Make A Deal” Micayla would win hands down, and her nickname should be Mary Poppins! Anything you need she could pull out of her bag, from bobby pins, to sewing kits (being a last-minute miracle seamstress), to tampons, you name it, this girl has got you covered! She has the best sense of humor, is very down to Earth, and doubles as a therapist as needed. Lol We are two brides, and she made us both feel equally special, and we didn’t have a single worry the entire day! This was a destination wedding for us, so we had many decorations shipped to friends in Texas. Leading up to our wedding day, we were worried how everything would be setup and how it would all look at the venue since we had not seen anything in person. Micayla was more than we could have dreamed of for a planner/coordinator, and anyone getting married would be blessed beyond belief to have her coordinating your day! She brought our vision to life and everything was absolutely perfect! We were shocked at how fast she put everything together, as if she had spent the week decorating! We are so thankful Micayla was recommended to us, and we feel like we have gained a friend for life through the process! We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Micayla is a Godsend!

Micayla was my day of coordinator for my wedding on 12/09/2022 and took such great care of us on our big day! She was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding, ensuring all vendors were looped in and aware of our game plan for the day. She was responsive and promptly answered any questions I had. She was buzzing around, making sure everyone was taken care of and things ran smoothly throughout the wedding. And she was SO sweet all the while. She makes me want to get married again just so I can keep working with her!

I am so glad that we had Micayla to help us have a smooth wedding weekend. As a person who is very detail oriented and likes to plan, I wasn't sure I wanted to have a wedding planner, but it was worth having an expert to handle all of the day of details and execution so that my family and I could just enjoy the day. Micayla will be your fairy godmother sent from above. Coming from a very anxious-type-a-trying-her-darndest to not be a bridezilla about it all, Micayla made planning my wedding a breeze. Her dedication to her brides, THE DETAILS was so evident through and through. She made me and my husband feel informed and protected during contractual processes, relaxed the days leading up, and blissful the day of. Micayla made a point to answer any and all silly questions I had on the way. Whether it was brainstorming a new decoration idea, constructing my timeline, or negotiating with vendors-- she helped with all. My wedding aesthetic was classic-hopeless romantic with a very detailed entrance. Oh yes, I included timestamps for my walk out- but Micayla executed gracefully and gave me the entrance of my dreams. My favorite part of working with Micayla was being able to sip my champagne and have the best day of my life-- she handled the set-up and clean-up. Micayla is a godsend!!!!

I was referred to Micayla through a good friend and I am so grateful that she was my coordinator! She answered my questions leading up to the wedding in a timely manner even though she had an 8 week old at home, and she was always willing to help. She was the one "vendor" that genuinely cared. My florist didn't show up at the end of the night to clean up and Micayla was there with a smile on her face taking care of EVERYTHING for us. Absolutely amazing!!!

So having a day/month of coordinator was in our venue contract, and after tons of searches we stumbled upon Moore the Marry Her. For one her prices were the absolute best compared to everyone else and speaking for future brides that's a huge YES!!!. So we decided to go with her and it was literally the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. She was so attentive and replied back almost instantly no matter the time of day. I met her over a zoom meeting to dicuss wedding details and fell even more in love with her. Right then we knew we chose the right person to help our wedding dreams come true. From the time our wedding day started until us leaving the venue she was 100% on top of everything. She had everything under control and the day ran as smooth as any couple would hope for on their wedding day. Dream Wedding Planner

Micayla was an absolute dream to work with! From the start I felt beyond comfortable communicating with her as she would respond in a timely manner and give advice based off her experience as a bride and from previous weddings. Being an out of town bride I was a little nervous about the wedding planning process but Micayla helped every step of the way! On the day of the wedding she was very helpful and constantly checked in on the groom and I asking if we or our parents needed anything which was a big help!! Amazing and detailed oriented- must hire micayla!

Please hire Micayla immediately if you want your wedding to go smoothly and not have to worry about a single thing! She was absolutely amazing to work with and made our wedding day PERFECT! The flow and schedule of our wedding that she made was so impressive that many guests said that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have attended because there was not any awkward, downtime. Micayla is detail oriented and made sure that my day was as stress-free as possible. She was my right-hand lady and checked up on me constantly and kept us on schedule. Our guests knew Micayla by the end of the night and thought so highly of her! She even helped us with a last minute alcohol vender issue (our alcohol vender cancelled the week before our wedding and Micayla found us a new, amazing vendor ASAP.) Incredible!

I am a planner, type A- I was looking forward to planning my wedding, and did not want to have a planner throughout the process but one just for our day. after my first call with Micayla, I knew I wanted her opinion and more importantly her friendship. She was so kind, organized, quick to always respond during the planning process. It was so much more than just the day of. She was everything I didn’t know I needed. The day of, she handled EVERYTHING. From setting up, to dealing with vendors, drunk guests, she even took my linens home with her so I didn’t have to mess with it.

Micayla was Amazing!

Micayla was an AMAZING day-of coordinator! From beginning to end, she was responsive and very communicative about what information she needed in order to make our wedding day as smooth as possible. During the wedding, we were confident that she was able to handle any issues that came up. For example, when our staff workers were not doing the tasks they were hired to do, she handled the situation, and there were no issues moving forward. What we really appreciated was that no matter how stressful a situation was, Micayla never seemed overwhelmed and never lost her friendly attitude. I will recommend Micayla to all my friends who get married in the future.

Best decision we made, hands down!

I cant say enough about Micayla. We originally hired Micayla a month before COVID hit and she was along with us for the entire ride of postponing our date, navigating through rescheduling our date and negotiating those contracts, and then finally our wedding day almost a year and a half later. And there’s no one I would have wanted by my side through all of that uncertainty more than Micayla. She helped us SO much, being a second opinion and voice of reason, especially when my then-fiance had had enough of wedding planning. She recommended most of my other vendors and they were all phenomenal. She tells you her honest opinion, gives great advice and has the best freaking ideas ever. I know all of us scan the facebook groups and wedding apps over and over, but Micayla made some suggestions that I have never heard of before. Were there things that didn’t go how we planned? Absolutely. But no one knew because Micayla made it work! I didn’t worry about a THING on my wedding day and everything went even better than I imagined. I knew Micayla had it all covered. It allowed us to literally have zero stress and actually enjoy our wedding and each other. Hire her, you won’t regret it!

Micayla is a rock star! Despite being hired as our day-of-coordinator, she was there to answer any questions I had leading up to the wedding. We met multiple times to discuss details and hash things out, so when it came to the day-of, everything went exactly as I envisioned. Micayla is blessing!

We hired Micayla as our day of wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond! We assumed at first we'd just meet with her at some point prior to the wedding to go over what we wanted and needed for the day so that she could manage it, but she was way more involved than that. She stuck with us throughout the pandemic and helped us as we rescheduled our wedding. She is highly attentive, responsive, and we loved her organization. She has a fantastic questionnaire and timeline that helped us sort out and decide every single detail, especially ones that we hadn't even thought of. She kept up with our vendors and wedding party to ensure everyone had the right date and was on time. She helped us decorate and tear down the venue, she came to our rehearsal and helped us, and then was on top of it during the entire ceremony and reception. Without her our wedding would've been a mess for sure. I can't imagine not having her. We are overly appreciative and hope to remain in touch! Thank you Micayla we loved you!!

Worth every penny! Amazing

Micayla is the best person you could put in charge of your special day. I can’t say enough how amazing she was with everything and everyone. She got everything done before I even had to ask for anything, she thought of every single detail and made sure everyone was doing what they needed. I felt like I all I had to do was get ready and have a good time. Absolutely everyone had nice things to say about her and it’s because she was such a great help and support for our special day I couldn’t imagine it without her. If I could have her coordinate everything for me I would. Definitely worth it! I would like to add, during a freak snow storm with no power or water, she managed to contact all our vendors and still get things done the week before our wedding. If that doesn’t show dedication I don’t know what will.

10/10 Amazing!

Two years ago, while planning my wedding for 2020, I hired Micayla to be my month-of wedding planner. Since day one she has helped bring me reassurance to my wedding choices and been there if I needed her. Mind you, that was 2 years before the wedding, and she offered help back then. I was so happy to have someone to help me organize my thoughts even though, at the time, it was so far in advance. I knew I could just send her a quick email if I ever doubted anything or was just asking for pure advice. She had told me to reach out to her any time and consistently checked up on me now and then to check if there was anything she could do. That was all even before COVID. I am so, so happy that when this year took its crazy turn I had her to help me. She helped reassure me every step we had to take to make my original plans fit into something that was made for 2020. We went from a large venue wedding (that I was very proud to have finished planning for in February of 2020 with Micayla’s help) to, in just a few months, a small backyard wedding that had only a small number of family members. Let me tell you, Micayla can do it all! She jumped in right away with the support to help make even my small backyard wedding seem so special and family oriented. She helped reach out to my venders that we were able to keep for the backyard wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page for the changes. Even when my wedding officiant had to be changed less than two weeks before the big day, she was there to help mediate my stress and catch the new officiant up with all that was happening. The day of the wedding she was doing everything and being everywhere. My family appreciated her so much and all loved her. I am so thankful for every bit she helped and would recommend her to anyone looking for very personal, caring assistance to planning their wedding.

The BEST vendor I hired

Micayla was a DREAM to work with. Her goal was to allow me, the bride, to sit back and fully enjoy my wedding day. I was not allowed to be in charge of anything the day of the wedding. Micayla - the best wedding coordinator and now friend :)

So so so sweet, silly, calming and good vibes! Micayla literally just said “don’t worry, trust me” and it served us well. She took all my DIY projects and created this simple, warm and beautiful environment. She was always a text away, even months before my wedding and answered any questions I had. With just one in person meeting, we worked on timelines, decoration ideas, seating chart etc. She can offer as little or as much help as you may need throughout the wedding planning process. During the wedding she thought about everything, from passing the favors around, to asking the groom if he wanted another drink (lol), and even dancing with the bride. I LOVED working with her. She will most likely plan any other events we would like to have, or even come as a guest!

Personable, Professional, and Perfect!

From the minute my daughter and I first met with Micayla, we knew she was just what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator. I remember walking away from our meeting feeling such relief and comfort, knowing we were going to be in good hands. Her warm, welcoming personality had greeted us and she gave us such confidence that she could help make this a stress free day to remember, forever! And that she did!

Micayla used her years of experience to come up with creative ideas and solutions at every turn which was particularly useful as we all worked together to plan a wedding through the challenging days of Covid. She was attentive and thorough during our planning sessions with vendors, often asking questions that we didn't even know to ask.

The day turned out absolutely perfect! True to Micayla's word, we did not have a care in the world! She took care of everything. That became so apparent as we stole glimpses of her working with vendors, placing finishing touches on the reception tables, and especially when setting up each of the décor displays with such attention to detail, just the way my daughter, and her now husband, had envisioned.

Micayla became much more than a coordinator. She became a friend. It is with great confidence and gratitude that I give the highest of thanks and appreciation to Micayla. I would recommend her to everyone wishing to plan their perfect day!

Day of wedding coordinator

I got married on 8-9-20 and I went with Micayla’s day of coordinating services, because I knew I could plan everything mostly myself and book all of my vendors I just needed someone to handle everything on the day of and Micayla did that and sooo much more!! She was very affordable and kept great communication with me! She rounded up all of my vendors a month before the wedding, made our wedding timeline and made sure everyone had it, she put up/took down all of our decorations, loaded up our cars, helped serve the cake, helped the boys put on their boutonnieres, made sure our pastor signed our marriage license, I could really go on and on! But to sum it up having a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was stressful enough but with Micayla as my day of coordinator I finally got to sit back, drink my mimosas, and enjoy my wedding day with no worries!! My now husband and I agree that her services were the best money we spend hands down!

Best Wedding Coordinator I Could Ask For!

I am so lucky that by chance Micayla became my wedding coordinator! As someone who knew little to nothing about planning a wedding, Micayla was my right hand girl! She was extremely communicative, prompt, reliable, and more than anything, just a joy to work with. Micayla made our wedding day seamless and stress-free! From changing our ceremony decor to our rain plan and coordinating all the other vendors, she made my day SO easy! And from fixing my dress because the bussel wasn't working, to helping me put on my sneakers during the ceremony because my feet hurt from heels, Micayla was there every step of the way! And she even picked me up chik-fil-a the day of the wedding so I wouldn't starve! ;) Even my guests and wedding party commented on how fantastic she was. I cannot recommend Micayla enough. If you're looking for a coordinator that knows the wedding industry better than anyone, and someone you could easily hang out with outside of wedding planning, stop looking for a coordinator and HIRE MICAYLA! :)

Micayla was wonderful and can roll with the bumps in the road. In the end it was a perfect wedding but that wasn't due to a lot of back end work to make it happen. She always maintained her professionalism, was responsive and kept all tasks on track (somehow) She was such a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend her for the "hard jobs" She is detailed, professional, and a wonderful person. Thank you for making our day very special. It was great getting to know you. We made it!

Best wedding planner ever!

Micayla was absolutely amazing! She helped us with every phase of the planning process. We were initially overwhelmed when trying to select our vendors but recommendations were spot on! She responded to all our emails quickly and efficiently which relieved so much stress. For our big day, she showed up early and coordinated everything seamlessly. The absolute best!

When I started planning my wedding I realized quickly I had no idea what I was doing. No exaggeration, literally never even been to a wedding let alone have any solid ideas of what I wanted/needed for my own. I hired Micayla not knowing what to expect of a event coordinator, but surely it could only help this clueless bride. I am beyond happy and grateful that I did! She ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible and that I was kept in as much blissful unawareness of anything not going smoothly. She handled everything. I'm positive it was not an easy job for her either as I mentioned before I was hopelessly clueless on what needed to be planned ahead, but she made due with what was given to her. Throughout the night not only did she need to whip out a sewing kit, but also a first aid kit as well to take care of my bridesmaids. I mean, she is prepared for anything! At one point of the night my equally clueless groom forgot to divide up the vendor tips and just handed me an envelope of cash, which I anxiously took it to Micayla not knowing what to do. I don't believe dealing with that is part of her job tasks, but seeing how panicked I was she graciously took it and told me she'd handle it. Phew! Hands down she was worth every penny and then some. Micayla is worth 10X what she charges for her services. If I was handed a bill after the wedding she could have literally charged me anything and I would have paid it because I was so blown away and grateful for everything she did. Micayla is the absolute best and I will sing her praises to anyone looking for an event coordinator! Thank you, Micayla!

Micayla is the real deal!

Micayla is a true professional! She was warm and inviting from the moment my now husband and I had our first meeting with her. Planning the wedding felt like just chatting with an old friend and she made sure I didn't stress about a single thing leading up to the event and the day of. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would, every crisis was averted with ease and a smile and with very little involvement on my part until it was solved. My family and I were able to enjoy our day with peace of mind, and I can't count the amount of people who raved about her to me afterwards. Though I only hired her for month of coordinating I wish I'd had her from the beginning. She's someone I consider a friend now, hire her if you want the easiest stress-less wedding possible!!

Engagment party was a hit!

Micayla was our excellent day of wedding coordinator.

Micayla was the kindest and most easy going vendor we had the pleasure of working with as we planned for our big day. She took care of everything we needed that day and made it so easy for my wife and I to enjoy. Throughout the planning process we met several times. She was very thourough and made sure to ask all the right questions so that we were all on the same page. She considered every detail, which helped things run perfectly. Her pricing was fair and she was very organized and experienced. Although we had a specific plan ahead of time for how we wanted everything to go she was still very felixible when it came to accommodating day of changes. I don't think we would've been able to enjoy our day as much of she wasn't there to take care of all the details. At first I was skeptical about needed this service but it really did make all the difference.

The Dream Wedding Planner

Micayla Moore is the only event planner/wedding coordinator I trust with any event, and I recommend her to everyone I know. Being a perfectionist myself, I did not think any event planner would be able to get everything perfect, but she makes sure my events are exactly what I want and better. Micayla can make anyone's dreams come to life, if you have an idea in mind she will do everything to make it happen without making you lift a finger. She will welcome you with open arms and make you feel special every step of the way. Weddings at Piedmont Park

Micayla is amazing! She has the ability to organize and react quickly to any situation. I've observed her at several weddings now. She answers questions from the wedding party with confidence and assurance (like she knew you were going to ask that). Issues from the vendors were addressed immediately, and no one even knew there were issues. She's a wedding coordinator like no other - she's got it all organized and thought through, a plan A and a plan B - the most smooth running weddings I've seen.

She works magic!

Micayla was so incredible to work with for our charity fundraising event. I had a vision, but Micayla really helped it come to life. She is the kind of person you want working for you for an event - she can pull rabbits out of hats last minute, she is creative, and is determined to get the job done. I never had to follow up with her a single time during the whole process. The day of the event, I was all nerves but she clearly had everything under control. We raised far more money than I could have ever dreamed and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I could have not done it without her expertise and connections! I would recommend her in a heartbeat for ANY event and can't wait to work with her again on our next event!

My Engagment

I have been fortunate enough to have attended many events hosted and/or coordinated by Micayla in the past and the level of detail that she provides to her clients are above and beyond. She assisted my now Fiance in December 2018 with a surprise engagement for myself and of course it was absolutely perfect. She even worked with the restaurant we attended afterwards to have a reserved space fully decorated when we arrived. The best decision you can make is having Micayla on your team, you will not be disappointed!

Micayla is an absolute pleasure to work with! Month/Day of Coordinator aka the glue of our wedding!

Our wedding day was even better than we had imagined thanks to Micayla! She was the glue on our wedding day. She communicated with all the vendors day of and told us where to be and when. We had no worries with the logistics and were able to fully be present. We got several compliments with how smooth everything went from our guests. She even graciously provided some items for us to borrow during our reception and grand exit! Her expertise and friendly attitude were reassuring and an absolute pleasure to work with.
