Micayla went above and beyond for us. We booked our museum wedding venue for 100 guests with only 73 days notice. Thanks to her, it was the most magical and perfect wedding day a girl could ask for.
She provided guidance through each step of the planning process, held my hand, held my mother's hand, and left no detail out. Things I don't think anyone would think of were already on her radar and she had a plan for it. On the big day, she was very hands on, and every moment was exactly how we envisioned it.
Heck, my hair stylist ghosted me the day of the wedding - and of course I was panicking like you would expect a bride to. Micayla swoops in with the phrase "All my 3am TikTok how-to videos about to come in clutch!" - and they DID! She put my mind at ease in a time of crisis and allowed me to focus on the most important part of the day... marrying my husband.
Our wedding (and my hair) would have been an absolute mess without Micayla. Our deepest heartfelt thanks go to her for making our big day such a huge success. Cheers! -

Micayla came highly recommended by a close friend who has very high standards :) My husband and I had gotten a myriad of quotes from different day of coordinators and it was an absolute no-brainer for us to go with Micayla because of their raving reviews and her competitive pricing. MAN ARE WE GLAD WE WENT WITH HER!!
Through the entire planning process, I was impressed by her can-do attitude, how realistic and practical she is (which is a GIFT in this industry! And something my husband specifically mentioned appreciating about her), and her wealth of knowledge and eagerness to advise when asked. I always felt like Micayla was in our corner and ready to be a sounding board for us, whether it was a question about logistics of the day or questions about the look and feel of the design of the tables.
Micayla in the planning process was absolutely amazing but goodness - she SHINES is the day of. You want someone that day who is able to know you well enough to help you make decisions (or make them on your behalf), rally the troops and keep the day moving. She did all of those things with a smile on her face and nothing fazed her - even when I spilled the absolute darkest sauce all over the front of my dress at the start of the reception. She came immediately with her emergency kit and wiped the stain right off and we kept partying. Both of our moms specifically mentioned how exemplary Micayla was the day of and how she made the day so smooth.
Micayla's built for this job and absolutely who you want to hire for the gig! We have recommended her to literally every dating couple that we know now, hah. Thank you Micayla - we love you and we treasure forever that you made our special day go so smoothly, it was the best. THANK YOU! -

Worry-Free Wedding Day Execution!
Micayla was great. She handled everything that needed to be handled on our wedding day, and our day was perfect. She stepped in to coordinate with vendors and resolved last minute issues and just communicated with us well throughout the whole planning process. She’s the best! -

We recently got married at The Arlo on 11/08/24 with over 200 guests and hired Micayla to do our full service planning. Let me start off by saying she went above and beyond on every detail. From the very beginning she was very thorough and responsive for every call and text through out the entire process. She recommended amazing vendors to work with and made sure that each vendor was up to date and in the loop on all the details. On the day of the wedding she did an AMAZING job keeping everything on schedule and made everything less stressful on us. I could not recommend her more and so grateful to have had her by our side on our most special day! -

Having Micayla as our coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding — she was professional, gave great advice, and made sure the day ran smoothly. Micayla was absolutely wonderful, I get teary eyed just writing this review because of how much care she put into making our wedding perfect. She is an incredible expert and took all the stress off of me so I could just enjoy the day. Everything went so smoothly, everyone knew exactly where to be and when with her instruction. She coordinated the wedding day, setting up, rehearsal dinner practice, and more. She was just truly so friendly and assisted anytime I reached out to her. I highly recommend her, her professionalism and preparedness is beyond compare. She even wished us a happy anniversary. ❤️ -

The first thing out of my new husband and my mouths when we arrived in our hotel room after our wedding, "Oh my gosh, Micayla is worth her weight in gold!" I am serious.
Micayla did so much to make our wedding perfect and I KNOW she did things we probably don't even know about, that's how great she is.
We hired her as a day-of planner (which she recommended based on our venue, which was extremely straightforward and honest of her--very Micayla!). We met up about a month before via Zoom and filled out a form which was a great way for us to navigate some questions we hadn't even considered yet. After that we had a meeting with our venue and her a week before the wedding and then she just made things happen! We magically had florist arrival times, bridesmaid hair and makeup schedules, food restrictions, etc coordinated. I gave my mother her number on the day of the wedding and told her to just let her handle any problems and oh my gosh, did she. I hadn't really coordinated procession timing and my uncle was playing a song on acoustic guitar for me to walk down the aisle--I arrived to our bridal suite and Micayla had it all timed for me, knew exactly who needed to walk when, and had even mapped it out visually for me. Wow.
Throughout the evening she was our go-to woman--but the perfect amount of checking in without it being too much. When someone broke a glass on the dance floor we didn't even have time to flinch before Micayla was taking care of it--she literally did it all for us.
A final word is that she was a great source of advice leading up to the wedding. We reached out to her about tips, etc and she was so responsive. We had questions a few days before the wedding and called her up and we had everything cleared up in 15 minutes.
I'm so beyond happy that our venue required hiring at least a day-of planner--otherwise my husband and I would never have met Micayla and we wouldn't have known what we were missing!!! -

Magic maker
My wife and I could not imagine our wedding day without Micayla. Her guide/timeline helped us get everything organized and everyone on the same page. During the event she was invaluable - coordinating the ceremony and all the different moving parts, helping keep us on timeline, taking over our responsibilities so we could enjoy the event. There were so many times I looked to micayla to “fix” things - broken glassware on the dance floor, managing the DJ, getting set up for our send off, secretly grabbing our forgotten bag from the bridal suite. The first thing my wife and I said at the end of the night “Thank God for Micayla”! -

Look no further, Micayla is your wedding planner!!! She is absolutely amazing. She is super organized, responsive, and friendly. She’s everything you want a wedding planner to be. She was great with our families and helping make sure we were all on track. She was everywhere I needed her to be when I needed her to be there. She went above and beyond letting us use her personal items and helping flip my flowers from the ceremony area to the tables at the reception. She was worth every cent! The best part is, she is very affordable. I couldn’t have asked for more!
