it is very easy to find an event planner that is creative and dedicated, however, it is very hard to find one that is both of those things in addition to also being emotionally connected to their clients. Dalia Atisha treated me like family, she cared about everything as if it was her own family member's wedding. She took action and guidance, and always remained patient with me when I was not doing my best at communicating. Go with Dalia if you want a caring and comforting person who will put you first.

Dalia is the best!
Dalia is the best! She has a great eye, works with the best vendors, and is so organized and on top of every deadline, detail- everything. She provides you with all the tools to begin your planning- your budget sheet, your vendor list to fill out, ideas, guides, and more. She has it down to a science and takes the guess-work away. She will set up meeting with your vendors and help guide you through what to consider, what to prioritize, and how consider your budget or concerns.
She is also so kind and helps keep you calm and at peace as you are planning and the actual day of the wedding. My guests noticed and commented on how smoothly the wedding-day flowed, and I owe all of that to her. Working with her was an absolute joy.

We loved Dalia!!
We loved working with Dalia. My wife and I had a fairly large cultural wedding and Dalia walked us through the planning process from start to finish. She was always available to help answer questions either via email, phone call, or an in person meeting. She also made sure that we were making informed decisions at every point along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, and her organization made the process virtually stress free! On the day of our event, Dalia went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Dalia Atisha (The Event Planner) did a fantastic job at planning our wedding. She was so attentive to detail and even adapted quickly when I changed my mind on things throughout the planning process (I happened to be a very hands on bride that had my own way of planning and involvement in the detail, and she complimented my personality well). She is responsive and thoughtful. I was very much impressed by her execution of the reception. Everything went off without a hitch and she highlighted the important parts that I wanted to focus our guests on.
Dalia also has a working relationship with almost every other vendor we chose, which was really helpful to make everything go smoothly. Finally, on wedding day she was always aware of timing so that we could keep the reception moving.

Dalia and her team were amazing, they all were such KIND and genuine people and so happy for our marriage !!! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Dalia and her team were!! Throughout the entire wedding process, Dalia was always there for me and was my saving grace whenever I felt lost or needed help/advice. Dalia was extremely helpful, supportive, professional, organized, and always quick to respond when you need her. She regularly and frequently checked in on me, and made sure to communicate with all my vendors, paying such great attention to every little detail that I certainly would not have noticed or known to do.
She was there for my husband and I from the very beginning til the very end. I could not have gotten through the chaos of wedding planning without her and her expertise and knowledge! She has helped guide me, give me advice, as well as given amazing wedding inspo, and sent me a very detailed and organized email list that I printed out into a binder, full of wedding planning tips and everything you need to know… including things you probably didn’t know (or at least I didn’t). She also prepared for us an organized timeline of what the big day will be like, so you and your family / friends can plan ahead and be prepared.
I can honestly say, the day of our wedding we were completely stress f r e e, thanks to Dalia and her team! She always remained calm and professional in any type of situation. She always sent us positive and supportive messages too whenever we felt overwhelmed or stressed. She also made sure nothing was missed or overlooked, considering how crazy and chaotic the day can be, she remained calm and handled every situation with ease. The day of the wedding, she went out of her way to pick up the bridesmaids and bride bouquet, and dropped them to our house the day of the wedding so that we didn’t have to worry about it. She made my husband and I a beautiful memorial table for my late sister and my husbands late mom. She gathered picture frames and candles and flowers and put it all together herself. It was truly touching and special for us to see. She also picked up my items I needed taken to the church / given to vendors. We were also on a major time crunch the entire wedding day, thanks to Dalia she made it all possible with us not even having to notice the time or being stressed out about being late. We also had a big bridal party, which we would not have been able to keep up with on our own.. Dalia helped make sure everyone in the bridal party was on time and present.
She made it her utmost dedication to be here for us and to make sure the wedding day flowed smoothly, which it did. We had the most amazing day of our lives and I couldn’t thank Dalia and her team enough for all they did for us! If you are planning a wedding and aren’t sure whether you want to have a wedding planner/coordiantor, and you just so happened to come across this review, this is your sign to hire The Event Planner! Not only will she help plan and coordinate your day perfectly by helping with all the extra things we just don’t have time for, but she will make you her priority and to feel so special. Planning a wedding can be a whirlwind of stress with endless details, choices, and coordination. Out of all the vendors I worked with, Dalia and her team at The Event Planner were truly exceptional.
Dalia's support was invaluable from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, Dalia's attention to detail was impeccable. She not only checked in with me regularly but also ensured that all my other vendors were synchronized and on schedule. She took care of all the little things that are so easy to overlook, ensuring nothing was missed. She was with me at every floral meeting, and her ability to communicate my vision for the hall to the florist was invaluable. The end result was even more stunning than I could have hoped for (it was a dream!).
On the wedding day, which involved nearly 500 guests, Dalia’s coordination was nothing short of flawless. She managed every aspect with such professionalism that the entire day went off smoothly. Her meticulous planning ensured that entrances, seating, and order of events were all organized and seamless, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment.

Massive Help
I found The Event Planner while looking at The Guardian Building. Dalia planned events in The Guardian Building that are beautiful. My goal was to plan a wedding from Arizona with as much ease as possible while still helping where I could. Dalia was great. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She answered every question I had. The thing I loved about her most was her ability to confidently match me with other venders. My ask was “I want someone you worked with before, who also knows The Guardian Building and I want someone you like/have a personal relationship with” She provided. I loved all the vendors she recommended and she worked so well with them for prep, day of set up and clean up.
The Guardian Building has nothing other than the space, Dalia was able to coordinate with food, dessert, live music, DJ and rental company to make my day magical.
Dalia and her team went above and beyond. We had a Persian wedding, a group of Aunties went to set up the Sofreh Aghd for us. Dalia helped coordinate their arrival time, delivery of items from my family and even FaceTimed me while getting ready to make sure everything was where it needed to be.
Dalia also helped coordinate the change over from ceremony to dinner to reception while the guests were in cocktail hour in the same space. She even added more table numbers when I somehow completely forgot to make enough...
I would highly recommend Dalia for your wedding or event- she is honest, great at communication and very professional.

Dalia ATISHA at The Event Planner was a wonderful choice for our event. We used her services as a day of coordinator and she was so much more! She contacted us early and often in the process and kept us on track. She created a timeline with our vendors, and kept everyone informed of all the details for the day. On my daughter’s actual wedding day she took charge and made sure that everything flowed seamlessly. I was able to enjoy the day confident that she had everything under control. I was so very thankful that she was on our team!

Dalia / The Event Planner is Awesome!!!
Dalia helped make our wedding day perfect. She is organized, professional, and kind hearted. She has a super chill vibe and is calm under pressure. She is clearly comfortable working with people of all ages, faiths, races, and ethnicities.
It was such a blessing to have such a seasoned wedding professional to guide us along our wedding planning journey. Dalia provided helpful tips, checklists, and gentle reminders for important milestones (e.g., ordering wedding invitations). She also had many excellent recommendations for vendors, ordering save-the-dates and wedding invitations, and ideal day-of-timelines.
My now husband said that Dalia was great and that he was grateful that she helped take the stress out of our special day. Side note, my husband initially didn’t think we needed a wedding planner because I’m “really organized.” After the wedding, he saw why getting a wedding planner was absolutely necessary, even for an organized bride like me.
If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner, GO WITH DALIA! You will not regret it. Hiring her will give you peace of mind on one of the most important days of your life and reduce your wedding-related stress.

There are no words to describe Dalia! I was blown away by how amazing, professional, patient, helpful, and completely on top of her game she was. Throughout my whole wedding process to the day of my wedding, she was the reason why all my worries faded. My family and husband's family loved her as well as our bridal party! The most wonderful, stress free experience
It was the BEST decision we ever made. She was on top of everything, and it made the last weeks leading up to my wedding more fun than stressful! She called all the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, contacted our wedding party, took care of getting our place cards printed and SO much more. She called me the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing! She was so kind and organized, I really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our dream wedding!

Wedding of my DREAMS
I could not have been more thrilled with my wedding day, thanks to Dalia with The Event Planner, Inc. I actually shed tears when I saw what she had done for my reception. The wedding day totally blew me out of the wedding with the attention to detail, elegance, floral decor, just the entire vision that went into everything from lighting to draping to table clothes and candles. Dalia kept me on track through the entire wedding planning process and was extremely easy to work with. She is so positive and enthusiastic even though she's probably done a hundred weddings. She made sure that it was still *my* wedding day, but taken up about 100 notches from what I could have put together. Worth every penny. Highly recommend if you really want to WOW your guests and have a wedding that will be talked about forever.

A million Thank You’s to Dalia!! Dalia was a tremendous help in navigating my pandemic wedding! If weddings arnt stressful enough add in the pandemic. Like many brides this year I faced a venue closure and had to find a new venue in a months time. All that planning I had done ahead of time went out the window but Dalia stepped in to help with every detail all the way through. From new venue, to recommending vendors I forgot to book to day of facilitation. I could not have imagined a more beautiful wedding day. Every element was perfect!! I didn’t have any stress on my special day. I highly recommend Dalia to every couple!! You won’t be disappointed. You can tell Dalia is an expert in her craft and truly enjoys what she does. It was truly a pleasure working with Dalia from The Event Planner, Inc. Not a detail was missed considering it seemed like we had to plan 2 weddings in a year due to COVID!
We originally were planning our wedding before the pandemic began at a different venue. Once our wedding was approaching the venue couldn’t accommodate us so we had to find a new reception site a month before our wedding! With Dalia’s assistance and assurance we were able to change our wedding venue and still have a beautifully designed and detailed wedding. During the wedding planning we felt that Dalia was there every step of the planning. I can’t imagine how it would have been if I didn’t have her along the way to put my fiancé and I at ease and give us practical solutions during the planning. Dalia was amazing, she would remind us of important dates coming up and would reach out regularly to offer any help. She had suggestions for other vendors to use and always was quick to get back to us. Planning and having a wedding during a pandemic was not easy and not all of our vendors were helpful, but Dalia was. She was always accommodating for date changes and updating contracts that fit our needs!

Wedding of my dreams!!!
Dalia and her team were essential in our wedding coming together on July 3rd. They worked Incredibly hard to create the most beautiful ceremony and reception I’ve ever seen. She knew what I had pictured in my head and she delivered it even better than what I envisioned. The day of my wedding I had zero responsibilities, I just had to show up in my dress and she did the rest! I would recommend her to any bride out there that is planning a wedding. Dalia was amazing!!
We had a wonderful experience using Dalia from The Event Planner. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day from beginning to end, without worrying about any of the details!
Here are just some of the things Dalia was able to handle for us...
1. Invitations - that everybody raved about because they were so beautiful!
2. An amazing 8 ft tall acrylic seating chart - still in love with that thing.
3. Attending our rehearsal and keeping everyone apprised of what to do and when.
4. Setting out hash tag signs/welcome sign/napkins/place cards/bathroom amenities/etc at the wedding reception.
The list goes on! But most of all, as a bride, I really appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and support on our wedding day. She was always nearby and ready to offer assistance. I wouldn't change a thing!!

Sweetest and Most Caring Coordinator
Where to begin, Dalia and her team made our day absolutely perfect. She took note from the beginning when we first met with her all the details that meant so much to us and really got to know us as a couple. She really invested herself in getting to know our love story and what parts of the wedding meant a lot to us and made sure that those moments were memorable. She made sure every detail was thought through and arranged so that nothing got missed or forgotten. Throughout our wedding day, she was there making sure everything was perfect and taken care of. Her and her team really did provide us with a worry-free wedding day which was something we really wanted. She reminded us throughout the day to take in the moments and enjoy it. Loved working with Dalia for our wedding. We worked with her based on a customised list of things we thought we needed help with for the wedding. It was really reassuring to have someone who can give recommendations for vendors and bring up points you may have never thought about. She was easily the nicest wedding vendor we had! Always punctual, replies to emails and a great personality to boot :) We felt like our wedding was overwhelming to plan (especially being planned long distance) and it was important for us to have someone who is very responsive and proactive, which is exactly what we got.
We really liked that Dalia was honest, and gave advice on what we should/ shouldn't waste money on from experience.
Dalia was our wedding day coordinator too. Would recommend this to anyone getting married, so you can just be safe in the knowledge that someone is handling the timing and making sure everything is running on time.

The best!!
I had a great experience with Dalia and her team. They are very attentive, professional, and kind! Dalia gave me you her honest opinion, as if she was an older sister! Although I had prearranged for my seamstress to come to the wedding to help bustle my somewhat complicated gown, Dalia was motivated to keep us in line with our time schedule. Both her and my bridesmaid managed to bustle my dress while I was sitting down getting my hair touched up, which saved my seamstress a trip and kept us on time. Talk about talent! Would definitely choose her again again for future large events! ❤

Would hire her again for my 2nd daughter!
I can't thank Dalia enough for all of the work she did for my daughter's wedding. She was extremely detailed oriented and kept us on track for everything that needed to be done. I initially hired her for 2 reasons. First, she had knowledge of our reception venue that had very specific rules/regulations that we had to follow since it was a historic building. It was calming to know that someone else was working with me coordinating the logistics. Second, I wanted a wedding planner that could provide vendor recommendations based on the style and type of wedding my daughter wanted. Her expertise and relationships with vendors did not disappoint. She did a fantastic job connecting us with caterers that were in our price range, a photographer that was casual enough to make the groom feel relaxed but still professional, a rental company that was cost efficient, and a DJ service that kept people on the dance floor the entire night. Most importantly, she allowed us to DIY the parts that we wanted to without passing judgements if we didn't use a vendor she recommended. For instance, we loved the florist she suggested, but in the end, my daughter preferred to use flowers from a local, organic farm. It appears that Dalia can work with all types of brides. Her questionnaires and informational material showed that she is probably used to dealing with extremely detailed brides. However, my daughter was a very informal, low maintenance bride and Dalia was able to "dial it down" and help give my daughter the wedding of her dreams!

Dalia helped me keep cool
When we first got engaged, I knew we would be moving out of Michigan in a few months and would be planning our wedding from afar. I really had to hit the ground running with getting the big things settled like venue and vendors. I personally felt like assistance was needed so I didn’t lose my mind. I spoke to a few planners on the phone before hiring Dalia. All nice, but the difference about Dalia was her experience and confidence that we could make everything happen “no problem.” One planned I spoke to honestly stressed me out and made me worry that we wouldn’t have enough time. Not Dalia. She was calming, helpful and also flexible with her planning packages. I ended up with a partial planning package that was perfect for me, Over the course of our wedding planning, Dalia was always prompt with email responses and always helpful. There were a number of things I wanted to handle on my own, but for everything else Dalia was there. The last few weeks before the wedding Dalia was vital to me keeping my sanity and just helping with last minute items. Forgot to have sign printed? Send it to Dalia, she’ll take care of it. Things like that. The day of, our wedding was seamless. I didn’t have to worry about managing different vendors because Dalia and her assistant handled everything. I just enjoyed my day and didn’t worry about a thing. I didn’t worry if the DJ was there or the flowers or what, she had it all under control. It was a pleasure working with Dalia, I highly recommend her.

So happy with our decision to choose Dalia/The Event Planner!
It was such a pleasure working with Dalia/The Event Planner! From the beginning of our planning process, Dalia was available and helpful whenever we had a question or needed to refine an idea. She gives you different worksheets and cheat sheets to help you plan your budget, keep you on track and format your address list. It was so nice to have because it kept us on the same page with Dalia and helped us remember the little details you sometimes forget about when planning a big event.
We ordered our invites through Dalia as well...it was so easy and she made sure to show us and suggest invites that were in the style we described to her and within the budget we gave her. I loved our invites!!
She stayed in contact with our vendors and confirmed details in advance to make sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding...and it did! She even helped get my dress bustled...and the dress had A LOT of bustles to connect! It was not easy, but she helped get it done quickly and properly and made sure the whole day/night went as planned and on schedule. If there were any issues, we were not made aware of them...we had a wonderful time at our reception and received praises from all of our guests! We are so thankful to Dalia and her team for helping make our day so wonderful!!!

I will miss working with Dalia, The Event Planner! The whole experience was top notch as is she! Wonderful experience
Dalia and her team were amazing and really helped with so much. We used their services mostly for "day of" help and didn't have to think about a thing the two crucial days of the wedding. Extra guests came to the reception and she took care of seating without my having to do more than just tell her names - this was so helpful. Though we did not hire them to help with vendor selection, the team still informed us of a terrible vendor we had initially picked for limo services and we chose someone else on their recommendation - this turned out to be very useful. They also helped vet other vendors though this was not in our contract and we ended up using everyone they suggested. All of these suggested vendors were professional and really easy to work with.

There are few qualities you absolutely need in an event planner: organized, calm, experienced, and cool. Dalia is honestly all that and more. We just got married in August and throughout the year-long ordeal of planning, Dalia was ON TOP of everything. Because it was our first time planning a major event, let alone planning a wedding, Dalia was exceedingly helpful and accessible at all hours to give advice, make decisions, and make calls on our behalf. She is extremely organized -- she'll provide you a customized timeline that takes into account your own schedules and is always accommodating to OUR time. She's also incredibly honest and she won't sugarcoat pricing, her opinion of vendors, and what is doable for your budget. We hired a coordinator for the day-of who was horrible. The coordinator messed up the seating chart which delayed the start of our party. Dalia took over, without even needing to be asked, and fixed everything. In just 15-20 minutes she got everyone seated, organized the bridal party, and got the party going. On top of all of that, Dalia is such a sweetheart. She made us each a list of emergency items and had everything ready on-hand for contingency planning. You absolutely WILL NOT regret going with her. You can rest easy knowing that you're in good hands. Happy wedding planning!

Hiring Dalia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We used her for her "day of" services, and I can't imagine our wedding day without her help. She was there for every question I had throughout the day and she made sure none of us were overwhelmed. Dalia was a breath of fresh air! Our wedding turned out PERFECT thanks to her recommendations and consistent hard work! Dalia never took more than 10 minutes to answer a question I had. She let me know in advance when she had meetings and would be unavailable. She provided me with "cheat sheets" for seating chart, music list, wedding party information, etc. so I did not have to develop from scratch. She met up with me and went over things I may need for my wedding that I did not even think of! The day of my wedding, my party bus was running late and she called for me and handled the situation and encouraged me to continue with my photos, undisturbed. Because of Dalia, my wedding day went smoothly and I was not disturbed by any small mishaps that may have occurred. She exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her to anyone. You can trust her to take the responsibilities off of the bride and groom and allow them to enjoy their day!

While I am married, this review is not about my wedding (which by the way I should have used a coordinator and definitely should have used Dalia). This review is of Dalia from my best friend's wedding.
I met Dalia and instantly liked her. She has a very calming way about her. The entire day she had complete control over EVERYTHING going on, but let my best friend SHINE! She was not showy, she wasn't self-important, she was a polite professional that was there to make Katie look AMAZING and she did a perfect job!
We were standing in the church waiting for the bride and groom to walk over to give their floral gift to Mary - I noticed that the videographer had a camera in the way. I was so worried my girlfriend and her husband were going to trip or knock over the camera...but quietly and quickly Dalia walked very calmly down the side aisle, grabbed the camera, and ACTUALLY KEPT IT FILMING perfectly on the bride and groom.
She really was amazing, and dealt with everything like a true pro.

For my wedding on July 16,2016 Dalia was my “day of” coordinator. I loved doing all the wedding planning myself so at first I wasn’t sure if I even needed a “day of” coordinator, but let me tell you I did! I found Dalia and the Event Planner strictly from reviews online. Dalia made everything run smoothly and exactly the way I wanted the entire day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Dalia coordinated with all my vendors the week of the wedding to ensure all details were worked out. I was so busy that week of, that this was one less thing I had to worry about. All of my bridesmaids (and my picky mom!) commented on how amazing she was. My husband’s boutonniere snapped in half on the bus on the way to the reception, he texted Dalia and she was waiting with a new one when we arrived. My reception venue tried to change to the order of events that we had set minutes before my entrance, and Dalia took care of it to make sure I was happy. She also bustled my semi complicated train in like 2 mins! One thing that I found out about AFTER the wedding that Dalia just took care of: my sister (and MOH) forgot her written speech in her bag on a different floor than we were at and realized it about 2 minutes before it was her turn. Dalia literally ran and got it for her and no one had a clue (except my sister who avoided a freak out!). I also ordered my ceremony programs through Dalia and they were beautiful! I just sent her the info I wanted it in and she handled the placement and design. Dalia also helped run the rehearsal the night before and I was able to give her all décor (favors, menus, card box etc) and she made sure it was all perfect the next day. If you think you can handle all these little details the day of or that your wedding party can help you– that is true- but you, your family, and your bridal party being able to just enjoy the day is the way to go, so you NEED Dalia!!

Dalia is very experienced when it comes to planning parties, especially weddings. She is able to anticipate what comes next and is always 5 steps ahead of the game. She was there during my reception from the very beginning and always knew what I needed before I had the chance to ask. She even delivered my flower bouquets and boutonnieres to my house on the morning of the wedding! She is very sweet, laid back, and easy to work with. I wasn't sure that I wanted to use a wedding planner, because I tend to be a bit of a control freak, but I am so glad that I booked Dalia, she is truly a life saver! She helped me right after my engagement, from choosing the perfect venue, to the very end, seating people at the wedding, and making sure we stayed on schedule. She was definitely an asset to have, and I would use her for any major event, not just a wedding! She consistently responded to all of my emails and phone calls, and let me know if she was ever going out of town or not going to be available. She pays attention to detail, and she never dropped the ball once, she had all bases covered at all times, and she really helped keep me organized, without putting any stress or pressure on me. Im glad I used Dalia, I can honestly say that without her, nothing would have been as smooth! You can't go wrong :)

So plan A was to have our wedding in the backyard, use the deck as the bar, the patio as the site we would marry and the tents for food and dinner seating. June 27 weather did not cooperate in a big way. Rain, high winds, cold temperatures and loss of electricity made us go to Plan B. In steps The Event Planner (Dalia) with her cape on (well not really) to save the day. She developed plan B on the fly, turning the tent into all of the above. She did it so seamlessly and efficiently. She made the site so intimate and inviting that made for a beautiful event. We would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! She immediately ‘clicked’ with my wife on the pre planning and the day of our wedding was a total success thanks to her! We cannot thank her enough for all of her attention to detail, calm delivery when things looked ominous and her flawless execution of our Wedding.

Dalia really was amazing from the beginning! We had the Bronze package, so I only used her for the day of the wedding, but her work definitely began before that. She was contacting vendors and confirming everything for me a week or so before, she came up with the day's itinerary about a month or two before and we reviewed together, and really just helped the day of go smoothly!
Not only that, but if I had a question, even months before the wedding, I'd text/call/email and she would answer in a very timely manner, usually that same day. I was even texting her the night before with last minute changes because of guest count and everything was handled right away.
Everyone asked if there were any problems the day of the wedding, and my response has been that I honestly don't know! If there was, Dalia handled it and I never heard about it - and that's exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!

She organized everything from coming to my home and decorating my staircase, to having the bouquets and boutonniers delivered at the perfect time, to taking all my items needed for the ceremony and reception, to having everything start at the time we discussed, to the seating chart and the emergency kit she supplies, I mean the list is endless. As a Father of the Bride who has walked two daughters down the aisle in 14 months, I'm certain my family couldn't have done it without Dalia. Both of my daughters are quite different in their tastes, personality and temperament. However Dalia was able to listen to what they said they wanted and also understand what was most important to them for their wedding. She was able to provide them with outstanding options to choose from that simplified the process without sacrificing quality. She knows who the best people are to work with. Her attention to detail was only exceeded by her warm positive and reassuring "not to worry, I've got this" personality. I can pay her no higher compliment than to say that the weddings she was so instrumental in helping us put together, were a perfect reflection of both our daughters. The first thing I did when waking up the next morning from my wedding night was to text Dalia Attisha to thank her again for her amazing work. she did not let me know about one issue that occurred during the wedding and made sure she took care of it her self.
