I said yes to the dress at The Bridal Room and I could not be happier! Since I didn't know my style going into this adventure that is shopping for a wedding dress, I tried on dresses at 6 bridal boutiques throughout the DMV: The Bridal Room, Rizik's, Lovely Bride, Floravere, David's Bridal Rockville, and Modern Trousseau. With the exception of David's Bridal, I could probably find something good to say about each, but The Bridal Room really hit it out of the park and the experience there was above and beyond the rest!
First, their selection is phenomenal, especially if you're someone still trying to figure out your style. I was able to try a bunch of different styles at a variety of price points and ended up finding more than one I liked. Moreover, the moment I walked into The Bridal Room, I felt like I was in a warm bubble of wedding radiance. My stylist, Saddia, was especially phenomenal. She immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable and at every second made sure the whole experience was fun for me and the friends and family who came with me. Most importantly, she helped me uncover my style by listening intently and truly reflecting my needs in each of her recommendations.
I will say the *only* downside here is their policy prohibiting brides and their guests from taking pictures, a bizarre policy that is unlike any other bridal boutique I visited. I really hope they consider changing this policy, as it almost caused me to cancel my first visit entirely and made it hard for me (as a bride with family and bridesmaids all over the country) to get the input I so very much wanted from my loved ones. They *do* allow you to Facetime/video chat while in the dresses, but the blurriness of a video call and the fact that you can only video call one person at a time, simply pales in comparison to the benefit of having actual photos to take home and share with loved ones. -

I had already visited 5-6 dress shops in nova and had no luck. As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to find what I wanted! Gabby helped me look though and try on all on the dresses. Then I came back and she helped me narrow it down to one and I said yes! I upgraded my appointment and had champagne with my mom on my birthday there to celebrate! Also, the alterations were very reasonable and done perfectly. They have the best customer service, best stylists and so many dresses. Thank you Gabby and team! -

I purchased my wedding gown, veil, and earrings from The Bridal Room, and also had my alterations done there. I completed an online form before my first appointment, and several of the dresses I had indicated I liked on their website were waiting for me to try on. There were plenty of things for me to try on as a plus-size bride. The consultant had me try those on first and narrow it down to a couple favorites, and I also took a look through their racks. When I chose my dress, I also tried on several veils - I didn't decide on the veil at my first appointment, but they wrote down my favorites for me so I could try them again later. When I went to pick up my dress, I looked again at veils and selected one that was new since my first visit. I also purchased earrings at this appointment. When my veil and earrings arrived at the store, they were able to hold them for me until my first fitting appointment. When I came for alterations, I explained what I wanted done and the seamstress pinned the dress and answered all my questions. The final result was perfect! -

I was incredibly anxious to try on dresses as a mid size bride with a lot of body hang ups, but the stylists at the Bridal Room made me feel amazing and incredible the whole time, and I loved my experience. It really felt like the stylists were working with me to find a dress that fit my vision. On my first visit, I narrowed my selection down to three finalists, and then my mom came in from out of town and I made my final selection. The dress I ended up picking wasn’t one from my wishlist and was a pull by my stylist. I didn’t love it on the hanger, but trying it on I knew it was perfect. The stylists were incredibly transparent about price during the whole process, and the alterations on my dress were incredibly well done (multiple other vendors complimented the work on the day of!). The stylists also were inclusive and cool about referring to my nonbinary now wife who uses they/them pronouns, and remembered me and my venue/other details about the wedding between appointments (even when I saw different people) which was a nice touch. The whole process was as streamlined as possible and wonderful. I already have a friend who has made an appointment to try on dresses as well and I’d recommend it to any bride.

Go to The Bridal Room! Everyone there is so helpful, kind, fun, and well-versed in all things bridal. I had no intention of buying a dress as it was only my second time trying on gowns, but I had such a great experience and truly found the dress of my dreams. Madeline & Kenzie are amazing, too! My mom, future mother in law and best friend had a great experience there, too! They even celebrate with champagne when you say yes to the dress! -

Kenzie was my consultant and is also the store manager. Honestly, 10/10. She helped me into my dresses and really listened to what I liked and disliked. She also only pulled dresses well within my budget. She even went into the back and pulled two dresses that were still in boxes because she thought they might catch my eye! For any brides who aren't feeling 100% about their bodies, their choices, etc - I highly recommend Kenzie. She really made me feel amazing and beautiful. The store also has such a wide range of gowns, in a range of sizes! -

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic consultants; great atmosphere!
A friend recommended The Bridal Room to me after I told them I had no idea where to start looking for my wedding dress and I’m so glad they told me about this gem! The store offers an intimate, beautifully-decorated, and well-lit salon to try on dresses! I worked with Lisa who was awesome! Lisa had a great idea to order extra lace from my dress that I could use to make a custom veil that matched my dress and it turned out so beautifully! She did such a great job pulling dresses based on the style in my “wish list”, and even when she pulled some fun/different dresses, I’m so glad she did because she had such a great eye! She also took the wedding venue, my body type, and overall style of the wedding into consideration when pulling dresses. She was such a delight to work with and the other consultants I spoke with on the phone were always so helpful. I absolutely loved my experience at The Bridal Room; 10 out of 10 would recommend to other brides looking for a salon with knowledgeable and kind consultants with a great inventory! -

My experience at The Bridal Room was amazing! I worked with Lisa as my stylist and she had the dresses from my wishlist plus others already pulled when I arrived. She respected my budget and did not pull gowns outside of my budget. I was able to find the perfect dress during their sample sale! The service was amazing and the boutique is so inviting and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend finding your dress here and cannot praise Lisa enough!! -

Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience at bridal room! From the beginning they were very attentive in helping my vision come to life. Before the appointment I added my favorites to my wishlist, they let me know which dresses were available in the showroom. Kenzie was amazing day off, pulled all the dresses on my wishlist before I arrived (plus some) and helped pull more dresses as the day went on. I highly highly recommend, the bridal room made my first appointment so comfortable and fun! -

The Bridal Room has a beautiful ambience & fantastic team that created the perfect wedding dress appointment experience! This was my third shop, and I appreciated how they involved you in looking at the dresses on the floor and guiding the selection process. I fell in love with a Zavana gown and felt such confidence in the decision. The in-house alterations process was equally a wonderful experience - highly recommend! -

Great Experience!
Highly recommend the Bridal Room! I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I am so happy I did. I worked with Heba and found my dream dress on my first (and only) dress appointment. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and she pulled a bunch of different styles (that were all beautiful) so I could find one that fit my taste perfectly. After I bought it, the process was smooth and stress free. I went to my first dress fitting in August (after I ordered my dress the previous January) and discovered I couldn't zip it up! This could have been a very stressful event but their seamstress, Ying, just matter of factly said she would let it out and it was a non-issue. When I came back for my second appointment, it fit perfectly. The Bridal Room seamstress, Ying, is incredible. I had a lot of alterations I wanted to make and she made them all perfectly on the first try. If you want a low stress, supportive and body positive dress buying experience, the Bridal Room is the place for you. -

I am very happy that I decided to work with Bridal Room VA. I had gone to 2 other bridal shops, and I couldn’t find a single dress that I liked. When I went to Bridal Room I found over 8 dresses I would be ecstatic to wear on my wedding day. Grace was an AMAZING stylist to work with. She understood my vision, allowed me to try every possible style on to confirm my vision, and helped me feel so beautiful. The alterations lady at Bridal Room altered my dress in 2 weeks before my wedding, I was so impressed with her quality and speed! Made me feel so special
I had the best time finding my wedding dress at The Bridal Room. Unlike other boutiques, the experience didn't feel formulaic - I was allowed to help choose the dresses I tried on and everyone my family and I met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to know more about my vision. The team helped me narrow down choices and making the decision to buy the dress so special and thrilling. They were great about communicating about alterations and pickup dates, and I'm a little sad I don't have an excuse to visit the store now that I'm married! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. -

I was torn between two dresses, one with glitter and one with lace. The bridal consultant suggested that we buy glitter fabric and combine the two dresses. It was perfect. Highly recommend!!!! -

I had a wonderful time dress and veil shopping at the Bridal Room! The studio is beautiful and was incredibly accommodating when I was shopping for my dress mid-COVID in February 2021. My sister joined me while I shopped and my mom was with us by Facetime. My stylist was incredibly sweet and helpful and really listened to what I wanted. I was also a little stressed about the timeline of getting my dress back (I was shopping seven months out) but everything arrived just as promised. I loved my dress and was so thrilled with the overall experience. Thank you to their wonderful staff--I highly recommend the Bridal Room to any bride!

The Bridal Room was an incredible place to shop for a dress, and they were so supportive as my husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception twice due to Covid. I even forgot to pick up my veil during a Covid lockdown, and they held onto it for almost a year and a half! When it came time to finally alter the dress and create a bustle, the tailor made sure I was comfortable and felt beautiful. I am so glad that I chose The Bridal Room and I would recommend them to everyone! -

Amazing Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about the Bridal Room! Not only is it a beautiful shop with a gorgeous selection, but it also has amazing staff that help you find your dream dress and get excited about the big day! I had a moment of panic while dress shopping when I realized I didn't want the type of dress I always thought I would get (shocker), and I ended up choosing one that they picked off the rack without me. I loved The Bridal Room for my wedding dress! I got it in 2019 pre-COVID and they were so helpful during the process. I brought my mom, sister and MIL and the team at the Bridal Room took their time to listen about the styles I liked and didn't like. They made me feel very special while I was there.
I also got my dress altered there - it was a tad more expensive than I thought, but it was beautifully done and they did an amazing job.
I was able to pick the dress up a few weeks before my September 2021 wedding and it was beautiful! I got so many compliments the day of the wedding. -

Super helpful and amazing experience
I had a great experience at the Bridal Room. It was my first bridal shop with my mom and sister. I had 2 more shops lined up to see as it was the only time and semi last minute in looking for dresses. Saddia was so great and helped me so much. I knew I wanted a simple dress and after seeing some of the dresses, she actually picked something that hit spot on of what I wanted. I didn't say yes right away but it was the only dress I could think of and no other styles in the other 2 shops. After going to the 2 other shops that day, The Bridal Room truly was more attentive, welcoming, and had a large variety of dresses.
For the 2 fittings, Heba and the seamstress was amazing and just helped answer what I had questions on and gave wonderful suggestions. The final product of my dress was GORGEOUS! I cannot believe just how clean and well fitted everything was.
I HIGHLY recommend The Bridal Room and Saddia. -

Bridal Room Review
I had the best experience with The Bridal Room! Everyone was so kind and helpful, not to mention the boutique is so cute inside. I went in with an idea of the dress I wanted, but fell in love with a dress completely different from that. The dress I got was Essense of Australia and I couldn't be more in love with it!
After getting the dress altered, I felt that it was a bit too tight on the straps. Bridal Room told me it wasn't a problem at all though, and I came back a few days later and they fixed it for me to be more comfortable. I cannot recommend The Bridal Room enough!! -

I had an excellent experience with the ladies of the Bridal Room. From the first time we walked in, Grace was so friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or rushing us along. Throughout my dress fittings, I never felt that they were trying to up-sell me or suggest alterations that weren’t necessary. I felt that they genuinely wanted me to be comfortable on my wedding day and feel my best. They were also extremely flexible to work with for scheduling appointments and had a fast alteration turnaround time. -

I looked at two other stores prior to my visit and I had a vision of what I wanted, but still a little unsure of what I wanted. First off the Bridal Room is soo beautiful and they have such a wide assortment of dresses. Saddia was my consultant and I can’t say enough about her. The patience and knowledge she had was amazing and truly made me feel comfortable in my decision and never presssured me at all. Though I wasn’t ready to make the decision the first day I saw the dress, I went home and continued to think about it and came back to say yes with my mom and sister! We popped champagne and took all the pictures! I couldn’t be more excited and so glad I found this shop. They are also going to assist in making an awesome veil! -

More than I could have Imagined Experience!
The Bridal Room was the first and only store I went shopping for my wedding gown. To say that it was wonderful does not do it justice. My experience outdid my expectations and dreams of what my wedding dress shopping experience could be.
I ended up being deployed for work for half the year, when I had planned to go shopping well in advance of my wedding. I stayed in touch with the team and explained my situation. I did research on the gowns I loved and they were able to clarify that I would be able to get an of those options in on time. I was able to send them specific gowns I was interested in to help my process when I finally made it home.
The moment I walked into the store it felt beautiful, clean, comfortable, and they were invested in helping you find your gown. The salon is so cute and offers great privacy for their brides to be and those that are there with them. I did not feel pressured at all and they listened to what I wanted in a gown.
Their hospitality was refreshing and encouraging. I sent them a gown I thought I loved, they made sure it was returned from a photoshoot JUST in time, and it was the gown I said yes to. I thought I did not want a veil until they paired one with my gown and I was in love.
I would not change a thing about my experience at the Bridal Room. Every single person there was genuine and it made the difference in my appointment being worth the long wait. -

I had a wonderful experience at The Bridal Room! My stylist, Saddia, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She truly listened to my vision, understood my style, and never made me feel rushed. I have shopped at four other boutiques in the area and the service all paled in comparison to the service and support I received here. Saddia not only found the perfect dress I envisioned, but also gave great feedback and tips on how to make the gown even more beautiful. She spent much more time with me than necessary, which does not go unnoticed. I recommend this boutique to anyone who is looking for the perfect gown coupled with the best service! I worked with Saddia at the Bridal room to find my dress and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so special and welcomed my guests with open arms (literally :) ). I was able to try on a variety of dresses even though I knew which dress I wanted from the moment I saw it. Saddia recommended I try it on last, which I am so happy that I did because it sealed the deal for me.
Although I found my dress before the pandemic, the Bridal Room Team worked very hard to make sure I had my dress altered and ready to go before my big day. I will never forget this experience and hope their staff knows how truly appreciative I am of them. I would absolutely recommend that if you are looking for a more intimate experience, The Bridal Room is definitely for you. Ask for Saddia! You will NOT be disappointed that you did! -

The Best Bridal Boutique in Northern, VA!
I have the most amazing experience selecting my dream wedding dress at the Bridal Room! The salon is picturesque, the staff is incredible, and the dress selection is outstanding! Grace was my consultant, and she was so knowledgeable!! She made me feel so comfortable, listened to my preferences, and didn't make me feel rushed at all! Other salons I had previously visited were no where near as professional! The alterations were done perfectly - it only took one true fitting! From having my 'Say Yes to the Dress' moment with my mom, grandmother and sister, to each fitting, each time I walked into the salon I had such a luxurious experience! Heba, the owner, is truly wonderful. Thank you so much to the Bridal Room for making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!! -

The wonderful women at the Bridal Room were all so incredible to work with! I found my wedding dress around the holidays for my summer wedding. I had come in with an inspiration picture of a dress I found on pinteret, and Heba immediately put a dress aside for me to try on. It was the second dress I tried on (behind one I picked out from their racks) and I fell in love with it! Saddia was the person helping me in the store and she was the sweetest person and made me feel so bridal in the store! After I ordered my dress, Grace was so communicative and helpful when it came to deciding a size, determining when I could come in for fittings, and everything else in between!
They also allowed me to come in when I was deciding between two colors for bridesmaids dresses to see how they'd look next to my dress (I got a moscato Essense of Australia dress). They were so helpful in lending me their opinions when I was trying to decide!
All this is to say, if you need to pick a dress, come here! It was much more comfortable and personal than going to any other store in the area. I could not recommend another place more highly! :) -

I had the absolute most wonderful experience at The Bridal Room! I had been to four other salons and none of them came close to the service, expertise, selection, and overall aesthetic that The Bridal Room has. First off, it is adorably decorated and so cute compared to other stark white bridal salons. We were warmly greeted by everyone we encountered. Our consultant, Grace, was EXCEPTIONAL. She is so experienced and knows the bridal industry unlike anyone else. You could tell that she knew so much not only about dresses that they carry in the store, but about the industry as a whole. I was looking for a very specific style that is different from most brides. Grace was super helpful in making suggestions and being respectful of our budget. When I found one I loved except for one aspect (sleeve length), she immediately called the designer directly to ask if it could be customized to what I really wanted. When they said yes, she pinned and tucked everything so that I could see exactly what it would look like, which was so important to me. That was when I knew it was the one! I wanted to take a day to think about it to make 100% sure, and Grace was so respectful of that and didn't pressure me at all. We came back two days later and tried it on again, with Grace showing me exactly what it would look like, and said yes and ordered the dress. Champagne included!
Cannot recommend this place, and Grace, enough! -

My husband and I originally had our wedding to be in November 2021. However, we had to speed things up quite a bit when I lost my health insurance at the end of May. Since I am immune compromised, we made the decision to go with an intimate wedding with 30 of our closest friends and family members. I got to working on planning our wedding in 2.5 weeks. I had originally ordered my wedding gown at the beginning of May, and it wasn't slated to arrive until the end of July or beginning of August. Onto a dress search I went, and it was actually a bit tricky given the pandemic. Yet Heba at Bridal Room was so supportive, flexible, and fulling understanding of my style & budget. They made me feel extremely safe and special with having me be the only client in the shop with amazing sanitary protocols in place. I was paired with Grace, who was super attentive and just all around phenomenal. I have been in the wedding/hospitality industry for years, and have walked hundreds of brides down the aisle. However, both Grace & Heba made me feel like a true bride for the first time in my life, and provided me a boho summery stunning gown that was perfect for me. They have a stunning boutique, fantastic customer service, and the gowns are GORGEOUS! I can't recommend this bridal shop enough!!! -

I can not say enough good things about The Bridal Room in McLean, Va. more specifically, working with Saddia. I literally called a few minutes before they were even open for the day, and I was trying to squeeze in an appointment during a sample sale they had going on. They were fully booked and she basically offered to not take a lunch break to fit me in (I am totally evil for this, I know...but I was so excited). I am SO glad things happened the way they did...because I ended up getting my DREAM DRESS for less than half of the original price. They treated me like a princess, even knowing I was strictly there to look at sample sale gowns. Saddia was so bubbly and happy, she made the entire appointment feel stress free. I got to leave with the dress of my dreams, and the absolute best experience I have had at any bridal boutique (I should note that I have been looking at dresses at 4-5 other stores for over 6 months now and couldn't find one I loved). I can not recommend this boutique enough! 10/10 -

The Bridal Room was my first experience at wedding dress shopping, so I had no idea what I was in for.
Saddia was absolutely AMAZING. She was incredibly attentive and understood what I was looking for.
I went in wanting a certain dress style and Saddia had me pick out some dresses that were nothing close to what I was looking for. However, after trying them all on, the one that she picked out for me (which was not what I was originally interested in) is the one I ended up saying “Yes” to!!
She can look at someone and know exactly what they look their best in... absolutely brilliant.
Thank you Bridal Room and thank you Saddia for making my dreams come true. I can’t wait for my fiancé to see me walk down the aisle!!!

I visited the bridal room with my mother and sister after visiting two other bridal salons in the area. At the first two places I felt overwhelmed, rushed, and unimportant. Upon walking into The Bridal Room I instantly felt at home. The Bridal Room is a much smaller and much more curated space (in a GREAT way). My visit started with a discussion to determine my preferences, and then we went through the racks together and pulled out potential options. My mother and sister and I all audibly gasped (no lie) when one dress was pulled off of the rack - it was love at first sight. I tried that gown on first and went to try on 9 more absolutely stunning gowns, but I knew right away that I had found my dress. The Bridal Room made the process SO easy! Heba and the assistants are all friendly and helpful and very easy to work with. They made the rest of the process seamless (ordering, fittings, alterations, veil/accessory selection). Every time I visited the bridal room they remembered me and asked about me and my family. I felt SO well cared for, unlike at the other places I had visited. I received so many compliments on my gown and felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. There was no doubt in my mind after the big day who I would go to for dress preservation! TL;DR is GO HERE FIRST PLEASE and you will be so happy! -

I found a total steal of a sample dress at this GEM of a bridal boutique! It was my very first day trying on wedding dresses, but I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. That didn't stop me from trying on the entire store and every possible style during a sample sale in July 2018 (over a year before my wedding date). The dress fit me like a glove and I knew I had to have it. I could not walk away from a beautiful Allure dress with a detachable train for under $700. I had the BEST LUCK ever at this shop and the wonderful staff made for an awesome experience and very fond memory!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -

Best experience ever
The team at the Bridal Room is FANTASTIC! I went into the wedding dress shopping experience knowing what kind of silhouette and cut I wanted but no other specifics. Monique pulled a gown that she wanted me to try on (the 4th dress I tried on after a few I chose) and it was PERFECT. I literally burst into tears when I saw myself in the mirror, which really surprised my family since I'm not usually one to have an emotional reaction to that type of thing. I couldn't decide if it had just hit me that I was getting married or if that was THE dress so we pressed on to a few other bridal salons, but that dress stuck in the back of my mind the whole time and the reaction could not be replicated elsewhere. (Side note: don't plan to go to 4 bridal salons trying to give your family "the experience" of dress shopping...that was wayyyyy too many places and way to many dresses! It all became an overwhelming blur) On our second day of dress shopping I found another dress I really liked but I knew I needed to try on the dress at the Bridal Room to be sure which was the one. I called the Bridal Room and the owner Heba said a bride had just cancelled an appointment and if I could get there within 45 minutes she would have the dress ready and waiting for me. We raced over and I tried the dress on, to have the same bursting into tears reaction. Turns out they had the other dress I was interested in and were able to pull that as well, but I knew I didn't need to try it on again, I had found the one! Monique, Heba, and Grace were all fantastic to work with. They only work with 2 brides at a time, it is a very intimate experience and you have 100% of their attention since they don't have several clients at once which I loved. After you "say yes to the dress" Heba pops the champagne and you can celebrate with your I do crew. I also purchased my veil from the Bridal Room and to say it was epic is an understatement. The alterations process with Ramya was very easy and she did a spectacular job of making sure my gown fit me perfectly. I've already recommended the Bridal Room to a friend who also got her gown there and had an equally amazing experience. They're the best! Don't go searching all over the DC metro area, the Bridal Room has everything you could need and the experts to make your wedding dress dreams come true! -

Heba, Grace, and the team at The Bridal Room are experts in hospitality and customer service. My mother and I visited TBR as our first stop on our dress hunt and were blown away by how professional and knowledgable the staff is. I found a dress that topped my list before we left, but as someone who needs to see all of the options before making a decision, we visited 4 more salons before eventually making our way back to TBR to say yes to the dress. The team was very gracious and patient with us, and very calming during what could've been a high stress time. Every appointment was a breeze, and their alterations specialist is so talented I could watch her work all day. I could not have asked for a better experience buying my wedding dress at The Bridal Room. Heba was so incredibly helpful and patient in helping me find the perfect dress. They have so many beautiful dresses to choose from! After trying on gorgeous dresses, I was torn between two styles. Heba pulled one last dress for me to try- and it was the one!! Soon after I bought my dress I received a handwritten card from the shop, which was so incredibly thoughtful. I was looking for my wedding dress couple months, although I’m very picky and indecisive to buy something , the bridal room staff specially Grace helped me to find my gorgeous dress finally.
The bridal room boutique is very unique with variety of beautiful dresses. The only downside is you are not allowed to take pictures while you are trying on a dress which is kind is hard to make your mind about how it looks on you, so make sure have someone with you.
I tried more than 10 dresses and finally I selected my dream dress. I love it. I have got many many compliments on my dress in my wedding day.

The Bridal Room was the sixth bridal salon I visited and the vibe in the store was hands down the best. Heba, Grace, and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and the store is beautiful without being overwhelming. I was able to find the dress of my dreams and the process of purchasing and altering the dress was simple and stress-free.
They were able to add a trim belt to my dress without issue and the dress turned out absolutely stunning. -

I had such an amazing experience at the Bridal Room. I spoke with Monique on the phone before the appointment and gave her an idea of what I was looking for. She prepared me for what to expect which eased most of my anxiety of going into the appointment. The first few dresses didn’t work but Monique really knows what she’s doing. From my comments and thoughts on the first few dresses, she figured out exactly what I was looking for and pulled the PERFECT dress. Another perk - it was under budget! They have a wide variety of designers and styles which can be intimidating but the stylist know what they are doing. I went in to my appointment without any expectations and left with the dress of my dreams! I also got my alterations done at their salon. Monique made sure I was thrilled with the work that was done and even got out a needle and thread to make sure it was absolutely perfect. She was my advocate with the seamstress and I can’t thank her enough! I could not be more happy with my experience at The Bridal Room. Brides in the DMV, look no further, this is the salon for you! -

I had never been to a bridal shop before coming to The Bridal Room so I honestly had no idea what to expect. I knew nothing about dresses and only had a vague idea of what I was looking for. Even before I walked through the door, I was greeted outside with a little sign with all the brides with appointments for the day and it was so exciting to see mine there! I came in for the sample sale so I knew that my options were going to be limited but I had Grace as my stylist and she was honestly the nicest person I've ever met. She was kind and super helpful. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and started pulling dresses for me. Her ability to match my likes and dislikes in different dresses was amazing and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. From start to end, the staff at The Bridal Room showed amazing hospitality and it was clear that they took their jobs seriously. A month after buying my dress, I got a handwritten note in the mail from Grace congratulating me on my dress. It's little gestures like that that really make a bride feel special. I recommend any bride looking for beautiful, trendy dresses to check out this cute little shop. -

I went to about 10 different bridal stores bfore stumbling across The Bridal Room. In my other experiences the dresses were nice, but I never felt that they were right. As soon as I contacted The Bridal Room for an appointment my experience was completely changed. They called me back almost immediately with multiple appointment options that would fit into my tight schedule, then when I arrived the stylist Monique was attentive and listened to my desires. I was so grateful to get ot work with Monique because she has experience in design, a passion for fabrics, and a great customer service personality that made her quickly tune into what I did and didn't like in dresses. Unlike other stores she never brought me a dress that didn't fit my tastes and always respected my price range. She seemed actually exicted to work with me and help me find a dress that I love. She was incredibly supportive through my process and encouraged me to love myself and the dress. Obviously, I was thrilled in working with Monique and The Bridal Room and highly recommend them to all NoVa brides. -

From the first day of dress shopping to the final fitting, The Bridal Room went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Heba and Monique were both a pleasure to work with and I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and true care for their clients. When I was trying on dresses, I mentioned to Monique that I thought I wanted a side fishtail braid for my wedding day, so she sat me down and fishtail braided my hair. For my first fitting – Heba and Monique both asked about my sister they met months before – how she was doing in Denver and if she had her baby yet. The personalization just reiterated to me that I picked the perfect place for my dress and coming in for additional fittings was always something to look forward to. Making an appointment here was super easy. They had a Hayley Paige trunk show which I really wanted to attend.
The boutique has awesome lighting and it's super clean, organized, and gorgeous. They have great choices for dresses!
For your appointment you get your personal space with a massive mirror, it really feels intimate than a David's Bridal style.
I worked with Monique and she was seriously so awesome. I worked with over 5 different consultants and at different boutique and she was phenomenal. Monique made sure to make me feel so comfortable and was so fun to work with. It was literally like making a friend during this appointment, which seriously I loved.
With all the shopping to find the right dress. Trying over 40 dresses, I found my dress here. I couldn’t be happier and love how they didn’t push me to buy or add more products. Monique was understanding and I appreciate it so much. I look forward to when my dress comes in! I’ll update then!
