Angelina is a true professional! She was able to take my vision of my wedding and make it a complete reality in less than 30 days. She was so patient, kind, understanding and always encouraging. Our wedding was a absolutely dream come true! As a bride the process of planning a wedding is extremely stressful and there are so many moving parts! Having her by my side made the difference and lifted so much weight off of me. Angelina was so easy to work with and she has such a great heart. I highly recommend her to any bride looking to have amazing stress-free wedding. I honestly could not have done this without her. She took care of every detail big or small; the vendors, the venues, the timelines, the wedding party, rehearsal, table setting, decor, I could go on and on!!! Anything and everything we needed, she had at covered! She is very talented, and knows her craft. I appreciated how organized and detailed oriented she was throughout the entires process...she operated in complete excellence! Our wedding day went exactly as planned and my husband and I were able to be present and enjoy every moment of our special day with no stress or worries! Thank you Angelina, from the bottom of our hearts! You are such a sweetheart and we appreciate you! God bless you and your team!

I cannot recommend Angelina and her team enough! I am a natural stress ball lol, so when I knew I wanted to hire a planner, Angelina and I just clicked! Her calming demeanor was exactly what I needed on our wedding day. Her and her team are calm, cool, and collected, but do every single thing in their power to make the day flow perfectly. I wouldn't have had such an incredible day without her and her team! They are so professional when working with all my vendors, beyond organized, and have a sense of style and an eye for design that is truly a natural talent. Angelina was by my side every step of the way, and was ALWAYS there when I needed to chat. She always made it clear to tell me I was never bothering her and I could reach out to her anytime. They made my day so special and I felt such a close connection with her and the team! I am so grateful they were a huge part of our day! Thank you team!! -

I'm so grateful to have found Angelina to help me plan my destination wedding in Indian Shores. Fl in July 2019. From our first planning trip in November 2018 to the big day July 18th 2019, everything was perfect. She was truly able to bring my vision into reality. On the day of the wedding, I felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing she had everything organized and flowing flawlessly. From beginning to end, I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with her! The best investment we made in planning our wedding :)

Amazing Day of Coordinator and Team!!
I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Angelina and her team (Brianna and Kelly) from The Apostolic Wife. They’re amazing, awesome, professional and caring.
They made sure everything looked exactly how I imagined and payed attention to every detail. Not only did they make sure that my day was perfect, but her team ensured I had an amazing time. I didn’t have to worry about any issues and was truly able to enjoy every single minute of my big day with my friends and family. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. It’s very clear to see that your happiness is their happiness!
From the bottom of my heart, I just want to thank The Apostolic Wife team for helping me have the wedding of my dreams! I’m forever thankful. -

Day of Wedding Coordinator
I reached out to many day of coordinators not knowing if I would actually book one for my wedding. I did not think I needed one. After finding Angelina with The Apostolic Wife, I immediately fell in love with her style. She was very responsive and super professional. Angelina made me feel at ease and offered a lot of suggestions with decor and layout for the venue. I ended up doing the “month of coordination” package.
On my actual wedding day was when I saw the immense value of having her and her team by my side. I relied heavily on them for things I did not think of until it was on my lap! They were always one step ahead of all my worries. Every time I asked about something, they already had it taken care of. I think I hugged them 5 times in relief throughout the night. I cannot express how important it is to not only have a coordinator, but a coordinator as efficient, professional, and totally awesome as The Apostolic Wife! Highly recommend her and her team :) -

Lifesaver!! I truly do not know what we would have done without Angelina. My husband, family, and I will forever be grateful for all of Angelina’s help during the wedding planning process and our big day! She went WAY above and beyond to do anything she could to make sure we would have our dream wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful, so having someone who knows what they are doing, understands your vision, LOVES weddings, and has a good sense of humor is key. We worked with Briana and Kelly for our rehearsal and Angelina/Kelly for our wedding day. I cannot recommend The Apostolic Wife enough…hands down the best vendor out of everyone we booked!!! -

We hired Angelina to be our day of coordinator for our wedding and we're so glad we did! She is probably the best vendor we hired. She did an excellent job setting up and taking down decor, managing vendors, and just keeping everything running smoothly. If something went wrong, I surely didn't hear about it. She was always available via text, phone call, and email. Definitely recommend.The Apostolic Wife's reply:

Rachel Sent on 01/02/2018Having a day of coordinator is not a luxury it is a necessity. Although Angelina made it a luxury experience. I would not have had the wedding I had without her and her team. Everything was seamless and executed perfectly as the way we discussed it ahead of time. She was level headed the whole day which helped me stay calm and collected as well. I appreciate it all! She is worth every penny, I promise you will not ever regret hiring her! -

I hate to leave a poor review, but like many of the other reviews have said, working with Angelina was beyond stressful. I hope this helps others make a good choice in planners. I was in tears working with her and it truly made the wedding planning process unmanageable.
I hired Angelina for her full service 'micro wedding' package. There are so many things that went terribly, but to give a few examples:
1. About a month before our wedding, Angelia canceled our contract. This was the day after I finally broke down and asked her point blank what I was responsible for doing vs. her because it was beyond confusing and nothing was getting accomplished.
In hindsight I'm glad she did bc it was a disaster and I was able to hire another planner that couldn't have been more (better) different. Working with that other planner was a night/ day difference and simply confirmed that Angelina was unprofessional, disorganized and didn't have the relationships to adequately plan an event. Angelina also kept my money, which was shocking... I truly didn't know what she could have said she actually did.
2. Not once did she reach to me to start the process of hiring vendors (and she supposed to be full service)! Every interaction was started with me, I received no guidance in the planning process.
3. Angelina does not instill any sort of confidence that she is a professional. I hired a planned to help me make good choices in vendors, design, etc. Angelina's response was often 'Whatever you think'...
4. Angelina DOES NOT have connections with other vendors. I was getting married in Longboat Key... she said she was a Tampa based planner... her recommendations were from Macro Island, Orlando, etc. No one local to the area. In fact, when she would try to contact other vendors and they didn't respond to her, she would tell me to just fill out the inquiry form and work with them. Clearly she didn't have connections to these people.
5. Her 'design' process was so confusing. When I finally got frustrated and started asking questions she first said, oh my sister does that part??, then she sent me a PowerPoint slides with some images thrown on?
I really wished I would have chosen a different planner from the onset of this process, I thought I was going crazy working with Angelina. Once I had a different vendor in place things were GREAT. I wish I had them for the beginning so I could have enjoyed the planning process!The Apostolic Wife's reply:
When you booked us you were definitely going for a Luxury Coastal Beach aesthetic… but from what I saw, you ended up just doing a backyard beach get together…

Hiring Angelina for partial wedding planning and coordination was the biggest mistake EVER. The poor service we received was so surprising and her response to our feedback was even worse. Her communication and ability to execute was awful! It did not feel like she cared about us or our vision for the wedding. She not only cost my husband and I thousands of dollars for a mistake she made with the venue but she also lost decor items that I purchased for the wedding day. She was unapologetic and took zero responsibility for her mistakes. She was very unprofessional and unorganized to the point where several of my guests approached me during the wedding about her. I was unable to enjoy one of the most important days of my life due to her lack of management of the timeline and other vendors. When we brought it to her attention at the end of the night, she responded with such a careless attitude. It was very disappointing! I highly suggest that if you are in need of a professional wedding planner, that you look elsewhere. Our wedding experience was completely stained because of her!
