Hiring Taylor was the single best decision we made for our wedding. She is a true powerhouse—and also one of the most thoughtful, grounding, and supportive people you could hope to have by your side during such a meaningful moment.
Our wedding was fully outdoors at the Los Altos History Museum, and the week of the wedding brought a very real rain forecast. Taylor went above and beyond, creating five separate backup plans and walking us through each one with compassion, clarity, and decisive guidance. She helped us feel prepared, confident, and completely supported—never overwhelmed.
Taylor deeply understood our vision and values and ensured every detail reflected who we are. Multiple guests described our wedding as feeling like “a big hug” and an intimate dinner party, despite having close to 100 guests—exactly what we hoped for.
The day itself was seamless. We were early for every scheduled moment, which made the entire experience feel calm and joyful rather than rushed or stressful. Taylor truly made the day feel effortless for us.
We couldn’t have executed this wedding without her, and we genuinely hope to stay connected with Taylor beyond the wedding. She made it perfect—and it was truly the best day of our lives. -

We cannot recommend Taylor highly enough! From our very first meeting through the end of our wedding night, she was absolutely incredible.
Taylor knows all the best vendors and is extremely well connected in the Bay Area wedding world. From the get go Taylor impressed us - we had a lot of specific requests for our wedding venue and Taylor found us one beyond our wildest dreams!
What we appreciated most was her intuition and ability to prioritize - Taylor knew exactly when to ask for our input and when to simply handle things herself. This meant we had a completely stress-free week leading up to the wedding and were able to actually relax and enjoy our celebration. On our wedding day, there was even a large demonstration near our venue, and Taylor handled it so seamlessly that we didn’t feel any stress or impact from it whatsoever. We can only imagine it was a nightmare behind the scenes, but she made sure we never had to worry about it for even a moment.
Taylor’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. Every thing was perfectly executed, from the big moments to the small touches (like packing up the perfect amount of leftover food for us at the end of the night!). If you want a wedding planner who will take care of you every step of the way and ensure everything goes flawlessly - even when unexpected challenges arise - Taylor is the one. We had a ton of fun working with Taylor. Everybody told us that wedding planning would be stressful—but we actually loved it, and I think the reason was Taylor was supportive the entire way. We didn’t really have a vision going in to the planning stages, so Taylor provided us with the names of some vendors to check out. As we started to hone in on what we were looking for, Taylor was totally on board and helped us fill in the details. She held us to schedule and kept us organized. In a no stress and no judgement way, Taylor helped us solve a problem when we forgot to bring some of the cocktail ingredients to our wedding.

Taylor did an incredible job making our wedding a beautiful and memorable event. She guided us through the decision making, helping us focus on our budget goals while also fulfilling our vision.
We started planning with her in July of 2024 and married in July of 2025. Each month we met virtually and discussed the comprehensive planning spreadsheet she built for us. Her extensive contact network made choosing vendors simple, and we were extremely pleased with the final team. For many of the vendors she scheduled and attended meetups with us. During these meetups Taylor asked key questions and followup with us for our thoughts. She made sure both the vendors and us as a couple were on schedule!
We collaborated on a day-of plan that was shared with our vendors. Her provided wedding planning tools made details like seating and ceremony layout easy to organize. By the day of the wedding we felt extremely confident and able to focus on each other as husbands to be.
Taylor was behind the scenes making everything perfect on wedding day. She knew all the vendors on a first name basis, and ensured everyone was setup and working together. She had us in mind from the beginning of the day, making sure we had everything we needed. After the wedding Taylor collected gifts and cards left for us, carefully making sure mementos kept safe.
Everything was so perfect, we really couldn’t have asked it go any better. Taylor was key to that experience, and we couldn’t recommend her more. -

Working with Taylor Rae Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Taylor was an incredible listener who truly understood our vision. She is calm, highly responsive, and impeccably organized — always bringing thoughtful solutions and ideas we wouldn’t have considered on our own. Our venue ended up being a dream come true that perfectly fit our vibe, thanks to her guidance.
Taylor’s vendor recommendations were outstanding across the board — from cake and catering to entertainment, photography, and videography. Everything was seamless, beautifully coordinated, and of the highest quality. Because of her careful planning, we felt completely supported and confident throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment — if any issues came up, we never knew about them.

I truly cannot thank Taylor enough for making our wedding day so special, breathtaking, and flawlessly seamless. From start to finish, she handled every detail with such care, professionalism, and expertise that we were able to simply enjoy the moment, knowing everything was in the best hands.
To be completely honest, I was extremely skeptical about hiring a wedding planner. I had heard countless horror stories and had even experienced one myself with our first planner, who unfortunately was more focused on telling us what we wanted to hear rather than actually delivering. Letting that planner go was one of the best decisions we made—because it led us to Taylor. My wife and I interviewed several planners after that experience, but none truly stood out. That all changed the moment we spoke to Taylor. She was direct, honest, and didn’t sugarcoat anything—exactly what we needed. We hired her immediately, and from that point on, she proved time and time again that she was the perfect choice.
From day one, Taylor took her job incredibly seriously. She got to know us, understood our style, and respected our budget without compromising on quality. She created a detailed timeline—and she stuck to it with military precision. She sourced all of our vendors, did all the legwork, and only presented us with options that truly fit our style, personalities, and budget. Even when I gave her a hard time, she remained patient and professional, always ensuring we stayed on track.
Beyond her impeccable planning and organization skills, Taylor became our rock. Wedding planning can be stressful, and she was there every step of the way, not just as a planner but as a calming presence—our unofficial therapist at times! She ensured all vendors worked around our hectic schedules and seamlessly handled any hiccups that came up.
Taylor’s attention to detail is unmatched. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. There were times when we met with vendors, and afterward, Taylor would tell us, "I don’t think they’re the right fit for you." She was always right. She instinctively knew what we would choose but still gave us multiple options, guiding us while respecting our choices.
When our wedding day arrived, Taylor had everything locked down, running the event in perfectly timed increments. There were a few small hiccups (because, let’s be real, no wedding is completely without them), but Taylor handled them so smoothly that we never even noticed. She absorbed any stress before it could reach us, ensuring we could be fully present and enjoy our day.
Perhaps the most telling thing? My family, who have never believed in wedding planners and have always been against hiring one, had nothing but amazing things to say about Taylor. They saw firsthand how she was everywhere at once, making sure everything ran perfectly. That alone speaks volumes.

It was one month before my May 2024 wedding and I cried for the first time in the eight months I had spent planning my wedding. I desperately reached out to wedding planners with high ratings in my area to see if any of them had availability for month before and day of planning/coordination. Taylor was the first to respond and she told me upfront that she was booked for my wedding date but that she would ask around her contacts to give me referrals. She asked questions about my wedding vision and hopes to make sure she found me a good match. Her calm, empathetic responses immediately stopped my tears. One of my text messages during that first conversation: "Thank you so much. This conversation has given me so much hope and helped me stop crying. Even if it doesn't work out, I am truly so thankful for you."
How lucky was I that Taylor then extended the offer to help with my wedding for the next month and hire a trusted day-of coordinator to be there the day of my wedding - the amazing Katelyn?? The very next week I met with Taylor and Katelyn at Limantour Beach in Point Reyes to discuss the logistics.
There are no words I can use to express just how amazing Taylor is. She anticipated all my concerns and logistical questions before I could even have the time to express them. And even better, she anticipated all the concerns that I wouldn't have ever come up on my own and presented practical solutions that worked with my vision and budget!
But Taylor's most amazing skill was her ability to calmly and easily set aside any fears and insecurities I had about whether my requests and thoughts were unreasonable or that I was too demanding. No questions asked, she advocated for me when I was too scared to advocate for myself.
My wedding was everything I dreamed of and hoped for and more because of Taylor. Hire Taylor - you will not regret it. She is worth every penny! -

Planning a wedding is hard! Especially when you are using a blank slate venue, the sheer amount of decisions and vendors you have to interact with is mind boggling. That's where Taylor comes in and shines! She was able to help us, from the very beginning on selecting a venue to all the decisions which were to come. When we were stuck or fatigued from decisions, we knew we could lean on Taylor to point us in the right direction or give us some suggested vendors.
During the day of the wedding, everything went super smooth and was beautiful. It actually felt strange how much time we had during the day, and felt like we should be doing something, but atlas Taylor was working hard (and often literally running) in the background conquering all the small details. We didn’t know until after the wedding day that we had an issue with one of our printers not sending our menus and placards to us in time, and she was at Fedex the morning of the wedding reprinting these items - fire, solved. We couldn’t even tell! Thank you so much Taylor, there's no way we could have done it without you!

Taylor is an incredible wedding planner that you should absolutely hire for your wedding in any capacity. We connected with Taylor shortly after a setback in our venue search and she helped us quickly bounce back and rebuild momentum. She listened closely to what we wanted in our venue and sent us options to approve, from which she scheduled a day of tours in the Sonoma area that she accompanied us on. She later also accompanied us on follow-up tours after the venue was locked in, as well as the reception tasting - ensuring she was always there to support us on questions and readily available for discussion and feedback.
Taylor has an extremely warm and friendly personality, which combined with her professionalism and organization, made the planning process much less stressful and more enjoyable than it would’ve otherwise been. She was flexible and consistent in scheduling regular calls throughout the process to keep progress moving forward.
The weekend of the wedding was when Taylor shined the most. She was fantastic at anticipating our needs, attending to every detail, and generally orchestrating the whole weekend and allowing us both to stay relaxed and in the moment. Thanks to Taylor, the entire weekend was seamless without a hitch, which feels rare. Taylor is an awesome person that we are so happy to have worked with to plan our wedding and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

Taylor goes above and beyond. I could tell that she throughly enjoys her job, which makes all the difference. On the day of my wedding, Taylor anticipated needs I had not thought of; (1) my polaroid camera ran out batteries, and Taylor had some with her (2) My dress got small specks of blood on it, and Taylor had a whitening pen and got the blood out, (3) When I was taking pictures Taylor was there to hold my bouquet, makeup back, shoes, ect. (4) I was so busy on the day of I forgot to stop have desert, Taylor packaged up deserts for my husband and I and placed them in our hotel fridge. (5) She offered to help me get out of my dress at the end of the night at 12 am when everyone else had gone to bed.
She did all this in addition to what is listed in the contract, i.e., setting up, breaking down banquet room, and everything else in between.
She has excellent communication skills, she's friendly, and approachable.
I highly recommend her. -

Hiring Taylor as our wedding planner & day of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made leading up to our big day! Having spent over a year planning (and postponing) our wedding, I found myself dreading the process - Taylor came in and re-energized me! As someone who had never planned a wedding, I found myself not knowing what questions to ask vendors, what rates were reasonable, or where to even start when it came to things like linens and florals.
As soon as we started working with Taylor she met us in person at our venue - we immediately felt better listening to her ask all sorts of questions about the rules & logistics around hosting a wedding here. So many things we had not thought of!
As an increasingly-more-stressed out bride, Taylor heard each of my requests and seamlessly stepped in to support on each and every one. Florals were something that truly stumped me - not a green thumb myself, I had a general sense of what I wanted but was at a loss for figuring out the who-what-and-how of it. Taylor was able to find an incredible, local florist within budget, and in the end those florals were one of my absolute favorite things about my wedding day.
If you are a bride currently in planning mode, don't underestimate how helpful it is to have someone by your side who knows the ins-and-outs of the industry, sees your vision, and does whatever possible to make sure you have the best day possible. I guarantee you Taylor did even more than I know, because in my eyes my wedding day was perfect and smooth sailing - which can only mean she worked some behind-the-scenes magic.

Taylor is incredible. We had the honor of working a wedding with her (we were the videographers) and have rarely experienced the level of care, service, attention to detail, KINDNESS & adaptability as we did with her. Taylor is everything you want in a wedding planner, and more! She is organized, communicative, calm, patient, and no matter the situation, has a smile on her face. Taylor is seriously a superhero. I could not recommend her more!
Early on in the planning process, I was adamant that I could do everything on my own without hiring our own planner. As we got closer to the date, I realized I needed help. We found Taylor as a month of coordinator and could not be more grateful for her. She is very proactive, knowledgeable, level-headed and truly felt like talking to a friend. If she said she was going to do something, I could trust that it would get done.
A month before our wedding, the in-house coordinator at our venue went MIA and Taylor was an absolute rockstar making sure everything was in line. She seriously did their jobs for them, and I don’t even want to think about what would have happened if we didn’t have her. The wedding day went perfectly and so many guests commented on how well-executed everything was and how well the day flowed. All because of Taylor! I am sad that the wedding is over because I don’t get to talk with Taylor on a daily basis anymore. She is the BEST and we couldn't recommend her more! -

My husband and I are so fortunate to have worked with Taylor for our special day! From start to finish, Taylor was extremely communicative, responsive, and anticipated our needs for our wedding reception. We truly appreciate how detail-oriented, attentive, and organized Taylor was throughout the planning process, and Taylor helped us figure things out that we didn't even think about! I'm not sure what we would have done without Taylor by our side for our big day, but thankfully we were able to work with her, and our reception was a hit! Our guests and wedding party had an absolute blast, and Taylor did a phenomenal job in communicating with our vendors and making sure that all of the details were perfect for our reception.
In addition, Taylor was such a calming presence during our wedding, and she was very in tuned with the needs of both myself and my husband. She was even kind enough to make sure we had food to eat and that we were able to try our signature drinks from the wedding! Many times I hear from other brides and grooms that they weren't able to eat the desserts or try the beverages from their weddings, but we're extremely glad that Taylor was attentive and made sure we also had a moment to take some time to ourselves. My husband and I were so lucky to have Taylor as our day-of coordinator! She initially met with us a month prior to the wedding to go over the main details of the event. We were impressed by how thorough she was in making sure we had thought of everything we needed for the big day. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make decisions on the spot when we didn't know what we wanted. Instead, she patiently helped us think through our options and sent us helpful follow-up emails that outlined action items for myself and my husband.
We got to meet Taylor in person for the first time at our wedding rehearsal and she exuded warmth and professionalism. Thanks to Taylor, our rehearsal was smooth and efficient. She made sure to spend the time to guide us through several practice runs to ensure we felt comfortable for the big day.
The day of the wedding, Taylor was so thoughtful and good to us! She demonstrated the perfect balance of checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, while also running around behind the scenes to ensure that things were running smoothly with vendors and the overall timeline. When our polaroid camera for the photo guestbook unfortunately got glitchy, Taylor took it upon herself to try to get the camera working again. During the moments it worked, Taylor went around the venue taking pictures of the guests to make sure that we would still have photos for our photo guestbook. She also made sure to pack us a box of donuts from the donut bar so that we could enjoy desserts at home after the wedding! Gestures such as these are examples of how thoughtful Taylor is and how she will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of from beginning to end. Even our guests noticed how amazing Taylor was at taking care of us, all while maintaining her calm, friendly demeanor!
To summarize, we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Taylor for our wedding! Our only regret is that we only had her for the day-of coordination - if we were to go back, we would definitely have wanted her on board from the start! -

Peace of mind for our wedding!
One of the most important things for us in planning our wedding was finding a team of vendors to help our vision come to life. Talyor was incredible at leading that team for us! She worked seamlessly with our florist, band, photographers and more to ensure everything went smoothly. It was as if she could anticipate our every need before we even knew we needed it! I was especially thankful for her quick response times and proactive planning style.
The highlight though was her professionalism and kindness on the day of our wedding. Having been in many weddings myself, I've noticed there are typically two types of planners: the kind but meek planner who has trouble organizing large wedding parties and the tough but in charge planner who runs a tight ship.
Taylor was neither. She was a PERFECT balance of flexible but always in control. She has the special talent of being able to command the room and take charge all while being empathetic to our parties needs and concerns.
Overall Taylor ensured our wedding was flawless from start to finish. Her kind and even keeled attitude set the tone for our whole wedding and put us at ease throughout the process. She handled all the details of the wedding design and timeline without losing sight of our main purpose, to celebrate with our friends and family. Our wedding would not have been the same without her! -

Amazing, Kind, & Supportive
After planning and canceling a wedding in 2020 my (now) husband and I were very nervous about starting the re-planning process. Taylor was amazing working with us from choosing our date to day of coordination. She was kind and willing to work with our often challenging schedules (i was working nights the month prior to the wedding). She did a great job of letting us choose how involved in decisions we wanted to be. Taylor truly shined on the day of our wedding - both of our parents were SO impressed by her professionalism and ability to manage the evening seamlessly. I would choose her again in a heartbeat! -

Where to start, my husband and I had a lot of anxieties going into the wedding planning process, knowing what to do first was quite literally the most stressful thing to do, we didn't know where to look when it came down to vendors, venues, etc. Hiring Taylor was one of the best decisions that we made. She was a huge help, from beginning to end. She really knew how to implement both of our ideas and thoughts to make our dream wedding come true. We couldn't have asked for better, it was simply perfect. I the bride, am very shy, and a bit of a pushover when it comes down to both of our families, and our families are very opinionated people, I even had trouble with my bridesmaids. She helped me feel so much calmer and listened to all of the problems that we had. She was kind, considerate, and always knew what to say. One big thing that we loved about Taylor that stood out was that she took the initiative to put a stop to certain things especially when it came down to the wedding day, she was quick to resolve any issues that arose and made the day so cohesive that there was barely any issues to begin with. We didn't even know there were any issues at one point because they were resolved so fast. If you are thinking of a wedding planner who is caring, passionate, well-organized, and gets the job done, you definitely should hire Taylor Rae as she is one of the best. She helps with everything, she schedules meeting with photographers, makeup artists, venues, DJs, and officiants. After many of the meetings we had she would have us stay after to hear our thoughts about them which helped us a lot with making decisions.
If you are budging for your wedding, keep in mind weddings are expensive, and getting any sort of planner is rather pricey. However, we believe that hiring a planner is worth it, Taylor has a few packages from what we remember she had around 3- 4, and we requested the full service because we needed help from start to finish. When you hire Taylor you are not only paying for quality service but you are paying for a perfect wedding handled with care. Taylor is amazing at what she does, this is her true calling. We appreciate all that she has done for us.
