Incredible!
Hiring Rae for our March 2023 wedding was, by far, the single best decision we made during our planning process. From our initial consultation through our wedding day, Rae and her team were an absolute joy to work with.
When I began to research wedding planners after our engagement, I was dismayed by how much of a focus some planners placed on design and aesthetics, rather than organization and logistics. But from my first conversation with Rae, I knew she would be able to achieve both. And she did! Rae created an absolutely beautiful vision for our wedding, but more importantly, she ensured our event flowed seamlessly from start to finish. Things were perfectly organized; everyone knew where to go and when. There was absolutely no chaos or disorganization, which made for a truly enjoyable day. Simultaneously, Rae ensured that our design vision was executed exactly as we agreed.
One of Rae's best qualities is her ability to actively listen and provide honest feedback. Rae took detailed notes during every meeting and listened carefully to my husband's and my wishes. Equally, she did not shy away from providing honest feedback and highlighting blind spots in our thinking. Her comments always reflected a breadth of experience and consideration for our core preferences. She guided us along, ensuring nothing would negatively impact our day. We truly appreciated her candid advice.
Another benefit of working with Rae is her top-notch vendor recommendations and local intel. My husband and I were planning an out-of-town wedding, so Rae truly felt like our "boots on the ground". She referred us to the absolute best vendors -- our guests are still gushing over the food, drinks, decor, and music -- and served as our advocate to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention that, three days before our (fully outdoor) wedding, the chance of thunderstorms was 90%. My husband and I were stressed and dejected. However, after a few phone calls with Rae, we were immediately put at ease. She presented us with multiple "Plan B" options and worked with us to put an emergency plan in place based on our preferences. At the 11th hour, the forecast turned and the storm held out. However, Rae had skillfully planned for both scenarios and was prepared to execute either Plan A *or* our discussed Plan B. She was truly a lifesaver.
In closing, if you are searching for a talented, dedicated, and experienced wedding planner, look no further. Rae and her team at Rae Nicole Events are in a class of their own. -

Amazing! 100/10 Experience!
Rae and her team were absolutely hands down amazing. From the start, Rae helped us plan a beautiful wedding ceremony and dinner in San Diego. Even though she is in Orlando, everything was handled perfectly and she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best vendors and the least amount of stress possible! Meadow and Penny ended up flying out for the actual ceremony, and they made the day 100X easier! Everything was so easy, all we had to do was stand there and get married! They helped set up, took control of where the vendors were going and when, and if there were any issues with any of the vendors or needs at all, they were handled right away! The care and professionalism Rae and her team showed us were absolutely unmatched by anyone else...from the first day we talked to Rae through the ceremony and private chef prepared wedding dinner. Not that I ever plan to get married again, hah, but I would 1000% use Rae and her team again! They handled this destination wedding with such ease and such professionalism. I can't thank them enough for every single thing Rae, Meadow, Penny and the team as a whole did for making my wedding day one to remember forever! Wouldn't Have Made it Down the Aisle Without Taylor Rae Events!
We were one of the very fortunate couples that was able to get married early on in 2020. We hired Taylor Rae Events for the month-of coordination package, and I can honestly say without any ounce of doubt that it was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Taylor and Rae treated our wedding with a level of detail synonymous with perfection.
It may sound dramatic, but it’s not an exaggeration – we literally would not have made it down the aisle without the help of Taylor Rae Events. We planned an outdoor ceremony and reception, but as the weekend approached the weather did not cooperate. And, just as our wedding guests were arriving in town for the weekend, Taylor and Rae went into life-saver mode and re-designed our outdoor ceremony to be weather-friendly, and moved our outdoor garden reception inside. They suggested and coordinated tons of last minute changes with our vendors – addition of lights to add to aesthetic of indoor space, furniture changes, ceremony flow changes, and plenty more! … What could have resulted in full meltdown mode on my end, didn’t because we trusted Taylor and Rae with the decision making and we were confident that our day would still be beautiful, despite the last minute changes. With their help we were able to fully enjoy the weekend with our friends and family.
Not only did they save our wedding day, but they made the planning process and day-of execution seamless. They were prompt with communication, professional, and genuinely excited to be helping us plan and perfect our day! We are forever grateful for all of their help and cannot recommend their services enough!

Amazing!
I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for Taylor and her team. She has now helped me get married twice! Once for our COVID micro wedding and the second for our larger wedding. Both weddings could not have happened without her! She basically planned my entire micro wedding by herself! All I had to do was show up which was a complete relief after the stress of multiple postponements. I always tell her that the best thing that came out of COVID was the realization I needed her. The fact I was originally trying to plan a wedding on my own is insane now that I know all of the things she did for me on the day of. She handled everything that came at her with stride and hid all the little hiccups from me. I was truly able to relax and enjoy my day. Every bride deserves that!! Taylor truly went above and beyond what was stated in our contract. I also had the please of working with Rae and Ashley on the day of who are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! If you are looking for a wedding planner please stop looking because Taylor Rae Events will execute your dreams flawlessly. You will also gain a friend in the process! -

Amazing!!!!!
Choosing to work with Taylor Rae Events was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. Four months before our December 2020 wedding, I made the difficult decision to downsize the ceremony and reception as a result of the pandemic. Rae was nothing less than accommodating to the new plans, offering excellent advice on how to make the more intimate day very special. She was also last-minute lifesaver, quickly locating market lights, when one of our vendors fell through less than 48 hours before the wedding. The day of, Rae coordinated a perfect day, working well with all our vendors, allowing us to take in the moments we will not soon forget. -

The absolute perfect, and worth it, planner!
To this day we say our #1 worth it vendor (and favorite!) is Taylor Bianco at Taylor Rae Events. Taylor absolutely exceeded our expectations! Not only was she available anytime we needed her via email, she set up multiple calls with us and other vendors and took over everything the month before our wedding. One of our main concerns going into wedding planning was that on our big day we wanted to relax and not have to worry about anything. She dealt with so much that we saw, I can only imagine what she dealt with behind the scenes. From day one she gave us absolutely invaluable insight and answers to our questions big and small. She executed our big day flawlessly, took our vision and created a masterpiece, all while making us feel so incredibly special. Not only that but Taylor is one of the most genuine, sweet and professional people I have ever met. From the bottom of our hearts Taylor, thank you so much. Do not hesitate, book Taylor Rae Events! You will absolutely not regret it!-

Perfect planner to organize the PERFECT day!
Taylor Rae Events was a DREAM to work with. I met one of the co-owners Taylor at a bridal show, and right when I was starting to feel overwhelmed, she was like a breath of fresh air. I've helped many friends plan their own weddings and have acted as a day-of coordinator, so I knew how important it was to bring in outside help for our wedding day. I handled most things up til the month of, and Taylor took over from there to coordinate with all 9 vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page. She was super organized the whole time, and that REALLY helped me relax and let everything go over to her. Day-of was a blur, but Taylor kept everyone on track and to me and my husband, the day went off without a hitch! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Taylor Rae Events if you're getting married, or doing any type of event. The amount of stress relief and time I got back from hiring them was worth every penny!!! Rachael was absolutely amazing and truly helped me de-stress and just be able to enjoy my wedding day. I was that bride who was completely convinced she could do it all on her own, and learned rather quickly that I just didn't have the time. Rachael kept me on track with a helpful timeline and pushes in the right direction. If I had to do it over - I would opt for more than month-of/day-of planning, just so that I could truly soak in the entire experience. I would highly recommend the Taylor Rae Events team to any bride! -

Every couple should work with taylor rae!
I have to start off by saying that if you’re skeptical about hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, DO IT. Brides spend too much time (often over a year) planning every little detail that goes into their special day to make it absolutely perfect and if they don’t have a planner to ensure things go smoothly, then the bride gets bombarded with questions and all she’ll remember is being pulled in every single direction instead of remembering and cherishing the little things that she’s been waiting over a year for.
If you’re looking for a planner or coordinator, look no further! Taylor Rae took care of details in my wedding that I didn’t even know were as issue (that’s a true sign of a great coordinator!) working with Taylor was an absolute breeze. I consider myself pretty detail-oriented, but when I sat with Taylor as we tried to nail down every single detail and alternative solutions, she brought up things that I otherwise wouldn’t have even considered. I love how transparent Taylor Rae is as a company and as human beings. You can tell that they genuinely care about the couple sitting on front of them and will do whatever it takes to make sure their day is positively memorable.
Thank you, Taylor Rae, for making my day absolutely flawless…even with the downpour that took place during the reception! You were always five steps ahead of me with a solution and I couldn’t imagine working with any other planner! I hope other couples are as lucky as Brad and I were and get to work with you, too! -

Rachael with Dandy Details Events was amazing to work with. I met her at a wedding expo long before we actually got married (over 2 year engagement), but hands down the second I met Rachael, I knew I had to have her. She was friendly and very professional from the start. She was the first vendor I booked and even though I only booked her day of/month of service, she was there for me via email every single step of the way. When it came to the wedding day, she kept us on schedule, kept track of all my vendors, and just ensured I had zero stresses to worry about! I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone! -

Seamless Wedding Experience!
My now-husband and I had the pleasure of working with Taylor Bianco and her team at Dandy Details, and it was nothing short of perfection. For two very detail orientated individuals, we required our wedding-day team to be the same. Dandy Details went above and beyond our expectations from the very beginning. Taylor is not only a true professional, knowing this line of business inside and out, but she is also a caring individual who puts her clients’ needs and requests as top priority. Taylor and her team are well respected within the wedding industry in Orlando, knowing many of our fellow vendors on a personal level, which made the wedding planning process virtually seamless. Taylor was always an email away when I had questions regarding day-of preparations for my bridesmaids and I. She was nothing short of a lifesaver when partnering with my hair and makeup team to ensure that my girls and I would look our absolute best without having to wake up before the sun!
We had the privilege of working with Rachel as our day-of coordinator and I cannot give enough kudos to her! I was not a particularly nervous bride but, if I had been, Rachel would have been able to calm me down within minutes. She kept us laughing while still remaining professional. There wasn’t a single moment of that day that I doubted her capability. Her and Taylor work seamlessly together, and the natural flow of our reception was true proof of that. Most couples say that something always goes wrong on your wedding day. If anything did go wrong, my husband and I had no idea, and I can guarantee that has to do with the amazing work of Dandy Details! We highly recommend them for your upcoming wedding!

Absolutely Amazing
I am a life planner and I love things organized so my main goal was to have someone take over the day of my wedding so I wouldn’t have to do anything. Rachael from Dandy Details went above and beyond! My mother-in-law ended up in the hospital one week before our wedding. It was very serious. My now-husband and I were frantic. On top of worrying about her health and her life, I started stressing about the wedding and wanted to make sure I had all the information to make a decision should the time come we needed to cancel or postpone. I emailed Rachael and she texted me within a few minutes. Within a few hours she had gotten in contact with all my vendors and gathered all necessary information needed to let us know how much money we would lose if we needed to postpone or cancel. By the next day she had gotten in touch with all of our vendors (except the hotel but they were not returning phone calls or emails from anyone). Because of Rachael, my husband and I were able to focus on my mother-in-law’s health and care plan. Not a single ounce of stress was wasted on wedding plans. Rachael saved our sanity and let us focus on what really matters— family. Fast forward, things worked out and we did not have to cancel or postpone (my mother-in-law was not able to be present but she was getting better in the hospital and we were even able to have a ceremony in her ICU room). The day of our wedding Rachael was amazing. I got to be a relaxed bride only focusing on my hair, makeup, girlfriends and mimosas!!!! I highly, highly recommend her. She is down to earth, organized and knows exactly what she is doing and goes out of her way to make sure not only is your wedding day exactly what you want it to be, but also the days and planning leading up to your wedding! -

Taylor was absolutely incredible! she was in charge of my friends wedding where, lets face it, some of my friends can be a handful. She controlled every situation that got thrown at her splendidly. So i got her card that night for my wedding. She rolled with every weird quirk in our wedding and helped me find a fantastic florist. She went above and beyond and checked in with me every step of the way. I had a Fantastic wedding day and so did my husband and i know for a fact it has to do greatly on having Taylor be a part of our process. Anyone who has asked me on wedding advice has been told "get a wedding coordinator".Thank you to Taylor for a beautiful experience! :-)-

Taylor made my daughter's wedding the "best day ever"! She helped all of us with every step of the planning process.
No question was too insignificant for her and her patience was remarkable. She understood what kind of wedding Ross and Juliana desired and helped all of us stick to our budget. Taylor's knowledge of vendors and contracts is remarkable. Honestly, we could not have had such a wonderful wedding without Taylor and her team. She kept us on track and reminded us of upcoming financial deadlines, she was our representative to the vendors and took care of all the details for us.
On the day of, she helped to keep us all sane! She oversaw all the details while we prepared for the wedding. From our standpoint as well as the bridal party and our guests, it was "The BEST wedding ever!"
We highly recommend Dandy Details. Taylor is a top notch event planner.

Rachael and her team were amazing! I hired them as my Day of Coordinator, and she went above and beyond. She kept in contact with all of my vendors and set everything up exactly as I wanted. I had a destination wedding, and she even took the time to meet with me out of town to take a tour of the venue. I'm so glad that I hired her and her team, they took care of everything and I had nothing to worry about the day of. It was so nice being able to relax and focus on the marriage and not having to worry about setting up the venue. Hands down, Dandy Details is worth it. -

Dandy Details Events is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a surprise wedding and needed help overseeing all the details on the big day. We had 3 meetings with Rachel prior to the wedding that helped us tremendously. I appreciate the fact that she was always a text or a call away.
Pulling off a "surprise" wedding is not easy and everything that day went better than planned. I can not say enough about Omar and Gabby. I am beyond thankful for their help that day. Omar was so calm at all times and that helped me calm my nerves. I am convinced that Omar is some type of ninja because somehow he was out of sight but at the same time right there when we needed him. Everyone that interacted with Omar had something nice to say about him.
I am a detailed oriented person, and through their expertise, they took care of details that didnt even crossed my mind. Again, I am beyond pleased with the team at Dandy Details Events....best decision ever! -

Dandy Details Events (and in particular – Taylor and Omar) are quite literally the BEST people you can hire for your wedding day. We lived in Jacksonville and were planning a wedding in Lake Mary, so much of our planning had to be done long distance or on the weekend.
We hired Taylor as a day-of coordinator, but you get SO MUCH MORE than that. From the moment we signed the contract, Taylor treated us as if we were her top priority. She was available for unlimited emails, called vendors when I was overwhelmed/frustrated, looked over vendor contracts, and even proofread my wedding invites.
Then, 30 days out, she took complete control – which was AMAZING! Taylor coordinated timelines with all vendors (SPOILER ALERT – all your vendors will have their own timelines, and it can be a little confusing/frustrating to try and coordinate between them…Dandy Details will take that frustration away and fix everything!)
Another HUGE thing Taylor did for us was do our final walkthrough of our reception venue for us. The walkthrough was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Irma. Due to bad traffic, Chris and I didn’t get to the venue until 5:20 (it closed at 6 and we were supposed to be there at 4). I called Taylor while we were on the highway to let her know what was happening. She immediately began working with my venue to do the walkthrough. When we arrived, all we had to do was walk the venue with her and approve everything (everything she chose was perfect!)
When it came to the rehearsal and wedding days, Taylor made everything perfect and stress-free. She was amazing on how she upheld what Chris and I wanted for the ceremony while still being super respectful to the church’s wedding coordinator. Throughout the night Taylor and Omar helped with everything. They helped with my bustle, fixed a last minute light that broke on a centerpiece, made sure we were always on time….and so much more. They made our day perfect! -

I can not begin to say enough amazing things about working with Rachael with Dandy Details! Honestly the best decision I made when planning my wedding was working with them. Throughout the planning process there were a few hiccups that Rachael was instrumental with helping with (we had to find a new photographer 5 days before the wedding). It was so easy to work with Rachael and she was always there to answer questions and help in the planning and day of coordination. I can look back on my wedding and smile with such ease because she was there to help everything go smoothly. Again I honestly can say the best decision was using Dandy Details! -

For months my wife and I had been planning our special day, thinking our rental agent for the venue was also going to be our day of coordinator but we were totally mistaken. Luckily, she recommended Dandy details to us and boy, did Taylor do a phenomenal job.
We hired her about a month before the big day and she was very hands on. We had a phone consultation and it turned out that since we had already planned everything on our own, she was able to knock off a few hundred bucks. She still took the helm and kept in contact with our vendors, set up a great timeline, and communicated with our DJ all evening for cues and stuff during the reception.
I don't think anyone could have done a better job at making sure our day of stuff went off without a hitch. We had lots of things that had to be moved from the ceremony to reception and she made sure it All happened on time and to a T. She even took care of getting all of our decorations the day before the wedding and placed them around the venue perfectly, without much insight from us.
All in all, we couldn't have been happier that we chose Dandy Details to make sure that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them and Taylor was a joy to work with. -

We had a destination wedding of 100 guests. Booking with Dandy Details was the best decision we made for our wedding planning. Rachael did an outstanding job of making sure that our schedule for planning, as well as the day of schedule were set up for success. There were soo many things that she helped us with that exceeded the expectations in our contract. Her and Omar did a BEAUTIFUL job of placing our decorations for the reception, and ensuring our wedding flow was the best it could be. With any and all stressful situations that came up, they were there to help as much as possible so that we didn't have to stress! -

Rachael at Dandy Details is by far the best wedding planner and coordinator I have ever met. She was incredible to work with and our wedding day could not have been more perfect because of her. My fiance and I had a small wedding in Oregon in the middle of the busiest month to get married(October). Rachael handled designing our sweetheart table, getting the cake and flowers, and coordinating with the few other vendors we had at our intimate wedding. She was amazing! Whenever I had an idea or a question, Rachael knew the answer or directed me to the place I could find the answer. On wedding day, she kept the day running smoothly and my fiance and I felt so relaxed all day. Dandy Details handled all of the small things so that William and I could focus on our love for each other, and I think Rachael was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I met Rachael at a Bridal Show and immediately liked that she wasn't pushy with me (I have commitment issues :-) ) We set up an appointment and we just clicked, she got me and my vision. I cannot say enough nice things about Rachael and her crew. She was amazing in helping and guiding me through the wedding planning process. It seemed like every step that came along came with a problem but she handled it gracefully so I didn't have as much stress. I can honestly say that had it not been for her I think my wedding would have been a disaster lol. They had everything in order down to the very last detail. I absolutely LOVED working with Rachael! From the very beginning, she was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with, whether over the phone or through email. It was also very apparent that she wasn't just "doing her job" but she really cared about making my wedding amazing. Rachael knew that cost was a factor to me and was more than happy to work with my budget. She also made a point to talk with me throughout the whole wedding planning process so that by the time of the wedding, there was nothing to worry about. She did everything she could to make sure that the wedding flowed perfectly- and it did. Rachael was the best!! In the beginning of our wedding planning journey, she helped us rein in our vision. My husband and I had a lot of ideas that were disjointed, so she want an expert at quickly figuring out what parts to keep, what to throw away, and what details would enhance the reception theme. She was not pushy about it though- all the designs were ultimately our choice. Rachael was also exceptional at keeping in touch all through the planning process- I would receive texts, emails, and Pinterest pins of various ideas. If I ever had to reach out to her with a question or concern, she was prompt to reply. Probably the best thing about Rachael was how she kept the day of the wedding completely, absolutely STRESS-FREE. Our reception was downtown, and when she found out a week or so before the wedding that there was an extremely popular parade blocking major sections of downtown... I didn't have to even think about it! She quickly made maps to hand out at the reception. All my out-of-town guests could navigate with ease thanks to Rachael. I had various small hitches throughout the day, and Rachael was there to put out every small fire. My husband and I couldn't recommend her more! Side-note: She is especially familiar with the Orange County History Center, because of prior work history. If you're planning your wedding there, choosing Dandy Details is literally a no-brainer. Hire this lady! -

I had the recent opportunity to work with the ladies of Dandy Details and let me tell you, they are amazing! As a venue, it's very helpful when a couple has the services of a wedding coordinator for their big day. It takes the stress off of them and their families, so that the details and any unforeseen issues can be handled by the experts and the couple can really enjoy their big day! I've worked with many coordinators and even though this was my first time working with them, I will definitely be adding them to our preferred coordinator list. They were professional, creative, hospitable, flexible and team oriented. Rachael was amazing! I could not have done my wedding without her. Before the day of my wedding, we met twice to go over details and decorations. She brought important details to my attention that hadn't crossed my mind. My venue was a DIY venue so Rachael had to set everything up the day of. When I walked in and saw everything for the first time, I was speechless. Everything looked better than I could have imagined and it was all because of Rachael. I found out weeks after my wedding that Publix didn't deliver all of my cake. Rachael was immediately on the phone with them and had Publix rectify the situation ASAP. I had no IDEA, which is exactly what a day of coordinator is for! Rachael is incredibly professional and so affordable. -

Dandy Details made my wedding day! Rachael and her team was accommodating, flexible, and pleasant to work with. They ironed out every detail that I didn't think of and ensured everything went as flawlessly as possible.
