I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to have had Taylor Falcon and her incredible team as part of our wedding day. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect, and it was all thanks to their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.
When we first hired Taylor Falcon Events, we had no idea how much of an impact she and her team would have on making our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision, thoughtfully listened to every detail, and made us feel completely at ease, knowing we were in the most capable hands. Not only did she help bring our vision to life, but she elevated it in ways we never even imagined. Every little detail, no matter how small, was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly.
One of the biggest challenges we faced leading up to our big day was the sudden cancellation of our original venue due to the hurricane. We were devastated, and to say we were stressed would be an understatement. But this is where Taylor and her Team truly shined. They immediately took control of the situation, and without skipping a beat, found a new venue that was not only available but was even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. It was the perfect location, and the entire experience of moving everything to a new place felt seamless thanks to her quick thinking and ability to adapt. She handled the entire transition with such grace and professionalism, taking all the stress off our shoulders and ensuring everything went according to plan.
Throughout the planning process, I had numerous questions, from vendor recommendations to last-minute details. Every time I reached out to Taylor and her team, whether it was via email or phone, they always took the time to provide thoughtful, helpful answers and guidance, ensuring that I felt confident and reassured.
On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Taylor and her team took care of everything—from coordinating the vendors to managing the timeline and making sure every little detail was executed perfectly. And when I say “every little detail,” I mean it. There wasn’t a single thing left to chance. Whether it was the flowers, the decor, the seating arrangements, or the way the entire event flowed—every element was carefully thought out and flawlessly executed.
My husband and I were able to truly enjoy every moment of our day without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We could relax and be fully present, knowing Taylor and her team were handling everything behind the scenes. It was a celebration of our love, and thanks to TFE, it was everything we dreamed of and more.

Working with Taylor was an absolute dream come true. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision and what we truly wanted for our wedding day. I had spent months pinning ideas on Pinterest, but Taylor managed to take those ideas and elevate them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined and more importantly, even more ME. Every detail was exactly what I had envisioned but somehow even better!
What really blew me away, though, was how she made the entire planning process effortless on my part. As someone with a very type-A personality who loves to be in control, I honestly thought I would have a hard time stepping back and letting someone else take the reins, but Taylor immediately made me feel at ease, and I found myself trusting her completely. She handled everything so seamlessly, I didn’t feel the need to micromanage or worry about the little things. On the big day, I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment because I knew Taylor had everything under control.

A better wedding planner does not exist! Taylor is amazing at what she does and the fact that she is also the sweetest person ever made having her as our wedding planner a dream. From our very first intro call with Taylor we knew she was the planner we wanted to have help us with our big day. She is so knowledgeable and her communication is amazing! She responded to all my messages quickly and was always checking up on us making sure we were doing okay! The wedding day went so smoothly or at least we felt that it did because If there were any hiccups, we did not find out because Taylor and her team probably took care of it! Taylor made the whole wedding process a breeze and our wedding day was everything we dreamed of! Hiring Taylor and her team as our Wedding planner was the BEST investment! -

Having Taylor as my planner was the best decision I've ever made and I wish I could do it all over again so I could spend the next year and half with her again. I did partial planning with Taylor and her team handled everything from my hotel blocks, to ordering my linens, to communication with the huge group of other vendors I hired. Not only was Taylor professional, a great communicator, over the top organized, but she was SO FREAKING FUN to be with. I feel like at the end of the day what matters is an amazing planner, but with Taylor you get an amazing planner and a kick ass person with it. My wedding day was truly the best night of my life and I can say with all honestly, I don't feel like one single thing went wrong, and that's all because of Taylor!! She is getting stuff done where you can't see her but then she's there with you celebrating your love. Please don't think twice before hiring Taylor, it'll be the best choice you've ever made. -

My fiancé and I were touring a venue when their event coordinator recommended Taylor Falcon Events for full service planning. After 1 call with Taylor we knew she would be the perfect choice for our March 2024 wedding at Hyde House!
As someone who had never really thought much about what my future wedding would be like, Taylor and her team were incredible in helping to guide me towards a clear vision for the day and sourcing the vendors and team to make the vision come to life!
For even the silly and small questions, Taylor and her team were responsive, insightful, and really showed such great experience in the industry and behind the scene details!
Day of, Taylor’s team ensured our day ran incredibly smooth -everything was on time, communication was on point, and I knew that we could all enjoy our day and not worry about things getting done because we knew they had it all under control!
Seeing the vision come to life and seeing Taylor at the venue when we were all dressed and ready to go was truly the best moment ever! Everything was perfect, and we got to breeze through the rest of the day and truly enjoy it!

Hiring TFE for the full service wedding package was a fabulous decision and one we would make over and over again! We had the pleasure of working with Taylor and her team for over a year prior to our wedding date. From our very first call with her to our final exit on our wedding day, Taylor was direct, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. She seamlessly guided us through the entirety of the wedding planning process — budget planning, overall design, vendor selection, vendor coordination, day-of planning & coordination, Reherseal dinner coordination, invitation management, etc. and so much more. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our dream wedding came to life (including many details we hadn’t even considered previously!) She also consistently offered insightful opinions and options to consider.
Another area that makes Taylor stand out is her strong working relationships with and understanding of vendors. She did an outstanding job recommending and aiding us in working with vendors that perfectly executed our vision and remained within our desired budget.
The week of the wedding, I even joked to Taylor that I couldn’t even think of something to be worried about because I had so much faith in the TFE team.

Taylor Falcon is the best of the best. She was recommended to me by a vergy food friend and knocked it out of the park from start to finish. She's thorough, responsive, patient, and doesn't miss a beat. She'd done a handful of my friend's weddings at this point and i'll keep recommending her to more!
Her onboarding process is seamless and she has a real knack for taking your vision and elevating it with her wide range of contacts in the Florida area. She works well with a set budget and will help you stay on target while not sacrificing your vision. Taylor does an amazing job of keeping you sane throughout the process and her organization skills are truly unparalleled. She even gave birth to her first baby during my planning process and didn't miss a beat.
The day of the wedding we (naturally) had some sideways torrential rain, and Taylor and team did an excellent job adjusting to our rain plan seamlessly and effortlessly.
Her and her team (which also includes her talented sister) are true professionals, and it's evident that they also love what they do. Book her - you won't regret it!! -

I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are for the exceptional services provided by Taylor and her team. This review is two years in the making, but I still felt like it was important to share with the world how amazing Taylor Falcon is. From the very beginning, her unparalleled organizational skills set the tone for a seamless planning process. What truly sets her apart is her ability to foresee and address potential issues before they even arise – a testament to her problem-solving prowess. Our ceremony took place in an outdoor public space and Taylor thought ahead about reserving street parking so there wouldn’t be any cars the in background of our wedding photos, something that truly didn’t even cross my mind but made a HUGE impact. We also had a shipping issues with a custom neon sign that was going to be utilized for our seating chart, but have no fear, Taylor had alternative neon sign options for me to choose from the day before our wedding so that way I wouldn’t lose out on the completed seat chart design.
Taylor’s attention to detail surpassed all expectations. As someone who worked in the events industry previously, I had high expectations and Taylor knocked it out of the park. Wedding party members still tell me how organized my wedding day was, and I credit that all to Taylor and her extremely detailed timeline that was shared not only with our vendors, but with our wedding party. Don’t even get me started on the amazing group of vendors we used, they all went above and beyond our expectations, again a testament to Taylor and the relationships she has built within the industry. She was great in giving us vendor options to choose from rather than sharing with us just one that she felt “was best” so while she was guiding us we still felt like we were able to chose. Her dedication and passion for her work was evident in every interaction, making the entire planning journey enjoyable and stress-free.
We are incredibly thankful for her commitment, professionalism, and the genuine care demonstrated throughout the entire process. Where do I even begin with Taylor and her team! She exceeded expectations and translated my inspirations and ideas into a gorgeous, classic, unforgettable vision… On top of the timeless aesthetics, Taylor made the wedding planning process not only fun, but an absolute breeze. She swiftly countered every question I had with a brilliant solution, whether I reached out via email or text. The day of was seamless and my husband and I were able to have some private moments - viewing the reception space as a couple before the guests were ushered in, and an intimate last dance with the band at the end of the reception - while guests were lining up for our exit as husband and wife. She also pivoted gracefully when we decided to nix the sparklers at our exit moments before. We are forever grateful for Taylor and her team, we had the best day of our lives that I have thought about every single day since and will always cherish! We have so much love for the TFE team, we will be working together again for another incredibly lovely, memorable event!! -

She’s amazing!
We had such a fantastic experience with Taylor as our wedding planner! I loved that she was always very organized with a positive attitude and sent us regular reminders to keep us on track about various wedding details. While the planning process can be very stressful in general, I always left my meetings with Taylor feeling completely relieved! She had great taste when it came to decor decisions and was always able to guide us in the right direction to make our vision come to life.
Even with our large wedding party, Taylor was able to take control of the room at rehearsal and make sure everyone understood and felt comfortable in their individual roles. On the morning of the wedding, my fake eyelash came loose and she was waiting for me with glue in hand when I arrived at the venue, effectively saving the day! I can’t say enough about Taylor’s ability to execute a perfect wedding. Ours went seamlessly and we are forever grateful! -

Taylor came highly recommended by our wedding venue when we mentioned we were looking for a month-of planner/coordinator to handle the final logistics and details of the last 4-6 weeks prior to our wedding and on the day of. I cannot recommend her enough! Even though we picked her month-of package, Taylor went above and beyond by reviewing each of our vendor contracts as we were choosing vendors months in advance of her formal "start date," was able to provide great vendor recommendations for some of the very specific rentals we were looking for, and provided helpful advice on how to make many of the decisions we were struggling with (which was especially great with all the wedding decision fatigue I was experiencing as we got closer to our date.) It is clear she has great relationships with tons of the vendors in the Tampa/St. Pete area, as many of them would gush about how they love her when we would reach out and mention she was our month-of coordinator. :) Especially in the week leading up to the wedding, it was so reassuring knowing Taylor was taking care of the major details, communicating with vendors, etc. so we could focus being present, greeting family from out of town, and writing our vows. At the rehearsal, she wrangled our relatively large bridal party and families in a professional, no-nonsense manner to ensure everyone would know what they were supposed to be doing the day of. (Very valuable given it was 90 degrees in direct sunlight and everyone wanted to get inside as soon as possible.) She also handed out detailed timelines to our families and wedding party members so the groom and I wouldn't have to keep answering tons of questions about what was happening when. I was talking to a friend of mine about a week after our wedding and she asked what the one crazy thing that went wrong on our wedding day was. I genuinely didn't have a good answer for her, largely due to Taylor being so on top of everything. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of - if anything went wrong, I had absolutely no idea. And isn't that every bride's dream? -

Before we hired Taylor, we were completely lost on how to plan a wedding and were struggling to make a single decision. Once we booked Taylor, the process became 100x easier and we gained so much confidence in our decisions! I could not be more thankful to Taylor and her team for being so amazing throughout our wedding planning process. Once I got engaged, the first vendor I reached out to was Taylor because I had only heard incredible things about her as a planner, and everything I’d heard was correct. She was the best person to have on our team from day one!
Taylor was already booked for a wedding the same day as ours, so we worked with her associate planner Morgan on the day-of management. What I can say with absolute certainty is Taylor would not lead you astray in any decision. Morgan was an absolute angel in her place. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and managed any hiccups in the day with ease. Our bridal party was literally raving about how organized she was.
I would basically trust Taylor Falcon Events with my life at this point. You need to hire Taylor for your dream wedding!
If you’re looking to hire a wedding planner, Taylor is your girl! She is so sweet and sets you up with vendors that she trusts with your budget in mind. I worked with Taylor for about a year and a half before our wedding date which is a lot of time for my design ideas to evolve. Taylor always embraced my new ideas and knew how to make the vision come to life beautifully!
She handled all the vendor contracts and communication with them on the day of our wedding. During the week of our wedding Taylor was an absolute angel with solutions to all of our last minute problems! I had a mishap with my wedding gown not being pressed correctly and Taylor picked it up from the dry cleaners on the day of and hand delivered it to my hotel room. We had an outdoor venue for both the ceremony and reception with a backup ballroom in case of rain. Right after dinner, it began to sprinkle and Taylor calmly sat next to me and told me that it was pouring blocks away and we needed to make a game time decision. My husband and I both agreed that we needed to move to the ballroom despite the aesthetic of our gorgeous outdoor space and twinkle lights. All of our guests crashed the hotel bar and Taylor and her team moved every single flower arrangement including a large ceremony arch and all the vendors down to the ballroom in about 45 mins! Of course this sounds stressful but we just knew everything was going to work out in the end- in fact we feel like the rain elevated our party! Right before we headed into the ballroom I texted Taylor and said this would be a perfect time to do the “sparkler exit”! She responded quickly saying she thought that was a fabulous idea and had all the guests line up and distributed the sparklers! There was never a time when Taylor told me something could not be done throughout this entire process. After the rain subsided, Taylor asked all of our vendors how much longer they could extend their contracts. She successfully got them all to stay except for some unruly bartenders. Even with that hiccup she was able to coordinate with the event manager and the hotel bartenders stepped in seamlessly!
Our dream wedding would not be complete without Taylor! She was a pleasure to work with and such a fun girl to have by my side throughout this process! Thank you Taylor Falcon Events!!

10/10 recommend Taylor Falcon!
If you need a wedding planner, stop your search and just book Taylor Falcon. It is the best decision you will ever make. Not only was I obsessed with her, my entire family too! So much so, she was one of the first people my dad thanked in his Father of the Bride speech…because she is THAT good. I mean…I knew it was going to be the best day of my life but my weekend was just BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined. Every time I go to speak about it, I am at a loss for words. She was incredible, and I am just so grateful that she was available for our day. I truly am speechless every time someone goes to ask me about my wedding. Take her word and book her preferred vendors as well, it makes the world of a difference!! A few reasons why she was amazing…although, there is so much more Our venue was being renovated and unfortunately, 4 months before our wedding, the renovations would not be ready in time. Luckily, we had a back up with some contingencies and Taylor was not worried at all and got. it. done. And…I totally trusted her too! She just gives a type of vibe and energy that she truly does have things under control, so you do not have to worry. She captures an entire room when she walks in and it is so beyond impressive. I’m a very type A, person and my bridal party was so impressed that I was so relaxed on my wedding day. And why??? BECAUSE I HAD TAYLOR FALCON!! Literally, I just knew that if something went wrong, Taylor would handle it. If something wasn’t placed out, that was more than likely a Taylor decision and I just trusted her best judgement! She knew what looked best, she knew what would work best, and that type of trust you have in someone is…priceless. She, along with my other fabulous vendors are the reason I enjoyed my day so much :) She really tells you what you do and don’t need, she provides her TRUE and HONEST input & is exactly someone you want on your wedding day. I had a few hiccups and I would text / email her throughout the wedding process (and even at midnight the day before), and she was so on top of it. At one point, I knew she was over in the reception space and I turned around and she MAGICALLY appeared at my family photos when I was having a problem with my dress. What! a literal superwoman! Additionally, I was worried about my bustle and she, BY HERSELF, bustled my dress in 1 minute so I could go to cocktail hour…incredible. The set up was beyond my wildest dreams and I find it so funny that I did not get emotional when I saw my groom but I did when I walked into the reception of my dreams and that will forever be so special to me! So, thank you, Taylor Falcon, and team! Oh…AND her team is also fabulous. ;) -

I don’t know what I would have done without Taylor! She made the wedding planning process so easy and took so much stress away. All the vendors she suggested were incredible and she put together the perfect team for us. We booked her for full planning and design and I truly believe it was the best money spent for our entire wedding. Our wedding was the same week hurricane Ian was supposed to hit and she spent what I’m sure was countless hours working with the vendors to check on their status and doing her best to keep the wedding on track. Luckily we were still able to have it and it went off without a hitch thanks to her! Taylor was always so responsive, answered all my countless questions and gave great advice. Also she bustled my 6 layer dress in record time all by herself!
Her eye for design was also so appreciative. After meeting with her on our vision she presented a design that was so beautiful and much better than what I could have ever done. I truly believe I wouldn’t have been able to have the wedding of my dreams without her! -

Anyone who gives Taylor less than five stars is a hater. Lol. Take it from a pandemic bride, Taylor did EVERYTHING to make my husband and I feel seen and heard over the course of three years. From daily text messages, emails to vendors, and contract help - she made our lives so much easier.
I often think about what this process would’ve been like without her and I come to the same conclusion - it just wouldn’t have happened. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, with a team to match, look no further than Taylor Falcon Events.

This review is long overdue, mainly because no words will paint a picture of how truly exceptional Taylor is. Taylor was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so happy we chose her to plan our wedding.
Everyone needs a wedding planner, so let's talk about why you need Taylor. She is one of the sweetest, most calming people I have ever met. I'm an extremely anxious person, and with Taylor, I always felt like I was in good hands. She always validated my concerns and immediately came up with alternatives/solutions. Most importantly, she always kept it real. When it came time to make decisions based on budget, she didn't try to push me on anything that I wasn't sure about. She also gave me her honest opinion on what she thought was worth it vs. what wasn't.
Every recommendation she made, from photographer, videographer, flowers, linens, etc., was spot on with our vision. She always made sure to keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the tiniest of details. For example, I would've never thought of doing baby blue satin napkins...but we did, and they looked amazing. And when I couldn't decide on an escort board that I liked, she made one!
Even when the arch we wanted behind our sweetheart table was damaged at another wedding, she worked with our florist to find a similar one.
Now for where she *really* blew me out of the water...we got married in early November, and the forecast up until that week had been sunny skies. The Monday before our wedding, the forecast had the entire state of Florida covered in rain on our wedding day (Friday). We were devastated. Our entire wedding and reception were outdoors!
I texted Taylor in a panic, and she let me know she was coming up with a plan B in case the forecast didn't change. The day before the wedding, at the rehearsal, she let me know (in the nicest way you can tell a bride) that it was definitely going to rain on my wedding day and that we should practice the Plan B.
Plan B was perfect. She came up with it in less than 48 hours, and if you ask our guests, they didn't even know it was Plan B.
One of the many ways she went above and beyond was coordinating with our vendors on things we had paid for but weren't going to use now that it was going to rain. For example, we had paid to have twinkle lights across the cocktail hour, and with the Plan B she created, she switched the twinkle lights for uplighting we can use in the new layout.
If you want someone that will make your dream wedding come to life and is also an exceptional human being, then you should pick Taylor. If I had to go back in time and start over, I'd choose her over and over again. -

We worked with TFE under her Wedding Day Management package for our June 12, 2021 wedding. Taylor was super patient with all our questions throughout the process and during the days just prior to our wedding, especially as we navigated COVID-19 and downsizing our event. Where to even begin! We were married on 5/8/21 and we hired TFE for the partial planning package. Let me just say the only regret I had in the entire process was not choosing full planning because that is how amazing she is. Truly one of a kind! My Wedding BFF!!
Being a wedding vendor myself, when I was looking for a planner I was looking for someone that did things just a *little* bit differently after being part of planning hundreds of weddings myself. Taylor had been an industry crush of mine for awhile - I admired her Instagram posts from afar! I loved the way she styled events with bold colors and unique set ups. So when I got engaged I reached out to her and never looked back. We hired Taylor for Partial Planning and THANK GOD I did! I was completely overwhelmed with design details when we first started planning, I was going in a million different directions. Taylor was able to take everything I was saying and helped me create a cohesive look that was unlike any other event I've been part of. She literally picked out my bridesmaid's jumpsuit color! We were set to have our big day take place in the summer 2020 which was then postponed due to the pandemic. We were on the fence about whether to hire a day-of-coordinator. I am SO grateful we hired Taylor Falcon Events. Taylor is the sweetest; she answered endless email questions, offered advice, and even reached out to vendors I was having trouble getting a hold of.
Leading up to our day, she took care of everything with our other vendors. She coordinated delivery/arrival times and created a wonderful, detailed timeline. With so many other things to think about leading up to the wedding, I was so grateful to have her take care of this.
On our wedding day, we had Erika as our coordinator. Her presence allowed me and my husband to just enjoy our wedding. Our reception and cocktail spaces were decorated beautifully and every detail was exactly as I imagined. She kept the entire night flowing smoothly and our photographer even noted that we were one of the few weddings where everything ran on-time or early! At the end of the night, everything we had provided, along with our cards, gifts, leftover cake, etc. was packed neatly and given to my mom.
I seriously cannot say enough nice things about Taylor and Erika. They did a fantastic job! -

Taylor was amazing! She helped make our big day nothing short of perfect! When our one groomsmen lost his tie for the big day she went out and bought him one just in the nick of time that matched perfectly. Later in the night my dress fell apart and she was there with everything we needed for a quick repair. She is so sweet in person, and over email. Everything was so timed perfectly, and set up beautifully. She had signs, and table numbers that helped round out everything we needed for big day. Taylor is an excellent wedding planner and looking back, I cannot imagine doing it without her. My only regret is not booking her sooner!
Taylor was very responsive to all of our inquiries and questions, she made sure that every details we wanted was pretty much perfect. We told her all of the things that were important to us and she made them happen.
I (the bride) was getting ready with my girls the day of and she was at our venue early, and making sure everything came together. Then during our wedding she kept everything on time (including starting on time which was very important to me) and making sure we did everything important to us throughout the night - even talking to our less-than-great DJ for us.
I would hire Taylor again in an instant for allowing our day to be exactly that, OURS! She really took the worry away from me, my husband and my family. If you are considering hiring her, please do! She will make your wedding special. -

Taylor was truly a blessing for us during our wedding planning.
We originally went in with the idea that we could do it all ourselves, and before we could even locked down a venue, we knew we were in over our heads.
We pulled Taylor in a little later in the planning, after we had decided on an original venue; however, things began to fall apart and Taylor swooped in and saved us! She was amazing about finding a new venue and working with all of the various vendors we needed to make our Gatsby themed wedding go off without a hitch.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Taylor for help plan your wedding. She is so sweet and genuinely cares about all of the emotions that go into planning and preparing for a wedding. I had heard TONS of horror stories from my recent bride friends about wedding planners not being responsive, and ultimately a waste of money. I am here to tell you that Taylor is WORTH EVERY PENNY! I knew I wanted some planning help with my wedding, and Taylor came highly recommended. After I reached out, she was extremely responsive and friendly. Once we met in person, and I saw how organized and detailed oriented she was (being a bit of an organizational freak myself,) I knew I made the right decision in hiring Taylor. Wedding planning can be a bit scary, overwhelming, and stressful, but I felt confident in Taylor's more than capable hands. She made me feel at east, and that everything was under control. She was extremely easy to trust, and give up the control to. On the actual day, she took charge, and EVERYTHING went perfectly! We had a bunch of logistics to figure out with transporting guests, having our ceremony and reception in two different places, as well as having a second line. Taylor handled it all with ease. Taylor is an angel sent from the heavens for all brides. I had begin my planning process, and about 5 months out hit sort of a design wall and a wave of stress. I researched into the idea of hiring a coordinator, and when I came across Taylor I knew I had to hire her! Her eye is on point. I felt like she jumped right on board with my vision, and came up with great ideas to take that vision and make it a reality. And as the wedding began to approach fast, she would ease my mind and come to my house and go over our check list items and took all of day of items out of my home and into her care. She is exactly what every bride needs to ease all of their design and day of stress. And I don't think I could ever repay her for what felt dealt with on my wedding day. Get yourself a “Taylor planner girl” (that is the title she gives herself to your MOH/Best Man to put in their phones for any day of questions) you won’t regret it! At first I was on the fence about having a planner at all. I am so glad I ended up having a planner, life was much less stressful with her help. She was absolutely amazing throughout the ENTIRE process. She was always super responsive to any questions I had and made sure I kept on track with anything that needed to be done for the wedding. Her contacts are fabulous! Everyone she recommended that we used, we loved! She has a strict timeline Day Of and it was perfect! We ended up having to call Plan B due to weather at 10am the day of the wedding she had our lighting changed and other small items to ensure the back up space was perfect. All of my friends who are not married said they are definitely hiring Taylor when the time comes. -

The most impressive thing about Taylor was that she made me feel like I was the only person in the world getting married - she never compared my design choices to a specific theme or mentioned what other brides do.
Taylor was truly a trusted adviser, ensuring that if there was a vendor that she hadn’t worked, that they were vetted beforehand. She always had my best intentions in mind, especially when dealing with a problematic vendor. She also made custom recommendations, listening closely to what my husband and I wanted.
In preparing for the day of, Taylor and her team did an exquisite job listening and noting down my overly- detailed design requests. Morgan and Erika coordinated my wedding day-of, and decorated my venue to look even better than I imagined. Neither of them came to me when an issue arose, instead, they greeted me with a confident smile and asked if I needed a drink or anything to make my evening more enjoyable. When there was an issue with a vendor, Morgan was quick to act, ensuring that my vision for the event was executed perfectly.
Overall, the team at Taylor Falcon Events were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They ensured my event was seamless and that I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. I’ve never seen an event executed as well as my wedding day and I attribute that completely to Taylor Falcon’s team.

I met Taylor about a year before my wedding date and I knew immediately she was the perfect fit to help me plan the wedding of my dreams. She was so positive, extremely organized and had an amazing eye! We booked her right away (we chose partial planning package) and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Throughout the year Taylor met up with me numerous times for several hours each meeting making sure I was on track and showing me all the design ideas she had for my wedding. She literally took what was out of my head and designed my dream wedding space. She was even able to construct/craft a bunch of my wedding details which took so much pressure off me! Leading up to the big day Taylor contacted all of my vendors and provided the most amazing timeline ever which made all the difference in making sure the big day ran smoothly! I must have emailed her 20 times a day and she was always responsive. Everybody in the wedding party was so impressed with how organized everything was, which makes for a much more fun time for everyone, especially me lol. Taylor was onsite for the wedding day for over 13 hours and everything was absolutely perfect! I know there were a few things that happened that were unexpected and she handled it so perfectly. The space was absolutely gorgeous and it was literally the best day of my life and so much of the credit goes to her. I couldn't recommended her more - my husband and I were so lucky to have her!

Taylor came highly recommended from several event venues we looked at and after meeting her, she was an the perfect fit to assist with the need for a month of and day of wedding coordinator. Well, little did we know we hired a miracle worker! With 57 days until the wedding, the venue cancelled due to construction delays while my husband was out of the country, Taylor then immediately went to a full time wedding coordinator which was the best decision of my life, well, right behind saying "Yes," to my amazing husband! Without a moment's delay, Taylor sprung into action without missing a beat pulling out all contacts and miracles to assist, even finding a wedding venue even better than the first! (Even dealing with a few tears shed by me during the process) Throw in a few missing dresses thanks to a dressmakers abrupt bankruptcy and a hurricane 6 days before my wedding, nearly stopping all of Tampa for a few days. Even during the scary moments approaching the hurricane as we were all hunkered down I received texts and photos of all of the beautiful pieces Taylor was making and putting together as part of the wedding decor, she truly kept my spirits up and I knew with her in charge, no matter what life threw at us, even with impossible deadlines and disasters, she would make it the most beautiful memory ever! Taylor is professional, creative, compassionate, dedicated and an all around miracle maker. If you want a seamless, stress free and beyond expectations wedding, Taylor is the best decision you can make in the wedding planning process! We will remember her for a lifetime!

I will disclose that I was aware that Taylor was a relatively new planner and I already had about five of my vendors already, so I was able to negotiate a discount for her services. We invested in the Partial Planning Package. However, the services tendered were not what we expected. While her list of services was extensive, they were lackluster in execution. My husband and I found ourselves doing jobs that we had paid Taylor to do, or even worse finding out that she had not completed them as discussed on the wedding day. While my husband and I had the most beautiful wedding day, it was not primarily attributed to Taylor Falcon Events. If it weren't for the attention to detail our other vendors had, the day could have easily been a disaster.
